This place lied to me over the phone and text about the vehicle I was interested in, had me drive 30 minutes out of my way to their location only for them to tell me the vehicle I had been speaking to them about DID NOT have the features that I confirmed twice with them that I wanted and that they assured me were included on the vehicle. Dont trust them

LIARS! Sent me text to make an appointment to come and test drive a car, which I did. Got there and was told it was out for detailing, would be back in 20 minutes and had us waiting around. After 45 minutes decided to leave and they told us they would call when the car was back. An hour later the car was removed from their website. This place is amazing! Quality cars for a great price! Staff was super friendly and nice. Alyque sold us our Tesla, super knowledgeable. He didnt give us the used carman sell pitch, he was up front and honest! We were in the market for quite some time for a Telsa, he knew more about Telsas then ANY dealership I have interacted with. They are very professional. I walked away with my first Tesla. The staff was humble and polite the sales manager even came in on his off day to finalize my purchase. Car buying should be this easy. I would recommend them to anyone and their cars go fast . When you arrive 2-3 people are looking to buy the same car you want so either come with your money or loan in hand or a down payment to obtain your car because if you don’t somebody will take the car you want it comes to the one who has the money first they are just that busy. They are the Best Used Tesla sellers I have seen hands down.

ON THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE:Alex (Alyque) helped me out. Was a patient guy and open to helping me with my car buying experience. I called him up after my awful experience at Marietta (Atlanta) Luxury Cars. He worked out the kinks on my newly (used - but it’s new for me) 2016 Toyota Corolla. He understands that it’s about relationship and working out your concerns. This was my first car buying experience.AFTER THE PURCHASE:Not even a week into my purchase and the car started to make a grinding sound when braking. I took it to Firestone to have it look at. They told me I needed breaks, rotors, tires and an alignment. This was all for the front of the car. This came up to 850. I called Alyque up and he was unable to take my call so he reached back out through text a day or so later. So I explained in one long paragraph my dissatisfaction in having to spend that amount of money on a car I just signed up to pay over the course of 60 months 280 bucks. I didnt see why I needed to drop that kind of cash on something I just signed my life away on SO SOON. I didnt say all of that last bit though. So Alyque reaches back out to me and we work it out. I was fine paying for the tires and alignment but he offered to go half on the brakes and rotors. Cool, I paid 450 cash. But before I went to get my car I asked for a receipt to be made available to me for the transaction that following day. I was told there would be one for me, I got there and was then told I would get one over the weekend and here I am sitting on the 5th day... retyping my review because I am tired of being treated this way. The hand written computer paper written by Jean was NOT and is still not professional in any way. I reached back out over the weekend for the receipt and was told (the next day) that theyll try and put something together. I could have bought a car anywhere else but your customer service is what makes you stand out from anyone else.IN CONCLUSION:Alyque has been away from the office through out my recent experiences. Now that he is back in, he recently reached out to me and made sure to try and make things right by apologizing for the back and forth and making sure to provide the documentation I asked for. I appreciated it when he reached out to me to make sure I received the documentation and to make sure I did not need anything else. He was professional about it, and his attention to the situation was not something I was expecting after everything Id been through. Im glad Alyque works at this place!
All I did was ask about a car and I keep getting phone calls back to back from different people that work there trying to get me to come in after I told 2 of them Im not interested in coming in at the moment. They seem very thirsty.
I just bought a Tesla from Alyque. I was nervous about buying a car, sight unseen, from a person that I never actually met in person. Alyque helped to assuage my fears. He never hard pressed me for the sale, but he did spend quite a bit of time helping me understand the differences between the different years, option packages, and models. He even had the car shipped to my house. My virtual experience was great. My car is fabulous. And, I sincerely appreciated the way that Alyque made the process seamless.

Tried for 3 weeks to get more info and photos of a vehicle. Im stationed overseas, so I was going to have the vehicle purchased by POA which I made clear. I purchased a very specific Audi A5 that I had been searching for and I’m glad they were the ones to purchase it from an action and made it available for sale. I live in TX and was in FL when the car went for sale. I inquired about it on a Sunday and the whole process from getting information to securing financing was seamless. They held the car for me and I drove from FL to GA to pick it up. They took my VW Tiguan on trade and gave me a better pricing that Carmax. If I’m ever in the market for a particular vehicle that they have on stock, I would for sure buy from Motorpoint Roswell again!

I drove quite some distance due to this company posting a very low price on a mini van. I messaged this guy before hand and asked several times for the total cost prior to coming. He kept skating around the price. We get there and the man shows me a van that has keyed all the way down passenger side and had initials dug into it. He said was not certified checked as other dealerships have. The list price posted was 14999. He then says with all fees it will be over 17k. I was not happy. He argues with me and smirked at me. Very defiant little punk IMO. Not a good dealership in my opinion.

I have never had such a smooth buying process like I did with Motorpoint of Roswell. I was interested in a BMW 335 GT, when I got to the dealership Alyque H. had the car pulled up and running for me to test drive. I loved the vehicle but didnt have a lot of time to stay around. I filled out the application and left advising to call me with the number. About 30 min later I was approved. I drove back up and it took no more than 15 min to do the paper work and I drove off in my dream car. It was such an easy process that didnt take a lot of time out of my day. Alyque was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Im a numbers guy, so he had everything in plan site for me to see. They also price matched another dealership for my trade, giving me exactly what Carmax had offered me. Also, worked with the bank to get me a interest rate that was 4% lower than I already had with WellsFargo. It was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly recommend buying from them and I will certainly be back when Im ready to buy again. Shawn and Alec definitely made the process smooth. I was in communication with Shawn through email for a couple weeks prior to visiting and he was very prompt with his responses and had answers to every question I had. I will honestly say I’m not very trusting with salespeople but at the end of the day, I got a great car at a great price with little hassle. Another plus was that I was able to drive the car to my mechanic’s shop for an inspection. They followed through with everything that was agreed to which definitely led to that fifth star. Rosita was prompt with any repairs that was made, which was definitely appreciated also. I am no expert on cars but it did seem like Motorpoint had the best overall prices. I shopped around at other dealers and by far thought they had the best prices. Overall, everyone was great and extremely attentive. I’ll be returning when the time comes again. Thank you, all.

Bought my Honda and I love it. Richard was amazing. The only thing I didnt like was the dealer fee being 899. I was told it couldnt be reduced which i know was not the truth. Other than that Richard was the best and so cool to work with. He was patient. If he didnt know something he made sure he located someone who knew the answer. Awesome job. Ill be back.
We arrived late on a Saturday not expecting to actually purchase a vehicle. Despite being 40 minutes from closing, Alyque took me on a test drive and didn’t rush me. Talked me through everything. He stayed two hours past closing and not only came in under my requested payment, and was able to get a lower payment with the bank afterwards including gap insurance and an extended warranty. It is the first smaller car lot I have personally dealt with that seems to have good quality foreign cars. All the staff we met were very nice. Alyque H sold us our car. I would recommend him.
I drove from St. Louis to buy a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte. Shawn made this a very enjoyable experience. Attention to detail is important and these guys cover it all. My car was detailed and the gas tank was filled before I left. I can’t think of another dealer that has filled the tank for me in the last 10 years, and I buy a lot of cars. If I didn’t have to get back home for a business meeting the next day, I would have stayed in town and hung out with these guys. They are an enjoyable bunch to be around. I was asked a half dozen times between the time I left the dealership and the following evening if there is anything else that these guys could do for me to make this purchase a great experience. To be honest, the price of the car and the service are the most important factors for me and these were both ideal. The great personalities of these gentlemen is a wonderful bonus though. I will definitely do business with these guys again, no doubt. I do not mind driving for 9 hours for this great of an experience. If you can’t tell, I am extremely happy with my experience. I’m not sure that I can come up with words that can convey just how great of an experience I had. I hope these guys stick around in this industry for a long time. I dont usually post reviews, but I had a very good experience at Moterpoint. I drove 3 hours to buy a truck off them because of there great pricing. Shortly after when driving the truck home there was a small issue that was out of there control. I contacted them and instead of ignoring me they got back with me right away and made every right. They didnt have to do anything but they did anyway. The sales rep I delt with was Alyque and he was more then helpful. I highly recommend this place for there prices and customer satisfaction. Purchased a 2013 Audi in January. Less than 30 days later it breaks down on the side of the road. Problems with the engine totaling over 6,000. Finally got the warranty company to accept the charges after 3 months. Now that the Audi is being fixed, Motorpoint gives me a Kia loaner car (3 months later). Guess where I am sitting right now in this Kia???? I’m on the side of the road yet again. Engine light blinking. Car won’t go over 30mph with the gas pedal to the floor. This place is the biggest joke. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere

Jeep Liberty 🔥 I don’t have any clue what to buy. I walked into Motorpoint randomly as i see this while passing the road. Alque helped me out to get me the best vehicle in my limited budget. I didnt actually visit the dealership in person online. I rate Motorpoint with 5 stars,because of my Salesperson Alyque. He sets the bar! He was attentive and was great with his follow through. He sent me emails about my inquiries and he called me for follow ups. He was by far the absolute best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. DONT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ESPECIALLY WITH GUY CALLED ALYQUE HES CROOKED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have went to multiple dealerships and never had an experience this bad. I went to purchase a 2012 bmw 335i from them because i seen all good reviews but i got the opposite of what i thought my experience was going to be like . They had the car priced at 9,999 and when it came to signing they brought it up to 11,300 . On top of that after having the car for 3 weeks . My chargepipe broke and had to pay over $300 1 week later my timing chain broke and had to pay $4000 and all they could say is it broke because i put an aftermarket part that anyone knows is better then oem plastic bmw comes with . Then horn wasnt working and they told me they would fix it if i bought the car and couldnt because they have a horrible lady mechanic that knows nothing about cars . This guy lied and lied all over again never met someone so immature and unprofessional. Ive bought cars all my life with carmax and never had a problem like this. Take it from me. DO NOT GO HERE .
Drove all the way from augusta too purchase a vehicle from these guys. Dont let the smaller lot fool you, these guys are legit. Fair pricing, very friendly and professional. Trust me, I would not have made this long of a drive for a vehicle if these guys werent worth it.

I had an amazing experience at Motor Point Roswell. I sales person Alyque H. was very professional and patient. He answered all my questions. This is my first time buying a car off a lot.
I did not give them five stars because for 20 days after I bought the car, they lied to me. I did not give them one star because Shawn always answered the phone when I called, and after the 20 days I DID get my temp tags, and Shawn did pay to fill up my car with gas.Story...I bought a used 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid from them. The check engine light was on so they could not give me the temp tags right away. They sold it to me for a very good price and I understood the risks. They also did not have the title to give me, but Shawn promised to overnight it to me the next day. He called a few days later and said something was wrong with the title so they had ordered another one. I called the state tag and title office and had them look up the VIN and they told me no title had been ordered. When I asked Shawn why that was, he told me that the tag and title office are very slow and not to worry, it would come. I called the tag and title office three more times over the next 17 days and the title still had not been ordered!! Shawn kept assuring me that it would be coming in the mail any day!! I did the needed repairs and the check engine light turned off, it passed emissions. I was so tired of the stories not lining up so I took the car back to them (an hour and a half away) and showed them that it passed and they were able to give me the temp tags. I was upset they had lied to me about sending me the title and ordering the title. I told them so and Nooris told me his side of the story. I understand it was a strange circumstance, but that is no excuse for lying like they did. They should have told me the whole story and not tried to cover it up. Shawn felt bad it had been a bad experience for me and paid for my gas. That was nice. I hope others have a better experience. I am thankful for the awesome car I got for a great price. Shawn is very nice but I would not buy from them again. I feel that if someone can lie about one thing, they will probably lie about other things as well. Trust is essential in car buying. UPDATE: Shawn called in response to this review. He apologized and recognized that he should have called the DMV himself so he would know it in fact had not been ordered. He apologized for Nooris being busy with his wife having a baby during that time and so neglected to order the title. I appreciate his humility and efforts to resolve my frustrations so I increased the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Nothing like buying an $80,000 vehicle with OEM parts missing. Rear inner trunk cover gone..the slimy owner and salesman that were “so accommodating”during the sales process flip the script and try to blame shift the whole thing on me.” If it’s not in the picture, it doesn’t come with the sale”. Are you kidding? So if you didn’t take a picture of the steering wheel, and it comes without it, that’s my fault also?Word of caution. If you’re out of state, I cannot personally inspect the vehicle, do not trust these guys.

My husband and I just purchased a Nissan 370Z from Motorpoint of Roswell this weekend from Alyque and Shawn and we give them a thumbs-up for customer service. We have been looking at used 370s around the northside for a couple of months, but it being a specialty car, there havent been a lot that met our standard. We wanted one that was a couple of years old with few owners and - most important - we wanted to be able to take the car for an independent inspection before we bought it. We found a 2016 model at Motorpoint, but we were leery of buying from an independent used car seller. We typically buy used from dealers. Alyque and Shawn at Motorpoint were completely willing to let us take the car to a nearby Nissan dealer for a once-over and were forthcoming about the cars history: They explained their lot does not deal in cars listed as lemons, provided the CarFax report and told us about the cars previous owner and why he traded it in. They put us at ease about buying from them. These young men are personable, enjoy their work and they know their cars. Before buying any used car, do your homework on pricing and scope out the market. Alyque and Shawn know their business, but we found it easy to work with them, including reaching a fair trade-in on our previous car. We were satisfied with the experience and we will certainly check with them before buying our next used car.

Went to around 10 other dealerships looking for a vehicle but this one had some of the best prices and the friendliest staff.I tested two vehicles and the salesman that was assisting me, Vitaliy was very friendly and helpful. Went to one other dealership after going to this location and it really put the quality of service we were receiving in perspective (I ended up coming back to Motorpoint). They had the carfax and another checking service that they were able to do on all their vehicles and the other comparable vehicle I had found elsewhere, which helped my decision.I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this location and havent had any problems after 5 days and am still happy with my purchase. Vitaliy followed up with me the next day with a couple answers to questions I had asked on adding certain features to the vehicle. Waste of time and money! I bought a 2015 Honda Accord in October 2018. Wish I had just purchased a car from a Honda dealership instead and/or performed a better inspection before deciding to purchase the car (which I would not have if I inspected better). Once you sign for the car, they were no longer obligated to help me even though they said they would take care of me and get it done but never actually scheduled anything after I told them it would be very difficult for me to come back in late October and November because of work travel.Cleanliness/Bad Touch Up for Scratches:After I purchased it, I noticed they did not clean the car interior and exterior at all and wouldnt do it right (I went back several times and they just spot cleaned with a rag and spray bottle). The carpeting in the trunk seemed to have a very sticky and brown substance embedded in it and they didnt see anything wrong with it so I asked to switch that removable carpet liner with a different car which they reluctantly did. I asked for professional cleaning which I ended up paying $250 to clean everything plus another $310 to fix the scratches that were painted over with a Q-tip by Motorpoint Roswell. It would have been better if they didnt try to fix the scratches in the first place. This is also when I noticed my car didnt come with floor mats and the professional car cleaners said the car carpet had been dyed to to hide stains and dirt. I had to purchase new carpet mats as well.Oil Leak:I also did tell them after a few days I purchased the car that I already had oil spots in my driveway and the car was strongly pulling to the right meaning the car wasnt services (alignment, rotation, balance).Tires:They did fill up my gas tank and did do an oil change at the local Honda Dealership but I believe the Honda Dealership would have notified them that the tires needed replacement (3/32nd thread remaining now). I couldnt get any multi-point inspection from that oil change which dealerships normally provided.And now I have to get the front two tires replaced (about $300), realignment, and have to get the leak diagnosed. So far Ive had to spend an additional $1,500 after purchasing this car which I think would have been avoided if I went to a Honda dealership.

Bought a used Nissan 370Z from Motorpoint Roswell and had a great experience. This was my first time visiting an independent car dealership and Alyque and Shawn quickly put my concerns at ease. They were laid back, answered all my questions and basically wanted to know what they could do to earn my business. Definitely not the stereotypical high-pressure car salesmen. Most importantly, they let me take the car to get an independent inspection. For me, this is what sealed the deal. Side note: I realized after I got the car home that the new tires they put on the car were top-of-the-line Michelins. They could have easily slapped on a set of cheap tires for the same asking price. This is one example of why I’ll check back with Motorpoint Roswell the next time I’m in the market for a used car.

Im extremely satisfied with the Honda Accord I bought from Motorpoint. This is my first Honda and I love it. I took the car on a 800 mile trip the same day I drove off the lot. One thing I was looking for is that peace of mind when buying a used car, Motorpoint Roswell had a great selection of vehicles. The vehicle was priced very fair, Nooris & Vitaliy worked hard on getting me an awesome deal and financing. I feel like I paid a great price for a great car. Their service was excellent too! Alyque, a salesperson here is the best. His knowledge about cars and his way of talking made me buy two cars from him. I am not saying that he is manipulative but he does a really good job. He has also saved me a lot of money in warranty etc.

They were pretty straightforward about the sale their price was reasonable and they will take care of any concerns as long as you communicate it with them. I used outside financing and their cars are typically 3 years or newer so I would recommend them to check out of you are looking for a decent deal.

I just purchased a 2017 Tesla Model X back in January that was supposed to have enhanced autopilot on the vehicle. A week later I found out that the vehicle no longer has the feature! So just beware if you’re looking to purchase a used Tesla because it might not have all of the advertised features!!! Please verify options with Tesla first!

I was looking for a Prius to replace my last and Motorpoint has one of the largest inventories for being a non-Toyota dealership in the metro Atlanta area. I am very happy with my purchase and love my Prius. They do not have a large building like dealerships which helps to keep their prices low. They are also willing to discuss pros and cars with other cars you might be interested in, which is really great with of only a few people. If their is anything not to your liking you can discuss it with them and they will have the car repaired, detailed, cleaned, etc. I required a loaner due to living over an hour away and they worked with me to make that a smooth process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I bought a car from this company in June and the engine went out in September, yes the car was used with a little over 92,000 miles but I only put 6,000 miles on the car and it wasn’t due for an oil change until 10,000 miles later, the part that sucks is I paid cash for the vehicle and the repairs cost me $7000, of course the warranty doesn’t cover the whole repairs so I have to pay the $2500 difference of what the warranty covered , I will never purchase a car from this place again and I suggest no one else does, and don’t fall for the warranty when they try to sell it to you, we all know as a car salesman the main goal is to just sell cars, in my opinion they don’t really care about a persons livelihood or helping the customer, at least that’s how they made me feel I regret everyday going to this place to buy my car but hey lesson learned, granted it may solely be the kind of car I bought as well but the ppl at the company played a vital role too and at the end of the day I feel as though I got hustled. 2021-12-18Bought a model S from Motorpoint Alyque and his staff were nothing more than accommodating, seamless process and truly knew the ins and outs of the vehicle which was important in buying a vehicle where the technology matters. Moving forward I find no reason to purchase used online through Vroom or Carvana when you can see the vehicle yourself, drive it and have someone go through detail on what your getting. Highly recommend!

2021-07-22I decided to purchase a Tesla and used Cargurus to aid in the search. I came across Motorpoint, which had a good selection of used Teslas. I traded in my Cadillac XT5 and purchased a 2017 Tesla Model X 100D from Alyque. From the start, this was one of the best used car buying experiences Ive had. Alyque was very cordial and had a overall great attitude and great person to work with.There was no haggling on price, because it was already priced below KBB. The vehicle was in great condition with only a indicator for the auxiliary battery, which Alyque was very upfront about AND paid to have replaced! Not to mention he had the color combination thats hard to find (white interior).I received a price match on my trade-in, matching CarMax & Carvanas quote with no question asked. Financing was quick and easy and even beat Navy Federals rate!In all, this was a great experience, great people to work with, and I highly recommend purchasing your next used car here.
