2021-11-09Such a great place w/ a great team! My family and I always look forward to stopping by and purchasing our outdoor needs/wants at Mountain High Outfitters in downtown Alpharetta! This morning I stopped by to exchange a pair of On Running shoes for my wife and the entire experience was easy, professional and even enjoyable! I can’t say enough about the “young” people who work here and their amazing personalities and professionalism! MHO in Alpharetta is the best!!

2022-03-02If I came to buy something at your store and my girl can’t use your restroom when she has to pee, and I have to leave and go somewhere else, I can’t spend my money there either. I am sure you don’t make your employees use the restroom somewhere else, why would you make the people that keep them employed?

2021-06-01Terrible store. THEY KEEP DELETING REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED THEIR REPUTATION WILL BE RUINED, which it deserves to be. They are a dishonest and disrespectful company, and their return policy is next to none. I recommend Alpharetta Outfitters instead, just a block down the road. NEVER shop here.

2021-06-01Purchased an overpriced shirt thinking I was buying quality material. Multiple holes developed along the collar after the first wear and they refused to take it back because they would not resell it.

2019-06-07Had a great experience. Blaine was phenomenal. Was looking for a specific color sneaker and she picked it up from another store that night so I could get it the next day. Will definitely be back because of Blaine. Service matters

2019-04-30The manager at the new store in Alpahretta. Was one of the best understand managers I have ever dealt with!!! She want to make sure what I was getting was the right thing and that it fitted right without any pressure whatsoever!

2019-09-03Got some great running shoes but the salesmanship was laid on a little thick. Example: Those shoes look soooooo good on you!! They are for running lol.
