By far the worst experience I’ve had in my adult age. The beauty department is extremely racist and allow racist behavior from employees, managers, the so called store manager and HR were completely useless in making me feel comfortable and not qualified in the least to de escalate or resolve any situation. I would strongly suggest avoiding applying for a job here extremely toxic work environment. I wish I could sue this company for the harassment they allowed me to endure while in this terrible building. Paula is an evil racist person BULLY and Nordstrom allows it.
Love Nordstrom at Perimeter Mall!! They have a huge selection of high end brands in store and if they don’t have your size locally they can order it and have it shipped to your home or the store. Oh and the store is always clean…even in the “teen” sections and amazing sales and deals throughout!!!
Good service. Staff was helpful and kind. One of the few stores that still does free holiday gift wrapping with purchase. Even if you dont want them to wrap your gift, make sure to request gift boxes (especially for odd shaped gifts).Nordstrom also has a liberal return policy.
Had a great experience here on an impromptu shoe shopping trip. Everyone in the shoe department was very helpful and the particular salesmen that helped my husband and I was exceptional. He was mindful of all my concerns and style while helping pick new boots. There were two I couldn’t choose between and he convinced my husband to buy them both, lol. Like I said, I had a great experience. I also liked the holiday decor
My daughter and I shopped at the Perimeter Mall Store yesterday and had an amazing experience. We recently moved to Atlanta and are still living in temporary housing. School starts on Monday, a week sooner than I thought, and my daughter needed clothes to meet her school’s strict dress code. Our salesperson was so helpful. She paid attention to details and brought my daughter clothes that were appropriate for dress code, comfortable and fashionable, while also meeting my daughter’s size and sensory needs. When we were done she asked if we wanted to use our Nordstrom Notes and Triple Points Day. My daughter asked her a question about a sensitive subject and our salesperson gave her an impressively honest, informative and respectful answer. As soon as we left I contacted the store manager to let her know about our fantastic experience. The Perimeter Store Manager was gracious and appreciated our feedback so she could recognize and celebrate our salesperson’s job well done. I am so glad that there are stores with employees that strive to give special attention to their customers.

My mom has always despised shoe shopping and she for once in her life was happy and enjoying herself. You will never know what that meant for her. :)Allyne - Nordstrom is the only store that offers me to buy two different shoe sizes individually without buying two complete sets of shoes. Jessica W. in the childrens shoe department was amazing!! I have never been treated so well or had such exceptional/patient service with a smiling face.I have very small feet, two and half sizes apart and two different heights because of a club foot. So I need shoes that come in both those sizes, are soft in certain areas and also have a bottom that I can adhere a lift onto. Ms. Jessica made me feel 100% comfortable about my feet, which no one has ever done!I didnt even have to ask about the Split Shoe Service (even though I knew about it), she took it upon herself to ask the manager while I was trying on the shoes, came back and told me about it. She then proceeded to make sure the correct shoes were in the box before taking me to the register.What a lovely person. I will continue to shop at Nordstrom not only because of the shoes, but because of the kindness and care I was shown here today by her. I would give 10 stars if I could.
My trip to Nordstrom was just to return a pair of shoes that I had ordered from my cell phone. They couldnt be replaced but Shana helped me find two other pair to fill the bill. Everyone in the shoe department was friendly and helpful. When i bought the alpaca jacket as a gift for my sister I was disappointed that the customary silver box and silver ribbon were not available .
I was there last week, and I approached a Black sales associate in the women’s clothing section; she had long hair extensions and light eyes. I only inquired where the dresses were. I didn’t know there was a dress code for Nordstrom by the way she looked at me and my daughter as if we didn’t belong in the store. She pointed in the direction of the dresses and walked away from us and continued to help another customer in a more pleasant manner. THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do better please!
I just love Nordstroms period! But this Nordstroms is so spacious! The shoe amd womens departments are pretty large! You wont be disappointed here! The salesperson will call another location for you instantly if they dont have an item in store for you! The customer service is great! I just left today from browsing the Anniversary Sale! This location didnt have the bootie in my size and he instantly called the Phipps Plaza location and asked if they had it and they did and he asked them to hold it for me in which they did! I got my shoes and now im happy!!!
Wendy in the womens department is the BEST!! I strictly come to this Nordstroms just to work with her as she goes above and beyond to help me, picks out the perfect pieces for me, and even goes into the back/stockroom to search for items that may not even be on the floor. She has amazing fashion sense and isnt pushy at all like most Sales Associates (especially commissioned associates) normally do. She genuinely wants you to look good and feel great and is honest if something doesnt look right on which is hard to come by with most sales associates. I highly recommend shopping with Wendy at Nordstroms Perimeter!!
I just went to Nordstrom Perimeter mall today and was so pleased with the customer service. The sales associates took their time (and patience) to help me find the purse I wanted. They were knowledgeable about different styles and brands. I also did order pick up for some shoes and it was so easy to do. Just walked up, was greeted by a sales associate, then she got my package. I love that it was organized and ran like a well oiled machine.
I decided to go fragrance shopping with a friend even though I am super picky and it takes me forever to decide. After spending 45 minutes with Ms. Tia Aikens I left without a purchase only to come back an hour later. She was super kind and her energy was unmatched. I purchased Jazz Club by replica and she even gave me some samples that she suggested layering. I cant wait to do that! If you see her I would defiantly stop and say hello!
Yesterday, around lunch time. A lady on the second floor in the gown area was poorly dressed and did not represent a Nordstrom employee. She had light brown hair pinned up and scruffy. I was browsing with my mask on and took it down randomly while drinking my smoothie (I am pregnant so I don’t have the luxury of going without eating for long periods of time). As I thought she was coming over to offer assistance with a dressing room/sizes. Instead she barks at me for not having my nose covered with my mask. I simply let her know I was taking a drink from my smoothie and she continued in on me. Hopefully someone can figure out who this employee was and teach them how to properly assist customers. I immediately left and will honestly never return to that Nordstrom.-Stephanie
One of my friends and I went into Nordstrom to shop for fragrances. We were dressed down and none of the worker acknowledged us. We didn’t get asked if we needed help we didn’t get a hello or anything.They walked past us multiple times and never spoke. Y’all’s customer service is terrible. We were paying customers but looked down on because of the way i was dressed.
I will be a customer of Nordstrom for life. This company goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. Tonight I was shopping with my 16 year old son in the mens department. We received excellent service from a sales person named Sandy. She was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. When my son and I left the department, we went over to look at shoes next. While there, we put down the bag with our purchases, and accidentally left the bag behind as we left Nordstrom to go to other stores in the mall and the food court. Once we realized we didnt have our bag, we traced our steps and thought it must have been the food court where we left the bag. We went there but no bag, We then walked back to Nordstrom to pick up pants that were being hemmed and we told Sandy our story. We never imagined what would happen next. I was prepared to re buy everything that was in the bag, but Sandy and her manager decided to replace our items at no additional cost. I couldnt believe it! On our drive home we go a call from the store saying they found our bag in the shoe department!Even though I have been a loyal customer for years, i never expected this level of service. Nordstom, the way you do business is second to none. I have never had a bad experience shopping with you in the store or online. Kuddos to Sandy for her dedication and customer service.
Since when the high end retailers became THE RUDEST MOST OFFENSIVE EXPERIENCE. It has lost all the appeal and desire to shop there. It is repulsive. The service bar is should be ILL SERVICE BAR. Mr. Sanjid Khan clearly thinks that putting a lot of obnoxious jewerly qualifies him to work at Nordstrom. I do not know what happend to the retail stores such as Nordstrom, Saks and Neiman and why , but something drastically changed. I feel like I am at a flea market.
Even with everything that’s going on, Nordstrom employees are the most professional, courteous, and fashionable bunch! Stefan assisted me in exchanging a Dyson hairdryer. He was very patient and reassuring. When there was a holdup due to a tax difference (Fulton vs. Gwinnett), his colleagues also helped out. Overall, it was an amazing customer service experience. One that I won’t forget, Merci Stefan!
This store is so boring compared to other Nordstrom stores Ive been in and the associates can be so indifferent as to whether or not they help you. The customer service isnt bad persay, theres just no life in this store. And the sad part is its better than Phipps! Atlanta, what is the deal?!? Yall need to go by the Northpark Dallas, Chicago Magnificent Mile, Tysons Corner stores and see how its done!
I love Nordstrom, but I especially love this one. Kim, the make up manager (not sure her actual title) is fabulous! I’ve been seeing her for years now! But, not only is she great, everyone I meet that works there is super awesome! The people in children’s clothing and shoes are fantastic! The girls in intimates are out of this world. Seriously! It’s like the chic-fil-a of retail!
The staff is always so nice when I go and very helpful not pushy like some other stores. I went to get a new pair of shoes and left two pairs of shoes. There is a great selection and if what your looking for isn’t there you can ask a sales person to help and they can help you find what you are looking for. The store was also very clean including the bathroom.
David Wagner gave me that old fashioned 5 star service. He helped me style my nephew for a video shoot. I needed alteration done and the in house seamstress Angela Washington customized are outfit the same day. Then Lester McCarter styled him for the photo shoot . Nordstroms was a blessing . All that great service and I still saved some money. Norstrom is blessed to have such a excellent and friendly staff. They worked together as a team and made me feel like a million dollars. That was hands down the best experience I have ever had from a retail store. Thank u again. That is the true meaning of customer service!
Have shopped at Nordstrom for 20+ years and disappointed in the lack of service. Tried to reach someone in womens shoes today and after it took several minutes for an operator to answer, I then spent 13+ minutes holding. I tried it again and same experience. Not sure why this happened and hope the next time I call, I can report a much better experience.
Sadly, I must concur that the customer service at this Nordstrom location is poor. For an organization that once boasted of exceptional customer service, this location falls far short of what I expected. My experience involved phone calls not being returned, a failure to tell me my clothes were ready for pick-up, and a billing dispute. The billing issue was because I wasnt truly informed of the final cost of the garments and the cost for alterations. Although the sales staff was friendly, I think management needs to take a look at how this location is run. I know Nordstrom can do better.
My wife and I visit this store often and she was in need of a entire make-up renewal and was just so please to finally meet Kimberley St John in the Lancome aisle . Kimberley knew the products color tones that right away please my wife. Thanks Kimberly . John T & Mary M.
WOW, What an experience. I was traveling through and needed and emergency pair of Khakis before I headed home. I was so fortunate to have Kevina Love there to help me out. She gave me great advice and multiple options. And when we could not find just the right pair she was so helpful to provide additional options. Kevina held onto a few ancillary items that were ready for me when I came back 30 minutes later purchase those items. I also noticed that Kevina was with a young couple and the little one and she was awesome with them and making the little one feel special. I have been shopping at Nordstrom when the first arrived in Virginia / DC 30 years ago and Kevina exemplifies all that goes into the legendary reputation of Nordstrom. I was so lucky I walked into Nordstrom today - thank you Kevina!
The benefits of the personal shopper experience are LIMITLESS and PRICELESS. I loathe shopping and gladly spent 4 hours being custom-fitted for the first time in my life. From alterations to bra fitting to wardrobe concepts, Kathleen was amazing! She even knew which shoes I should request downstairs in the shoe department! Awesome service and Ill be a customer for life!
Hello Mr. TorresI am writing to commend an employee that works at the Nordstrom Perimeter Mall store, Olivia Williams. Olivia represented “your” standards in customer care. She was informed, alert, knowledgeable about the product and the format at the store. Too many times we as customers meet up with employees who stand there, you can’t understand whatthey mean, they don’t have the control of the transaction, they are talking with another employee and the customer waits, or they take a phone call while you are standing therewith your money in hand. Not Olivia Williams. I am happy to let you know she was outstanding, andshe made my shopping a pleasure!
Nordstrom is my go to store for all my clothing items and shoes. I love the selection there. I never feel claustrophobic with clothes everywhere like I feel when I walk into other stores. Furthermore, the sales associates are always incredibly friendly and the customer service is second to none. My wife laughs at me because she knows how loyal I am to Nordstrom. Ive just never had a bad experience there. Diwan in the mens department is the best.
Nordstrom is one of my fav high end department stores, they offer makeovers with either a $50 purchase or two item minimum at a lot of the makeup counters like mac and nars but Id call to confirm they have room and see if the policy has been updated. Also for the holidays they offer free gift wrapping with purchases you make from them. Its a great perk
I bought a high end suit online and brought it into the store to have it altered. They shortened the sleeve lengths and took in the stomach of the jacket. The pants needed hemming and about an inch taken out of the waist. Everything turned out perfectly minus the stomach of the jacket (much tighter than when fitted) and the pant lengths. The pant lengths was partially my fault because I did not specify to put an angle on them. However, when I went to pick it up, I tried it on, let them know of the problems, and they had no issue getting them fixed. The suit now fits exactly how I want it and it is the best suit I have owned.
I really, really miss the Mall of Georgia location! The staff at Perimeter Mall are not friendly, they literally turn their backs, or scurry away when you need help, or even to get into a fitting room, or need help finding a restroom, its that bad, Ive never been fond of this location because Ive always been treated so poorly at this location.They do have a nice sit down restaurant on the third floor with a full bar and an incredible staff and a mixologist! That is probably the only reason I would evenbother going inside this location,but thats being more than fair, because you still have to get eye rolls from the bullies they employ outside the walls of the restaurant. I thought it was just my luck, but friends, family and co-workers agree, the staff are about as helpful as a trip to Wal-Mart and thats even being generous. I love the brands and selection but the whole staff, from clothing, to shoes, makeup, seem so put out to help. I never ever had even a remotely similar experience at the Buford, Mall of GA location, it is really unfortunate because I love Nordstrom, but refuse to shop here because I feel like Im a burden to the staff. Ill order online, and shop Nordstrom Rack in Buford,and fortunately the staff at this location are better trained and extremely helpful. Sorry Perimeter but you wont be getting my business...and I buy the majority of my clothing, shoes, handbags, even makeup at Nordstrom, but never at Perimeter Mall. This entire area has really gone downhill. Apparently they cant or dont want well trained, friendly, employees it is so unfortunate because they lost a lot of business. I warn folks to avoid this mall like the plague. Id rather have the flu than shop at a high-end department store like Nordstrom at Perimeter Mall with the current staff. Sadly Ive felt this way since about 2012, Ive gone back 2-3 times per year hoping that Ill see new faces, I do, but same piss pore attitude and complete unwillingness to be polite, or even pretend to give a damn. Yes, its that bad! Go see for yourself, but just go knowing youll be treated like you are a total burden and you are just wasting the staffs precious time to gossip about other staff members and sadly the customers. I cant continue to keep being a glutton for punishment just because I love the amazing merchandise, its not worth the negative feelings, and nasty vibe, and mean girl mentality, from the staff at this location. :(
I’ve tried to purchaseSkin care with them for two times. Everytime I had really bad experience. 1st time the lady from dior throw us gifts rudely just because we asked them if there is gift come with our purchase. Second time they refused to do price match even with Neiman Marcus. I’ve been loyal customer with Nordstrom ever since I came to US all because of their customer service. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. I will never go back.
I spotted Myla and how beautiful and Flawless her face was, I approached her to assist me with trying NARS Cosmetics. Myla has been a joy to speak with! She has shown me how to apply my make-up, noting what colors I like, as well as her subtle way of suggesting what looks nice for me also. Myla has a great personality and when working with myself or others, Ive taken notice when other customers approach her for assistance, she takes a moment to acknowledge their presence and that she will be there to assist them, or if its something they know they want, she excuses herself for a moment to retrieve their item! Great communication and professional skills! She has an excellent personality, and is always warm and pleasant! This young lady is the BEST!!V/r,Emily
The new layout/setup didnt add much, and I have not used the online pick up option... Seems like the sales people are now on commission given the excessive help (or over eager customer service) received - experience may vary given time of day. Overall typical Nordstrom experience and product selection.
I remember when Nordstrom sold quality products by designers that care what you look like after donning their products. Little by little my perception of Nordstrom has deteriorated significantly. I hope they are able to recover because they still offer the best customer service in the business.
Perimeter Mall Nordstrom is my favorite location to shop. A beautiful store with helpful staff, carefully selected merchandise, and a top notch cafe. The dining atmosphere in the cafe is not as enjoyable as other locations, but it is still a destination to frequent even if youre not planning on shopping! You can expect a well rounded menu, with healthy options and delectable desserts.One last phrase - Anniversary Sale - shop it in July...you will not be disappointed!
My “go-to” store for so many things! Their make-up department is one of the best around - with tons of help. Their shoe department is also great and if they don’t have your size, you can order it to be sent to your house. Although I love Nordstrom, overall, lately they have reduced the sizes of a few departments and I am disappointed in their decisions. I will give Nordstrom more chances and hope they will come around and realize their mistakes!
This store has gone down hill something awful. Nordstrom used to be a great shopping experience due to the amazing customer service. Its gotten worse and worse over the last year and a half. And whats with the service bar??? This isnt apple. Its Nordstrom. I shop at Nordstrom because I want service, not a messy bar with people standing around and having an attitude when youre asking for help. I miss the old days of Nordstrom and will not be back. Youve lost a customer of 20+ years Nordstrom.
Have you ever wished that you could work with a sales associate that makes you feel like family as opposed to just a client? Robert Tolley (who works in the Beauty department) is THAT person. When I was first trying to look for a product to help tackle my melasma and hyper-pigmentation, he was extremely knowledgeable in directing me to Dr. Gross and his line of skincare. I had already done my research, but admired the confidence he had in this product. Since then, not only have have friends and family noticed a difference in my skin, they have started using the product as well.Robert had also been really great in assisting me with purchases and returns - even during the incredibly busy Anniversary Sale. He has even tracked down beauty and clothing items for me when I was out of the country and/or found them to be sold out onsite! He really provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. Next time you head for Nordstrom in Perimeter, ask for Robert! You will be glad you did :-)
I went in on Sunday 11/6/16 to see if I they had something similar to an Amway Artistry product that is no longer being made. And Artistry is not sold in stores so I wanted to try a local in stock alternative but wanted a little guidance bc i have sensitive skin. From my research their Clinique line would have been a pretty good alternative. When I walked in the lady in fragrance immediately offered help and personally led me to two ladies in skin care who should have been able to help. However, one of them was applying makeup to a client...understandably busy. The other young woman was standing around looking into the air and could not be bothered. Funny thing is I would have bought whatever was suggested bc from online comparison their prices are considerably cheaper than Artistry. Very poorly trained skin care product sales people...and yes, I have worked in customer service and sales to make that determination. Location NOT recommended for purchase of skin care products. I would return to purchase in fragrance department.
Not the normal Nordstroms experience one expects when they go into a department store. Nobody came to greet us in any of the departments when we were browsing, until eventually I asked for assistance in womens shoes, which by the way was completely cluttered with shoes on the ground around the seating area. I told one of the attendants what I needed and was told we might have something like that somewhere on one of the tables and left it at that. Not entirely helpful. Eventually I got another person to help me track down what I wanted and in the size I needed. I wish I caught her name so I could add it but shes why I rated a 3 instead of 1 or 2. Very disappointed in this particular location.
While running in in the last 30 minutes they were open I Was looking for a whole outfit that I was in a rush to get before heading to Auburn for my girlfriends graduation. Likely one of their sales associates named shaq grab me a pair of shoesThat was exactly what I was looking for help to find a complete outfit that I absolutely loveAnd Im sure all where many times again. Working in retail I realize someone running in the last 30 minutes before close who wants a whole is probably my worst nightmare. Shaq was nothing but helpful it was a phenomenal salesperson but not overbearing
Recently visited Nordstrom @ Perimeter and absolutely fell in love with the cosmetic department....GUERLAIN to be specific. Had an experienced gal named Sharon who was over the top helpful! This, is what being treated like a valued customer is all about, no question about it! I have since ordered from Sharon on the phone and shipping was free and I received my order in a snap, I feel like I could call and ask her for any makeup or skincare advise and she would be there! YES! KUDOS! BRAVO!
Two women videotaping customers in the womens restroom. This happened at the Perimeter Mall store in Atlanta. Whats worse is that they had a small child with them. I reported this event to store management, but no one at Nordstroms is taking i this matter seriously. Ive always had a stellar shopping experience at this store. However , lately Ive encountered Natalie bizarre situations, but also sales people who are uninformed and inattentive. As a result, I didnt receive a dress I ordered in time for an important event. I asked the manager whats wrong with the store. She didnt have an answer.
Nordstroms Mens shop at Perimeter.. best overall clothier for guys in Atlanta area. Why? Because they have customer service and good selection but not cluttered racks. Ask for Alex! ...and for those saying but what about the cost.. Start taking what you pay for an item and divide cost by number of wears for a best cost measure. Sorry to disappoint the value shoppers but a good Italian pant will get 7x or more wears over a cheap knock off and look great as well the entire life of the garment.
I was shopping here this past weekend with my nephew ( 9 years old) who has Downs Syndrome. I was shopping in the boys section and I went into the dressing room with him to help him and so he would not be alone. As I was trying to help him, an employee knocked on our door and informed me of their policy that the different genders stay separated in dressing rooms. I tried to explain the situation of 1) his age and 2) his particular case but she continued to react rudely. So, we left. The only reason I did not give them 1star is simply because we did find cute things for him. I just wish we couldve tried them on.
Stood there, at the Chanel counter for about 10 minutes looking, waiting, waiting...went over to the Jessica McClintock counter and returned the items I had instead of swapping them for some that I needed. Thinking I am going to buy unisex stuff from Kiehls, that way me and my hubby can use them.
Called to speak with the Fine Jewelry Department of Nordstrom and I was connected to a very rude, distasteful lady. So rude, my colleagues in my office could over hear how rude she was on the phone. Was wanting to buy the Black Movado Bold for my fiance...Now, that purchase will be taken to Helzberg Diamonds or Macys. Thank you.
Parking at this mall is a headache until you figure out the layout of the mall itself. Here, you’ll have your popular store selection ( Nordstrom, BB, Jcrew, Macy’s, HM e.g) The one irritating thing is the vendors along the path to get to those stores are too pushy... and almost unavoidable. Aside from that, it’s your average high patron density mall experience.
My friend was here from out of town and we shopped at Perimeter Mall looking for small gifts for friends at Xmas.My daughter works in thatpartment an I was so amazed at how she handled my friends wants and needs.(Ann MARIE Dobbs) I no that an accolade from her mother might seem to be one sided but she is a born sales person most likely because is a born shopper!!!!Pp

2022-05-07I’ve had wonderful experiences at this location. The moment my daughter and I walked into the bra department Melissa immediately greeted us. She helped us find some great bras. We will be back to shop with her.I found a beautiful dress online from Nordstrom for my daughter’s prom, but the straps were too long. I went there the day before the prom and Olivia was great with getting help from alterations department.Donna did an exceptional job in altering the straps in such a short time.I really appreciate the wonderful customer service that I was given.

2021-11-30They have good collection of clothing, perfumes and foot wear. The store is very spacious and clean. They also have an EBAR that serves food, coffee and chocolate drinks. This EBAR is located at left side of store entrance.

2022-05-22I stopped by the store this past weekend to find some shoes and possibly a handbag for an upcoming trip, when I stopped by the shoe department their selection was quite limited and not a single associate came to assist, granted the traffic in the area was high so I decided to take a lap around the whole store and after being in the store for over an hour the only sales associates to offer their assistance was the gentleman in the kids department as I decided to pickup some clothes for my nephew, and one of the ladies in cosmetics so she could get me shade matched. When I finally made my way back to shoes, the traffic had significantly died down and there were only a handful of customers, and yet I still did not receive any help. As someone who’s worked in almost every level of retail (and yes all the way to luxury boutiques) I can’t believe that a store like this wouldn’t bother offering assistance, even to simply check in or acknowledge me as a paying customer. After this experience I don’t think I’ll be shopping at this location again and will stick to making my purchases online or from their competitors.

2022-04-19The alteration shop/department does exquisite work. They hemmed my daughters prom dress and had it ready for me a day before the actual scheduled the pickup. I also appreciate the shoe options available for you to try on while getting your alteration needs specified. Everthing was done so professionally from the initial consultation, through the actual service, to pickup.

2021-03-12Most of the associates in the store are nice. The store is pretty clean and not very cluttered like the Macy’s. They look like they are taking good precautions as well. Hand sanitizers throughout the store. And lines at the customer service are well spaced out. Prices could be a little high but other than everything is good

2022-05-10I come here often to shop since I live near the mall. I like this store because its always pretty organized and calm. The only thing is the inventory seems lower than the other nearby department stores. I guess it helps keep the environment not so overwhelming but its a catch 22 because it can seem bare at times.

2022-04-20Paula in Cosmetics helped me last night. This was not the first time, and every time she assists me, she is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable about every vendor, and very patient. I am heading out of town, and she helped me get everything that I needed. Btw, she was absolutely correct..the Chanel mascara that I purchased at her suggestion is the best I have ever used, and I thought I had tried everything. Thank you very much!!

2022-05-12Atlanta, Ga Nordstrom in the Perimeter mall, in comparison to the one in Seattle is much smaller, and therefore does not offer the variety its flagship store offers. Prices are similar and the clothing and other apparel are for the most part current contemporary seasonal fashion. When it comes to cost this is not a discount store by no means.

2022-06-15I was in the women fragrance and the women fragrance manager Ms. Rebecca was Amazing. She is a great queen. Her customer service is stellar. Im so glad I met Mrs Rebecca ❤️. Its 1st Class shopping. I brought a few items. All the staff was great at Philip plaza. I shop at Nordstrom @ Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody/ Sandy Springs Ga. as well. Ms. Navin is the Fragrance Guru there. Ask for Ms.Navin when you are in the womens fragrance at Perimeter Mall. ASK for Mrs Rebecca when shopping for womens fragrance@ Philip Plaza mall, Atlanta Ga. Some items are available at Nordstrom for fast and convenient 🛍 shopping. Even better than 1 day delivery online shopping.
