The customer service at Nalley Luxury Collision is beyond excellent. Starting with the receptionist, Caitlin, who was warm and welcoming in initial conversations to the manager, Casey, who took a look at the damage and ensured me it would be taken care of and looking like brand new. He got my vehicle in and out within 3 days (minor damage to the front bumper, scrapes, paint and a broken top clip), EXTREMELY fairly priced. Excellent quality workmanship. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! While I hope I won’t be back soon, if I happen to hit a stationary object again (shame on me), I will definitely be coming back to these guys.
Nalley Luxury Collission Repair is the best repair facility that I have encountered. Accurate estimates with outstanding work. The damage to my bumper was completely repaired and looked like new. They really do an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any bodywork to any make car.
I recently brought my vehicle in to Nalley To have somebody work performed to it. There is a reason why this place is called the Highline shop! From the start to finish I must say I was impressed with the way I was treated. When I arrive there I was probably met by a lady named Tina who I believe was the shop manager. We went over the repairs that I wanted to have done including some Paintless dent removal and she was happy to provide a quote which I must say was more than reasonable for everything I wanted done. She told me the vehicle would be there approximately 10 days to get everything handled and surprisingly called me early to tell me it was ready and I could come and get it. On top of that the estimate came out to be less than what was initially quoted! Again a pleasant surprise.When I went to pick up the vehicle I was again greeted by Tina along with the smiling face of their cashier. Tina escorted me to the vehicle and did a walk around. To my surprise she pointed out an area that she felt was not up to her expectation and explained that the texture of the paint could have been polished a bit better in a certain area. She did not want me to take it as it was and asked if she might be able to keep it an additional day to have it polished out. I must say I was totally surprised but again I say this is the reason why this is a Highline paint shop. When she called me the next day I told her that I would come and pick it up in the afternoon. Unfortunately I was running a bit late and thought for sure that they would be closed for the holiday. To my dismay, she was there waiting for me even though she could’ve easily closed the doors and going home. In this day and age I have realized that customer service will make or break a business as it is very difficult to retain customers. I honestly believe Tina is a valuable asset to Nalley as she goes the extra mile to take care of her customers. I will be sure to remember the service that Nelly provided me and above all the customer service that Tina showed me during this visit. People like her are not very common these days and I applaud her for her caring and attention to detail.
I bought a brand new truck and two weeks later the front end was damaged by a tire in the road. This is the third time I have brought a vehicle to Nalley Luxury Collision. They do the best work and provide a lifetime warranty on the work they do. For anyone who is in an accident, or has vehicle damage, I highly recommended Nalley.
Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and excellent communication! I brought my Lexus from over 70 miles away. They stayed late to wait for me after getting delayed in traffic. They kept me informed the entire time and were so friendly with every phone call. Most of all, my vehicle was ready when promised and It looked AMAZING! My car is pearl white and the paint matched perfectly and my car was clean and detailed. NO other body shop that I have been to in the past ever had everything done when promised. I always found things wrong at pick up and either had to leave it or bring it back. WORTH THE 3+hr commute!!
Horrible experience!Insurance company estimates 5days of work to do. This shop keep postponing due dates for verity reasons. They kept my car for a month and still not complete yet. And they never kept promising time for updates and schedule to pick up. Basically, they will call you when they want to call you. Plus, I reminded to them on the day when i drop off my car, I reminded them that I prefer to have original parts and prefer to replace parts and do not use aftermarket parts and do not repairs parts! They told me they always use original parts and also they will replace parts as well. Guess what happen, i found long list of aftermarket parts on the new estimate insurance paper. Also, they have repaired parts instead of replace without telling me after all this time. And they still have my car. totally unacceptable and very disappointed.
I am not sure how this center is rated with a 4.5. The service and quality of work there is horrible. My rims on my car was stolen and the bottom carriage was damaged due to being placed on blocks. Now keep in mind the damage I just mentioned. First I received a fast and rushed estimate. So the insurance company provided a check for the amount of the estimate. The wheels were not included so I had to call the insurance company and have them added. I decided to leave the factory rims on. During this time the vehicle is just sitting. No phone call from anyone. Three weeks later a new estimate is presented to the insurance company. I did say three weeks later. The insurance company approved it but now my rental has expired and still no date on when my car will be ready. Finally I called and asked for a manager. He explained to me that they were waiting on Allstate but after week one I would have expected Nalley to act on my behalf and call the insurance company but I was wrong. After a month and a half I still didn’t get my car back and finally they put me in rental. A week later I received my car and the quality of work was horrible. Car was pulling left and I had door dents where I guess was received during the two month sit. Long story short, I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to go to Nalley Collision Center.
I had minor body work and paint job done on my driver door. The work was flawless and the paint job was excellent. Body guy( sorry didnt get his name) did a great job blending the paint to match rest of car. Jessica and Allyson were great throughout the whole process!!. Jessica did the estimate and keep in touch on a regular basis. Allyson( Receptionist) was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. If she didnt have an answer. Allyson would find out and get back to me promptly. Honesty and great customer service is very important when I spend my money. I definitely recommend this shop.Work was done to a Infiniti G37.
My daughter got in a car accident and he car was in major need of repairs. Allyson was awesome when I first brought the car in and was like we got this . Jessica did the appraisal and review of all the damage and was great with follow up and answering questions over the entire repair cycle. She would not let us take the car until we were 1000% satisfied with the work performed. I would recommend Nalley Luxury Collison Center of Roswell because of Jessica and Allyson.
Do not come here! My car is no longer the same. The hood has exposed metal, the mirror is messed up. I would try and get them to fix it but I would be out of a car for another two weeks, then the work would be subpar once again. Avoid the headaches of this place! I wish they would have made it right the second time I had to have the car fixed, because there first paint job was so sloppy. The front desk lady is amazing though! Only great part about this place.
I was recently side-swiped by a hit and run driver on hwy400 and needed an estimate for repair. Where other shops provided costly estimates, Nalley Luxury Collision Center went a step further and offered to buff out the area at no cost to see if they could help me avoid a paint repair. As it would turn out, they were able to eliminate almost all of the scratches to the point where I decided to forego the paint job. The staff was super friendly and the service estimator (Preston) provided top notch customer service. Nalley has most definitely earned my business and will be my first stop if I ever need paint repair.
These guys are TOP NOTCH! From the first phone call to set up all the details to picking up our truck when it was complete was a pleasant experience. The entire team is professional, polite and empathetic to your circumstances. To top off our experience our truck was PERFECT when we picked it up.
We came for a paint touch up be cause a room k chipped our paint on the hood. The manager and receptionist are always very nice and helpful. After the paint chip was painted they found two other chips and covered them. However the paint coverage for the chip on the hood was painted on the chipped area and also around and over the edges. Looked better than before but wish they had been a little more accurate with the touch up.
Worst experience ever with a body shop. A 10 day repair somehow became 30 days. I did not know that a $4000 repair could really take that long. While I understand additional work is needed occasionally, when you are told the vehicle will be ready in a couple of days and then a week goes by and it is still not ready There is something seriously wrong with management and organization.
Complete and total failure. They had vehicle for about 10 weeks and still couldnt complete it and the work that was completed was sub par at best. Jorge the manager says its the best they can do and is ok with failure. Car had to be transported to another repair facility outside Nalley to be completed and redo or Nalley work. Jorge and his staff were full of excuses and stories of employees being out. Which I still cant figure out why thats my problem. The GM over the whole dealership Paula McCannon was additionally worthless and incompetent. Missed a opportunity to turn a bad repair experience into a sale because she is just to obtuse to understand the business she is in. This might be only focused on this dealership in Nalleys portfolio, but Im not willing to find out if its corporate culture across the board. I will not buy or have anything serviced by this company ever again.
This collison center is by far the best one I have ever gotten a chance to deal with. Mrs. Allyson is such a sweet heart and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She represents the company well and deserves a raise. She had my best interest in mind and continued to keep me updated daily. We need more individuals like her out here.

2022-06-28I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nalley Luxury Collision and Tina L. in particular. My 89 Town Car needed some fender bender attention and Tina and her team did an outstanding job with metal repair, paint, and striping on my 33 year old boat. I hope I dont need collision repair services anytime soon but if I do Ill gladly return. Highly recommend.

2022-03-02This is my second experience with Nalley on 2 different vehicles. The first time was custom painting on my Raptor and this time was a deer that wrecked my Expedition and did about 12k worth of damage. Communication is key for me. Received great communication and great work on my vehicles as well. I would recommend the team at Nalley anytime. They will get any body or paint work on any of my vehicles going forward.

2022-04-29I was rear-ended in late January, and after research found Nalley, and dropped off early/mid February. Nick and the Nalley team were excellent: communicative, thorough, and knowledgeable. I see a lot of people currently complaining about wait times, to which I can only imagine theyve stuck their heads in the sand for the last two years. Global supply chains are greatly exacerbated, and I received my vehicle about a month prior to when I had actually expected it (overall time from drop-off to receipt was about 2 months). Even dropping it off was a pain-free event, which I particularly appreciated.While I hope to never have to personally use repair services again, I would use Nalley without hesitation and will actively refer others to them as well.

2022-01-06I am a 2018 Audi A-4 owner. Nally Luxury collision took a good care of me after a rare end collision. Anything and everything that I asked was provided and done for me. I received my vehicle just the way it was before the collision & I am 100 % satisfied.I dealt with Tina Landeck as a repair advisor, her customer service approach and willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy her customers makes her a great asset to the shop. She provided me with detailed updates during the repair process and she made sure that I was happy with the repairs. Things that I wasn’t happy about was fixed immediately with great manners/smiles. She proved me that the shop cares about customers satisfaction more than anything. I went back to her for another dent I had on the car. I recommend Nally because of the experience that she provided me and off course the body work and the paint job was clean as it can be. I hope her supervisor read this comment and thank her for her service.

2021-08-02Im so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company.I received much more helpful information from Beau at Nalley than I did my insurance company.Beau was extremely patient with my concerns and graciously jumped through the hoops my insurance company requested. In the end, the car was totaled, as Beau had originally determined.Everyone I dealt with at Nalley has excellent customer service as it used to be. Calls answered by a real person, no waiting on hold listening to terrible music.I will be going the extra miles to have any service and routine maintenance done on my replacement car, just as they went the extra miles for me during a very stressful time.I give them a 20 star rating for going above and beyond. I was a person to them, not just another injured car.

2021-09-12Good quality work. The only complaint is about time. It took over a month to get my car back.And it was a minor repair (5 inch dent).The insurance company has provided a loaner, so it was not too big of deal for me.And yes, Beau is awesome!
