Nalley GMC was able to get me in quickly. They took care of the car repair promptly and went above and beyond to help my family through the inconvenience of going to a dealership nearly an hour from home. It’s not the closest dealership, but it is my preferred dealership.
They treated me very fair! Professional to the point(numbers) fast with financial & paper work no B.S. no trying sell me stuff I didnt need or want....Would definitely do business with these folks again!! Thanks Nick & Mitch u made things happen for me & my family.Reece Dillon
One of the most unfriendliest car lots that I have ever been to. I feel as though they DID NOT try to sale me the vehicle I wanted, because it was a Saturday and they all looked like they did not want to be there. I really wanted the vehicle, but they was not fair with the trade value of my vehicle and they just genuinely acted like they didnt want to help.
Hands down worst experience ever. Save yourself the headache and find a different GMC dealership.Cannot get them on the phone, when you do get them on the phone you can expect untrained assistance. It was even recommended to me that I DELETE the emissions on our company truck to save time and headache performing the repairs that they could not perform.Would give 0 stars if it were an option.
I had been looking for a specific vehicle for the past 6 months. I finally found the one I wanted at Nalley Brunswick Buick GMC and contacted the dealership online. David called me immediately and we worked out the trade in value of my vehicle. After a few days of communication mostly through text messaging (which was extremely appreciated and most helpful while trying to work) I decided to move forward with the purchase. I was connected to Will in the finance department (also a great texter!) who was most helpful in answering all of my questions and finding me a great rate. I made the drive from Charlotte to Georgia and the process went smoothly. I was worried that they may try to lower the trade in value on my car, or the financing would be different, but the terms were just as discussed. The vehicle did have 1,000 more miles on it than advertised but the sales manager Marshall most definitely made up for it! David, Will, and Marshall - thank you!!
I had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I waited for 2 hours and finally asked about the progress. After waiting for assistance the man drove my car up and I assumed it had finished. They changed the oil but did not rotate the tires. There were too many people waiting for me to stay so I left with my service partially done. I was very disappointed.
This visit was to provide a refund for a previous repair which should have been covered under warranty. The service person did not go far enough to find out if a warranty applied. I had to pay over $1,000 of my money when it should have been covered under warranty. I even asked about a warranty and was told sorry this is not covered under any warranty. I had to write GM corporate to get this taken care. Your service dept needs to do more research before taking peoples money. While I am rating this service 5 stars, what happened earns ZERO stars.
I have had constant problems with the service department not rotating my tires, yet charging me for the service. The first couple of times I wasnt aware of the issue until the damage had already been done to my front two ties, which I then had to argue with the (then) service manager in order for Nalley to replace them. The same thing happened this week, they were not rotated but was charged for the service (though this time I made the office aware that the tires had not been rotated).
Early 3 Star Review: Just ok service. I highly recommend constantly checking on your vehicle’s progress because even though you’d think they’d inform you that your vehicle is finished, they don’t. 2 visits out of 2 there was no text, overhead announcement or service writer walking the 20 ft to the waiting area.***UPDATE***Shila in service is amazing! Her service with a smile attitude and communication with me throughout the day has added a star to my original review.
Chris, Marshall, and the whole crew at Nalley were a blessing to work with. I bought a new 2500 and needed to have it delivered to me. As soon as it came in, The Nalley team drove it to me, 200 miles away. You cant beat their prices and service. I completed the entire purchase remotely and without hassle. Well be buying our next vehicle at Nalley, and will be customers for a long time.
Jamie was professional from start to finish. It is not often that you take your vehicle to the dealer and not have that stigma of the “add ons”. I can say that I felt completely informed from start to finish with my vehicle service repair.Jamie also went above and beyond to assist me during this unique pandemic and my current mobility restrictions. I am needless to say thrilled with the service I received, the little effort required on my part, and the professionalism from all encountered. Will completely recommend to anyone regardless of the make, model of the car they own. Thanks to the entire crew and staff who made this possible. I am truly grateful!
Keith was on the spot when I arrived for a 2pm appointment. My car is a Chevrolet Corvette and they asked the right questions. Another Z06 owner recommended Nalley and I will continue to use them for as long as I own the car. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and for the price we agreed upon. A very good experience.
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Nalley in the 6 years and had to drive 4 hours to purchase my last vehicle due to the far from perfect customer service. I was looking to purchase a new 2021 GMC Sierra but was told they were not able to make the #s works. In July I had a issue with the Navigation system that is under warranty and took the truck in to Nalley and it took over 15 days total and 3 trips for them to replace a SD card. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a work order for the work done on my vehicle and still havent got anything. I have even reached out GMC directly and they are not even able to get anything from the dealership. Biggest issue is I have asked to speak to the GM for the dealership twice and that still hasnt happen. I guess once you dont buy locally your business doesnt matter.
I booked my appointment online through my myGMC app. It is a brand new GMC Acadia that I purchased in Thomasville Georgia. We are from Thomasville but have lived in Camden County the past 5 years.I booked my appointment for 7:30 AM. I have two small children and that works best for me because my husband was able to keep them while I got my vehicle serviced. The lady that helped me seemed very annoyed to help me. I also asked her about getting a key programmed because in delivery of my vehicle one of the key fobs was lost. My dealer sent me a new one and said I should be able to get it programmed at any GMC dealer. I inquired about it and was quickly told it would be $140. I explained that my dealer told me that it could be programmed at any dealership under my new car warranty.I was told again that my dealer was incorrect and that they would only do it for $140. I politely said thank you and continued to walk around the parking lot for the duration of my oil change.I was not aware that the Lobby would be closed if the dealership was offering 7:30 AM appointments. That was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. That is why we buy all of our vehicles fromSpence GMC in Thomasville. I would rather drive 3 hours for amazing service than 15 minutes to experience what I did at your dealership.I will seek service from now on at another GMC servicing center.
I have been very unhappy with my service at Nalley GMC in Brunswick. I could list several specifics but I will only share my experience today. I took my yukon in to get several recalls fixed on it only to be entering in to an argument between the GM and and another employee over something going on in the service department. They were arguing in the hallway of the dealership in front of several customers. I ended up not leaving my car for two reasons. 1) after what I heard/witnessed I wasnt confident the service department was capable of my repairs and 2) the fact that the employees were arguing in front of customers. I was very uncomfortable. I will not go back to Nalley GMC in Brunswick.
My experience with the service department has been exceptional. I purchased my car 2 years ago in Atlanta before I moved to Brunswick. I was having an issue with my air conditioner, which was still covered under warranty. They were able to fix it, and offered me a loaner vehicle until all of the parts arrived. Chris was very nice and graciously helped me to make it a seamless process. His outstanding performance has sold me on using this dealership for my future needs.
Jaime waited on me, she was very professional, and friendly. She informed me of any other service that need to be complete and didnt make me feel as if I had to get it done right then. I decided to get the recommended service. It didnt take hours for service to be completed. The wait time and Jaimes awesome customer service, will be the factor that will cause me to come back.
Nalley knocked it out of the park! We are from Virginia and had a terrible purchasing experience with our local Chevy dealer. Was just surfing the web and found a truck at Nalley so I reached out to them. They took us serious and immediately got me quotes and acted like I was there with the money. 2 weeks later, we decided to purchase the truck, and when we reached out, we could not have asked for better treatment. Upon arrival, the truck was spotless, and they had everything ready with 0 surprises!!!!! Long ride, but well worth it and we will return!!!!
I left my truck at 7,15 for a 9 am appointment. I left the key in the envelope box so they didnt find key or see my truck out front until I called at lunch. It seems changing a windshield washer is almost three hours so my labor and shop fee was 400 bucks, to install a 57 dollar part. This is really bad engineering on GMCs part and I doubt my next truck will be a GM. Total bill over 450 dollars which is ......bad is an understatement.
Thank you to Jamie and the guys in the service department. We were traveling. and had trouble with the battery in our Acadia. We called and they sqeezed us in. After checking the battery, replaced it for us at no cost. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend the service department!
Jeff Wentworth was extremely professional and superb to work with. Will was equally exceptional. Lastly, I left a pair of Oakley sunglasses in my trade-in vehicle. Your team got those sunglasses back to me the next day. I really appreciate how honest and professional your entire staff was. Thank you very much!
The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was smooth and fast. I did not feel pressured by sales, like I have been in the past at multiple lots. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle without feeling pressured into something more than you want and feeling like you are with family.... ask for Kyle!
Having two(2) vehicles , a GMC terrain and Cheve Truck Silverado put in for repairs we had to Jocky them so I had a vehicle to use. The team was very helpful in this regard. Total estimated repair costs approx 4000.00. My only comment is lack of feed back. Keeping me informed as to the vehicle status, Now Particularly The Silverado. this is the third time the idiot light to check engine light is on. Since I have gotten the Truck back and after three days the Check engine light is on again. This being the fourth time now. I use the truck very little. A 2004 with only 80,000 miles
We stopped here looking for a truck. We were met by a salesman named Kyle. My husband told him what price range and payment we needed and he said he thought he had something that would be where we needed it to be and he did. Kyle was very professional and worked hard to find us what we wanted. It was a great buying experience. We will definitely purchase from them in the future and will recommend them to others. Thanks KYLE CARTER and Nally Buick GMC we love the truck. You guys are awesome!!!
I purchased an automobile from Nalley GMC of Brunswick, Georgia, On February 11, 2021. I drove 2.5 hours home with it. I started it a few days later and there was no AC or Heat and the antenna flew off when I turned the radio on. I called all day Monday and the salesman Mitch NEVER returned my call. I finally called on Tuesday and they said I could bring it down on Thursday. I have only owned the car one week. I drove in the rain from SC to Georgia and once again the heat was going on and off . It had no antenna (there was a brand new antenna in the trunk of the car that no one bothered to put on). When I arrived at Nalley I went to Mitch and asked if I could wait there for four hours while they went through the car and put the antenna (new) on. He said yes. The previous day, the very unpleasant girl from service called and said that I should leave it over the weekend if it was an electrical problem. I was under the impression that when you bought a car and paid for it that it should be in GOOD WORKING CONDITION! I arrived there at 10:30 and stayed in Brunswick , Georgia for 4 hours waiting for the car. When I went back to get it, Mitch had NO IDEA what was going on with the car?? No idea if they had put the new antenna on and no idea about anything with the car!! He sold me the car!! Then a very mean faced girl from service came out of the back with a miserable attitude and said that she told me I would have to leave the car for the weekend for anything electrical. I asked if they had mechanics that work on Saturday and Sunday? Naturally they dont! They would not tell me anything at all about the car I had just purchased! When I asked if the antenna had been put on she said NO! They were as RUDE as can be and NONE of them KNEW anything! I told them to get my car. She then came out the other door with a mechanic that never said a word and she said to me , WE ARE NOT FIXING YOUR CAR!!! Nice people!!! The rudest individuals I have ever done business with. I will visit with my attorney today since Nalley GMC has no use for you as a customer once they get their money! What a bunch of lazy overweight disgusting people! Shameful!! They are a disgrace! When individuals are that miserable with themselves, they should not be working with the public! The worst Auto Dealer I have ever done business with in my life!!
Very Thankful!!!Tim took the time with us, we bought a used 15 passenger van!!We had been looking for an older one. Its absolutely perfect!!! All of the staff here goes above and beyond, were very very thankful!!Thank you all so much!!P.S. Tim is awesome, so be sure to say hello if you choose another sales person. ☺☺☺
Not willing to budge in price. 2 days later advertised same vehicle 300 dollar cheaper and didnt bother to call me about it. I called them about it. Did not point out imperfections on vehicle, found them myself after the purchase. Tried calling several times to talk with manager but kept getting transferred around to everyone else as manager is not in his office the 3 times I called. I even asked for his voicemail but aparently thats not allowed. This is not making this any better. I can be reached at 242 8920.
Went in for service on my 2015 Lacrosse, oil change and tire rotation. After I left l was getting gas I noticed the tires on the passenger side were not rotated but drivers side was. I had to go back to Nalley and get this corrected. Extra time it cost me. Not very professional.
Jason OConnor was awesome. He was excellent in answering our questions and spent a lot of time showing us what we were asking for. I was impressed that he had everything ready for our arrival - could not have asked for more. Also, Greg and his team were very good preparing our papers so we could drive out with our new Buick Envision!! Very happen with our purchase.
I have to say as a woman its sometimes nerve racking shopping for cars. But Nalley changed all that for me. Not only was I treated with respect and dignity, I also found my dream car and was very pleased with the deal I received. I did do some checking after I purchased and found that I saved a lot more than any other dealership was willing to do. James, Craig and Christian were great and they all were so kind to me and my dog. Yes Nalley is dog friendly. I recommend Nalley Buick to everyone. Job well done!!!
I made an appointment and was assigned a representative but he wasn’t even working. The customer service wasn’t good at all. The wait to get checked in seemed very long with only one person available. I immediately called to make an appointment at another dealership. I came in just to get the engine light checked but was told it could take a couple hours right after sitting here and hearing him tell someone on the phone that they were not busy at all. Definitely not a female friendly environment. This is the second dealership that I have been to since moving to Georgia. This was a big difference from the other but I came because it was closer to my house. Next time I will just drive the distance for the service.
Wow! Blew a tire on the way home from the beach. These guys got us two new tires from a competitor and matched the price. Only charged us $20 / tire to mount and balance. They did it all in an hour. Super friendly and they only made $40. It was all about service to them. Great waiting area too.
3 weeks ago, I was heading to pick up a new smoker. I thought I had a rear end issue on my 04 LB7 Duramax after driving 600 miles the day before. I got to the dealership at 7:15 am. A service manage had his first diesel tech check my trucks drivetrain thoroughly. They found nothing wrong. With added confidence, I was on my way by 8:15 for a nominal cost. These folks are top notch!
Sales department deceived me on a sales price. They accepted my price of what I would spend for a truck over the phone and after driving 2 hours to come to their facility the sales department said they could not honor the offer, the sales rep was confused, etc. I still bought the truck but then they tried to get me to take the truck with a broken shield with a crack that was 13 inches in length. They did not have the windshield in stock and had to order the replacement. Then Nalley service Dept ordered an aftermarket (the cheapest one they could find) windshield only to find out that when the windshield came in it would fit and delayed even more of me getting my truck. I will NEVER do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Will recommend Critz (Savannah) and Woody Folsom (Jesus).
What a GREAT dealer. Took my Silverado in today for 6 month Auto Butler service (they are the closet dealer to me (1 hour) that provides Auto Butler service) and for headlight lens restoration. The auto butler and headlight restoration was completed promptly and the headlight lens restoration was amazing. One lens was so clouded you couldnt see the bulb and now it looks brand new. I highly recommend this service if your headlight lens are clouded. But that is not the reason for writing this review. As I was leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on and the vehicle idle was rough. I immediately went back into the service area and told them what I was experiencing and they promptly scoped the engine and determined that one of the cylinders was not firing. They proceeded with additional work to determine the cause. Once they determined the cause, they explained that they did not have the necessary parts to do the repair and they needed to order them. I advised them that I lived over an hour away and would prefer not to make another trip back as I normally take my vehicle to a local dealer near to where I live (this dealer does not do Auto Butler). Nalley was very understanding and did what they could to get me back on the road. If they had the parts in stock I would have let them do the repair but since they didnt, I opted to go to my local dealer to save myself another trip to Brunswick. And on top of everything, they didnt charge me for the troubleshooting. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Thank You Nalley Buick-GMC.
We were lied to and about in the GMC service department. Our vehicle issue WAS covered under our warranty. Confirmed and appointment made at another dealership. My vehicle was used by someone for personal use. They left their trash in my vehicle. Can’t trust a dealership that allows that to happen. What else was my vehicle used for??
Ive taken my vehicle to Nalley several times and have always been very satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and professional. The service manager, Stan Lanier, and Zach Nuss are awesome! My vehicle was making a loud noise so I stopped by just before closing time to drop it off. Stan and Zach both came out and stayed a little late to see if they could figure it out. The next day they had everything fixed and I was back on the road. I highly recommend Nalley and will be bringing my vehicle here for any services I may need. Thanks guys!
The truck broke down in less than an hour.I just bought a used truck and didn’t even make it home. On 3/6/18 I bought a duramax diesel truck from Nalley and about an hour into my two hour trip home the low coolant light came on and the truck started to creep up in temperature. I quickly pulled off onto the Richmond Hill exit and went right to the autozone where I ended up adding just over three gallons of water to it. Not wanting to risk hurting the truck, I had it taken to Brian’s performance diesel. Brian’s diesel was nice enough to work me in right then. Understanding it was a used truck and figuring it was a leaking hose or something to that extent, I didn’t even bother calling Nalley just yet. After about 45 minutes into diagnosing, Brian himself came up front to tell me the truck likely had a failed head gasket and the repairs would be in the $4,500+ range. That’s $4,500 on a truck I have maybe owned for three hours by then. I immediately called the sales rep that sold me the vehicle who was actually at home by then and said he would talk to the used car manager and get back with me by 10am the next day. For the next two day I got the run around. There was always someone in a meeting, or someone out of the office or that he talked to a guy that’s has to talk to a guy that needed to talk to a guy. I even called and left a message and sent a detailed email to the general manager with no response. After two days of run around, I get a message from the sales rep to call him, so I did so and only for him to tell me that the service department looked it over and said everything was “top notch” when the truck was sold (as any car salesman would say) and that I was out of luck and they were going to do nothing about it. I paid close to 30k for this truck and have driven it about an hour. Nalley has been absolutely zero help on the entire situation and would never recommend them to anyone.
The Service Department is outstanding. What wasnt as nice is when we went to ask the Finance Manager a question. Didnt stand up to greet us and didnt shake hands. Not very customer centric. The Service Department is the reason for the 4 stars, would have been 5 but the Finance Manager would have rated a 1.
We had been looking into a luxury SUV. We had already visited a Cadillac, Ford and GMC/Denali dealership. Nalley had Denalis but the salesman was on point enough to show us a Buick that was equipped the same as a Cadillac XT6 in the exact exterior and interior colors we wanted. We also were treated well and not judged negatively when looking at expensive vehicles.
I ordered a part online, Tuesday afternoon approximately 1pm. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter. The email stated the order was received and processed. The online price was charged from my checking account. I had not received any further updates so Thursday around 10 am I called Nalley to check the status. Danielle answers the phone and begins to tell me that the part isnt going to be shipped because they need an additional $28 added to the online shipping price of $18.95 to complete the order. She put me on hold for several minutes to transfer me to David, her supervisor, at which time the call disconnected. I called the main number and talked to Stephanie, who put me on hold for David. At which time Pete picked up the line. I asked for David and was put on hold again. Once Daivd Copeland picked up the phone I explained to him I was charged this amount, 48 hours had gone by and I wasnt notified of any discrepancies. And the email sent to me, stated the ordered was being processed. So after the delay, the telephone run around, the call to my job about he delay in getting back to work, Nalley Buick wasnt wasnt willing to make good on this situation. I just now requested a refund. Classic bait and switch. GM wonders about their Brand reputation. I wouldnt recommend this company.
I cannot put into words how outstanding Mike in the service department is to work with. My transmission blew on my truck on the drive to St. Simons from Atlanta for July 4th. I was able to get the truck over to the dealership on the 5th and Mike worked with the techs to diagnose the problem and get a new transmission on order, it was supposed to arrive Saturday or Monday morning, but arrived late. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and assured me that we’d figure out a solution. I had to get back to Atlanta by Monday evening and unfortunately we weren’t able to get the truck repaired in time and so Mike let me drive the loaner back and then worked with a driver to coordinate a pickup with me Friday to swap my truck back for the loaner. Mike was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole ordeal, and continued to be apologetic even after I insisted he stop apologizing that these things happen it’s not all 100% in our control and I appreciated everything he was trying to do to resolve. He genuinely cares for customers and making sure they are taken care of, I was a total stranger from out of town with a blown transmission and he treated me like I’d been a customer for life and a Brunswick local. I have been a GMC customer my whole life and never driven anything but a GMC, folks like Mike are what makes GMC great and what will keep me driving and buying GMC vehicles. I wish Mike could move to where I get my service done! I am forever indebted to Mike and will never forget how he treated me and helped me work through a unfortunate event on a relatively new truck! I will recommend and applaud Nalley GMC and Mike to anyone I know in the Golden Isles and make sure they know how great you guys are, you definitely have set the bar for service and folks like Mike will keep customers coming back for life.
I found a Rav4 on auto trader with Nalley , it was such a blessing. We live out of state in NC, so I went straight to the GM (Ray Scarborough). He made everything so very simple, went over all the numbers we agreed to and sent me an email. Held the car for 6 days, til my wife could get there. Ray turned me over to a salesperson (Ashley), OMG, she was so organized, answered or returned my calls quickly, and coordinate the pickup for wife with NO issues. Was then sent to John in finance, everything was ready and correct. Living 300+ miles away Ray, Ashley, and John were FANTASTIC. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Truck problems...2011 Chevy 3500HD Duramax..Service Advisor Melanie Edwards was a great help and very courteous. Shop Foreman Charlie and his technician Spencer made sure I understood the problem with my truck. Truck was repaired in a timely manner and at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone local or passing through.
Let me first start by saying that my experience at Nalley recently was very pleasurable and personable which is exactly how I like my customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Angela who was very knowledgeable and a absolute joy to work with. She was working with me and another customer at the same time and was able to keep the interaction between both of us so we didnt feel neglected. Multitasking must be one of her many talents. I am sure Nalley is happy to have her. Blessings on your future endeavors Angela your personality will surely take you many places.
The Nalley Family is truly dedicated to providing the highest quality purchasing experience for it’s customers. Jim DeLoach was a pleasure to work with and he and his associates went to extreme lengths to meet my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Nalley GMC in Brunswick to anyone.
We had the best salesperson in Brunswick, Mr Fisher and all went well till it was time for Mr. E Lyons to hold up his part of the deal as in the WE OWE . Two of the three were completed but the main one the egr is still not completed . My new fitfh wheel has been sitting in Jacksonville for the last 2weeks and our vacation starts wednesday . Due to Mr. Lyons incompetence as a so called sales manager and trying to find the cheapest way out of the proper fix vacation is on hold. My truck has been at Nalley auto longer than it has been at my house What a shame. Maybe we are just a small fraction of there car sales but I will never buy ANYTHING from them again.
Took my vehicle in for some minor and they found some items that would have surely been a disaster for me later down the road. They even gave me a LOANER car. Thats crazy. The dealership that i bought it from wouldnt even do that for me...and Nalley gave me a loaner. Talk about convenient!!! Thank you Nalley. Great customer care and service.
I come into the dealership to have service. I just stood there and one of your service advisers Angela Bentley just walk pass me swearing at another employee. Never spoke a word to me.. How can you have people working at your dealership act that way.. I believe they should be wrote up or let go... few days later I found out my mom went there if I known this. I would of told her not to go to Nelly. She told me when she walk into service this girl was swearing I said let me guess. Was this girl short and heavy set. She said yes. Why... I had the same issue. I decide to go somewhere else. Told the other dealship I went to what happen.
Found a truck from this dealership we are from New York flew to Orlando Florida drove a rental car to Georgia to buy this 2015 GMC Duramax supposed to be excellent condition after buying the plane tickets and flying down getting the rental car and driving 3 hours away just to find a truck that should of gone to auction with the amount of dents and scratches in the truck. I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from here but if it is the only option dont get information from Linda!
I could not imagine buying a car anywhere else! The GSM James Stevenot and the rest of the Nalley team have always gone above and beyond to make my experience as easy and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Nalley for your next purchase or even just service and repairs.
I received the parts I ordered very quickly and they were as described. I originally had some questions prior to ordering, so I called them to clarify and was helped quickly which help me feel mush more comfortable. I was very pleased with the service and parts. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.
I am from out of town & stopped in to have a warranty issue looked at, service writer(Terri) set an appointment @ 9am the next day & said they would get me right in & out, Im thinking sure. They got me in @ 9 & out @ 10:30 the same day. That is a first for me to get exactly what a dealership promised & Ive purchased numerous new vehicles from numerous dealers. Was a pleasant surprise, Thanks!!
Would not go to them the general manager has no idea how to run a store and as long as he is in charge I will go somewhere else to have my car serviced and when I decided to buy a new Honda it wont be from them unless this new manager is gone. He is taking the dealer ship in the wrong direction.
Tony Harrison, my salesman was excellent. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and an example for all sales personnel to emulate. Very respectful non-pressure sales..Got the vehicle I wanted within my payment range and excellent % rate.If you are in search of a vehicle, if it is at all possible, he and the staff at Nalley can put you in it. I would recommend Nalley to anyone in search of a New/Used Vehicle. The entire staff treated me with respect and the customer comes first attitude. The buying experience was not a very long tedious process. I got the vehicle I wanted and am beyond pleased. A BIG THANK YOU to Tony Harrison and the entire Nalley Family of sales/service/Ownership family.
I took my car there to get it worked on and when i went to go pick it up they could not find and took us 30mins to find my car they sold me a car that was in a crash before and did not tell me and push me to get this one because the car i want was not 500.00 a month so to me they are sharks and so rude pl do not go to them
I took my car to NallyBuick for repairs on Dec 27. They had the car for almost a month fixing the repairs. Every time we called to check on the status, they did not have the parts. We were told it was because GMC parts division went on strike. They never called us to give us a status. I did get a loaner from them. I did leave a dog leash in the car when I dropped it off because I forgot it was in the back seat. I was told that they would detail the car and would let me know if they found it. Never got a call. The night I drove the car home, two of my tires were continuing to lose air. My husband called the service manager to tell them how disappointed we were with the whole lack of communication. The service manager offered to give us a free detailing for the inconvenience. My husband also told them that my tires were losing air and they said they would check them out when we brought the car for the detailing. We dropped the car off one night after closing on a Thursday. They said it would take 5 hours for the detail. Once again, they never called to say the car was done. I called them. We went to pick up my car and they said there was a nail in one of my tires and the other needed a seal repair. The customer service associate had no idea what repairs were made to my tires because it was no where in the documentation. We waited a fairly long time for her to finally get the repair information and for them to bring the car around. Wonder where the nail came from since both tires were losing air from the day I left the lot the first time. My husband asked for the manager and no one went to get him for quite a while. They charged us for the tire patch after they said they wouldn’t. The service manager had no clue what had happened with this second visit. He told my husband that he was not the guy to help him and then my husband went to the front of the store to ask for the general manager. He eventually left because it just was not worth the aggravation. I am telling you it was the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership service center. I will tell anyone who needs repairs or sales NOT to go to Nally Buick. Customer service is not important to them. Thank you.
Mr. Wayne stuck to his word. He was able to find me a car very fast and for the price I wanted. And, Mr. John Boatright was so helpful and extremely sweet. He stuck with me through the whole process. I would definitely tell anyone to go see the two of them for amazing car deals and amazing customer service. Thanks to the both of you!
My first point of contact was Ms. Linda; Linda was with me throughout my whole car purchasing process and we communicated months prior to my purchase. After being at the dealership all day and running around town to make sure that all documents were secured, someone in the finance department wrote the wrong amount on my check. It was a very long and overwhelming day and it would take two additional days to rectify this mistake. Ms. Linda sincerely apologized and always remained sincere and honest. This was just a reminder that we are all human and we make mistakes. It doesn’t matter if it is 0700 or 2100, Ms.Linda always responds to my questions and concerns. I do not live in Brunsiwck, however, I will always pop in and visit Ms. Linda when I am in town. Thank you Ms. Linda for being a part of this journey! Thank you Nalley!
I purchased my very first car from Nalley, it was a little Red HONDA Fit. Not necessarily my first choice but didnt have any credit and thats what I could afford at the time. Since then Ive purchased two more vehicles from Nalley and the customer service is ALWAYS outstanding, everyones so helpful! They make car buying fun and easy! Absolutely the Perfect Place with Perfect People!! I recommend any and everyone!
My husband and I went to Nalley two days ago. We were hoping to trade in our 09 Tacoma. We spoke with Jeff Wentworth, Internet Sales Manager as recommended by a family member, about a few different options that would fit our budget. We settled on a 2015 Honda Fit EX. We soon met Duncan Molloy, another Sales Manager at Nalley. He and Jeff went to work on the numbers, getting everything taken care of for us. We have some credit issues and were completely upside down in our payment due to an outrageous interest rate. They ended up significantly lowering our payment, dropping 15% of our interest rate and helping us find the perfect car for our family. And it took only two hours! I dont know how those guys did it but they did. It wasnt like my other car buying experiences. I felt like this was so much more personal. It was more than them just selling us a car, they real-life helped us. I know we made the right decision by buying from Nalley. Im not only happy with our purchase, Im happy with the service and the level of genuine commitment and care that the staff delivered.
I gave them one star because there is no lower rating. I purchased my car on 03/18/2016 and today is 03/22/2016 if I could return the car I would. Please Make sure you get everything in writing, The managers statements of dont worry or we will take care of it change meaning after delivery. Dont make the mistake I did and take delivery of the vehicle before the vehicle is the way you want it. Valley Honda in Brunswick Ga. lost me as a customer. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for sales or service.
We have purchased vehicles with Nalley for the past 30 years and have always used their service department. In the years past we were treated with respect, had great communication through the entire process of repairs, and our vehicles were returned to us in timely manner. For the past year we have had unacceptable customer service, technicians that appear to be untrained /unskilled, and communication has been non existence. On one occasion my husbands truck (Denali) was taken in with a cracked dashboard. They said they would order the part and contact us when it arrived. 3 weeks later we contacted them and they said they had the part. No one had called to tell us.Within 2 months the dashboard cracked again. We contacted Nalley and they said they would order the part again and contact us. 3 months later we called them and they said they had the part in for over 2 months. No one ever contacted us. We made an appointment and dropped the car off. We went back at closing to pick the truck up and they said they had ordered the wrong part and would need to re-order. No one called us all day to tell us this information. We found out when we went to pick the car up at closing. My 2012 Buick air conditioning was not cooling. I took the car in and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. I went on vacation and we didnt have air the entire week. I took the car back and once again they said nothing was wrong. I had to take the car back 3 times before they found the problem. They stated it would take 48 hours to repair. They kept my car for over two weeks without contacting us with any information. They never offered me another car. I had to call them almost daily to find out what the status was. 2 1/2 weeks later I got my car.Again my 2012 Buick is without heat. I took the car in and they said it should be repaired in about 3 days. It has been over 3 weeks and they still dont have the parts. They continue to give us a run around and no one can tell us anything. No one ever contacts us or attempts to help us.Today I finally contacted the GM of Nalley and received a call back. He cannot explain why things have been handled the way they have but the part will be in on Jan. 5th. By then they will have had my car for over a month. No communication through any of the repairs. Poor customer service as if they didnt want to talk with me or simply didnt have the time, and technicians obviously unskilled, and most importantly managers unknowing of any of the problems;I will never purchase another vehicle from Nalley Honda.
Went to the dealership to buy a used Ford Fusion. Linda was our sales rep. She was amazing and extremely thoughtful. Never in my life have I encountered someone as great as her. She didnt give me the intrusive sales pitch that any other salesman would give. Instead she gave me an experience to remember. She had made all of my countless car buying worries disappear! I had so many doubts with my credit being so low. They worked with me and made it a hassle free process. Ive never remembered a sales reps name, but Linda is someone you cant forget! If youre looking for a quality dealership this is the place to go! Thank you Linda!
VERY DISTURBING.....! I purchased a powering steering pump from Nally Buick GMC of Brunswick. I gave the sales/product gentleman the VIN # as well as part desired for the automobile. Upon receipt of the part, the mechanic informed me that the pump shipped to me required a PULLEY as well. This, Keith read from his computers specification. At no time was I told that the part would required extra part(s). No problem. I telephone to request a refund, since I was able to get the part needed locally. To this Im told I will waiver a 50% (approx. $100 loss) restocking fee. This also was not mentioned to me! This is neither professional or ethical. I will also contact the BBB.

2022-08-17I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I reached out a few weeks ago about a new GMC Yukon. Originally, the salesman quoted me a $10,000 market adjustment to the vehicle. I passed and moved on to another dealership. The Nalley sales manager, Mark Walker, reached back out to me a week or so later wanting to close a deal. I offered the MSRP/Nalley price listed on the dealerships website and reiterated that a market adjustment would be a deal breaker. Mark Walker sent over a buyers order and raised the online price in the buyers order. When I questioned the amount, he simply said his actions are covered in the online disclaimer. Nalley should be upfront in its pricing. Do not advertise a Nalley price if you do not honor it. Save yourself some trouble and negotiate in a professional manner with a different dealership. There are plenty of dealerships out there that are not charging market adjustments.Just a follow up to this review- I appreciate Chris Phillips responding to the Google review wanting to make this right. However, I have sent two emails to Chris and the management team about my experience and no one has responded. So much for customer service.

2022-04-15Most of the deal was done on the phone. We were able to negotiate a trade on 2 of my vehicles for 1 new one before I went to the dealer, with the understanding my vehicles were as described. This is the way it should be, no games, just tell me what you are able to do and I decide if I want to proceed. No one wants to go to a dealership and wrestle for hours. The paperwork was finished within 30 minutes and I was on my way.

2022-03-18We are from Ontario Canada and broke down on our way to vacation in Florida. We had the truck towed to Nalleys GMC. April the service advisor worked with us to effectively communicate as we had no cell service. The dealings were easy and the service was quick. Great experience!

2022-06-29The discussions with the dealer went well and we were pleased with the purchase. Two days later we were stranded on the highway due to the transmission breaking apart causing damage to the passenger side axle. In heavy traffic we coasted across three lanes of traffic to the shoulder. We acknowledge this is no fault of the dealership but we have severe reservations about the quality of the GMC vehicle we are now stuck with.

2022-05-25I took my 2021 GMC vehicle here multiple times to get an oil change. The most recent visit, being 3/22, I asked to get a fuel filter change. A few hundred miles down the road I discover a fuel leak. I take it in for service. I have to leave the truck. I ask for a curtesy vehicle. They claim they do not have one, so I was left with a rental. In foresight this ended up being an eight day ordeal and every time I called the dealer they said my vehicle would be fixed tomorrow. At first they claim the leak is from the fuel filter housing along with an associated rail. However on paper they claim something else. A fuel injection pump. I never got one phone call from this dealer/business. Communication is terrible. An ethical mechanic will call you and tell you what is wrong before they go on to fix the issue. Nalley did not. Nalley is out for the money. I believe Nalley covered up their failure and ability to change a fuel filter. They are not competent, and the management is poor.

2022-08-01A little background information, First of all,, Im from out of state. I arrived in Brunswick, GA on Wednesday July 27, 2022. No car problems getting here Thank God! Wednesday night I went to go to dinner and my Buick Enclave would do nothing but Beep Beep Beep! Low Oil pressure, turn off engine immediately. I just had my oil changed. I checked the Oil and according to the dip stick it was fine. I called Nalley Brunswick Dealership and it was agreed I shouldnt drive it in, I should have it towed in. So Thursday morning they had my car. I am now at their mercy. I was told they would have it fixed on Saturday July 30th. Well that didnt happen. Here it is Monday, August 1st and finally they call me at 4:00pm to let me know my car is fixed. If course that was after many phone calls to them. So 5 days stranded in a town I dont know, in a freakin hotel room with NO transportation because I cant really afford to get a rental car. The only thing wrong with my car, it needed a new oil sensor. My bill for this simple fix, $915.29. This 73 year old Mom, Grandma, soon to be Great Grandma just got screwed. No it wasnt good! I am going to be calling GMC Corporate tomorrow morning. More to follow!

2022-04-14I was traveling north from Florida and my car broke down in Brunswick. Brought it in at 730am when they opened to find problem. By 2pm same day they installed a new alternator and I was back.on the road w my kids! Great cust service. Expensive, if I had an option I would have got another quote on price but in my situation I had no other options and they came through.
