The service was fast, but I wasnt too thrilled about the pricing. I was told over the phone $69.99, for an oil change only. The price was actually. $90.95. Then my boyfriend called and gave them the exact make and my model of my car, a 2020 infiniti Q50, and asked the price for an oil change only and he was quoted $130. I like to know upfront what Im paying, no surprises. I do not like the inconsistencies in the the pricing. It makes me feel like they can charge anyone anything they want. And I dont understand the miscellaneous fees and the $50.00 charge for labor. I wish that had been explained to me prior. I went to the Marietta location. I think Ill just go to another location and next time Ill bring a male with me.

This has been by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!! Mr. Greg Charley was AMAZING he held my hand the entire way. I came in for one suv he showed me an even better one. A great service department. I was seen by Curtis and he is amazing, efficient, and so nice. I was able to get all my questions answered and everything explained. This department is amazing but Curtis was the best and so helpful. Getting my car serviced has never been so easy. I will definitely be back for my oil changes and all service needs when its time again.
Thomas Burnette was my service advisor. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I greatly appreciated the way he treated me and my vehicle. He was very detailed in the inspection and noticed things that I did not. More remarkably, I was impressed when the insurance company tried to charge me two (2) deductibles and he advocated on my behalf and got them to agree to one (1) deductible. Not only is it rare for a customer service advisor to go beyond the call of duty but to save you money too. I am very impressed and grateful for what he did. My car was the unfortunate victim of Georgia’s roads, which left me with a busted tire and bent rim. Adam was my consultant. He was patient and extremely helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and my options. He also brought to my attention that my brakes needed to be replaced, which caught me off guard because I purchased my car 2 months prior from another Infiniti dealer. He and the tech showed me pictures of my brakes vs where they should be. While I wasn’t expecting to purchase new brakes, given their transparency, patience and kindness, I trusted their recommendation and replaced all four. Both Adam and the technician I worked with were both outstanding, and I look forward to bringing my car here in the future.
I had a wonderful shopping and customer service experience at Nalley Infiniti Marietta. I was greeted warmly upon entering and introduced to a sales consultant, Cedric, who paid a great deal of attention to my wants and needs, and was very transparent. I believe I was dealing with an honest broker and felt good about the deal. For me, integrity is important especially with a purchase of this size. Beyond this, I absolutely love my car! Ill recommend Nalley Infiniti to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle trade or purchase. Ask for Cedric.
Bought a vehicle from this dealership. Kept my vehicle for a week stating they were completing repairs and getting the vehicle emission ready. When I got the vehicle the tire light was still on they stated that it would go off after I drove a certain amount of miles. The light did not go off and the vehicle was not riding properly so I brought the vehicle back the same week and requested for them to take a look at the vehicle because it was not working properly and the tire light was still on. Sat in their waiting room for about 6 hours constantly having to ask for updates. Someone finally came to talk to me and stated that it was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Now the vehicle will not even start, I have not even made my first payment yet and the vehicle is not working. I have called them numerous times and the phone just keeps ringing. I also requested service records and never received them. I also noticed that someone broke a back piece of the interior in my truck when they had it for servicing. Very disappointed in the service that I received from here and will not be going back again.
Ramona Kerr was simply amazing and the absolute best. We scheduled a test drive on Saturday and she called to confirm on Friday. We discussed the terms of my Infiniti Q50 and she took the deal to her manager. I told her that was my best and final offer. She returned with the carfax report and confirmed my offer was accepted. Hey everyone. Let me start by saying my credit is a major work in progress! Still recovering from Covid and just getting back to the income Im used to making then BAM, engine problems and poor credit make buying another vehicle almost impossible. I met Nicole, she was honest, kind, and genuinely cared. I could barely afford anything on the lot and she didnt pressure me into a vehicle I didnt want. Nicole listened, worked with my budget and helped me find the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. Ask for her. She will treat you like family. Its getting harder to find great customer service but Nicole goes above and beyond to help you.
I arrived at around 7:30. I live an hour away from the service station so I usually just wait for my car to get done. Unfortunately, the technicians were already a half a day behind on repairs and my car wasnt started until 10:00am. That is 3 hours later. I was so mad. However my consultant Jevon kept me updated. He repeatedly apologized for the delay and he vacuumed my car just b4 I left. He did everything he could to make my experience better. I can’t blame him. He was trying but unfortunately with covid everyone is over worked and under staffed.
Please protect this woman !!!! She was very honest and did everything in her power to make sure I received the best deal. She was able to work out an amazing deal with the bank and made the car buying process seamless! I came in with and inquiry for a Chevrolet and left with a BMW in mint condition! She needs a promotion immediately!

Friendly staff, efficient, fair, responsive, and forthright in all their dealings. Rare compared to the many other dealers we shopped. We’ve been long time fans so it is especially nice to see their business practices and staff haven’t been as adversely affected by Covid as the rest of the world.
I went back a 3 weeks ago scheduled a test drive and when I got there they told me the car wasn’t ready and they wanted me to buy it without testing driving it first then a few hours later they tell me it’s ready to come test drive it but I don’t answer them and till this day I get get a call and voicemail left saying it’s still available but they were trying to pressure me to buy it because they said someone else would buy it if I don’t which no one did and I knew they would say that just to try to make me buy it. Bad place to get a car they try to make u buy it they don’t GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR Customers . They just wanted their part of Commission of selling the car
First let me say, I had to visit the service center at Nalley Infiniti for issues that ALM should have delt with. The customer service I received at Nalley was impeccable. The service advisor Curtis Malone that assisted me was very informative and supportive in helping me with the next steps in my endeavor. Mr. Malone is super positive and cares about the customers. I wish I would have purchased my infiniti Q50S from Nalley instead of ALM Kennesaw!!!
I of M is a very neat and clean facility, o how I appreciate that. My rep, Adam, worked hard 2 get CarShield 2 cover an electrical problem with the GPS 2 no avail, 😔 but, I appreciate all that he did. Adam waz very knowledgeable and treated me kindly, hope I get him again wen I return. 😌 Unlike Union City Infinity, Adam listened 2 wut waz rong with my vehicle and carried out just wut waz discussed. I of Ms prices r high, but, wutcha gonna do. 🤔 If u have an infinity & need automotive help, I of M is the place 2 b.
Buying a car at Nalley Infiniti Marietta was everything that buying a car should be. My entire experience with Greg Charley, salesman, was just perfect. I made an appointment with him, we showed, and he was ready as soon as we arrived. The car was ready to test drive, afterwards we discussed buying the car using my pre-approval and went on with the paperwork. No hassle, no worries. It was literally as simple as signing the paperwork, and providing the check. I definitely recommend buying your car at Nalley Inifinti Marietta!
I recently just bought a Infiniti Q60 from this location and I love it !!! I had the pleasure of working with Lexi ! She listened to me and understood my price range and made it happened !! She made the process so smooth and easy ! They were very honest with me the whole way and didn’t pressure me like most dealerships . She printed out the car fax and every detail about the car so that I understood what I was getting and the condition it was in which was great condition !!! Everyone is very nice and helpful!! 5 stars in my book !
Came in Monday 4/11 and test drive a QX50. Really liked it, and told Cedric what we were looking for, and that wed possibly be back on Saturday the 16th depending on what he found. He took our information, but didnt give us his card. We have yet to hear from him. So, its Saturday and we just left Gwinnett Infinity with a 2021 QX50 , and Mark Preston was fabulous.
BEWARE! The Service Department is not trustworthy. I discovered on 03-25-2017 that they left the rear driver side window open, the interior suffered extensive damage. Fungus,mold and rust had formed. The car had been in their care for 3 months waiting on an air bag. They tried to hide the damage. Its July 31,2017 and they have not resolved the issue.They had the car detailed but, that does not solve the mold,fungus,rust and any future electrical problems I will be experiencing. Much of the electrical wiring was under water. The service manager Daniel and their attorney Mr. Calloway refuse to settle the case. My wife and I can NOT be inside the car. We have severe allergies. We stopped by the dealership and as she sat in the car she went into respiratory distress. Detailing the interior does not eliminate mold,fungus or rust. They promised to replace the car at first but now that are claiming no liability.
Nicole to the rescue again! I recently worked with Nicole of Infiniti Marietta when my lease expired with my qx30. I had nothing but wonderful things to say about Nicole in my review. Well she has done it again and went above and beyond! She just happen to reach out to me while my car was in their service department. That’s another story not as happy. Great timing on her end! After discussing the best options decided to move forward with a new vehicle. Nicole made the transition seamless! I left with a new vehicle, feeling safe on the road, and taken care of. She also threw in some extra perks. If you want a genuine and smooth car buying process I would definitely recommend Nicole. Thanks Nicole for making my experience memorable and stress free!
Updated review based on my experience with the service department.I worked with Ramona.Pros: Ramona is very friendly and personable. The entire car buying experience was fast and simple, including the negotiation process. I am satisfied with the car.Cons: online descriptions dont line up with actual car features so look out for that. In my case, there were also some minor follow up issues but the dealership worked to get them resolved satisfactorily. They gave me a loaner car in the interim that had issues.
I purchased a used 2015 QX60 on December 19, 2020 with around 90k miles. I felt good leaving the dealership and praised them in my initial review… I should’ve known it was too good to be true. I did not purchase a warranty because I knew that I would be replacing parts due to age and wear. I also travel weekly from middle Ga throughout all areas of Atlanta so buying an extra low mile warranty would be a waste of money. I chose Nalley based on good reviews and the fact that Infiniti has very reliable engines.There were some issues before I pulled out the lot, one of the front lights did not work. In the process of fixing the light, they did not reseat the bumper correctly which caused the sonar to not work. When my car broke down 3 times within three months I did not worry much because I expected to need a new battery, a new starter, even a new alternator. On March 10, 2021, the car broke down again with no warning lights and no overheating. The car that Nalley sold me had coolant leaking into the engine. What happened to the thorough Nalley Infiniti inspection? On March 13, 2021, I called James Pittman, my salesman and he stated that he would see what he could do and return my call. I left him several messages over two weeks and he NEVER returned my call. Avoid him he is the worst salesman. If you cannot or do not want to do anything, at least say so! Eventually I was able to get in contact with the GM Chris. These are the options that they offered me:1.$16k for an OEM Engine with a 12,000 mile warranty.2.Or $6k for a used engine with $75k miles and a 12,000 mile warranty.3.And $5k for a transmission that was damaged due to driving with the bad engine that Nalley Infiniti sold me.4.Or a trade in (Nissan Pathfinder) after they devalued my QX60 based on the bad engine and transmission that THEY sold me.Service manager Carlos said that he would speak with sales to see what they could do about not devaluing my car for a trade in. I waited two weeks for a call. When I called Carlos back he seemed shocked that the salespeople had not contacted me. This was April 6, 2021. I they thought that if they ignored me then I would just go away. GM Chris told me that there was no one else I can speak to concerning this issue, so I will tell everyone that I see about the horrible customer service that I received from Nalley Infiniti. I will also have a bright LEMON bumper sticker placed on the back of my car so it will be seen when I make my weekly travels. Save your time and money, and avoid Nalley Infiniti! ***Read the negative reviews! If you click on the review link at the top of the Google overview (auto.com) you will see a lot of good reviews from their own salesman Kendrick North. If they make up good reviews there then of course they will do it on Google! Dont be like me and ignore the bad reviews. You will regret it.UPDATE: I now have my car back and running bumper sticker and all. Ladies beware, Nalley said I needed a new transmission, my mechanic said that I do not. When my mechanic received my car from Nalley my audio did not work nor was the DVD in the rear headrest. When I checked the fuses one of my a/v fuses was missing. Not only did they tell me I needed major work done and I didnt, but somehow my fuse disappeared and I no longer have audio or video (when it worked fine before Nalley touched it!). They will take advantage if they think they can get away with it!!!!!!

Adam was prompt to notice I was waiting to be helped and he greeted me kindly. I came in for an oil change without an appointment. He gave me a heads up that it would be a few hours. They performed an inspection and Adam informed me my rear brakes were dangerously worn, so I agreed to have my brakes and rotors replaced. They performed all of these services and washed my car in half the time I expected. Excellent work guys!
This was my first experience with Infiniti and I was not disappointed! Before arriving to the dealership I called and spoke with Ramona Kerr and explained to her my situation. She advised me to come in and that she would be able to meet my needs and she did exactly that! Ramona was very professional and friendly. Ramona made sure I left the dealership happy with my purchase. I love when people take pride in their jobs and she does just that.
I must say how much I love this dealership and staff. Mr. Gregory Charley provided superior and professional customer service. He went above and beyond helping me to locate the SUV I was looking for. Not only did he locate the vehicle, but he also delivered it to my residence. He was instrumental in offering a fair price at a lower interest rate than my bank. He is also the reason I decided not to use another dealership. This is one of the best car buying experiences ever. I will only use Gregory Charley and Nalley Marietta for my car buying needs. A little disappointed. Just bought this car Friday and already have to use the service warranty because of a button on the trunk that the dealership didn’t want to take care of. Can’t even enjoy my new car because I now have to worry if my warranty will actually pay for the issue. The very thing I was worried about when buying the car. Something so simple, I as a business owner, would’ve just taken care of for my client. Another employee even told me he would’ve just told me to come back so they could fix it. My response to him is that is what I thought my salesperson would have said. But no, now I have to worry if the issue is even covered under my warranty. Smh. Just another used car dealer. Finance manager was cool.
Jevon my service advisor was communicative and responsive. This would be my second service appointment and I still feel the same as my first: they will take care of me. I feel like they truly care to do right. If I have an issue then they address it. Customer service is so important to me and I hope they keep up the good work.
Greg Charley was very professional. He assisted me with picking out a car that was affordable and one that he said fits my personality. I feel like he went beyond his work scope to locate the car. He didn’t seem like it was money in his pocket from a sale, he was more interested in making sure I got a car that satisfied me.
The experience was not a favorable one. The vehicle did not have the inspection and cleaning done when we told it would be done. Even after completion, the cleaning was not satisfactory of one purchasing a car from a reputable dealership.In addition, on day 3 of having the car, error messages began to appear and issues with it’s internal computer have begun to happen, thus indicating that possibly a thorough inspection was not done.Our salesman was contacted and concerns were brushed over/minimized. Statements like, “Well it is a used car…”.At present, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I stopped by last week specifically to test drive the Q60. Sales consultant, Gregory Charley assisted me and he was great to work with. Trustworthy person and good personality. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I ended up purchasing the car and I love it! Gregory explained everything in detail and made the buying process very smooth. I think the sales people are kind and the staff. I dealt with a manger and Greg and Nicole. However, I will not purchase another vehicle from this place and that was a hard decision considering the sales people made me want to come back to buy another one.I do not trust the condition of the vehicles. I had an issue with the first car I bought and it was in the service shop within 48 hours and now the second one is starting to have issues after I had to pay more for the second one and bought the warranty. Now finding out Someone managed to also mess up the title b/c we found out when my husband was stopped by the police claiming the tag was expired and thinking our car was stolen. Now, we have to fix that. Dont know if the dealership did that or the DMV. Came home and looked at our paperwork and the title is wrong. Like I said, employees are nice but that is really it. Overpaid for a lackluster car buying experience. I

Nothing but great things to say about this staff and how amazing they are. I worked with Bob and he responded any call, text, and email I sent. He was very quick to answer all of my questions and had everything ready to go for our appointment when I arrived. The finance manager, Larry, was so informative and presented all of my options to get the best and most effective coverage and protection. Well, I had posted a comment previously about my vehicle purchase from them in which was more on a pleasant note but, there were some issue that arose afterwards. However, I am VERY DISSATISFIED at how they are handling it to say the very LEAST and Ive reached out to my salesman as well as the facility manager but, neither has returned my phone call! There were brake issue, backup camera issue and the oil filter came loose about a week after I got it home! I do hope THIS will be resolved soon but, a level of my TRUST with this dealership has been lost, being that they said the vehicle had been inspected and certified.

Service department was not that great. Made an appointment for service since I got a recall notice on my car. Brought my car in. They told me the process would take more than 6 hours and they didn’t have a car to loan me. So that’s bummer. Rescheduled and brought the car in on the following week. The process was smooth. They loaned me a car, which a totally disaster. It was dead filthy idk how to describe it. It feels like you don’t wanna touch anything. Drink Spills and food crumbs are everywhere. The service advisor was good though. He was polite and nice.
From the moment I contacted them yesterday from the time I walked out the door today, I received exceptional service. Even though I didn’t purchase a brand new, expensive car, I was still treated like a Queen. Nicole was awesome and patient. Larry was equally as amazing! The entire process was quick and easy and they went above and beyond for me. I will definitely re-visit once it’s time for my upgrade.
This was my second time buying from Nalley Infiniti and both times, Brian, the Manager was very helpful. Hes a deal maker and wants to make sure customers are informed and he will work with you to make a deal. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to work with me to be creative in making a deal without coming up with excuses. I was a happy customer on both occasions.
Cedric is great. Down to earth and trustworthy. He was accommodating to my needs and made sure I got what I was looking for. Their facility is nice, clean and safe. We initially came to Ms. Ramona some months back to test drive a car, and even though months passed before we returned, we were determined to work with her again because she was so pleasant and honest. She didnt push us, she called us a few times just to check in without being pushy. We were so impressed with her that we had to come back to purchase a car from her/the dealership. Mr. Larry with the finance team was also very helpful, and made us feel comfortable with the whole process.

I bought a 2015 QX60 and have been coming to the dealership for service ever since. Curtis Malone takes amazing care of me and so do his coworkers when hes not around. I regularly call them with a last minute issue and they can always fit me in. Cant say enough about the professionalism and service at this dealership!
I could not see how to add a review. So I am making a post. I have been doing business with this dealership for nearly 10 years. I have always had the best customer service experience until this morning. Maybe it was my fault for not waiting for Kendrick N. or Zach M. because they have always treated me with the most respect and helped me to understand what the problems were and provided the best customer service. Needless to say, today the only service representative who was available was Adam. I left there feeling disappointed in the organization. He was rude, and personally, I felt degraded. When sharing my experience my colleagues said that it was because I was a woman. I do not believe that was the case. I just feel that he did not value me as a customer. Either way, I pray that I never have to deal with him again.
The rapport that I have with Ramona Kerr was paramount in making my third purchase from Nalley Infiniti Marietta. She on all occasions exhibits professionalism and integrity. She goes over and above to eliminate the normal stress of purchasing a car and executes each transaction seamlessly. I completed my loan application on line, arrived at the dealership at 6pm, and was done shortly after 7pm.
Cedric Harvey was amazing and made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The team was efficient and understood my needs and got me into the right car at the right time. I probably could have given it 4 because Larry was super personable and made the end of a long day worth it the car purchase. Although, Nicole was good at helping me get to my final decision I went there thinking one thing and got something else. The car I drove down to see hadn’t been through inspection or even clean. That was a little frustrating. But, in the end, I came home with a car I love and happy to say I got at Nalley.
The service representative i worked with Kendrick North was very helpful and friendly. They had a lot of vehicles in front of mine but he made sure to keep me informed about what was happening and updated about the estimated time. He explained everything that needed to be done so that I understood it but the only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is because they have a in house car wash and being that I spent a significant amount of money I kind of thought they could have offered a courtesy car wash, it just would have been a nice gesture.
I want to let everyone know that Chris, General Manager, and Ashley, service rep, did a wonderful job addressing my issue with a vehicle that I had purchased from this dealership. They provided me with loaner vehicle that was extremely nice and I they also practice social distance as they delivered the loaner vehicle to my house and picked up my truck. Great job and keep up the good work team.

I am very happy with the car and the final price. However, its disappointing that the used car game continues. Ultimately, I was able to purchase the car for the price offered, but it required all the car sales games. I ended up having to leave the dealership, only to get a call within 5 minutes of leaving. Declined next offer, but received a text with the price just 5 minutes after that.I dont understand why these games must continues. I was told, theres no way we can sell you this car for that price. However, they did.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP ALONG!!!!MY RECENT BAD EXPERIENCE: Poor Salesman that never THANKED me for Purchasing a use car there that had BODY DAMAGED & MECHANICAL ISSUES up to $2800. I’m at the Acura Dealership getting some of the issues done having to pay out of my pocket. The Salesman sold me the car with known damages to the car in the rain as I reported it the next day. I’m having to pay out of my pocket for the front end damage. The Sale Manager only allowed 2 Axles to be repaired & stated I’m not repairing anything else. So I’m having to pay $1200 out of pocket to make sure I’m driving safe on the road. I’m very disappointed in the Sales & I will never refer any Single Female to this DEALERSHIP!!!! They don’t treat MEN this way at ALL

Cant recall a time when I was not satisfied with the service at Nalley INFINITI of Marietta. They have a practically new service team, but I would say that they didnt miss a beat. Unfortunately a part that I needed for an additional service is on backorder. No information was given to me on when to expect it in, so I will just have to keep checking back.
Adam was our service manager and he was wonderful. Infiniti really has a high standard of care for their customers and their vehicles they service. They explain everything to you, they dont try to oversell you on anything and even told us no we didnt need something I thought we did. We will definitely go back in the future if we have any other issues.

I took my Infiniti vehicle to Nalley yesterday hoping that the issue at hand would be covered under my extended warranty, but later found that it was not. Although extremely frustrated with this discovery, my saving grace was working with Jevon 1:1 and his amazing customer support from start to finish! Jevon Cannon was very reassuring and has a way of calming you down when you’re flustered. I left feeling well-taken care of and grateful to have been handled with such great personal attention and professionalism.

I have had bad experiences at every Nalley Dealership that I have visited. I can not stand when people just lie to you after a sale is complete. I had one simple request from this establishment and that was to reset my driver’s window and Paul just flat out lied about a machine needed to reset my window. Jennifer, my salesperson, just need more experience in the business as she knows little about vehicles. It’s very important to make your first impression be your best impression and this place failed. If it wasn’t that I wanted this particular truck, I wouldn’t have purchased it from this establishment. If they would have reset my window like I asked, then I would have given them a better review. The goal is to satisfy your customers and not stiff them. Paul didn’t attempt to reset my window, he just came up with a lame excuse for not doing it.
Nicole King continues to make miracles happen! She and the management team offered me $700 more than any other dealership for my trade. Roland in finance went above and beyond to make sure I got the best monthly payment. This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and Nicole… I never walk out disappointed or in the same car lol
My experience was very stress free! I called and spoke with Rep. Cedric Harvey the day before. When I arrived he had the car ready and two other options lined up. He was patient while I made a final decision on what car I wanted. The process was fast. I did not have to wait long on finance. I had an amazing and fast service. Please Please dont buy anything from this dealership. I bought my car from Salesperson Ramona. Ramona was excellent and the service went downhill from this point. The finance guy was rude and disrespectful. I have excellent credit and they gave me an awful finance rate. I bought a used 2020 car with low mileage they advertised low interest rates for new and used cars but the finance guy Larry told me that the rate was not available to me. So I told him I wanted to go thru Delta Credit Union because they had low interest rates that they actually honored. It was the holiday weekend and the banks are closed so my loan could have been held until I brought the paperwork from DCU back. But Larry put it thru anyway. I bought a tire hazard warranty that got awful reviews. So I went back to the dealership to cancel it . DCU refinanced my car at a much lower interest rate. Now the cancelled warranty money was sent from the insurance company back to Nalley Infiniti. I called Nalley Infiniti and spoke to Larry (rude finance guy) to ask can the returned money be sent to DCU because they refinanced my car. The insurance company that returned the tire warranty money said that if I brought the payoff letter to Nalley before they sent the check to the 1st finance company they should be able to issue the check to DCU on the new loan if not issue the check to me. Larry told me that was illegal and the dealership would issue the check to a closed finance account with the 1st lender and they would issue me a check , since I decided to refinance per (rude Larry). When I spoke to the 1st auto lender I was told that Nalley could have issued me a check with the payoff letter from them just like the warranty insurance company said. The 1st lender asked me to get the tracking number, check number and issue date from Nalley. I called Larry back on the same day July 9th but he has yet to return my call. Six days later (July 15th) of chasing down the check no return call from larry, I then called the 1st finance company and they got the check and returned it to the dealership. I called the GM (Chris) today July 15th still waiting for someone to call me back to finally get the check from the cancelled tire hazard warranty. Oh almost forgot to add that when I bought the car on the weekend they told me that service was closed so come back to get the car detailed. I came all the way back to the dealership for a detail and they wiped the dashboard did not vacuum the car nor did they wash it. I was told that they already detailed the car when it arrived at the dealership from the previous owner. The run around is so unnecessary. The rudeness is so unnecessary and disrespectful. The best part about this entire experience was Ramona (salesperson). Wish I had went to another dealership..
Everything was great. I showed up 1st thing in the morning and really early for my appointment. Dawn was able to go ahead and get me taken care of. I just needed an oil change. She did mention about other maintenance options but I just stuck with my oil change. She was very nice, polite, and just stayed on top of everything. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here! Thanks!
I had a pretty good experience here. I will go back. Greg Charley is an excellent sales person very knowledgeable and wasnt too pushy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the second set of keys werent available when I picked up my car. That wasnt this dealerships fault though since the car was being delivered from somewhere else.

Ask for Lexi, best salesperson I have encountered buying cars over 40 yrs. She is gorgeous, intelligent, witty, hilarious, and product knowledge that make you feel like you driving. I walked in and explained buying in the future. Unlike other dealerships, she gave me a feature presentation, ample amount of time, and made me feel comfortable not like a commission check she wouldnt get on that day. I love the QX 80, will walk in next time to buy. Even if she s busy. I ll wait 3 hours for that 5⭐ customer service! I was told my engine was completely compromised after they charged $160+ for 10 minutes of work to pull the spark plugs. Made no effort to do any further investigation after I asked them to just told me I needed to pay $6,000+ for a new engine. Decided to take it to another place. They tested the engine for 3 full days couldnt find anything wrong with it other than a little low on coolant. They drove it and held it under compression tests off and on for all three days. I have been driving it again since then for three weeks with no problems. Questioning if the problem they found was even legit.

I didnt have a lot of time to spend at the dealer since I have a very hectic job so they got everything ready with the vehicle and financing ahead of time so that all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I had a terrible experience. I scheduled an at-home test drive a week in advance which was confirmed both by phone and by text. Nalley never showed up and never called or texted me. I sent an email through their website and the sales person called me shortly thereafter. He made a half-hearted apology but said they had tried to contact me several times to reschedule. However, I have no voice mails or texts from them. They lost a potential customer and I will never do business with them. I told them this and I also told them I was going to share my experience, so here we are.

First off, a big thank you to Jennifer Townsend who I was working with and had called me back when they got in the exact model QX30 i was looking for (1st one i had been looking at online actually got sold before i could come in the see it) but she immediately called me as soon as another came in. It was exactly the model I was looking for and i told her the pricing i was needing and the sales manager there came in with a great price and so we began to do the paperwork that same day.There were a few concerns I had with the car (it had been just turned in after all) and he and Jennifer were quick to take care of them and clear up my questions.Stasha handled the finance and was informative and helpful. Overall a very good car buying experience and i wish more dealers were this great.
They were very professional, I didn’t have to wait once so arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was made aware of promotions at the time and I took advantage of a buy one get one free Oil Change service. I didn’t have to wait long and received my complementary exterior car wash. I have no need to take my car anywhere else to get my Infiniti serviced. Awesome experience

I was a first-time Nalley Infiniti customer last Saturday. From the moment that I drove up I was greeted by friendly, courteous staff.Adam, my Service Advisor, immediately put me at ease re: their ability to address what was going on with my vehicle. He told me upfront about my wait time, but it was an hour shorter than estimated. He kept me informed at each stage of my visit and clearly explained next steps and what was needed from me.They even washed my SUV returned it to me all clean and shiny inside and out. I was very pleased and will go back.
Horrible experience.Dealership sold me a car that was not emissions ready.I live 50 miles from Nalley Infiniti and i was asked to return to the dealership and again the vehicle was still not emissions ready after 3 days. So much of my time, mileage, efforts being wasted. Dealership broke GA law, selling a vehicle that didnt have a passing vehicle inspection at the time of sale.I have writted a complaint to CleanAirforce and will file legal action.

After sale and taking possession of vehicle after almost two and half weeks to deliver vehicle. They will not return calls or questions, also the vehicle had almost another 2000 miles on it. Bought it with the paper work saying 15430 delivered with 17103. Highly dissatisfied after putting 4000 down and paying 1200 to have it shipped.
My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 QX80 from this dealership, and we did it all remotely! We had the privilege of working with Cedric Harvey. I cannot overstate how easy the entire process was. Cedric was wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations in the car buying process. It definitely has been the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Ask for Cedric!
Update:The finance department called me and apologized for what happened. The apology was sincere. Though this situation caused me some frustration it was addressed in a very professional way. I believe that the mistake of the gentlemen who neglected to submit the cancellation form is not a reflection of the dealership.Original post:The worst dealership ever. I went in on 11/20/20 to cancel the fidelity warranty service, I filled out a form to cancel the service and I received the copy of the cancellation form. I was told that the refund can take between 4-6 weeks to show up on my account. It’s now a new year and I still haven’t received a refund so I decided to call the dealership, they weren’t any help, so I called Fidelity. I gave them my contract number and the lady told me that the dealership never submitted the cancellation form. Are you kidding me? So I had to submit my copy of the cancellation form directly to Fidelity and they said it could take another 4-6 weeks. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Overpriced dealership on used vehicles..Honda 2018 sport all black with 35k miles and 2 Minor car wrecks was being sold for $24k.. across the street at ed voyles honda a new sport honda 2020 with no miles and no wrecks is being sold for $25k..do your research people..
Adam is super nice and very helpful. I spoke to a female regarding my appointment and she was anything but helpful. No matter what I said or asked I got complete pushback from her to the point of me just ending the conversation to nowhere, calling back and asking for Adam. Also, if Im being 100% honest, yall also lost a sell of a car. Gary happened to call my place of work asking for a favor. I kinda jokingly said only if youd do me a favor. You see, my car was totalled and I had about 3 days to find a new one and a QX60 was what I had decided to purchase. I told Gary that I was in the market for a 60, not sure if he thought I was kidding, but he gave me his cell and told me to call him after I got off work. I did just that and left a message. I then called a bit later with no answer. Because time was of the essence, I then called Nalley and was on hold forever. I explained my situation and was told that he would call me right back, Nothing! The next morning I had 2 60s I planned to go look at (those dealerships actually called me back), one of which was kinda far away. On the way to this dealership, I decided to give him one more chance. I left another message on his cell and one at work and... NOTHING! Needless to say, I ended up purchasing a 60 at another dealership. To this day after 4 messages he has never called back. Too busy to sell cars I guess.

“Exceptional Attention to Detail” is how I would describe the staff and my experience at Nalley Infiniti. I have traditionally bought GMC products and never had intentions on changing that. But, the staff at Nalley Infiniti went to bat for me from the very first phone call and never let up.Extremely responsive over the phone, making sure to call back when they said they would and being as transparent with me on all the numbers and details. Was a little disappointed . I called made an appointment and let the person was talking to that I needed a loaner to get back to work. She stated she would let the service tech know and he would take care of it.I get to service department to get a recall done and first service on my vehicle. 1. No one is practicing social distancing nor have on a face mask. 2. Service tech did not have the loaner ready and tried to tell me that is should be able to wait on the vehicle. I explained to him that was the only reason I bought the car was for the ability to get a loaner when my vehicle is in the shop. He stated the sales person should have explained that its only if they are not busy, that I may not get a loaner even thought I requested it upon making an appointment. So I got the loaner and it was dirty. Returned to pick up my car and it smelled and Service Tech told me that they will vacuum the inside and they did not. They also did not reset my miles for my next service. So now Im getting warnings to reset the miles for my next service and it will not reset. Not too please for this being my first service on a new vehicle.
I had a great experience coming to this location and finding exactly what I wanted! Big thanks to my salesman Mr. Greg Charlie for making it all happen with the right numbers and made sure that my car had everything it needed! Even though I had went through with outside financing, completing the finance process was a breeze and was also given some good options on how to move forward with my extended family warranties. Very professional, Very friendly, Great Customer Service!
I visited the service department to have a recall repair done. I expected to stay an hour and have it done. They were busy, and to my surprise they offered me a loaner car. It was a nice car, too, a QX30. I was greeted quickly, and processed with professionalism. When I returned to collect my car, they even sanitized the driver’s area as I left. I had also asked for an estimate of other work and I received a pdf document quote In my email complete with pictures! I highly recommend this dealership.
I received excellent customer service from Mark, he answered all of my questions which helped me feel at ease and trust him with my car. He kept me well informed during the inspection and findings. Was not persistent when I decided to wait until my next service is due. Which was awesome! He also gave me a loaner which I was not expecting, I was able to get back to work and return at a later time to pick up my car. No missed work to me means money in pocket. Thank you so much for a job well done. I will come back to see Mark!
I have to give ALL props to Kendrick North. He has been my service advisor from the very beginning, and he is the BEST!!! He answers all my questions and concerns, and he explains everything so thoroughly. If my car needs to stay overnight, he makes sure Im in a loaner, and keeps me posted on what is going on with my car. He absolutely goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with his customer service. The Best!!!
Cedric H provided me with the best customer service experience! He was very professional, courteous, and supportive in my car purchase decision. He gave me some vehicle options with specs on each one and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. He was not an aggressive salesman and gave me free range to make my decision on the vehicle I wanted. Our salesman, Greg Charley, and his boss were extremely helpful to us in finding and purchasing the perfect car. I would recommend Greg to anyone interested in purchasing a new Infinity. He went above and beyond in demonstrating all of the many new features of the car and couldn’t have been any nicer.
The whole experience was very quick and pleasant. I was able to test drive the car overnight. When I purchased the car, the process was quick. They also made sure that I understood everything. Also Larry was very sweet. He took his time to made sure that we felt appreciated while also getting us in and out quickly. We also didnt feel pressured to buy. Thank you for the great experience.
When picking up my vehicle to have it towed to another shop, the car would not open. One of the runners approached me asking if the key fob was broken and I stated that it worked when the car was dropped off. He said, well we changed the battery and it still isnt working. I exit my car and go around the corner where I see two men attempting to break into the car to open it. After it was opened, they popped the hood and asked MY tow truck driver to jump the battery with his jump box. NOT ONE PERSON offered to exchange the battery that someone killed at Nalley. Considering that this organization wanted over $11K to fix the car and they somehow made it worse than it was. If I could give you all a negative star that would be the rating.
I have been an Infiniti owner for a decade. Since moving to Cobb, I take our cars to this location for service. Recently my wife took her QX60 in for an oil change and filter replacements and was overcharged. Also no one was available for her appointment upon arrival, and the service tech Adam was rude and did not listen to her requests. I know she was overcharged because I usually take the cars in and know pricing. They took advantage of her. We called the service manager and he could not refund any amount (which is bs), but he sent us $100 Visa gift card. They lied about that too as the card only had $65 on it. I will also be in the market for a new Infiniti this summer, but will now be taking that business also to another dealership. This service department and dealership has gone completely downhill and permanently lost our business. Go down Windy Hill Rd. to Fastlane. The staff is courtesy and knowledgeable, and pricing is lower for the exact same service you will receive at this dealership.

2022-04-25I leased a 2022 Infiniti Q50 in February of 2022. On the day of my purchase I was unable to get my car detailed before leaving because the car detailers left before we wrapped up the sale. I was told to just bring the car in anytime to get it detailed. I brought the car in on a Saturday and was unable to get the car cleaned because they were short staffed due to people calling in. I was told to bring the car in during the following week. I brought the car in and they took it to the back to get detailed. When they brought the car back out it was still just as dirty as it was before. The person who did the job left directly after bringing my car back. So once again I would have to come back to get the job done. Brian Echols gave me a $300 credit for a service for the inconvenience. Not even a month after purchasing my vehicle my car began to run hot while I was out and I was left stranded on the side of the road until 1AM waiting to get a tow. I expressed my concerns to Brian and told him I didn’t feel comfortable continuing to drive a brand new car that is already giving me issues. He agreed to buy the car back from me, but since then he has been avoiding me. I’ve called multiple times and have left multiple messages and it has been 3 weeks since this incident and I still have not heard any update! I will never buy another Infiniti!

2022-04-19I walked in, unclear of what I wanted. James Pittman asked me a series of questions, got to know my needs and wants and introduced me the car I never new I wanted. I am in love with my purchase. I have no second thoughts because James was knowledgeable about the different models and was able to talk me through every finite feature. After the sale was complete, he even offered to set up an appointment to go over the features so I could optimize the technology in my car. Of course, I was thinking I don’t need a tutorial on tech in a car but this 2022 tech does require some bit of understanding; I will be taking him up on his offer. The thing I loved best about James, he was not pushy, he gave my husband and I room and time to process and make the best decision for us. Unfortunately, the model and trim I wanted wasn’t in so there was a slight wait but James stayed connected and gave me updates frequently. When baby came in, he was genuinely excited for me. Oh and he is pretty cool, super witty and smart- I guess that’s just a bonus.

2022-01-30I am always satisfied with Nalley Infiniti service. My service advisor, Kendrick, is wonderful. He explains everything and lets me know what the costs are before making any changes or repairs. He is honest with me and tells me what my car needs or what can wait a minute if I cant afford at that visit. I appreciate that.

2022-02-17Today, my husband and I went to Nalley Infiniti Marietta to purchase a vehicle. Ive never had such a terrible customer service experience in my life. We were dealing with Romona Kerr and expressed strong interest in a car, telling her we would be willing to buy it immediately in cash. Every step of the way, she rebutted us, claiming that they dont do deposits. She knew there was another buyer coming in 15 minutes while we were seated in her office, it turned out. She never informed us after I had asked her what I needed to do to get it off the market, and she suggested I create a credit application on an app... she claims shes been doing this for eight years. What in the world is the point of a credit app for a car that youre paying cash for? If that tells you anything, she never bothered to email me the information I needed to even apply and lock it in, and I phoned her to no success after we had left. To be honest, Ive never encountered a vehicle dealer who turned down a cash-in-hand customer. After she actively did not answer my calls, I was in the process of purchasing the automobile online and was about to complete the transaction when my husband decided against it because he wanted to make sure the salesperson received credit. That was the biggest blunder we made. We ended up returning to the dealership a few hours later to make the purchase and inquire if she would’ve been given credit if we purchased online. Thats when she acknowledged to not providing me the information or returning my calls because someone else, who came in 15 minutes after we left, had bought the car. It amazes me that she didnt inform her management that the person who was on their way to save his trip because the car already had a buyer. Romona Kerr has no sense of urgency and is incapable of advocating for herself or her clients. If you really want to buy a car, dont do business with this individual.
