It started with Natalya going out of her way to help me out and get the right parts for out airport fire rescue truck that was down, then Charles patiently helped keep me updated as there was an issue with corporate processing the payment, and John helped to get it remedied, thank you Napa of Atlanta Georgia Team, keep up the great work and positive attitudes!God bless,
Called ahead to check price and availability of distilled water. Was told they had one jug in stock. When I arrived, I was told they dont stock distilled water. They had given me the price for battery acid. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was most likely an isolated incident.
As far as NAPA locations or big parts stores this one is pretty solid. I buy from them pretty regularly and the parts people there are more helpful and knowledgeable than most parts guys. Selection in store is very very good and they can get most things same day if they dont have them on site. Im always pleasantly surprised about some hard to find part they can get to me quickly. I only took off a star because in all my dealing I have a had a few negative experiences with a very rude associate. Overall these guys are my local go to when I need parts fast.
I want to extend my thank you to John for his excellent above and beyond customer service. Yesterday was a very frustrating day for me. I was seeking a very specific brand of oil for my car. Initially I stopped by the McDonough location and the item was not in stock however the sales person called the Pryor street location to inquiry about the oil. She directed me to drive to the Pryor location however she had asked for the wrong item. Needless to say, it was very very frustrating after a long drive from McDonough in evening traffic only to find that shed asked them to hold the wrong item. Nevertheless no matter how frustrated I was to find this out and wanted to let them know about it John remained calm and professional throughout. He phoned the supplier and the main office in Norcross in an effort to locate the oil however he was still unable to locate the product. John went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer in the midst of my frustration. Great customer service please continue . Great spirit and remained calm throughout . I cannot say enough about John.
Went to napa on Pryor rd to buy a part. They didnt have it in store I was told if I pay delivery fee it will come next day. Next day came to pick part up it was the wrong part. I was told I cant get refunded now they want more money to order the part again. The lady manager was no help all she could say is she sorry.
Napa had the part that we need it after calling three different auto parts stores. we are so grateful because we were stranded and had to leave our truck overnight. we did not have the proper to northern auto parts store that we stopped atso we had to come back this morning and it has been very easy to remove the part after going to Napa.
Was picking up something for a friend, they have what they were supposed to have that the packaging somehow came open so it was missing two of the fuses, two out of three which did the person absolutely no good, the store did not charge me for the product but the product was useless anyway without two of the fuses and there was only one left in the box so .. I dont think they did it intentionally but I was upset because I was the middleman and there was not really much that I can do
The customer service that I got from a manager named Jonathan was Way Beyond poor he needs to be retrained all over again telling me that hes not going to lose his effing job because Im asking him about parts that I need for my car I would not be coming back there again
The sales woman who helped me was very rude and obnoxiously did not wanna do anything. Asked if she had a part and she did and I ask to see one of the two she had. She then advises me she will just make one trip to the back as her coworker was going home and she would have it by herself. Sounds like a staffing problem to me and Im not trying to here all at as Im a customer that needs to buy things behind that counter sdcc o if you dont like walk I would suggest you find a desk job so you dont have to walk and help the customer. Maybe they should get a motorized chair for you so you can do your job you was hired for with out complaining to the customer that has his on car issues to worry about. Lose the attitude and quit complaining, find yourself another job so you can be happier. Good luck with your future endeavors.

2021-12-02Having been a regular TRADE customer of NAPA for many years, always choosing them as my first stop shop for all my parts requirements, not just because of their competitive pricing, but for their excellent customer service and their eagerness to go that extra mile to source the parts I needed.Having relocated to Australia a number of years ago, I really missed the NAPA experience. Imagine my joy when it was announced a couple of years ago that they were establishing their business model here in Australia.Sadly my excitement was short lived as although the NAPA name is over door, there is absolutely nothing of the NAPA culture inside the premises..Particularly at the auburn branch in Sydney where almost the staff are incompetent and disrespectful and the manager is positively rude…. Sad to say it, but NAPA Australia is not the NAPA I know from America.I feel truly sorry for the shareholders as I feel their money has been badly invested..

2018-05-04I ordered some power steerring hoses from here. One the had in stock the other they had to order from their warehouse. I gave them wrong info for one hose. I realized thst upon picking up my order. No problem! They ordered the right one for me & I picked it up a couple of hours later. Great customer service & knowledgeable staff every time Ive been there. Ive visted thisd store several times in the past couple of months.
