I have had a slightly bad experience with service department.. Being the insecure paranoid.. immigrant that I was... being snubbed off half the places due to my language and appearance, I was extremely frustrated and almost gave a negative feedback to reflect what I felt like. . But the management was very proactive in reaching out and comforting me as well as taking care of all my concerns. Only thing which is faster than the motorcycles they sell is how quickly they turn around from being bad service to excellent customer experience. Kudos to Bill who followed up and got my bike serviced. I m really happy and a million thanks to the staff there.. And a heartfelt apologies for all the heartburn.. We live a short life.. And hope we can put this behind us and partner to buy more bikes and bring more of my friends as customers of sales and service department as well. Next time I promise to bring some doughnuts to all.
I came to Mountain motorsports because it was close to my house in Roswell and I must say I will be back.Mike in the service department helped me through the process of getting my first service on my recently purchased used bike pinpointing the recommended Checks necessary to ensure it was ready to take out on the road. He went through each step of the process and explained in detail along with next checkpoints upon pick up. I would definitely recommend taking your Honda motorcycle and will be back again
My go to guy will always be Ben Nelson and I couldn’t recommend him more! I’ve bought 2 Ducati’s and a few dirt bikes here and each time have been thoroughly impressed at how accommodating everyone at this dealership is. It’s so nice to have such knowledgeable peoples help and to not be pressured into anything unlike most places. A+ for all the staff I’ve been involved with!
Worked with the service department and the sales department. We were very pleased with both. The service department kept us well informed and they were very pleasant to work with. Kimberly in the sales department was fantastic to work with. Very motivated and professional. If you need anything she is definitely the one to see!

I recently purchased a bike from them and the attention, responsiveness, and thoroughness was evident from almost the moment I walked in the door. From the initial contact with Brett in sales through the process to Greg in Finance, it was seamless. Along the way were interactions with Boss Man who gave lots of time to talk and Q & A, Scott who helped me with safety apparel options/choices, and Parts Specialist Michael. My experience was exceptional.
My situation was super odd but Janell totally took care of it. I live in Cali, my bike and parents are in ga so we all worked together to get the deal done! She was awesome the whole time! I loved working with her and more importantly so did my parents. It was an amazing experience and the next time I’m in the market for a bike I’ll be contacting Janell!

So we went there this morning to sell 2 motorcycles to them I had them listed on Facebook for sale. They gave me in writing what they would give me for both bikes. I should have known better. I drove 2 hours to them and stood around for another hour. Them they came out to tell me that my bike was worth 500 less. They proceeded to tell me that it had been dropped and I needed a new rear tire. It had never been dropped and a rear tire is not 500 bucks. In the pictures you could see the condition of the tire. They lied about what they would do and I assume when they read this review they will leave a lie on here as well. BEWARE they play games. From the prices they have on there showroom floor compared to what they were going to give me for mine is borderline stealing
Wow! What a pleasant experience for once! Always a pain trying to find a decent dealership that cares as much as you do about your motorcycle. A special shout out to Anthony in service!! He’s certainly gone beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was correct with my motorcycle, and kept me super well informed during the process. Couldn’t be more pleased with the tech who worked on my bike also, so another special shout out to Jon Lyons! We ran into a few issues during the installation of my new exhaust, and Jon was able to troubleshoot all the issues to complete the installation. Won’t take my bike anywhere else!
I have bought two Can Am four wheelers from Ben Nelson at Mountain Motor Sports in Roswell. I was extremely pleased with the job Ben did explaining to us all about the four wheelers. We had four wheelers in the past but these are the favorites.I live in Tennessee and bought one and went back several weeks later and bought another one. I have recently called Ben regarding another purchase. I certainly recommend Ben Nelson and all the crew at Mountain Motorsports !

Went in, wanting to look at another model. Kimberly assisted me and gave me her honest opinion on the product. After looking at it, I agreed with her knowledge and decided to look at something else that would be better suited for my height. As I am vertically challenged…. In the showroom I found myself in love with a snowmobile on wheels. At which point I made arrangements to purchase a Ryker Rally. Kimberly was extremely helpful through the process. I know that she’s paid for sales ability, but she really was personable and went above and beyond with herself.Thanks for the great experience, from start to finish!To anyone thinking about a Ryker, they are a blast. Just remember to not tighten up your grip, keep it loose, and enjoy the ride. Otherwise, you’ll definitely create a shimmy in your steering while riding.
Ben Nelson is a class act. He goes out of his way to help you answers any questions honestly and will give you his true feedback rather than just a sales line. People buy from people not dealerships and not brands Ben Nelson is someone I would encourage you to buy from. Great sales experience. Would highly recommend.
I bought my Ducati Panigale V2 from here and had an amazing experience! Jon was great and knowledgeable and help me through the entire process. The finance team was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as well. I had a great experience and would definitely buy from there again.
I had a bad experience here walking in for the first time being a new rider. Most of the other 1 star reviews match my experience so I would simply go in knowing what you’re looking for, or doing product research for yourself. However after leaving my negative review, I was immediately contacted by management asking for them to make things right. My complaint was about being mislead with buying boots, they admitted to where they were at fault, and offered to either fully refund me, or replace the boots I had bought with ones that match their quality, and value. I took the latter option and got new boots which were recommended to me by Scott. They came a few days early which was incredibly convenient because I started a spontaneous 800 mile round trip adventure to Amelia island, just a few hours later, for the concours and car show. The boots that were recommended by Scott worked better than expected and I can confidently say that everything has been made right, and that these are good people.
I have been going back and forth on whether to buy a Jet Ski so I came to Mountain Motorsports in Roswell where I was greeted by Janell. She helped me decide which ski would fit my needs without being too pushy or trying to upsell. I’m even more excited to buy my Sea-Doo! Great experience overall and I highly recommend Janell!

Went on line to look for jet ski and mountain Motor sports popped up. When i reached out to them some lady name Kimberly McGinnis send me back over the information on the jet ski. She was very professional and knowledgeable about questions I had about the ski. So I decided to proceed with the process. When I arrive to pick up jet ski Kimberly walk me through the whole process smooth. And all the other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Definitely will be back next year to purchase my sea doo !!!!!
The service department tried to rip me off.I have a 2021 Ducati Streetfighter. I brought it in for an issue with the hydraulic clutch, which should be covered under the 2-year warranty.A month after I dropped the bike off, service manager Mike finally reached out to tell me that Ducati had denied the warranty claim, and that I would have to pay out of pocket to get the clutch fixed.I called Ducati North America to dispute this and see why they would deny the warranty. They reached out to the Ducati Service Area Rep and found that the dealership had never even submitted a request for a warranty decision.Ducati North America sounded concerned about the situation. I hope they do something about it.The good news is that Wow Motorcycles Marietta will very shortly be an authorized Ducati dealer, and they have acquired the highly regarded DucShop guys to do the factory authorized work. I am taking my bike there to have them work on it.Anyone interested in Ducati, stay far away from Mountain Motorsports.------------Update: I spoke to Bill Range, the general manager today. He seems like a solid trustworthy person. He apologized for this issue and I believe him when he says that he is working to improve the lackluster service currently offered by the service department at this location.
I would like to say janell and Scott was awesome with their excellent custom service and they went above and beyond assisting me with loading knowing i recently had surgery. Great people and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Janell is the main reason I purchased the utv very nice and helpful and went way above and beyond to answer all my questions.
Me and my wife bought a motorcycle from this amazing store- the staff was super great! Ben the sales guy really nice and made our experience so much better!! and of course the finance manager GREG (mustache guy) was really helpful and was able to save the bike we wanted by making a deposit!! we are extremely happy with our purchase and we look forward to going back soon to upgrade my bike!! btw this store looks amazing inside! thanks to all the guys at MMS of Roswell ! you guys did an great job!
Bought a used Yamaha FJ-09 a couple of weeks ago, and this was my first time dealing with a dealer so I was a little nervous. But let me tell you, Beau (one of the reps) was super attentive and very responsive to all of my questions. If he didnt know the answer he didnt bs me, he went to go ask the proper channel for answers. He was upfront with all of the potential costs that I could pay and explained what each of the extra charges I am paying for (since its a dealer). Finally ended up getting the bike and couldnt be more happy with this purchase and from the team at MMS Roswell for helping me out.Also shout out to Josh who has to deal with all of the stacks of paperwork that goes into buying a bike (I had no idea). Josh was very patient with me as I again asked a lot of questions and he thoroughly explained everything and was super friendly. I enjoyed the whole buying experience with this crew.

Being a new rider and first-time buyer of a street motorcycle is nerve racking. After an exhausting search trying to buy a motorcycle from individual owners, one thing I settled on was that I better buy it from those that know the craft best. My experience at Mountain Motorsports was an extremely pleasant one. The entire staff was both very knowledgeable in all areas of the business as well as courteous and professional with no high-pressure sales tactics. It was more important for them that I felt comfortable joining their family of riders and embracing this new hobby with the right bike than just selling me a motorcycle. From Patrick in the Parts Department that new everything possible about the right motorcycle gear, to TJ and Jared in the Service Department that made me feel supper welcome on how to properly service and maintain a motorcycle. On the Sales side dealing with Kolby, DJ, Lane and Jason was like talking to motorcycles super stars that worked very hard to earn my business and made me feel like I was buying a high-end bike even though I knew I was buying an entry level low end motorcycle. To them it was not about the price or how much I was spending, it was about finding the right bike for me as a novice rider and helping me feel comfortable in as a first-time buyer and creating a customer service experience that will keep me coming back for years to come. Oh my gosh!!! Kimberly at the Roswell location is AWESOME!! She helped me every step of the way. I purchased a Honda CBR1000rr as a surprise for my husband for Christmas! Well when Kimberly heard it was a surprise her excitement was as high as mine!! I was a little nervous as I have never done anything like this before. Kimberly made me feel right at home and like her best friend. She’s is amazing. When I was then switched over to Greg in finance (great mustache!!!) I immediately felt comfortable! We chatted and he made the finance part fun. I would definitely recommend this place. I live in Flowery Branch and it was so worth the drive! I cannot wait to see my husbands reaction when he has the bike of his dreams sitting in our garage!!
Lane and the entire team at Mountain Motorsports Roswell took great care of me during this purchase. From the moment I walked in the door with my eye on the XSR700 to the time we inked the deal, I was treated with respect and genuine interest was shown. When I arrived to pick up the bike I was greeted kindly and taken care of immediately. I met the service manager, parts manager and entire team. I was given a quick overview of the bike and Lane pushed her out of the bay and gave me the key. You cant see the grin under helmet but its there. Yall have a customer for life based on this experience. Please never lose sight of putting the customer at the center of everything you do!

Apparently if you own a motorcycle older than 10 years they wont service it. After 10 years manufactures end their warranty on parts and that makes us liable. I was asking for a back tire after riding over 2 hours to their location. Not something most ppl have the tools for and you cant mess up anything else on the bike replacing a tire. They sounded unsure of themselves. At no point on the phone or beforehand was I informed they wouldnt work on my bike. Not till I arrived and he saw the condition did he mention that rule. Looks ugly, runs perfect 2005 r6. Then reluctantly agreed to take my $200 for a tire and service as long as I promised to never bring my bike back.Heard such good reviews of this place too.Updated: Manager contacted me and remedied the above situation. Called few years later and asked for tire change costs reminding them their owner agreed to change my tires. Got push back again, wouldnt give me a price on my bike cause again, still 10+ years old. Had to ask Whats a tire change cost on the newest bike in your lot to get an answer. Also got two wrong answers, year of bike doesnt matter if tire is off (woulda been great to start with that) and its cheaper despite the first tech saying We dont recommend taking it off. It wont be cheaper.
My purchase experience w/ Mountain Motorsports - Roswell could not have been better. I met with Zane and Chris on several occasions as I went through the process of picking out just the bike I wanted. They were helpful and friendly without being overbearing. As it turned out, they had a like new bike with only 300 miles that fit my needs. While considering the bike, I met Andre, who happened to ride with the fellow who traded in the bike. Andre was able to provide additional detail as to why such low miles. One of the things that impressed me was the tenure of the employees. These are people who believe in motorcycling and have been at MMS for several years. Overall I am impressed with the knowledgeable, good natured staff, excited about the bike and pleased with the out-the-door price.
I came into Mountain Motorsports Roswell looking to trade in a bike I was upside down on and stuck in a high interest loan (purchased elsewhere). While there, my new friend and excellent salesperson Kolby patiently worked through my options until I found the perfect bike for me. Once I sat down with the finance department, DJ was able to secure a loan on the bike with an interest rate more than three times lower than my old one.I’m beyond thrilled with my new bike, and I know exactly where I’ll be sending any of my friends when they start to get jealous.Thanks again to the whole Roswell team!
Well I hope I can update this review later but for now, the lack of communication in the service department is just over 1 star. They are never available and when you call you will have to leave a message for with the parts or sales team. The chances of actually getting a call back is 50/50. I have stopped in personally and not sure what the issue might be... lean workforce or just lack of business professionalism. My small Rukus has a carb cleaning and they have had it over a month. At this point, I feel I will need to get it back not fixed to take to another place. 😒
Just bought my second bike from them this past week after hunting for weeks and trying out the market. Id never purchased a vehicle through a dealership before and had attempted 3 or 4 other locations before ending up here. I experienced immediate welcome smiles, super personable staff, and plainly just had fun going through the process, how I feel it should be. Nobody felt overly pushy or tried suggesting me away from what I wanted, and it really just seemed like I was among friends even though Id only just met them. Big massive thanks to Ben who helped me on his first day! The whole procedure of acquiring the bike was very organic and I certainly plan to point anybody remotely interested in a bike to this specific location. I would thank every staff member individually, but unfortunately dont remember everybodys names! So if youre reading this and questioning if this is the dealership to visit...definitely go!
Definitely will be returning for our next motorcycle purchase! Ben sold us a 2021 R3 and we had the best experience with him! He was really friendly, welcoming and helpful when we were picking out a bike. The manager Greg helped us finish up all the paperwork and answered all of our questions. He is also a very friendly and awesome person to work with. Patrick in the accessories dept. was also really helpful and friendly. Overall, our experience was great. I purchased a Can Am Maverick X3 from MM in Roswell. After searching and searching for one due to shortage during Covid and having no luck anywhere, I was able to get into contact with the guys at MM and to my surprise they had plenty of options. I spoke to the guys over the phone and they helped me pick out which one would fit best for me, and we got some numbers together and I liked what they had to offer so I took the 3 hour drive to settle the deal. Upon arriving, all the staff was awesome, very friendly and informative, very welcoming. They let me check out the machine I was interested in and start it up and went over the features and I knew I had to take it home. Between Jesse, Josh, and DJ we were able to quickly come to a deal and I was able to take my new (to me) X3 home! Had one issue with the clutches shortly after getting it home, as it was a used machine. Mountain Motorsports was very quick about getting me right and keeping me happy. They took care of me and my machine and I couldn’t be happier, no issues since. If you’re looking for guys that have the knowledge of their products, and the share the same passion as you with Motorsports, you will be very happy choosing MM Roswell. They will take care of you. I look forward to spending more money on things I don’t really need with them in the future🤘🏻
I have purchased two motorcycles, various parts, and had multiple services done on several motorcycles. I have also had numerous discussions with the General Manager, DJ Allen. From DJ and continuing through Sales, Parts, and Service Ive experienced an enthusiastic and helpful team. My very recent experience causes a shout out to Nick, the Service Manager. My bike had what couldve been a borderline warranty repair (probably not) but either way I needed it repaired for a trip. I knew the service department, like many auto and motorcycle businesses lately, was inundated with work so I didnt have high expectations for a rapid warranty investigation and repair. Nick, however, took the necessary info and left a message for the Ducati representative as I was there. Upon getting feedback he contacted me and took the bike in for repair right away and had it done exactly as promised. He didnt have to handle it in this manner nor did I expect him to but I;m grateful he did and I made my trip. Great attitude Nick!

Ive been riding motorcycles for 22 years and have purchased a handful of bikes in that time. Ive never had as a good experience as I did at Mountain Motorsports. They are a group of people that are passionate about Motorsports who happen to also sell them. My entire experience was engaging and memorable. They understand how exciting the purchase of a new motorcycle is and allow you to enjoy the process. They are fair, patient and knowledgeable. My thanks to Greg and Jesse for getting me on to my new bike, I enjoyed talking with you guys. I will absolutely be back for service, parts, gear or to just talk motorcycles.
Im from Florida, and twice now I’ve needed repair riding the mountains north of MMS Roswell. Both times I called and explained the urgency and they invited me in before the doors even officially opened for business to get me in and out and back on the mountain. The techs do great work and Brian in service took care of me both times. Riders helping riders, excellent customer service!
Great dealership, great people. I drove in from Chicago to purchase a 2019 Suzuki C90. Online and sales representative Kimberly Mcginnis handled the whole transaction from start to finish. I give her 5 stars out of 5. Ive dealt with many dealers throughout my life and by far this was the best experience. Had an amazing time picking out my first sports bike, a 2021 Yamaha R3. It saddens me to say how disappointed I am in the customer services of Mountain Motorsports of Roswell. My husband loved you yall and praised how you done things until today. His Ducati, that was his baby, has been in the care of the Service Department since 8/10/21, and got messed up by the service department during that time. They tried to hide the mistake of dropping the tank of the bike and mess up until I called today to get some kind of update on what is going on. Mike finally informed us about the incident and the incident was so severe to the point of Mountain Motorsports didnt question the idea to buy the bike back to cover themselves. The lack of integrity truly saddens me, and it is very disappointing. Im just truly in disbelief. 😕 😞

This is the first time I buy a motorcycle in the States, being from Brazil things are a bit differently so when things went south due to the purchase of parts and itens, she was quick at saving the sale by empathizing and understand the other side. I recently had my 2009 Yamaha Stratoliner in for the scheduled 8000 mile service. My service advisor, Cody Simmons provided exceptional customer service during this service. Although he was very busy throughout the day he kept me updated and worked through issues to ensure that the service was completed. Since I waited while the service was being performed, Cody kindly offered to buy me lunch. Although I politely declined his offer, I felt it was a nice gesture and acknowledgement of my time waiting.Giving great costumer service is hard proposition, especially with motorcycle owners. When faced with a very unruly and cantankerous customer Cody maintained his composure and professionalism. It was apparent that the circumstances associated with the customer’s anger and dissatisfaction were out of Cody’s control and landed on his desk by simple virtue of him being present that day. To his credit Cody rose above the customer’s obscenities and did what was in his power to make his customer whole.Thank you, Cody for all that you did for me.
Ben & Josh were AWESOME. I drove 5 hours to Mountain Motorsports after every other dealership wasn’t so supportive about purchasing my first bike. As soon as I got there, they had my bike out and ready to do! Ben went over everything i needed to know and more, even patiently dealt with all of my questions. Josh was so easy going and very thorough with the paper work to finalize everything. The gentleman in the back also assisted me in ordering parts and he made sure to explain the pros of everything he was offering me. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back in the future!
They have an excellent selection and the prices are decent, but the lackluster nature in every staff member I encountered was a huge deal breaker for me. If Im spending over $7,000 on a slightly used bike I need to have confidence that the person(s) on the other end of the deal is trustworthy and reliable. Sadly, I did not pick up on that vibe in the least bit.
Im going to have to edit my review after seeing something else about this bike. I was assured a complete service of fluids was done to to the bike.Come to find out there is corrosion in the antifreeze which has never been replaced, the brake fluid is as old as the bike itself, and the oil was a quart low. Ive had this bike for less than 500 miles.They really need to revamp the service department or stop lying about things in order to get a sale.Bought a used bike. On the way home it had some issues. Called Ben, the sales guy who I went through, and notified him on what the issue was. He acknowledged and had me to bring it right back in.They diagnosed and repaired the issue at no charge since it left the showroom in that condition and had it back to me in a week.These guys went above and beyond, were very professional, understanding, and were great about the whole issue.Even guys who werent in sales or service department were a tremendous help. Shout out to the parts guys who assisted in my questions also.Thats excellent customer service in my book. Highly recommended. Thanks once again for addressing the issue and resolving it.

I bought a barely used motorcycle that came with Mountain Motorsports service plan and a Hondacare extended warranty. Both plans were transferable, so I came to this location to transfer the plans and to get the manufacturer recommended service done. The service only took a few hours, the plan transfer was easy, the facility is clean, and theres a water cooler with an excellent filtration system - very helpful in the summer. The service department technicians look like theyve been working on the bikes their whole lives. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Recently dropped my Ducati Hypermotard 950 off for a forumn-known stalling issue. From what Im told, there was no recall and Ducati had not released an official fix. I took it in to MM Roswell and spoke with Brian in service. Brian was receptive to everything I was saying and listened to my concerns. He told me because their dealership is the only dealership in the state of Georgia with an authorized Ducati technician (1 in the entire state), them having recently lost one due to a death and it being the Spring season, it could be weeks before my bike even got looked at, especially considering how they would have to speak with Ducati corporate and discuss a plan. After owning multiple Ducatis and being around them for years, the general consensus is Ducati corporate is tough to work with. Anyways, within Id say less than 2 weeks, Brian called me and let me know they heard back from Ducati and had an action plan. Maybe a week and a half later, Brian called back and said my bike was ready. Picked my baby up and she ran like new! I noticed immediately the difference in RPMs, ride quality,.etc... you name it. My bike was fixed! I want to say thank you to Brian and the service team at MM for working diligently to get my bike taken care of. I no longer have to consciously work to keep my bike from stalling! I can just ride. The bikes run like it did on day 1. Going from thinking I might not get my bike back for months or getting my bike back and the issue not being resolved...... to getting my bike back promptly and the issue being resolved was a huge blessing. Thank you, guys!

I took my bike in for a service and new tires. It was done very fast but I was on vacation and they had no problem with me leaving the bike there longer. Very nice! Then they forgot to put in a fender cable I had asked for. They forgot but apologized and totally made up for it and worked on it right away, free of charge. Great service and friendly people at the maintenance counter. Thank you Brian for taking care of me!

Worked with Ben at Mountain Motorsports in Roswell to sell my Ducati Diavel after I switched to a Monster. I had to do the transaction all electronically due to COVID. Ben was great from start to finish. Highly responsive online, got me a fair deal, handled all the little details from paperwork to pickup, and even promised to help find the bike a great new owner. Pure class. Very clean, professional, friendly. I highly recommend trusting this shop with the love of your life. I must have called these guys 100 times to check on my bike while it was being serviced. Not because I needed to, but because Im neurotic and annoying. They never once got frustrated with me, always friendly. To say the showroom is beautiful would be an understatement. Italian strippers, Japanese Masters of Moto, and the faint aroma of gasoline and rubber welcomes you through the front door. In the distance, you see the Blue Ridge Mountains in the peak of fall color. This is the kind of dealership/service/parts shop that you hang out at on the weekends, have a hot dog, go for a rip on your two-wheeled death machine and get home in time for kickoff. I bought a Can-defender from them. The sales rep Ben Nelson was super helpful and great to deal with. I had been shopping for quite sometime and their price was a good bit better than anyone else. Ben was great to deal with and has followed up to make sure we were happy with the defender. The defender rides great and we are very satisfied with it so far! Andrea was the best went In to look at a good starting out motorcycle and he was patient with me looking at all the different options he showed me a Honda rebel 300 and i fell in love with it is and bought he even had it delivered to me i will come back when i am ready for a new bikeUpdate bought 2 new bikes with John he worked with me as well as dj got a 2020 grom and a 2020 r3 both times are good experience I will be going back to them once my bikes are paid off and will get another one they earned a customer for life
Great service and what was promised was delivered. Jared was able to squeeze my bike in on short notice and completed a 7.5 hr service for me. I really appreciated the understanding of my hectic schedule and that everything was explained to me before it was performed. My bike feels new again. Dishonest and unethical!Take my Ducati for the first 600 mile service on March17th 2021. The service Rep quoted me total charge as below Hey Mr.Jinsong,I just wanted to reach out to you to get authorization on your service. The total for the 600 mile service and the frame sliders cost plus install is $676.36. The cost of the frame sliders alone was $324.95. I have authorized it by phone. After two weeks, I called in to check status. They told me the frame slider is on back order, need 2 more months. Then I told him get service done only I will come back to install the frame slider later. A day later, He called me the service charge increase to $480. I questioned it cannot be $480 by just deduct $324.94 of frame sliders from the $676.36 of the initial quote. The gentleman politely told me I can take my motorcycle back because They are the only Ducati Dealership in Georgia. The warranty will be invalid if not using Ducati Dealership for service.
My husband and I purchased 2 GP1800R SVHO from MMS Roswell. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile, Jesse is extremely friendly. Recently had a new rear tire mounted and balanced on my Yamaha Stryker with the service team at Mountain Motorsports of Roswell. I felt their pricing was fair for the labor involved (I brought in a tire purchased online) and they were also able to accommodate the mounting of a tire that was larger than stock (240 vs. 210). There was no up-charge or anything silly for mounting something larger than stock. They simply made sure I was aware of the fact. I waited about an hour for the work to be done but had no qualms with browsing all the other nice bikes on the floor! I was very pleased with the efforts and attitude of the gentlemen I worked with. I will continue to do my maintenance with this location.
Awesome place and awesome staff! They had a huge selection of inventory from street bikes to off-road vehicles and great prices! Lane helped me out with the selection and buying process and he was very helpful, cool, and knowledgeable. The manager Jason was also really cool and helpful and they made the process as quick and easy as possible! Awesome place to shop at and I’ll definitely be back!

I made an appointment for my annual maintenance for my Ducati. Because they were busy in the service department, the appoint was 2 weeks out. I rode my bike in 30 minutes earlier than my 10AM appt. The periodic maintenance typically takes 2 hours. I waited 2.5 hours only to find out they hadnt even started work on the bike. Now Im sitting around for another 2 hours.
My hubby purchased his first motorcycle here and raves about the staff. My personal experience is also amazing!! I needed a screw for my husband’s tag on the motorcycle, because when I walked past I hit it and the screw came out and I couldn’t find it. I went here with a picture of what I needed The was given the screw free of charge. This is a great place where you will always receive all the help you need!!
I had a service issue with bad drain plug assembly on a new Yamaha EXR. As you know things are never as simple as they seem but Sammy was able to work some magic along with the management and get us back on the water in no time. Really appreciate the effort and communication throughout the process. You dont always get that these days.
Service Dept: This one goes out to the garage monkeys- the behind the scenes boys in the back slinging the wrenches.. I bought my (pre-owned) dream bike, a Triumph Speed Triple 1050, here at MM Roswell location several months ago and I couldn’t possibly be happier- with the bike, and with the experience as a whole. The service guys have continuously gone well above and beyond to cater to my every whim- each and every time that I’ve returned to their department.I do believe it’s worth mentioning that including today, I’ve returned to the service department- completely un-announced- on 4 different occasions since buying the bike; each time no doubt for relatively benign needs, of which were usually attempts to remedy some fault of my own creation ranging from a stuck oil filter canister- to help switching out an aftermarket part or two, each time the service dept team welcoming me and usually taking care of the problem right then and there. Wish all businesses I dealt with on a semi-regular basis treated me the way these guys did. Their care and attn. to the customer are greatly appreciated.

I am on vacation and my Spyder coded a brake failure. I called several service centers in the area and none of them could look at my bike except Mountain Motorsports on Alpharetta. Sammy was very kind and said to come by and they would take a look at my bike. They saw that the bike was low on brake fluid and added some brake fluid. That seemed to remove the code. I’ll have to get it to my service center at home to see why I lost the fluid. This store has tons of inventory on hand also.Thank you very much!! Your customer service rocks!!!

Customer Service needs major attention. Was there over 30 mins ready to purchase, the place was full of employees assisting no one. They look at you and then back to texting on their phones or walking the floor eating. Do I need to wear a shirt that says ready to buy? All I wanted to do was purchase, not become friends. I stood in the front, the middle of the floor, the side and the back of the show room and nothing from these people. I called to find out if this awful representation of working employees were a covid thing and if I missed instructions of some sort and was told no. If the manager finds the actions of his or her team, to be top business performance, they need to join their employees in a customer service 101 training. A truly disappointing last visit.
This dealership is awesome! I initially bought an R3 for my first bike but soon after I realized I needed something more comfortable and with a bit more power.I worked with Lane over the past few weeks trying to get a feel for what bike would be right for me, however the bike I liked was a bit out of my budget. Lane was awesome and asked all the right questions making me feel comfortable that I have selected the right bike. Also he did not pressure me and allowed me the time to make the right decision.D.J. (Sales Manager) came to the rescue and made things happen with great understanding of my situation and exceptional customer service. He also allowed me to take a similar bike for a test drive to make absolute sure that I was going to buy the right bike. Additionally he was able to work out a deal that was in tone with my budget. My son-in-law, who lives in Central America, recently bought a used Honda ATV. He asked me to get him some parts to repair the ATV. I know nothing about ATVs. But two employees, Patrick & Scott, in the Parts Dept., were very helpful in getting me the right parts. They took the time and effort to answer my questions. Its been a few years of suffering without having any motorcycle in the garage, but the team at MM has me smiling again!Lane walked me through my purchase answering every question I had about my new MT-09. He took great care to make sure I was convinced about my purchase and gave me great info about similar bikes to ensure I had the right one in mind. Zero pressure and just a ton of help.Cost of ownership was a big hurdle for me, but Im more than happy with the deal Jason offered me. I think it took all of 5 minutes to get a deal done. Speaking of deals, this is the first dealership I have been to that doesnt leave me feeling like Im paying 20% more than internet prices on accessories. First off, when I totaled my bike, TJ was incredibly professional in the service center, making sure I understood everything wrong. This made my insurance process a breeze because I was kept completely informed on everything.Once I bought my new bike, Melanie was amazing. I laid out very specific requirements, which I personally didnt think she could meet, but she did. She was friendly and professional the whole time, and made it actually enjoyable to be stuck in a dealership for 90 minutes. Thats another plus... the first time I bought my 9, it took something like 8 hours to get the bike put together and serviced and ready to take home. This took under two. Just really, really well done by everyone who helped me last Friday.
The guys in the service department were very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my bike while they had it.I had an issue where a piece of plastic got into the engine at the factory and clogged an oil injector, causing the top end to blow. They didnt just fix the issue when they discovered the lack of oil, but the tech took the time to figure out the root cause and fix it, then they explained to me why it failed.Between these guys and the Marietta location, Mountain Motorsports had earned a loyal customer.

Best ATV store I have been to. Most up front and honest guys. Bought a used machine at mountain motorsports in Marietta and within a month had issues and they didn’t seem to care. Lane was very helpful and assured they would do everything they could to make my experience better and fix the problem without breaking the bank. This store has gained my business from here on out. Great guys.
Purchased a motorcycle from Mountain Motorsports Roswell today. The whole process went smooth, and they were able to price match another location on the bike I wanted. Much better prices than other metro dealerships. Lane, Jason, and DJ are straight forward, honest guys. I will be sending business their way.
If you want to get a feel for the bike you want, I suggest going elsewhere. I was told by the sales rep, Chris, that new bikes are not prepped to be tested. He offered to let me sit on bikes to get the feel, but when you are ready to pull the trigger on a big investment that depreciates the moment you purchase, that just doesnt feel like enough. Only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the facility looks decent and I had friends who assured me they had better experiences than I did.
I just can’t say enough about Mountain Motorsports of Roswell. Everybody there is awesome. I bought my first bike two years ago and wrecked it. I spent the next two years getting over the wreck and coming up with the funds to buy my next bike. In the last year I have come in to the shop many times just to look and ask questions. The guys knew I wasn’t buying yet but they still spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I always felt at home in the shop. My main contact was Kolby. He was absolutely amazing. He always took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. When he was busy the other sales guys spent time with me and entertained all my questions. I finally came up with the financing and came in to the shop to buy my next bike. Kolby was amazing. He helped me pick out the right bike for me and made the experience seamless. Patrick in parts took an interest in what I was buying and did research on the best way to put a helmet lock on my bike without buying a lot of unnecessary parts. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable about the helmet buying process. Jason was very helpful with all of the paperwork and did a great job of explaining all of the different parts of the service and warranty options. All in all I had a great experience at Mountain Motorsports of Roswell. I will definitely be back to have them service my bike and when I am ready trade up.Kent Moore
The staff are super kind. I have gone there many 4 times and had great experiences with the place. One of the employees named Andre is super kind and helped me find the right bike. All the employees dont bug you and try to sell you anything unless you are wanting a back. And your experience will be great.
Walked in today to look at side-by-sides, and the only inventory consisted of 1 - Yamaha, and 2 - BRPs (an 8 and 10, both loaded with options). I could understand the low inventory this time of year, but what troubled me was the high pressure salesman trying to get me to buy whats in stock or place an order. The salesman first told me there were six salesmen there, moving 2 units a day and then anything that arrives in doesnt last long. Those type of tactics dont sit well with this buyer, I wont waste anymore of my time at Mountain Motorsports.
I recently purchased a BMW motorcycle here. After I took delivery and rode the bike home I discovered there had been a bit of a snafu with their pre delivery check of the bike. While the initial phone call with the dealership left me slightly disappointed, after writing an email conveying my displeasure things were quickly and generously fixed.This dealership stands behind the products they sell. These guys are great. Outstanding service, ride anything, they spend lots of time working with you to find the right ride for you, and all accessories.I went the same day I graduated the MSF course and they made me a great deal on a Yamaha R3. The place is easy to find, lots of options, and they do service as well.Edit: I didn’t take the deal on December 28th, because I wanted to see if I’d like a cruiser better or not. But today I went back and picked up my blue R3! The guys were great and even beat their previous deal. DJ in financing and Cameron my sales guy really took good care of me.

In a word, unbelievable, the customer service is second to none! Josh French, Jon Stoff, and Scott Glaza could not have been more helpful. The atmosphere when you walk in the showroom is electric. Not only the way its designed, but the people, and lets face it, people are what make a business, not brick and mortar. My purchase was friction free, and when Im ready to make an additional purchase (hopefully another new jet ski next year) Ill just give Josh a call, and continue to do my business with Mountain Motorsports. Its a real shame that car dealerships dont operate the same way, since theres about ten car dealerships on Alpharetta Hwy. Just a thought, if your in sales, stop by Mountain Motorsports and just initially take it all in, who knows, you might learn something!
BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! Very disappointed in how the sales team handled my Fiancé’s inquiry regarding the purchase of a Ryker. Outright unprofessional. Only after leaving a negative review, did they call to address the issue, which included asking him to remove the review for some type of compensation in return. I would avoid all MMS dealerships, especially Jon Stoff and DJ at this Roswell location. Save yourself the headache.
This place treated me with the utmost respect. I visited 5 dealers in search of a great deal and they won. The sales team was outstanding (Kolby) and the service department (Robert) ensured my purchase was put together correctly. I drove from Savannah to Roswell (4 hours) just because the other dealers treated me like a sale and the prices the other dealers offered where outrageous. Thank you this place has a great team.
Excellent staff! Wow, if only the rest of the world could be as helpful and knowledgeable. I took a wheel in to get balanced here and they were very helpful and had me in and out in no more than 10 minutes ! They even took the time to show me how the assembly worked so I could better understand how it functions on my Honda. It was so refreshing to have someone actually care about their customers. I bought a yamaha yz250fx the other day and they worked with me and found some good financing. Ended up having a dead battery and went back expecting to get reimbursed for the one I bought at Durhamtown and get a new one but they also gave me a $50 gift card. Very happy with their service and anytime I get a new toy it will be through them
I was at service department for a recall . The staff was very friendly and kept me post on progress of work. While it was waiting for work to be completed. I had a chance to walk around and check the bikes. There was allot of great inventory. Everyone one there was friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several bikes from them of the past few years.
I really cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who run it. DJ, Andre, Jason, and the rest of the team were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that all my questions were answered and explained to me, which doesnt always happen as a female customer. With or without my husband, I was always treated so well by all the staff there.Ive come in several times looking at the Scrambler and talked to probably every person on the staff about it. Each time they remembered me and had a genuine interest in what I was looking for. We ended up buying the Scrambler and they were nice enough to load it in our truck for us. I had a great experience here and will definitely return for future purchases.

Showed up with a pretty good idea of what I wanted but I am TERRIBLE at pulling the trigger on decisions like this. They made the whole process extremely easy, but also very comforting. Knowing you’re gonna spend $10k+ on something can be slightly nerve wracking, at least for me 😄.Lane, DJ and all the guys did an amazing job with working with me, and breaking everything down for me. They really do have an awesome team there. Everyone is super close and any of the guys are glad to help. The team oriented environment makes it easy to feel comfortable in your purchase. You leave with a sense of knowing these people genuinely care, and want the best for your safety and personal interest.No pressure to buy here also. They want you to have a motorcycle because they want you to experience how much fun it is, and I’m super glad I made the decision to leave with one. Thanks guys!
Ask for Lane! He was super patient with me through out my entire bike buying experience. He is genuinely there to help you pick out the best bike for your needs/ wants. I came in on 3 separate occasions and Lane never even hinted at being annoyed by all of my dumb questions.
Overall, good sales experience. No issues getting a test ride on the bike I was interested in. Zane and DJ took care of everything pretty quick and worked with me on the deal, and even helped load the bike in the truck.EDIT: During the sales process, I was reassured multiple times that the bike had been fully inspected and serviced. After getting the bike home, I basically found the opposite. Dirty black brake fluid, air box full of dirt and grease, leaky forks (I should have noticed this one while I was there), and no coolant in the bottle, and more. So far, Ive called twice, but Ive not received any real feedback about this. Ive already ordered a bunch of parts and kill a weekend fixing everything that should have been done before it was even put up for sale.
Yesterday I bought my second bike from a Mountain Motorsports, and it was just as pleasurable an experience as the first one. The place treats you like you’re part of the family. No hard selling, they just try to get you on your dream bike. For me, I had seen the bike online (‘12 Dyna Street Bob) and it was great deal and I had to have it. I dealt with Chris Mann in sales, who told me right off the rip that he was wanting buy the bike as well, and even tried to show me some other bikes I may have liked haha, but could tell I was really just in love with that Dyna. Chris was really awesome, very friendly and excited to get me on that bike. As a testimony to him, he had like 2 or 3 repeat customers come in just while we were going through my sale. The whole team, though, was very friendly, and like I said before, just made you feel like family. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re in the market for powersports or motorcycles, get down to Mountain Motorsports!!

I really liked the guys there, but after talking to some biker buddies, I found out that I didnt need half the things they sold me. I got the comprehensive coverage and extended warranty. I pulled in a few days later to get it serviced and they wanted 700 dollars.Not to mention the salesman straight lied to me about theft insurance. It is covered by state farm. Bye bye 1200 bucks for a skyjacker system Ill never use.In summary, its a friendly staff, but they will tell you anything.
Worst experience ever at a dealer. They will say anything just to get you buy the bike, and after all they seemed to forget what theyve said. They tried really hard to get you buy the extended warranty from them which isnt necessary. I spent 5 hours there just to buy a bike, and once everything is finished they said I cant pick up the bike until next week due to dealer recall. They could have let me know at first; one of the manager came up saying how sorry he was for my waiting time, promising a 250$ store gift car when we are done. The next week I came for picking up my bike, I had to remind them about the gift card and all they gave me was 4 store credit cards, 10$ each which is 40$ in total. These guys must be a JOKE!Luckily, I have more love for my new bike then the hatred towards this dealer.Hat off to Kolby, the only one sale man who really tried to help me out! Look for him when you come here, otherwise I wouldnt recommend here at all!
Good dealership to do business with. I drove up 200 miles to purchase a used bike from Buddy and Trey. I was a little apprehensive about the purchase but Buddy was professional and knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. I tried to be a prick expecting the same but they kept their cool. Everything was up front with no hidden fees. I left feeling I had been treated fairly. I highly recommend these guys.
Third unit I have bought from Mountain Motorsports and was not disappointed. Had the amazing opportunity to work with Lane this time! When given the chance they were not only fair, but went beyond any previous experience. If you want to be treated like family I would suggest nobody else beyond Lane and the sales team at Mountain Motorsports.
Zane was an outstanding salesman! He and I texted back and forth over 3 weeks and he always responded in a prompt professional manner. When I finally made it to the shop to purchase he was very busy; however, to prevent me from waiting too long, his business partner Coby, stepped up to the plate and assisted me. The other staff members were also very friendly and professional as well. To seal the deal, Jason, the finance manager was very friendly and professional as well. Jason made sure I understood all my options and coverages. Definitely recommend to others in search of a motorcycle and/or accessories.

I love taking my bike to mms! Ive bought two bikes from them and always good service! Service center is also very help full. Just got tires put on at the roswell location and Josh really helped me out. While I was waiting for my bike to be done, I was walking around the showroom and Melanie asked me how my day was going and we has a nice conversion. She also offered me a some food! Which was awesome!
Josh & TJ in the service department are absolutely superb. They are incredibly responsive, always willing to listen to and address questions of any nature, and consistently go out of their way to provide recommendations and top notch service. It is a pleasure to be able to rely on them to keep my bike running- I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere for my service needs.
Let me start by saying there are some good people working there. Felt more like a a high pressure car lot sales environment. Do not buy the maintenance plan. Most never keep bike long enough. Accessory inventory is ok but not great. I try to avoid them now I have found a few much more approachable bike shops to purchase from. A test ride is almost impossible due to corporate rules. Plenty of other bike shops that allow it. Good people but corporate feel and sales techniques. My biggest complaint.
Update -- I appreciate Roberts prompt action and attention to this matter. He fully resolved it for me and exceeded my expectations.Avoid if you can. Bought a new bike there with 3 accessories (not free; I paid for those as well). When the third one came in a couple weeks later I had changed my mind. They would only allow me to return with a credit, not cash. $130 item....in the box....ridiculous. Now I finally found something to redeem it with, ordered 2.5 weeks....still don’t have it.....now their phone is down....I guess since they’re moving....so another week of waiting. They should have just given my cash back and I could have gotten on Amazon in two days (for less money). A petty business.
Just bought a new bike here last week. Our salesperson Marla was great and very responsive when trying to do the deal via text and phone calls. We havent used the service department yet, but the parts guys are nice and helpful. Rich even beat the internet pricing on one of our items we were looking for. Looking forward to a continued relationship and many bikes to come!
These guys are awesome!!! Just bought my Monster 797 Ducati bike and I truly love it. And for the sale they gave me a lot of bonus stuff which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this company!! I almost forgot to mention my very good sales person who helped me make it happen. Chris Mann is the man!!! He was very knowledgeable about the Ducati! If your not well dressed or dont look well off good luck getting their attention. We were patient in waiting on a salesmen and caught their eye multiple times. They lost an extremely easy sale on a 16k 1000rr that needed no financing. The only reason I could think of ( since they were not busy) must have been because my husband doesnt like to look like he is a company owner or has money when he makes a somewhat expensive purchase as to get a true opinion and not pushed or persuaded into a sale.
Very happy with MMS in Roswell. Chris was awesome. He was super friendly and patient with me in helping me pick out the perfect machine. This round, it was a 2019 Suzuki King Quad 500. I was pleased with the entire process and I’m pumped to get this red beauty covered in mud. If you’re looking for a place to buy your next power toy, you just found it.

[Posted this on the page for the Conyers shop by mistake! Got it straightened out now.]Took my 2015 Yamaha FJR to the Roswell location for 24,000-mile service and valve check. (Josh Trainer was my service rep at the Marietta location, so I followed him to the Roswell shop.)Josh made arrangement for me to pick up the bike after hours, and was as helpful, communicative, and friendly as always. The tech who did the work did all the required stuff, and did a lot of little things, too: torqued the mirror mounting hardware, installed missing push rivets on the fairing, and installed matching nuts and bolts on my GPS mount because I had two that didnt match the others. (Thanks, Brian!)These guys are first-rate, I highly recommend them, and -- of course -- Ill be back whenever I need work done.
Everyone at this particular location was super nice and transparent. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into anything, or pressured to buy anything. The salesman I worked with was an amazing guy and easy to talk to, and he always spoke to me on peer to peer level. I cant recommend this place enough and if you ever go there make sure to ask for Jeff Faul for the best experience.

Trey, Sean, TJ and the part department guys were all great to deal with .. from picking the right riding gear 2 the service packages !! Though i was looking around for more than a year... they always welcomed me every-time !Highly Recommend MMS !!

2022-06-15Mountain Motor Sports of Roswell is hands down one of the best dealerships I have done business with. After months of searching for the Yamaha r7 we finally found it after speaking with Alley in sales we were able to purchase this bike!! She was excellent on keeping us updated through the whole process and even allowed us to put a deposit down to hold the bike until we could get to the dealership due to the distance we lived from the dealership. 10 out of 10 recommend Alley!! To finish up the entire process we had the pleasure to work with “monopoly man” also known As Greg in the finance department, he was very easy going, not pushy on adding any additional things/services to the contract and was just down to earth/friendly! Highly recommend Greg for any financial needs!Even though we have a MMS closer to home we will most definitely be using the Roswell location for any service needs or to purchase anymore fun toys for the family!!Thank you team Roswell for everything.

2022-03-30Picked up our new SeaDoo at Mountain Motor Sports in Roswell earlier this month. Ben Nelson had worked with us since last summer when we ordered it and made it worth our drive from out of state to pick it up. He worked hard to have everything ready when we arrived and provided great service while we were at the dealership. He took the time on a busy Saturday to go over our new ski in detail and made sure to answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend going to see him if youre interested in a new toy!

2022-03-27Ben Nelson is a rockstar sales guy and made sure I was taken care of. The guys in parts and service rock too. Finance on the other hand leaves little to be desired. Had to do paperwork twice, lied about the warranty and gave themselves the best finance deal not me. Be prepared and bring your own money to the table.
