This is the best nail spa around! I am very picky when it comes to my pedicure, and they do a phenomenal job. The staff is attentive and they always go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. This place is a true gem and I will never go anywhere else.
My mom, sister, and I all came in here because the place that we normally go to did a very bad job last time and we were extremely unhappy with the results.We walked in here without making an appointment and the little bit of wait that we had was still very pleasant. The experience that we had at this establishment went far beyond our expectations and we were blown away by their amazing service. The whole staff was very friendly and our nails look AMAZING!Overall, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I totally would!
After trying tons of nail salons in county, I feel confidant enough to say this place is the best, period. I got my nails and they look fantastic. My mom was super happy with this experience! We will be going back. Love it!
I went on Thursday to get a full Gel Set. By Tuesday, 4 nails fell off. I went back on Wednesday to get my nails fixed and they couldn’t find the color to match my original ombré set so they used a lighter color. They put one nail on crooked and made they thicker than the original nails. I’m so disappointed that I spent so Much money on my nails to receive this type of service
Grand opening they offered wine with Services. I got a fresh mani/pedi Friday. It began to fall apart saturday and when I went back for a retouch sunday. I was brought a Dixie cup...yes a mouthwash paper cup with wine. Then they had the audacity to even mention me paying for a same color gel polish change I love my nail gal Victoria but the only tip I had for her was to go work at a classier salon.
10/10 amazing salon. So clean and beautiful. Staff was absolutely wonderful so nice and friendly!! Had a shellac signature pedicure which was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would literally travel to this place to receive any service from here.

My experience was horrible here and I can’t recommend this shop to anyone. I let them know that I wanted a gel manicure and a signature pedicure with regular polish. I was asked numerous times if I wanted gel polish on my toes even though I had already said I didn’t. I had to tell them no about 4 times throughout the entire process.The final time I was asked to upgrade, I told them that I actually wanted to downgrade to the basic manicure since the gel manicure cost more than I had originally thought. The guy said something in his language and laughed with the tech that was doing my pedicure. I don’t know what was said but if I had to guess, it was something about me downgrading.The pedicure was the worst I’ve ever received. The tech rushed through the whole thing and barely scrubbed my feet. The polish afterwards was so sloppy, I could have done a better job. I had to ask him 2 times to add another coat to cover the bad work underneath. The floor was wet when I got up in the flip flops they gave me and I slipped and hurt my ankle. I told them that on 2nd thought, I didn’t want the manicure. I went to another shop right after and had a great experience.Overall, the place doesn’t look well kept, the staff members I dealt with were rude and seemed more concerned with the amount of money they could get out of me than actually providing a quality experience that I’d want to return for. I won’t be back.
We move constantly and this is by far the best pedicure I have ever had. I think his name is spelled Men was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly and the salon is clean.
Great place to get a pedicure. Walked in and we were immediately seated. We had two adults and one kid pedicure. Got a great pedicure for a decent price. Will definitely be back.

I decided to check this place out as its really close to me and the current salon Ive been going to hasnt been doing a great job lately. Its really nice inside with plenty of space. I got nextgen mani and a pedi - both techs did a great job. Everyone was really nice. Ill definitely be back.
This is the only place where the gel manicures last FOREVER.. Ive gone up to 4 weeks between visits with no chipping! The workers are nice and patient.

I dont normally get my nails done because I hate sitting for a long period of time, but I had a nail crisis on my birthday! My tech was able to help me out last minute, and she finished within an hour.

Salon was nice and it looks like they do nice acrylics. I showed up wanting a full set but after they started removing my old set I decided against it because they kept hurting every finger nail. I had to request an acetone soak off because they kept trying to just pop the nails off as if there wasn’t something underneath. And when I have to tell people how to do their service I leave.I opted for a regular manicure after the soak off and it was messy and uneven (the nails themselves not even the coat). After I decided to get a regular manicure they stopped caring.

OMG...love the service, had the ombre from Kevin. He was referred and was said to be the best. He proved it. Also got the Opi Spa, I have never got a much needed thorough massage like this before. Will be coming back.

Not a good place to go if you are picky about your service/ cleanliness. I said at the beginning of my service that I did not want any scrubs or massage and I had to stop him many times from scrubbing my legs and feet. Also the nail and cuticle clippers were visibly dirty.

Been here a few times now and they are always punctual, super hygienic and provide great services. They took about 30 mins on pedis and 30 on manis and where very attentive to details.
I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she immediately knew how to do it and it turned out so cute. My tech did a really good job copying the design! Thank you!!

I didn’t get her name, but she was absolutely amazing! everyone here is so nice and accommodates to your wants. i appreciate getting offered something to drink as well. anyways, i had acrylic removed and underneath was a cracked nail and bruised nail beds, but my nail tech was super gentle and caring. will definitely be coming back soon!

Awful experience. Went in for a gel mani/pedi. Service was awful - rushed, man-handling dismissive attitude, sloppy work.Very disappointed with the quality of work. Have to go somewhere else to have them redone.
This is a beautiful relaxing salon. Receptionist was friendly & helpful. However it was the quickest pedicure I have ever had! He didnt even touch the dry skin on my heels. I go for pedicures more for the foot/skin treatment, not so much the nails. Ive never had a pedicure where they didnt exfoliate my heels. It was my first time here & not sure if Ill go back.
Asked for a pedicure and a dip manicure. I selected my pedicure, but was pressured into a more expensive pedicure after the technician explained that callous removal wasn’t offered unless I purchased the pedicure she recommended (descriptions in their brochure say otherwise). She got up and walked away in the middle of my pedicure more than once (odd). For my dip manicure, the technician immediately began applying the powder, without shaping my nails or cleaning my cuticles first. She also walked away at one point, so I got up to leave, thinking she was done, because she had started working with another customer. She came back and said she wasn’t done yet, applied a gloss to my nails, then said I was done. No lotion was ever applied or offered for my hands, and my hands weren’t soaked in water prior to the manicure. Whole experience took 2 hours due to techs walking away while my nails were being done.

I absolutely love this place. I havent had a bad experience and their nails always come out perfect. I used to be a nail-salon-hopper, but ever since I started coming here I have been coming here consistently. My only complaint is that their prices are a big high for some things, but when you consider the nails last longer and always look perfect, its worth it.
I took my 18 year old granddaughter to Natural Nail Barn to get a pedicure and manicure for prom night. When she came out, her nails didn’t appear to have anything done to them, other than a clear coat of nail polish. They hadn’t even been buffed to smooth them. Then to top it off, they charged her $50.00.
This was my mate & my first time coming here for pedicures during my pregnancy! The staff was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. Everything went very smoothly and in a very timely manner. The techs did awesome and ensured all went well. The young gentleman was very patient and thorough! Great atmosphere and service!

I been going to natural nail bar for about 3 years now. I love how clean it is and there is a very welcoming atmosphere.Since going I’ve let multiple people do my nails .But I have to be honest and say Kevin Jr is the best nail tech there and Mimi does the best pedicures! If they aren’t available I’ll come back another day or they do have appointment options. They are a little on the pricey side but if you get a great nail tech like Kevin Jr it will be worth the money.
My pedicure! The woman who was doing my pedicure dropped a bottle up oil. Glass broke everywhere, it stained my shoes and ended up cutting my foot! I dont understand how this place is open. I usually have decent service, but the last few times were just horrible. I got a full set and had to go in twice for them to fix them, they were leaning to the side, uneven, and you could see the bubbles from the gel. Then I got a fill in, the fill in was thin so it was chipping, had to go in twice to get it fixed.

The best place ! They make sure they get your temp and that you wash your hands outside of the salon. They also sanitize everything before the client take a seat. I so love my nails and my eyebrows!
This place was horrible!!! I went there for a simple square acrylic full set and came out with the most horribly shaped and painted nails I’ve ever had!!! The tech who did my nails had no idea what he was doing and it took him 2 hours to even do the acrylic and shape and still messed it up.
I had favor at this place of business on today. I know that its a man holiday but what they wanted to charge me for a French Pedicure I refused to pay such a large fee & the price was dropped to what I am used to paying!!!

2022-08-29This was the worse customer service I have had. The lady who did my pedicure did such a sloppy job. First off, she left nail polish on my toes from my last pedicure. I had to ask her to completely take off the old polish. Second, she cut my toes nails so low they look weird. I don’t know if she was rushing but I’m so disappointed. Third, she kept asking if I wanted gel polish and I told her not today, she end up doing gel polish and charged me $55. The price is not the issue. It’s the principle behind it. I have loved coming here and have been for years but I don’t think I’ll be back.

2022-03-03If i could give it a 0 I would, I went for a Gel Manicure and Pedicure. I had an older gentleman do my pedicure and a middle age man did my manicure. The pedicure felt rushed, the guy did not understand what I was trying to tell him and the massage chairs were missing buttons, old and dirty. The manicure was the worst, the technician was very rude and rough with my hands, ended up breaking a nail and “tried” to fix it, the work looks sloppy. They charged $60 for the pedicure and tried to charge me full price for the manicure. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I also did not see them clean the nail tools after each use and one of the workers blew his nose and did not wash his hands.

2021-10-12The atmosphere is amazing..I felt relaxed and calm. First nail salon Ive seen where no kids were around. Nails were done quick and correctly with no problems. The thread bar for eye brows is amazing (she also waxes if thats your choice as well). No issues what so ever and this was my first visit. I hope to come back to see and feel the same thing.

2022-03-18The guy did my nails so thin. Added $10 without saying anything for “long nails”. They’re not even long. $52 just for full set and REGULAR POLISH. not even gel. I felt very unwelcomed. The nail tech seemed like he had an attitude and kept pulling my hand.update: two weeks later and two nails have broken!!! I’m a stay at home mom and I don’t do any hard work with my hands…I’ll never go here again!!

2022-05-20If I could give this place a 0 I would. 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This will be my 3 time I’ve had a problem with them. EACH TIME NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER A NAIL BROKE OR THE POLISH CAME OFF. I get gel on my toes and hands with the acrylic sets. The first time my gel came off my toes within a couple days. Then the 2nd time. I went to Nuki one of the ladies that do the customize nails and one of my nails came off the NEXT day. Then my most recent. Complaint was recently I got my nails done MAY 10th to be exact. And not even 3 days later. My nails look like this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ll pay whatever for my nails and toes.just so they can look good. But for it not too last me two weeks. I CANT. 2021-10-09Great place to get your nails done! Cho and Ukon (forgive me for misspelling) did a wonderful job! We went in with a group of 4 and they got us in immediately and were super kind and professional. Loved the time they took with us. They are amazing!

2022-04-15I always enjoy my experience at the Natural Nail Bar. The shop is always clean, and the staff friendly. I also enjoy the separated pedicure rooms and the ambiance.

2022-03-29I have been to tons of places in Bossier city to get my nails done and Im a bit picky. This place is great. The woman took her time and my nails looked very nice. Thats definitely not done at most places that are at a similar price point in the area. Highly recommend!

2022-07-07Wonderful staff - they do a great job and I always feel good when I leave. They take time to pay attention to detail and dont rush to get your nails done. Its clean and comfortable! Reasonable prices for service. This is my go to place! :)

2022-07-26The place is lovely , but my nails are horrible. Hated them so much that I stopped on the way home to get them buffed and a color change.
