Last minute choice to get some sleep. Definitely falls under, you get what you pay for. Towels in bathroom were dirty with yellow and black stains. Floors are wood vynl and not clean. I had a morning visitor by way of a roach. You get what you pay for.
Location wasnt bad, close to a lot of food establishments and downtown Conyers, but the rooms were very unmanaged, the TV was missing the control box for the remote, the remote was missing the back , the towels were stained and the bathtub was plugged and drain was opened to where you could see hair and clogged up garbage . When night time came there was a lot of activity with doors open , loud music, people conversating outside , they would not get us a different room . You could smell smoke and other products from in the room . Needless to say the front desk couldnt do much to help due to what I can only describe as past experiences. We left before midnight

My husband spoke to the front desk person he said we could have $10 off our next stay no offer to move us no compensation at all… I called the next morning to speak with management. Look under the beds , I’m itching and getting bumps I pull the bed off the little rail thing it sits on and it’s filthy ! Dog food , food, roaches, everything you can think of . The guy in the front tries to move me to another room and it’s the same exact way if not worse . I’m literally in my car falling asleep I was only suppose to be here for a week it’s too late to find another hotel ….this is just ridiculous

Check in was easy ..BUT room was dirty . Shower dirty , bed dirty , roach infested it was so bad I told my Boyfriend we had to leave at 2:00 am in the morning ! Roaches crawled on bed . Do not opt for a smoking room. I only did because I was scared to exit once I got in. There was no shortage of sketchy characters in this area and in the rooms around me. Everything was damaged and I felt like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. I was gonna take a shower before leaving but there was a giant hairball in the drain and the tub smelled too. I never leave bad reviews but this was a rough experience.
The room is extremely spacious and nicely decorated. I would say that it is super cozy and extremely quiet at night. All the appliances are brand new, and they provided with everything that we needed. The free WiFi is very fast and stable but we noticed that all the cables are slightly out of place. We saw a vending machine asked and was told me we can utilize but didnt have the chance to go due to our busy schedule. The staffs are cosy and friendly, they showed us around the place and the unit, and also suggested few places of attractions. It was really easy to locate nice joints to eat and spend our evenings Overall, this place is pretty good and we would recommend it.

I SHOULD HAVE SLEPT IN MY CAR. The hotel is unclean, it feels unsafe and there is a lot of highway noise. The building in under construction. The hammering and sawing began around 7:20 am. I called the front desk. No answer. I went to the front desk and the clerk said there was nothing he could do. It was also odd that the clerk during check in kept asking for cash, but relented when I told him all I had was the visa card. THIS MOTEL IS THE WORST.

Roaches everywhere. Room smelled like a wet dog. Dead roaches in refrigerator. Open holes to outside around heater. Neighbors dogs would not stop barking and owner would not stop yelling at them. No water pressure in the sink or shower. I couldnt set my soda down without roaches crawling on it. Left immediately. Do not go here.

A/C nice and cold. Shower and counter seemed updated.The mattress cover was dirty, had this mold like thing on the side.Floor was sticky. Paint coming off the wall. We stayed here 2.5 years ago and the rooms looked a lot better. Not sure what happened.
First night was ok. Somebody moved my stuff out of my room and hours later I found it in the laundry room under a table. Second night I came and aid for the room wouldnt give me a key until after dark. Anytime we asked for any extra they acted like it was a burden. Second night we noticed the roaches crawling on the counters, beds, and in bathroom. So we called and asked to be moved and get a refund. Ok they moved us rooms and so we did. We woke up late on day 3 here and we are new lovers on first vacation together. I jump in the shower and and gather my stuff and the staff and security was at the door aggressive saying we needed to get out of the room asap. Before we even rebooked. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody traveling.

The fridge didnt work there is black mold on the ceiling at one point in the night the floor was wet I dont know if its wrong cuz how cool it was in the room where it is from the shower we can put the tub into the floor. Then on top of that the management there was not even concerned with what I have to say about what was going on yet Im the customer neither was he concerned with trying to improve my situation already or sale is a better my situation just quickly brushed me off and said come back in the morning and talk to the actual manager
I mean when I lived there last year it was a lot of roaches and really dirty. But now its pretty clean still weird things like broken sinks water not going down in tub or turning on the sink makes it shoot out water across the room but it was decent just nit for the price. Should really be 30$ a room.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby also smelled very clean which I appreciated. The room was just lovely, I was not disappointed despite my doubts about a motel 6 room. I had a small issue with the toilet clogging but when I let the front desk know about it they were very friendly and had maintenance come out to my room quickly to solve the problem. I had no other dilemmas during my stay and I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town.

My stay at this hotel was just full of unbelievable surprises. First policemen knocking on people door looking for people. To the room smelling a awful mess Iike the housekeeper didnt even bother to freshen it up. To mold all over my bathroom ceilings with me being pregnant it was unsafe. To very worn-out beds hurting myself and my family backs . Too unprofessional customers services where they where rude and only took 10% off my room when it should have been a free stay. I was very highly upset. I was not treated with good customer service at all.

Positive: The room appeared clean except the bathroom. Negative: The air conditioner was especially loud and sounded similar to a semi starting up outside the window. The bed felt like it was worn out. The sheets were paper thin. There was no blow dryer, iron or coffee pot in the room.
Terrible customer service e, they are extremely rude and disrespectful, theyll give you rooms that are halfway cleaned , molded, & roach infested if youre black dont come here, they visibly 30+ renovated room but would only give guest the extremely trashed looking ones, its unsafe trash all around the property, the room phones dont even work they arent connected, bathroom filthy ,the manager is highly disrespectful , when explaining the problems instead of giving another room hell aggressively make you get a refund then tell you to come back in the morning for another room this place needs new management and a surprise appointment from the citys inspector THEY WILL FAIL TERRIBLY
Not bad. Nothing like the pics. Pool area is nicely maintained. We were able to bring our dog and that was a blessing. Definitely not a 5 star but for critter friendly it was decent. Room was clean and so far no bugs. (1 night so far) Staff is friendly and helpful.
This place is a dump. It has a moisture problem. Everything is always damp. I suspect its related to the A/C, but who knows what issues have developed from it. Very noisy. No pillow or blanket available when requested. They didnt even have a guide for the TV channels, and the remote that was available for the TV did not match it...so, a lot of functions did not work. As if all that was not enough...even in spite of all those issues, we were going to stay a couple extra days, even in the same room, just so we didnt have to change only for a couple extra days, but they wanted to charge us $30 extra per day. Beware.

I thought this place was different but I never cared for Motel 6 because they are the worst, but I came into this one and was surprised but the bathroom was not to my liking as if it wasnt cleaned well. They also told me one price and charged me another one. I asked for my receipt the night I got my room and he wouldnt give it to me. I should have known then. I wont stay there again because its not a 3 or 4 star or better. I wouldnt have been there but I was tired and about to fall asleep on the road.

The location was great but this is a rough motel. Always drama outside the rooms and the constant smell of reefer eventually gets to being a problem. The rooms were disgusting and dirty as well as the outside of the motel. This should not be any more than a $45 a night motel and definitely not worth $94 a night. This was our 2nd time staying here and will be our last.

I stood at front desk, while the guy stood there counting his draw. He looked at me a few times and didnt speak or even ask for me too wait. I stood there for at least 5-6 mins before he asked me what I wanted.Check into the room. Room was muggy and hot. Turned ac on and vents where covered in mold, roaches where crawling around the microwave. Corners where covered with spider webs n there Nats flying around. Room smell like mold. Im faithful to motel 6 I dont know about them anymore

I really wanted to give this place a great review. It’s convenient. It had all the appearances at check in of being a clean, safe, well maintained motel for the price. The rooms are spacious. I travel to Atlanta for business and it would be a go-to hotel for work except I ran into some issues in my overnight stay that changed my thoughts. After check-in we left for supper and returned to find a homeless man with his pants down, relieving himself in the trees that edge the parking. I had been parked there before dinner. I didn’t do that again. The room smelled not great but I travel with Lysol so I could have endured it for one night. The real kicker though was that I was awakened in the night by something crawling on my pillow. I turned on the light and a roach was crawling on my pillow. There was another on my mattress and more on the walls and floor. I think for close to $80 for the night it’s not too much to ask for a clean, safe, but free room.
The first room had roaches on the bed but room 114 was nice in clean love the front desk they was polite in nice enough to help thank u motel 6 employees for helping they have some good rooms some not but hey they seem to improving
The person at the window do not speak very well english so it is very hard to communicate with the hotel.For the price you would think the hotel would be a little nicer.The floors are nasty, I have watched them clean empty rooms and I have never once seen them mop the floor at all. When they sweep the floor they sweep it just outside the door so when my child goes outside its nasty out there also.Some rooms have a dresser but not all of them so no place to store clothes.The sheet, blankets, and towels are all stained and have holes.Very disappointed in the money I have spent here and the hotel is not worth what I pay.

I am sadden to say this was the worst hotel that Ive ever resided in.... There were so many things wrong I dont know where to begin.. it was riddled with roaches the ceiling and walls needed to be remodeled badly the sink in our bathroom overflowed and wouldnt drain the water our bed was wet with odd stains when we got into the room and the towels in the bathroom had all sorts of nasty stains and were covered in foreign hair...i was just allllll types of grossed out with my newborn with me... When I tried to get a refund they wouldnt issue one telling me that since we stayed the entire night I had to pay even though we checked in at 2:00 a.m. and check out was at 11:00 a.m. and only discounted the original price by $15 which I still have not seen reflected in my bank statement... I honestly will never stay at a motel 6 if this is what they all are like on the inside I cant risk bringing anything home or getting sick.

I went through the reviews and we skeptical of staying here. The front desk was very nice and worked quickly. I received my key and when I opened the door, it was a mess. Wet towels on the floor, bed a mess and trash everywhere.. BUT READ THIS: I went back to the front desk and he said it was a misunderstanding on his part and he game me another room which was perfectly clean. He was kind and apologized. No complaints from me, I hope your stay goes well!

Really dirty and not well maintained, horrible service.... Not my usual pleasant stay that motel 6 typically provides.... Oh yea , I used the toilet it stopped up imedeatly and stayed that way ... I didnt even want to change rooms by the look trash cans overflowing on the breezeway next morning looked like racoons had torn open all the trash and scatted it more .... It didnt look any worse than before

My experience was horrible. The sheets were dirty. It was paper left under the bed when I checked in. No assistance from the front desk when I was reaching out. There was blood on the sheets and pillow case. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning. I woke up with red bumps on my stomach and arms. There were bugs in the room.
Me an my husband checked in @7pm when we walked inside room the smell was bad .the front door was all dirty needs painting the walls was terrible needed by painting the ceiling OMG. Water damage the bathroom my God the grante was black like no has cleaned it in months . never again.

My partner and I stayed here for a night, and did not have any major issues. The rooms were clean, and there was Wifi that worked well. However, the motel does not provide breakfast, and the bed felt like a water bed. Shampoo and conditioner were not provided.

It’s a pretty nice place to stay but our floor was pretty dirty. When I noticed it was sticky, I used a rag to clean it and it was really dirty. There was also a cue tip on my floor. Everything else was okay

01/30/2021, This is by far the worse place I have ever paid money for. First room had roaches and hair on the sheets with dirty walls. Then got moved to another room that had roaches again and the wall sockets had sparks coming from them. And the guy was very rude. No refund.
Leah was very helpful. I was going through a lot and she was very understanding and provided the highest level of customer service with a smile. Rooms were decent for a quick stay. Clean. Pool was refreshing on a hot day. Ac was cold. Bed was comfortable. If i ever needed to, i would definitely stay again. Decent priced as well.
The customer service was good. They were polite and quick. The room had nice flooring, but that was all. There was stains on the blanket, furniture was scratched up, bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, mold was also growing on the bathroom walls. My spouse refused to even take a shower in the bathroom. I had to move the bed away from the wall because my phone fell, and we found trash and a lighter under the bed. The room was supposed to be non-smoking. Refunds werent allowed, but we stayed anyways. The price was decent.
The service was great and the location is nice and quiet. The rooms needs more attention to cleaning. The room this time and food on the walls. The towels on the sink were either dirty or stained, but no one wants to use a towel with dark spots on it. The other towel had hair(look like pubic) in them. Towels and rags need replacing. I always check for bed bug, when I pulled the sheets back there was a good amount of crumbs and hairs in the bed. We had to sleep on the top cover. The refrigerator wasnt cold enough and the freezer part appeared to have mold. The sink was missing a big piece and they patched it, but the patch work was bad and still not dry.
The room didnt have a bad smell but it did have roaches coming from the bedside tables. Dry towel had blood stains and should have been thrown away. Remote was broken; if you skip past something u want to see u gotta keep going until it came back around.. (Down button broken). This is one of my favorite Motel 6 locations in the Metro Atlanta area. I’ve used this location four times and each time the rooms were very spacious and the staff was very courteous and accommodating.The only reason I gave it a four star rating instead of a five is because on our last visit the room smelled of cigarette smoke and we had reserved a non-smoking room.

Please be aware ! The linen in my room was extremely disgusting literally stains covering the entire bed !! Pillows were flat and the towels were completely unusable. The walls inside the shower were filthy. And sadly in the bathroom area by the sink i seen a roach coming out of the light fixture . Agreed this is affordable but if you have children or actually care about cleanliness dont come here Period! I have photos but unfortunately cant post them on here .

It was a bed and a bath. Fair for the price. My key didnt work properly. It took many tries and I was about to go back to the desk when it finally worked. I had 2 of the smallest pieces of soap I have ever seen, and I had to ask for shampoo, also in a miniature bottle. My tv remote didnt work, and the replacement was barely working. I didnt know the fridge was a freezer until the morning and my leftovers were frozen solid. It didnt feel that cold, but the door missing on the tiny freezer should have clued me in. The desk clerk was very nice, and while a bit dirty from being old mostly, the room was fine for the price. I would go back if needed but will bring my own soap and shampoo and maybe a universal remote!😂

My friends daughter got bitten by bed bugs in this place the last time we were there. Also the owner hates white people I complimented him (through his son or nephew)on what a nice garden he had grown this year all he did was stare at me in disgust. At least his son or nephew was polite.
My stay was great. The staff was amazing and I didn’t have any issues at all. Definitely will be coming back
We only stayed here because it was last minute, and the price of the room was okay. We booked from that Friday night to that Sunday morning, however we decided to Not sleep in the room Saturday. We left the hotel Saturday afternoon around 1pm to attend a meeting, We never returned! The room was out of date, Stuffy, the décor was old, furniture placement looked like the storage room, and the BATHROOM was DISGUSTING... When using the restroom we squatted, or wrapped the toilet seat with tissue , We did not take a shower, and used bottled water to wash our hands, brush our teeth, and wash faces. We slept in the bed only because we travel with personal bedding. We allowed housekeeping to enter the room while we were still in the room, she grabbed the small garbage bag by the sink and left... She did NOT ,clean a thing!!! This was the worst Motel6 I have ever stayed in, I worked for the top pest control company who provides service for this business chain, we always have complaints and I remember Motel6 owners blaming our service. Obviously they never stayed at one of there hotels... No use of keeping the light on, if your scared of what you may see... You guys should be on Undercover Boss!!!
Wow... And not a good wow. The pictures on the website are entirely misleading. Our room was beat up (holes in the walls, sagging, worn out mattresses, stains on furniture) and not particularly clean... Not filthy, but also not clean. The room lacked basic amenities, such as a hair dryer or even shampoo! The rooms are also not very sound-proofed. When we arrived, the lobby smelled like pot. The front desk person refused to check me in because he said his shift ended 5 mins prior, and I would have to wait on the next guy to arrive. Fortunately, the next guy, who was apparently late for his shift, did arrive within minutes. We would have just gone somewhere else had it not been fairly late already. We paid about $70 for our room, and it was a waste. Do not go to this motel!
False advertising. The website showed pictures of a place that definitely wasnt where we stayed. Called the office for extra pillows to go on the full sized beds that were supposed to be queens and extra wash clothes to which they responded by stating they didnt have any. And then when we asked where the iron and ironing board were they said we could come get the iron but they didnt have an ironing board. Finally we called to ask when housekeeping was coming to clean the room because we wanted fresh sheets the guy said they werent here yet and asked if we were staying the night? Crazy since we booked the room for two days.
My time there was good till the last night some kind of smell was coming into our room it was so strong that my mom started to have asthma problems. There was staining or something else on the towels. If you stay i would bring your own pillow because theres is so flat and every time you move at night you here the plastic-bag that is around the bed.
Room was located near the front of the property (Room 104) which made it easy for myself and my guests to get our luggage to without having a LONG walk. Was impressed with the updated flooring in the room/bathroom, although the furniture did not match the overall esthetic. Only complaint, I was not given a receipt at checkout. I assumed one would be emailed to me and have not received one yet. Also, this being my first time staying at a Motel 6, I was shocked that there wasnt an iron or hair dryer in the room...but maybe that is an amenity that is available at other chains?
Hello to whom It may concern I booked a hotel for reservation online for Friday, February 8-10, 2019; Im disappointed😞 at the maintenance service I called the front desk on the phone about a minor issue about my remote control and the guy at front desk told me to come to the front desk to get another remote control😒 I didnt expect that from the guy as I had another issue again with my remote control and I called front desk asking if they could bring me another remote control and the guy at front desk expected me to come to front desk and get a remote control I told him that I was in my room occupied and he still kept saying the same thing from the previous day SMH; I work at a hotel as well as a Houseman I work at the Hyatt House Hotel in Cobb County and whenever front desk calls for anything I make sure that I satisfy the customers needs the best way I can!!! Maintenance needs to tighten up and provide better guests services other than that housekeeping is good keep up the good work....👍👍🙏🙏
Lots of cockroaches outside, but none inside. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Secure location. Room was in dire need of renovation: bath door would not close, paint chipping, thrift store looking furniture. Good shower. I give it 3 stars for a cheap rate and a good night sleep, but I would not bring my family there.
The room was clean abd the bed was comfortable I got their late and they were kind enough to not wake me up for check out until noon would definitely return
I would give negative 5 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. We even had to wait 10 min at front desk before finally being checked in. No one was there! Once in the room, the ceiling had what appeared to be mold above entry door. Room had visible cockroaches. Bed covering had cigarette burns throughout and the room smelled horribly. Other patrons of the hotel were extremely loud and obnoxious; so much so that my wife felt unsafe. We were in this room for less than an hour before my wife demanded we leave and go find another hotel. She was so disgusted and uncomfortable she would not even allow me time to request a refund. We left the keys in the room and drove away. Absolutely the worst lodging experience of our lives.

Travel 16hours from pa to this hotel. When we first got there the first room was full of mold and stains all over the sheets and very dirty. Went to the office and requested another room. They give us the second room. This room was a little better but the beds where n out queen beds as stated online and the pictures where not anything like the rooms online. The mini refrigerator was freezing our food. The pool hours sucked and when asked to.open early I was told no. Asked for extra towels and was told no at least thats what I was thinking they said can not understand did not speak English well. The bed did not have any comforters on them on silkie want be comforters.it seemed like this was other peoples home and the first night the cops where at the place.I would never stay here again. Wrost experience for my first travel to Ga.
The room was clean and the room service was excellent
First room they gave us was not a clean room. Bed had been laid in food was still in fridge. The next room had someone elses bag and belongings on the counter. Nobody ever came up to collect it so we put it in the old dirty room and kept it pushin. The beds r wrapped in plastic and upside down so u cant tell if its gross or not but im sure it is bc the pillows r dirty and flat af. There is black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The bathtub curtain has bleach sprayed on it instead of just being washed. The walls and doors are just filthy! That is all. Thank u.

Our over all stay was great! Except for 2 little issues. First, the shower stall was a little nasty! The wooden bench in the shower was dangling on the floor, was held to wall with one connection, and others were not connected to it at all. Second, I understand that your Chain of Motels are green friendly but there is a time when you can conserve in other areas.. The water, I should say, What water coming out of the sink and also the shower was not enough to get a flea wet! Please conserve in other places, but NOT the water and water pressure!! Also, you might want to take out a few of the outer lights or dim them a little,,,Way to bright! On a good note, the person at the check out desk and when checking in, was very nice and courteous.
Staff was laidback and not the most personal, but that was ok with me. Room looked like the picture. However, the cleanliness was questionable at best. The fridge, though not terrible, was not clean. There were dirty socks behind both the nightstands. The sides of the sink were covered in brown stains that I am relieved to say were just coffee. The three pillows provided for the KING size bed were tiny, thin, and flimsy. The sheets were acceptable, but the outer two covers had clearly not been washed in a while. The furniture was well worn; the back panel of the dresser was falling off. However, the bathroom looked great.All that said, you get what you pay for. Its not the Ritz. Bring some basic cleaning supplies, disinfectant, a blanket and some pillows, and youll be fine.
It was horrible. On the second day of a5 day booking, the ceiling started leaking water. The entire bottom of my bed was soaked. The manager didnt even come look. He told me they were booked. On the 3rd day around 4pm they finally switched my room. The manager was extremely rude.
Prices are pocket friendly and I was told the motel offers refunds incase I wanted to reduce on the days of my stay there. I have never had this experience before

The room was clean! But they need to update their furniture, the TV was not the greatest . People up stairs kept noise up. We noticed people walked all night, and you could tell dirty dealing was going on. Which made my husband and me leave early that morning. We were very uncomfortable there! We will not be coming back.
Rooms were magnificent with good designs also spacious with friendly staff who were readily available to serve

We asked for two queen beds and the clerk could barely speak English, he said yes I have. We get in the room and its two full size beds. We asked if they had a roll away bed and they didnt. The room was nasty and we were harassed in the parking lot by people begging for money. They had two soda machines that didnt work. I would not stay there again.
Wonderful grounds ,Refreshed rooms with a nice rustic furniture style and layout. Abundantly available and good housekeeping/service staff. Beds as most important was firm and average standard for comfort. You can actually do your own laundry in the motel which was interesting and a first for me but the staff was very helpful especially in showing me how to operate the available machines. Check out was easy and all I can say was I had a pleasant stay at the motel 6 conyers GA .WELL DONE…
I paid 110.00 plus taxes for the room which should have been 50.00... its no way near the quality of a 110.00 room... sink was broken...ceiling looked like its rotten...omg the beds was like carts in the hospital rooms... I most definitely will try and make it home instead of stopping and resting before staying at motel 6 again.
Mold in shower. AC was off all day so when we got to our room at 11pm, inside was about 90 degrees and didnt cool off until 1am. Very dated and broken appliances and furniture. Well lit parking. Pet friendly. Cheap. Good enough to sleep for a road trip if you just need a shower and a bed.

Its not the best Motel 6 Ive ever been in. The bed was not comfortable...it was very old and saggy and the pillows were very flat. The sheets were clean but also old. The room was clean, we didnt see any bugs. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which were both clean. The night clerk was kind of rude. Its in a weird location. You can see it from the highway but you have to drive behind some buildings and its secluded away from everything else off the exit. It was a place to sleep for the night but I wouldnt stay again.
I wouldnt give any stars but I had to select one to write comment. This place should be shut down. My husband and I had been driving with our fur babies for about 10 hours and we were tired so we stopped to rest. Pet friendly Hotels were slim to none. Mole on shower, old looking staines toilet, smell of room was discussing. Room door was barley hanging on with cracked all around door. the pillow was the smell of years of butt smell. Bed bugs on wall behind dresser. I was afraid to look behind bed headboard. I could say more but I think you have enough information. Dont stay there. Date of review Sept. 27,2017. Stayed here last night. Was extremely disappointed. Noisy, toilet was noisy all night and towels were very stained. For the amount of money I paid for 1 night, there shoukd have been some type of breakfast offered. Outlet by the bed was coming out of the wall with wire showing. Wont be back to this location.

This was a functional hotel. I wanted a place to stay before a race the following morning and Motel 6 Conyers fulfilled this requirement. The room was clean and the bed was decent. The front desk person was helpful and cheerful. The price was reasonable. On the negative side, the place was somewhat run down and it was not in a great area: I wouldnt stay with a family.
Will never ever stay here again. Bugs, smoke smell from next room came in my room. It was a last minute choice. Best thing I enjoyed being with my granddaughter after not being able to keep her.
We had a room in the far back and it was an unpleasant stay.. People were smoking that other stuff other than cigarettes and it was coming through our AC vent also all the loud music that was playing we couldnt rest! If we should stay again we will be getting a different room

This place is disgusting! Their rooms are priced decent but they do not even clean their rooms properly. I have been here for two weeks and have been in 2 different rooms. They both were unbearable my husband and I had to buy cleaning products to sanitize the entire room because there was feces smeared all over the toilet and walls. The towels were not only stained they had fresh particals on them as if they werent even washed at all! The floors were disgusting and your feet will turn black with dirt in a matter of minutes of walking around your room. All four walls are covered in food stains and no telling what else. Counters had food and hair stuck to them. I literally watched the women go into rooms to clean and only take out trash and replenish soaps and toilet paper and towels. They do not change your top comforter or the soft one underneath. I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt change the sheets either. They even refused us house cleaning and would not give us clean linen or clean towels. There is trash all over the parking lot even had a used tampon thrown near our door! This place is a dump!!!!!

Room I reserved was non smoking but when I walked in it smelled like smoke. I’m glad my daughter and I bought our own blankets because the sheets were filthy.I probably won’t stay here again ! You get what you pay for
I stayed a couple of nights consecutively, but not by choice, it was the cheapest price and in my budget. The location itself was okay, but I was placed near a room of people who lived at the motel and they were disorderly. They had a lot of foot traffic in and out, and were loud and blocked the walkway often. Housekeeping was not good, a couple of days I had to go to the office to get towels because they took all of the dirty ones and failed to replace them at all. It was a hassle to chase them down to get what I needed. And the front desk was unpleasant as well. The power went out a couple of times during my stay and they seemed as if it was my fault. They also attempted to give me one towel for three people. Overall I was unhappy with my stay, but dealt with it because I really did not have a choice.

Worst customer service ever and very rude. I have checked into a room and there was mold on the walls behind the dresser. I laid down in the bed and began to itch and get bumps around my neck. When I checked the sheets there was bed bugs and the feces spots from them. We made the front desk aware of the problem and he began getting loud and rude with us making it seem like we were lying. I have photo proof of this and the bites around my neck. They need to be shut down due to health hazards.
The front desk manager was so polite and accommodating to our needs. When our door key did not work the maintenance man was kind enough to let us in and went to the front desk to replace our room key. He was truly an amazing employee.
I was happy about the location. I was expecting more than what I experienced. The room was spacious but the walls looking dirty with writing on the door frame of the bathroom, black meldow on the shower walls, floors feeling dirty I put my shoes back on, covers on the bed stained, hearing alot of noice outside when inside my room like I was outside with the noise and something biting me in the middle of the night on my wrist. Im just not happy about my experience with my stay. Just over all dirty room. I know its not the Four Seasons or The Hilton but i paid a decent price to have a nice clean room. Ive stayed in other Motel 6 that was cleaner and nicer.

This room was completely disgusting. There were 2 huge spiders in different corners of the room, the microwave had food in it. I wouldnt even allow my toddler to walk on the floor barefoot because of the poor condition of the floor. Basically, the room looked as if it had been left dirty and never even attempted to be cleaned.
We were viewing local hotels for decent prices. We came across Motel 6 on Aug 4, 2015. We were met with staff who acted like they hated their jobs and I am pretty sure they were either owners or management. Both were on their phones during all transactions ahead of us. Then when we asked to view a room, we were treated as an inconvenience. While looking at the room I turned to inquire about Wifi, only to see the manager was outside laughing and talking on the phone. I work hard for my money and will not spend it where its not appreciated! We chose American Better Value, which was not as nice but the customer service was out of sight and appreciated my business. We also ended up staying another night just because! I will be telling everyone I know and channel this review through social media.
First, batteries were low and I had to stand up to the TV to change stations. Called the manager and he came and held the remote up to the TV and said that it was working, that you just had to aim it properly. Then the refrigerator wouldnt work and they had to bring another. Then we had to kill several large roaches that were climbing on the walls, One of the kids spilled some water and when I wiped it up. the towel was black with dirt, so I couldnt let the kids run around in their bare feet, I had to keep socks on them. We had 1 small piece of soap for 2 adults and 3 kids.

This motel is doing some remodeling, it will be nice if they get the remodeling done. Our shower did not work. When we ask for an extra pillow we were told to ask house keeping, and they refused to give us an extra pillow. I would NOT advise anyone to stay here.
This place is horrible. We came here to stay for the evacuation. You barely can park, they have trucks and trailers that are parked side ways taking up all the parking spaces. There are prostitutes in and out of these guys rooms all through the night. You can smell marijuana been smoking outside your doors as well. There is mold around the tubs. Horrible! We went over to the Americas Best which was a little better, the manager there stated that he put those guys out due to them parking their trailers everywhere, they where drinking and loud, mentioned to them that they can stay but had to park the trailers some where else he had guest that needed to park as well. Now thats a great way to consider your other guest as well. Nevertheless it was much quieter at the American Best, not the best condition either but you didnt have to worry about the smoking and the prostitute making her rounds around the hotel. One thing for sure I will be calling the Health Inspector and the local police to review this hotel.
The floors in the room were atrociously dirty, sticky, etc. Did not appear that they had been mopped in quite some time. The air conditioning kept the room barely tolerable even at its highest setting and running constantly. The dressers were missing drawers and broken
Horrible management. Paid for a 2 week stay and my daughter and I were harassed by people hanging out in hallways and parking lot. Bugs are in the room. And marijuana smoking in the room next to us.They came one time after a week to clean sheets only because I asked them too. And when asked or come the second time they didn’t so I got sheets off the cleaning cart and they accused me of stealing. i highly do not recommend staying here. See other reviews about loitering and bugs.
The experience was awful first I was given a room with a broken bed that hit the floor as soon as sat down on it, when going to front desk the staff ask me how was it boke instead of going to see for himself. Not mention we wanted a non smoke room ....... so staff place in a different room that linger of smoke so I just took that as a lost , but then was awaken by bed bugs @ 130 am so had to leave when return the next morning for refund ...... staff attitude was the worst he had nerve to ask me what was wrong with the first room ,and tried to deny that video and pictures did not resemble bed bugs....... what a joke clear evidence was provided so I hate to put all Hotel 6 in that category , but the one in Conyers ,Ga I will never visit again OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE
The rooms are nice & clean . But the real reason this review has 5 stars is because of the desk representative & her name is BREE EDWARDS !! She has been nothing but awesome since day 1 . All of the rest of your employees need to inspire to be like her ! Very positive, friendly , & well groomed/dressed . Needless to say i don’t know how much she makes here but she definitely deserves a raise !
Location was great for what we needed. Rooms... you could tell theyd done some upgrades, but they had roaches, light switches were filthy, unfriendly staff, missing fronts of drawers on dressers, and missing wood on floor.
Do not. don’t. stay here. I made the mistake of staying here twice. They intentionally gave me a room with an access card that did not work. I am paralyzed and unfortunately. I forgot something on both occasions. When you try and call the office to speak to someone their answering machine only loops around. Days later if you reach someone, they take your number and say they will call back and never do and ask you to call back the next few hours r next day. And the same thing occurs again and again. These are bad people They probably would not post this.
Worst hotel ever, didnt even stay but twenty minutes. Signs of bed bug infestation, dirty sheets, mildew smell throughout.Managed to get a refund but would of left even without one.If Motel Six can let one of their hotels get this bad than theyve lost my business forever.
I checked in at 11, they put me in room 202, the room was FILTHY, everything was dirty. I called the front desk and asked if he could switch me, went down, he switched me to room 203. That room was more filthy than the first room! The covers had stains everywhere, there was god on the night stands, the towels and wash cloths were dirty. I proceeded to call the front desk, and the phone was broken! I had to walk back down and after telling him that he stated they had no more rooms left and asked did I want to go back to 202!! They had already charged me so I went back to 202 and slept in the chair on top of my belongings. I have stayed at that location more than once and never have I had that problem. I would like a FULL refund. I could had slept in my car if Id known I would be sleeping in the chair. The beds had fluids on them and the bottom of the bed was falling down on the floor. They should be ashamed and if they dont get it together that place will be infested.

This place is a hell hole! So a family member booked/paid for this room and the rude Indian at the counter tried to say no I had to pay there after I showed him my confirmation that the room was paid n full for 3 days....Do not come here unless your ok with roaches crawling everywhere on the counters, the floor is so nasty you can’t take your shoes off unless your getting in bed...btw the man cleaning is 80 years old and doesn’t even carry a mop on his cleaning buggy. Not one of the cleaners there do. It’s sick and freakin filthy.. the bed sheets and towels are stained ..the fridge leaks water everywhere ..the police are constantly lurking around which makes u feel uneasy and at 2am I was woke up to the b next door screaming and yelling . Called and have a case number working on a full refund and shutting this place DOWN.
Value for price paid - excellent. I was very comfortable, and the staff was kind and accommodating. So glad they are pet friendly! Their renovation coming up will update the rooms to the new Motel 6 brand. Looking forward to that...I stay in Conyers frequently.

2022-05-30I can only imagine the 5/5 reviews are fakes.There were bugs all over my room and the tub. Looked like small roaches or baby palmetto bugs. The AC could barely cool the room and it felt like a cool sauna due to how damp it was in there.On a quick glance the room looked clean, but in all actuality it wasn’t. I was so tired from a long day that I simply just dealt with it.I don’t recommend staying here. While the staff is very nice it seems as though they don’t have an eye for detail and whoever cleans and checks rooms doesn’t give a single f.For nearly $300 for 2 nights it was definitely a rip off. I’ve stayed in cheaper rooms at cheaper hotels that were cleaner and more comfortable.

2022-07-06The most disgusting rooms this day of minis days that I’ve had at this hotel by far this is the worst one and this is the fourth room that I’ve had to move into in one reservation behind the bed there’s an infestation of dead roaches more than both hands and feet and Roaches are in the refrigerator.Front desk service is horrible maintenance obviously do not practice cleanliness nor do they Practice sanitation. The AC has been on call at a temperature of 61 for about two hours and it’s still hot like a sauna in here the room did not appear clean at first glance and it’s inconveniencing me for work priorities because I’m uncomfortable to sit or lay anywhere. I’m now Unable to reserve a room elsewhere because the reimbursement takes 7 to 10 business days that I cannot accommodate for with my living condition being homeless. I have plenty of pictures of the rooms and a witness and will report this establishment to the news, police, and whoever else needs to be informed I wouldn’t rate this trifling excuse for shelter! It deserves to be destroyed and never built back up again! Horrible

2022-08-06Location is kinda hard to find. You can see it from the interstate but it is down a road that curves back to the interstate off of the road at the exit. I arrived and was given a room. When I got to my room the door wasnt locked or even closed. Thank goodness I travel with a large German Shepherd who I instructed to bark at the door before entering. There could have easily been a person in the room but luckily there was not. The room appeared clean but my feet were filthy by bedtime, so it actually wasnt clean. The bed only has 2 poor excuses for pillows. They are so flat i had to fold both of them in half just to get a reasonable pillow. Not comfortable at all. The bed also has a nasty plastic covering on the that made a lot of noise any time I moved and made the bed insanely hot and uncomfortable. The AC couldnt keep up with the heat. I turned it quite a few degrees down from where it was when I arrived and it still didnt get very cold. The shower head needs to be cleaned. It sprays everywhere due to calcium deposits. I didnt use the internet or the television so I cant comment on those. I stay at hundreds of hotels every year and this would have to be in my bottom 5% for this year. The amount I paid was entirely too much for the quality of the accommodations.

2022-03-24A real bargain. its own secure car park, well proportioned, attractively presented rooms. Impeccably clean. The courtyard was pleasant during the day and quiet at night. Its a small motel, so the public spaces and amenities are modest, but more than sufficient, and the front desk was really quite friendly and helpful .Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and Nice spacious with kitchen facilities; comfy bed and pillows; a clean well lit shower with enough toiletries with a big TV and balcony. Housekeeping was great.Available laundry mat onsite.For north american travelers, please note that though it calls itself a motel, it is in fact a hotel.

2022-03-04We stayed for just 2 nights but will be returning again. Motel was just perfect for our needs, staff friendly check in was swift and directly to the point, room clean had a TV Wi-Fi a fridge microwave just as mentioned in the site while booking, location great & so close to bars, restaurants,t he mall could still get a bit of shopping done and food was easy to find especially after our long flight. The bed was very comfortable and I was so thankful there was close to no noise in the room because Chile, we had such bad jet lag. Checking out was just as swift and we were able to make it to the airport on time which was also very close .i would definitely recommend it .

2022-03-04Wonderful grounds ,Refreshed rooms with a nice rustic furniture style and layout. Abundantly available and good housekeeping/service staff. Beds as most important was firm and average standard for comfort. You can actually do your own laundry in the motel which was interesting and a first for me but the staff was very helpful especially in showing me how to operate the available machines. Check out was easy and all I can say was I had a pleasant stay at the motel 6 conyers GA .WELL DONE…

2022-04-18Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the motel dining room and rest room. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

2022-04-18What an amazing place, they were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to motel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
