Myles Truck Repair in other cities:
Bryce who is now at the Lawrenceville location handled my fiancés 2006 Ford F-250 6.0 flawlessly, after being lied to, mistreated & disappointed by the old manager of the shop Veito. My fiancé woke up one morning & tried to start his truck after spending $7400 in injector replacement, the truck cranked, but didnt start. We contacted the shop & Veito wanted to charge another $1000 to send a mobile mechanic out A MILE DOWN THE ROAD to inspect the truck. We declined & were left without a truck. We then received a call from Bryce at the Auburn location, who took care of us, had the truck towed out to his shop, and took full responsibility for everything & made sure the truck got back on the road. The truck was at the Auburn location for about a week, we recently received the truck back, and it runs BETTER than it ever has! We also just received a follow up call this morning making sure the truck was still running great! We just cant thank him enough, absolute great positive service from Bryce! We will definitely continue to use Myles Truck Repair! Thank you for everything Bryce
I spent nearly $2000 and only walked away with new clamp on a hose. Return my truck twice and its still not fixed. I just gave away 2k. I hate to right this review because I like the people but this is extremely frustrating. Nobody havent even attempted to make it right and I was a loyal customer.
They Saved my dayI was looking for this fitting around all parts stores, went to Myles for my last option, they gave me this connection for free ,like I said it is only $5 -$10 fitting BUT Without it I wouldn’t be able to make my pick up on time .Thank you Myles ,God Bless you ,I will come back again .For repair if I ever needed
BETWEEN MYLES AND ALANTA COMMERCIAL TRUCK SALES WHY WOULD U GIVE A TOW TRUCK DRIVERS NUMBER LYING TO SAY HES THE OWNER.NO OWNER WILL PUT A PERSONAL NUMBER UP FOR GRABS FOR THE PUBLIC TO HAVE. SO THAT DOESNT WORK. I am really not gonna say things to fast on reviews until proff is in the pudding 100%for the long haul.ALSO IF A COMPANY OR PERSON IS PUSHING U TOO MUCH TO MAKE A REVIEW AND THEIR ARE THINGS U HAVE TOO FIND OUT 1ST WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME .DONT MAKE THE REVIEW YET WAIT!
My truck has electric problems and I left here to be fixed . They gave me an estimate of $500 ( 3 hours of service) . My bus stay 10 days with theM and I never got one call from the place , and the place did not solve my problem . I called 3 times and in the last one , the place told me that they can not fixed my bus and that they are not specialized in electrical and try to charge $340 for diagnostic. Don’t waste your time with this place ! Worst experience ever …
If you are ever in the Lawrenceville, GA area... please please please check these guys out! The most informative, kind and talented individuals in the trucking business that Ive ever met! Shawn and Franklin were wonderful to service my RAM 3500, when I was at a loss with every other service shop I had been to. These guys truly care about their customers and are very intelligent about the automotive industry. Thanks to them I can now drive my truck several hours home without being terrified something bad will happen... 5-star rating for sure. Must go see!
AUSTIN the Service Mrg.. was rude.. did not want to help me after I càlled him, that the clutch line has Littlery fell apart from the rear end of the newly transmission, AUSTIN is rude very disrespectful told me as Customer Im stupid an idiot as well as my Company.. tried lying to me as well. Terrible Service
Had a truck towed in for a trans issue. Diag rate was more than fair and communicated to me well. They had an easy to use portal based software that kept me up to date. Overall really happy with these guys will use the shop again if I’m in Atlanta in need of truck repair
Johnny , Ed and the guys did a great job on my truck. I waited for 2 weeks at another shop before I got fed up and brought it to them. They were very quick great communication and were very timely with the repairs. I will definitely be referring them and going there again!
My motorhome was a non starter. No lights or cranking, it had a brand new battery. Myles was called to tow it to the shop. The driver asked what was the problem and I explained. He looked under the hood and spotted a bad connector on the battery. I happened to have a spare connector, I swapped it out and the engine started right up. They saved me a costly repair bill. Thank you again for for the great service.
I have a 2011 diesel F250 that was experiencing power loss at varying intervals of RPMs. Myles Truck Repair took on this challenging repair and invested quite a bit of time and resources into resolving. The result of the efforts was giving me back a truck that drives better than the first time I drove it. What I appreciated most was the amount of communication I received from them throughout the repair process. They kept me updated on the progress and I was confident that the cost of repairs were necessary.
I think your shop do care about your customers. I do appreciate you going over all my questions with me. I gave 4 stars only because, it took couple more days to repair my truck then expected and I didnt get a new updated charges. I hope Ill be able to give 5 stars next time.
Myles Truck repair has been great to work with. They helped me to keep my trucks running for my business. The customer service that you get when getting your truck serviced is Very Good. They do a good job explaining the issue of the truck. Austin was a great help for me at both locations in helping get my trucks in and out in timely matters. The crew in the shop are real knowledgable of the trucks. The towing department also saved us a few times and those transactions were also a breeze. Thanks Myles ....
Can’t say enough good things about these guys! They really know their business. As a single woman traveling alone with two yorkie pups, I really need an honest and professional diesel repair shop for my F2 50 power stroke diesel. And I got lucky!! They made me feel that I was part of the family and that I could definitely trust them to do the work. Thank you Steve and Ryan, and Miles Diesel repair shop Located in Lawrenceville Georgia.
I have used this company on numerous occasions since the engine in my Hyundai Sonata blew up about a month and a half ago and I can promise you that it is not because they were the only ones that I could reach at the times that I needed help! I could make this review go on for days just talking about how kind and personable their employees are to speak with. It didn’t matter if it was getting a call back to confirm pickup/drop off locations, making sure I was happy with the service, or just spending a few minutes laughing with the wonderful Barbara, her daughter Amber- “The late night phone picker-up-er-er” and the numerous drivers that I’ve talked to, (sorry to the drivers, I have name amnesia) every single time I spoke with somebody it was like they were more worried about my vehicle than I was.Call for yourself and within a few seconds you’ll feel like they’d have you over for dinner! Good people, good company, good business, intelligent, kind, and more than reliable.CALL THEM FIRST!(And believe it or not, I am not an employee of this company leaving a review for business purposes. Call for yourself if you need them and you’ll see what I’m talking about).-Cody S.-
Want to know how to get a free drink? Leave a 5 star google review for these guys. I would deffinetly think twice before leaving your truck with these guys. Anyone who has to bribe customers for positive reviews is obviously doing something wrong. It took them 3 attempts to correctly fix the U joints on my 2007 dodge ram 3500truck. All said and done they charged me over $2000 for a job that would have costed half the price at any honest shop
Did great work repairing my f250. They do everything from pickups to rvs to big trucks. If your around lawrenceville and you need a good shop to take care of your truck this is it. The guys were super helpful and kept me up to date with good details to what needed to be done. None of that dealership language. Great shop. Highly Recommend
Not sure what MAxsam is talking about this shop is the most honest diesel shop ive been too. It sounds like hes upset his trucks junk. This shop handles themselves super professional. When i brought my DD15 in for a Check engine light they sent a estimate with pictures and tons of details explaining to some one like me who doesnt know trucks what was wrong. They were fair and efficient.
This company is so family oriented. I love how you can walk in the front door and they treat you like they have known you for years. They always do an amazing job on timing and professionalism. I would high recommend coming to Myles when ever I need work done or a tow.
MY husband was broke down up there in their area and I gave him their number he called and they said they would send someone out it would be a few hours. Well by 5:00 no one had showed up so he called them back and they said sorry they werent going to make it out. Now its after 5:00 and im 200 miles away trying to find someone to make a service call, hes been on the side of the road all day without so much as a drink of water and these people didnt have the common courtesy to call and say they where sorry they couldnt get someone out there. So if you ever break down up there I wouldnt call this business they are not reliable.this is why we didnt use them and never will.
I called Myles Truck Repair because my driver could not get her truck started after getting unloaded at a facility in Lawrenceville GA. The gentleman I spoke to was named John. He was super friendly and super helpful. He got a road service truck out to my driver is less than half an hour. They diagnosed the issue (a burnt wire on the starter) and had my driver fixed and rolling in under an hour. Also, their call out fee was 1/2 the price of everyone else in the area.I have dealt with road services in the past that are quick to take advantage of companies and drivers when they are stranded a long way from their home terminal. It is refreshing to deal with honest and good people who do what they say, and at a fair price. My trucks are in the ATL area often, and Myles has earned my business for life. Highly recommended.
Contacted this company on a Sat AM when another failed to service our RV on Fri afternoon as promised After a night in a parking lot because my brakes were not working they came and towed us to their shop within 90 min. On Mon AM they got right on my coach. Not only did they fix my brakes they located and repaired an alternator problem that would have stranded us later. I cannot say enough good things about the patience and good treatment their employees extended to us.
Went in to have air conditioning not cooling. Discovered that the compressor that was replaced in June was not working because when the other repair shop put it in they crossthreaded the hose to the compressor. They spent 3 days working on it as we waited. Very patient with us being there all day watching TV. John, Brice and everyone else there were great.
Ive had the pleasure of meeting Myles Truck Repair on Instagram. I havent needed to use their services yet but after talking with them on IG message I wouldnt hesitate to call them. Im very impressed with the equipment they have and the pride they have in their Trucks. First Class business in my books and very kind people to talk with also.
Had a wonderful experience with this shop. Johnny Mcgullion is very nice and super professional tech, has an excellent customer service skill and is always communicating with his customers. I Highly recommend anyone to bring their truck here for any service you might need. Again Johnny than you for all your hard work
We have been using Myles for a few months now. We have had several issues with our truck. We have only dealt with Johnny and Austin. They are both very prompt with getting us in and getting us fixed up. The communication is excellent. So far so good. We definitely recommend Myles Truck Repair and will continue to use them in the future.
Todd Myles and all his boys at Myles Truck Repair are wonderful. My husband and I have used them several times over the years and they handle even the most extensive problems with precision and efficiency. I really appreciate how knowledgeable these men are in their line of work and how reasonable their prices are. Their southern hospitality and friendly demeanor make you feel right at home. Id recommend Myles Truck Repair to everyone! Pay them a visit and see for yourself!
My truck broke down pretty far in to Atlanta and Myles was there for me. Best rates not only in town but around the north Georgia area. Friendly guys who are passionate about what they do and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. HIGHLY recommend using them for any of your tow/ repair needs!
This outfit will get more of my business. They provided a solid service. I pulled up, Jon came out and troubleshot the issue, took pictures and showed me them while explaining I needed a new clutch (the springs on the disc had busted and fell to the bottom of the clutch housing. They pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone from my details of the issues I was having. However, they will insist on seeing the unit to make a definitive diagnosis, which to anyboby with some sense would make perfect sense. They replaced:Clutch - $1161.43Input Shaft Kit - $ 423.93Rear Main Seal - $ 39.77Bearing - $ 13.1916QT 50wt Trans Fluid - $ 223.8411Hrs of Labor - $1537.36____________Total - $3656. 29While the price may seem high for some but its lower than many for the quality of service you get. I didnt have to get the new input shaft for the $400.00+ but doing so added an extra year warranty to the clutch. 1 year warranty turns into 2 years...just like that. I wouldnt have know that had Jon and Austin not recommended it. Myles provides a 90 day warranty on their labor, which is pretty standard with these trucks I think. I was quoted $4500-$5200 for the same job. Ive used two other shops in Lawrenceville and these guys will get my business until the need arises for me to change shops. Thanks Austin and John for all your help. You guys rock! I hope Todd can find a place for the new addition of the McDs Semi truck diecast on his walls. The whole staff is awesome. I even got to meet Milly the Labradoodle!!! Until next time...😎🤘🏼😎🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
I’m really impressed with the workmanship and customer service. They actually take the tome to find the problem instead of guessing which can be expensive. Jacob was my tech today and he actually went far and beyond to diagnose and fix quickly. The best thing about them is they actually have techs that specialize in every aspect of diesel equipment. I would recommend small guys like myself and larger companies to use them. 10 stars if I could.
I have been dealing with truck repair shops for a long time and I am always weary of repair companies. I must say after using Myles Truck Repair a few times I will never let anyone else fix my &!%$. They are always straight up....the pricing is better than fair and they stand behind their work. When you go there its like going to your friends house to get your equipment fixed. They are really down to earth.
These guy’s are phenomenal. I was having electrical issues with my truck and they worked late and even in the rain to get the problem solved. Austin put the best guys on my truck and if it wasn’t for him and his crew, I would still be out of service. Thanks Myles Truck Repair!!! ....Oh, they also bought me BREAKFAST!!!!! Wouldn’t have gotten that anywhere else.
The gang at Myles are awesome ..They have handled for over a year now my local fleet of 30+ vehicles maintenance and repairs and many times my no so local fleet spread throughout North GA. When it comes to the simplest to the most complex including rebuilds and heavy duty machinery and moffetts. I never have any issue after repairs like I have in the past with other vendors Ive had so I always can make the call with confidence. Todd the owner makes sure his mechanics treat my equipment as his own and between him, Vinny, Austin and Danny that place is ran like a well oiled machine. Pricing is outstanding and relative to the work performed. Equipment used is new and top tier and as far as Customer comfort... between the snacks, drinks and comfy waiting room you wont be in a rush to get out of there.. I couldnt be happier and more worry free and on a fleet manager perspective my yearly expenses have never been lower! If you stop in be sure to give Ruger a pat on the head!!
Very unprofessional mechanics. We waited 2 days and paid about 1000$ only for diagnostics. It is good we didnt believe them and took the truck to dealer and problem was totally different issue. So we lost money and time for nothing. If you are owner operator never go to this shop they will rip you off like you never forget .
OMG.My Truck has the problem on coolant fan clutch control on all times. I bringing it to Myles and theyre are fixed the problem right away.It is has in the dealers and different locations they cant tell the problem. Thanks to Ryan, Johny, Austin and all of Myles employees. They are very nice.I am strongly recommend that and will bring my truck to Myles for the service. Thanks so much Myles,Eric Galioto
We had a mishap with the exhaust system on our RV. It was more complicated than it first appeared, and Austin kept us in the loop as parts were ordered and repairs were in progress. We felt that the company made helping us get back on the road a priority. At all times workers were helpful and professional. Thanks, Austin and crew!
Great guys down there at Myles. I sent my family friends down there with their RV to get repaired. They travel the country and were looking to get back on the road quickly. After several dead ends at other shops they went to Myles from my reccomendation. Vinny, Austin and the guys at Myles stayed in communication with them and found the problem quickly! And cost them at least half from what they were going to spend elsewhere because they were honest about what it acutally needed. Thanks guys! Any future truck repairs will be referred to you! Amazing work and customer service!
Told me that my 2020 wabash trailer was covered under warranty for the repairs i had done. never had an update since. its been 2 months no word. i really like this shop and i still recommend anyone to go here. I just dont like how i was treated, but anyways i ended up paying full price for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty
Went to delivered parts to Myles truck yesterday n their parts truck caught my attention. It has two big smoke stack in the back of the cab n got a Mack bulldog emblem in the front n it looks pretty cool. Ck it out when u get ur trucks work in their shop. The owner n the people that works there r pretty cool n knowledgeable.
Don’t trust this shop, they wanted to charged me 18 000$ for inframe rebuild as if repairing my engine after messing up my valve adjustment for purpose, they hold my truck for two weeks letting me think that they were repairing something serious, I refused to do rebuild and took my truck to another shop, it turned out that all what needed to be done was just valve adjustment which COSTED ME ONLY 350$, I have all proof and VIDEOS they messed up my valve adjustment for purpose. They told me That theirs job cost me 2900$ which I paid without knowing that they were lying .Avoid this place drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very professional service shop. They were as helpful while the truck was in the shop as they were before they got it, unlike other service shops which give you the attitude after they take in the truck. As much as I hope not to take my trucks to service shops I would definitely take it here next time I need service.
I got stuck on icy hill in Monroe, Ga. Wrecker came and pulled me from in the road to a turn lane about 500 feet. $1100.00My response: The driver seemed like a good fellow so I didnt want to mention his friend (support vehicle ) hanging around talking to him while he worked. He didnt have proper equipment ( tow hooks for Cascadia ) and to be fair, I didnt have them either. He hooked and lifted my truck and pulled me forward and my trailer brakes were frozen so the rear of my trailer was sliding sideways. We spent a few minutes banging on brake shoes but because I was on ice we couldnt free them. His friend (support vehicle ) said, I have a strap and he hooked it to the rear of my trailer and his 4 wheel drive pickup and pulled the rear of my trailer sideways out of the road. I asked the driver if he could pull me across the steet to a dirt lot where I could get traction and maybe free my brakes but he didnt want to and I dont blame him because we couldnt control the trailer. I sat there about an hour when I got a message that my account was debited $1100. I called my company and they said I had to take it up with you. You said the driver was there 2 1/2 hours and you were actually giving me a break. I checked my dashcam but it had already recycled and erased the tow truck pulling up so I have no proof that he wasnt there any where near 2 hours except it doesnt take 2 hours to do what was done. I paid $1100 to be towed 500 feet and left on the side of the road with frozen brakes and no way to go anywhere. Later the sun came out and melted the ice and I was able to bump my truck back and forth to free brakes and went on my way no thanks to you. I paid my money, said my piece and will not revisit this site or your company.
As the recently retired Fleet / Facility Manager of Airgas South .....prior to my retirement I was instrumental in referring some of the Airgas locations to Myles Truck Repairs & Wrecker Service for on site and on the road repairs up to and including their wrecker services. Based on recent input from continued friends still with my former employer, they are satisfied with the level of service given and especially the reaction time given to priority incidents !
My son Ron, a US soldier, is traveling from Ft. Hood. TX to Ft Lee VA to attend an Army school (1500 miles). Hes driving his Dodge Ram 1500, with his Harley in tow on a quality trailer. He noticed some vibration and got off the highway. This is a Saturday afternoon. He googled repair shops and called Myles Truck repair. They said bring it on over, since he was close. These men really took care of my son. They performed the necessary repair on the trailer while they talked Harleys, Dodge Trucks, Army and guns. He even left with a tee shirt. He was in the right place at the right time. I am grateful for the positive experience he had on the road.Thank you, gentlemen,John Barker, proud father
I brought my Infiniti QX4 to Myles Truck Repair because I was having issues with my 4WD. Austin, the shop foreman, got me in right away and handled my situation quickly and efficiently. I was in and out faster than I expected. Friendly mechanics, love all of the Myles guys. I would definitely reccomend Myles Truck Repair if you want fair prices, free snacks and have an excellent customer experience.
I took my 08 F-250 truck to Myles Truck Repair for an oil leak. It took a few attempts to get the problem nailed down. But special Thanks to Todd the owner and Austin. They really helped me to get this problem solved. I would definitely refer anyone to them for truck service. Thanks again Darron Watson.
Had a diesel F250 with a whining power steering pump, took it up to have pump replaced. When truck was picked up it was almost undriveable as the power steering was barely working at all. I was told that something in my steering column was shot and just so happened to go out same time they replaced the pump. Well come to find out they put in standard power steering fluid, newer ford diesels use a transmission fluid for power steering fluid. I would think a diesel shop would know this, and it was printed ATF ONLY on the fill cap. So i had to drain the fluid and refill it with the correct fluid... Truck is perfect now, but i was trying to avoid having to do the work myself. Other then that, they seemed to work quick and be friendly...
Beware truckers and drivers.do not take your trucks to repair at this place because they will keep destroying more stuff in your car or trucks. The workers are not professional and not qualified to repair your truck. My rating will be 0 to nothing rating because i took my truck there and they destroy my radiator and so many other things. This place need to be shut down and i wish an investigator could go in there and pretend that their trucks have a problem and see what happen next. They are rip off and people who just want customers to be coming back for service because they keep destroying your trucks.TRUCKERS BEWARE OF Myles Truck repair..THE FIVE STARS RATING IS A LIE BECAUSE THERE FRIENDS RATED THEM.Read the comment for Tran B..HE IS THE ONLY ONE SAYING THE TRUTH..

2022-06-07The Team at Myles Truck Repair is top notch. Great Customer service! They were able to get my motor home in and replaced the blower motor in a timely fashion when the dealer said it would be 3-6 weeks before they could look at it. Thanks again for the great service! I HIGHLY recommend.

2022-04-04Myles Truck Repair Shop serviced 2 of box trucks 3 years ago and did such a great job that I presently have one of those trucks with them now being repaired. Kevin gave me a break on the cost of a recent breakdown based on me being a return customer. Charles and the rest of the staff were courteous and seem to really valve my business. Thanks again!

2022-03-25Called them to have them tow my car to the Toyota dealership after i couldn’t get it started at ALL. Bull showed up in a timely manner and was extremely helpful and professional! He offered to look and make sure that the battery connections were secure and offered to jump the battery off before loading the car. Turns out one of the connections was loose. He tightened it up free of charge. No need to load the car and take it to the dealership. Would certainly use them for any towing needs in the future!!!

2022-08-24I called Myles to inquire about doing the rear brakes for my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable about the electronic parking brake. They walked me through the process of what needed to be done properly for that electronic brake. Overall, a good quality service.

2022-05-23SCAM. Stay far far away from this nightmare shop. Ive never had such a bad experience in my life. Dont expect the job to be done rite, Dont expect them to take any responsibility if the problem isnt fixed after several visits and several thousand dollars 11k if you were wondering what an oil leak cost me here. What you can expect is them to keep asking for more money until they actually find out the real issue. Definitely do not expect a returned phone call especially if its upper management. Im still waiting to be called back 🤣. Keep your money and take it somewhere else. At this point Im not sure if the technician is incompetent or if all the things they claimed were issues but fixed absolutely nothing were real issues.

2022-08-17The is one of the few great shops left. I had bought a supposed to be rebuilt motor from Robert Nashville Llc. They had taken it to Myles truck repair for the work to be done. Long story short I received a trashed motor that they blamed on them. I contacted Myles truck group about the motor and they informed me that they refused to work on the motor because it had a cracked head. They helped me more than I couldve asked for with pictures and documentation of the motor and explaining everything to me. For a place to help someone out thats 7hrs away and never talked to says alot about what type of business this is. Thanks for all the help I really appreciate it.
