So, after my review below, this company did a complete 180!! John was particularly excellent!! He didn’t take offense to my negative review like most would do. He sincerely wanted to fix the problem and make it right. I was so impressed with him that I gave them a second chance and it was nothing but excellent. They gave me a quote to fix my truck that for other reasons I declined but ended up selling my broken down truck to them.They even gave me a portion of my bill back as a refund.I will absolutely use this company in the future and recommend them to others.Ps, ASK FOR JOHN!!!!!!!Horrible experience. This was a recommendation from a local mechanic. Guy on the phone was super nice. He asked me to do a review before they even serviced my vehicle and told me he would give me a discount if I did.They trick you with their diagnostic fee!! I went in for rear brake pads. Just pads and my bill was 500.00 and some change.Funny thing is that the guy who promised me the discount was avoiding me like the plague the entire 5 hours I was there. And that was with “an appointment “Another comical thing is after I left the manager called me and said his mechanic left a tool hanging from my truck and wanted me to drive back and return it 😂😂. Knowing this place was 45 minutes from my home.Only go here if you have plenty of money and enjoy being ripped off
My Jeep broke down. I called Ed at the Auburn location. Their driver Trey J. came to where I was broke down immediately and helped get my Jeep running as my twins were in the Jeep with me. They were so helpful and honest as to what the issue was with my Jeep. Trey fixed the issue for me in the parking lot I was sitting in. I will be only calling Myles truck repair for any service issues in future as they are honest and a family oriented company. I had some loose wires and he fixed it for me (it was a simple fix that would have cost me alot of money anywhere else) thank you!

Very professional and accommodating. Took me in on an emergency repair. Paul worked as hard as possible to fix my trailer. He did magic. They were very busy but fit me in and stayed late to finish the job. My tow truck driver Dusky was also awesome. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.
We called for a fuel issue on a Ram 5500. Myles had a service truck to us within an hour and the mechanics got it fixed in just 30 minutes. Quick service at a fair price. Far better than waiting 2 weeks at the dealer. Thanks Myles!

Kevin and his crew at Myles truck repair in Auburn have been taking care of our fleet for the last few months. They have done a phenomenal job at making sure our trucks and trailers are in excellent working condition at all times providing superior service in a timely fashion. We would also like to send a special shout out to Tyler who went above and beyond took the time to assist us with a separate door issue on one of our trucks today.
Absolutly terrible place to bring in a truck. Ive spent over 5 grand and issue is still not fixed. Plug is still wired incorrectly and ive already brought the truck in twice.
The way the people in this workshop deceive you is impressive, we had an emergency in the truck and we waited four days to make the diagnosis, for one hour they charged me for two hours and they planned the work for the next two or three more days. It was a difficult situation without food, bathroom or anything I think they even felt good about our problem, I do not recommend this place we moved to another workshop and very different attention.

Brought my truck in for injector problem. They replace all 6 injectors. Next day one of the injector fails. They replaced the faulty injector that they installed, and CHARGED ME AGAIN TO REPLACE THEIR FAULTY PART. Had the truck back there 3 more times for the same problem and they CHARGED me every time for their screw ups. Finally took my truck to another mechanic who fixed it. Worst $7000 I ever wasted.UPDATE: per our phone conversation, the service managers and mechanics were great. The policy of charging me for replacing defective parts that YOU put on my truck, along with repairs THAT defective part caused is just poor business. Ive been told this will be resolved by Friday, and if it is I will remove my negative review. Bottom line is you made me pay for your screw up.
This is the place I recommend whenever you need Truck PM & other repair services. The place is very clean & spacious. The service is great. They are amiable and professional. Had an emissions issue Cascadia and these guys are awesome. They got me right in and got me right out. They were awesome at letting me know what the price was and having my authorization. Also these guys saying good ol boy shop are ridiculous theyre just upset theyre truck went down. Most fair shop ive been to and i been to them all
Ed was great in his communication, professionalism and friendliness as he scheduled my RV for oil & transmission fluid changes. He kept me up to date on how it was going. I definitely enjoyed the process of working with Ed to get the work done.
I highly recommend Myles truck service! They are polite, honest and fairly priced! We had to be towed to their yard because we were having truck troubles which is never fun. We called and got a tow, figured out the problem, ran a diagnostic test and cleared the codes. What a weight lifted off of us! STAY FAR AWAY from this shop the lie, they will over charge and when u explain to the Mangers they act like they going to do something but do nothing but lie. I went in check engine light and check light and my high and low switch on the shifter 5400 it was a 2 day job surpose to be a 8 to 10hr job they said it was 14hr and we talked to the manager Ryan and he said its not a 14hr job and was going talk to them but did nothing 4.5 STAR is lies stay away if u want to save some money and stay away if u are of color they play over here this a good Ole boy shop.

My husband got his truck alignment done from this place a few days ago. The reason he chose this was because of the 5 stars. They took 5 hours and charged $700 and still there is wearing on his tire. They are a rip off and didn’t even do a good job.

This was the best decision I made when I was looking to get my personal vehicle serviced. I thought they only worked on big trucks, boy was I wrong. They treated me as if I was a major trucking company. Management was very professional and they kept me up to date. They figured out the problem after others couldnt. I hope that I dont have any more probl, but if I do theres no question where I will take my business.

Miles truck repair is a big rip off. They charged approximately $140 to patch a tire.Listen if you are ever in need of work been done on your truck do your self a favour and go to an actual shop. My bill came up to $1300.00 for the to patch tires. UNBELIEVABLE IM HIGHLY DIGUSTED OF ABOUT COMPANIESTAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

Very bad place try to avoid if you can especially if you dont speek English very well they are not helpful especially the lady at the receptionThey charge me $196 for an inspection and after 3 days they said they discovered another malfunction
Had a skipping truck. They diagnosed a bad injector harness and got it fixed right away. They went above and beyond to diag rather than just replacing injectors they found the harness was damaged and PROVED it before even quoting. Top notch shop

I drove there on emergency to fix a tire while I was out of my area and when I got there even though they said open 24 hrs I couldnt see any one face to face. I had to call a phone number and they wanted to send a service truck to me for a simple repair. I thought $$$$$ so I refused the service and drove 15 miles to a home depot to get fix a flat

I met Myles Wrecker Service on Instagram and was very impressed with their Trucks and equipment. Ive had the pleasure of talking with them on IG message about their well maintained and very nice looking Rigs. I found them to be more than kind and it was a real pleasure to talking with them. I havent used their services yet but I wouldnt hesitate to when that day comes that I do.

Worst experience with this company, they came out to Walmart in Lawrenceville, GA to tow unattended Semi trucks away, I was with my truck but they got mad when I took a video of them starting to work on towing trucks, they turned on me and left those trucks and started backing up to my truck , I was shocked with such a bullies and drove away leaving some tools i worked with on the truck behind, they called the police and falsely accused me of trowing tools at them , I was amazed to say the least because I never attempted such a thing, police was very rude , very unprofessional and decided to not believe a word I say, I hope I can bring a legal action against the police and towing company(people involved )for their lack of moral and abuse of power , its a shame to have such a corrupt public servants, full refund is how u can help, joining your employees with lies is not helpful

They charge to much for diagnostic and has zero resolve, trucku stayed in the shop for two days and they couldnt solve the problem at ABS to finally charge me just for diagnostic, nobody called me or sent me an email, I went to check the truck yesterday morning and at noon I called, I received an answer yesterday on the phone that everything is almost ready and that everything will be fine, no I was notified about one authorization or another, so in the end my problem was not solved, how can you say that the truck is ready if the problem is not solved....
Edd And Johnny Are The Best I Got In And Out In A Day. Went To Do A DOT Inspection But I Had A Few Issues That Failed. They Got It Repaired And Road At A Reasonable Rate. Thanks For The Service✊🏾

So glad to have access to a reputable repair shop in our area. We were having problems with our one box. The dealership would have had us to replace it. Myles knew better. They were able to diagnose the issue, and get us repaired and moving. It took a few days, but it was a very complex issue, so that was expected. Truck is running great now.We will definitely use them as our repair shop going forward.Thanks guys. We sure do appreciate you.Update - we’ve been using Myles in Auburn since they opened and still love it. High quality service at a reasonable price. Maintaining a rig is not cheap, and we know that when our truck leaves Myles facility, it’s done right.

2022-05-04Myles Truck Repair provides excellent service and very professional! They also keep you updated on progress and send pictures of the problems and also send pictures as they fix it. Ed was very nice and professional and also gave me real information and no sugar coating. Ed kept it clear on what was going on and made sure everything was fixed properly before returning my equipment. I give them 5 star rating and refer anybody over to them, they won’t let you down!

2022-03-02Great, fast service. I had a hole in a trailer and my shipper wouldnt load me. Myles Truck repair got me right in and had it taken care of fast and effectively. They dont even do body work but it was a simple fix and they went right to work for me. I cant thank them enough.

2022-03-15Starter gave out and needed to some minor rewiring, ole boy Chance came out there in a jiffy. Fixed it right on up. I called loves and another mechanics and they left me hanging. Ole chance got out here and got me straight. These boys are good! Thanks C man!

2021-10-13Great heavy truck repair shop. Dealt with them a few times and always get good service. Theyve towed me off the Interstate before with great response time and attitude and also repaired the truck back at the shop. Good place to get aftermarket parts from also. Prompt DOT inspections. Friendly and super nice shop.

2021-10-08Great work! I had to have my truck towed to the shop because of a brake issue. Ed and his team were friendly and professional. When the work was done, Kevin took the time out to walk me through the repairs and answered all my questions. These guys are great! I highly recommend them for any of your truck repairs.

2021-12-15First time there, and last time. I took it in to get a three axle alignment, I was told on the phone it is a 3 hour fee, which is $443.00. They also charged me an extra half hour to straighten up the steering wheel. I had an 8am appt, finally got the truck back at about 1:30pm. After being there over 5 hours, and for nearly the last two of those hours them telling me that all they need to do is finish paperwork, I couldnt wait to get out of there. After I took back the truck, the steering wheel was almost in the same position as I took in the truck. I called to complain, they told me to bring it back. The truck was test driven at least twice, and I do not see how they could not have seen the steering was still not on center. I appreciate them asking me to come back, but for the time I will lose going back and waiting, Id rather do it myself, and do it right. Also, what they dont tell you that after they charge you $443.00 for three hours of alignment, they also put in another $66.45 in shop supplies. They said that fee gets put on every repair. I am very disappointed, paying nearly $600 for a 3 axle alignment, keeping me there over 5 hours and steering wheel still not on center. You can get the same alignment done for less than half the price of what I paid elsewhere, and not get tacked on hidden fees.
