I messed up my nieces bumper on her 2012 Honda Accord and wanted to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I took it to Motorworks where the employees were super friendly and ready to help. Turns out they were able to fix my issue the same day and their prices were super affordable. While waiting, the atmosphere was great and kid friendly.
Needed some paint work on the top of my truck. Brandon told me 2 to 3 days. It was 3 days. He called me b4 I had to call him. Paint was great they detailed the vehicle. Id do business with them again and will refer my friends in the future!!
When my father had some damage to his car I immediately got it over to them for handling. They were able to complete an estimate the same day I brought it over so I could file a claim. Even with the type of car we have the downtime was still a short turn around for repairs (2 weeks) and everything was smoothly. MAN OH MAN!!!!!! I cant tell you how happy we are with our purchase from MotorWorks in Macon. Not only are the prices reasonable and the cars nice but so is the staff. I could write a dissertation on the superb and excellent experience I had with this Company! I came in for a fog light replacement and I was greeted promptly when I came in. Brandon, the gentleman that helped me with my service walked me through got my part ordered and gave me the cost all in a quickly time manor. I was in and out with a day to come back for the repair. I missed that day and He followed up. When I arrived back He greeted me and took me right on back and had my car in for repairs. I just purchased a 2006 Kia Spectra Ex about two weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. The car is in great condition with no problems at all. It has low milage and is great on gas, which is exactly what I wanted. Brandon Jackson is a wonderful car salesman. He is very professional, very helpful, and always takes care of the customers. Motorworks is a wonderful business with great cars and great customer service. Anyone who is looking forward to buying a car now or in the future, Motorworks is definitely the place to go! You will not be disappointed or unsatisfied!
The experience I had at this place is by far the worst I’ve ever had. Let me clarify that my car was in an accident and I was looking to have an engine cradle installed. When they took my car in I was informed by Brandon that it would be ready within a week at the absolute latest. I was also told that all of the parts for my car were ordered and received within the first few days. Well, it took over 3 weeks after that before I got my car back, and when I did get it back they still hadn’t replaced the rotor on one of my wheels! I had to go back the next day to get that done. Then, I noticed that my valve stem caps (original ones) had not only been taken off of my wheels, but 2 of my new lugs were taken off and replaced with one that was rusty with no tip on it, and they didn’t even bother putting the other one back on statIng that it was cross threaded. Keep in mind this was on a different wheel that didn’t even need replacing! So why wouldn’t they correct that? After all I spent nearly 1,500 dollars with over 500 in labor alone. When I confronted Brandon about all of this he made it seem like he was the one getting screwed over because he said he had done me a favor!!?? I was appalled at how whiny, angry, and totally unprofessional he was acting when I not only gave him my business, but also had paid over a thousand dollars for the repairs, and waited nearly a month to get my car back! He said that he had a vehicle in the shop for 3 months.. as if to say that justifies them having my car for over 3 weeks. As for a previous less than positive review I read, undoubtedly not by one of their “friends” who only type great reviews for them, the salesmen aren’t slick, but they sure do think they are by trying to make people feel sorry for them when they screw things up! It’s beyond childish how Brandon “handled” things. He gave me his number from the start and said I could call him about any concerns, but would rarely answer his phone! I told him how my mother was disabled and was also a cancer patient with copd, and also how badly I needed my car. Whenever I would get a hold of him, usually having to come up there, he would always say it would be done the next day. Lie after lie is what I experienced with this place. Whenever I would try to get his dad, the owner of the business on the phone, I was told that only Brandon could help me. Talk about shady, this place sets the bar for that. I never got my valve stem caps back and Brandon acted like I shouldn’t even be asking for them. This place is completely unprofessional. The fact that they want their so called customers (friends) to type so many reviews to make them look better is not surprising in the least considering the way they go about doing business. He also told me that one of the sensors was damaged, and when I asked him to give me the old one he said he would, but I never received it back either. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will never take any vehicle of mine there again, nor will I ever purchase anything from them for good reason. Also, he tried to make me feel guilty for wanting my car back on time and said that if he had to replace the rotor the day I wanted it replaced, that it would cause them to be late doing something for another customer when they had my car 3 weeks!! Unbelievable amounts of disrespect and I don’t even think Brandon understands the meaning of courtesy. I’m sure they will come across nice when trying to sell you a vehicle, but I felt the need to let consumers know how this place really operates. When I had to go up there again to get my lugs, Brandon sarcastically responded with “So what do I owe you 2 lugs?” followed by his sob story about how he always gets screwed over doing favors for people. To this day I don’t know what favors he did me unless you consider giving me more stress day after day with his lies and shannnanigans. Absolutely horrible place to deal with in every aspect. Beware of this place and all of their chicanery because you definitely can’t go by the majority of their fake reviews.
Im going to be completely honest !!! This was the best customer service I have ever experienced !!!!! Let me tell you NOW , this lady Jennifer worked her ass off for me. And I didnt make it easy for her neither. I had a set price , credit jacked up and everything. She worked around it...sending me pictures of different cars and trying to get closer to the monthly payment I desired which this little woman did... she was dead on the price I wanted, SHE PERFORMED And blessed me with a 2016 kia. Im so thankful for her ! God knows . She wasnt trying to show me no bad cars either, she knew what type of cars I liked from the first car I picked... man I can go on and on... Just know that you wont regret to go !!! Best cars I seen on a buy here car lot. Btw MY FIRST CAR !!!! And had the best experience!!! THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!

It’s never easy working through the complicated issues that arise when you have an accident. Working with the team at Motorworks was the first time I have felt like all my car concerns were being addressed and I could trust that the work was thorough and complete. Appropriate estimates were provided in a timely fashion, there was ease in working with multiple insurance companies and it was obvious that the shop has many good relationships with necessary dealerships, part and paint companies to ensure the best outcome. It is stressful to navigate a wreck and Motorworks simplified so many aspects of the process.In my particular case, a few minor odd things occurred and despite the added time and energy, Brandon and staff took each issue in stride, followed through with my needs and went well beyond basic requirements on multiple occasions.We would like to think cars 🚘 are entirely uniform and therefore should be streamlined.
