Just wanted to share what a good experience I had with this store recently. I had ordered a pair of toddler shoes from newbalance.com and when the shoes arrived it was the correct box/label but the shoes were bright pink instead of navy (shoes are for my son). I decided to return the shoes in person because I was going to be close to Athens that week. The staff was extremely pleasant and took the shoes with no questions asked. They did not have the shoes I wanted in stock but the associate offered to order them for me and sent them to my house with free shipping. The new shoes arrived within just a couple of days and were exactly what we had wanted. Great staff, pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

Awesome as always. Ordered the new version of my Fresh Foam 880 2E shoes on Monday and received them in store on Wednesday. Ty does a great job 👏 Better to try on in store than ordering online. New Balance has the BEST running shoes!

Went in the store, had one question, any more 574s in the back? Aubrey asked size, came back with 3 options, one not on the floor and was a hit. Oddly, best shoe store experience.

A shout out to the New Balance Athens store on Epps Bridge Parkway in Athens! After two doctors appointments I took my wife by this store to see if they could fit her in an extra wide diabetic shoe that didnt look like something out of a 1930s Polio clinic.She was exhausted from her doctors appointments and is still perfecting her one legged transition from the car to the wheelchair and back while awaiting her new prosthetic. I went into the store and was greeted by an enthusiastic young lady and I explained what kind of shoe we were looking for and that they were for my wife who was sitting in the car. Katie retrieved several pairs of shoes and came out to the car and fitted Mary Ann so she didnt have to come into the store. The customer service from her and her manager Jessie was second to none.If you are in the market for a great shoe sold by a knowledgeable and caring staff, I encourage you to shop at the New Balance store on Epps Bridge

ALLEN was very Nice courteous and very helpful The boy that was working under him was not so friendly He actually avoided me at all cost When the white couple came in he greeted them with A red carpet and flags in the air He asked them how can I help you is there anything I can help you with WOW REALLY His disapproval of me was blatant But overall I still got the help I needed thank you....ALLEN 😊 🙏 😅 Be very cautious going to the store and I say again thanks ALLEN for your friendly service

So I was going to post a bad review because before covid hit I was shopping around for shoes. When I initially went there a guy convinced me I needed the shoe with an anti-roll bar built into it. It also happened to be the most expensive one in there but there you go. I made the actual purchase right in the middle of covid and even though they were uncomfortable to wear and made my feet hurt I thought that not twisting my ankle was worth it. The other day I was simply walking along and BAM I twisted my ankle... needless to say I was upset. I called and asked to speak with someone about a return. A young man named Allen listened to my explanation and told me to come on in. I was honestly ready for a fight because I knew it had been longer than their normal return policy but he assured me that because of covid they were being more understanding. He asked what the shoe was doing to me and what I needed and was able to find me a much more comfortable shoe and refund the difference to me. Which I might add I got back the same day. So thank you Allen for taking the time to make things right for me. I will definitely continue to shop there.

Need some new shoes very badly and went in here to get some for work because my feet were killing me. Alan was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me find exactly what I needed and I ended up wearing his recommendation out of the store. I can tell they will be some of the best shoes Ive owned.

Bought new balance shoes on 12 15 2018. Took them back on 1 25 2019 told the salesman that I would like to return them and exchange them for another pair because they were worn prematurely and hurt my ankle and leg. They looked at them and agreed that they were worn. Then they showed me that they could not and would not exchange them do the wear because they were not in perfect condition . Because of this I will not be going back. If they were not worn then I wouldnt have a problem . Their Policy is that if they are worn and not in perfect condition they will not replace them.

My husband went in to purchase shoes for exercising. Nicholas was outstanding. He took his time and really helped him find the shoes that suited his needs. He was very happy with his experience, and will return when he needs another pair.

Elijah did the fit testing for me as soon as I walked in and was very knowledgable about my issues with collapsed arches and pronation. He brought out half a dozen pairs of shoes in my size and didnt put any pressure on the sale as I tried on various shoes. Im happy with my purchase and will definitely be back
