At dr. Hall’s office, the nurse that assists home is fantastic. She is focus and very thorough. Her name is Janet Cruz Aguirre. She is also very professional and a pleasure to be around. She also works above and beyond. I look forward to coming back to your office to see her smiling face. Key assets to your organization.Thank you,Jerome Johnson
I had my annual physical with doctor Terence Moraczewski, and got a surprising bill later in the mail. It was $200 some dollars. I was shocked. I called up the office asking why I was billed for an annual physical while it should have been fully covered by my insurance. I was told that the reason I was billed for the $200 some amount was due to the doctor’s spending 15 minutes in answering my questions. How ridiculous! I never knew I was not supposed to ask my doctor questions during the check-up and that he had zero interest in my health but timing me for additional dollars! I was beyond upset when I heard their explanation. I could not believe my ears and definitely will not pay this $200 dollars bill which should never have been sent to me at all! And certainly I will caution anybody who plans to visit this doctor. You might want to bring a timer with you to avoid being billed for “additional” questions.
Dr. Terence Moraczewski Has been my doctor for the past several years now and I have to say that he is by far the most thorough and caring physician that I’ve ever met with. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate his attention to detail and care for his patients. Sometimes the wait time can be longer than I would like but that also happens with pretty much every other doctor I’ve ever met with. In this case I can understand the wait because of how much of his time he’s willling to commit to understanding how to best treat his patients. He’s worth the wait and I’d highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a primary care physician. I’ve never even thought to write a review for one of my doctors before but he continues to impress me with even helping me when he’s out of the office so I had to take a little time to show my appreciation! Thanks for all that you do Dr. Moraczewski!
Very professional and courteous. If you’re on time, you will go in on time. The medical assistant did not rush anything. She took her time to hear me out and repeated what I said to make sure she didn’t miss anything. The doctor was also very thorough and did not rush the appointment.
NAPC is great! They are very friendly at the front desk and the office and rooms are extremely clean. Dr Kelsey is awesome and very thorough. The FMH app that they utilize is a great tool to communicate directly with Dr! They respond quickly too. I would rate 10 ⭐️ if it were possible!
I was hesitant about switching providers based upon some conflicting reviews I saw online, but a time-sensitive issue with one of my children forced my hand and I made an appointment at NAPC, Alpharetta. Whatever concerns I may have had prior to the appointment immediately washed away when we arrived; the nurse who greeted us was incredibly hospitable, Lindsay, our PA, did a very thorough exam of my daughter, ordering up a deep dive of lab work to try to help diagnose a condition that had many moving parts and irreconcilable symptoms. Little did she know that my daughter is absolutely PHOBIC about lab draws due to a very traumatic experience with a phlebotomist as a child, and she mentally shut down in the waiting room of the offices blood draw area. Recognizing my childs distress, the Clinic Supervisor, Ciara, made her way over to my family, spoke incredibly compassionately to my child, and offered to allow the lab work to be done in a private exam room versus the sterile facade of the blood draw area. This adjustment alleviated virtually all of my daughters anxiety, and the team that wound up being sent to do the blood draw was equally compassionate, tending to my daughters anxiety with such genuine sensitivity. In an era when everyone and everything feels rushed, the willingness of the office staff here to take whatever time was necessary to help make my daughter feel more comfortable is something I will never forget. We are forever grateful!
Dr. Moraczewski is an excellent doctor. He is sincerely interested in his patients welfare and exemplifies the traits of compassion and competence we all desire in our primary physician.I feel very fortunate to have him and his excellent support staff for my medical support.
Dr. Moraczewski is the best doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate , kind and very professional. However, the Billing Department does not know how to do their job.Whoever is that is inputting the codes is doing it all wrong.Right now, I have been on the phone with Humana, my Insurance and they are in absolute amazement how they billed my PCP as ambulance services, special services, and more and charging me hundred for those services that have 0 Copay. If Dr. Moraczewski changes companies, I will happily move with him.
On-time, organized and zero delays through the different components of the office visit (check-in, nurse, Dr., treatment, Dr. check, bloodwork, check-out). Zero fluff, efficient visit. Great human expression from Dr. and nurses to assure me, otherwise the visit was robotic but in the good kind of way (aforementioned points).
Because there are other employees and providers that I’ve never spoken to or seen, I only speak about my experience, and those I had to come in contact with. NAPC has been my go to PC for years now, and I’ve never really had any issues up until recently (the last year or so). Customer service and even bedside manners have substantially declined and are incredibly frustrating to deal with. Staff that I had to encounter were extremely rude and constantly left me feeling like I lacked common sense when I know I don’t. I’m going in for help on an issue that I obviously can’t treat myself, so the last thing I wanna feel when leaving is that I was completely disregarded and treated as if I were a child. It just now feels like situation where I felt they wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible, unsympathetic to the issues I was having. Dealing with payments and insurance with them has also been another frequent issue and nothing more than a head ache and half.I refuse to be uncomfortable in a place where I’m supposed to feel like I can share what’s going on.
Id like to take the time to once again acknowledged the outstanding medical care l continue to receive from Dr.Swati Pullamaraju and her assistant who is always beyond extremely courteous and patient and professional. With GOD being #1 factor l attribute said Dr. to litterally saving my life. Under her care and instructions lve lost over 50pds within a matter of a few months as my health continues to improve. It is imperative that they hire those in the likes of Casey who is an outstanding employee to this center! Her work ethics are unmatched and she is as good as it can get speaking in terms of excellence! I now look fwd to my medical appts due to these individuals where as in other locations before transferring from others that l dreaded!
I have been with NAPC since they were North Fulton Family Medicine. I am thankful for the care I have received over the years and the experiences I have while visiting my doctor. Dr. Oliver is a rockstar, he is prompt and gentle with me, he’s keeps me accountable for my health and I truly appreciate that!
I had a very pleasant experience with my recent visit to NAPC. They did had some glitch with their computer which caused an initial delay. However they more than compensated with the loss of time with quick completion of additional tests and follow up with the doctorI am also pleased with the messaging system for follow up with the doctor (Dr Satish Ganjam). Doctor was able to make an update for the pharamcy pretty quickly..
I have been a patient of NAPC for 20+ years and have been very staified with the care I have received. Oliver Heinle (PA) has been my provider since he joined the practice and has always treated me with great care and understanding of any medical conditions that have come up. I would recommend NAPC and Oliver to anyone who would ask me about choosing a health care provider.
Handling billing for son who had insurance mistake. It has taken over 3 months and still no resolution. The billing/back office is totally unresponsive. Ive called multiple times and even multiple times the same day and never get a live person but dutifully leave information and callback number. Nothing. Until this practice cleans up their billing, its more trouble than its worth.
I had gone to North Atlanta Primary care for approximately 7 years. During that time, I noticed some changes in process in recent years with one being the absolute reluctance of phoning in refill prescriptions without office visit along with blood work/labs which increases cost. Re-fills requested are non-narcotic/non habit forming and not for pain no reason for a 30 day supply could not be phoned in until next scheduled visit. Next, billing..... Consistently, receiving bills with balance forward in incoice. No itemization or detail on services nor initial bills received. Customers need itemization if paying with FSA card or HSA cards.... Moreover, no receipt of initial bill.... Nor could they advise when it was sent out but their Collections dept was kind enough to advise it was delinquent with no ability to advise when or if initial bill was mailed. Paid in full and I have beong seeing a new primary care practice. So far, no surprise billing with the new provider. Just my experience.
They were totally on point and on time. Everything went very smoothly.Only thing: lab assistants were talking about their personal lives alittle too much and not paying attention to the patients, which I found tobe unprofessional, a total waste of everyones time and annoying...overall, however, a very good experience. Keep it up!
Kelsey Greef is excellent, but the customer service is terrible. I have tried to speak to billing at least 4x about an issue (we have been billed for a physical AND an office visit three times now) and I keep getting a voicemail that never gets returned. Its very difficult to get through to a human to actually solve a problem. I called twice today specifically asking for a person to speak to and they would only give me an email.
I have been waiting to see a primary care physician for my left clavicle pain, which many thought could have been a heart condition, for four months. I had an appointment with the Laurette Group which I scheduled back in August and their first available appointment was for January 14, 2022. I accepted the appointment and they called on December 27th to cancel this appointment because of the BCBS and Northside contract issues. I immediately called North Atlanta Primary Care and the scheduling manager took pity on my situation and scheduled an appointment for me immediately with Dr. Lin. The office is big and beautiful and the people who work there are very caring and supportive. Claudia, Dr. Kin’s nurse, was very sweet, professional and extremely knowledgeable. (She speaks Spanish and English for those looking for a Spanish speaking medical office.) She and Dr. Lin did a thorough check on me and I left their office feeling confident that they ran all the pertinent tests on me to help diagnose my problem accurately. I would recommend this medical group to anyone looking for a primary care physician in the Alpharetta Area. 😊
I love my doctor Korte and been her patient for years even prior to her joining the NAPC. However the service especially at Johns Creek location is horrible and the stuff is not friendly at all.At the time of my physical I forgot to ask her of sign a form confirming my exam date and now since she is on vacation, they ask that I pay co-pay or make an appointment to get a signature!Even the manager is not willing to help. Zero customer service!Last year it took them months and countless calls to remove an incorrect charge on my file.I have to say goodbye to a good doctor because of the stuff!!
Dr Patel was very political and would not prescribe an infusion. One goes to a doctor for care not to be berated on whether youre vaccinated or not. Dr Patel gave no prescriptions because I was not vaccinated and refused care.On top of this, I was charged for two visits when I only had one visit. They are charging me for a phone call from the doctors office and a visit... Ive never heard of such nonsense.
The Great group. I appreciate Dr Ganjam and his nurse Mrs Fatima. I got affected with Covid-19 (even after 2 dose of pfizer vaccine) with high severity. Initially it was tough to get appointment . But later emailed to Dr Ganjam. He has helped me to provide appointment next day. He has treated me in his office just like regular patient. I appreciate you all as other providers were not allowing to see the covid patient in-perosn. You did it. This is the best example of having the best family doctor. I got recovered in 10 days after his antibiotics etc treatment. Always responded of my any questions in that period via email. Who is great - The people who helped you once you in need. Thanks Dr Ganjam and Thanks to your team for saving me. God bless you all
If you cant trust them for the small stuff, how can you with the big stuff?Very sad Im leaving this review and not coming back to this office. Staff was friendly, office was clean, and doctors were great. At the time I was not sure if my insurance covered a flu shot, so I asked how much it would cost in total to have one administered. I got double confirmation from my nurse and the billing office that it would be at most $30 for the shot and its administrationA few months later, I get this bill in the mail that is charging me a whopping $120 just for a flu shot I thought would be free with my insurance!Calling the billing office, no one picks up the phone and no one returns my calls. When I call the office directly, no one is willing to speak with me.Unfortunately I have to pay this bill so they wont go after my good credit score. Dishonest people like this leave a sour taste in my mouth though, so I thought it is worth warning others so they dont end up with the same fate:
I used the walk-in service at NAPC on a Saturday and was greeted immediately. My check-in was very fast and friendly. I waited less than ten minutes before being called to an exam room. The nurse handled the preliminaries efficiently and administered a COVID test quickly. The PA who treated me came in promptly with the COVID result (negative). He was friendly and knowledgeable about by recent regular visit. We discussed treatment options and he ordered a prescription and provided other treatment suggestions (OTC medications). I was finished in 30 minutes, perhaps less.
Front desk and office staff are not competent. Been coming here for 22 years but no more.First spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who told me they could give me a pcr test during my appointment today, but told today they dont have testsAlso checked in at 7:45 for an 8:15 but staff failed to actually check me on. Wasted an hour.No more. These people have too much business and not enough organization
Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, the Medical Assistant was terrific and thorough. My NP, Kelsey Greeff, is a terrific listener and so knowledgeable. They follow up on everything quickly through the patient portal, which makes it easy to ask a question, get a referral if needed, and see lab work.
I have been going to NAPC for years now. I cannot say enough good things about my nurse today, Fatima. She did her job diligently and with a kind and bubbly demeanor. I hope she gets a chance to take time for herself because she works tirelessly to ensure all her patients are well taken care of.And how can I not mention what a kind and thoughtful doctor, Dr. Ganjam, is. He is a delight, funny and insightful. He loves his job, meeting and getting to know all of his patients, as diverse as the world around us it seems. I feel lucky to have both of these individuals looking after me.Thank you so much!
I am so thankful to have found North Atlanta Primary Care and Dr. Konn for my primary care doctor. Dr. Konn is amazing! She is extremely detail oriented & makes you feel like more than just another patient on her schedule. She is personable, excellent with follow up, and replies to medical questions in a more than timely manner. She is also really nice!! I could go on and on!
I have been a patient of NAPC for over 5 years and have always felt like my doctors and PAs really listen and are interested in my health. the office is very efficient and wait times have never been an issue. Getting blood work done on the premises is so easy as well as the issuance of referrals. I highly recommend this practice.
If I could post less than one star - I would. We have been patients at NAPC for 15+ years and after having 2 recent issues with prescriptions, our family is leaving the practice. The care that we used to receive at the Alpharetta location was excellent, however this has continued to go downhill. I have spoken with the office manager on numerous occasions, and she does not seem to care about the lack of concern regarding prescriptions and the inability to reach staff members. On a recent prescription issue, it took more than 7 days to have the issue resolved, which caused side effects as the medicine had not been tapered as indicated, since it was not refilled in a timely manner. I feel this was medically negligent and the office manager again showed no concern. This week, we have had a 2nd issue with a prescription, even after going into the office for an appointment at 8am. There is a lack of concern and no oversight that things are being handled correctly by staff. We were told this week that the prescription had been recorded but not sent to our pharmacy. This took 2 days to resolve. We would not recommend this practice to anyone for these reasons, especially if you are on long term medications. Additionally, the lack of courtesy regarding appointment times has become unacceptable. If a patient has an appointment at a given time, they should not wait in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes past that time, only to be taken into an exam room where they again have to wait for an additional 15-20 minutes. Often, we are seen up to an hour after our appointment time. For these reasons, our family of four will no longer be using this practice.
I showed up at 8:15am as a walk-in patient hoping to discover and treat a medical issue I’ve been having for the past week now. I’ve been a patient at this practice for 15 years or more, and I signed in and was told to wait outside in the lobby. An hour and a half later, I went in to check when I’d be taken into the doctor’s office when I was told I was not on the list. My name was on the sign-in sheet but the person at the front desk forgot to put my name in the computer. The girl at the front desk didn’t know how longer my wait would be, which I believed was absolutely ridiculous that I had to suffer do to her incompetence. I then asked to see the manager, and he told me he would put me upfront on the list, but still didn’t know how longer it would be because the patients in front of me (who came in 45 minutes after I did) were taking a very long time. At that point, I had enough of this whole experience, leaving totally disgusted, and feeling worse. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I thought I was treated very unprofessionally by the staff at the care facility. There was no accountability whatsoever, no empathy for how I was feeling, and the whole practice was completely mismanaged. I’m currently seeking to find a better and more professional family practice in the future. I don’t recommend going to the North Atlanta Primary Care Milton office ever again.
I just wanted to write a review to thank sweet Ellie for helping me through my panic attack today. I have a hard time wearing masks due to my anxiety disorder but they are required in the office. She helped me through a particularly nasty panic attack. I am beyond grateful for the love and care that she showed me. I know many drs and nurses have compassion fatigue and I was so grateful for her kindness today.
This office is amazing! The nurse, Fatima is always so helpful and very kind. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ganjam. He’s the best doctor of any kind I’ve ever had and I wish there were more doctors like him. He saved my life twice. I am very grateful to Dr.Ganjam. Fatima also helped me that time. They are the best team.
I have been a patient here for years and love this location. Lindsey has been hands down the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. Even when I lived in Florida I’d schedule my appointments with her while visiting family because she actually listens. Tasha in the front is also amazing somehow she remembers everything and always makes a point to make you feel like family.
These people really need to get their shi*t together. Pregnant and nauseated almost threw up from sitting in their room for over an hour lol they’re only getting 2 stars because of the mean rough lady that took my blood due to how fast she had moved lol other than that this is not a good place. My appointment was at 10:45 sent my text at 10:33 walked out at 12:21 .. no doctor!
I called before i went, i asked how much it was to see a doctor for a annual checkup, “$75”I get there, my appointment was for 11 am, i wait until 12:30 pm to see the doctor. The doctor sees me and ask if i want blood work done it will be an extra $300 and i say no.Go to pay. $75Go to check my mail today surprise i owe them $226 ???????
Dr. Hall and Chrissy are the best around. They make a great team! They are very caring people and they always put a smile on my face. Most people don’t like going to doctors but I don’t mind since I get to see the two of them. Thank you Dr. Hall and Chrissy for being concerned and always taking the best care of me and my medical needs.❤️❤️
On a Wednesday morning, I was covid positive and went to see Dr. Swati. I was in pretty bad shape and laying down when she came into the room and she did not even check me out. She did not listen to my lungs and told me to tell her quickly what was going on. She did refer me for the monoclonal antibody treatment. They referred me to Wellstar and Wellstar did not have any appointments available the rest of the week. I took it upon myself to find that Northside was offering the treatment, they had appointments available and that my doctor was contracted with them. All Northside needed was the referral from my doctor’s office. This office sat on that paperwork for an entire day (Thursday) and into the next morning. Time was running out for me to get this treatment so this was urgent. After many attempts of going through the different menu options and requesting they page the office manager, I finally spoke to her and explained what was needed and this was urgent. She had assured me that by lunch time the referral would be sent over. It was not. I called that afternoon and left the office manager several messages and NEVER received a call back. The next morning (Friday now), I asked the Northside scheduling person if he could call my doctor’s office to get the referral. Thankfully the gentlemen at Northside was able to get through to the office manager. Finally, she sent the referral over. I had an appointment that Friday afternoon for the treatment.I did get worse in those 2 days of waiting and I do blame this office and I did make that known in my voicemails to the office manager but again she did not care. This office obviously did not care about my health and the urgency in this. I would stay away from this practice. If I could give negative stars I would.
I have been a patient for over 6 years and I am impressed by my physician Dr. Ganjam and his head nurse Fatima. Dr. Ganjam is very caring and takes the time to approach issues holistically rather that prescribe medications to address cure ailments. Fatima is dedicated to her profession and is always prompt returning my calls and emails.Overall I have had positive experience right from the front desk and other supporting staff.Thank you
I absolutely love this office. My PA Oliver Heinle, P.A.-C and his nurse Nadia have proven to be the best experience I have ever had with a primary care team. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and both are so personable. I am listened to and taken seriously. I am never uncomfortable with either of them. This all says a lot about them both in my book as I have had very different experiences in the past. - Virginia Angell
I am sincerely pleased with the care given to me by Chrissy and Dr Hall. Dr Hall appears to be very knowledgeable and conscientious and extremely personable. I have complete faith in his care.Chrissy is extremely personable and competent. She appears to care a lot about her patients and their needs. She listens for the answers when she ask questions and she makes me feel very welcome.Thank you for this opportunityElla Woodard
I love, love, love Dr. Moraczewski. He has the best bedside manner of every healthcare provider I’ve ever seen. His genuine care and concern is evident in how he listens, how he speaks, the thoroughness of his investigation of any health challenge and his positive, optimistic approach. The same can be said of his nurse Ellie (also AMAZING) She is the best! Quite simply - she gets it done. She calls back quickly, is efficient, thorough and friendly! The two are definitely a dynamic duo. I’ll be coming to see them for years to come.
I have been going to North Atlanta Primary Care for 20 years and Dr. Moraczewski and Ellie are the best! They take the time to explain everything to you. They conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and are the most pleasant people! I cant imagine going to any other doctor and nurse.
Both Dr. Ganjam and his nurse, Fatima are excellent! They take great care of me and have wonderful bedside manners despite my proclivity for being a difficult patient!Ive been treated by Dr. Ganjam and his staff since 2017 and have nothing but respect and appreciation for my thorough treatment.
Nurse Ellie & Dr. M are the absolute best. They are so attentive to all of their patients needs. Nurse Ellie goes above and beyond for me every time I see her. Highly recommend NAPC. Have been a patient here for almost 3 years now and will not go anywhere else! Thank you Nurse Ellie & Dr. M y’all are the best!!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Moraczewski for years and still drive to Alpharetta to see him, even though I live in Brookhaven now. He is extremely caring and treats his patients like real people. He’s always asking not just about my health but about my personal life too and it just shows how much he cares! He’s very responsive and is always available to communicate with, even outside of the office. Nurse Ellie is also amazing. She acts more like a friend than a nurse every time I’m there and is great at making anyone feel comfortable. I would highly recommend both Ellie and Dr. M to anyone!
Communication is absolutely awful. I have been waiting for a refill on a prescription for over a week. When I finally got ahold of someone, I was told my doctor left the practice months ago (which I was not made aware of) and they cannot refill my prescription without an office visit to a new doctor to confirm I need this prescription (which will be charged as an office visit). When asked about virtual options to get my prescription filled before the weekend, I was told they no longer accommodate virtual visits and the next opening was WEEKS away. My prescription is vital to my day-to-day functioning and it is unacceptable to put patients in this position. Extremely disappointed.
No one will be looking forward for their doc visit but this facility is different. Staff is very organized, taking all the necessary steps for COVID and very friendly. I have no words for my doc Dr. Ganjam. He is the best and I am so glad I got introduced to him. His assistant Fatema is the best. Always smiling and happy. No one rushes you and really take time to talk to you and make sure all my concerns are addressed. Thank you again for your everything you all do.
Phenomenal place! Every staff member is beyond exceptional. Even though I only go 4 times a year, the receptionists always remember me by first and last name. The nurses are always happy, and in a great mood. Lastly, the doctors have great bedside manner, thorough with your appointment, follow up on every detail from your previous appointment to your current and they remember details when talking about personal non medical related stuff. If I could, I would give this place all the stars, 5 just isnt enough. All that said if every practice had a staff like theirs, we would all be much better off.
Service and staff was great but I wish I didnt have to wait 15-30 minutes on hold to make an appointment or ask a quick question every time I call. Its very time consuming and frustrating.Updating to say no one ever answered and after 27 minutes, I was transferred to a Voicemail.
Dr. Moraczewski is such a kind a caring physician. He takes tome to get to know me and my family, which is rare these days. He doesn’t make you feel like a number as he rushes from room to room. He knows your health goals and makes sure that he works on helping you achieve them. His nurse Ellie is fantastic! She is a straight shooter and full of light hearted wit. She is very thorough and helps make sure we stay on task. When I can’t get in with Dr. Moraczewski, Oliver is my go to and makes sure that we continue to meet health goals. I’m very thankful for this team! Including Tasha at the front desk who makes me feel like a family member!
Poor billing experience. Scheduled an annual physical (which is 100% covered by insurance), was asked if the issue I had during an unrelated previous visit was resolved and if I would like a prescription refill. Answered Yes (should have known better). Was charged for a office visit. The least I would have liked is that I be informed that if I say Yes to the refill, I would be charged extra. I did not ask for the refill, did not need the refill. Poor customer service experience with the billing department as well. They never answer the phone. If the doctor asks you any questions during a Annual, please be aware that any answer other than an All good will trigger additional charges.
Terrible billing experience. After reading all the reviews, i realized that our problem was no different. Just for telling the doctor that I take thyroid medicine in annual checkup (which is usually covered by insurance), they sent me a bill and applied all sort of charges. The billing team is not accessible and if you are lucky to get them on phone, they will tell you that they dont decide what to charge and its decided by the nurse. When you speak to Nurse, she will tell you that they dont know about billing. Be careful while answering any question that is asked by Doctor. Rather avoid this place if you can, its not worth it!
Previous comments about bad billing practices are right. I was looking for a new primary care physician after moving to the area and did enjoy my visit with the doctor. However, when I received a bill later for an outstanding copay on my 100% covered annual wellness visit, I was confused. After weeks of calling and voicemails, I finally got the return call to explain that discussing a medication during the visit classified it as a second visit that warranted the copay. When I told the woman on the phone that I did not know this would be the case, she became rude and sarcastically stated there are pamphlets in all the offices and this is done at all practices.I don’t mind paying a copay, but I do mind the fact there was no mention that discussing a medicine I have already been on for years with the doctor would be charged as a second visit. It is not something I experienced at previous the previous PCP’s office and it seems like a shady practice to be able to bill more. Furthermore, it was unbelievable hard to get a return call when I questioned the charges, and when I finally did get a call back the woman responded as though the entire conversation was nothing but a major inconvenience to her day.
Dr Ganjam and his Assistant Fatima always provide top notch service!Fatima always greets you with a great smile, checks vitals while engaging you in funny conversations.I have been in Dr. Ganjams care for 3 years now, and I must say Im in the best shape of my life! He takes absolutely great care. Very professional and friendly at the same time.
I have been a patient of Dr. David Hall for a little over 10 years or so now. I must say that I just love the guy. Not only is he a knowledgeable physician, he is also one of the warmest, nicest folks that I have had the pleasure to know. I truly ENJOY seeing him. Visits to the doctor dont feel like a sterile, clinical interaction. I feel like I am visiting with a good friend who actually cares about me and, oh yeah, he just happens to be a great doctor. He will be my doctor until he hangs up the stethoscope.
Fatima and Dr. Ganjam at NAPC make a great, caring, experienced knowledgeable team! They take their time to get to me, my health concerns and help me proactively take care of my health every step of the way. I have been a patient for over 5 years and could not be happy under their care!
Fatima / DR Ganjam, are really nice and awesome guys. They listen to you before explaining the reason and evaluate yearly routine results in detail and explain what you have to do (if any) to keep things under control. The office in general is really good everyone welcomes you with a smile.
Dr Lin and Lindy were a delight this morning. Dr Lin has a very gentle touch and is very thorough. Lindy is an excellent listener and filler of blanks when I couldn’t think of the right word (I need someone to walk around with me and do that - so helpful!). So glad we did our physical with them.
NAPC is a very well oiled organization. My physician Dr. Moraczewski and nurse Elisha is a remarkable combination. Just had my annual physical done yesterday, and the attention I received is worth commendating. They are friendly, warmed, very capable medical professional and they take all the time needed to ensure my good health is top priority. The front office staff are also very friendly, attentive and helpful, and these combination makes NAPC the #1 medical clinic of choice.
Fatima and Dr Ganjam are very personable and provide a great experience. Specially during the pandemic they put you at ease and try to make the whole visit as a pleasurable experience. Both of them are knowledgeable and professional - they take time to respond to all questions and are not in hurry. Would recommend them wholeheartedly
Dr. Hall and Krissy are the best! They do everything to make me feel comfortable and understand what is going on with my health. I have been seeing Dr. Hall for over 20 yeas and I can’t imagine having another doctor. He and Krissy are the best! I’m so blessed to be their patient!
Dr Ganjam, his assistant Fatima, and office staff are very professional , caring and competent.Dr Ganjam continues to actively demonstrate helping me maintain my health through treating my present and past conditions proactively. He is spot on with his medical advice and clinical observations. He is quick to assess and evaluate my health needs when improvement or optimization is needed.Fatima is professional, courteous, caring and thorough in obtaining my updated clinical information to document and share with Dr. Ganjam.I plan to always have Dr Ganjam and Fatima to guide me in my health. I am grateful for them both.Carol Armstrong, Alpharetta, GA
Dr Hall and Chrissy made my sons transition from his pediatrician seamless. Dr Hall has been my husband and i have been going to Dr Hall for over 20 years. He listens to your issues and genuinely cares about your well-being. Chrissy was welcoming and knowledgeable about my sons care.
First time going to this practice. Ladies at the front were super friendly. The nurse that came into room also very nice. I saw Dr. Shack and he was nice, I thought he could have been a little more friendlier but again he was nice and thats really all Im looking for. I left with I was going to be contacted by someone to setup appointment for CAT scan and if I didnt hear from them to contact his office back. Never heard from anyone about CAT Scan, I called and left message with nurse letting them know I hadnt heard anything and then I never even heard back to this day from their office. I had a physical scheduled for March but I have canceled that because Im thinking they are not great at following through.
I have been seeing Dr Moraczewski for over 25 years. We drive further to see him and I wouldnt even think of choosing another doctor. He is very personable, sincerely cares and takes time to explain stuff to me. This is why I wouldnt choose another doctor. We both also like Ellie a lot. She answers all questions I might have.Only issue I have currently and have had in past is with billing department. They dont return calls. No excuse for this. I worked in extemely busy office and calls were required to be returned. Please make this change. Otherwise we love NAPC.Patricia Reuter
I have had some pretty discouraging experiences with doctors and generally try to avoid a doctors visit. So glad that I gave North Atlanta Primary Care a chance. Dr. Rose in the Alpharetta location was amazing. So genuine, patiently listened to all of my concerns and asked follow up questions, and didnt make me feel like I was just another patient to check off her schedule. Very glad I found her and this office. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!
Fatima is awesome ...she is the best at what she does. She is very courteous, professional, always smiling and very easy to talk to.She is funny too, so starts off my day very well when I meet her on my appointments in the morning. I give 5+ start to her.Fatima, keep up the good work. You are the best.
The front desk staff is friendly and polite. They will put you through the system quickly and get you ready for the nurse. The nurses are all very professional and will take your biometrics quickly in a friendly manner. My nurse was very nice and even made polite conversation throughout my visit. The wait for the doctor was quite long but this seems like out of the ordinary. The doctor himself was super nice and took the time to listen to me and explain what was going. He even showed me examples and helped me understand his diagnosis. The office is also very clean and modern, with a fish tank in the waiting room!
I have been using NAPC for 30 years. We love all the doctors and the PAs. This is the best office. You can almost always get a same day appointment. They have walk ins every morning and on Saturdays. Dr. Lindsay La Page has been my PA for many years and is the best. She always take the time to listen to me and explain things to me.
Dr. Ganjam had been my primary health care physician for many years, he is an expert of his profession, very friendly and always helpful,I had excellent experience while receiving the Covid vaccine, and would like to highly appreciate the professional and courteous services ofMs. Madison ( first shot)Ms.Ellie ( 2nd Shot)All the staff at reception is always helpful while setting up the appointment and checking outi would like to appreciate Ms. Tascia in particular for being always helpful whenever i visited this location.i would like to appreciate Ms. Fatima, who is always courteous and professional , it is always a great experience when ever she is assisting my Doctor Mr.Ganjam at my appointments. Thanks Fatima
I’ve been a patient at North Atlanta Primary Care for about 25 years. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ganjam and his nurse Fatima for several years. Although it’s a large practice and somewhat factory-like, Dr. Ganjam always takes the time to hear my concerns and do a thorough examination. The office has electronic medical records which makes seeing other NAPC practitioners on occasion very easy with all records accessible regardless of NAPC office location. Early morning walk in and Saturday walk in options I have a have occasionally come in quite handy.
Everytime I think about NAPC Alpharetta, i thought of my Doctor and Fatima. When i was first diagnosed with DM, Dr. Ganjam right away straightened out all the imbalances I was facing. Within 3 months my A1c jumped from 9 to 6.5. He is truly awesome. Fatima is a plus to my every visit. She is delightful and just brightens up your day. Such a magnificent duos.
6/9/2021 Treatment date. Wait times in treatment rooms are a real problem. Another 1-hour wait today. Despite being patient, I received some poor customer service at the front desk for not being aware of the referral procedure and was then chastised for asking a question about the process. I appreciate people have bad days at work guys, but in this setting, so might your clients. Its clear there is an oversubscription issue at this location so chose your appointment time wisely if you have a tight schedule.Strike two for NAPC.
I am with them for more close to 10 years. Recently I went for an annual physical check up which is supposed to be covered 100% by the insurance. But they are now asking me to pay $128. When I called insurance they said they paid to them for the annual check up, this is because they billed them with some other code. I never got any medication or treatment other than regular check up. I called them multiple time and send send them email, but not is responding. Now I received a collection notice. I am now forced to contact an attorney. Although $128 is a huge amount I dont want to give them for the service that they have not given to me. After disputing in BBB they reduced the bill to 61$ which they are asking me to pay for xray. I went there for my annual physical, I didn’t know why they took my x-ray if it was not covered.
My husband and I were told about NAPC from a friend years ago, who raved about how they have their own blood lab. We have loved NAPC ever since we switched to it after that. My doctor, Dr. Hall, is phenomenal. He takes his time with his patients, so sometimes I have to wait a while to see him, but its worth it. The nurses and staff in every area are always pleasant and helpful. If youre looking for a new doctor, try NAPC.
I have been going to NAPC for over 12 years and have always receive top notch care. Our PCP (David Hall) was quick to diagnose my husband end stage liver disease that resulted in a life saving liver transplant. I was recently diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that could have caused permanent blindness if it hadnt been for Dr. Hall quickly taking action. I am now in treatment with a great team of doctors he has assembled for me. I highly recommend North Atlanta Primary Care to anyone looking for great heal care.
Ive been going here since I moved to Atlanta in 89. Ive had one doctor for about ten years (until she got transferred to a different location) and another doctor since. Ive never been disappointed in their treatment. Occasionally, Ive waited a bit to be seen, but not since the virus came. Now, Ive never had to wait but perhaps about ten minutes. Never a problem with insurance either. A+
NAPC always does a great job. I see them for annual physicals and other general medical concerns. I normally see Dr. Konn, and saw Fatima and Dr. Ganjam today. All the staff I have interacted with are great, and always take the time to make sure my questions are answered.
I am always called back on time for my appointments. The staff is very friendly. Dr G ask questions and listens to my answers. I never feel like I am being rushed. He follows up very well. Dr G always responds to emails in a timely manner. His assistant Fatina does a great job, fantastic personality. I would recommend the two of them to anyone looking for a doctor.Had a visit today. Dr G was great as usual. Fatina his assistant was out, Normally I miss my nurse but, Claudia was covering in her place. She did a fantastic job, made me very comfortable. 4 stars.....
I love this practice! Dr. Hall is the best doctor I have ever had! He actually cares about his patience, and is more than competent. I trust him explicitly with my health, and the health of my loved ones. I also love his RN she is super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. Great team! I cannot say enough about how very thankful I am to have found this practice.
Whoever is in charge of this clinic need’s serious order and organization (BIG RED FLAG) i’m really concerned about not my health but for every patient that checks in at this clinic!!!!!! The whole entire staff and the clinic needs training there’s no one supervise this clinic. If they don’t take your paperwork serious they definitely don’t care about your Health. If you want to stay alive STAY a Way from this clinic. On summer 2020 me and my husband retired from the Army. Since we are returned from the army we decide to look for a primary care dr. In our community. On February 2020 I contact North Atlanta Alpharetta primary care to see if they except military (Tricare) She said yes we except (Tricare) so l started seeing the doctor until January 2021 North Atlanta Primerica clinic start sending me outstanding balance for all the visits almost $300 or $400 remind you I have health insurance. I was confused I didn’t understand what was going on. I contact tri- care, tricare told me that North Atlanta primary care didn’t wont to renew my contract. There was all sorts kind of confusion from the staff being unprofessional from the manager primary care clinic. I try to reach out to the billing department they never answer they phone. Have time they don’t know what they doing. Nobody ever investigated my case or even cared enough to fix this problem. So they decide to tell me I have to pay out of pocket that my Insurance is not covering my bill. My hipaa rights have been violated in that clinic. I had appoint to see the Dr. yesterday because a month ago I had an UTI they failed to call me or leave me a message that I had a UTI so I had a UTI FOR A month and yesterday June 11 2021 came back for A check up I had severe stomach pain and The front desk lady asked me if I payed my bill I told her I have Insurance my insurance will cover it, she said hold on let me call someone and I asked her is this my last visit. The front desk lady said yes I think this is your last visit. I told her you were very unprofessional so I walked in to manager office and asked her what’s going on I have healthcare. she said you have a outstanding bill of 600 hundred dollar‘s I told her no I have healthcare you guys don’t want to renew my contract. The manager said if they don’t renew your contract that means they not excepting military veterans insurance. I’ve been dealing with this problem’s for five months now. She says you have to pay out-of-pocket. The manager said you can give me a Credit card and you need to pay $75 now, I told her can I see my Dr first and make sure I’m clear from UTI The Manager at North Alpharetta primary clinic said No YOU won’t see your Dr to day unless your pay now. I couldn’t believe How I was mistreated in that clinic. I feel like passing out I was to weak to fight back. This bs stared from January 2021 to June 10 and the from Front desk lady basically kicked me out and the clinic manager. That same day someone called me from headquarter to tell me that someone put the wrong information in my record’s that’s why’s it shows that You had no coverage no Health insurance. She said you do have health insurance I just got of the phone with tRICARE YOU have coverage and you can visit the clinic if you like and you good to go. NOBODY CARES at this clinic. The staff will put your Business out there. They don’t care a bout Military veterans. Nobody called me to apologize. It is definitely time to get a lawyer and take this to a civil court room.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hall for about 20 years. He takes time to listen and explains everything to me, and he does it with a smile and a sense of humor. The NAPC office is very convenient for anything you might need but especially yearly physicals as they have all the equipment onsite so it doesnt take much time.
I’m very happy with this office. Wait time can be long at times, but they’ll take that extra time with you when it’s your turn as well. I see Oliver and couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He’s very patient and understanding with my anxiety and works me in no matter how busy he is and makes sure I’m okay before I leave. I love the patient portal and easy access to my labs and messaging my doctor if needed. Walk in hours in the morning is always a plus as well! Everything you need is located there. Lab people are great, X-ray tech as well, and I’ve even had fluids given and rest. They go above and beyond!
I am visiting NAPC Alpharetta since 2020 for over a year now. Dr. Ganjam has helped me a lot not only about my health issues but also he has helped me in complete control of my diabetes. He gave me some good consultation during the Covid to keep the health related issues in control. Staff at NAPC is also very helpful specially I would like to thank Fatima. She is very proactive and responsive in providing all sort of help. Thanks NAPC. Thanks Dr. Ganjam.
I came to Dr. Ganjam this year. He has been a breath of fresh air in his care. He always takes plenty of time to talk AND listen, he is very friendly and pleasant and cares deeply about what he does. His nurse FATIMA is fantastic, she listens very well and provides excellent guidance!I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
My appointment was at 11 am and its now 12:30 pm and I still havent been seen by the doctor. Pre COVID, the office was definitely more efficient. So you can understand the delay. Still annoying. My Dr however is the only reason why I deal with the staffs inefficiency. I am not from Ga, and I had a hard time finding a dr in my area who I can connect with. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced. But goodness....the nurse that was assigned to him today...child....not personable, she didnt apologize for the long wait. And never followed up with me. Left my door open, thank goodness Im decent.Well this is my review while I still wait to see my Dr. I am happy I took off work because theres no way I would have made it back for meetings...frustrating.
I had a great experience yesterday at my appointment with Dr. Jasmine Konn and her medical assistant, Jennifer. Both were professional, attentive and thorough. Even a quick trip to the lab went smoothly. The check-in and check-out staff were pleasant and the process handled efficiently. I was very impressed with the level of care, and will be back!
I recently became a patient at this facility and I do say that I am very satisfied with my Doctor and the nurses on staff. My appointments are always quick and painless and the Doctor always ask great questions as to better understand visits. My only complaint is the staff that works the front desk seem a bit impatient and irritated. I can imagine working at a doctors office can be stressful when dealing with patients and even doctors however patients always come first in the medical field. I would also ask anyone to request the nurse Fatima who always treats me with respect, even under stressful hours of the day, and gets to know you on a personal level which I believe should be more than just your doctor but the entire medical staff. A good Team makes a great practice.
This is the first time I can actually say, I love this doctors office. From the front desk all of the ladies are amazing, friendly and always willing to help. My nurse is Fatima and she is super nice and funny, which lightens the mood because I am always nervous going to the doctors no matter what it is. She will always make you laugh. My doctor is Dr. Ganjam, he is absolutely amazing, he isn’t like most doctors he is very honest and upfront. He gets straight to the point and he is super nice. You can actually have a conversation with him and not feel like he is just there because it is a job. I even got my girlfriend to start going there and she loves it too.
I saw Lindy and Dr. Lin. They were both kind and very professional. They took blood from me for whats likely to be an underground vampire ritual. I told this to my wife but she just called me an idiot and said thats standard lab work. Agree to disagree. My wife is a nurse so she might be in on it, well see. End of the day 10/10 will go again.
I have been going to see Dr. Ganjam and his assistant Fatima at the Alpharetta Location for over 6 years. The facility and staff are outstanding and caring. If you are looking for a new family physician, then please consider this group if they are covered under your insurance.FYI, during flu season they get busy, so you might have to wait if you dont have an appointment first thing in the day. The most I have had to wait is 30-minutes, but I dont mind because they go above a beyond to provide quality healthcare.
I have been going to NAPC for over twenty years and referred my friends to this office. The Receptionist is awesome. Always friendly. Lindsay LePage is my PA and I love her. Always friendly and listens to what I have to say about my health. Lindsay is my go to doctor.
Im surprised to see any negative reviews of this office since my experience has been consistently good over the past five years--very well-run with effective use of technology. I have Dr. Shack, who I respect and like as a person--very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The front office staff has always treated me very well too. Tascia has been there longer than me and is very efficient--and has to be given how busy the office is. Still she, Emily and the other folks I have interacted with over time have been friendly and professional--and keep things moving along, especially at check-out, which everyone appreciates.
Wish there was a 0 star rating. I do not recommend this practice, very rude staff and worst billing experience. I went there for preventive care and they charged me for certain labs. Insurance company told they did not use the right code for a preventive care checkup. When I enquired the billing department , the person was was were rude. Instead of providing right information, she threatened me to send to collection agency.
Dr Hall has been my primary care physician for many years. Work required that I move out of state for several years and among the benefits of returning to ATL was being able to utilize his expertise once again. He is very personable and takes the time to really get to know you and listen.
I have been a patient of NAPC for 25 years. As of late, I am seeing Dr. Konn and her PA Kelsey Greef. They have both been tremendous to work with. My wait times are minimal and both Dr. Konn and Kelsey are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have. When you are dealing with personal health matters, prescription renewals etc., that responsiveness is so important and so greatly appreciated.
I have been visiting with Dr. Ganjam for approximately three years and I have had the greatest doctor/patient experience in my entire life of doctors. The best care is been given to me by his caring nurse, Fatima. She is caring and well schooled in her field. She is truly an asset to the practice and I could not have asked for a better pair of individuals to take care of my health needs.
The ridiculous wait I could over look, the ridiculous wait in the actual patient room was exponentially more frustrating. The doctor was very pleasant and very apologetic of what was described as an unusually long wait, even by their standards. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me, gave me external resources, recommendations and took a sufficient amount of time with me, especially considering that other patients were obviously waiting. So I thought to myself, well, I dont mind waiting if its because they provide great care. Then it was off to get my blood drawn for labs. Routine stuff. I left thinking, Ill come back and scheduled another appointment. To my surprise I was sent a bill for my labs. Which was weird because they always have been and still are covered under my major medical insurance. The claim was denied by insurance. Obviously because their billing department didnt care to make sure it was submitted properly. They wouldnt resubmit it and insisted that I either pay for it or call my insurance and submit it myself. How insane. Im not filing insurance claims. Thats why I went to a massive practice. They should know how to handle this. I told them I wasnt paying and if they wanted the money they could refile it. They sent me to collections. Way to handle a new patient. Nothing like being treated like just another number at your doctors office. Obviously I didnt go back. Then to top it off, they had the audacity to bill me $25 for not showing up to the appointment I scheduled when leaving on my first visit. WHAT? You thought I was coming back after that treatment? No thank you!
My husband and I both knew we were sick in July. We called North Atlanta Primary Care and set up a phone appointment for a COVID -19 pre-screening. The following day, over the phone it was determined by the doctor we had all the symptoms of COVID-19, with the main one being lost of taste and smell. We were approved to schedule a COVID test. When we were setting up the appointment, we were told to pick between the two of us to on which person would be able to get the test because they refused to give both of us a COVID test. Immediately I knew this was wrong to choose between patients, but we felt pressured to make the appointment. My husband had the rapid test done on 7/09/2020 with North Atlanta Primary Care. (Milton Location)I went to the doctor’s office with him and he tested positive. Now, 2 months later I am billed for $43.64, when my insurance, Blue Cross says its free. When I called 11/4/2020 the billing department it goes straight to a voicemail, no answer from the any of the extensions 249 or 274. It takes them a full 24 hours to respond. The rep didn’t even say her name over the phone, and she explained that my husband had blood drawn and a flu test which is the reason for the bill. I explained that he did NOT have any blood work done and she fought me over the phone about it. To avoid late fees, I paid out of pressure.I later confirmed that he only had the COVID test and NO blood work. I called back 11/05/2020 and left messages to Tracy the manager of the doctor’s office and Christine the manager of billing.Tracy called me 11/6/2020 and explained that he did not have any blood work and that the billing was for a 2-part exam of the flu. I explained he did not give any consent to the doctor for a flu test. We specifically went through a prescreening to rule out any other virus. She said it was the “policy” of North Atlanta Primary Care. Then I asked her again to confirm the policy of the COVID testing and she later blamed it on the doctor’s discretion. Tracy refused to confirm with me on the policy of the COVID testing and if the flu test was mandatory part of the procedure. She deflected from the issues and said she could not speak on what other doctor’s office policy’s were. Tracey, the general manager, would not give me a clear answer.I explained it was wrong to charge for a service NOT provided, it was wrong to make me choose between my husband on who should take the test, and it was wrong to have other testing performed without a patient consent. Tracey did not apologize or acknowledge the dishonorable actions the doctor’s office taken but insisted on getting off the phone and me speaking with the billing manager.I was bullied, discriminated, and denied basic rights. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to know the correct policy.I will never trust anyone working at this faculty because they operate fraudulently. I am still waiting on a refund. I do not think this is how any practice should operate, even under a pandemic. I do not think this is how any practice should operate, even under a pandemic.Emailed their CEO Rod Rusynik 11/6/20 11 [email protected]
I have been going to NAPC for a number of years. They have always been great to me. I currently see Lindsay La Page, PA who is fabulous. She truly saved my life with a diagnosis of cancer. I am on the mend and hope to around for quite a long time to come. Thank you Lindsay.
They have some very good Doctors and Ive always found the check in staff to be polite, though overworked and overwhelmed at times. The dislike I note (rating) is based upon the incredible long waiting periods for scheduled appointments both in the waiting rooms and the actual examining rooms. They see as many patients as possible not for quality purposes but for for financial and growth reasons. This is a for profit business and is treated as such. If you want more personalized care this is not the practice for you. If, on the other hand, you are once or twice a year visitor to a PCP and can deal with the wait, the convenient location might make it worthwhile.
Been using NAPC for 5 years or so now. Dr. Ganajm, Fatima and the front desk are always welcoming when I see them and Ive always felt comfortable here. I recently moved, but will drive the extra 30 minutes because of the positive experiences I continuously have here.
I will not come here again-- definitely finding a new primary care doctor. I came here with a 2:45pm appointment. They took me back and did vital signs on time. I was in the room waiting for over 30 minutes! At the 30 minute mark I went out to make sure they didnt forget about me. The nurses just stared at me. They did not apologize or anything. I didnt leave until after 4pm! They treat you as if you are a chore, not a priority.
From check in to check out its the best experience you could possibly get from a doctors office. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. Dr. Dirk Williams is amazing and he listens and really cares. The lab lady is an absolute sweetheart and the check in and check out staff are super sweet. The nursing staff is personable and makes sure your at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend North Atlanta Primary at Townelake.
Billing issue. I went for an Annual exam - they did chest x-rays (always good) and blood work. Its was okay. Then I got a bill for my copay. When I called asking why since this was an Annual, the billing lady said that anything outside of an annul they can bill as medical. I said I was well. She then said it stated insomnia. Seriously, because I said I cant sleep very well after recent eye surgery - they billed this appt twice - once as annual, and then as medical. How did they get an insomnia diagnosis? and why didnt they tell me. The billing lady said it was due to some law that changed a couple of years ago, and that I signed the patient forms that gave them to right to do this. That doesnt make this right, nor is it good customer service. She refused to write it off (which they can absolutely 100% do). Any practice can write off or not collect any copay (as long as it is not a rule, but an exception). They also sent this to a collection agency. Im sorry but this is just sneaky and poor customer service in my opinion. They dont care about me or providing good customer service to people. They obviously only care about an extra $30 dollars.
First off, the only reason im leaving a review is because i use these myself to seek new avenues of medical treatment and saw some negative postings that werent my experience. These guys definitely do not take forever. In fact i was processed very quickly and given all the extra stuff they were willing to do for me (ECG, Xray, interview etc) they did it very quick. Great first impression with Dr. Shack and you could tell he wasnt just checking off boxes on a clipboard. He gets you to talk. The only negatives i have to report are that the nurse was pretty impatient and rolled her eyes at me twice in response to basic questions i had, and they took my blood as i was walking out the door which involved a crammed room of patients waiting for 10 minutes (not socially distanced) and made us all sign in with the same pen.Do recommned this place as a PCP though, they care more.
By far, the best doctor and staff around. My wife and I both come here and have found our home doctors in this office. Fatima is my favorite nurse and Dr. Ganjam is the best! Fatima is extremely personable and likeable, making my visit more enjoyable. I really enjoy her personality. I have been to other doctors but no one can compare to Dr. Ganjam. I am very grateful for him and his staff.
I have been a patient at North Atlanta Primary Care (Alpharetta) for a few years now and have been very pleased. All of the nurses, especially Fatima, have always taken the time to make me feel at home and comfortable with being at the doctors office (no one likes going to the doctor). Dr. Ganjam is always positive, honest, takes the time to talk ,and is always willing to address my concerns with positive outlook. The front desk ladies are always welcoming everyone with a HUGE smile, which always contagious. I highly recommend NAPC, they also have a pretty cool office.Great place to go. PS- the way that they handled everything during COVID was to notch. Professional and amazing!
DR Ganjam is caring and attentive. He is a terrific DR.Just a heads up though, be prepared to wait 45 min in the waiting room and then another 30 min in the exam room. The whole wellness exam costed me 2.5 hours. It would be fine and dandy if I were unemployed and had time to kill. Scheduling needs to be adjusted.

2022-01-11Dr. Konn hands down is the best doctor Ive met in a while. She literally takes the time to explain information to you and repeatedly ask if you have any questions. She does not rush in and rush out but makes you feel that your situation is the most important thing to her. With all the patients that she sees and time constraints on her, it is remarkable that she takes the time to engage with her patients and not rush them out the door. I will be referring her to anyone that ask for a primary doctor.

2022-03-30Dr. Shack has been my primary care physician for about a year and I am well satisfied being his patient. I have a Medicare Advantage Plan and switched doctors four times before finding Dr. Shack. He is careful to answer all of my specific questions and general issues that I wish to discuss even though, in some cases, they may not be relevant to my current visit. I have been very satisfied with the reception staff and the medical staff assisting Dr. Shack. When I post something to Dr. Shack in the Patient Portal, he usually responds within a day or two.

2022-04-18I have been going to North Atlanta Primar Care for about 20 years. I primarily see Dr. Hall. I have always had a good experience at this practice. I like that they do daily early morning walk-ins without an appointment and have Saturday walk-in hours. If I need an appointment other than doing a walk-in, I can generally get one either the same day or the next; it may not always be with my primary doctor, but the fact that I can be seen so soon is better than having to go to a clinic. I am satisfied with the treatment that I receive; Dr. Hall listens to my concerns and does not hesitate to recommend a specialist when or if the need arises.

2022-01-20Everyone at the Alpharetta office is amazing but I drive out of my way to see Dr. Kelsey! She always patient and is super friendly. Lexie B is hands down my favorite nurse there! She kept my visit fun while making sure to answer all my questions. I would recommend them both to everyone I know!

2022-02-02I was impressed with the care from each person I had contact with, all the way to my meeting with the doctor. The office is very professional and I know why I chose this office in the first place. The doctor cleared up some questions I had about the different medications that were prescribed to me by a specialist. Dr. Konn figured out what was necessary and had my prescriptions transferred from the specialist to her office, simplifying the process. Everyone was very pleasant!

2022-05-26My doctor is the best. But, after a physical (insurance paid), I received a bill for $270. Insurance said they miss coded and billing would need to resubmit to BCBS. Ive struggled to even speak with a person. No returned calls, no answers on their portal, and they wouldnt even return calls from Blue Cross over the course of 8 months! I tried everything to get them to do their part. Hours of calls, letters, you name it. Today I got a call about that bill that I was going to a collections agency. They didnt care about resubmitting and said pay or else. Very rude agent. This, to me, is stealing. Theyll ruin my excellent credit score because they wont resubmit, and, were emphatically insistent it was coded correctly! So I paid the ransom. This just isnt right.

2022-05-25This office used to be great, but in the last year or so has gone downhill substantially. It used to be convenient and I would be able to get a quick visit with doctors who cared. Now it seems with their rapid expansion and new management they just want as many bodies through the door as possible. My last few experiences have been horrifying. Both the doctors and nurses did not listen to my symptoms, even repeating back to me what I had already corrected them on 3 times. They took what they already had in their mind as the diagnosis prior to actually listening to me, causing me to take the incorrect medicine for weeks. The doctor also failed to write the dosage amount on prescription which caused me to be unable to fill the prescription at the pharmacy. Both I and the pharmacy tried to contact the doctor for 4 days before getting the prescription corrected, causing me to remain in pain for 5 days. Within this period of time, I even went to the office in person to try and get it resolved, and was blown off as if nobody cared. Tried to get in touch with the manager, and she was Out to lunch at around 1pm, I told them to please have them contact me as soon as possible, and I was never contacted by a manager. It is pretty shameful how much disrespect for medical care and lack of empathy and care for the patients this office has. I will never return to this provider.Edit:The owner copy/pastes this generic response. I emailed them twice to try and communicate with them about my review and experiences here.Since posting the review, I also have been trying to pay my outstanding bills. They never sent them to me in the mail, I called their billing line several times and was sent to a voicemail which after speaking to a scheduling agent learned that they DO NOT STAFF ANYONE to answer the billing calls. I went in-person to try and get a statement of my bills, and was told that was a separate system and that they would email me right away with my bill. It has been a week and I still have not received any bill. These people dont care. They will probably send my bill to collections even though I have spent multiple days, even driving in person to try and get my information so I can pay the bills.

2022-03-23Please save yourself time and stress by not going to this doctors office. They truly do NOT put the patient as top priority. I had an annual physical done on a Friday, got my lab results during the weekend- they were concerning. I waited to hear from my doctor regarding my results and received no call on Monday or Tuesday. Finally I tried contacting them. I could not get through to anyone via phone, I sent messages through the portal and still no response and no callback. Finally I had to physically go there on Thursday before anyone would acknowledge me. Very unprofessional and hard to contact if your labs are off. Its very unsettling to know that your doctor is not easily reachable. I will be going to another practice in the future.

2022-02-07After what feels like a year+ of doing primary doctor research, I finally picked North Atlanta Primary Care. I saw Kelsey Greeff, PA-C for an annual physical. She was very thorough and I didnt feel rushed at all. The office was busy (and my appointment was on a Friday) but everyone I encountered was very pleasant and friendly. Very happy with my choice!

2022-03-16I LOVE Dr. Danielle Lin and her PA at North Atlanta Primary Care. They are an awesome team...the appointment started on time, they were thorough and clear about their questions, gave feedback that was informative and helpful and they were nice. It was a very pleasant annual physical. Ive already recommended them to my friend.
