I never write reviews but I couldnt resist. When I witnessed the unsafe food practices by whom I assume is the owner. To my knowledge GLOVES are DISPOSABLE not second SKIN!!! This man had the same gloves on from the time I walked in sat and ate and left, which would have been fine had he stayed in the food prep area only touching food items but that is not the case. He came from behind the counter sat at the last table to do paperwork and type on his laptop back to the food prep area to make food lean against the back prep table fold his arms and put his hands under his armpits release them to make a to-go order, and then come back to the table Then back to make to go orders and press the machine to knock orders off the screen then proceeds to make orders for customers entering the restaurant and even when I left the restaurant he had made his way back to the table with those same gloves.
I ordered on Grubhub and the staff made sure my order was perfect. They did an amazing job and they even enjoyed my little joke. My boyfriend was very happy with his burrito lol. They are amazing and I appreciate them so much!!!! I will be ordering from no other moe’s because this is my new favorite one.
The lettuce and guacamole were both brown, the jicama salsa was rancid, and the person preparing the food was not the one wearing a mask. Cleanliness of the restaurant was suspect as well. Employees seemed tired and had low morale. I could not finish my meal and I wont be back. I sure hope those employees get treated better or they find a better job.
Ayah and Jada are such angels. My first time eating there and they made my experience unforgettable. I will be back. Their kindness, friendliness, customer service, and unity of the two of them working so well together created such a positive atmosphere. Thank you so much ladies. God bless!
They keep having my reviews deleted the truth hurts.just left this location after being told I suffered an allergic reaction to cilantro being cross contaminated in my food. I brought the food back to have either my money refunded or the food replaced. I eat at Moes several days a week so it is typical for me to have an old Moes receipt or bag from another location. I was approached by the manager after handing over my food behind the counter (yes they took my food back over the counter) he blatantly came back and said and I quote you did not purchase this here we dont use these kind of bags or receipts. I was in awe, he never asked why I was returning the items or what had happened but instead he accused me in front of all the customers of bringing food into this location that came from another Moes. I then pulled up my Moes app to show him that it shows that I was a customer at that location on August 12th, 2017, and purchased a burrito which I am bringing back. He told me that my app which showed the address of their store number was not enough to prove I was a customer there. I asked if he could pull up my receipt for that day in which he quoted it has been 3 days that is to many receipts to research its impossible. So it is possible for them to accuse me of thievery and fraud and make accusations against me but not possible to simply pull up my transaction. I have been discriminated against because I am a minority and these employees could care less about the outcome of this situation. I will encourage you to be aware that the customer service at this location is at its lowest. Customer are treated like trash.
Aja the manager. Is great. I Kno I didnt spell her name right and Im sorry. I had to pick up a replacement meal last night and she made it go so smooth. We laughed. She asked about my day. Really great customer service she is the best manager/employee I have ever seen
I arrived at the location and went to the pick up area, as the order was supposed to be ready before I arrived. I then proceeded to wait by the pick up area and was ignored for approx 20 minutes. I had to get in line and make them aware of my order. When I did so, the employee acted as it she was annoyed that I got into the actual line. They then reached behind them and my food was just sitting there on the counter. They then finished bagging my cold food that had been sitting there on the counter. I do not plan on ordering online in the future. It took longer and I got charged more for cold food and poor customer service.
I was in line ordering my burrito. I noticed one guy doing a mobile order and at one point while he was making a burrito for the mobile order he took out his phone and was calling someone then hung up the call and continued to keep making the burrito with the same hand he touched his phone with. I am not happy with this.
1st 2 visits were amazing! Though it seems theres only 1 guy there that can actually do a great job! 3rd visit, my meal was messed up completely, 4th visit- today he was not there again, and drinks were out, my sons stack was not made correct, nearly broke a tooth on a damn Rock!!! Are you freaking kidding me! How the hell does a Rock get into my food!!! Im over it! The manager better respond to this keeping pictures and rock in a bag.
I would rate this establishment a negative 5 if I could. First, they charge 1.39 for a drizzle of queso. Second, when I asked for cucumbers, the server took her gloved hand, scooped up the cucumbers and sprinkled them on my burrito. I couldnt believe she did that. Apparently that was normal for the servers to do as there were no utensils for some of the condiments. Im going to contact the health department to find out if thats legal and sanitary.
My husband and I ordered online for pickup. We got home and our order was someone else’s. I called and spoke with a Manager(I forget his name) but he was so nice. He apologized and offered to personally deliver our meal since it was wrong. When he got here, we realized he gave use a few free things and were appreciative of that. Super nice young gentleman and turned what could have been a reason to not go back into a reason to continue.
Do not order online. They dont care about their mobile orders accuracy and will only care if you call and complain. Famous queso you drop 8 bucks on and they forget to add it. they give you 13 chips and 2 salsas for a 50$ order. You call to tell them about your issue and they offer you store credit. Terrible service, even worse when you find out theres no corporate link and they want to blame doordash. Revolving door issue at its finest, Blame the new guy and not the system. Google moes corprate, they seriously blame the delivery service or the store.
Today was my first - and last - visit to Moes. I arrived at around 11:20 AM, I ordered a chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla. My daughter had the quesadilla, and she reported it being a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. She felt it had very little chicken in it. My experience with my burrito - first we did not eat in the restaurant because of covid. We live about 5 minutes from the restaurant and by the time we got home, my burrito was cold, which makes me wonder if anything on the assembly line in the restaurant was actually. After reheating in the oven, I have to say this was the least flavorful burrito I have ever eaten (to include frozen burritos found in supermarkets and gas stations across the country). Everything was extremely bland, in fact, the only flavor that stood out was the sour cream that I added myself. Hmmm. The size is plenty big, but who cares - Willys and Chipotle sell big burritos as well, and they are way better. This was like eating paper - bland nothingness. Im of the age where I actually want my food to taste good and am willing to pay for it. Sorely disappointed.
This place used to be a good place to eat but here lately has been going downhill very fast. They used to give better portions than they do now, and you have to beg to even get an adult portion. You pay for adult portions and you get a kids portion. The food tastes different and does not even taste right. And the customer service is horrible and even coming from the manager that does not ever wear her name tag so she does not get in trouble. Corporate needs to step in and fix the issue or they are going to lose a lot of customers.
When we walked in we saw a huge line of people, this seemed ok as that’s how it is with every Moe’s ever. As we soon realized this was a bad idea. The lady who was taking orders was very nice but we could tell she was the reason the line was so good as she just talked to us about her day. When we looked at the tables available we saw that none of them was clean. We also saw family’s wiping down their own tables as Moe’s had no employees doing it. The Burrito i got was very poorly wrapped and fell apart in one bite. They had no lids that fit my drink. The food was good but not good enough to wait 35 minutes for.
This location used to be a bit better in terms of customer service. You are definitely not getting what you pay for. They are not even consistent with how they prepare the food, so you may enjoy your meal one day and come back to something totally different. I will mention also that one of the workers has a habit of picking food up that fell on the counter and trying to put it back in your plate at the checkout...
The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient. The dining area, however, was a filthy mess. Nearly impossible to find a clean table. (We wiped our own down.) The trash was overflowing. Would have been a quick fix to send someone out to simply wipe the countertop by the drinks, the dining tables and take out the trash.
We met with friends at this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
The owner of this location did not honor his companys advertisement. He refused us a free shirt. Needless to say, we will NOT be back!!!!UPDATED RESPONSE: When I visited, the owner did NOT say that the free shirts were for the first 50 customers. He said Id like to see the email you received, I went to my car to get my phone and showed him the attachment, to which he said, you have to buy something. I have patronized this establishment may times in the past and the fact that I was lied to today, shows the poor character of the franchise owner. The reponse he made to my original post, was only done to save face and make himself look good to future potential visitors.

My family loves Moes; even have one of my teens that works for Moes and loves it!The daily freshness of the food & the majority of the menu items, is a blessing for ALL families to grab a quick bite!Ya know, if you work for a fast food, dine-in type of restaurant, and you still want to eat there & love it, you know its worth 5-stars!
Everytime that I have eaten here, the food has been fresh. We have one closer by, so, I will be eating there in the future. I used to stop by here after visiting a nondenominational church I wanted to attend at the time. Another location near Arbor Place Mall is just disgusting. Stick to the Hiram location if in the area.
I worked there in September still havent received my check. The owners and the general manager keep giving me bs stories. They have flat out lied to me severaltimes over money they owed. Now they wont even respond to a text message email or call... horrible company to work for. The same people also run the stone cold creamery in hiram. I had to call corporate for me to even get someone to start the process of getting me a check. I couldnt complete paperwork because it was voided on the company end. You said the check was at the store to be picked up however being out of state you said it would be mailed. Never anything about coming in to do paper work for a check. The paperwork was done as soon as it was resent because corporate says they couldnt issue a paycheck without the paperwork being done. The only help has been through corporate not through you.
The worst experience ever! The veggies were dried out and the lettace was brown. The food was over the edge with salt. The steak did not look like the original steak Moes serves. Thr girl was ringing up the food then turning around fo finish the chips...NO GLOVES. I will not be returning back to this spot again. For the $$$ you spend you deserve to have FRESH!
This place used to literally be my favorite place to eat and I was here at least once a week. Unfortunately they have steadily declined over the last year or so and found myself going less and less. Initially I was bothered when they stopped using the steamers to heat the tortillas, as it totally changed the taste of the burritos. Today, after questioning why the chicken looked so different, I was told by the burrito master that corporate had forced their change to using dark meat chicken. Its unfortunate that the local owners have no choice in the quality of their own ingredients, but suffice it to say this is my last trip to Moes. Guess Ill have head over to Chipotle / Willys for my burrito fix from now on.
The last two times we have ordered via Uber eats the food has been cold, incorrect, and missing things. When we call the store to offer to drive up there ourselves for them to make the order right they refused and said we had to go through Uber eats. I’m confused. Did Uber eats make my family’s food or did you? I would assume the manager of a restaurant would try to make a customer happy. Instead I received nothing but attitude. Although I have contacted Uber eats for a refund there should be more customer service on both ends of the transaction. I will no longer be ordering from this establishment and I will be sure to let everyone I know to do the same. I might as well have went to Taco Bell for the quality that I received tonight. If I worked at the restaurant I would be embarrassed.

Moes while it wasnt completely meat free had small, but decent amount of option besides a salad (I personally had a burrito with lettuce, beans, rice, and guacamole).
Welcome to Moes!! Always a great food option for everyone in the family! This Moes has a tendency to be a little slower than most but they are very new so I still give them time. Facility has always been clean every time Ive been here. Only issue was once there was no tp in the bathroom, but they were happy to fix the issue quickly!
Love their food. Borritoes are bomb. Quesadillas are on point. Staff were very professional and helpful and where very sweet to my two year old. Only thing I wished was that the music wasnt so load. I had to ask the guy what he said a few times because of this. Over all great experience.
Service quality has decreased over the last year. The last several visits the kids fixing my plate were more concerned with their own conversation than my order and I received half scoops of cheese then when I ask more they charge..same with chicken. I love this restaurant but the Hiram location is not as it once was. Mgmt. Needs to step up.
I’m going to post pictures of what you did but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I clearly didn’t get $13 worth of food, I have a tray full of nachos and five pieces of steak like it comes out of your paychecks. I know no one cares and corporate isn’t going to do anything about it, but I’m going to post pictures of this nasty place too. Terrible customer service and a RIPOFF. The “quality” that you all brag about is lesser than that of TACO BELL DOWN THE STREET, and somehow you people are still in business. If you want to be stingy with your food, go to France. I’m a 220 lb body builder and my one cheat meal I get for the next six weeks is this trash? Pathetic, just like everyone associated with this business.
We ordered from Uber Eats. We got the kids steak burrito. The burrito was chicken and about 2 inches long. I called and asked if the kids meal that is almost $6 usually consists of a 2 inch long burrito. I was told that because we only ordered 3 items in the burrito, steak, rice, and cheese the burrito is smaller. Apparently no one there has heard of putting more rice and meat in an 8 inch tortilla.The offered no immediate resolution and my 5 year old daughter is still hungry.
Had an email for a free birthday burrito but it wasnt honored because I am not signed up for their app. However, the email states Happy Birthday free burrito. No mention of a having to sign up for an app. If so, then why send me this email stating I get a free burrito? Therefore, they tossed the perfectly good food rather than honor the email OR how about making a customer happy?! No, lets just throw perfectly already made burrito in the bag in the trash! Makes no sense. OR I bet it was one of their meals! Well, if so, at least it would be eaten. Check out what their mission statement says: To provide a one-of-a-kind experience that energizes everyone with an enthusiastic welcome, exceptional service, awesome food, killer tunes, and an unforgettable time. They sure didnt honor that, now did they? Some enthusiastic welcome and NO exceptional service and it was definitely unforgettable!It is now 2019 and will have another birthday coming way too soon! lol But curious to see if I receive another email stating I have a free burrito for my birthday. Will try again at my local Moes (Hiram) to see if they honor it or toss another burrito out (or feed it to one of their workers as I suspect they did last year ) Again, I STILL do not have a smart phone. Just an ordinary flip phone; therefore no Moes app. Just signed up to receive their emails. Oh, and I have contacted them and they never did reach out to me. Still LOVE Moes food! YUM! Just lousy with their free offers! lol
What ever you do, dont go there within the last 10 minutes, they will not help you. They pull the register early. I went in on the 20th and was told that they had already pulled the register. When I reminded them that it was not 10 they said they already pulled the register again. I sent a email about it and they have not even responded. At least a apology would be great. I have not and dont have any plans on returning to that location. Im not sure what time they actually pull the register but make sure you get there early if you want to order.
I dont eat left over meat. Even the next day from being on the grill so when I went here to eat...this was the first time...I ordered a steak buritto. I promise you this meat was several days old. The salsa bar was so messy salsa was everywhere. Yet the bowls were empty. I will never go back to this place. yuk!
Most un welcome to Moes I have ever had. It felt like I was ignored. I got skipped over in line, food not made, and pushed to the side. They then helped the next customers while my food got cold. The entire time I was standing in front of them. I was originally planning to eat there but decided, since I was not welcome, to get my cold food and leave.
Service was meh but I got it to go and was hungry so wasnt really paying attention to itIssue 1: the rice want just undercooked some of it was rawIssue 2: massively skimped on steak and queso. Burrito had like 2 bites of steakIssue 3: had to re-roll the burrito because the bottom would of fallen out had I kept it the way they rolled itLuckily Im almost never over in the area because Im never going back
NO THANK YOU! This is my 2nd time visiting with the exact same result. My first visit I ordered a Joey with a cup of queso..... It took the girl the longest to roll the burrito and someone had to come and assist her. The chicken inside was cold and my queso cheese was SUPER salty.... Today was the exact same thing . I will NOT be returning , it cant be hard to maintain the same recipe as the other locations and roll a burrito.......
Gave us stales chips. Failed to include side items off of a 4 meal order and when I called I was only offered me to come back and retrieve what I had already paid for. Not to mention the $8 tip prepaid off GP. Never again. Will be spreading the word. Thanks for bothi g Kaitlyn
Usually have a good experience at this Moes, but not in this case. I had black olives on my salad. After I had eaten several bites, I found a white residue on the black olives. He stated that they were dried out and not moldy. He offered to make me another salad, but the brown romaine lettuce made me say no. Quality has gone down greatly! No money back...lesson learned...
Employees needs to stop being stingy with their scoops like theyre feeding slaves. I paid 11 dollars with double meat and barely got half of what they give me at chipotle for $7. This is my second time here and wont be going back. 👎oh and also your guacamole was brown first thing in the morning. Come on now.
This review is actually zero stars. Worst place to eat by far. Terrible customer service. They never seem to provide much chicken. Low class managers often work here... Definitely a waste of money if youre going to eat here... All locations of moes have all gone down quality taste over the years as well..
These people are thieves. Today is national burrito day and I even called and the woman told me that they’re having a sale on their burritos for five dollars each . I come here and he tells me that I have to download the app after I already bought my burrito . They’re purposely lying to people and stealing money . DO NOT COME HERE!!! Also they had major attitude .
I used to love this place, however here lately they have been very greedy with quantity of toppings. If you ask for a little more of almost anything, they want to charge you extra. They have no competition in this area from a Willys or Chipotle. Perhaps if we ever get one of those, they will step up their game.
I only love the Paulding, Dallas Hwy location because the staff is awesome and they always have enough food made. But their grilled chicken homewrecker is my fav with a cup of their infamous queso. Moes is a good choice for those lazy dont want to cook night! Also they have good healthy options....when I was doing Keto, they were definitely my go-to fav.
Terrible! The only reason why Im giving it one Star is because you cant put 0. I ordered a bowl and asked for rice and it was BURNT! Literally -actually black -BURNT. Then ordered guacamole tasted old, with stale chips. I didnt find out about the guac and chips until after I left and was 10 minutes away. Because theres too much traffic I couldnt go back. What a waste of money!!! Cant wait for this business to shut down and someone open a Chipotle or something.
Alexis is rude. A chip fell on the counter out of my basket and she picked it up and threw back in with my other chips. I was shocked that she did that. I reached in and picked up said chip and sat it in the counter. All of this took place at checkout and she was talking to her friend that had come into the store. She told me the total and looked at that chip on the counter, picked it up and there behind her shoulder. I said, is there a problem? Are you mad now? Dont have an attitude when you just put that dirty chip in my plate. She said, oh I didnt realize, its it of habit. Really!? What a bum.
I came in Sunday about 2pm and the guy that put all the other toppings on the burrito was really nice and very polite he made the burrito excellent and first time it didn’t fall apart continue the great service and hire and train more employees like him and I’ll be coming back for a long time

2022-07-20Portion sizes are hilarious. Picked up a mobile order and discovered our scrimpy bowls when I got home. The associate that I spoke with was nonchalant and found my complaint humorous. These bowls definitely are not worth $12. Go elsewhere.

2022-06-24In todays market we have to be wowed by the service to get repeat customers. Nothing to wow about here the greeting not excited, the food was dry we had to ask for fresher stuff. When we asked for the fresh chips that they were fixing for tomorrow the young lady gave them to us but she got in trouble for it. The cashier rolled her eyes at us for asking for something fresh. NO ONE was wearing a hair restraint. And the best part the cashier was virtually laying on the counter ringing our order up. Wow NOT.

2022-03-27This location used to be fantastic... used to... years ago. Now, its full of lazy, bad attitude, rude employees that dont want to do what theyre there for. If I see 4 or 5 people working, and my group walks in with 5 orders, a single employee should not be completing the order in its entirety by herself. Then an employee that has been standing at the other end twiddling his thumbs gives horrible customer service and is rude come check out. And another employee disappears when business starts coming in the door. There are several Moes... go to another one. Trust me.

2022-06-13Almost all of our order was wrong. We ordered online. We picked up our food right as they were closing so there was nothing that could be done about it. It was also our first time at Moes. Weve been long time Chipotle customers and just thought wed try something new... Thatll teach us. Sorry, Chipotle. Wont happen again.

2021-07-02Thank you Moes Southwest Grill for lunch!!! courtesy of my son Jett and the KSU stem program. He has one more week of school and I appreciate him rising up and accepting placement in this program. I know its not easy going to school an extra 5wks. My hope is that he will enter college with the discipline to go to class on his own and follow a weekly schedule with no parent involvement. 2022-07-13I would like to appreciate 3 special employees at the moes restaurant. I went there today and I had an amazing time. Their names were Lia, mitchell, and camille I think is how you spell it, but I would like to say they were amazing to me and my family. The portions were fair they stacked my food up and made me get my moneys worth. I usually have to ask the employee or whoever is taking my order to add more rice but they added more rice without me having to ask them cause they knew that I didnt want one small scoop of rice. They treat me as how they would wanna be treated if the roles were reversed. I really wanted to appreciate them and I want them to continue. Thank you again mitchell, Lia, and camille your guys are amazing!! You deserve a raise for the work and amazing attitudes. - from your loyal customer :)

2022-04-30This location used to be really good but not so much now. The steak taste boiled... no seasoning to it, rice is kinda on the hard side, every item on the bar was Im disarray.. had other stuff mixed in from pure laziness of the employees. Place is goin to hell 🤷♀️
