For some background to this review, I have sales experience with Audi and currently with Tesla. In order to get myself considered as much as possible for any new job interests, I have always found it amicable to take the initiative of at least visiting in person to speak to or meet any management, or employees at the business with which I may have experience (In my specific case, both scenarios are applicable). Never have I walked in to a luxury dealership and get shot down by a receptionist (I believe thats what she was) like I did today. I opened the door, resume in hand, just wanting to talk to anyone who would listen. I give a polite greeting, and walk toward the doorway to the office where she was sitting. I had all of your current online job listings already pulled up on my phone in my pocket, just to be as prepared as I can be, wanting to do anything possible to work for a brand Ive dreamed of and had an emotional connection to since I was just a tiny kid with a dream. The dialogue went as follows:Me: Hi, how are you, I just wanted to come by and see of there was any way I could speak to someone in management about a job. (This is exactly how Ive introduced before applying for any new positions)Reception: No you have to go online.Awkward SilenceMe: Ok, I totally get that, is there any way I could just speak to someone in management?Reception: Flat NoI then leftI would be fired from either of my dealerships immediately if I provided service even comparably as poor as that. Is that Lamborghini level service? Or even Toyota level?Additional context: This was a rainy amd gloomy Thursday, with no customers or visible foot traffic in the showroom. It was approximately 45 minutes past noon.I left feeling discouraged, dismissed, and ignored.Thank you for readingUpdate: Have been in communication with General manager who has given a reasonable explanation and come to a favorable conclusion.
Very rube people works there, they gave me car that i had to delivery, it was already scratch, and then they geve me check for my job that i did and after couple days they cancel that check !
Cant say enough about the professionalism and customer focus of my sales rep Grant Van Brewer. What a great car buying experience. Best Experience Ever!!! I had just seen an ad for a 2018 Lexus LC 500 at MCOA and was planning on stopping by after my trip to Newnan. I was on my way to Newnan Nissan to see a 2018 Lexus LC 500 that they repeatedly made it impossible for me to see, and they cancelled on me again, so I detoured to MCOA.I was immediately greeted by Brian Meeks as I was admiring two new Aston Martins. He asked if that was what I was interested in and I said that I was there to see the Lexus. Within a couple minutes, we were in one of the new Astons driving to the lot across the street to see the Lexus.The Lexus was in pristine condition and looked like it was brand new; inside and out. We went back to the dealership and talked for a long time about price, timing and options because the Lexus was actually more car than I intended on buying. I was looking for something closer to the base model and this was top of the line, with every possible option included.Brian understood that and simply said, just tell me what youre willing to do on this car and well go from there. Well after some back and forth, Brian and MCOA made me an offer I couldnt refuse; and just hours after walking into the dealership, the Lexus was in my garage. I keep cars for a long time, so I dont buy cars often, but I can say that dealing with MCOA and Brian specifically was the best car buying experience Ive ever had.I hate going to luxury car dealerships because they tend to be very pretentious. However, I pulled up to MCOA in ratty jeans and my 2005 Nissan and you would have thought that I was Bezos or Gates; as nicely as I was treated. It was a wonderful car buying experience and I couldnt be more pleased with my Lexus, Brian and the entire MCOA experience.

I had the opportunity to work with Peter Klein who helped me purchase a vehicle. Based on the demographics he typically works with, I was appreciative of the respect and professionalism he showed. He treated me as a valuable customer, provided me multiple ways to contact him and made himself available at all times. I had many questions about the car and he did a tremendous job answering them or ensuring that he found the answer. I highly recommend working with Peter as he provides the customer and quality of service demanded from a dealership of this caliber.

Clean and nice dealership. We were excited to visit based on the other reviews where people brought their children who were also car enthusiasts. I know selling cars is how they make their money but their lack of interest bc we weren’t buying a car was in a way disappointing. Even if my kid would have gotten to just see the engine or something it would have made his day. Honestly, the best part of our dealership experience was this guy who owned a meclaren noticed how excited my kid was over his car that he offered to let him sit in it and take a picture without us even asking. Regardless my kid loved seeing the cars but I wouldn’t come back for any reason even if I was buying a car it wouldn’t be from this dealership.

I visited here on the way to Iowa. I live in IA and we dont get a whole lot of supercars/luxury vehicles so when I stepped foot in MotorCars of Atlanta I was amazed. Never had I seen a McLaren in person, nevertheless 6! Aston Martins appeared to be a fantasy until I walked in and saw 3! They even let me take photos! They also happened to be a koenigsegg dealer (my favorite cars) and had some merchandise off to the side including a t-shirt I was solidly thinking about buying. I am only 15 so this was amazing to me, an art gallery of cars, I had never seen anything like it. Thank you so much for this experience! If Im ever back in Atlanta I will visit you guys again!
Ive been here a couple of times now for service and even though I didnt purchase my vehicle from MCA they have treated me extremely well and gone above and beyond in order to be helpful. They also genuinely understand car enthusiasts and how we feel about our babies. Chandler, Luc, and the rest of the service team are all great to work with.
A real class act dealership everything went very smoothly and could not be more satisfied, Alex was there to help and assist the whole time would probably say my best car buying experience yet! We have been a customer of Motorcars of Georgia for over 3 years and have been a very satisfied customer. The staff is professional, courteous, and goes out of their way to make sure we have a good experience. Recently we bought a McLaren from them. The salesperson, Danielle was great to work with and worked hard to get to a number that we all were happy with. She then made sure the car was thoroughly inspected and anything wrong was fixed. She went over and above what we expected and made the experience worth it. Will continue to do business with them and recommend them without hesitation.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. They had a used Audi S6 which was nice for me, but I joked that it was probably the cheapest car on the lot. Grant was awesome to work with and they were able to get me better financing rates than my bank and my credit union and had it done very quickly late in the day on a Saturday.Even though other customers were looking at cars way above what I was purchasing, I felt as though I was treated with the same respect and courtesy. I cant say enough good things about the Grant and the service and professionalism of everyone I dealt with. I would highly recommend and hope to move up to a Mclaren or Lamborghini one day.
Brian and Bill are fantastic. Some of the most friendly and down to earth people Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Even though I wasnt there looking at the fancy supercars, they still treated me with the same respect as the people looking to spend 20x the money. They really went above and beyond to meet my needs. I did some research on a white M3 car I wanted to but from this dealer. I realized that this dealer does not sell at market/book value but much higher. They are selling it now for $35500. They were asking 39k for it 2 days ago. The retail value is $29500. So think now how they started at 39k which is 10k more than KBB retail. They will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Do your home work before buying. You are going to lose a huge amount of money buying from this dealer! Don’t get taken for a ride.
I recently bought a McLaren MP4-12C from them. Couldnt be happier with the service. I traveled from California to buy this car. Negotiated the deal prior to visiting the dealership. Bart and Brandon were amazingly great to deal with. They sent pics, got me all the info I requested, sent records, etc. We went through all the details prior to my visiting the dealership and inspecting and driving the car. Barts attention to detail was very impressive. Ive bought many exotic cars from all over the US and this was the best experience Ive had. When I got there, they took good care of me all the way through the sale. They delivered everything they said they would. Car arrived in excellent condition and it only took 3 days to get across the country.
I purchased a Maserati over the phone (sight unseen), thereby putting all my trust in Bart that the car was in good shape. When the car arrived I was more than pleasantly surprised with the condition of the car. It was perfect--exactly as Bart told me. The transaction was smooth and the car is fantastic. Bart was amazing to work with and did everything he promised throughout the process, which is very important when buying a car over the phone. We went in recently looking at a car very close to closing time. Danielle was very nice and did not hesitate to help us at all. She showed us the car and the next day we came in to test drive it. While driving, she showed us all the features and functions of the car to make sure we knew everything about it. What was great about the whole experience was how the whole thing went through. There was no pressure or anything to purchase right away; she worked with us as much as possible and was helpful/kind throughout the whole process. If we ever see a car we like here again, we will not hesitate to come back. We will also recommend the place to all of our friends and family.

I bought a 2014 Corvette from the guys over at Motorcars or Georgia a couple of weeks ago. It was a great experience and got a great deal. I had my 2007 Corvette for trade, knew the car I wanted and Kenny went to work. We went back and forth a little bit but once the hands shook, we got it done quickly and painlessly. It was a full service experience and all I had to do was sign and drive away. The car was presented in an extremely clean manner and finely detailed. No problems with the car and no buyers remorse. I purchased a pre-owned BMW X6 sight unseen from Bart and had an outstanding experience. He explained the car in detail so that by the time he was through it was as if I had seen the car in person. The price was fair, the service was excellent and he arranged for the car to be shipped from Georgia to Florida so for me it was a hassle free experience. The dealer has very competitive, fair prices on both new and used so I think I saved money and was able to buy from a first class new car dealer. Amazing is an understatement. I saw a regerra and a speed rail so about 6 million dollars plus about 4 million or more in lambos and ferraris. Still wish I saw all the McLarens but very nice and some cool rolls royce

I recently bought a 2011 Audi R8 from Bart and highly recommend him and Motorcars of Georgia. Bart created a very positive experience for me by: being attentive to all the little things, going above and beyond, and truly caring about the purchase from the standpoint of the purchaser. Quick example: the customer had an LED light installed in the engine bay which was on when I took delivery, and I couldnt figure out how to turn off. I texted Bart at 8:30PM, not expecting a reply until the next day. He immediately jumped on online forums trying to find an answer and stayed at it until 10PM until we decided the previous owner must have put a switch in we couldnt locate (which he did).Bart develops a deep relationship with his customers, and aims to have them be 100% satisfied. I have no doubt this will enable him to develop lifetime customer relationships. If you are buying a car remotely (and possibly sight unseen like I was), you can rely on Bart to not only be a straight-shooter, but to care about the car as though he was buying it himself. He arranged to have a PPI done, made it easy for me to trade-in my Porsche and have it picked up from my house, and hooked me up with a wonderful car transporter.When I got the car, if I didnt know it was a 2011, Id swear it was brand new. There wasnt a scratch anywhere and it even smelled new inside. When youre buying a car like this you hope everything will go well and the car will be perfect. In this case it was, I couldnt be more satisfied and without reservation give Bart the highest marks.

Came here about a month or two ago with a buddy to check out the Mclaren Senna they have/had in the showroom. I had never purchased a car sight unseen until I bought a 2013 Mercedes SL63 AMG from MotorCars of Georgia. I had searched the internet for weeks looking for the right car when I ran across this one. I called the dealership and got connected with Danielle Jarrell. She is very knowledgeable on high-end cars and was a pleasure to work with. She helped walk me through the negotiation and delivery processes. I felt like I got a good deal on the car and that the dealership was very honest and up front in how they dealt with me. My car was shipped to Charlotte, NC via a enclosed, single vehicle trailer. When I finally saw it with my own eyes, it was even better than it looked in the pictures and how Danielle described. I would not hesitate to buy another car from MotorCars of Georgia.

I purchased an Aston Martin from Motorcars of Georgia on July 26, 2016. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership. This is the first dealership that I have dealt where I truly felt like they were looking out for both of our best interests, versus just trying to fully profiteer. My salesman, Kenny Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The Sales/Finance Manager Bill was great to deal with, highly professional and very interesting to boot. They managed to work a deal that exceeded my expectations and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealer. They also organize great outreach and community events and their Marketing Manager, Bryttani, is fantastic at coordinating these events and always a pleasure to deal with.
Extra mile service by Blake!! I have never had anyone make sure after the sale of a vehicle everything was done perfectly. We wound up wrapping my car, improving performance and it was all done by him. He contacted the other companies, had the car delivered to multiple locations, and all without extra charge. If you want someone who will treat you like family then ask for Blake. He is the best.
Sometimes you show up at a dealership and they are really great and you wonder if it is the Lamborghini way or that dealership way. I must say here is a place that takes the time to entertain you and give you great information. Twice they have been stellar on service and I have now confirmed this is much better than other supercar dealerships by showing up at other dealerships and experiencing the difference. MotorCars of Atlanta is awesome.
I would usually avoid purchasing a car over the internet, but my local aston dealership just could not compete with this dealerships prices. Negotiations were straightforward and not the typical song and dance. Grant and Bill were excellent in getting the car to me in pristine condition with no surprises. They stand behind their vehicles and even paid out of pocket to replace a dash tear after the sale. No pretentious attitudes here, just great service and fair prices. Will be looking to do business here again!
I recently purchased a 2015 McLaren 650S Spider from Motorcars of Georgia. The response to my initial email inquiry came from Bart A. who quickly forwarded many pics, service records, and details of the car. Bart was extremely polite and easy to speak with, low pressure. He was more interested in making sure I had a thorough understanding of the details of the car as I live more than 500 miles from the dealership. Three days after initial contact I set off to GA with a Featherlite trailer in tow. The 650S was in perfect shape just as Bart had described. I proceeded to take a test drive in which Bart was extremely helpful in explaining the workings of the car, very knowledgeable. After the sale, Bart even assisted with loading and strapping down the 650 for the 500 mile trip home.45 day update: My 650S Spider has been a real joy to drive, so glad that I purchased it from such a reliable salesman/dealership! My wife and I just traded our 2017 Lotus for a 2017 McLaren 570S. We have never had so much fun driving a car - the McLaren is a mean machine. He had a prearranged plan on the day that was to purchase the car so he set me up with Bart who actually showed me the car and went with me on the test drive. I couldnt of had a better experience with Bart. Even though I was purchasing one of their Cheaper Cars that they were selling, a 2012 Lotus Evora S, I was treated like I was buying one of the McLaren P1s they had available. They even told me about a local Auto Show that was going on and provided me entry free of charge. It was a small gesture but one that wont be forgotten. I had an excellent purchase experience and the after sales support has been just as good. I wish they were closer but more than worth a 4 hour drive. Should be a long time customer I got plenty of time to work up to one of those McLarens! Thank you everyone at MoG.
Just purchased a sweet ride Tesla P85+ Model S from this dealership and the car was excellent.Brandon, Grant, and Eric took very good care of me including providing a top notch Tesla Certified installer to setup my home charging system.They even supplied a full tank in this case a full charge.
Very long and bad attitude towards customers staff
Very rude. My grandson loves Lamborghinis. And was just coming from a dr appointment with a specialist so he was surprised by being to see the cars in this dealership. Was looked at like we were low life. No personalities.
Has a great selection of exotic cars better than anywhere I’ve been in the south. Grant is very helpful every time I visit and gives answers that anybody could understand no matter how much you know about exotic cars. Would recommend if you love cars!
This was my first time there and im 16 and can not come close to being able to afford these cars lol. I was just there to take pictures and look around. The building is very nice and amazing for pictures as the cars are well spaced and have great lighting and backgrounds for photos! The best part was the staff, even thought its clear i was just there to take pictures they were very helpful and welcoming and treated me with very kindly with respect. Its so often teenagers just get nasty looks from employees in dealerships like this but the staff at motor cars of georgia is top notch!!! Very knowledgeable too when i was asking questions about some of the cars. if i can ever afford a db11 or a 570s, i will definitely be coming here! If your looking to buy a car or just look around i highly recommend motor cars of georgia!!

I bought a used McLaren 12C last week from a private party (not the dealership) and needed to resolve a pesky airbag light that was on. Motor Cars of GA is the ONLY service center within 1000 miles that could help me on such an exclusive car and I was nervous because most Manufacture’s Dealerships don’t have a good reputation for trying to protect the customer’s wallet if you know what I mean… anyway, I worked with Vance the McLaren Service Advisor and it was an outstanding experience! I was quoted an estimate for parts and Labor in excess of a 1,000.00 prior to starting the repair. Patrick the McLaren technician was amazing and diagnosed the root cause of the issue and he actually resolved the airbag light issue without any parts and for 1/3 of original labor quote as well! I was amazed as they were so honest and could have easily sold me a bunch of parts I did not need. “THANK YOU!” to the entire McLaren Service Team for such an amazing experience for a first time McLaren owner!
Amazing cars, great staff. I purchased a car from them a couple of days ago. It was only a Toyota but they made me feel like I was purchasing a Rolls Royce. I think everybody there for their hospitality and family attitude..

Purchased a 2004 BMW M3 sight unseen. Carsen was VERY helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I had an easy buying experience even though I live in Ohio. He sent many pictures and found a great shipping rate, then sent the car the next day. He always followed up in a timely manner via e-mails, texts, or phone calls. Buying a car out of state is scary, and buying one you cant see in person is even scarier, but Id feel comfortable purchasing from this dealership again.

Ive twice visited Motorcars of Georgia, both times disclosing I had no way of purchasing one and just wanted to look. The guy I said that to responded, And you never will with that attitude. Such an awesome response. Both times I went in I was treated like I was a millionaire. Even though they knew I couldnt afford the cars, thus making me totally un-important in terms of sales, I was treated with a genuine kindness and a Hey man, enjoy yourself. type environment. Kudos to the whole team, and if I get the chance some day in the future to purchase the McLaren I want, or that ridiculous Red and black Lambo in the back, Ill be getting it from your team.Bravo.
I went because I have a 5 yr. old grandson that LOVES Lamborghinis. His birthday weekend was a surprise trip to see some Lamborghinis. Yes, he was surprised and told me he didnt want to leave. He was sad when I told him we had leave. He told me to bring him back. I told will come back another day so he can see more Lamborghinis. LOL! The only to get him happy again. The dealership was managed very poorly. The inside of the shop had as many cars as they could fit in it making it extremely cramped and literally impossible to make it from one side to the other. While the inventory was impressive, the staff who moved the cars seemed extremely unprofessional. Either the lot boys were young teens, or were being followed around by their teenage friends who caused a ruckass and screamed profanities across the inside of the shop. While looking around the lot, I watched them knock over the Lamborghini bull statue and laugh. If any of these fine companies knew how their cars were being displayed, they would take imediate action. Please do NOT buy from this unprofessional dealer.

I guess it goes to say that if you dont look the part youve been treated as if youre not. Thanks to Brittany, the only sales person on the lot and even acknowledged me Beyond a subtle nod of another employee at a desk. What she asked me can she help me I stated that I was just remembering... Little did she know that I was referring to the reasons why I do what I do and move to the Atlanta area in the first place. I havent driven and ambitious entrepreneur minded grandfather.....with even more ambitious adult driven children hope to one day live their dreams.

Just a quick note re Motor Cars Of Georgia- I had a car brought there for a PPI today. The person I dealt with was Jimmy - Im absolutely shocked at the service he provided going above and beyond the standard PPI and since the car was so clean and the PPI went faster than what he quoted me and on his own accord cut the agreed charge considerably -Its great to have an experience like this with a car where people double the price of everything! Even had I been charged the full price the experience would have been worth it, i only wish they were located near me.So I write this to those of you in that are in the relative area (Atlanta) as a personal endorsement of a fantastic DLR experienceGB
I recently purchased a near mint condition Gallardo Spyder from this dealership sight unseen. Sales consultant Bart Antoniazzi was OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process. He provided me with service records, an inspection worksheet, and negotiated a fair price within minutes. Bart described the car extremely well, and assisted with a few minor issues that occurred at delivery. I would also commend the detailers at the dealership for making the car look brand new. Also, I would like to commend Bryant at White Glove auto transport for getting me the car safely and it excellent condition. When I start looking at Huracans down the road, Bart Antoniazzi will be my first phone call. If you are in the market for a Lamborghini, I highly recommend giving Motorcars of Georgia a look.

Poor customer service. I was here on the lot for at least 25 minutes and was completely ignored. We walked the entire lot and showroom and was completely overlooked. I finally decided to share my experience with the Service Manager and he was very apologetic. However, I had to seek someone out just to say you all missed the mark. I will never return to this dealership.
I purchased a used BMW 328i in 2000 and then a M5 in 2009 from Motor Cars of Georgia (MCoG) and they are the only dealership I will buy a car from in the future based upon a long-time relationship of trust and integrity. From the sales floor to the parts and service department, Ive had not only the best buying experiences, but I trust their service department and Brian who heads up service more than anyone else to touch my car or offer advice/suggestions.
Yesterday when I was at Motorcars of Atlanta with my friend I enjoyed looking at the cars even though I had no intentions of buying a car. The staff at Motorcars of Atlanta were very friendly and I will definitely come back in the near future and if I was wealthy I would have brought the silver McLaren 720S spider that I saw yesterday because the McLaren 720S is my dream car.

The motorcars of Atlanta dealership sells the car brands Lamborghini, Ashton Martin, and McLaren. Since these cars are looked upon with awe by some enthusiasts the dealership allows you to look around without being bugged. Simply tell them Im just here to look and everybody will leave you alone unlike most dealerships.

Pay our money, we have all pictures that there were minor scratches on car and when we showed your customer he said that he did not know about scratches. You lied not only our company by canceling our check for the job that we done for you but also lied your customer that your car is perfect. So, buyers beaware of such trick , and transporters make sure before picking up any car from them the car is clean if not take the pictures. Anyway they will not pay you

2021-07-02Me and my 7 year old nephew visited.He had never seen a Lamborghini up close and personal other than all his models and on tv. Super Cars and Monster Trucks are his passion and have been since the age of 4 He was so EXCITED! He was naming all the different ones telling me about the engine etc.. I was so impressed in his knowledge of Super Cars he calls them. Thank you to the staff for allowing us to come in and take pics.

For reference, the Migos and Cardi B shop here so this place is not above you. Don’t even try robbing the joint because the police department is across the street 😂.

2020-08-22We drove an hour and a half so our 9 year old could tour the 1 place that housed all of his dream cars. The staff was so kind and friendly. They even called a service technician out to talk to him about the education hed need for a career as a certified Lamborghini technician. One day, prayerfully, well come back and leave with a set of keys!

2021-11-13Chandler was very helpful in getting my car serviced. I had the car shipped from Chicago and he received and took a care of the car and kept it for me for a few days until I flew in to pick it up. Service was carried out promptly, everything super easy. Once I completed my driving trip, he kindly agreed to take the car back and keep it for me until I could arrange transport back to Chicago. Super friendly and helpful throughout. Highly satisfied!

2018-03-26Amazing dealership. Sadly Im not able to afford any of the dream machines available here. My girlfriend had never seen a supercar up close. We stopped by and to my surprise we were able to view many beautiful machines outside. Even on a Sunday evening. Many of the cars are masterpieces. Others are even more breathtaking.
