Technicians Josh and Kay did a great job on installing my Flatline Van Co roof rack and side ladder, 8 gallon WaterPORT tank, solar panels, awning, and shore power. I needed a tweak to the solar panels to help with a vibration issue and they addressed it while on-site. They do great work and exceeded my expectations. Ill be a repeat customer for future custom work. Also, kudos to Alejandro and the sales team.
I went here a while ago to get a touch screen car stereo installed into my vehicles console. My experience was made perfect thanks to the effort of Alejandro, the attendant who assisted me. This review is long overdue, but I can gladly say that the stereo works as good as ever. He is most certainly the reason why I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Id also like to thank the anonymous technicians who did the installation.
The reviews is what made me decide on Monster Customs, and now that I had the pleasure to do business with them, I can add on to the other positive reviews! From Start to Finish, hands down Alejandro was THEE BEST!! I came in at the last hour of closing, but he helped me search for my options available for my vehicle! He even helped with recommendations for tinting (window)and vehicle wrap. I was in the loop of everything! Was even able to save some money on tires!!I can’t neglect David, my tech, who put on my vehicles new shoes!!! They look awesome and I love the end result! New to town and needed someone to build out a Ram for me. Went over to the showroom on Dallas Highway and spoke with Lonnie who helped me from the beginning to the end, took his time, went through options and kept me updated on everything through completion. Also had the pleasure of dealing with Alejandro on install day who was also most helpful. Down to Earth group of guys Ill definitely continue to do business with!
10/10 recommend this company for any car need! Like any other female in their 20’s, I was intimidated about walking into a car shop to get my speakers replaced. The staff instantly made me feel welcomed, taken care of, and politely answered any “stupid questions” I had. They are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Let me start my saying, Alejandro and his crew were extremely kind and professional. Alejandro quoted me a price that my husband and I thought was more than fair. He also promised that if they could complete the job in less time than quoted the price would be reduced. Custom added side steps rails to my 2018 Mercedes, and I love them. I called around a few months looking and no one wanted to take on the job. Most said, they dont like working Mercedes so I continued to google and call until I came upon Customs. GREAT job guys, I truly appreciate the hospitality, great customer service and overall professionalism at its BEST!!!

We went to Monster Customs with a unique project. We haul freight across the country and needed to have electricity that would run our rooftop AC unit, a refrigerator, microwave and charge our devices. Josh was our tech and was so personable and did an excellent job with this project. He did a lot of research including making phone calls to the manufacturers of our inverter, AC unit and lithium batteries to make sure we were getting exactly what we were needing. We will absolutely be going back to Monster Customs for our Sprinter van needs (maybe my Mustang, too :)). Alejandro was also awesome. He helped us from day one communicate info with Josh and was always responsive when we had a question. He completely understood what was going on every step of the way and was a key person in our great experience at Monster.

Tyler has been very helpful throughout mods on both vehicles! He is awesome! He even calls from time to time to check and make sure everything is still going well & that Im satisfied. Mark even took these awesome photos for me & videos of the before and after. They really go above and beyond.
I do a lot of work on my 2019 Honda Civic with Monster Customs and they never disappoint. Had the opportunity of working with Alejandro on the installation of side skirts and a cold air intake; always kept me in the loop, and the job was done in a timely manner.
I was here recently to get a K&N cold air intake and Borla pipes put on my Mustang, and these guys did a phenomenal job, my car sounds like an angry tiger! Job done was A-1, customer service was on power level 5000! I had a great experience with monster customs, I contacted them about putting a wing and diffuser on my 10th gen civic st, my salesman Josh was easy to deal with over the phone and gave me a great quote on the work. Then when the diffuser I ordered didn’t have proper fitment with my vehicle, the guys in the shop told me about it so that I understood what the problem was, why the part wasn’t a good fit, and cut the cost of labor in half; instead of just taking my money and letting me run into problems on my own like other shops might’ve done. Overall great experience, I’ll definitely come back here when it’s time for wider wheels and tires.
Awesome customer service and experience! Lonnie Novak and his crew took exceptional care of me and my truck. Im a beginner with truck mods and they took time to educate me and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. Had a leveling kit and stabilization bars put in my 17 F250. Their attention to detail is what impressed me the most. You can see where they marked every bolt they touched to give a quick reference incase one starts to back out, I doubt that will happen. They will recheck in 500 miles and guarantee their work for life. After it was done, all the guys in the shop were as excited as i was about the new modification and we talked about whats next! Wheels/Tires? Ceramic coating? Winch and bumpers? Its a friendly place with good vibes no matter if you are an old pro or you dont know anything about cars. See you guys soon! Thanks again Lonnie!
This place is top notch! Often times a place like this has poor customer service, but not Monster Customs! From the initial phone call to the end, Josh was very professional, listened to my desires, answered my questions, was open and honest about the cost, friendly and made me feel comfortable doing business with them. I even met the owner and I saw why his employees have great customer service! The owner thanked me for my business and encouraged me to contact him if had any questions in the future. I could have purchased their products and services from many other retailers, but because I liked them I bought from them! Thanks Monster Customs my truck is perfect!

Best Custom shop in GA!! Ive been wanting Hornblasters Horns on my Silverado 1500 for years. Monster Customs was the first shop recommended on their site in GA that install them and had the highest rating. So I called finally to get a quote. Even from the first call these guys make you feel welcome! I spoke to Alejandro. Dude feels like the brother you always wanted when it comes to somebody in a garage. Didnt try to car sales me into buying them or sell me extra unwanted things. He listened but recommended something even better. The horns i wanted, i was told were ok but Hornblasters had a new kit called the Nightmare Edition. He said trust me, you wont regret it. He was my rep through ordering the horns and setting up my appointment to getting them installed. Horns and labor were more than a fair competing price. Couldnt turn them down!! It didnt take long at all to install. I ran errands all day and came back that evening and they were pulling my truck out as I walked in lol Perfect timing right? lol. Alejandro was able to get the installer to install the custom switch I wanted and in the dash where I wanted it too. Again, im more than satisfied with Alejandro and the MC team. I made sure he slapped one of their stickers on the horns so people know who did the work! You guys are the sh*t!! Id recommend you guys to anybody!! Thanks again Alejandro!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The gentlemen over at Monster Customs handled my vehicle with nothing but the best of care. I have done a lot of business at other shops and this one is by far the best. Everything that was done to my vehicle was top notch. Josh specifically kept me updated the entire time parts were coming in and was always receptive to any and every question that I had. I can 100% say without a doubt I will be going to back to get other work done and I suggest if you are reading this review you do the same if you want your vehicle done right!!!

I highly highly recommend Monster Customs. I contacted them in October 2019 to install a lift kit i had purchased. Unfortunately i had to wait till 2020 to get it installed due to personal reasons. As soon as i called Josh back up, my sales rep, he knew exactly who i was, what i wanted, and my vehicle. Josh is an amazing sales rep and was in constant communication the entire time. All i he cared about what the value given to the customer; he was right that their product sales itself. The lift turned out great. I even asked them to adjust the notch of the shock after for a different stance and they had no problem doing it. They work to make a customer happy. I plan on getting all my work done here in the future, believe me i have a laundry list. For any of you Toyota owners out there, this is the place to go. They have plenty of offroad kits to chose from. Cant wait to give them some more of my business.
My go to for truck/ car accessories! Awesome service! Juan and the team are great and very accommodating. They installed a radio in my fiances car same day and did the wheels, tires and alarm systems on my 18 tacoma. I work with juan, hes patient and always has great recommendations. Ill be returning for future accessories and upgrades.
The guys at Monsters Customs are the best!!! They hooked up my Tahoe with a pro comp 6” lift and the sound system with a led kit on my Victory Highball with alpine speakers in the bags and on the crash bars and Rockford Fosgate amp with Bluetooth. With my Tahoe being used and had some rust issues, they still managed to work around the issues and make my truck look and run like it’s new!! Don’t go with the cheap guys on the corner, trust me I’ve done it, let the guys at Monster hook you up!!!
I would rate these guys 100/100 if I could. I went in to get a leveling kit and a new wheelset installed on my taco. Monster Customs may not be the cheapest shop in the area, but the extra money spent here is more than paid back when it comes to the customer experience and their attention to detail. Juan was extremely attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable on just about anything you can imagine when it comes to customizing your vehicle. The final result from the work I did there was perfect and made my truck look exactly the way I wanted it to. I will definitely be using them on a semi-frequent basis to continue with my taco build!
I had great counter assistance from both gentlemen at the desk on multiple occasions. They were knowledgeable and discussed the work and pricing transparently. They also referred my particular modifications to the most experienced mechanic even though my car was older and not some high end sports car or massive truck. The workmanship and care of my vehicle was excellent, and I would and will defintely go back again.
I had a great experience at Monster Customs. My husband and I like to take road trips and car camp, so we had a second battery and inverter installed in our SUV to power our electronics while traveling. Alejandro provided excellent customer service and Josh perfectly executed everything we asked for. They were both very open to my ideas and very professional. Absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism from start to finish! As a female it isn’t easy to go into a custom car shop and be treated well. They were also very good about calling to book my appointment once my equipment was in, calling when my car was ready etc. I take my car places and they won’t even call when it’s ready, I have to call them. My sound is fantastic and the install is beautiful! It looks like it was built into the car originally. Every single thing is installed perfectly and looks clean. So happy with my choice to bring my car here.

They put in a new radio w/ Apple CarPlay and Bsckup camera for my wife’s old 4runner. Now we have current luxuries with the awesome old 4runner body style. There was a very minor error we discovered after installation and they quickly fixed it at our convenience. Amazing service!

About to install new swing gate bumper system on my 2017 Tundra that would block the factory rear camera. Monster Customs installed a new rear camera, back up and on the fly, as well as a front camera. With a big ARB bumper and winch, the front camera allows me visibility in the day to day use but on the trail it works as a spotter. Monster was awesome and Im one happy camper.
I was looking for place to put side steps on my new Ram 1500 and decided to try Monster Customs. The best decision I could have made. Great price and service. Wow, I was intimidated at first because their website was filled with badass custom mods of clients that probably spent $$$$+. I was very timid and a bit embarrassed about bringing some car parts that Ive ordered and that needed to be installed. To my surprise, all of them were so humble and extremely friendly. The two people that helped me for this particular project were Alejandro and pro-tech Nick. They did a walk around my vehicle, took pictures, and pre-check the parts for any issues. I knew that my request is basic but again, they treated me like a high-roller. The result was quick and now, I ended up with a cooler looking car. Definitely Grade A on customer service because Alejandro gave me a follow-up call to make sure I was still satisfied and two weeks later, I received a thank you card. Ive already told them that Im not done with the exterior and definitely will go to them for future installations.

Was looking to get some basic upgrades to my car: back-up camera installation and stereo upgrade. Monster Customs did a fantastic job with helping me select the products that would work best for me and my budget. They were prompt in getting the materials as well as scheduling the appointment. Wow!!! What can I say about Monster Customs.I just had my first experience with them getting new wheels, tires and a leveling kit.I went to their new location at the Avenues of West Cobb. What a great store and staff.I met with Lonnie and he has tons of knowledge and great advice. (PS, he has the patience of a saint as I am a pain to deal with!) I appreciate that he did not try to oversell me with things I didn’t need or would not be good For me down the road. He listens well well and advises to help you achieve your goals. Mine was to make my pickup look like the truck it should be without going 10 feet in the air and rubber sticking out everywhere.The staff at their installation facility was just as nice and friendly. The were very courteous, helpful and got the job done in a very timely manner.I plan on doing more things to my truck in the future and you can bet I will be seeing the great people at Monster Customs.
Took my mk7 GTI in for lowering spring installation. After getting ridiculous $900+ quotes from other shops, MC gave me a very good quote and did the job in a very timely and professional manner. Definitely will be back!
We bought a home last year and finished the basement. The main purpose of the build out was to create an intimate theater room.Monster Customs was recommended to us. We went into their new showroom on opening weekend. We met with Terry and Chris that day. They spent a great deal of time understanding our needs and expectations. Even though it was their Grand Opening, they both treated us as their only customer. They took the time to describe and detail various products and options for our particular set up for our home.Terry and I met and conversed several times and he adjusted equipment and configurations to meet our needs and budget.During the construction project, Terry and Chris were always on site to complete the work personally. They took great pride in the work they were doing and even point out shortfalls from the other contractors that impacted their work.Our overall project was delayed several times due to contractor/supplies but no part of Monster Customs portion was delayed.I cannot recommend Terry, Chris and the entire Monster Customs business highly enough. This is a great team and will deliver a superior, high-quality experience.William H.
Monster Customs recently installed new wheels, tires and leveling kit for my 2020 Tacoma. Josh went above and beyond to find the exact wheels I had found online(wheels were back ordered and very difficult to find...other shops told me they wouldn’t be available until end of summer, Josh found them in 1 hour), and paired them up with the perfect leveling kit and tires. This was my first experience with Monster, but it won’t be my last. I have done numerous builds with both sports cars and trucks over the years, and this one was the first where everything went as promised and exceeded my expectations. It was fun to have that “wow” moment when I picked up my truck! If you want it done right, if you want to be sure you are spending your money wisely, if you want EXPERIENCED sales people AND techs to work on your car or truck look no further than Monster.
I cannot express how pleased I am with Monster Customs and Juan Chivira. Great customer service. These guys are definitely the BEST in the business would not trust my car with anyone else. They took care of my Mustang like it was their own car. I told Juan that wasn’t a celebrity but they sure took care of my car and my request like I was one of their celebrity clients. No at yet what you want to do to upgrade or customize your ride...these guys are the absolute best. Doing a audio upgrade like I did is just as important as a complete customization. Thank you. I was very impressed with the whole operation and the employees. Had a 2” leveling kit done, along with mounting new running boards and custom headlights. I worked with Tyler and these guys are not only professional, but they’re down to earth and take pride in their work. Your vehicle is your baby, and MC treats it as if you are giving them your child. They walk you through the process of selecting the right parts, how they’ll do it, and give you a tour of the shop - which is pretty sweet. These guys are fantastic. I had a new stereo head unit installed on my 08 Acura TL. What we thought was a simple job became a bit more complex because my car has a non-badged premium audio system. Josh and Nelson did the research and found a custom wire harness that would make everything work perfectly. The installation looks seamless too. Id highly recommend them for a custom job and Ill be taking my car there for any more custom work I have done.

The guys at Monster are awesome. Helped me out with a new bed cover for my truck and a sick sound system. It’s really hard for me to take my brand new truck to a shop and hand someone the keys, but the professionalism these guys showed from the minute I walked in the door made me immediately trust them. A great experience. We visited the showroom and Lonnie came up with recommendations to meet our goals and budget. I thought we had a fairly modest budget and was pleasantly surprised at what he was able to put together. Installation (by Mark) went great, all the car’s user interfaces work perfectly with the new system, and the car’s dash and door panels look perfect. Most importantly it delivers the sound we were hoping for. Highly recommend!

This 5 star review has been a long time coming for me. I have been to Monster Customs for many different upgrades to my Audi A4. From paint correction, ceramic coating, chrome delete, caliper paint, and a speaker system with a custom enclosure. I just had my front and rear speakers replaced with Morel Virtus 602’s. My car has never sounded better. Josh put it together for me and I couldn’t be happier. Monster Customs is the place in Georgia for any car upgrades.
The team at Monster customs has been exceptional. They helped me build my truck from start to finish and provided the highest quality of work. They are by far the best in Atlanta and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and more. I won’t go anywhere else. I constantly get asked where I got my truck lifted. They make you feel like family. Sometimes I go to the shop just to hang out and see what they have going on. They recently hooked me up with sound system and it sounds great! Couldn’t be happier.

These guys understand the importance of customer service. Terry and Jim are highly professional guys you can trust. They have an awesome conference room with comfy chairs and free Monster energy drinks while you get personalized pricing for your upgrades, all displayed on huge flat screens. While they were working on my truck, I got updates on how everything was going. When I picked it up, it looked great and they walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the finished product. Heres the best part, a week after picking my truck up, I got a call to make sure I was still happy and to ensure everything was still working properly. Also, I got pricing from 4 wheel parts on the same upgrades and Monster Customs was less expensive. I have had my car for 15 years and she is my paid off baby! I found Monster Custom on Google they had 5 stars and they did not disappoint. First and foremost they were friendly and very professional. Tyler took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. Once we scheduled an appointment he called me to confirm my appointment, I didn’t have to hunt him down.I had to work while my car was being worked on and Tyler made sure I had a place to work. Had the speakers and tires replaced on my truck. The new tires look very good, and the new speaker system sounds great. Very cool place has everything you would want for your car. Tyler was the person who did the stuff for the car. Great person and definitely knows what he is doing.

I brought my truck there to get a full system and wasnt very sure at first what exactly I wanted. Monster Customs was helped me the whole way through and gave me many options! They worked with me to build a system for my personal music preferences! The installation was perfect and flawless. I also got headlights installed by them and they were also perfect! My truck was in perfect shape after with no damage to it, they treat it like is is their own. It has been over two years now that I brought my first truck in and the system in that truck is still working perfectly! I will always use them for ANY of my mods that I do to my vehicles. As soon as i arrived to Monster Customs Juan greeted my son and i as if we already knew each other. Juan took us through the shop to see all the amazing projects they all have going on. Monster Customs had fabulous customer service from the first call I made. They walked me through all of my options for my new stereo, steered me away from some internet myths, and didn’t up-sell me to a fancier, more decked out stereo than what I needed (they presented many options but weren’t trying too hard to push a certain one). They took the time to quote me for replacing my entire sound system and for only the head unit. The installation did take a little bit longer than was estimated, but the guys were very apologetic about the extra wait, and frankly, the quality of the work made up for the additional hour or two (and I wasn’t charged for any additional labor than what I was quoted). Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Monster Customs!
Absolutely phenomenal experience!! Highly recommended, extremely professional group.Top notch work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8; done expertly, quickly, and ahead of schedule. Had new stereo installed, new exhaust, new CAI, engine tune, window tint, Radar detector with laser jamming system and a front facing camera and everything was done perfectly.Jim was fantastic to deal with, very patient, and spent 45 minutes on the day of delivery personally going over every detail of the work they did, answered all my questions, and checked in with me no less than 3 times over the weekend (while on vacation) to make sure everything went well. It was a truly VIP experience.Dont think about it any longer....if you need custom work done on your vehicle, take it to Monster Customs....you wont regret it.

Recently had a Borla Exhaust system put in by Monster! I had called asking for recommendations on different systems, and after install, they nailed it! Met with Jim about installing a new stereo. They did an amazing job at a very fair price. The quality of the job impressed me the most. I brought my 2019 RAM 1500 up to Josh at Monster Customs to see about installing the ICON stage 2 suspension kit. After about 3 months of finally able to get it done and Josh checking in on me from time to time. I dropped the truck off on a wednesday night and they had me ready to go with alignment by Thursday afternoon. I was able to bring it back a few days later to get the coilovers adjusted. Awesome customer service A+, clean shop and they definitely know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I had a flat bed replace the backseats in my MINI. They made it look like my car came from the factory with the modifications I wanted. Incredible attention to detail, contouring the side panels of the car and fitting perfectly. When I took my car to the dealership for some maintenance, all of the staff from salespeople to mechanics were commenting on the workmanship. HIGHLY recommend. The work was even done ahead of schedule.

I brought in my ‘17 Challenger for some upgrades. Hands-down the most professional employees and phenomenal quality of work. I was incredibly impressed with their attention to detail and the look of my challenger after tinting all my windows, installing HID lights, installing a back-up camera, front and rear cameras, and a custom Alpine stereo to replace the awful Uconnect screen. I would highly, highly, recommend this shop to everyone that wants their car to stand out from the rest!
This is an excellent place for anyone but especially a woman to get work done on her truck. It is well organized and clean (even the restroom, which surprised me since I only saw male staff). Juan and the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Juan LISTENED to what I said and what I wanted. He was not condescending at all. As long as I was able to describe the feature or explain the concept of what I wanted, he was able to provide the service or product I wanted. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Later, when a couple of service adjustments needed to be made to my truck, it was not a problem. I called Juan, we set up a time, and it was done. Of course, I wish the price was lower but then, who doesnt? At least, I can say I got what I paid for. I would recommend this business to my friends and, of course, I will be going back again myself.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience these guys gave me. It began with my sales guy Melvin. He was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on aftermarket automotive products. I was looking for a basic stereo system with a touch screen and a back up camera. We went over my budget and he was able to put together a package that I was pleased with. I left the vehicle with him and was called later the same day saying it was finished and sounded great. When I returned, I saw and heard the finished product. I was shocked how great it sound and the install looked like it came straight from the factory. The audio installer definitely knows what he is doing and very well. This shop is a high end shop and it shows. Nothing but top notch work!

I called Friday 4pm they had me come out from downtown Atlanta and the OWNER (Jim) himself fixed my radio staying late to do so. They have completed work on all of my cars. Ranging from a custom stereo in my truck to radar detectors in the cars. Friendly and professional every time. I was glad to see them move to Marietta and not change on their prices. It is why I keep going back. Friendly, professional, and great prices are a pretty good mix. Plus the small details they did on my truck where great for my tweeters in the door. I did not think of if and it came out great. Oh and the waiting area is comfortable as well. Nice touch fellas. The guys at Monster Customs did a fantastic job installing a stereo in my 63 Cadillac Deville. I was very impressed with how they treated my car and where able to keep the factory look. Terry and his guys gave my car the white glove treatment, with the car being completely original this was very important to me. They installed speakers, amplifier and a USB port; it wasn’t a very big job, but I was treated as if I was spending $100k. I have found the shop that will do all future work on my Caddy. Would highly recommend! They installed a new CarPlay enabled Stereo for me. I felt the price was fair and they did a great job. After the original install, there was a slight issue with the volume and they were able to fix it for me very quickly. Would definitely go back if I needed any other Car work done.

I went to Monster to begin my truck customization. Started off with an impossible task of trying to figure out how to get a sub box in the backseat and it was an impossible task. A task that was solved at Monster Customs with the help of Alejandro and Josh. Now I can roll down the street with my system going boom next upgrade coming soon.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about clearly the best auto custom shop around. I requested a stealth installation for my VW Golf and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Until you hear it thunder you would never guess they had integrated this much bass, dynamic range and clarity into what appears to be a stock system. Try to find the sub! Trust them with your car and they will make you happy.
Monster Customs is probably in the top ten custom audio shops in the US. The staff was very knowledgeable in the customizing of all rides. The workmanship was top notch. I got a CBI steel front bumper and a Smittybilt x20 12k comp winch put on my 2018 4runner TRD Off Road. I worked with Juan who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite the entire time. At first I only wanted some information on what it would cost and time wise. He was not short with me or tried to sell me anything, just provided me with the information I wanted which I very much respect. After deciding to get the install done, they wanted the car for 2 days to make sure everything was done properly (since cutting of the bumper was involved). I was informed along the way of the progress and was shown around the car and had all of my questions answered before I left with, again, no sense of being rushed. They did an amazing job and would recommend them 110%. Juan gave me a couple of follow up calls the week after to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied which was an incredibly nice and uncommon thing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I went to Monster Customs after another local shop had done a very poor and classless job attempting to customize my H1 Hummer. Jim and his crew were up front, and extremely professional. We had a very thorough initial consultation. Jim assured me that I was in great hands, and that he would not only customize the vehicle, but that he would do it with the integrity that such a vehicle deserved. I wanted a classy high end customization that looked like it was from the factory. I also wanted enough flash that the car could also be a show car for any H1 or Hummer enthusiasts. Jim and his team understood what I was going for. They gave me an accurate timeline for the install. When I pushed for it to be faster, they never over promised. They were transparent and honest about when they could deliver, thus managing my expectations. They delivered three weeks earlier than what they originally promised. After they delivered the vehicle, I had questions, and minor tweaks I wanted. Jim kept his door and phone open, and they happily took all my notes. I am very happy, and impressed. Cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the job that Lonnie and Monster Customs did with my new F250. Lonnie worked with me for over two months to make sure I not only got what I wanted but that it was the perfect lift for my truck. Monster Customs installed a 4 BDS Coilover adjustable Fox lift, Method Wheels, 37 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, full trim blackout, window tint, roof top running lights, satin black hood & roof wrap. I would have giving them 10 stars if that option was available.I have known and worked with JIM, Terry and KAY for over 20 years starting from the period they worked for The Source . In this period they earned my loyalty and 20 years later my loyality has only gotten stronger. I have gone to Monster when nobody else could or would fix my cars electrical problems or special equipment needs. They have installed everything from LED headlights to rewiring my Jeep Grand Wagoneer and BMW E24 after another shop burned up or destroyed the factory wiring harnesses.In my experience you can not find a better shop with the most knowledgeable and competent staff anywhere in this country. Monster has always had the correct solution, equipment and staffing to diagnoses and correct any problem I have had or the installation of new non standard equipment like 24Volt Military led auxiliary lights .Monsters cost for labor and equipment are among the most competitive I have every had to work with. This why unless you go to Monster to at least get quote for your project , see there fantastic facilities and the special project they have done on SUPERCARS before you do modifications for your car you are doing yourself an unjust act.This comes from over 20 years of working with Jim, Terry & Kay with 100% satisfaction even months after they have completed the work.In todays world it is a breath of fresh air to have a company actually stand behind and honor their work.

The three of us sat down together in their conference room and pulled up everything online to discuss. Terry personally sourced the selected Pioneer CarPlay receiver, Polk Audio component speakers, and all necessary parts/accessories, then their professional crew installed everything that same day. I’ve been sending friends to Monster Customs for their cars. When Jim added the home theatre services to the business, I was super excited.I scheduled the appointment and the guys came out to my new home to recommend how my TV’s should be mounted and I needed sound bars but wasn’t sure what brand I wanted.I finally gave up control and let the guys do what they do best. I’m so beyond happy with everything they installed!!They installed my entire Nest security system, Google wireless mesh system (best WiFi in the neighborhood), 4 flatscreen TV’s and 2 HEOS sound bars that are beyond amazing!They were so professional and patient with me when I changed my mind on what I wanted a couple times.As I build out my home, I’ll be calling them again to install more TV’s and build out my already awesome sound system!!These guys know what they are doing and they know more about products than some of the manufacturers. 5 stars isn’t enough...the service is superb and totally deserve 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was referred here by the owner of Fastlane Import Auto Repair and decided to check Monster Customs out. I initially met with the owner, Terry, for a consultation and he took me out to his car to help me decide on what head unit to go with. After making a decision, I scheduled an appointment to install a Pioneer AppRadio 4 in my Infiniti. I am very happy with my decision and very impressed with the capabilities of the unit. Shop is top notch and turnaround time is very prompt. The staff takes time to assist its customers one on one and does not give you a vibe that they have something more important to do. I will most certainly recommend to my family and friends.

I had a simple request, hard wire my radar detector so I didnt have the stupid coiled cord hanging down and rubbing my dash. Ive seen others where they use push pins shoved into the wires in the mirror. Much to my surprise Jim quickly ran it across the headliner, down inside the A pillar and behind the dash. Finally he soldered the connections for a fool proof install. it took 45 minutes and I was back on the road with no more coiled cable. I looked around their shop while I waited. There was a very impressive wood shop for manufacturing custom speaker frames, nice showroom and not too overwhelming. Clean shop, friendly people and quality work. Monster has a new customer for life. Thanks Jim.
Very, very good professional place for all of your car audio needs. Terry is a great guy who is very knowledgeable in his craft! His staff included. I was completely satisfied with my installation. Top notch service and expertise. I came in to have my HIDs installed and from start to finish the service was great. Very knowledgeable staff, quick service with a great waiting area for clients. Before they even installed my HIDs, they educated me about what would best fit my vehicle, what color would be appropriate (for law enforcement purposes), and voltage difference in certain bulbs. Monster Customs is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
I cant say enough good things about Jim and the guys at Monster Customs. They spent 9 hours tearing my car apart and putting it back together. Built a custom box for my W7 so I can get to my DEF tank, my huge suitcase still fits in the trunk, and the sound is amazing. The attention to detail and quality of their work is impeccable.
Customer service at Monster Customs is absolutely exceptional! I recommend this shop to everyone who is into their cars as myself. One important factor that I believe should be address is how clean and tidy the shop is. Monster really knows how to represent their brand to the fullest. They treat their clients well and with respect and compassion. I was reluctant to step foot into the shop because I dont own a high-in car but I take very good car of my cars. I drive a 2013 Ford Focus SE. I assumed they wouldnt want to bother working with me but I was wrong with the negative mindset I had in my mind. The owner, Jim, is an awesome guy! Hes very knowledgable about cars and isnt about taking your money but investing your money where its valued and around your spending bracket.I went to MeggaMaxx today to get my JMS PEDALMAXX PERFORMANCE CHIP installed and the customer service was deplorable! One of the guys told me to watch the YouTube clip and figure it out myself to install the unit. Just because I didnt except his offer of $100 to install something so small that didnt require a lot of work. Jim took it upon himself to do the installation for FREE (no cost) because it was super easy to put together. He couldnt believe MeggaMaxx couldnt perform the task. Needless to say, I was very - very please and I will continue bringing my car(s) to Monster Customs for ANY performance work I need done.

I would like to start by saying how amazing JOSH is... I am a young woman and I do not know much about cars/trucks. I have a Jeep and I was looking to customize it and make it look like everything I want but I did not know where to start. Prior to meeting Josh I went in 4X4 which is a commercial store/shop that sells auto parts for jeeps specifically and will customize and do work on your truck as well... Well I went in that store and felt belittled and I really felt a lot of prejudice vibes. So i left.. no one wanted to help me and it seems as though, I was looked at like I was not going to spend any money. So i left! Shortly after that I went to Monster Customs and met Josh... Ive been to monster customs 4 times within a 3 week period for different work.. Ive also spent around 4k for customizing work and I love every bit of it and will be getting more work done. Josh has been very personal throughout the entire journey.. Step by step hes helped me pick out everything I wanted...hes very patient and takes his time. Hes very specific and will make sure you get the right look... To be very indecisive I am very pleased with my truck now and I would have not gotten the look I wanted had it not been for JOSH. Hes like my own personal shopper for my truck and hes always working on and off the clock!!! JOSH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. ASK FOR JOSH!

I had a simple radio issue which I couldnt figure out myself so I bought it over to Monster Customs to see if they could help. Honestly I felt like I was wasting their time seeing how many high profile jobs they were working on. They were more than happy to troubleshoot my problem and later asked me to leave my car with them. A day or two later and they were able to find and fix the problem. It was a blown fuse located in an hidden kick-panel and they put my radio back together. Not only that but they also wiped down my car and had it ready for me to pick up later that day. These guys are Grade A!!!**UPDATE**I wanted to update my review on Monster Customs.To date, Monster Customs has installed audio systems in 4 of my vehicles. Lamborghini, Porsche 911, Jaguar and now my Acura NSX. Jim, Terry and crew have always been professional, prompt with timelines and fair with pricing. I have a few more cars to work on but Monster Customs will always be my audio shop
I Researched for a quality company that was professional and did quality work. These guys were Amazing did my head unit on my Tacoma I drove 3hrs dropped my truck off and picked few days later they worked with me after hours and it sounds amazing compared to my stalk unit I had. I highly recommend there business. Give them a call see what they can do for you. Worth it.
Jim is a fantastic guy! Hes very easy to work with - very professional and knows his stuff. These guys installed 4 speakers + sub into my brand new Elantra and its the cleanest install I have ever seen. They tuned the system and even added a bass gain knob without me asking! Definitely will be returning for any future modifications!

I was in the market to upgrade my daughters car stereo so I Googled stereo installations near me. As I was reviewing the list that came up I ran across Monster Customs and read several of their excellent reviews so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Terry on the phone who is so knowledgeable about all the stereos with the features I was looking for (touch screen, NAV, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, etc) then he really impressed me with his installation knowledge. The price was right so I purchased a stereo and brought my daughters car to him the next day around noon. They have a VERY impressive shop and some of the vehicles they were working on - WOW! When I saw the Lamborghini I knew they could easily handle the G35. Terry called me about 3 hours later and said it was ready. I took my daughter to the shop where Terry spent time walking her through all the features of this very impressive system. She was tickled to death as the stereo was a birthday surprise. The aftermarket stereo looked like it was factory installed. I spoke with Terry about some of their other services, especially when I saw the motorcycles in the shop. I am considering adding a light package to my bike and will definitely choose Monster Customs for that and any other work I need done. These guys are top-notch professionals! You will not be disappointed in their work!!
We had full audio systems installed in both of our trucks. Cant say enough about Terry and Jim.They were consummately professional. Each vehicle was completed as promised (schedule, cost, quality etc) and each exceeded our expectations.Equally impressive was their enthusiasm for what we wanted to achieve. They helped guide us into making the right equipment selections and insisted on performing the work with the level of detail that resulted in two fantastic systems.Cant say enough about this company - highly recommend for audio, and for customizing your ride.
Absolutely great service here. I had sport springs installed on my 335i. The car feels so smooth and handles much better than it had with stock springs. My father also had a ton of work done to his 2015 Silverado. They made him a custom box for his speakers that fit extremely well under the back seats. The sound quality is amazing. They also installed a lift, larger rims and tires, and new fender flares. The truck looks badass as does my bmw. I definitely recommend Monster Customs for any kind of upgrade you may want to do to your vehicle, they do all kinds of things with great customer service.
Monster Customs is a first class shop that provides outstanding customer service along side work quality that is unsurpassed. Monster recently installed a Kenwood navigation system in my car, and the result was flawless. Due to these great business attributes, I will always remain loyal to Terry, Jim, and Monster Customs.

I brought in my new 2015 Mustang GT and had them install a new exhaust system and also put an escort laser jammer system and hard wired my escort radar detector to the rear view mirror. They also put new tint on the car and it looks great. They did really good quality work and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to get aftermarket work done on your car.

If I had more money I would have gone all out with a custom enclosure. Kay is a great installation technician. 2022-07-16I have been using Monster Customs for a few years now. Everything they have done for my wife and I has been above and beyond our expectations especially compared to any other shop in the area. Not only have they fixed mistakes of other shops on our jeep, but they have done an amazing job on our Tundra as well. They did a 6” Ready Lift with 20” wheels and 35’s along with a full customer leather interior just a few weeks ago. I am extremely happy with the final product! I completely recommend Josh, Alejandro, and the rest of the team!

2022-08-02Monster Customs is great! Not only do they have excellent customer service, but they do excellent quality work. After searching around the city for a shop to do modifications on my BMW for an affordable price, I stumbled upon this shop. There prices were some of the best in town, Alejandro made sure to give me a fair deal below what he quoted me for the work originally. In addition Nick T my technician did a great job with modifying my rear diffuser. I really appreciate the work he did and his consultation on what I should do since my piece was slightly unfit. He made sure to take the extra mile and make it fit, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with that. Highly recommend the shop for modifications and speaker work. I will definitely be back soon to complete all my vehicle mods.

2022-02-17MC installed a lift kit for my 2022 Nissan Frontier and they did a great job. Because of my tight schedule Alejandro made sure my truck was in and out the door in a couple hours. Unfortunately there are limited custom options for my truck but when they go on the market I will definitely be working with Monster Customs again.

2022-06-06Monster Customs installed a new Sony AX 3200 into my 2019 Toyota Highlander. They did an excellent job. It looks good. I’ve had no issues. They were very prompt and courteous. Their price was about $500 to $600 cheaper than 5 other places that I checked in the area. I only have one regret, I wish I had gotten a bigger screen lol.

2021-10-29I went into monster customs just to get an estimate because I originally was going to order off of custom offsets and have a friend do it for me. I went in just to see and after pricing the leveling kit, rims and tires, and exhaust I was pleasantly surprised at the price. It ended up being a $200 difference after everything and thats not including paying my friend. To me, it was a no brainer to have customs offsets do the job for me. Alejandro was my salesman and he was awesome! As a female, I was a little worried what to expect because lets be honest places like to overprice stuff assuming we wouldnt know a difference. Alejandro priced exactly what I asked for and didnt try to over sell or add anything I didnt need. He was very responsive when I texted questions and they got me in super quick once the parts all came in. The staff is so friendly and I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Theyre straight up with you and no BS. 100% would recommend to a friend! Love my truck!
