Ray is a hands on trainer who motivates you in such a way that you will surpass any fitness goals you may have. He is professional and honest which goes a long way in the results you will achieve. If you want to be the best you have to train with the best, and by far Ray is the best on the CSRA.
If you want to elevate your kid’s game MTAG AUGUSTA is the place to be. The last 2 Columbia County Football players of the year trained with Ray at MTAG. MTAG has something for the entire family. I called it the one stop fitness shop. Weight Loss, weight gain, speed and agility, and most importantly it’s a family atmosphere. Thanks MTAG for caring about our area youth.
Best place in the CRSA. For personal training that will build you or your child up on a personal level.If your kids are in to sports (football,basketball,soccer, lacrosse and track) the Big Brother Atmosphere at MTAG is the Best. It’s Hard but It’s Fair!!!
Love this place for my young athlete
I was there for a game but it is what I think a gym is suppose to look, because you go there work out or practice whatever sports you are in.
The owner is a very friendly and explained the purpose of the gym that he started. Great place to work out

2021-12-15I brought my daughter who is 12 to MTAG to try out their middle school competition conditioning work out and was impressed. The work out was challenging and pushed her to work outside of her comfort zone. The coaches were great and supportive! Definitely going back!

2020-07-31I absolutely Love being here! The trainers at this gym are all great. They really care about your progress, unlike most trainers do it all for the $$ rather you progress or not. Its more than a game here. They put all of their heart and soul into pushing you to your limits and then beyond that. Get results youve been wining about.

2021-10-17The owner wears fake gold teeth. Would NOT recommend this place. Ray smells like badussy and failed dreams. He might try to hit you with a gun too. Not a good experience

2018-09-06Extreme care is given to the needs of each client that visit his gym. Class workouts are great and present a challenge regards of fitness level. If your looking for a killer workout, Saturday mornings will have you on the floor in a pool of sweat. Outstanding workouts!
