Very friendly staff! I only gave 4 stars because I rarely get everything I order for pick up. I do understand that they will be out of products at times but I do allow substitutions and still will not get my full order.
This Kroger has been here for quite a while. It stays pretty busy. The staff could be more friendly and the store could be a little cleaner other then that its not a bad place to shop.
This Kroger is always well stocked with our favorite brands. There are sales on a multitude of items at any given time as well as their discount shelf located by the bathrooms. The staff is quick to answer any questions you might have. The cashiers move quickly as do the baggers. Prefer their service over Wal-Mart anytime.

Kroger sells the best pickles in the world. Grillos Pickles! Try them if youre a fan of pickles.
They have an awesome health food section. Just pick out the healthy items and not the no so healthy items. Your body will thank you later.
Sadly our Kroger has gone downhill...where the carts are is filthy...The produce is not fresh...Product is not stocked... However, most of the people are nice...

Love Kroger. manager needs to support his people in stead of just walking back and forth when theres a lot of people trying to check out. He seemed really lost.

I like Walmart better cause Walmart grocery are cheaper. But Kroger is about the only place i can get my favorite drinks SUN DROP thanks Kroger.
I shop at both Krogers in dacula, always fast and great experience. Its not like I love shopping, I get in and out in 2 minutes.

Great little plaza. Has multiple shops that are very convenient. I shopped at the Kroger and I live closer to the Publix. Its totally worth the drive, which is about a mile more. I save Alot of money as the Publix is a nice store but you end up paying Alot more at the end. I also earn the gas points that save me serious dollars at the pump.

2022-07-03Only passed through here ony way to another destination. I enjoyed the scenery cause I was able to see places I do not see in Tennessee. I love sight seeing.

2021-10-05For the major remodel that was done last year, it looks like a dump. Nothing is ever in stock especially the new ad when it starts on Wednesdays. They also cut their overall inventory by 45% maybe even 50% and lately buy pr produce and within 1 day it starts going bad. And then theres the headache of buy 5 get 5 dollars off. With the out of stocks it throws everything into a mess not ringing up correct price or coupon did not come off.Now kroger.only has 2-3 cashiers the rest of the registers are self check out and self bagging.Stick with Publix, at least the store is stocked.Well it seems Publix is experiencing the same problem with available stock. Warehouse is out and other distributors are out as well. Ships, truck drivers, dock unloaders, are critically short of workers to get products and food from farms to your table. If you see sales on any meat item you buy load up because supply demand and price points are all out of order. Also any grocery item you use/buy regularly get a couple when you find them.This shortage and price increase is expected to last far into next year 2022.

2021-08-24My go to place. Close to home. Sadly the produce isnt always organized and fresh. Seen a lot of rotten fly infested onions and produce. But other than that the staff is great and always helpful and super friendly.

2020-01-14If this is the correct Kroger, youll want to shop at it. Very well stocked and clean. People here vary nice and helpful. And going there after work the star bucks there gives you that extra special pick me up that I forgot to go home, so I was home very late but smiling.

2020-11-21Jay the manager and Norm a cashier are AMAZING!!! Cant say too many other workers are nice. The short lady at customer service is always rude and short, and Bernadette is moody, so you never know if you are catching her on a good or bad day

2020-07-18Love this place. Friendly. No fussy cashiers. No unnecessary attitude issues. Well stocked. Its closer to me and my storage unit. Its become my fav Kroger over Sugar Hill. Go figure!

2019-12-13I just moved up here from Florida. I didnt use Kroger down there, but I have found that they have great deals on their food. Another great feature for this location is that you dont have to go inside to pick up your prescriptions. They have a window to walk up to. They also have curb side grocery pick up. Ive not used this feature, but if youre a busy person it will probably work well.
