Wonderful experience! First time ever buying a motorcycle and they were very friendly, patient, and kind. Great atmosphere, and great sales people throughout the entire store. Avery did a great job with the whole process, even accommodated helping me load my KLR into the back of my truck!
I worked with Avery to help find a utility vehicle. He was fantastic and and provided multiple options with pros and cons to each option. He made the whole process as easy as possible. He followed up with me a week afterwards to ensure everything went well. Great sales team all around.
My fiancee, Carlos Zapatero, and I each have a jet ski we purchased from Mountain Motorsports at the Lithia Springs location. We have been very satisfied with Mountain Motorsports throughout the last year, until this last visit at the Marietta location.Marlo Jones, our service representative, had seemed very attentive at first. However, we went to drop off our jet skis to get summerized in early April and I asked about leaving my jet ski so that a recall could be fixed and he said that it was fine. He communicated that he had ordered the part and that he would give me a call to give me an update. He did not communicate how long that would be. Therefore, I had to call him to try to get answers. I soon gave up on him. Since I was not getting the answers I needed (even when another rep answered, I would ask that Marlo please give me a call back and he never did), I decided that talking to another representative would be better. The other representative communicated that the jet skis were summerized, but the part related to the recall would not be available until after June. I was upset that this had not been communicated before. I wanted to talk to Marlo about it and I did get lucky enough to touch base with him. The call was on a Wednesday and he said that he would double check that the jet skis were ready. He went on to say that he would send us a text by Friday to make sure that the jet skis were ready to be picked up, that way we wouldnt drive all the way in vain. Of course, you guessed it, that text never came through. Thus, I decided to just show up that Saturday, May 7th, to pickup our jet skis.He acted as if everything were normal. He quickly pulled the information up and let me know that they were ready to be picked up. I then asked him about the recall again, he said that the part would be available in June and would give me a call when it was available. At this rate, I do not believe he will give me a call about it. When I told him I was a little confused as to why that was not communicated from the beginning, all he did was raise his arms up, look down, and apologize that he did not communicate that well. I did not want to cause a scene and show my frustration, so I decided that leaving this review was the best route.Sadly, I feel that the only way I will be heard is by leaving this review. This whole ordeal took close to a month and I do not foresee us coming back to this location again. We are very busy individuals, thus, this is the reason I am just now getting to leave this review. After reading several of the Google reviews about Marlo, I am confused as to how I was different. He is a very nice and charming guy, and perhaps he has gotten away with this with other customers because of it, but he did not serve our needs accordingly this last visit.Thank you for taking the time to read this.***UPDATE: Josh Polete, General Manager, reached out to me to discuss the areas of improvement that needed to be addressed. Customer service is very well, had issues with 3rd party warranty and very disappointed in that but Taylor and his service manager have been pretty good. Feel like the bike came off the showroom floor without inspection because valves dropped at 30 hours of trail/light track time. Instead of diagnosing issue then and there valves were adjusted and issue happened again as soon as I got the bike back. Now doing a full rebuild and due to supply chain and transport issues my bike has been there for 2 months and still not complete. Overall good service but will take my bike to local shops over dealer and won’t purchase a warranty with my next bike if I decide to buy another from here.
I purchased a Yamaha R3 from Mountain Motorsports in Marietta GA, and let me tell you they have the best customer service ever. My sales person name was Avery and he is very good at his job, after i made my purchase he took the time out to personally introduce me to the service and parts managers. That was awesome, and everyone was extremely nice and had a lot of knowledge about motorcycles. I highly recommend Mountain Motorsports in Marietta GA to anyone looking to make purchase. Ask for Avery, he will take good care of you.
We purchased a bike little over 2 years ago; my husband had a heart attack and has since recovered. We took the bike down because while riding it; it just quit running. We promptly took it to mountain motor sports on April 27 and was told by Mike in service we would have an answer by April 29. With no calls with updates we have had to call with answers of just rambling and no definite answers. Since then Mike is no longer with the company so after repeated uneventful calls and messages with Marlow. We ask to speak with the manager, we were referred to SJ! They have had our bike for almost 2 full month, and all we get are excuses and lies. We do not and will never recommend this place. They have poor customer service and management does not have a clue and is unwilling to make things right. All we get are apologies. We have missed many benefit rides because of the service received by this place. We have called every week advising the benefit ride coming tomorrow and have been told many times they would have parts over nighted. Well once again that was lies. Today is the day before the ride and every time we call we get”SJ is busy can we take a message”. Now granted we have only received one call back from SJ which was a circle conversation still no clue if bike will be ready for tomorrow but odds are NO. Mike (the no longer employed employee) even offered a replacement to ride for the CHOA ride however, that appears to be a lie as well. It’s now right at 2pm with no returned call from SJ and they close at 6 so what are the odds he’s gonna call back and say bike is ready?****UPDATE****6:15pm my husband received a call from Josh the district manager; he states he will make a donation to the Childrens Healthcare Network, since his bike will not be ready. Which is nice and I’m so sure the children’s Healthcare Network will appreciate the donation. Thanks Josh.!
Recently purchased a hard to find RS660. My initial plan was just to look and sit on the bike while waiting for my factory order, but Avery was very helpful in getting the price where I wanted that I purchased that day. Highly recommend working with him if you are looking to purchase.
Great place to look for the next ride. Avery Ross, the sales guy, has helped a lot to choose the right bike for my needs, took me to the test ride and finally helped to close the deal. So I walked out of the place with my 2019 Africa Twin Adventure Sports and I really love the bike.

I would highly recommend Mountain Motorsports Marietta! I live almost 3 hours away, but I found a particular bike I was very interested in..About a week of text and phone calls I decided to drive there not knowing what to expect! From the time I walked in the door I had someone asking if they could help.They let my sales guy that I had been talking to know I was there! My sales guy was awesome through out everything and so were all the other people I met there. Nice dealership and professional employees.I actually wished I could think of my sales guys name at the time of this review, but Im terrible with names. I will update with his name later when I look back at paperwork, so he gets the recognition he deserves.
Purchased a new bike from Avery. His communication and patience throughout was great. Good price and amazing customer service. Really went beyond expectations in helping me with everything. Jason in finance was also unbelievably thorough and honest and took the time to explain everything. Hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. The first time I walked in I had my bike on a home depot truck and didn’t know how to get it off but Marlo and Nick took their time and somehow helped me get it off. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. Marlo is very sarcastic and knows how to joke around, he gave me a great service that I couldn’t ever ask for. He was very helpful, got the bike ready on time like he promised. He even checked on recalls and told me they will take care of that. It was amazing customer service and I’m definitely coming back! I highly recommend this place specially Marlo! If I would I would give him 17 stars!
I recently bought a Yamaha GP1800R from Ivan Johnson at Mountain Motorsports Marietta. I drove 6 hours to purchase the ski from out of state. I would do it again due to the professionalism of Ivan Johnson. The ski was ready as promised and I was out of there in less than an hour. I will be back there to see Ivan for my next one. I rate this dealership a 5 out of 5. Buy with confidence.
Kyle in parts is the reason we will spend our money here now. Had a special request that other local dealers didnt want to mess with.He found us a set of wheels and tires that everyone else said wasnt possible. And didnt give up the search till he found some.Top notch
Enjoyed dealing with Avery and the crew. Wait time wasn’t the best trying to get out the door, but at the same time I did show up last minute to pick unit up and do paperwork. That and trying to buy a bike in a pandemic with a staff that’s already going 100mph all day to keep the customers happy. Otherwise they did they’re best and got me setup and loaded as quick as they could. Kudos to the staff for handling everything the way they did!!!
Great experience in the Service Department. I have been to other locations East of the city but after a recent visit, this location is by far my favorite. While sitting in the lounge area multiple people checked on me and even brought me a bottle of water. Marlo was very attentive as I walked into the service department. Trey did a good job as my advisor. SJ was awesome taking care of me when I picked up my bike in Treys absence. When either of our Spyders need maintenance this will be our location going forward.
I bought a brand new MT-07 and found the process to be painless. There was a delay in shipment but not their fault. I like how when I asked for updates they responded as soon as they opened.The bike arrived with no flaws and I rode it home from the dealership with no problems. Not only that I enjoyed the staff there, I can tell they enjoy their job.When I am in the market for a new or even used bike Ill definitely shop here!
Ive owned a bunch of motorcycles in the last 40 years of riding. When it comes to maintenance, the Marietta location, specifically Trey in the Service Dept is top notch. Hell take good care of you unlike many service departments. Also want to give a shoutout to Billy who worked on my Goldwing. He loves his work and it shows. Hes got a great attitude and I enjoyed talking to him about my bike. Great job guys!
Recently purchased a 2019 Kawasaki z900rs Cafe from these folks. Man they were great. Ivan was awesome to work with. Finance was informative but not too pushy. All the preowned bikes I looked at were all in great shape. Lots of inventory. They were very fair and I enjoyed my experience there. Give this place a shot you wont regret it.
Trey Northop is an amazing Service Rep. He treated my motorcycle as if it was his own. If you ever have to get you motorcycle serviced ask for Trey, your bike is in good hands with him. He always keep you informed on everything that is done with your bike, he never leaves you in the dark about anything.
**UPDATE** I was contacted by a member of management very promptly and he LISTENED and seemed very sincere in looking into my concerns and making improvements. These are the ways companys learn, grow, and prosper. He handled the issue in a manner I feel is beyond reasonable and truly showed amazing business savy. Ill be back and recommend because of this effort and vunerability.Just bought a Spyder RT last week. Times are different right now. Inventory is low and demand is up. It puts all negotiating out the window and puts the dealer in charge. My experience definitely showed just that. My deal was a take it or lose it situation. There was absolutely no negotiating, offers, or any attempt to make me feel like I was valued. It was pay me now, today, or move on. I get it they have to sell on margin, not volume. But one day that will change and Ill remember this.Now the bad stuff.... I was sold thay this unit had self adjusting air ride. It does not. In fact it has no adjustable front suspension. And they sent it home with unequal (and low) front tire pressures and less than 10 lbs of air in rear shock. Overall the entire thing I feel wasnt set up and I question it was serviced. Something they charged $1700 for. I call and the salesman has zero idea about it and really isnt familiar with these. Service says the same, bring it in and we can try to look at it but not really familiar..... And Im supposed to ride with confidence? My recommendation is find someone who wants a relationship not a sale and is familiar with what theyre selling. 😞
Excellent experience start to finish. I got a new bike - Z1000, a helmet, new jacket and service consult. Lynn (sales) was responsive and helpful, and processed the sale quickly. Tyler (finance) was very thorough when going through all of the service plans and warranty options without a high pressure pitch. Jasmine (parts/accessories) was knowledgeable and assembled my new helmet and tinted visor without even asking. Bryan (service) was informative when explaining the factory service intervals and wished me a good ride when handing over the keys.
Brought my 2013 RZR 800s in to get serviced and also have the pinion nut tightened. Trey helped me get everything set up for service and Marlo took over afterwards as my service advisor. These guys kept me posted on all the updates and communicated with me through the whole process. Very happy with the team over at Mountain Motorsports and will definitely be coming back. Customer service makes all the difference and they knocked it out of the park!
This dealership is pretty well stocked of many Bikes along with jet skis and off road vehicles. I was going to buy a Cam-Am Ryker. I had put down a deposit bought the max mount and a gear lock box. I decided I dont want the bike. Im considering getting a different bike mid summer. The staff is very knowledgeable and they sell parts and helmets as well. Basically the whole shabang of bike merchandise under one roof.Im sure when mid summer rolls around Ill have a good idea of what make and model I really want. My sales consultant Morris Miller is very knowledgeable of the many different bikes the dealership has. So when coming to pick out your bike come in and see Morris!
Dropped a newly bought 2019 Honda crf 250r for Vitter issues, and a minor leak and Taylor and his team did a amazing job handling all the issues with the bike. They also took care of any charges associated with the parts and labor due to recently purchasing the bike. couldnt ask for better service. Great experience! I took delivery of my CRF250L back on Aug 6th, 2019 and havent looked back - no buyers remorse. I live in FL but ride in GA so the decision to buy from MMM was an easy one. Not only did they beat FL prices, their staff puts to shame the poor service and attitude we have in FL dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with DEXTER, who made the whole process go smoothly. As a new customer, Dexter introduced me to their service and parts guys - they offered their services but neither were pushy. I liked the experience so much that I left with new riding gear-at a great price! Very happy with my price, purchase, gear, and bike! Keep up the great work guys!

I live ~15 min from the Mountain Motorsports in Roswell, but will continue to drive ~30 min to the Marietta location due to the knowledgeability and kindness of the staff here! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes, even same day service! The service crew here is impeccable!

My sxs will be due for a valve adjustment soon, I was calling to get a quote for the job and was quoted $1,100 for a valve adjustment. I then checked with another local Kawasaki dealer and was quoted $280 which is more realistic. I have adjusted valves on my old machine which is the same UTV, there is no way that it takes that much labor. Just wanted to have this done by dealer as to not void warranty. Will not do buisness with this store now because I wouldnt trust what they tell/charge me for upkeep on my new unit.11/20 I had missed a call from Josh the general manager but he also followed up with an email and was able to make the situation right, I agreed to bring the machine in for due service.
An overall great dealership. They don’t overcomplicate things, they care about their customers, and they don’t rip you off. Buying my bike from them was pretty stress free, especially since they have room for negotiation. There’s always diverse inventory for people who aren’t sure what they want and the salespeople guide you through the process.
On Friday I called about a Kawasaki mule MX and told it was sold. Then a few minutes later I received a call back and saying it was available. So my daughter and I went by the store and went in and checked this unit out. We also checked and looked at several more side by sides. We were there about 30 to 40 minutes. When I left a salesman asked my how I was doing and I said fine and left. So no salesman ask us if we needed any help or anything. I counted 11 employees on the floor. One was on his phone playing and three talking to each other. So that tells me not to buy from them if this is the customer service you receive.
Great Experience - Got my first motorcycle here. Sales staff is exceptional and there knowledge is second to none. They even discovered a price discrepancy and handle it immediately. What a great buying experience !Recently, while passing through town I stopped in to have a look around. Mountain always has someone around to greet you at the door and there selection of bikes and ATVs is always plenty. This time around a Kawasaki W800 cafe caught my eye and they had it set at a very reasonable price. After a short test drive I was sold!With the help of my sales person Matt, who is very knowledgeable with bikes and the ease of setting up financing with Jason I was out the door in less than an hour after agreeing to the sale.Being from out of town, I had no ramps or straps but while setting up paper work Matt organized getting the bike in my truck with out any issues.I also found it extremely helpful that a technician spoke to me about my bikes service requirements and what they had to offer in service packages. Would highly recommend for anybody living close by!Overall it was a very positive experience, the mountain team will really make you feel like family. Highly recommended to anybody searching out new or used motorcycles.

I am riding from San Diego, CA to Hilton Head, SC. By the time I got to Georgia, I needed my 7500 mile service done. I called around to a few places but Mountain Motorsports was the only dealership I was able to walk into and get the service I needed in a few hours. My service advisor, Trey Northrop, took REALLY good care of me. He explained everything they found and even washed my bike himself. I ordered some parts for my bike from here. Everyone I spoke with here was very friendly and helpful. They each went out of their way to say hello.I had some great conversations with the parts guys and a couple of the sales guys. They have an extensive selection of toys for all people. Close to Suntrust Park and consequently I285 & I75.
An excellent dealership all the way around. Jon my salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and very easy to work with. Finance man and sales manager were very easy to work with. All the way around great experience, would have gave 10 stars if I could have. Would definitely recommend Mountain Motorsports when looking for a new toy, I know they have my business from now on.
Took my ski in for annual service. They said they could get it done before memorial day weekend. They did. But I wouldnt have known cause they didnt call and lmk it was done. They also busted 1 of my tail lights (which they promptly fixed) after I noticed it while pretriping the trailer, also over filled my ski oil sump tank. Makes me curious if they even changed the oil or just added some. Got charged for plugs when I didnt get plugs changed so that had to be refunded. Was not impressed with the service at all. Tho the staff is pleasant I will not be returning. Good luck to anyone who chooses to have their toys serviced here.
I have a 2008 Kawasaki 250X jetski That was giving me trouble. I brought it into Marietta mountain motorsports ended up dealing with Bryan who has been amazing throughout this entire process. He has dedicated so much of his time both on and off the clock to make sure that all of the issues were taken care of. They tinkered and tested it both on and off the water until they were confident with the solution and I couldnt be happier thanks again to Brian and all his staff

Mountain Motorsport Marietta provided FANTASTIC customer service on 08/29/20. The staff was definitely nice and friendly. And we really appreciate Morris Miller and Chase Wilcox for providing such outstanding customer service going above and beyond for my husband. He walked in and saw what he wanted right at the front door and walked right out hours later (they were pretty good with time, kept checking in providing us with updates and making us feel comfortable while we wait) with what he wanted. I purchased my 2021 Honda CT125 here. Ivan was great at sourcing the bike and keeping me updated with the shipment delays with COVID-19. When the bike arrived everything looked great but there was an issue when it came to payment on behalf of the company. It was a bit of a headache but it got worked out. Josh, the manager, personally reached out and offered a handful of things that not only resolved the headache but made sure they put the customer first. From one star to five star, it’s nice to see bigger stores still focusing on customer satisfaction and needs. I’ll now recommend to friends thanks to Josh’s care and help resolving previous issues.
Update on this............ When I went back to have my Yamaha service they did an excellent job. The repairs were done quickly Service found an outdated warranty that needed to be repaired.they returned it to me quickly and for less money than the original quote., A great improvement over my first time when I visited Thank you...............,....This is my first time to this location. Initially when I went in wearing a mask everyone seemed too busy to talk to me. I had to go back outside and I happened to remove my mask. When I entered the second time it was as if I had never been in there the first time and they did not recognize me. Marcus had been the person to help me earlier. He quickly came outside and I explained my needs and he said that he could assist however there is a TWO WEEK backup on any service. This was not the information that I received yesterday on the telephone when they told me to go ahead and bring the vehicle over. A good bit of time was wasted today on something that could have been cleared up and scheduled on the telephone when my parts arrive. Initially it appears they do not have a lot of experience repairing side by side four wheelers. This is still to be determined. Currently I have some parts ordered and I will bring the vehicle back in 2 weeks. I am hoping at that point my rating will increase.
Update: management did contact us. We spoke with Brian, he did work with us on getting the problem fixed. So I am going to update my stars because he made it right for us. If anyone has any problems I suggest contacting Brian from management. I’m happy we got the problem fixed.My fiancé rode his bike in to get something simple fixed and now he’s having to tow it out because his bike won’t even start. Would definitely not recommend this company. Their service department is obviously no good and their mechanics obviously don’t know what they’re doing. They messed up his bike and refuse to fix it. Don’t waste your money on this company.
Phenomenal service at the Marietta location. I had awful service at another location and I’m so thankful because it brought me here. I spoke with Tyler on the phone and he was so respectful from the get go. When my husband got there Tyler introduced him to Matt who was a great sales guy. He knew everything he was talking about and didn’t try to sell us just anything. He answered all of our questions and showed me multiple four wheelers until we found the one we loved. The finance manager Jason worked with us every way he could and got us right where we needed to be. Tyler assured me that he would help us in any way he could and he went above and beyond. Made my first bike purchase pretty painless. I do wish they were more transparent on the finance details, I may have gotten bigger bike/ more gear instead of being very apprehensive up until we sat down at the finance table. Also the setup/delivery fee was pretty steep.All that said Morris (the sales guy) really took his time and help me pick the right bike. And Kyle helped me pick out some great gear. Overall good spot
We drove in from Birmingham Al. and our sales rep, Lynn Moore, treated us like family. The price online, was the price we paid, with no surprises! If you have spent time shopping around then you know how rare this is.Our buying experience went much further than just finding the best price on line. We were shocked by the hospitality displayed by the whole team here. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a pleasant smile and sweet disposition of the receptionist at the front desk. Even the accessories guy was patient and super helpful guiding us through selecting the most cost effective solutions that met our needs and kept us on budget. The final step in the process, was meeting with Chase Wilcox, the business manager. Chase was very strait forward and professional. He was articulate and friendly and we could tell that he had a passion to ensure that the customer understood the paperwork. Chase set our minds at ease and answered all of our questions. By the end of the day, Our brand New Honda Pioneer 1000 EPS was loaded up on our trailer and we were headed back to Alabama and left feeling like we had received first class service by the whole team. This was by far, one of the best sales team experiences we have ever received!
Wow if I could I would leave this dealership a 10. I’ve purchased many cars and a few bikes in the past and this shop was amazing. I called one of their other stores and immediately they tried to help me find the bike I wanted despite them not knowing if I was a serious buyer. Then they got me to their Marietta location and referred me to Christian. He located the bike(2021 GSXR-750 100th year anniversary)within 2 mins it was the only one in stock within 300 miles from me. He allowed me to put a down payment and didn’t pressure me into having to pay the rest of the bike right away like some dealerships like to do. Within 12 days I had all my finances in order made the payment and Christian referred me to a trusted guy that can ship the motorcycle to me since it was a 5 hour drive back home. Everything was on time and the process was extremely smooth from the first call I made to the drop off of my bike. Thank you Christian and the Marietta team for making this an amazing experience!!!!
Trying to buy any type of product right now is an arduous experience due to the limited supply from the lingering effects of Covid-19. However, I have been working with Kevin at Moutain Motorsports and he has worked diligently with me in trying to find the exact product I need. His honesty and desire to help has far exceeded the indifference I have experienced with other dealerships. This comes from not only having great people, but also having an excellent upper level managenent. if you shop with them you wont be sorry.
This morning my husband bought a tire for his motorcycle from the marietta location. He thought he was calling the Buford location. He then called the Marietta location and requested that they cancel the order the lady promised to call him back. Hours pass by without a phone call so he then called again she promised that she would rectify the situation and call back before they closed. It is now 845 at night they never called back and I just checked my bank account to notice that they charged my card twice. I am very upset what if the funds were not available in my bank account? I sure do hope somebody calls my husband as soon as possible to rectify the situation since I cannot even leave a voicemail because they do not have a way to leave voice mail or an emailUPDATE: I am pleased to say that mountain motor sports is taking care of the situation! They not only have my husband a free tire they are adding the entire amount that they withdrew from my bank. Marietta is a long drive from our house but my husband did drive up there and they treated him so well while he was there.I called latter that day to make sure the bank part was taking care of and Selena was so understanding at why I was so upset!I am a big review reader and want to let people know that this place might make mistakes but they own them and that is a huge deal in my book!! From one star to five stars ⭐️
Was up at Highland Park this Saturday and broke off my clutch lever. I pulled up to the shop but they didnt have any in stock so was pretty bummed since wed just started riding. After that we headed back to the car and the guy parked next to us walks over to complement my bike. We start talking and I asked if he knew of any other shops near by so I could try and get a new lever, he ended up having one in his toolbox and swapped it out for me saving our day of riding! Bill then told me he works at Mountain Motorsports in Marietta so I will definitely be bringing my Suzuki in for its next service, thanks for the help Bill!!
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank Christian, Jason, and the rest of the team at MM Marietta for the amazing customer service. We had an unpleasant experience with a separate location, and we appreciated the difference we got with MM Marietta. Everything went smoothly, and even when Christian was busy he took the time out his day to give us the information that was requested. They were honest with expectations, and in the business office Jason addressed any concerns we had. Thank you so much for everything.
Worst sale experience I’ve ever had, applied online for pre- approval, was texted that I was approved, put the deposit down, locked in the bike I wanted, drive 3 hours to be told that they had put the wrong year motorcycle in the paperwork, wasted a whole Saturday, 150$ in fuel. The sales team is the worst at communicating with their customers, would not recommend doing business here.
I wanted to say how great my experience was with Christian and Mountain Motorsports.I took my young boys in to look at trail bike options for them and myself.Christian took the time to get to know us and gave good advice on sizing and power with each brand based on our needs. Never pushy and always available to help. This is my second Ranger purchase and I came back because of the excellent customer service. Chase Wilcox was my first sales rep and now he is the Finance Manager so he directed me to Ivan Johnson. All of my questions were answered very quickly and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Both are great to work with. My time is limited so they did everything to minimize my time needed for paperwork. I highly recommend Mountain Motorsports!
The showroom is great, the sales staff is super helpful. The buying experience was easy enough. If youre from out of state, expect to buy a temporary tag from your local dmv because the title department is so slow. I paid my first payment and half the loan off, and still have yet to be able to get a tag because no paperwork has been sent. Original purchase of april 22nd, its now june 1st... and nothing. The Marietta location has the best customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable of the products as well as friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Eric. He is personable, honest and a man of his word. When he said he would take of me, he meant this literally. He personally delivered my purchase in HIS truck right before Christmas. He also helped wrap my husbands surprise as well and checked on us before and after Christmas to ensure we were please with the purchase. He has truly been a blessing and I could not be any happier! Lastly, I had an emergency question on Christmas and decided to call him directly (although I prayed he would not answer and was ready to leave a message) he answered and waked us through a resolution. Unbelievable!!! As stated this was on Christmas morning!!This really touched my heart and I will always give my business to the Marietta!!! Thanks Again Eric!
First time rider. Came to mountain motorsports not knowing what to do or where to go to get started. Met Morris 2 mins after I walked in. Not only did he guide me in the direction of the perfect bike for me but he also suggested the MSF Training course. Long story short, I took the course and his advice and now Im riding! Thanks to Morris and the team. Everyone treated me with respect and made my experience worth sharing.

I have bought several vehicles from MMS. Its easy for any dealership to SELL you something. Its another to service....and service correctly. I had a Yamaha FSZ jet ski blow timing chain. Out of warranty. Because Brian had experience with this he literally went to bat for me with Yamaha and got it replaced under warranty. He could have sold me a new engine, but took the time to do the RIGHT thing for me. Mountain Motorsports has a customer for life and will send all my peeps there as well. Thank you Brian and Trey for handling this with perfection.
First off let me say that I dont leave reviews but I felt that I needed to with Mountain Motorsports. I went in to find out information on quads and motorcycles and ran into Brandon Williams. I mentioned the quads first and without trying to sell or push something on me he wanted to know what I would be doing with it. This shocked me since the first thing most sales people want to know is a budget and not what you will be doing with the machine. After that he took me to the machines that would best be suited for my needs and wants and not to the highest priced ones. He was very laid back and not pushy at all. Next up I asked about motorcycles and he asked the same questions as with the quad then showed me what I was after. He answered all of my questions over the next few days and the next few visits (close to 10 hours total time), never pushed me to buy now but was relaxed and patient with me. I tend to research a purchase an average of 6 months before buying and because of his product knowledge and his patients with me I purchased within a few days. Having a sales person that knows a product is a rare thing now a days and it made the buying process so much nicer. I would and have recommended him and Mountain Motorsports to anyone looking. Ask for Brandon when you go in and you will leave happy!!!!!
Came to leave stars after my last visit and saw a review posted about Corey so thought I’d give my 2 cents . Th is guy deserves some recognition ! I also had experiences with him on drop off and pick up and He’s a real nice guy . always helpful and always has a smile on his face . You can tell he loves what he does and has a real passion for bikes . He even took the time to shoot the wind with an old guy like myself and let me chew his ear about a bike I was thinking about buying and I will be back to get it after hearing from him . I enjoyed my experience with him and MM very much . I usually go to another location but it closed down so decided to try out Marietta and I’m glad I did

Trey and Brain are really good guys up there. They always get my bike done fast and help me with whatever I need. Really great service in general from those guys! Very happy with their help. Great customer service experience from Marcus in the service department at the Cobb Parkway location. Took my Polaris in for service, and he was able to get an additional service for me from my lapsed service plan! Wasn’t expecting that at all but I left a very happy customer. Can’t say enough good about Marcus and the service team here! They will take care of you!
I came in to buy a helmet for my first bike last week. This place has old school professional customer service. Austin was the one who helped me. Im new to motorcycles and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This store has a new customer and I will be back.
Cant speak highly enough about the guys here. They continue to impress. Seth and Trey have been instrumental in helping me turn my ski into an amazing machine. I live in Alabama and theyve gone way out of their way to coordinate the upgrades I wanted. The knowledge and passion they have for the industry is second to none. I dont even bother with local shops. Its worth the 3 hour drive to have stuff done right.

We couldnt be more satisfied with the recent service we received from Trey Northrop to get our two Honda ATVs up and running again. We were given clear information about the process and timing and they got them both completed by our ideal deadline. They ran like new this past weekend! We will definitely come back for any of our future ATV needs.

I spent several days looking at bikes. I’m a short girl so looking for a bike is more than just finding something I like. I walked in and Chris (sales) helped me with every step he could. Pulling out any bike that I could be able to reach on and looking up seat heights for other bikes not put together yet. He went above and beyond! I walked in heart broken thinking I would never be able to ride anything sporty and left with a brand new 2020 crate fresh! I would recommend MMS to anyone looking!

Mountain Motorsports Marietta is incredible! They serviced and tuned up our two motorcycles in less than a week, and picked up and delivered them back to us.I called Trey from the service department on Saturday, March 21, 2020, regarding our two 2008 Yamaha Raider motorcycles that needed some serious TLC ... they were in dire need of servicing, tuning up, and clean up after being in storage for 2 years. After dealing with scheduling and weather, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Riley came and picked up both bikes. He had to make two trips and never complained once. In fact, he was incredibly friendly and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. Once the bikes were back at Mountain Motorsports, and the service team had gone over the bikes with a fine tooth comb, Trey updated me on what was needed and walked me through all the details. Once I put a deposit on the work they started doing their magic and literally had our bikes back to us within 24 hours.I cant say enough good things about the crew at Mountain Motorsports! We will using them going forward to keep our bikes running great.
Mountain Motorsports has been very professional and straightforward in my experience with them. I have just bought a Z650 and the process has been very easy without really any gotchas or catches.Toby and Chase are very good and really have enjoyed the process of working with them.
I was shopping and pricing the Polaris Ranger EV. I hunt and wanted the electric ranger for the hunting property. I had called Mountain Motorsports in Marietta and spoke with Ivan. He listened to what I was interested in and had what I wanted. He was able to beat other dealer prices. By the next day I had my Ranger and it’s everything I hoped it would be. Ivan is awesome. He and the rest of the MMS team made my buying experience great. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you so much!!!
I purchased a riding jacket from them in the middle of the year that they had to order. The rep stated that they would give me a call when it arrived. A month later I call to follow up and get told they haven’t received it. I call again a few weeks later and same thing. I call again a week later and nothing. I drive up there and find out that they’ve had it for a couple weeks. Put the jacket on and find a faulty parts to it and notify them before leaving the location. They tell me that they will place another on order and that they will call me when it arrives. This was July-August time frame. It is now November and I haven’t received any call. They sold me faulty equipment and never fixed it.

2022-07-10Over the last 2 years I have purchased 7 different vehicles and jet skis from this store. All from one of their sales reps named Matt Seal. If you are looking for a qualified knowledgeable guy that will make your satisfaction his main priority that’s your guy. He has always steered me in the right direction and has been at meeting and exceeding some of my extreme request. Also dawn at the front is a godsend.

2022-06-23I currently reside in Covington GA and I previously would bring my bike (Ryker) to the MMS Conyers GA which is 15 minutes from my home. I have had very poor experiences at that location, my last experience, I had a battery changed and their was a recall on the gauge. An associate crashed my bike accidentally and MMS repaired as they should but they didn’t feel the need to compensate me in anyway, I didn’t feel they felt it was important at all.I ride with a group and some that live out near me would take their bikes to MMS in Marietta GA for the better service and experience. For the past several months, I have been coming to the MMS Marietta location and I can’t be more pleased. The service mgr SJ is phenomenal and his team Taylor and Marlow are engaging and respectful, they always take good care of me. I have also observed the staff in sales and it’s night and day from Conyers staff, they actually acknowledge customers, approach to see if you have been helped. You can see the difference in demeanor with the staff, today I meet the GM Josh and he fits the build of the culture within the business.

2022-07-05Outstanding rider support. It’s a great thing employees are bike riders which assist in translation and diagnostic evaluation. I just like hanging out there to share conversations with them about epic rides. I look forward to going there for service for all the right reasons. The mechanic named Billy is the best along with Marlo the service gent. I the current times it’s outstanding to find folks that actually care!!!!

2022-06-22These guys consistently overcharge for service. I was quoted $350 for a standard service and over 2 week wait. Other local shop did it for $150 and 3 day wait. Wow, great shop. I mean WoW, not these guys.

2022-06-30I recently purchased a 2022 Can-Am Ryker and I had issues with the keys for my bike. I did not have the parking key and I did not have a lock for my gas cap.I was quite frustrated because I could not lock my bike. The parts were on backorder and would not be here until this Fall.Scott in the service department really helped me. He was so professional and concerned about my issue.Scott told me that he would take care of my issue. He followed up and he followed through with everything until I had my parts put on today.Thank you Scott. I appreciate your tenacity and persistence.
