They do not give out your prescription one lady lost my information on the glasses I had picked out I didnt get the glasses I wanted to bring my own frames they was going to charge me more than the glasses I had bought....I will look for another Eye Doctor in the future.
My experience with this location has definitely changed from my last year exam the two at the eyeglasses technician were more interested in their lasted vacation,clubs and other than my eyeglasses, to get out I choose my glasses only to get them and they messed up my prescription so I had to go back and the young lady was able to help but she had to wait for the doctor who tried her best to change up the fact that they messed up and I got my glasses corrected but I have been sent a bill for the mistake of the two talking and not paying attention to the customer, NO WORRIES, I WILL NOT GO BACK NEXT YEAR 😤
Last month I ordered glasses and sunglasses they told me I will get them back in two weeks ok two weeks passed called to check on arrival of glasses Friday they told me the glasses will be back on the July 8th 2021 called back today 7-9-21 mow my glasses with be back on the 7-14-21 they did not pass inspection so now I have to wait two more weeks and Im still waiting I paid $381.00 for these glasses and they cant get the prescription right I have never experienced anything like this ever so hopefully I will get them July 14th 2021 Im afraid to see whats going to happen when I get them SMHThis is my first and maybe my last time using this place. So disappointed 😠😠
Worse service ever! The employees acted like they just did not care. Went in for an eye exam to get reading glasses. Got my exam done. Total $600.00 + Paid out off packet $275.00 and insurance paid the rest. My glasses was supposed to be ready in two weeks. Two weeks came got the called that my glasses was ready for pick up. Got there tested the new glasses I see everything blurry. They had to send it back to get it adjusted and that was going to be another two weeks. I explained that I needed the glasses to be ready before the 10th April because I was traveling, they said no problem you will have it by then. They call me on the 8th Apr saying come pick up your glasses they are ready. When I got there they handed me just the lenses, I was were is my glasses? she said this is it. Boy, by then I was so upset. I asked what Im going to do with just the lenses? I came here for reading glasses and this what I get. I said I will give them a bad review and they acted like they did not care, also I asked for a full refund, they said I could not get a full refund because the Dr completed the eye exam. However they could give me the prescription. I left so angry, went to finish my last minute shopping for my trip, then got a call from the eye Dr saying that they had made a mistake and my glasses was there the whole time. Im asking the lady on the phone, are you sure? I have no time for this, I will go there one more time. I got there, they apologized for the confusion and seated me to try the new glasses. With the new glasses it was hard for me to see what I was reading. Then the lady tried to explained it most be the prescription. I told her I can see much better with my $1.00 glasses from the dollar store. I was so upset, I told them keep does glasses and I will keep my $1.00 glasses. She went on to say I guess you want a refund, I replied yes, I do.This is crazy! I went to get an eye exam for reading glasses and this turned out to be my worst nightmare. I will have to see another Dr and pay for another eye exam because I cant use the prescription that they gave me.. So, so upset and so disappointed with MY EYE DR I wish that I would of checked out the reviews before going there!! With that many negative reviews I wouldnt never gone there.I want ALL my money back and if I dont get ALL of my money refunded back to me Im reporting MY EYE DR. to the BBB.Vielka Walters*Update: Management and patient relations contacted me on the 14th of Apr stating that they will give me a full refund and apologized for any trouble and inconvenience they have caused me. Also they are sending me to see My Eye Dr here in Colorado free of charge. Check my account today 15 Apr and my full refund is in my bank account. I just want to say thank you for handling this matter promptly.
They r so awesome! The staff is relatable. They even joked around with the family. The doctor is amazing and we had a blast and we were there for eye exams! They even called to make sure my daughters contacts were fitting and she was comfortable with them! Great service and very thorough! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I came by the other day to get my glasses repaired and the young lady that was in there was very rude not professional it was terrible I would never go there again Ive been going there for a while but I would never go back again this place is terrible. And she had the nerve to have a attitude when I didnt even give her attitude they need to close down bottom line.... updated post I changed my review status due to they gave me a call and made the situation right after I post the previous review so I am pretty satisfied now thank you
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My mom and my daughter had an appt on the same day twenty minutes apart, my daughter being the last appt. we had to drive TWO HOURS to get there, not being able to predict exactly how long it would take with traffic and traffic lights, we were literally ELEVEN minutes late, and my mom has one leg and is on crutches and they didn’t see her bc they have a strict policy of ten minutes.. literally ONE minute later than normal and they just want to hurry home so they do NOT care about anyone. Like wow. I will never come back here nor recommend anyone to come.
I have been going to my eye doctor for years and today is my last visit with this company. The service was horrible! I was scheduled for a eye exam for glasses and the doctor told me he would go over the prices with me for the contact exam as well bc I was interested in getting both. At the end of the exam he gave me 2 boxes of daily contacts to take home... when I went to pay they tried to charge me for the contact exam I did not even get the prices for before hand and wouldn’t even confirm that with the doctor to make sure so I left with nothing bc they took the boxes the doctor had given me... they used to let you pay half of your glasses cost then the rest when you pick up now it’s full price.I could not afford any of that. They have went down hill!!! Will not be going back here!
The doctor was very friendly and genuine. They did have some customer service issues. One woman in particular is just flat out rude every time Ive dealt with her. I also feel like they use a cheap quality glass for the lenses. Im on my second pair since the first pair they made me were extremely jacked up and had to get remade. I actually have my own insurance and if Id realized there was a Groupon for this place before I went, I wouldve thought otherwise. I definitely feel like I got Groupon quality service.
I have been using this facility for years with my family, the latest experience is heartbreaking. Ordered my Vera Bradley Eyeglasses and the Augusta Facility REMOVED them from my Vera Bradley Case and shipped them in a MrEyeDr case! Unbelievable. I am appalled that you allow thieves to work in your company! The website said they open at 9 am Saturday and No one is here! I’m disappointed, dissatisfied and I want a Refund or My Name Brand Eyeglass Cade that I purchased!Bridgette Beard
Dr. Artrip was very knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job on my contact lens exam and answering the questions I had about lasik. However, I was frustrated with the wait time. I made my appointment well in advance for 4:00 pm and made sure to arrive 10 minutes early. I was not seen until 4:26. If I had known that I would have made an appointment at a more efficient location, as I had to drive 45 minutes out to get to this MyEyeDr.
Awesome service, staffs, and Doctors. This is one of the only places that is true to their appointment times. They have a very good streamlined system when it comes to making appointments and seeing patients. Their selection for regular and even Medicaid customers is wonderful and we will definitely come again!
Had an exam scheduled 7/31, get to the appt ans the mngr has locked herself out of the building and had to drive to Evans location for the appointment. Bow 3 months later I still dont have my contacts! They were never ordered and the doctor I saw did not record my prescription!! Normally this place is top notch but this new staff has dropped the ball!!
12:55pm 08-08-19: Dang all I was trying to do was make an appointment for an eye exam for my wife. First call I was placed on hold then disconnected. Second call I was transferred to someone whom I was to speak too about scheduling appointment. When I inquired, Can I make an appointment for this Saturday? the answer was I do not think so. I had to ask, Is that a yes or no?. The customer service employee then mentioned, Well, I am looking it up now.I was frustrating to be given an answer to a simple question when the person did not know the answer. Nevertheless, I have decided to take my service opportunity and my Money to someone else that will have their act together.
Worst service ever it takes three and a half weeks to get an appointment and then if they dont speak to you they will cancel it without notifying you. Im losing vision in my right eye, and now I have to wait another month to get an appointment somewhere else. You people suck.
I was able to be seen as a walk in the same day. The staff was incredibly friendly (and they dont work on commission so theyll give you good feedback if you didnt bring a friend), the selection of glasses was great, and I got a text when my glasses were ready to be picked up a week later.
Was very pleased with my first experience! Everybody on staff was very courteous and friend. It seemed to me that everybody employed at Lords eye center enjoys and Loves there job. That is important to having a good staff. I will be recommending Lords Eye Center to my family and friends! Blessings! :-)
Awful place. They scheduled your appointment and then send a text reminder for an appointment thats twenty minutes later. When I walked in, they tell you the appointment time was earlier and the text is used so they can book multiple people during a time slot. They are just a money grabbing place and dont deserve any business if they cannot schedule you correctly.
These people the only thing the care about is their business , first time i went there they made my glasses too strong to my eyes i asked them to fix it but they refused they said its the doctor mistake, i went to different doctor he gave me the same prescriptionAfter awhile I went there with my own frame , and they made the lens bigger than the frame so they broke my own frame, I asked them to fix it they said you have to pay 50% of the price ( why should I pay 50 % for your mistake !!!!) thats what I said , I advice everyone not to go there and its not just me all my friends said the same thing
They have the worse customer service. I called to ask how late can I walk in. The lady told me to come in . I was on hold for 11 mins just to answer that question. I walk n tens mins after I got off the phone. They tell me they cant see me and I even gave the lady name that I talk too!!!!
My daughter and I visited Lord Eye Center for the first time and we left with such a great feeling. The entire staff was very friendly. The office was clean and everything was in its place. Dr. Rittenhouse was absolutely awesome. He explained things thoroughly. I could tell he really cared about our eyes. Lord Eye Center will definately be my primary eyecare facility going forward. To the Wrightsboro Rd staff - Be Blessed and keep up the great work. Regina
Keeda , Donna, marissa, Dr brodil Were extremely extremely amazing from the moment of my arrival to the departure of my leave made me feel like more than just a customer felt like family. I was extremely comfortable everything was fast but efficient cater to all my needs and listen to me clearly out of all my years of going to the eye doctor this is the best I have ever been to.Please keep up the amazing work ladies and continue to be yourselves
This was probably the best time I have ever had at the eye doctor in literally forever. The new doctor is just the nicest and really tries to connect with you as a patient so that you understand everything better. The staff was also extremely friendly and super nice. They really made shopping for eye glasses fun and made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Really good prices and deals on their merchandise as well, even got a free pair of sunglasses!

2022-08-19My husband and I were visiting from out of town, and I noticed the My Eye Doctor store as we were driving through the mall. We needed our glasses adjusted/tightened and went in hoping they would do it even though we were not customers. We were immediately greeted with a smile by Marysa, who said it was no problem. Marysa and Felicia were helpful in answering questions and Marysa did a wonderful job with our glasses. Thank you for your kindness and helping us! When we retire down here in a few years, you can be sure we will become regulars!

2022-08-03We have been long time eye patients at this store and I have to say this was the best visit we had to date!! We were greeted at the door by Marysa and 2 girls at the desk that were very happy and friendly. All girls were so helpful that we weren’t sure we were in the same office!! Then we meet the Jennifer (the eye Dr.) She was so kind an very thorough and explained all answers to our questions! I hope this group of ladies stay here a very long time as we were very impressed by our visit!!Thank you!!

2022-05-19I highly recommend this office. I initially scheduled an eye appointment for my daughter with Augusta University but they were booked til August. I called MyEyeDr and they were able to get her an appointment two days later. When we first walked in it was a very calm friendly environment. They greet you soon as you walk in. They said it would take my daughter two weeks to get her glasses but they came a week early. I am very impressed and highly recommend them to anybody who needs to see an ophthalmologist!!!!!

The practice truly thrives in diversity and allows their staff members to fully be themselves. It was so authentic that I did not want to leave..The manager was so fun, sweet, and unique. Chiquita was also patient and went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service.. That place rocks🫡‼️

2022-09-15I had the best experience with choosing eyeglasses. Donna is Absolutely amazing. I walked out with two pairs. Donna gave her professional Recommendations and Im so glad I listened.. all of the girls there were great and friendly. Dr brodil was an absolute charm. Marissa Chiquita Felicia and Sarah!!!! What girl power!!!!! Together these girls could run the world

2022-06-16So dissatisfied. Once a place I recommend both to family and friends has since became a place everybody should avoid. How unfortunate that a customer can be told what their facility is going to do for you to only find out you are now in a bind! My appointment would have been in July. Last month I was told that since the waiting list for an exam was 2 months, they would give me a pair of contacts to hold me off. Today I called to make sure they had a pair before I came. Guess what! They are not going to give them to me! How am I suppose to be able to function for a month? Their suggestion was to go somewhere else. So save your time and make an appointment somewhere else.

2022-07-27Marysa the General manager is a real KAREN! I scheduled appointments for my daughters well in advance for eye appointments a month and a half to be exact!. However upon my arrival to check in I was advised that my appointment was cancelled. And that they tried to call me on 7/7 and 7/30 to confirm my appointment she never was able to show me where they attempted to contact me with no success. Then Karen (Marysa) says that they even emailed me to confirm, As I pulled up my email there was no email from My eye Dr group in reference to confirming my appointments. Kudos to Felicia! Who was very professional during this unfortunate process! And Karen (Marysa) Have a blessed day!
