Needed to buy a part and was greeted by Eli Watson. He gave me service above and beyond. Heres how. While I was engaged w/ him, he made me feel nothing else or no one else mattered more. He wouldnt allow other associates or the phone to interrupt him till we were done. (I hate it when the phone rings and the associate redirects their attention to the person on the phone! Eli wouldnt allow that!)He told me hed call me personally when my part arrived later this week and if it didnt work, I could return it for a full refund so I knew what to expect on my next visit.People do brick and mortar business with people, not businesses. Elis focus on customer service is his own and hell take it w/ him wherever he goes. He is an asset to this MMS and Ill always look to him for my parts needs! He is the man!
I bought a motorcycle here last Spring with damage from its transport crate collapsing. Due to it being a newer bike I have had to wait for parts to come in to replace the damaged parts. While I received most parts, I am still waiting on a few. Jennifer in the service department has gone above and beyond working with me to determine where the last few parts are and to communicate to me when those parts may be ready. I couldnt thank her enough for the amount of time and effort she put in to figure this out.In addition I have had wonderful experience at this location anytime I am getting maintenance done on the bike and highly recommend them.
So went by here today for a little test spin. Eli up here had finally got me to come in from winder and I was not displeased. Even though Mr. Watson wasnt in sales he was by far the biggest help a person could ask for at a dealership. Not only did he finally get me to come up there but he put me in touch with all the right people I needed to speak to once I got there. Overall experience was great alot of friendly knowledgeable folks up at mountain motorsports in Buford! I cant wait to sign off on my new bike!!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience shopping with the fine folks at Mountain Motorsports Mall of Georgia! Hannah helped me through the entire shopping experience and answered every question I threw at her. I knew exactly what I wanted and Hannah delivered on that 110%. Jerry in finance was patient, friendly, and explained everything in a transparent manner. Eli in parts showed me exactly what I needed when it came to buying a new helmet. I told him what I didnt like about the one I had and he found the perfect upgrade for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products he showed me. Not to mention, he was a really cool guy! He recommended a nice spot to ride in GA. Rusty is another great member of the team who helped get my bike to me and he was just as friendly as the rest of the people here. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and that makes all the difference in the world to me as the customer. I never felt like I dealt with any sales person. Just great people who want to help the customers have a good time with their machines! Ill definitely be returning here for all my needs!

I had a horrible experience financing a bike here. First off the bike was only $9,500 but after they were done adding warranties and a extra $2000 for what they said was production cost (They literally said I had to pay an extra $2000 because they had to make the bike.) that I was told I would not be allowed to finance the bike without paying, The bike was over 16,000 dollars. I dont even know what the warranty covered, but I would guess its the best warranty on earth since it cost me $5000. When I asked the salesman what kind of warranty it was he said that he didnt know, but told me I would have to call Kawasaki to get more info because they are just the dealership. I was totally uncomfortable getting the bike at this place because there was a feeling of uneasiness throughout the whole process which I believe had to do with the color of my skin, and that I was financing a awesome bike, which was the only reason I put up with all of the mess I had to deal with to get the bike, because this location was the only place where I could find the particular bike exactly the way I wanted it after over a month of searching all over the state. It definitely was the worst vehicle purchasing experience of my life, and after having the bike now for over a year, this experience still plays over and over in my mind and causes me some major anxiety from time to time so I guess Im leaving this review to try and help ease some of it. Never felt so awkward in my life.
I came into mountain Motorsports not knowing if I was going to get treated right. I was absolutely blown away. Adam has kept me up to date step by step while rebuilding my side by side. Ian in parts has let me know fair prices of all my parts and exactly how long they’ll take to get there. Just hands down great experience. Worth the the hour drive.

I try to shop local but this place makes it near impossible when they have the highest rates in the state. $1,750 freight and prep charge for a 12,500 motorcycle… every where else in the state is charging 499-700. I get the demand is high and inventory is low but this is absolutely ridiculous.Sales staff is is awesome and eager to help.

Just had a set of tires replaced there. Through no fault of theirs, tires were late arriving and there were many snags getting them there. These guys bent over backwards to make things right. Foster in service was just awesome. Cant recommend highly enough!
I have a Ducati Streetfighter V4S, which I purchased from the Roswell location. I needed a new rear tire installed and didnt want to make the trip into Roswell to have them do it. So I purchased the tire online from Revzilla and removed the wheel from the bike myself because I dont think they service Ducatis at this location.The wheel is a Marchesini forged wheel, somewhat expensive. It was in pristine condition when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up, I noticed a number of small but very noticeable scratches in the finish. They really stand out on a matte black wheel when shiny aluminum is poking through. The largest was about 1/2 inch long, see attached picture.I asked to speak to the service manager, Chris. He inspected the damage and immediately offered to replace the wheel. He also offered to get a new tire and mount it, no cost to me.I was fully expecting them to downplay everything...Its just a little scratch and that sort of thing. But within 30 seconds of meeting Chris he had fully resolved the situation with the best possible outcome for me. I didnt even have a chance to get angry!It took a few weeks for the wheel to get shipped, but I received the new wheel and tire today. Happy to report no damage this time.Mistakes happen, and its been my experience with various dealerships that rarely do they take responsibility and make things right the way that Mountain Motorsports did in this instance.Thank you very much Chris.

I bought a 2014 Vespa GTS at MMMofGa. I was in the market and got a heads up that they had a Vespa GTS on the sales floor. They obviously have the let me take this to my sales manager shtick that sales does, so I made an Out-The-Door offer straight up. They came back $200 higher, and we sealed the deal. They didnt jack me around beyond the reasonable counter offer. I would work with them again if the right bike came along.

I had a great experience, Richard was knowledgeable not pushy and genuinely helped me make the decision on which tool was right for my jobs. I worked with Dylan to get an aftermarket piece that I feel I could not afford to get third-party. Finally and this is where it usually goes to hell my experience with the finance team specifically Jared was excellent as well. This experience was nothing like the horror stories you hear from some car dealerships. Very happy.

Admittedly I wasnt looking forward to going to a dealership. Ive never liked negotiating and haggling and then theres the trust factor. How do I know the sales person isnt taking advantage of me? Well I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my experience and would highly recommend Mountain Motorsports. From the very first phone call, to signing the paperwork, I worked with a team that focused on ensuring I was satisfied and that I was taken care of. Particular shout out to Hannah who helped me every step of the way and Dylan over in Parts/Service who went the extra mile. Hannah sent pics on inventory within minutes of us talking for the first time. She took great care to show me every option I had to choose from in selecting a UTV, and trust there were lots to choose from! Dylan literally drove to my house to drop off some extra parts that I needed to install a windshield. At the last minute when I couldnt find a trailer to haul my UTV, they even had my UTV delivered 2 hours away for a very nominal fee. I could not be more impressed. Great experience with getting our new bike! Marquis (salesman) and Chuck (finance) did an outstanding job in making the process super pain free for us. We shopped this bike from out of town and when we got down there things were all ready to go. I will definitely be returning in the coming months when it’s time for an upgrade on my bike!

If you don’t know anything about motorcycles IT’S OKAY! I was kinda nervous going in, because I have no bike knowledge or experience. But the guys at this shop didn’t mind at all. They explained the important features of all their equipment so that a beginner would understand, all while keeping safety a priority. Derrick and Cameron were both super personable and extremely insightful. It’s nice to buy things from people who obviously enjoy the sport themselves. It was a really great experience because these guys helped me out so much.

Calling around looking for parts, I was met with other dealerships that were difficult to work with. They all tried to make me believe I could only receive parts from their place and that no one else kept the parts I needed in stock.I called Mountain Motorsports and got in touch with Eli in their parts department. He let me know that he didn’t have the part in stock, but logged in to his dealer search and informed me of all local dealers that had the parts in stock that I needed (something nobody told me was even possible). Eli is a great guy and genuinely cares for his customers and the company he represents. This was the most amazing experience. All the staff involved were extremely helpful and were able to make a dream of mine happen with no problems. Eric was my sales rep and made sure I had all the answers to my questions and several of the staff stayed more than an hour after the store had closed to help me load the equipment and strap it down. Thanks to all involved and for listening to what I wanted instead of what might have been easier for them. I went to Gainesville Motor Sports first because it was closer to home and all they wanted to do was make the sale with no consideration about what I wanted. I am currently working with Quanell (Q) on purchasing a 2022 Kawasaki Mule SX 4x4 XC FI. He has talked me through the process of what needed to be done to get one when it arrives at the dealership. To start off i HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! I met one of the salesmen,Eric, by happenstance. we started talking about bikes and he told me he worked for MMS in Buford. not being super familiar with MMS I asked if he had any drz400sms in stock. he said they did and that they just got some of the 2019 models in stock. I told him i would swing by and take a look on my day off. when i came to look at the bike i felt super comfortable. no one was pushy or aggressive. I told Eric I wanted the 2019 drz400sm in white but i couldnt pick it up until the following week, he was super understanding and told me he would hold the bike for me. the following week i filled out a credit app and he let me know when it came through. i was approved and he let me know that i could come in whenever to finalize the paperwork and take the bike home. I came in expecting a lot of hoopla but was surprised as to how straight forward everything was. while waiting on my bike to be prepped i was enjoying stories with other salesmen, one particular was duke. he was also a great guy who explained a lot of the features and possible accessories for my new bike. after finishing up with the sales department i decided to get some new gear and what not and was thoroughly impressed with the parts department, especially Derek one of the part and accessories guys. he was super laid back and easy going. I am 100% a loyal customer.

Great service. Had my 2021 drz400sm full serviced along with a valve inspection. They did a great job. The bike never ran this smooth before ever since the carburetor was jetted. Employees supper friendly and always willing to answer any questions available.

I had a great experience with Richard in Sales! Richard was always upfront and transparent about the deposit process on my new motorcycle, and was extremely responsive to my numerous questions throughout the purchasing process. I have been pining after this bike for 8 years, and Richard was sure to keep this a pleasant experience. When arriving at the dealer yesterday when the unit arrived, Richard went through all of the controls of the motorcycle and was very knowledgeable here as well. You can’t say that about all salesmen of automotive/power sports. I know where I’ll be going in the future if buying again.

I purchased a Jet Ski with MSRP of $9899. My final out the door price was $14,800. This was my first powersports purchase and the salesman insisted that the page and a half of FEES was standard procedure at any dealer. This is a blatant lie. These crazy fees are only standard at Mountain motor sports.

Walked in and started looking around. Derrick came up and introduced himself to me and my girlfriend. He was very friendly and personable and made looking for a bike fun. I ended up purchasing a bike and was so impressed with the team up here that my girlfriend just came back and bought a bike as well. Between Devin Carter, Ian Mello and, Eric McKenna, I have been very well taken care of by the team at MMS Mall of Ga. Eric has taken care of me and a few co workers and family members over the years with the acquisition of new toys and is always available to answer questions. On multiple occasions both Devin in service and Ian in parts have gone well above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in getting parts and or coordinating service for machines in my fleet both personally and for my company. This is a fantastic team of people that are very skilled and clearly enjoy what they do for a living. If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would and they will always be my go to for parts, service, and acquisition of new and used machines and parts!!

I called mtn motor sports one sat afternoon. Got Richard in sales. Asked him if he had the bike i wanted there. They did. I told him i was on my way. When i arrived he had it pulled aside and ready for me to look at. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Was getting close to closing time. Not once did i ever feel rushed. I bought the bike. I told Richard i wanted to add some parts to the bike. He wheeled my brand new bike over to parts and introduced me to Dylan. I sat with Dylan and he helped me pick out everything i wanted for my bike. Dylan has gone above and beyond to make sure all my parts shipped and that i got exactly what i wanted. Dylan and Richard helped make my experience there outstanding. Ill be going back there for anything i ever need.

I recently contacted the parts department about a part I needed for my Polaris. Eli went above and beyond. We had a long conversation he was polite, very patient and so knowledgeable. It turned out I didnt need to purchase the part, despite this Eli still provided the best customer service.

What an awesome place. We went to this location two days before Christmas. The service we received was outstanding. Dereck, the head of the department where we bought our gear was beyond helpful. It was closing time and he still went over everything with us and helped us find all that my daughter would need. Ian Melli checked us out and was super personable and helpful. The gentleman in the sales department, Niles Wilson was so knowledgeable on bikes and really helped us understand what we were looking for. He took the time to explain it to is. As we were leaving we locked our keys out of our car. Let me remind you this is two days before Christmas and the store is closing. Everyone was so willing to help! They were looking for anything they could find in the store to help us unlock our car. Two guys came out and stayed with us and helped us until we got it open, Chris January and Eli Watson. They went above and beyond customer service! We told them this would be our new store for all our motor sports needs from now on. What a great store and a great crew of people. Great purchase experience! My salesman Eric Mckenna was super helpful throughout the whole process, from my initial call about the bike, to getting me numbers for my trade, to finance and delivery. I had been looking at some bikes at other dealers in GA and FL and none got me quotes for my trade as quickly if at all. It was a nice no hassle experience and certainly worth the 4 hour drive to do business with this dealership. Everything went smoothly and I got a great bike at a great price. Motor-cross has always been father/son time in our family and with our sons first race coming up, we needed some last minute items to make it a really awesome experience. I walked into Mountain Motorsports Mall of Georgia and was completely blown away at the helpfulness and attention of everyone there but it was Eli who stole the show. Found a seadoo on their website. Eric McKenna was very fast and informative while messaging him via text.When we arrived we were greeted and treated well. The deal progressed quickly, and with no BS. Very straight forward dealings, and no pressure or other tactics.We quickly arrived at a deal both parties agreed upon. The dealership made sure we could sea test the used unit, even on January 15, and even were able to provide a loaner life jacket.The cover we ordered with the unit came in IN ONE DAY. Eli in parts was fantastic in helping determine what we needed in a cover.If/when we are back in the market for power sports, I wont hesitate to go back to them.

I was hesitant to go to such a large dealership. I figured I’d get the same ole run through the cleaners upsold treatment. I was wrong. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly. They let my 4yo son check out everything with mud tires he wanted. The sales manager was incredibly nice. Can’t say enough good things about him.But onto the real part of my review. I’ve never met someone as dedicated and polite as Hannah. From the time I called about a particular machine (I was interested in buying a used machine) she never once tried to swing my choice. She answered every single question I had and knew way more than I anticipated her knowing. She was also very sweet to my little boy. From the Jump she communicated with me via text and FaceTime as I live far away and I wanted to make sure it was the machine I wanted.she made sure the whole thing was clean, had the techs pick it apart checking everything. She was running back and forth constantly checking on me and the machine.I could go on and on about her and the rest of the staff. Bottom line is don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Mountain Motorsports Mall Of Ga is the real deal. I didn’t get to talk to anyone else in sales. I didn’t need to. Hannah handled everything flawlessly and was very receptive to negotiation. Hannah deserves a 100k a year raise. She’s amazing. I highly recommend giving her a call if you have any questions. I will most certainly be going back for future business there. 10/10 experience. I Just purchased a Kawasaki Mule from Duke and what a great experience it was dealing with him. Great guy. He was able to help me get everything I needed and gave me a great price. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and made the experience a great one. We are long time customers of Mountain Motorsports and love the company. I have been having several problems recently with my 2019 four wheeler. It has been in the shop to look into warranty work. Today we stopped by to pick it up for a ride and met the parts rep Eli Watson. He asked about the issues with my machine and was very attentive and concerned. He plans to try to help us with these issues as they keep recurring with no resolution. We appreciated his stewardship in making all attempts to maintain a repeat customer. An excellent place, specifically when working with Leo Randall. I had previously worked with Leo at another store and knew he was the guy to go to for a smooth and honest sale. I was looking at a new Z900 and he was extremely accommodating. He was helpful without being pushy and set me up with everything I needed prior to me buying a bike. But his honesty and friendliness really showed when I told him I would be purchasing a bike from a different location (a different bike that was used, not new - it was a deal I had looked for for a long time on a specific bike). He congratulated me, thanked me for working with him and let me know that I was always welcome if I had any questions or needed anything with the new bike. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 4+ years, I have bought 4 Can-Am Spyder motorcycles from them and cannot ever see myself going anywhere else! The sales staff is AWESOME, especially Hannah, but everyone makes you feel welcome and are happy to answer any questions you may have about any of the many brands/products that they carry, be it a motorcycle, ATV, or personal watercraft. I have found their prices to be fair and never have I been pressured to make a purchase that I didnt feel comfortable with.....and as a bonus this dealership is a big supporter of the Military and all First Responders and they offer special deals for these folks. Special mention goes to Nick and Chuck - these gentlemen are great to deal with when it comes to financing options! When it comes to ordering parts all of the Parts Department sales folks are great, and you especially cant go wrong in having Derek Stone (little Derek) help you with choosing the best equipment for your needs - he is very knowledgeable about their inventory and willing to go that extra mile to help you with any questions or even with minor assembly of your purchase. The Service Department is top notch and takes care of all of my bikes and their service needs, and they do so very efficiently and professionally!

SALES & PARTS REVIEW!!!I purchased my R6 from Richard @ the Mall of Georgia location and it couldnt have been a better experience.. they were short staffed on the finance side of things so it took a long time to get it out the door but you have to understand during these times everything wont be as fluid. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I jumped from Bike to Bike, question to question and did not try and force me onto a certain bike... I will definitely be going back to them on my next purchase!Since I cant do a separate one for the parts department... I WILL be buying all my parts for my motorcycle and gear from ELI in the parts department. He was EXTREMELY courteous, very knowledgeable, and was able to beat/match internet pricing! Who the heck wants to buy parts online anyway?? I highly recommend stopping in and building a relationship with the parts department for better deals, without having to do ALL the research on different parts!
What a great place to shop for a new toy! Purchased several different rides from mms and the last one was a can am commander xt 1000. The sales lady Hana was amazing! I bought a CBR600RR, first street bike. Was helped by Erik McKenna, he was very helpful and discussed the differences in brands and models. I felt comfortable with the purchase... i am a street noob but had some dirt experience. He gave pointers and and I feel he helped guide me to the right choice. I’m happy with the power and ride. The only disappointment is that my wife made me come home after riding a couple hours. Eli in the protective gear was great as well.... we all joked and had a good time throughout the process. Good place, friendly people!!!

A few days back, I had given this place a bad review. But the same day, they made me change my mind. I appreciate Chuck who took the time and effort to give me a call and talk to me. He was really helpful and understanding. He went the extra mile and put aside a motorcycle for me - kept it off the floor for 5 days when I made a decision on the great offer he gave me! He gave me a great deal on a Honda Africa Twin - something that I did not get - even across other states. I know, I checked. He stood by his offer firmly even though I took my time to make my decision.Once I decided, I went to meet him and Duke who is the wonderful salesman here. They helped with the paperwork and Chuck was helpful and patient when I had to visit the bank to get the loan work done too. Recently bought a used cb650f from here with my girlfriend and the customer experience was awesome. Erick with sales was very friendly and not pushy at all, Bill was extremely helpful when we went to go do the paperwork, and Adam from the service department was extremely friendly/helpful even though I came last minute right before shop closed a week after purchasing the bike. Phenomenal customer service experience! My husband and I have purchased four motorcycles together and this was by far the best experience - so much so that we chose to drive 2.5hrs and purchase this motorcycle out of town. We spent several weeks researching and price checking the Yamaha Bolt and when we found this one we quickly realized this was a deal we could not miss. Marquis, our salesmen, answered all my questions over the phone and offered additional information to help me with my decision. After we put the deposit down Marquis stayed in close contact with me AND my husband answering questions and even sending us photos of the motorcycle letting us know it was ready! While this was happening we needed to figure out financing... CHUCK WAS THE MAN! I’ve personally worked at a dealership and I was so impressed with the way Chuck handled our financing conversation. I had an amazing experience at mountain motorsports. I usually don’t write reviews but I found this employee named Eli so helpful that I wanted to personally write a review on him and this business. They originally told us they were extremely busy and couldn’t fit us in today. After me telling them the tire on the bike was so bad i was scared to ride on it- they decided to help us out! Eli personally went upstairs even to find the tire when they didn’t have it on the floor. I’m super pleased w my service here and will be a consistent customer!
I went into Mountain Motorsports on Christmas Eve looking for a visor for my husbands helmet. Eli informed me that his helmet was out of date and no longer safe to wear. They do good work but very expensive to have just a tire changed $150 with me bringing my own Tire. Please read this closely it was a mistake it was not Mountain Motorsports it was Gainesville Motorsports when I contacted the manager he tried to justify one and a half hours of mechanical labor time to change a front tire on a naked bike
Eric was great. I had been looking for a certain bike for a long time. Finally I saw an ad for the bike I was looking for. It was at Mountain Motorsports in Buford. I called about it and spoke to Eric. He told me all about the bike. It sounded like a really good deal, so I asked him if he could take it off the market until I could get there to take a look, which would be several days later. I offered a $500 contingent deposit. He accepted and held the bike. One hour later a customer came in to buy the bike that Eric was holding for me. Surprisingly, Eric turned down a guaranteed sale in honor of my contingent request. Several days later I drove from Nashville TN to Buford GA to check out the bike. It was just as Eric described. I totally love the bike, and I bought it that day. I really respect Eric for keeping his word to me. He is a man you can trust and the dealership is top notch too. I am especially pleased with the quality of product and service that Eric delivered to me that day. What a great experience! Thank you Eric. I wish you endless years of happiness and success.

My fiance and I ended up going in to look around and ended up looking at helmets for her. For those who have never shopped for a helmet it can sometimes not be and easy process due to how all brands fit differently. I have to thank and give credit to Eli for all he did finding the perfect fit helmet for my fiance. He had her try on numerous helmets to find the perfect fitting one. After multiple helmets we ended up buying her a HJC and she could not be any happier that she now has a proper and safe helmet that looks and feels great. What an incredible place to buy a motorcycle. We barely were in the door when we were greeted, and felt like we were supposed to be there. Our salesman Marques was incredible at showing me both a used bike I was interested in, and a new version for not much more. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful from Sales, to Finance, all the way to the General Manager. I went back a few days later to pick up an ordered part, and again they treated me like family. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Genuine people that care about the customer!!

Had a great experience from sales to riding gear for my son. Had an issue with the jacket. Notified the staff and they are replacing the jacket. We live 4.5 hours away from the shop and are mailing us a replacement jacket. No fuss, just great service! I would definitely shop here again and recommend mountain motorsports to my friends.
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Mountain Motorsports and their crew. Derrick got together with Danny at Tucker(our powersports parts distributor) and they went out of their way to overnight parts down here to Florida so that our customer here could get his machine going for an event that weekend. Nice group of people, they took good care of my fiance and let me sit on their can am to get off my feet. They even came up with creative ways to try and get me to think about riding ... Which I will never be able to do, but it was fun to dream. Very kind, smart, knowledgeable
Bad day. Just bought a used Polaris 500 and the top blew off on the highway. When going to retrieve it I lost my keys to the side by side. I stopped in and spoke with a sales person who took me to parts. The parts guys was awesome. Ordered me the hardware to remount the roof and an ignition switch. I went back to the highway where I lost the roof and found my keys👍. Called up and the credited the invoice over the phone as the part was on order. Great team and very helpful.
Eli in the parts department did a great job helping me find the parts and information I needed by far the most friendly person I’ve had help me find parts anywhere would definitely recommend him and mountain Motorsports
Hannah is the best! She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process of purchasing my new Ryker. As the team worked on getting things set up she even frequently checked in with progress updates.I had an excellent experience and definitely would recommend anyone to ask for Hannah!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, Eli and Connor are so helpful and attentive. They answer all the questions you have and give great deals! I never feel pressured and always feel comfortable asking questions and not feeling like Im asking stupid questions. This facility is very nice and clean. Scheduled service thru an email on Sunday night when I know they are closed. Get the normal automated reply then get a response from Adam Powell the service manager stating that they would love to have my machine in and do the service but know it could take a couple days due to work load. I dropped my machine off in the rain on Wed around noon. Adam called me Friday at 1130 saying it was ready for pick-up. I cant ask for better service than that. Not only did they have ending ready but Adam recognized me as I arrived this morning and had my machine waiting for me.
Mountain motorsports in Buford Georgia is a great place to Buy a motorcycle or any other toy you like. The very best part is their service department if you need something takin care of they can do it, Adam is the man.
Great place!! I took my son Corban here to grab some gear. We met were greeted as soon as we walked in. As we made our way around the store each person we came in contact with was extremely nice. Genuine attitude we were never rushed or over sold at any point. Which was nice we could freely walk and check out the toys. We felt welcome and had a great time. We found some great gear with the help Eli Watson the man in charge of cool gear and any part you could imagine. I was working with Eric. He was supposed to call me back with a final price on a Goldwing. I had talked to him several times about the bike. I live 2hours away from the business, and told him that. He called while I was in the Doctors office. I cant talk to the doctor/nurse and a sales rep at the same time. He left a voice mail saying he had someone interested in the bike but would give me first choice. This other person was offering more money. I called him as soon as I got out of the doctors office, 20 minuets later. He was with a customer I was told. I continued on to work. I called back, he was unavailable. I called the third time. This time I was told hed call me right back. Some one ELSE called me and said Eric said to tell you he sold the Gold wing. Really? In less than an hour? He promised me first choice. He was to call me back, with a final price. and did not. Then sold the bike with 45 minuets of his first call. Folks, that is sorry business. Just sorry business. You cant keep you word, no since in doing business with someone like that. You can only believe or take someone at their word. Seems like this business doesnt care how potential customers are treated.Apparently, while I was trying to Call Eric, he was selling the bike to someone else. I have the voicemail saying I had first choice. If hes busy with a customer, and I am to have first choice as he said, how, how can you sell the bike to someone else? This, in my opinion was a shoddy deal. He apparently sold the bike for more money, and it didnt matter that I was supposed to have first choice. He was told several times during this time frame, I had called him. I just dont get it. I could be wrong, but I bet he was the salesperson listed on the sales invoice.I wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot pole, so to speak.
This is the second time I bought from Mountain Motorsports and The customer service was great!! Hannah went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and at the price that wanted as well. I will definitely do business again and refer anyone I know to reach out to Hannah!!!
Awesome dealership. Just went to browse today but have to rave about these guys.I was greeted BEFORE I even entered the store!! An employee walking outside (who knows why) saw me coming, said hey, and held the door for me. Walked in and was promptly greeted by the front desk. She was professional and pleasant. I told her I was just browsing after a short conversation, she explained the layout of the store and she said to let them know if I needed any assistance!Walk back to browse bikes, and after a few minutes was greeted by David Notheis. Great guy, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable!!! He was not pushy with sales, he listened to my which one and why and then led me to the bikes he recommended. Will definitely be returning and taking David my business when I am ready to purchase.
You know customer service is amazing when they greet you by name as soon as you walk in the door.Everyone is friendly and helpful and its nice knowing I can go there and trust my bike is in good hands. just had my tires done there and I need to get my break pads replaced soon and Ill definitely be going back to do it.They have a decent selection of gear and parts (and bikes) as well as excellent service so I would definitely recommend going if youre in the area.
Juan Reyes was very helpful and friendly. The other guy, Nick was also awesome. Both men helped my friend get a Ryker and about 2 weeks later I went back and got one through them. Everyone there was great, helpful, and answered all my questions. You all are amazing and look forward to do more business down the road with you all. I highly recommend this location in Burford.
Bought two used jet skis from Eric and Duke and these guys are the best, I felt like we were friends when I left. They made me feel welcome the minute I walked in. Had a good experience buying a bike from here. The gear shop has a great selection and extremely helpful staff. The sales department turns the purchase experience into a game, and was fairly high pressure, which at times was pretty uncomfortable. I called and found that the bike I wanted was in stock, but once I arrived at the dealership, it took over 5 hours waiting on them to do paperwork and prep the bike before I could walk out the door with it. In the hours I was there waiting, the sales guy kept asking So are you excited?... After about a dozen times, I just stopped answering the question.
My family and I went in to look a 4 seater sxs and walked out with all 5 of us happy! Every one of the staff members were super helpful and not pushy like some places are. Every employee from our salesman Big Derrick to the finance guys Jerry and Bill, Service department Jennifer and Adam for explaining maintenance program for everything we got and finally our parts guy Eli who helped fit us with helmets, worked very hard to ensure me and my family walked away happy and with what we wanted. We was treated like family as soon as we walked through the door and thats why we will not go anywhere else but Mountain Motorsports in Buford! Also Being a Vet I liked how supportive they are of the military that as soon as you walk in there is a statue for vets to sign. We will not go to anyone else!
Stopped by here while visiting from out of town. Matt was great in working with us on a possible trade in however, we left without buying / selling (primarily) because we had to wait over 1 hour for the sales manager to crunch the numbers . In addition, we were told that we needed to come out of pocket for our purchase (way more than expected) so they could make money. We understand they have a business to run, but they obviously didnt want our business bad enough to negotiate a possible sale. Overall we were disappointed but bikes are a dime a dozen so we will take our business elsewhere.

The entire staff at MMS was courteous and professional. I was really impressed by the level of knowledge of every member I spoke to. Especially Duke and Eric. They went over all my options in the price range I was looking for, and didnt try to oversell me on anything. They listened to what I wanted, understood my needs and my ability level (Im an experienced rider, but have been off a bike for a few years) and didnt try to push me into something I may not have been able to handle, although I could afford whatever I wanted. Even after the sale, I have gotten several calls and emails to check how everything is going. The guys in the toy, I mean, parts and accessory department are great, too. Especially, Derek (aka Little Derek). Again, he didnt try to oversell me, but showed me the options, gave me the pros and cons of all of them , and let me decide. He installed the Bluetooth unit in my helmet, and helped fit me for a jacket. All around, this was the best experience I had, having gone to several other dealers in the buying proces , and I would recommend this place to anyone, whether they are experienced or just learning.

My husband took his atv to Mountain Motorsports for repairs and the service advisor Adam was extremely helpful. I would recommend that all of our family and friends ask for him personally to help them with their atv needs!

They have earned my business for life!Leo was very patient with us and extremely informative about the bikes and pricing. He was able to compare all the bikes that I chose against one another and had the perfect recommendations. Leo was extremely thorough with the sale, even staying late to go over all the features of the bike, even after 2 hours after closing.Chuck went out of his way, even on his off day, to help us get a better offer for the bike financing. I have never had someone get that much out of their way to help me out in a financing dept. Chuck took my calls on his off days to answer any questions I had, which really took me by surprise. Just worked with Eli to get parts for my Vstar and for the Virago that our son will be using to learn to ride. He shows a great depth of knowledge, fabulous sense of humor and wonderful sense of urgency while sharing clear information and knowledge of the parts hes ordering for his customers. Eric McKenna was my salesman, and Duke assisted with the sale, and they both did a great job! 2022-01-13I went to Mountain Motor Sports to look at the Can Am Ryker and the Spyder. Dustin was a big help to me in deciding which way to go. He helped me get into a used Spyder and I couldnt be happier! Dustin and the entire staff was friendly and helpful!

2022-06-03This place is great and the people are very helpful! I came in on a Saturday and was helped by Cameron, who answered all my questions, as I am someone who has never owned a bike before. I was walked around and shown many great choices that could be starters for me and he even went into detail about why these would be great choices! He also helped me pick out some good starter gear, and even let me browse through some catalogs to find something that was my style. He was very patient while i looked. I am definitely happy with my visit here and will be returning in the future!

2021-12-18Emailed asking the best out the door price on a used bike they have in stock. I sent them a link to another bike I am looking at in South Carolina that is cheaper and has about $1000 of accessories included, but let them know I would rather buy local. I didnt even ask them to match the price. I just wanted their best out the door price. I told them I was not looking for any warranties or service plans, just the bike.I got the following response - The bike in SC has about the same miles, has more accessories, and is less money. It sounds like youve already found a great deal! - He didnt even provide me a price. At least they responded to my email, which is more than some dealers have provided while I have been searching for my next bike, so that is something. I guess I will deal with the guy in South Carolina instead.FYI.. I had a great conversation over email with a guy in their Marietta location about a month ago, we just couldnt agree on a price for the bike they had, so maybe I just caught the guy in Buford on a bad day, so I am giving the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars.I have been to several of their locations in the past and they are always clean and the people have always been friendly, so this response kind of caught me off guard.

2022-01-24Derrick Rucker what a fantastic job.Best sales person ever. Very funny and pointed us in the right direction. I’m a taller person and nothing was comfortable to us but he told us the ones that were good for my height. I really wanted a four seater but did not fit well for me but the pro xp RZR was the right one. So happy I got it and it has more then enough power for the fun we have. Thank you so much. I will be back for all the extras. Please go up there and see for yourself. Thanks for all your help. Also I hope you get Hannah as your financial assistant she was helpful and sweet. 2022-03-23I bought a bike and it has been years since I rode. Well I rode in the parking lot to get comfortable and the traffic was just not what I wanted to ride in. I left my bike and it was after hours. Jason the finance manager went above and beyond and put it back inside for me so that it wouldn’t get stolen. All the guys there are amazing. Eric our sales guy was knowledgeable and super helpful as was Connor and all the others. They have a customer for life with me!!
