Got there at 1030 waiter told us last call was In 30 mins. We told her we were just getting food. We sat down waited 30 mins and when we finally got our food it was in to go boxes and she handed us the check. We told her we were eating there. Every 5 mins she came back and asked us when we wanted our check. Last minute bc she irritated us and probably figured we werent going to tip her ahe actually guilt tripped my buddy into tipping her. Worse service Ive ever had and waiter/bar tender looked like ahe was high as a kite.

The wings were decent, but this was some of the worst service Ive ever had in a restaurant. Several of the people I was with said it has been like that every time. Wrong food/drinks, 30 minutes between stopping at the table, incorrect bills, etc.
This place was once one of our regular stops. The last two times we visited we experienced very long wait times for food/drink and our orders were wrong or missing items. The restrooms are always in need of service. Hopefully this place turns it back around, it has a lot of potential to be great

Went to Mr. Wings to grab a quick bite between shopping on Black Friday. All I can say is WOW!! The food was awesome, the service was first rate and that Texas Margarita was amazing! I highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed.
Ive placed orders millions of times it was just 50 the lady says ok it will b ready in 20 min.. I show up they never even dropped the wings and got an attitude about it sorry place sorry employee wouldnt recommend to a starving person

Food was great and service was excellent. After finishing everything on my plate it was overall amazing. Until I got home and my stomach was tore up. Go to this place if you love a great environment and great food. Also if you love having explosive diarrhea. Overall an amazing restaurant.

Zero stars...went by this evening with a lady friend and we waited to be seated for 12 minutes and were never even greeted so we finally decided to seat ourselves. The place wasnt that busy and several waitresses walked right by us and never ever acknowledged we were there. After about 20 minutes of being ignored we decided to leave and have no desire to ever set foot in the place again. Like i said it really wasnt very busy and now i know why. If the service is this bad imagine how horrible the food must be.
Ordered via Waitr. The best food delivery Ive had in a long time. I only got fried mushrooms and traditional wings but it was fresh and hot. Nothing was dried out and tasteless like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp all night. Oh and they have an amazing selection of wing flavors, definitely more than other places Ive tried. Will definitely order again or stop for a visit.
If I could give zero stars I would. Our waitress, Aaliyah had poor customer service!!! Actually poor is an understatement. My friend and I are regulars at Mr. Wing and we always have a great time and no issues. However this time was completely different. We did not see our waitress, Aaliyah for almost a hour to a hour and a half. We had to continuously ask other staff members for our waitress and she never came until AFTER the manager came and spoke with our table. When she finally came back our table of 6 she showed no REMORSE for her terrible service. She actually had a terrible attitude with us. There was a table of at least 10 people in front of us who sat down 30 min after us who got their food and finished eating before we even saw one plate of food. Mr. Wing should consider new staff if Aaliyah cant handle her job.

This is the worst place in Columbus!. I walked in, waited, sat, stood, waved, even a hand spring, yet nothing grabbed the attention of a single employee. There was no wait to get in this place, of which I am not surprised. After numerous failed attempts to atleast be acknowledged and 45 minutes later, I walked out. Do not waste your time or money here unless you plan to cook and serve yourself!
Good selection of beer on tap and in bottles. Happy hour starts at 3pm.
This place SUCKS! The girls…I won’t even call them women…who work the bar are so rude!!!!!! We had to chase them down for another drink four separate times. They act so inconvenienced by doing their job. Our food took forever to come out and our appetizer came out at the same time as our food. Get it together Mr. Wing!!!!!!!
Great casual atmosphere where you can hangout with friends or chat with friendly people while you have a drink, eat a burger or challenge your taste buds with their wide variety of wing flavors. Lots of TVs, seats at the bar, table seating and even pool tables.
Great hometown feeling bar. The bar staff is attentive even when it is busy. I appreciate the personalities that come with the service. Absolutely my go to bar
The worst service ever!!! Our server Aaliyah is horrible!! We didnt get our drinks for 35mins after aitting down!!! Then she avoided eye contact at all times so she didnt have to acknowledge us. I asked for refills and she said uh huh and ignored me! I wont be returning until the service is able to do their jobs properly!!! And they were slow at the time btw!!
I love this location. Better get in early if you want control of the jukebox. The service is fast and efficient. Will almost always find good conversations. Rowdy atmosphere on busy days. Would not recommend bringing a date haha. Best place to go for game night.

We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food. This has NEVER happened before and probably would have been ok but the waitress had the WORST attitude about the situation. And she was bringing out other tables food but we had to get the manager involved and which he got things rolling.
I was very disappointed that at this establishment your staff is not wearing face mask. You dont know if someone is asymptomatic and come in and affect everyone in the restaurant. I felt very unease once I noticed that. The service was good, but she had to bring my food without a mask on. I dont think that you are concerned about us as guess allowing them not to wear them. I must say you are the only restaurant that I have been and there were no mask. I cannot support and will not support your establishment until I feel comfortable in it.
Great little spot in columbus. I travel a lot in the Southeast and occasionally have to stop in Columbus just for a quick hotel on the way home and this is where I go to eat. Great staff and great food
Pretty cool place. Mr. Wing is your quintessential pub. Comfortable, laid-back attitude as you walk in, plenty of seating. Lets talk about the food-- its a wings place, so get the wings! Theyre tasty-- likely on the best wings I have had in town for quite some time. Now, theses are not mind-blowing wings, but they are good, and considering what some might want to charge for their wings, Mr. Wings is a pretty solid option.
Atmosphere was great! The servers where nice, but not very attentive. (They had to split the check multiple times due to their error) I wish I could say my food was good but my Nacho Supreme seemed to have been left in the window for to long. The beef was dry and tasted burnt, and I had three chips that where crunchy. The rest where a soggy mess. I told the server to take it back I couldnt eat it, but was still charged for it. Very disappointed.
Pretty freakin good service, but I feel like our table needed 2 waitresses because 1 was just not fast enough or efficient enough. On top of that, she kept forgetting things we requested- like napkins and straws.Other than that, the food was good. I will recommend it to others.

They have delicious food! It was my husband & I first time coming. We had the spicy shrimp, quesadillas & wings & they were absolutely delicious! I must say that I am very critical when it comes to good food. I also had an amazing server as well. We ate here twice while in Columbus.
The overall service was awful. When I got there they have a sign that says wait to be seated. After 15 minutes I had to ask the bartender how much longer and she said give me a minute and Ill get with you. After 10 more minutes I had to ask another waitress and she showed us to a table. After we sat down no one even came to take our order, so we left after another 10 minutes. All I could see is workers running around with there heads cut off not knowing what to do. There is no direction going on in Mr. Wings. The last two years Mr. Wings has really fallen off. I use to like going there but there staff not all have nasty unprofessional attitudes.
My first time coming to this location. I ordered a Chicken Philly with wings and sweet tea. I LOVED the sweet tea. But the food was exactly what I wanted. The sauce was perfect and the cheese on the philly was melted just right. I will be returning soon.
Wings about as good as you will get in the south...so not good but tough to find better. They brought me a flavor I did not order. Service is brutaly slow even though its not that busy. Bartender never checks on you no matter how long your drink has been empty. Its Sunday game day they have a horrible system for switching games on the TV changing them even though youve been sitting there watching waiting for your beer that still hasnt come. Find another place to watch the game.The only thing giving it 2 stars is the decent bottled beer selection.

Now I dont normally do this but this should be done cause I dont like people playing with me and this upset me because when Im hungry Im hungry. I ordered online yesterday 02-01-2020 and was not satisfied with my food at all. This is the second time that my wings werent completely sauteed in the sauce and hardly any lemon pepper sprinkle on them. But this isnt my complaint and to mention they were hard. My complaint is I called the manager to speak with him about my food and he wasnt available as always but not only that, they kept claiming that he would call me back which he never did. Mr. Wings I one of the best restaurants that you can get a decent size wing but for the Manager to just ignore my complaint and not return my call is the reason for this review.
This has been a go to place for me and my coworkers for quite some time now! We will not settle for anyone but Erica due to to the extremely poor service we receive from everyone else that we have gotten... she has yet to fail us!!! She’s what makes going there a joy no matter what so I definitely recommend her to anyone needing a great waitress & perfect service... overall, great food and drink prices you definitely can’t go wrong!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Went the other day during the west coast finals. The only thing saving them from a one star is the wonderful server we had. They were out of boneless wings, okay it happens but tell us while were looking at the menu. Then they were out of sweet tea and our server said the manager wasnt making more so she offered pink lemonade, which they were also out of. Then the icing on the cake, the reason I will not be returning is they automatically added a 15% gratuity to my check for 2 people . I was going to tip our server well above 15% but because of the automatic tip she is the one who suffered. Overall maybe we just a had an unusually bad experience, but it will definitely not be a place I consider returning to .
Wings are awesome here. I have had the burgers and Philly cheese too. All have been wonderful. Its always loud inside but that is too be expected from a bar and certainly doesnt deter me from going back again again.
Mango habanero wings were the best flavor. Thats the only good thing about this place. The service sucks, it took 30Minutes for our order to arrive. Our server took our order and never came back until the food was ready. Probably because she was too busy hugged up on a customer. Needless to say we wont be returning
Love this place. Great place to meet friends for good fun food and drinks. But lately, service has gotten bad. Waiting 30 minutes without a waitress even acknowledging you. And even after getting served, just to get another drink or your tab to pay so you can leave. Management should know about this problem already.
Terrible service. Men’s bathroom smelled and no towels to dry hands. Waitress disappeared forever. Had to order from others we stopped. Got the wrong beer. There on a Wednesday night so not busy. Ticket was wrong.
Literally the worst customer service Ive ever had. They dont even deserve one star. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and I would never have dreamed to treat people the way the staff treated my husband and I. There are too many great wing places in Columbus to ever go back here. Such a shame. They messed up an order, and argued with us and refused to make it right. It was fine though. American Express took care of their customers and gave us our hard earned money back.
Daytime is usually better. Went there tonight. The crew came off unprofessional and unattentive often to certain guests of different ethnic background. Had to wait 20 mins from the time it took to order app and order entree. I asked for it to go because the wait for anything was ridiculous. The waitress I asked to help me because my server walked past me constantly got an attitude with me as I was simply asking for assistance. I wasn’t rude or anything to her. Definitely don’t have much desire to come back if you all have inconsistent service and a staff that can tend to customers needs and not their own personal desires.
Outstanding beer selection, great food, great prices. Will be back. Did not get 5 stars because they seemed understaffed for a football sunday. My server was great and dud the best she could though. More tvs than the competition!
Mr. Wing needs a more professional staff. They have a very high turnover of servers. There is one server in particular who says she’s “the best”, however she always fast talks you when taking your order and she always gets the order wrong. So frustrating! This place has potential, but the service is poor.
The server was lovely, friendly and well groomed....the management SUCKS!!! The place doesnt closed till 12am. I order a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. Management stated theyre not making any more sweet tea...so I was required to settle but I had to pay for it....this is not the first time he Shane has had a horrible attitude hes not management material and very rude! I will never return and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Very hectic. Waitress was so busy we barely saw her and didnt get many refills. Had to wait so long for check etc. The food was ok. Not something I would go out of my way for but ok for a party there. Teriyaki was too sweet and salsa too spicy
This was my first time eating from here and placing an order online. The online ordering system made it a breeze, quick and simple. The food was fresh, hot and ready when they said it would be online. The chicken tenders and wings are the perfect size. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that fries didnt come with the wings and wasnt even an option. My lemon pepper wings couldve been a little more seasoned, but the garlic parmesan wings were perfect. And the bummer...I was missing 1 garlic parmesan wing.🤔😐
Good food, bad service. host was standing behind the bar when we walked in and asked how many (2), then rolled her eyes and said well hold on a minute. server (i don’t know her name, she has a septum piercing) took over 5 mins to come to the table & greet us. another 10 with the drinks & to get our appetizer order and another 15!!! to come back for our entree order. it was not that busy, business was stagnant as the GA/AU game had just gone off. every time she came to the table all she would say is “alright what can i get u guys”. i understand up-selling products isn’t necessary but it’s important, however at least find something else to say. she never smiled, not once. she was walking by yelling and playing and cussing with the table next to us. yes it’s a sports bar, however i’ve been a server at multiple sports bars and i still feel there is a level of professionalism that should be upheld. there were some other things that bothered me with her but i will leave it there! they just need better staff.
Atmosphere is always awesome. Food is always good. But they double booked us on the karaoke corner & basically had a huge crowd. That still didnt stop the fun food or good service.
Not even worth one star!!! I went there for Karaoke with a group of friends and yes it was crowded and I understood the wait would be long. I first ordered my appetizer then 15 mins later I ordered my food hoping they would come out together. Well 1hr and 45mins later here comes my food after 4 other people in my party came at least 30mins after me ordered and got their food and drinks. Other people that arrived the same time I did and ordered when I did got their food but for some reason I didnt. This is my 2nd time at Mr Wings and most likely my last!!! I couldnt even get a drink!
It was ok. Didnt eat-Actually we went just for drinks after we ate somewhere else. The seating (booths) are uncomfortably tight & we had to ask the waitress to clean the table. Yelled through our conversation because it felt like we were in a club instead 🤷🏽♀️Im good.
I LOVE MR.WING! They have the BEST wings! Their bar beverages are always amazing!! I visit this place anytime I am in the columbus area. Oh! And their jukebox allows you to have as much fun as you want to have! You wont be disappointed!
Wings and fries were great! However the drinks ordered: sweet tea, pink lemonade, coke and strawberry daiquiri were honestly terrible. Maybe it was just today, but disappointing to say the least.
Terrible service. I walked in and was told to sit anywhere. So I did. 15 minutes past without anyone coming to get my drink order or bring me a menu. I was really craving wings that night also. Maybe you should lose the term grill and just stick to bar. I suggest Willys Wings or Chick-Land wings if in the mood for wings. Never again will I try Mr. Wing.
I always enjoy Mr Wing Sports Grill and Bar when I visit. The food is always on point and the atmosphere is a cool setting. I always enjoy the friendly staff and the environment. I would most definitely refer this as a place to visit for good food and fun.
Every time we go the servers start making comments like were about to close, at least an hour before the sign on their door claims they close. They also turn off the music and start to turn people away. Food is good, but takes forever even though its never busy. If you dont want to be open until midnight on the weekends, change your store hours.
I wish I could give -10000 stars! The entire place is disgusting and the food is less than subpar. Not to mention how they treat their employees! Due to Covid, they closed for 2 months. Out of everyone, only 2 employees were paid for 2 weeks unemployment, while the others got NOTHING. I will not be supporting such a shady, irresponsible establishment and encourage others to do the same.
This is a great bar for beer lovers and sports fans alike featuring at least 20 different taps and more to choose from in the bottle. They have plenty of screens to watch and great food aaaand great company.
Local sports bar. First time there in a long time. Used to be dark and dingy but its been redone. Loads of big screen TVs. Open and not to bright. Good place to party and watch some good SEC activities! Or which ever Conference you pull for.
We love eating here. Wide variety of menu items and everything weve tried is good. Large portions and cheap prices. Love the TVs at every table so we can put cartoons on to keep our little one occupied.
The long island ice tea was great! Ordered the chicken poboy and also decided to try the Carolina Reaper sauce. To my surprise it wasnt very hot at all (Im a heat seeker , so I was expecting the hottest pepper in the world to actually be, ya know, hot?) Minimal burn at best. Wait service was excellent (: perfect place to come if you are getting off from work and want a good meal + great drinks.

I have been a patron of this restaurant since the first day they opened their door. Great food, friendly and fun staff , the best beer selection in town , yet extremely family-friendly. If your a sports fan ,look no further as they have at least 47 TVs. I love this place and Im sure you will too

I dont frequent bars or sports bars, but this place makes me want to. The servers are great, sometimes have a rough day because their customers, but theyre all good folks. Certainly the best atmosphere for this genre of bar scene.

Karaoke on Wednesdays and Fridays. Great food. Big burgers. Fresh cut fried zucchini. Good strong drinks. Service can be slow at times though. Kid friendly.

Soggy appetizers child because some were clearly from the freezer and microwaved (Got the 5 set platter), condiments tasted so cheap with it (Ranch tasted like chalk that had been mixed with Piggly wiggly ranch), and bad credit card service. They held double my order amount until 24 hrs, not common... $30 x 2. And the margaritas were basically ice sugar with a lime taste. Its wayy too dark in ambience and a bit cramped. But the wait staff was the best. Female management was amazing. Gays... Yall keep it moving and go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Yall know where its at. Also...The Wing Place off Veterans and River Road is beyond amazing if you want to just have great wings at home for wayyy cheaper. God bless your business. #CHEFCHILD
Foods good but service has been slow, both from the kitchen and wait staff, and each of my visits. If your are hanging watching a ball game you have the time to wait but forget a quick lunch. Lots of bar selection and TVs though if thats your goal
Just left after waiting for 30 minutes for no one to approach my table. When you walk in they tell you to sit where you want but that is a problem because all the unoccupied tables are dirty. Then when you finally find the one clean table in the entire restaurant it takes forever to get service. Sure the wings and burgers are pretty good but it is not worth the terrible service i receive every time.
Only one waitress during lunch the past 3 times we have been. Today the lady didnt speak when we came in. Other people were waiting no one took our drink order we had been waiting 20 minutes..we got up to leave no one said anything either. I think they need more help.
Their wings taste funny.Taste NOTHING like chicken. The service is garbage and the waitress came once to refill our drinks within 1 hr 45 min.
We use to go to this bar but after last visit I wont return. Order of chicken was entirely too hot and had wrong sauce on them. Manager admitted mistake then took food to back and rinsed off my chicken and tried to cover it up with the original sauce I ordered. I didnt know until I arrived home because I was tired if waiting and had to get my order to go. Any place that admittedly made a mistake and will not replace food is not a quality place to eat.
Third time eating these wings and we are hooked. Flavors are great and the size of the wings are a plus! This is our wing spot from now on.

Nice local sports bar, plenty of TVs, 40 Beers on tap with lots of monthly specials and craft options (A rarity in this town). Diverse menu with lots of pub options and pretty good wings. Good first impression, Ill be back.

I recently attempted to order from Mr. Wing for deliver like I have done so in the past to a large business in the area. I spoke to a young lady who stated they deliver to the area I described is a large business in the Columbus,Ga area a mile from their restaurant. I took orders and called back and spoke to MiMi she stated that some drivers deliver and some do not. I explained to her I have received deliver from their establishment in the past. She explained that it was the preference of the driver, which at this time was the owner, whom stated he could not travel to our facility a mile from his location. I asked to speak to the driver/owner in which she stated he is busy and would not receive my call.The service I received was extremely poor and by humoring their poor customer service we allow this type of customer service to validated. So please do not eat at this restaurant simple by the poor example of the owner of this restaurant and the poor training of his employees.
The philly cheese steak is out of this world. Their house chips are to die for. The only thing is the kitchen is a little slow so expect to be there a while. Great wing specials on Thursday night.

I went for the first time last week. It was cool. I ordered a Mr Wings cheeseburger. Nothing especially to write about but I would definitely go back. Chill spot to go for Happy hour with friends.
May have gotten a better review if they would have unlocked their doors at their posted opening time. Stood outside for minutes, no one unlocked the door so I walked to Steak Express a few doors up.
It is difficult to get a decent hotwing in south Ga., for some reason they like to add sugar to the sauce (DISGUSTING), but Mr. Wing does it right! Ask for Gabby, shes an excellent server!
Love it!!! Great food and a good atmosphere. Great place watch sports, plenty of tvs watch sports, a couple of pool tables, and there is a smoking section on the back patio. I highly recommend this place.
Drinks arent the best. Ladies need to listen better to orders (crispy =crispy, not soft). Karaoke needs better lighting maybe a light specifically for that area, and better songs. Current songs are downers.
Wings are really good and lunch specials are amazingly priced. It does feel like a bar that serves food instead of a restaurant with a bar, so get ready for wall to wall tvs and barstools but its always been good for us.
Overall great place to come and hangout at. Plenty of games to play, even have a claw machine and air hockey table for the kids. A huge selection of music and beer. Atleast 50 tvs to watch all your sports on. They also have around 30 different wing flavors to choose from. Great variety with the menu selection. Some of the booths even have mini personal tvs.

I love it wish i had one in my home town. Good cheap food a wide selection. tv @ every table waitress was great. Pool table even had a smoking room.
Good wings and great beer selection, though the service could be a little better. The servers seemed to be more interested in each other than the customer.

Wings were under cooked. Seasoning was blah, I had the garlic parmesan; which was some shaken seasoning. It was a take out order, so none of these things were realized until we got home.

The waitress brought out the wrong food. Lemon-pepper wings and bonelss hot wings had no seasoning or sauce. Instead of redoing the order the sprinkled lemon-pepper seasoning on the wings and drowned the boneless wings in sauce!

Customer service was horrible, waited an hour never for our meals. Never once did the waitress apologize for the wait. We decided to leave and was charged for the two drinks we had. Never again!!

2022-01-05I appreciate this place being one of the few places to serve wings in the area. There are other places around but not many. I absolutely loved my chicken sandwich, I just dont recall the topping of mayo being on the menu for it. Regardless it was still pretty good. I also tried the mild hotwings-they werent spicy at all but thats ok. Next time Ill get hot The lemon pepper wings were nicely fried hard, and can use a little more lemon on them. But all in all, definitely a place for food. I picked up my order and would definitely stay in the future if Im looking for a bar-very spacious and a great amount of tvs. Also a mixed crowd.

2022-01-04This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. I absolutely love the atmosphere, plenty of TVs & big screens for watching the game. They have two pool tables, one of the biggest bars I’ve seen, they also have a smoking section outside for the smokers, the music is great and mixed it really gives it a nice vibe. The food is great!! We had Honey BBQ Wings(great flavor), medium wings(a nice small kick), shrimp, & fried mushroom both with great flavor. Everything was hot and fresh and taste so well. I had a Margarita (frozen) let’s just say one will get u where u need to be, two is a good push they were really good and they have Happy Hour at nights. We sat at the bar, it was busy with two bartenders, but they got the job done, both very attentive and friendly and so was the owner. I’m picky so for me, it was great. Thanks Mr. Wing, I will be back soon. This is going to be my new go to spot when in town often!! Visited January 3, 2022. Around 8pm.

2022-02-13My wife and I decided to visit after having a horrible experience the first time we went. We got there about 6:30pm and ordered 8 wings and a shrimp basket. It took almost an hour for us to get our food. My wife ordered a diet coke to which the waitress told us they were out of. No big deal with that so my wife ordered a water. My shrimp basket was hot, but my wifes wings were barely room temperature like they had been sitting for a while. We get our bill and my wife was charged for the diet coke which we never received. I could see if it was a packed house but it wasnt anything close. I wont be coming back again.

2021-01-17It was pretty good except they messed up my mushroom Swiss burger. I asked for no bun, it came with a bun and no mushrooms or grilled onions. When they remade it, they left out the onions (again) and the lettuce and the burger was burnt. It wasnt busy when we ordered, she wrote it down so I am not sure how there was confusion. We also had wings mild & lemon pepper and mango habanaro. The spicy ones had decent flavor, but the lemon pepper lacked flavor. This was our first time here, we will likely try it again for a second chance. Oh, and they do not have the good ranch. The side salad was decent size.

2021-05-2110/10 would avoid this place at all costs. My entire check was over $30. Waited 1.5 hours for food that is worse than what youd get at McDonalds for a buck. My platter was literally a few pieces of food. See picture for reference. The staff as well were rude. I understand a long wait if its busy, but like at least have some good customer service. Not ignore and roll your eyes when we ask if we could get an update on our food, especially since it took 40 min for us to even receive our drinks. Like really, 3 sodas dont take 40 minutes, I dont care who you are.

2022-07-01Was sipping on my cocktail when I felt something rubbery in my mouth. I thought maybe it was a piece of fruit. But no, it was a RUBBER BAND!!!! I notified the bartender. She acted surprised; which I expected. She kept asking how did that get in there? I want to know too!!! But no apologies whatsoever.

2022-04-11The food was average in my opinion. The server got my order wrong (which is okay, it happens) and when I asked if they were barbecue wings when I was given them, she looked very confused and told me, yes those are are barbecue. I tried them and they were tossed in hot sauce. I asked her to replace them and got some attitude but she did. I probably wont go back.

2022-04-16Honestly a little too expensive and their online menu has cheaper prices than the actual in person prices. Dont get the Philly cheese steak unless you want 80% bread and barely any meat. Nice staff though
