So far me and my family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership! We all had different salesmen and I have to say Giselle is the best one! Shes always friendly and personable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband went to look at the 2010 Toyota RAV4 for our daughter yesterday. He test drove it and was very pleased with it and wanted to bring our daughter back to see if she like it. The sales rep and manager were very sweet. When we returned with our daughter the owner was very nasty when we were about to test drive. He snatched the keys out of my husbands hand and said that due to her age (21) she couldnt test drive it. When We had already had the conversation with the sales rep and she advised us that my husband had to drive which we were okay with. Then he said I dont want to waste our time lets run your credit. He turned us off after that. And went and purchased from someone else.

I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord from No Full Coverage Auto Sales. My experience was pleasant. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. I feel really good about the car I selected; 2008 Honda Accord with 132,000 miles on it, very clean outside and inside, no scratches or dents. Im looking forward to driving this car long after the 2 years or less or paying it off. So far so good, no issues with the car.

Started buying my van 14 months ago and decided 7 months ago that this company was so amazing that Id add a car and they are wonderful. They do fast and efficient oil changes and they have resources to help if any problems arise. The employees are always friendly from front desk to mechanics. It’s not that I hate this place. But how can a dealership not accept Lyft and Uber as a “legitimate” source of income? Some days I drive 12hrs. It’s a full time job. I have to report taxes on my earnings. So I should certainly be able to finance a car with the money I make. This completely turned me off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The people there are really great they work with you if needed always check your oil and are very genuine. Diane helped me with a lot ever since I started financing my car. Come check this place out if you want a good deal on your first car!!!!

So glad i chose no full coverage! Beautiful cars for a very reasonable price. Ive had my car going on two months and couldnt be more happier, had a small problem on a Saturday that needed to be fixed and my car was ready for pick up Monday afternoon with the issue fixed as well as the FREE oil change! I definitely recommend no full coverage.

I bought a 06 Honda civic coupe 2 weeks ago so far no problems rear tires are a little bald but it is such a smooth ride. Most people come her because their credit situation is not the best but they really help you and they were very kind to me, down payment was high but expected payments are low and for a short term. I would definitely come back.

These people pay the buyers reviews as soon as they buy a car and tell them if they write a good review, they get a free tank of gas. That is how their reviews are so good. Not to mention, they threaten people and have lawyers call them if they right a bad review. I was told I would be sued if I didnt take down what I wrote which was the truth. Junior is nice until you buy a car that they take for no reason. I was never late on a payment. Im a single mom, bought a car, was never late and they came and took it. Hazel will not speak with me, they wont tell me why they took it and want me to pay a repossession fee plus the car payment for the two weeks they have had it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. HAZEL and that whole place are cons. BUYERS BEWARE
When I couldnt get approved anywhere else.. they approved me here! And with only 8.9% APR my car will be paid off in only 2 years! Amazing! Plus they check my oil every time I come by and pay on my car!

Worst place to finance a car from, they catch your attention with the no full coverage. The rest of the comments you see on here saying it’s a great dealer only posted that, because they give you a full tank of gas if you like their page and write a good review. Don’t get screwed over by them like I did. I was behind a payment and they came to repo my car , I tried getting it back, but they wanted me to pay what I owed, two car payments ahead and 300$ repo fee. I feel like they where screwing me, trying to get the car back to put it back on the lot and re-finance it all over to a dummy getting their tax return. Great car tho barely had 90,000 miles. That’s why I felt like they screwed me. Why not let me take payment I owed and them just return the car? Not impressed! I think there are plenty of other dealerships you can go to and do better. We bought a van not the one we wanted too, because at the time we didn’t know there were two lots. The van we wanted was on the big lot on Thorton Rd but after going to see it and the mileage was wrong from their posted ad,to the sales girl not having a clue to what was going on we left. We ended up on their second lot closer to East west connector we didn’t realize it was the same company or we would have left. The sales guy Ritchie was super nice , no pressure and we bought our van. Now that was the only good part of this whole experience. Within two weeks of owning the van, we at our expense had to put in a new alternator. I was out of town so we had to do it ourselves. We submitted our paperwork for the repai at $500 which with the salesperson Ritchie (as of this past Friday confirmed arrangements) would agreed to push the pickup payment back till this coming Friday. Well this am they repoed the am through no fault of ours. We are now being made to jump through hops and the whole experience is horrible. Be ware go some where else these guys have no clue as to what they are doing.Follow up run do not do business with this company. Bottom line they repoed our van due to problems with our saleperson. We got no courtesy phone call to advise that we were even in default. We spent $1400 between the down payment and a repair we had to cove as we were not in the area when the van broke down after two weeks. They are very un professional and are thieves Don’t use them!!
I read the reviews on this location and the other location “Acceptance Auto” right off Thornton rd I visited both locations multiple times looking at two different cars one needed $3000 worth of work done it was priced at $8900 the other had oil splashed all over engine block. The service does NOT match the quality of the cars here, service is great the cars are not I would recommend anyone looking to make sure you get your car inspected by a shop that offers PRE-PURCHASE inspections like Pep Boys. The $120 inspection will save you thousands in the long run. They WOULD be A UNBEATABLE DEALER if they just BOUGHT CARS THAT ARE WORTH THE CUSTOMERS MONEY. Great people Horrible product!!
Upon my arrival I was already amazed by the customer service soon I got out my car I was helped by this young lady who was very knowledgeable about selling car. They made my car buying experience amazing no hassle at all.. I test drove the car I wanted and end up leaving with the car I wanted... Our truck went put last week and we had gotten our truck down to pay off amount and they allowed us to trade our truck in and get something different and credited our account and we are still in pay out amount for the van in which we have gotten now. Got an 08 honda crv from jr and love the car. They have taken care of everything that they said they would do. Whenever a problem occurs they resolve it to the best of their ability. Had an issue with my car that left it temporarily undriveable and they were awesome about getting a rental quick and easy. Highly recommend no full coverage auto sales. Go speak with Jr and Alma. Definitely coming back for the next car when the time comes.

Bad customer service the Vehicle I brought less then a week of having it check engine light came on, all they did was reset it! Brake problems senors inside the car were bad fuel gage doesnt work. Make sure you pay attention to detail when doing your paper work they also try there best to Con you out of money. I recommend you go else when getting a car! We have never been late on a payment.My wife and I went to the gas station and she opened her door, and lady whipped in next to us nearly taking the drivers side door off. We did a police report and waited for the insurance to do what they needed to do. The truck is still drivable but the door would not fully close so we ended up having to tie the door closed from the inside. Our accident happened on a Saturday. By Friday, the door still had not been fixed as it took the accident report longer to go through than normal. We had insurance and so did the lady that hit us but this process was taking way longer than it should but in any case, Friday morning came and I took my wife to work. I sit there with her while she is at work and thank God I do. As I sat there outside my wifes work, a tow truck pulled up and started to boot our truck. I got out of the car and he told me the finance company put our vehicle up for repo. I told him it must be a mistake because we were not behind any payments and we were taking them a payment that day along with the accident report and he told me it wasnt his problem and to get my belongings out of the truck or he would take everything in it too. I call hazel and she will not tell me why our vehicle is being taken. She wouldnt even speak to me. No reason, no explanation. Now, the story gets worse. 2 months ago, my wife and I were scammed out of 3200 dollars for a house. A guy broke into a house, advertised it as his and rented it to us. We moved in and a week later, the owners showed up wanting to know why we were in their house they just bought. Needless to say, we were given 3 days to move out. My wife had gotten 2 pay advances to get all the utilities turned on at that time as well so we had no income come in for a month after this. We put our belongings in storage and put what we needed in the truck and started living in it with our 8 little rescued dogs. The day they repoed our truck, it was 32 degrees outside and it was pouring rain. I stood there with our 8 little dogs in the freezing rain and watched them take our truck . My wife and I have no family. We only have each other. So there was no calling someone for help. My wife works off of Northside drive and paces ferry. I ended up putting myself and our dogs up under the stairwell behind a closed down strip club called Mardigras. The dogs and I froze as we watched all of our cloths, pillows and blankets get soaked. We ended up staying under that stairwell for 2 nights. On the second night, one of or dogs died from the cold. I just dont think he could take it. At this point, i dont think this company could hurt us any more than they have but i pray that they dont hurt anyone else as they have us.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️If I could give these people a negative, I would...They do not deserve 1 star! My husband and I purchased an Acura TL from them (Travis/Junior) September 1st 2018. Before we signed the papers the staff was very friendly, & helpful. However once we signed the papers and paid the down payment, things changed. Now NO ONE will return our calls. Four days after we bought the Acura, Hazel had me come up there because their locksmith was going to take care of me. I sat there for over 4 hours. When the guy FINALLY showed, he couldnt speak English and didnt get the keyless entry to work or the spare key made. He was too busy on his cell to get anything done. While I waited, Hazel called countless customers reminding them of their PAST Due payments. Its now been 43 days later and Hazel still hasnt gotten my keyless entry/alarm fixed or spare key made as promised. Not to mention they said they changed my oil, and now Im getting a notification to check oil levels. Needless to say, Id never purchase from these people again, and unless you have the time & money to waste, maybe you should look elsewhere for a vehicle.Update- So the very day I posted this review, Hazel contacts my husband and tells him that I must do this and that as far as getting THEM A KEY MADE! This place agreed to let us make payments on Mondays. My Payment Was Due 10.20.18. I have the paperwork to prove it! These POS repoed my car this morning, 10.22.18! All because they have amnesia about the agreement to being paid on Mondays, and I posted this review last week! The payment was due LESS THAN 36 HOURS WHEN THEY REPOED IT! Conveniently, out of spite, they do this! If they look back, we have ALWAYS paid on Mondays, never on Saturdays!Now, they said they have to review it before they let us PAY THE DAMN FEE TO get it back! Seriously?! This place WILL SCREW YOU, STAY AWAY! THE NAME OF THE PLACE SHOULD SAY ENOUGH...It is now Thursday night 10.25.18 and we stillare getting the run around. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!😤😤

Very nice office environment, very genuine, honest and transparent , all of them :) super happy with the car , runs very smooth, well taken care of . I visited the place in 2020 and I already knew then I would get my car from them.You can feel the difference when you drive onto the lot . 2020-07-02Had a great experience here. Bought my wifes first car a 2008 Toyota Solara Convertible. I have bought a lot of used cars over the years so I was expecting issues but was prepared to fix whatever. The car is beautiful and immaculate. Everything works as it should and after a few weeks not even a check engine light, what a blessing! We got an interest rate of 9.9% on a 24 month loan and plan on paying it off very early. Total transaction was seamless and Alma was especially nice and helpful. As for how to make payments if you live a distance from their location, I live 1.5 hours away and I just mail in a money order its very easy. I highly recommend them and would use them again should I need another vehicle.
