Ive been coming to Nava Sen Spa today (not for the first time) and I love everything about it!!The relaxing atmosphere, quick response and efficient service.Nava is a master at what she does, she has magical hands and her positive attitude is so refreshing and welcoming.
Ive been getting massages i.e Deep tissue and Thai massage for the last 30 years and Nava and her staff are some of the best in the industry. I highly recommend you give them a try...

This was my first time at Nava Sen Spa for a couples massage and it was fantastic. They were accommodating of my physical limitations and are very professional.
Great service. I got craniosacral, reflexology and deep tissue massage. Craniosacral has helped with my headaches and the deep tissue massage was perfect pressure for me. Will definitely book again.
Did a Raindrop Therapy session to try to regain my sense of smell. It was extremely relaxing and helpful, I have another session schedule in a couple of weeks!

2022-07-12The most intense massage I’ve ever had.I found this business through a gift card I was given for Spa Finder. I looked at the various options and based on the reviews and proximity to my house. I’ve never had a Thai massage so you tried the popular combo of Thai plus deep tissue.I was greeted by Air (massage therapist) and a gentleman when I got there and felt instantly welcome. They weren’t busy so we actually spent a lot of time talking about my car, how I found the business etc. once we got down to business I filled out the intake form and got to my massage.Air did the massage in the couples massage room which was large, well appointed and very welcoming. The whole place is clean, well maintained and well worth the price paid for the service.For those who don’t know about Thai massages, I will quote Air here and say “it’s no joke.” I personally like deep tissue and sports stretching so I feel like I’m pretty prepared for anything but I had no idea how intense this would get. She did a lot of applying intense pressure with her feet especially on my legs and lower back which tend to be very tight. I only had to cry “Uncle” once and of course she lightened up based on what I could take.This was a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend this business and Air as a therapist.

2022-03-24This spa is amazing after a 90 minute deep tissue and hot rocks treatment with Air ( yes thats her name). I know why because you feel like your floating in Air when youre done. All the tension in my body was coming and totally released and I felt so relaxed I didnt want to leave. After my next visit I bought the package deal because I knew I found my new home away from home. The atmosphere is calm and wonderful and I have already sent Nava spa new clients.

2022-01-15I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was life changing! So much tension was released from my neck and shoulders. I havent had this much mobility in my neck for quite some time. Will definitely be making this a routine!

2022-01-26I was given a spafinder gift certificate and decided on Nava Sen Spa. I received a massage from Nava. It was the best massage Ive ever received and overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

2017-05-31I was given a Spafinder gift card and choose Nava Sen Spa from their list. It was a great decision. The massage was as good as I have had - It was by the owner Nava, combining Thai Yoga with traditional table massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing and attractive, with lots of bamboo, soft music, trickling water, etc. But the clincher was the after massage treatment. Before being presented with the final bill, I was escorted to the garden room for green tea and a light snack. What a delightful touch. Cant wait to return.
