The facility and couches are great, however there were several things that disappointed me.First of all, they do not have many of adults, so the class is little too kids oriented. They separate kids and adults at open gym hours but not the class, so the difficulty level was too. Also they spend too much time for warm up and stretching.Second, the curriculum was not well designed. One day, I asked a couch what they are teaching in the upper level class, and he only told me more vaults. And the class is focusing on single movements, but not stride or flows.Third, The schedule is somewhat inaccurate. I went to gym one day, it was open gym hour. However, I was told not to access the tricking floor because a cheer-leading team was occupying it. They should have noticed the clients earlier, or at least, update their schedule. And before last Thanksgiving, they closed half of the gym due to renovation without notice, so after 40 minutes of Thanksgiving traffic, I could not use the gym because it was too packed.Forth, The administration asked if I was trying to molest a female underage coach on social network. I denied, and it little upset me, so I asked them if I could see the digital copy of evidence. They agreed to provide it but I heard nothing from them for a month, and now I do not even expect to hear it. Every time I called them, they refused to talk about it.The facility and couches deserve 5 stars. But the administration and way they run this gym does not.2 stars is enough.I write this review after trying other gym.
Okay, Im addicted to this place! If youre looking for ninja training or parkour training, this is the place to be. Totally worth the drive from Roswell to get here. These guys trained winning Ninja Warriors and that a great kids program. My son actually got off his butt and try the Warped wall! The coaches were great and the intro course was actually a great workout. I really enjoyed it and learned new skills, plus I got to try the Warped wall for the first time ever! Yes I made it to the top! We went back the next day for the open gym and the coaches were super helpful. Even though its open gym its not busy, and the coaches are more than willing to help with certain skills and techniques to conquer the different obstacles. Highly highly recommend this place!
Very poor customer service to turn down a 10 year old girl who we drove 4 hours just because she wanted to train at this gym. This was a terrible experience and I give the place less than 6 months. They were unfriendly and unwilling to try to work anything out even after we drove so far. We have been too many of these places and this is by far the worst one ever. The little blond at the front desk should not have a job there either for the simple fact that she did not care and did not care to help at all. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.
We love the Ninja Quest facility and the instructors and our kid has been a member for over a year with membership. But our biggest problem has been the communication with the administration. They never return calls and charges additional cost without any notice . This we figured only while viewing my credit card and seeing that we got wrongly billed for extra class. The website is also poorly done with details on how membership works , changes to class schedule etc and they assume that we just need to know from regular attendance. A lady by the name Sandra Pena has been very difficult to deal with and makes us want to stop the membership. I feel the administration uses every opportunity to charge extra and isnt even apologetic about it.
Not safe, felt even less safe being a black guy.Multiple landing platforms werent anchored to the ground or were missing altogether. Broken/unsafe equipment wasnt properly sectioned off (If I didnt notice it, I know a little kid wouldnt have either). Poorly chaperoned, one of the few employees on the field watched me like a hawk my entire time there.Customers were rude to my mother to boot.
Love this place. My daughter has been going there since early 2017. We have seen lots of changes in the new location, growing pains so to speak and I must admit it is definitely for the best. The changes in staff have been for the best. She studied under 2 previous coaches who tried to have the kids do advanced moves in a level 1 class, not what I would prefer for any child. Gladly they are no longer there. Im very impressed with the meticulous linear progression of the current wfpf curriculum and dedication, loyalty and hard work of current staff. Both ninja and parkour curriculums are top of the line. And in the end it is all about finding what interests your child to keep them moving and off the technology. I can see why this location is rated top of the country. This is a true training facility with passionate athletes who inspire the following generations.
We came here to play Archery Attack for my friends bachelor party and had an incredible time! Jordan was great to help make my reservation. He instructed our group well and was a lot of fun to play with. Thank you for a great kick off to the weekend, the guys had a blast!
Best ninja warrior gym in the country. Glenn and Cristine (the owners) have created a wonderful space for ninja warrior training, and I recommend Ninja Quest for new athletes and veterans alike. Helpful and knowledgeable staff add to the quality of the experience. Plenty of free parking too!
Been trying to get my membership squared away for almost 30 days now after they advertised their COVID strategy. Communication went non existant. I asked for a canceled membershiop on 4/3. After being charged again in the middle of the month, I was told they would handle my refunds.Well, I was just charged for May now. No follow through. Super lack of communication. I have to spend another call to my bank today to call the fraud department. :-( This will be my last gym I join that does not have a self management portal.
The best ninja warrior obstacle course facility in Atlanta with full training staff and numerous training programs. Many training obstacles are directly from the TV show and many on the staff team have competed on the actual show. The facility also has a parkour section. Great for kids or adults.
I love this place it is a great place to learn and try new things thar is a parkour section in a American ninja warrior section and a spring floor you can take classes and you can go for fun whenever they have an open gym. You can take people 4 and up and it is a good price and worth it.
My girlfriend and I went to ninja quest yesterday for a date day and to take the beginners class. We are both super active and to say we had a great time would be an understatement. Noah was our instructor and not only was he super helpful during the class, but after the class he helped us alot on different obstacles during open gym. Just want to thank the entire ninja quest staff as well (Justin, Michelle, Dara, and especially Noah) for a great afternoon!!!!
Scam - They sign you up, get your credit card info, and then if/when you cancel, you cant get in touch with them, they DO NOT return calls and then they penalize you for the time in which it takes to cancel. We decided to cancel, gave them notice, my son did not participate for two months - and then they charged me a cancellation fee even after they got 2 full months payments of no-attendance while trying to get in touch with them. If I could leave 0 stars I would - Better Business Bureau is my next stop. Not only was this unfair, it is unethical and most certainly unprofessional. This was for a childs membership - unacceptable. Ill bee finding other places to express my disgust with this place - AVOID at all costs unless you like throwing money away. RETURN YOUR CALLS - business 101. After reading the other negative posts - there is an excuse from mgt. EVERY time - never owning up to the issues at hand. You are clearly making mistakes, and the constant excuses should be enough for anyone that reads them to see that the mgt. replies are simply not genuine - just trying to save face. Stay away from this place - scam is the only word that fits.
I was lucky enough to get to experience both their old space (right before they moved) as well as their new space. Let me tell you, all around, from the actual setup and obstacles, to the people that run the place, this place is amazing. Ryan Stratis, who Ive met before while competing on ANW, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The owner, Glenn Davis, is extremely passionte about building a community and providing the best possible service. He was kind enough to postpone his move into his new space so that me and my team could play on their old set up before it was changed over to the new place. I mean, who puts a entire location move on hold for a few members of the community?!...Glenn Davis! If you are into any sort of movement training this is the place to go.
Absolute worse place ever! Drove 4 hpurse to visit a place where and American ninja warrior taught at. Was refused at the door. Would not let a 10 year old girl in the gym . this place disgusted me with horrible cuatomer service regarding a child and her hopes of being a ninja warrior
J Johnson, how could you find John Williams on FB? I searched and found hundreds of John Williams, and none looked like the one in the picture. I also didnt find any public picture of a 10 year old boy in a park. So, could you share how you found the guy on fb? John Williams was very detailed. I hope it is a lie, but I cant accuse him without proof. Thanks. Im planning to take my son there, and Ill update this comment later, and hopefully will give it 5 stars.
John Williams, I just read your review and went on your FB page to see how your son was doing. I was thinking about starting my child at Ninja Quest and you raised concerns. From the video I saw of your son playing at a park just a few weeks after the supposed horrible injuries he had I can only think that you made this whole thing up. PATHETIC!!!
This is our second birthday party here, and although the kids did have a good time (which is the most important), NQ has a lot of work to do with coorinating, communication between the staff and time management when it comes to the birthday parties.Your kids will have a great time, but you will need to stay on top of everything.
Where to start the staff was amazing the place is well set up we was all treated like rockstars 5 stars more like 100 stars so much stuff to train on I will be making the 7 hour drive from time to time to train here again thank you ninja quest for the great time and the meet and great with the ninjas

2021-08-07I really wanted to like this gym but was very disappointed. I’ve been to a lot of ninja gyms, but this one was dangerous. There were a lot of little kids running around unsupervised and getting in the way of obstacles. The obstacles were worn and in disrepair. The padding was not adequate, had holes, and even nonexistent at certain obstacles. The jumping spider had broken plexiglass with sharp edges. They need a lot of repairs before someone gets seriously injured.

2021-02-23My son has gone there for 5 years and has thrived in his development and confidence. He loves the coaches and has made life long friends there who are now a part of his extended family. He has worked hard and is now winning competitions. The Owner Cristine really cares about all athletes regardless of age or skill level. The late night open gym gives teens and young adults a healthy, safe, and productive outlet to hangout.

2021-06-30So we signed our 11 year old up for camp. We picked the 9-11 age group thinking activities would be tailored to those age appropriate interests, but they put all kids together and the majority of the time catering to the youngest participants; in this case 3 years old. My 11 year old played a variation of duck duck goose for hours each day; going on 3 days. When he asked nicely if they could do more age appropriate things he was told to quit being difficult. He begged me not to go back the 4th day. Not a good buy at $200 for 4 days.

2020-11-18My kids absolutely love Ninja Quest and everyone who works to make their experience awesome every time. Ninja is a super healthy and positive way for the kids to get exercise. Everyone in the environment is always super supportive and encouraging of them and of each other. The instructors are fabulous. Classes are highly recommended. Watch the show and then go play at the gym! The first time they beat the wall might as well be the proudest moment of their lives. Thank you Ninja Quest, keep being awesome.

2021-01-03Went there for my sons birthday. He and several friends had a great time on all the different activity stations. There were coaches there to help the boys with any particular challenges or questions they might have had, but the boys were also allowed to roam freely and choose their own obstacles to conquer.

2017-10-01Love love the place...My daughter attended a birthday party there and had a fabulous time. I have since brought her back to open gym. And she will be getting a membership there after her current sport finishes in a month. We love Ninja Quest! However, Being a concerned parent, I looked closely into the accusations that were made and found multiple issues that don’t add up. So I took my daughter to open gym, so I could do some verification of my own since we love the place.First there are no cement floors in the gym itself. There is padding and turf covering the floor. Under the padding and turf is a high level basketball flooring.Re the bars - All the bars appear to be less than 8’ off the ground, and if it is close to that, a child even 4’ tall hanging or swinging would not be dropping 8’ to the ground unless they were sitting or standing on top of the bars. And I didn’t see any kids doing that.I watched the staff work with my daughter and was extremely impressed. I also spoke with the coach Tristan. I don’t know all his skills but found he had several certifications in his profession and apparently working on more. I don’t know anything about the staff that left, but as a business owner myself you cannot make assumptions from disgruntled employees. No matter how much clients love them, there may be other circumstances involved.I asked to meet the owner Christine and found that she has been on medical leave for two months. I don’t know for what except it involved surgery. So obviously it is serious enough that we shouldn’t be quick to judge why she didn’t reach out to you. I think it’s pretty obvious. And Marcia, I hope you reconsider and come experience the place and make your own opinion. Also a friend showed me how to search for people who have been tagged to a business or hobby with their name on multiple social media panels. We found John W. right away. And there are pictures of a boy who could be the son in question. And he appears quite healthy and happy, which all of us are glad.In conclusion, I will continue to let my daughter attend Ninja Quest. We love it.

2018-02-18The staff was really informative and friendly. They were excited to tell us about all the classes and sessions they have available. The facility itself is pretty large and consists of many different types of obstacles. Our group went during an open session and enjoyed ourselves. The staff did get caught up talking to each other for a bit unknowingly blocking off an area we wanted to try out. All in all it was a good experience.

2019-03-08Best place for the whole Family! They really know how to engage kids and make fitness actually fun. They have real Ninjas from the show training there, have an international high quality Parkour curriculum with Big Name Athletes making stops on their tours at this place, & best Trickers & stunt people around! The coaches are awesome, Justin, Noah, Michael Johnson, love them! Ariella at front desk is so helpful and able to handle big crowds :) Sandra & Michelle from upstairs are so amazing and caring. The atmosphere is actually what my kids need! We are looking forward to booking a birthday here! Only wish is that they didnt have to share any space with basketball (those patrons are not as friendly) but hey, as long as the kids are hooked!
