Love N Georgia Water Sports. Its a dog friendly rental..We always have the best time....
I Found North Georgia Watersports on Groupon. My family rented a pontoon boat for several hours. The staff was helpful and friendly. The boat was clean and no issues. We spent a fabulous day out on Lake Nottely! I would recommend North Georgia Watersports to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
Michael and his crew went above and beyond to make our boat and jet ski rental awesome! We had a 12 people crowd and they provided great customer service for our Labor Day weekend!
Classic bait and switch. The ski boat you rent is extremely old and ratty. Delivered to us with flies and uncleaned. Ladder on the back was busted and the seats are dangerous and ripped up. Exposed ends of screws in the boat. What you see on their website is NOTHING like the boat you actually get. Steer clear of this place
My wife and I left our pontoon boat with North Georgia Watersports for one season to store and to valet while we were waiting for their dock to open up - it never did open up for us that season.We took out our boat about 10 times. Each time when we called a day ahead for the valet service, the boat was never in the water when we arrived and we would have to wait. Once we waited for 2 hours while they put it in. Another time they even had to use my truck to put the boat in the water. May as well be putting the boat in myself.In addition, each time we saw our boat, it was in worse condition. They initially said they would cover the boat when storing it. They actually only covered it one time. Every other time we took the boat out, the carpet was soaking wet from rain because it was uncovered, and the seats were moldy. One time we found out the tail-light on the trailer had been busted when they were moving it, and another time we found that the sunbed cover had been ripped off of its hinges. They insisted that damage had been done by us.Thats not all. The last straw was when they told me the engine had water in the oil. Im not exactly sure how that happened because Im not a marine engine mechanic. What I do know is that their mechanic told me the engine was in mint condition when we first dropped it off with them. I wish I had an hour meter installed. When we did first drop it off with them, it had around 100 hours on it. When we finally took it away from them it had 241. Even if we took the boat out for 8 hours each of the 10 times we took it out, thats only 180 hours. Im also not a mathematician, but Im pretty sure that leaves about 61 hours of unaccounted time on my boats engine.Oh, and they also decided to keep one of my two batteries and my tarp. They werent there the day I took my boat back so I couldnt really ask them about those items. They just left the boat out in the front of their store, unattended with the key in the ignition for anybody to steal.When we first met them, they told us we dont do contracts here. That shouldve been our first clue about their business. Lesson learned. Always get a contract and dont trust North Georgia Watersports with your boat.

WOW! What a wonderful experience! Scott at NGW took great care of us. Professional, courteous and accommodating. We rented the 24 foot double decker pontoon boat with a slide. The kids had a blast with the slide and tubing. Would definitely recommend NGW to anybody, ask for Scott, hes the man.

Really helped us out for a great experience after driving two hours up here to get a NICE boat on the lake! Rented a jet ski from North Georgia Warersports. Clerk was very uncaring and did not give any information abut area or attractions around the area. Dilagent about forms and what it will cost if you scrap, bend or dent ski but not a word.about swimming and fun areas.on the river. Offered a map of the area showing fun areas upon turn in of jet ski if we wanted to rent again. Will NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Knowledgeable abkut pontoon boats with several new a nd used ones to choose from. Mercury, Honda and Suzuki dealer. Good fishing and cruising selection

2021-07-07We have a slip at N.GA Watersports for our pontoon. They have been very helpful and friendly to us as new boat owners. Located closer to the canal it does take a bit longer to get to the dam and will require boats to be out of the water in the October but we have enjoyed our summer experience so far!!Great parking.Convenient to ice, gas, food.Bathrooms.Close to town.Terrific staff (Josh, Zach, Mark)

2021-06-02We had an awesome experience renting a boat from NGA Watersports. Josh was extremely helpful and friendly in making the rental process easy. This was our first time renting a boat and Zack gave us a thorough walkthrough of how to operate the boat and answered all of our questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. When asked about a map of the lake they suggested to use our phones which helped, but due to the size and many outlets of the lake a print map would have been helpful. We will definitely be back to rent boats again and will encourage our family and other visitors to do the same. Thank you for your great service, Josh and Zack.

2021-05-23My husband and I stopped by North Georgia Watersports one morning to inquire if they had any used boats for sale. They were quite busy and we had no appointment. We were warmly greeted by a Sales Associate named Apraha. She actually apologized to us for having us wait a few minutes while she finished up with another customer. Once we discussed what we were interested in she went over their current inventory of used boats and showed us what they had available. Apraha was extremely professional and knowledgeable about boats and was eager to help us. I was taken back by how busy she was yet took it all in her stride and seemed to truly enjoy helping us find a boat we would love. Well she showed us a beautiful boat and discussed the fact that although used, we would be able to take over the new boat warranty. She also shared with us the expansion their company was about to enter into and introduced us to another associate Josh who is their Marina Manager. Josh answered questions about the marina and services he would be providing as he worked toward upgrading some things and providing some additional services to folks renting slips. We werent even looking to put our boat into a slip at Lake Nottely. WELL, between Apraha and Josh being so customer service oriented. sincerely liking what they do and being so excited about all that was going to be happening within their company we were sold!!! We bought the boat, Josh showed us a slip that opened up and we couldnt be happier. As unbelievable as it may sound Apraha and Josh are still helping us with issues that come up and have proven they deliver on what they promise and then some!!! My husband and I recommend these two individuals to anyone looking to buy a new or used boat, rent a boat, or rent a slip at their Marina if available. We bought a boat we love, have it in a beautiful covered slip and have new friends that truly care about their customers. North Ga Watersports definitely has got a Win Win with these two employees.

2021-06-29Check-in was quick and easy! If the weather is bad they give you a rain check for up to a year. In which case you could probably just get it booked another day on your trip. If you are a beginner boater and not sure if you will feel comfortable operating the boat...HAVE NO FEAR! They make it so easy.

2020-09-07Great company to work with - customer service was excellent, especially Michael. Our pontoon was missing an anchor and we didn’t realize until we were well into the lake - and he boated all the way out to deliver it to us. Great quality watercraft for rentals - will 100% use them again when we are back in town.

2018-06-30We had a fantastic time today renting a pontoon boat from North Georgia Watersports. The two employees who worked with us were really helpful. Totally great experience. Our group of 10 will always remember today for kids first time tubing on a lake.

2019-09-03Debbie was wonderful; informative and helpful when reserving the right boat to meet our needs for the weekend. And EXTREMELY understanding when we had to cancel due to Hurricane Dorian coming our way. Great customer service which guarantees our return when we actually make our trip. I am sure when we do get up to use their equipment 5 stars will come automatically.
