Not sure what happened to customer service and people being friendly answering questions in a good manners. I see myself as a very positive person and try to be nice to everyone that is providing me with any kind of service. So I wanted the smiley t-shirt on the mannequin, ask nicely where to find the t-shirt and the girl gives me a short answer saying it’s the last one. I ask her the size of the t-shirt and she works away without even looking at me to take a look, she takes a look and I ask her, Can I please have it, no answer to just take it off the mannequin and just hander it to me without even looking at the me. While she is walking away I stop her again to ask if they have any discounts and she sent me to her manager. I walk to the manager and ask her politely if they have any discounts on the t-shirt on the mannequin and only one answer “NO”Rule number one your body language matters a lot especially when you are dealing with people. Second, the tone of your voice and eye contact when speaking to someone matters and third you are working for me and I am the customer. Now I can see if I was being rude to be treated this way. But if I was the Boss of the store you two ladies wouldn’t be working there anymore.I am never stepping my foot to that store again, I would rather spend my money at the Adidas store which is 3 doors away or just buy online. I have stopped shopping in a lot of shops due to customers service. Nike as Corporate, please educate your workers when it comes to customer service.CheersBN
Came for an online order pickup and I didnt have my ID and live far from here so I was told a student ID was fine. The white hefty manager lady came to take a look and started quizzing me and asked who my advisor was, what was the last 4 digits of my ID number but I didnt know since I graduated a long time ago so I got denied. However I did manage to get another form of ID later and got my items :p
Very unprofessional experience! Website clearly says they close at 7:00pm. Drove down from Woodstock, It was 6:15 when we walked up and were told the store closes at 6:00 now. Even when I showed the website hours, they were the opposite of accommodating. Very cold and had no regard for our wasted time. Pay someone to update your website Nike!!.
I ordered a pair of Jordans for my daughter online then picked them up at this store and paid with my debit card at the store. Well they ended up saying I never picked up the shoes or paid for the shoes so when I tried returning the shoes cause they were too small and my daughter lost the receipt they said I never paid for them and kept the shoes. Now how did I leave with the shoes without paying for them. Of course i wasted over $130 and had to pay for their mistake. I will never go there or buy a Nike shoe again. Rather go barefoot.
It was not near the selection I expected for the two story store. The women’s department was only workout gear, such as sports bras and leggings. I feel like they could carry more shoes for the space they have, also. Overall, it was a nice experience, though. The staff was friendly and helpful!
I had a return for an online purchase. Tania was absolutely AWESOME!! She was very professional and yet personable. Tania was very patient as she helped me find the correct size and style for ME. Ellie was wonderful, she found everything, even the one not showing in stock. ☺Great Teamwork Ladies! Well done!!More businesses need a team of Tania and Ellie!!! 🤗 🤗Thank you Ladies 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The Nike store has hours posted 12-6, I show up to make a simple exchange at 5:45 and they don’t let me in due to staffing. Mind you I know what I want and there’s still 15 minutes left for the store to be open. It’s safe to say after I make this exchange I won’t be back. Horrible, I’m highly upset and disappointed
They never have anything. In addition they make you go upstairs to come back down even if you’re doing something as simple as making a return. Mind you i had a stroller. So i just had to take the elevator up ,outside the store to enter the store (because they only have one entrance open and it comes from the 2nd floor) To then take the elevator back downstairs inside the store. Just to get to the register. Long story short. Order online.
One of my favorite stores at Lenox Mall. The staff here is friendly and always offering to help. My problem here is that recently they have very few offers, sometimes they have discounts on the website that’s not available in this store. You’re better off buying your nike products on the website, where you’re more likely to have competitive offers and deals.
On 3/3/2021, I visited the Nike store at The Lenox Square Mall. The young lady who did my return had excellent customer service along with another lady assisting me in finding some clothes. They both deserve 5+ stars. The male women shoes associate was not helpful, distance, and had poor customer service. I wanted to purchase something, but decided not to.Update - 4/21/2021I visited the store today for a return. The young lady who did my return was professional. The young at the exit door no customer service skills. She just stands. It would be nice if she thanked people for visiting the Nike store.Order on online if possible.Update - 11/26/2021Buyer/ Returner Beware! When returning your merchandise to the store, make sure the associate select the correct item from cellular phone. Once the item is received/selected, the Nike Associates is unable to reverse the transaction ( so they say). When that happens, you will unable to receive your discount if it goes on sale.Shame on Nike for not making it right!Buyer/Returner Beware!
I’ve never in my life felt so embarrassed and Unwelcomed to come In and spend a large amount of money on a consistent basis, almost 2 -3x a week. The customer service is horrible !!! You would think Nike would be happy that we spend so much money here with them . I’ve been treated so TERRIBLY ! The associates are so rude and honestly it’s upsetting because I DREAD walking in the store now. If I can’t shop IN NIKE then where the hell can I go ???? This has to go to headquarters . Because they are literally running people away from wanting too much NIKE! I know it sounds crazy that somebody would want you to stop spending money with their company . LITERALLY UNBELIEVABLE! I can’t even believe it myself …….. but it happens all the time here in Atlanta at Nike in Lennox Mall. Associates are so unprofessional here . I’ve been ignored by associates, and spoken to VERY DISRESPECTFULLY! There should be an orientation on customer service . So please beware before shopping here…
I normally dont post reviews on places, but the staff and the management here were fantastic in getting me the right pair of shoes with all applicable discounts including a Veterans discount (which was nice since I dropped so much on fixing my car in the last two weeks, lol). They went out of their way to get me an amazing deal on an excellent pair of trail runners. That said, Ill definitely be coming back here for any of my Nike needs.
Customer service was great. Employees on both the bottom and top floor were very helpful. Was having a great time until one employee stepped into a conversation I was having with another employee to accuse me of having fake shoes. No inspection or closeup looks needed apparently, he just deemed them fake. We promptly left the store and didn’t buy anything.Shoes were purchased from a reputable retailer complete with receipt and box.
Lack of inventory, no available sizes and associates are totally clueless about products (asked what a 5c is for children shoes, and the guy looked like I asked him a pythagorus theorem). It boggles my mind that Nike is still doing business in this age with that kinda customer service. A good looking store isn’t everything Nike. Do better!
I’ve never had a good experience at this nike. I have ordered to pick up, they gave me the wrong shoe. I had to go back and tell them and they didn’t have the shoe I ordered. I ordered another pair and the order just never came through. They told me to sit there and wait and just left me. I canceled the order and left. I won’t be returning.
Post-Covid selection is laughable. Employees seem confused and without direction. Boxes are stacked to the ceiling in sight of the shoe section and we were informed that that’s where more styles and stock of shoes were, but there isn’t enough staff to unpack them. Meanwhile employees were standing around leaning on fixtures, talking. They have 5x more Nike shoes 80 yards away at Finish Line… which is crazy.Get it together, Nike. #ClownWorld
Went to exchange a pair of shoes that were too small. First employee was nice but after that everyone was pretty unfriendly. Couldn’t track anyone down upstairs to try on anything else and the guy downstairs just processed my return and didn’t seem interested in helping me order a larger size. On the way out I asked the guy in the small kids section if they had toddler socks and he wasn’t sure. A call to someone else confirmed that they did not.
If I could it a zero I would. Denied entrance to the store at 6:30 pm. Well the website notes the store closes at 7 pm. The manager said they close the line for checkout at 6:30. Well the website should state that so folks won’t waste their time and gas going there at 6:32 pm to shop! Correct the website!
I had reservations on the laker dunks received a ticket with my size and all waited in line for a hour and a half just for them to tell me they no longer had my size horrible customer service never buy shoes at this nike location horrible management as well how do you sell someone else’s shoes and not have any options for your customer that you promised shoes thru your raffle system
One of my favorite stores, but the staff needs some help. Seems like theyre so worried about getting whatever they need to get done that they forget that they should probably help customers out. Not that anyone was blatantly rude, just seemed too busy to help out when I had some questions. Great deals and selection in the store, though. If youre a Nike fan then this place is the best.
Shopping on 12/23 I was looking online and saw the shoe I needed. I was able to call the store and provide the style number for the shoe and the staff was able to place the shoe on hold. As soon as I got there the gentleman at the register asked if I placed a shoe on hold and he immediately remembered our conversation and make my experience in the store pleasant and smooth, he also scanned my Nike app for reward points. I appreciate that and will be back!!
The store is always busy but the staff make every effort to assist in a timely fashion. The new mens layout upstairs is awesome. The womens shoe department can feel a little cramped but generally a person trying on shoes can find a place to sit without waiting too long. They generally have a good size variety and are helpful with online purchases if its not readily available in store.
Staff, product & store is great. away with new goods.. Stephanie was great on the register. Shes had me laughing and joking and keeping me hip to the latest and greatest NIKE has to offer. store is away clean and buyer friendly. High five ✋🏾 to Stephanie and the NIKE team...
Not a huge fan of the area the store is located in but I will say the young women that were at customer service/returns were VERY kind to my 9 year old daughter and went out of their way to make her feel better. We had to return her shoes because they were just a half sz too small and they were limited Jordan 1s so you know how that goes. The sales team wasnt very attentiv, which was a shame because after a shoes return we were looking to replace or buy her another pair and me a pair as well but nobody asked if we needed help. I even had to measure her foot myself while 3 employees walked past and said nothing. Its cool because those two young ladies in the beginning kind of overshadowed the terrible ending.
Associate Ramona has bad Customer service , bad phone etiquette and is just flat out rude.I called and I felt the wraith of her negativity. I can just imagine what customers & employees deal with in store with her.I had questions concerning a purchase I made in that store. And I was mishandled by Ramona immediately. I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on.I called back and she picked up again and stated that there were no managers available and advised me to check back later. When I questioned her about not having any managers available on a busy Tuesday night, she hung up.This is unacceptable. I’ve been shopping at Nike stores for over 20 years and I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from an Nike employee.I never step foot in Nike Lenox mall store ever again.
I often judge a store by how long after I enter to be greeted by staff. The Nike Store failed to greet me at all. Although I walked by several of this stores employees. None made any attempt to make contact with me. I have worked retail and know the line between greeting someone and bothering a shopper who wants to be left alone. But not even acknowledging their presence. That’s just insulting and makes me wonder. How many other customers are walking out of the door without being spoken to? The remodel looks nice.
Great store. Very approachable staff. Always somebody available and they knew exactly when we needed help. The flooring is pretty cool. They used old school basketball flooring. They also have a HUGE variety of all the shoes that normally aren’t there.PS some reviews are ridiculous about poor customer service. Those are normally the high maintenance millennial that gave a poor rating
I dont know what happened yesterday, but the customer service in this store was terrible. One of the workers, a lady with a high bun that the other workers were treating like a manager, literally pushed passed me when I was attempting to ask for help. I came to the store with my SO to see if they sold Converse there because hes been wanting some. My SO stepped away to look at the other sneakers and I went to ask about the Converse. Literally when he stepped away, a female employee with short red hair started flirting with me. I usually receive great service in the store, but yesterday was atrocious.
Extremely nice place as youd expect at a Nike store in Buckhead. Didnt have as much stock since its the Sunday after black Friday but everyone was helpful but gave you space. The checkout process is a little annoying needing a phone with the app. Overall nice place and would return.
As a former employee of Nike outlet in Texas and having visited a Nike outlet in Georgia, they were great quick service from all employees and a general sense of professionalism. I called the Lenox store today and the manager I was transferred to wouldnt let me finish telling him anything that I had to say. Every time I had a question or something to say I was cut off and told to call back at a later time. Even shopping there once before my family and I received no help whatsoever. I made a mistake and left my license in the store and when I went back the first time and asked if there was a Texas license in their lost and found they didnt even look for and told me no Texas license was here. Went back 20minutes later and someone found it with no problem. It seemed they only cared of themselves rather than the customer. I love Nike products and Nike as a company. But their Lenox location has turned me away from ever seek further employment with their company. I advise a lot of people to NOT shop here.
Could NIKE corporate read this?I wish I could put 0 star for this reviewCustomer service is non existant. Coming into the store I couldnt tell who worked there and who didnt and no one wanted to talk to me even when I got the checkout. Everyone is on their phones and didnt even bother looking up when Ive got shoes in my hands or when I yelled out loud is anyone working today so when I finally tracked down an angry looking guy that said he was the manager I decided to just buy the shoe and get out asap. At the checkout I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes while at 1 register a young looking girl was chit chatting with a man about fast cars and tattoos (he was not shopping for anything), at the second register a woman was on phone helping a customer and woe and behold at the end of the registers stood a group of 4 employees all talking and laughing. I clearly made eye contact with all of them and the girl chatting but no help. Finally after the middle register finished their phone call, she had to hail a manager down to unlock the register to check me out and who responds? One of the guys in the group yapping away, and he rudely tells someone to go help her with that. This is only 1 onf the times Ive been here and it will definitely be the last time I come in
Beautiful store but the problem is the sales folks need some serious training. They are usually busy socializing and gossiping amongst themselves while the customers are usually unattended.... Love the Nike brand but the company needs to do retail right with superior customer service!
Always seems like the employees are standoffish with a “take it or leave it” type vibe as if they are the only show in town. Didn’t used to be like that. And for all of the technology they use to take your money, they take super long to get the product...almost as if they want you to leave so they don’t have to help you.
O could get any help frim any staff. A lady told us her scanner was working she was going to gf et a new one, but never showed. The shoes on the clearance rack werent organized by size oh, so it was hard for us to find the shoe that we need in the correct size. I think the prices are fair but I just wish we had some more help in finding what we wanted
Writing this review from the store, as I look around for store associates to help me. The first guy that I asked (Jacob) was as uninterested in helping me as much as I feel like being here. Unfortunately shoes as one of those things that I like to try on before I buy. Most associates are busy talking to each other and generally assume that you are an expert of Nike shoe models. So asking questions is sacrilegious.
For starters I dont usually even take the type to write a review even if was crazy good or horrible however, my fiancé and I came in for just a simple exchange (all he literally wears is Nike) but as Im starting to get back into fitness I decided to JUST look at the shoes and thats when a very very informative employee named Mike helped us for roughly two hours with shoes, clothing, exchanges (etc). He never once seemed annoyed at how incredibly indecisive I was or how many shoes I asked to try on. He knew SO much about literally everything in the store and the ONLY time he didnt was because as a female I needed another females help with some running pants. Which brings me to Raven, she was so incredible and made me feel so good about my body explaining in detail the technology behind every pair of pants she brought me. I could go on for hours about how amazed I was at our experience. THANK you for being such an amazing company!
I like the friendly staff but for this to be in Atlanta it doesnt have much to choose from in womans dept. No regular tees and most of the shoes I found in mens they dont have in womens sizes or in womens dept. I got very frustrated with this problem and left without the shoes I wanted.
I went in to get Huraches for running. I was helped by an employee named Armani. I was informed nicely that they werent for running and he then showed me about 5 other pairs that were for running. He brought them all out and even helped me with details as to which were popular and which looked better on my foot. Very attentive I can say. I ended up wearing the shoes and socks I bought out of the store! And all of this was less than 30min. I would recommend this store if you need the latest style.
This is definitely a great Nike Store. It used to be located at Phipps Plaza across the street but it moved to Lenox several years ago. It has two levels stocked with lots of gear. They often have limited sneaker releases at this location as well. You can also find lots of Atlanta sports gear here as well. If you plan on getting a limited shoe make sure you get there early.
Me and my boyfriend bought the retro 3s today. Staff was friendly. Very clean and nice store. Only problem is they sold me used ones. I have never had this experience with any other Nike store before. The sole was dirty with rocks and design faded on parts of the soles that you can tell it’s been walked on a few times on the concrete. The shoe had dirt and a mark you can’t take off. I was also at fault for only trying one shoe on a minute to check if it fits me. I didn’t look at the shoe nor the sole closely because I have trust in Nike.I live more than 2 hours away and will be returning it for a refund at the closest Nike factory store but they don’t carry retro 3s. My boyfriend’s shoes are in perfect condition so I will reorder mine online since I still love Jordans.Be sure to check your product before purchasing. I never knew they resell used shoes at the stores, especially at full price and at a fancy store like this one. At least they should’ve warned me when they sold me a bit dirty one and asked if I still wanted it since it was the last one for that size. I should’ve suspected something was off when the sales woman said she didn’t have my size so I told her I’ll take half the inch smaller and she came out of the stock room and said she found one of my size.Overall, I am very unpleased with this shopping experience. I hope noone else experiences the same outcome.
They dont carry anything good. Youre much better off ordering off the website. Service isnt very good. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because they do carry a lot of falcons apparel. Besides the amount of NFL apparel, this store has been a huge disappointment. I remember waiting in excitement for this store to open a few years ago. When it finally opened, I entered the store and left with disappointment. I continued to give the store a chance but after multiple years Ive given up on it.
Horrible service. Atlanta barely gets sneaker releases then when you manage to reserve a snkrs pass they wont let you grab them unless you show ID.. but only for select people, half the time they let people they know grab all of them then wont let you grab yours so their friends can get a pair. 0/5 if possible.
I hated the service. The guy that we were checking out with up stairs was to busy checking out my wife. This disrespectful guy was so messed up he dropped his swiper down to the lower level of the store. I know my wife is Bad but damn! Luckily it did crack somebodys head open. Then I asked could we check out on the lower level, a girl said yes. This is when we were treated like criminals. They called ahead to make sure we checked out. If she was that concerned she should have walked us down to check out. WOW! will never walk in Nike again. It was a Sunday..... Need to work on interpersonal skills.......
I had an issue with a release that came out. There were people cutting and it was clear. I let one of the workers know this issue multiple times and instead of kicking the people out of line they embarrassed me causing me to want to leave and miss out on this release. Totally unprofessional. Could have handled this situation way better. I know 10 year olds who could have done a better job. Nike, get new and professional employees. Just because you give someone a suit and tie does not mean they are fit for the job.
Felt like i was chasing employees down to give them a paycheck. Employees were more interested in each other than their job. I looked at about 5 shoes and each shoe i had to look for help like i was a hassle to them. One employee was helpful but by the time i got to her i was over it. Went and got my air max from foot locker instead. I love nike shoes but their store service is by far the worst ive ever experienced. I wear nothing but nike air max yet i will never go to the nike store. If you want a horrible customer service experience go there and see for yourself. A good sign of a poorly managed business is exactly what i described in this review. No leadership at all and it is very obvious in the culture when you walk in and your not acknowledged by any employee. Just staring like i shouldnt be there. Lol. Nike you should fire and rebuild at lenox. Horrible service seems to be a trend in your reviews
This place was crap. Just saying. I came here to talk about repairing a broken Nike + Sportwatch GPS and the guy who helped me was high af. I didnt understand one word he said or anyone else there. I just left and called nike support. Got it fixed in 15 minutes. I dont care if you do drugs, just make sure your not stoned at work.
Nkya was very rude . She didnt want to help and kept walking away from me when I asked for help . She laughed and ignored me while talking to her coworkers . They were to busy talking and wispering to help . She had no customer service experience it seemed . I will never go to this Nike again .

2022-04-13I went to buy a shoe, and they made me feel like the employees were the customer, not me. I asked for a shoe in a different size, and he just handed it to me and left, trying to avoid if I asked him to get something else. Also, when I was checking out, the guy did not say a word and had a nasty face the whole time. None of those employees looked like they wanted to work there. If the management doesn’t care about their customer, why should I go back?

2022-04-28I want to send a thank you to all the employees at this store! I was there today and during my time in the store there was an active shooter just outside the store. All the employees were amazing in the situation! I felt they had the safety of the customers first and foremost. I had the best customer service I’ve ever had at any store. They went above and beyond! Thank you again!

2022-04-07I went in today to purchase shows for my niece. There were several associates standing around doing nothing. I held up a shoe and looked around to see if someone would assist me. A woman with a clipboard noticed me nearly across the store and yells “ Yea what’s up ?” I was taking back because1 she didn’t walk over to me and2 Yelled to me “what’s up “ like I was a friend of hers instead is a paying customer.I attempted to allow her to correct her actions and said from nearly across the room “ I need some help “ by this time 3 associates were standing with her and no one came over. She yells again “What’s up” . I then drop the shoe I wanted to purchase down and said never mind. I left the store and purchased 2 pairs of shoes elsewhere. Very poor attitude and service.

2022-05-14Terrible customer service , rude and attitude prone people that seem to have not a care in the world , after 30 mins of walking around and not one person saying a thing whilst the place is over employed they are everywhere but just chillin and chatting no service , then after 10 mins to check out because an employee just walked away with a line at the register , the rude lady demanded I put my email in to buy a pair of shorts? And got an attitude when I said no? I thought I was on a game show and it was all a joke

2021-04-21Nice selection of shoes that you may not find anywhere else. Offered gears from small kids to adult. Store was very organized and items were easy to find. The store also offered checkout on the floor which was very convenient.

2018-04-11Nike definitely has a good hand in their customer service standards because this is the fourth Nike store I’ve visited where employees were approachable, plentiful, and just had an overall solid experience. The store was well laid out with sections adequately spaced. Mood lighting made sure all displays were in their best form. I was doing an exchange and it went smoothly, even with the minor hiccup with not getting the receipt to my email, I really can’t say anything ill about my store experience. Would recommend the store to anyone looking to browse or even seeking a particular shoe or colorway.

2022-05-22Drove 30 minutes and the store closes at 6pm not 7pm as the door states . Please change the times on your door . Super unprofessional. I was trying to make a return … Would of taken 30 seconds the store was full of people but the team members wouldn’t let me in .

2019-12-15The biggest shop sport shoes, clothes and accessories. The fashion sport clothes, very active. The ground look like subway, the second floor shine and music so great
