As usual we want to hang out there. We love that place. Especially if you have child, you like to visit there in every weekend. There is train for children at ground level. And at top there is merry-go-round n toy ride activity.. food court at uperlevel. We like cleanliness over there. Many shops are there. In cristmas mall decor very nicely. Good space for parking. Mall is bright and shiny
A really nice mall where you can walk, chill, eat and do some shopping! Clean, neat and smells good.It has a playing kids area and cinema. You can connect to FREE WIFI too. I like itCheeseCake factory is next door tho.The cool thing is that you can sit on the nice sofas, chairs and beach benches inside the mall, very comfortable and convenient!I haven’t seen like that in another mall so far.I recommend you to go and have a look, you won’t regret it.I like it and I think I will come back again if I have the chance.
Very nice mall in Alpharetta, GA. HUGE spaces and beautiful. All kinds of shops, to include Macy’s and may other well established anchor department stores. Large food court with American and world foods, such as Indian and Chinese. The mall is extremely well kept and clean. Areas for children to play inside the mall as well.
This mall is always clean. The workers here have always done a great job keeping it updated. I have been coming here for about her 20 years. As malls are going through a change during this time. So is North Point. I really appreciate the work this mall has done to keep the place entertaining for guests. I only write four stars because more stores are leaving as they are coming. I like coming here. There’s always available parking, (even in the parking deck), affordable stores and great food selections.
Its a decent mall. Due to covid many stores have been closed down. Food court doesnt have very many options. Also due to covid I didnt see any stores allowing fitting rooms. One of the two elevators was down so that was troublesome with a stroller. Bathrooms were quite clean. They have a cute little nursing room inside the womens bathroom with a changing table but no trash can. Lots of teenage boys running around getting in trouble by security for jumping over the gate for the closed carousel and throwing things across the food court. The dino safari pop up inside was pretty cool but wouldnt recommend for smaller kids as its not very interactive. The dinosaurs move but not to many things for them to do.Food court was also pretty clean.
Sergeant Thomas went on a Sunday so it closed at 7:00 and I got there around 6:00. So many stores were already closed..... Or maybe they will never open?? Not really sure. But Ill try to go on a Saturday much earlier to try to see how the weekend crowd is and Ill go weekday as well and then re- update my review. There was a decent small crowd.
This place needs a good cleaning. Lets start with the smelly bathroom. No paper towels and the air dryers are broke. Smells like there mopping with toilet water. All the tables are dirty and the ones that they are cleaning are being washed with the same rag for all the tables even the chairs you sit on. They should be using two separate towels for the chairs and tables. I looked at the water in her bucket and it was black nasty water.I cleaned my own table and with in a few minutes there is a guy in a wheelchair asking for money. Bouncing from one table to another. But I watched him closely he would look around for security. then he would leave a paper on the table asking for money then he would move on for few minutes. Then he would return to your table and see if u wanted to give. I understand some of them ask for money and need help. I have helped many of people in need. But this guy was suspicious when he kept hiding like he knew he was doing wrong. U barley even see security walking around. There just needs to be a big over view of this mall or I see it going down hill even more. Ive been coming to this mall sense it was first built. To bad it could be like it use to be.This mall is way to crowded for that train that takes 1 or 2 kids around . I think close it down till after the holidaysIf you like my review please push like .
2 level mall with mostly mid-priced range stores. The exterior is not impressive but once youre inside the stores and general layout is very simple, well polished, and clean. Food court has alot of good options and even a carousel inside for the kids. Went during the weekday and it wasnt busy at all which I prefer. Wheelchair friendly with elevators, didnt see a stairwell only escalators. ALOT of seating areas here and there. No high end or luxury stores that I saw so if thats your cup of tea then this aint your mall. Did NOT see a playground or kid area to leisurely play in. Layout would be great for getting your steps in for the older crowd. Theres also a beautiful light tree indoors too which was a pleasant surprise! Other than that, North Point is a very well kept mall that seems like a hidden treasure that gets overlooked by its nearby competitors
My son and I had an awesome time at North Point Mall today. There were a couple down points Charlies wasnt open on time and the man working there was awfully Rude. The train cost $10 for two people to ride absolutely ridiculous for that price. $2 for the carousel was great we ended up having Subway still delicious we shopped at JCPenneys great deals.
Seems to be in a slow death spiral. Several storefronts and half the food court are empty and the elevators do seem to be regularly out of service. Small vendors in the walkways would fit better in a flea market and add to the feeling mall management is hanging on by their fingernails and trying to find a way to stay alive in a time when malls are becoming a thing of the past. Check back in a year or two.
I was actually highly disappointed with North Point Mall. We went there to get our daughters ears pierced. The Piercing Pagoda, bow called Banter was nice. The lady working there, fantastic. That was it tho. Food court, waste if time. Food from either one of the Asian places, disgusting. Bathrooms absolutely horrendous, BUT the carousel was closed. Overall, I will likely never be back and advise everyone else to go someplace else.
This is a pretty nice mall considering that were in a pandemic most people ware a mask 😷 my only draw back is the outside of the building could use a good power wash r something to brighten it up but over all this is my go to mall its close to me since I live in Cummigs & before I forget their security guards are on point 👉 .
The security people there are terrible. I hold my son’s hands up and down several times, the security women told me that was not allowed. My son just like it too much, and we were not bothering anyone. It happened twice. These people just had nothing to do and no heart.
You can tell people care about and for this Mall and even with Covid it has stores that make it worth the drive. Its Sad to see some stores go but so Excited to see what comes next!🤞Hopeing for a Urban Outfitters, Lush, and some really great food Options! This Mall has always been Unique and cant wait to see where it goes from here!! Stay healthy and safe!
I feel sorry for this mall. This place used to be quite a busy place. Now its almost a dead mall. Majority of the shops have closed down. Most of the food court is gone. I only see teenagers hanging around during weekends or holidays. Thats about it. Very soon this will be a ghost mall. Avalon, Halcyon has stolen away the crowd. They were busy with customers even during pandemic but alas this mall could not revive.
During the covid Era, me and my wife felt safe going in. People and their kids wore masks and it was very peaceful. People seemed to follow the mandates of the mall and took other people into account. I will comeback here for my mall wants. Please shop here and be safe and follow the guidelines to help others stay safe.
If you dont like crowded malls then this is the place. Its never packed. Macys, Van Maur , Dillards and JC Pennys are the main stores here. Along with AMC. If you like crowds then go to Avalon theres a lot of people out there. But it looks like a dying mall and closes early like 7pm everyday hence the 3 star review.
I really like this mall. Im kinda sad that some of the stores closed down cuz of covid but its a nice place to hang. Not too many people here and they have some pretty good food options like Chick fil a, Moes, Auntie Anne and more. Also they got a really cool tree that lights up so I think thats a good addition.
The person driving the 🚂 train was really friendly and kind, very aware of others when I was not looking, ding ding of the 🔔 Thank you. My favorite was the tree that changes colors 😊. the mall has sanitizing stations at the door we came through, seats were marked for 6 feet apart. When we came the mall was not open yet. My only issue was the there were patrons not wearing masks. My hope is the AC had UV LEDs in the HVACs and cleaned often. Security were around too.
Typical mall except there were no bookstores and the lone Starbucks in the common area is still closed. Why? I understand last years policy situation, although I still think they went too far for too long...Ive posted the store directory and locations in the attached pictures. Hope that helps.

This mall is the definition of jack of all trade, master of none. It has what a mall should have and does an alright job in each section. The selection at the food court is nothing special, and the stores suffer from the same Eh, sure, Ill shop here issue. Overall though, its a clean mall and your bound to find something you enjoy.
What a corpse of a mall. I drove my daughter to ride the carousel which is still closed. We then went to look for a gift for a teacher, an ATL United or ATL Braves item. Turns out there is literally only hats as an option. Its a ghost town, the stores which ARE open seem to be at half stock levels.Open up and move on, drop the masks, get back to normal.
This mall is more of a tribute to what malls used to be. Im rooting for you though, hang in there and try to reinvent yourselves. You cant compete with the Internet, so dont. Get more speciality shops, unique entertainment options, phase out the food court or change out some of the options to increase quality... For example, that Chick fil a is not run to the same standards as the actual one right across the street. Food was not good. Get a Mom and Pop place to make something authentic. I will say, security is doing a great job. I saw them numerous times going through the Parking deck watching the cars and people. Felt safe with my kids. Thank you!
This mall is a nice size and in good repair. It feels safe and there is a variety of stores. Not as many as I would like and the food court is limited but for what is there you will still find plenty of things to look at and buy. Worth checking out if you just want to visit a mall.
I have been to many of there theaters but theater 1 was the worst it was expensive for this theater it was supposed to be amazing but the screen is cut off and the seats don’t recline food is alright customer service good but over all don’t get tickets to IMAX theater get tickets to theater 2 it is the best theater
Now they dont allowing you to bring dog even though you put your puppy dog in the carrier bag/stroller. This is my first time experience since i always bring my puppy to the mall and they never banned a dog. They should write down NO DOG ALLOWED in front of the doors mall. The securities so means and not welcomed at all. She push you out the mall, until she saw you go inside the car. So disappointed with new management because the management before always permit dog. Only at NorhPoint mall NO DOG ALLOWED, others mall welcome dogs.
Clean. Welcoming. Great store layout! Easy access for all. Food is as expected. Whatever you have a taste for in general is available. People in the states are genuinely client oriented. Conversations about product and miscellaneous are informative and friendly. The theater is comfortable yet high priced due to dine in experience and reclining assigned seating. I enjoy watching movies in pure comfort, so I understand that pricing. Visit the mall and see what you think. My gut tells me you will be pleasantly surprised and look forward to returning.
Ehh...seems like indoor malls are becoming a thing of the past. Sadly, this mall seems to be on the outs as well. Many empty store fronts and some of the stores that we are use to seeing are now gone. The mall was clean but not many people shopping. it will probably be another couple of years until I return to a mall.
The mall itself is fine, but the people going there are not practicing social distancing or mask recommendations. One clerk tried to run over and sell us something with her mask below her nose, which is if course useless. Until the numbers go down this is one mall I will not visit .
Ill give it a 3 for location only, which is still vulnerable to an outdated business model. It hurts to see a childhood icon (malls) faded glory. Owners will have to change the model to a mixed use to include residential space along with the best of the best tenants i.eChick-fil-A to survive extinction.
The mall is ok. It has a lot of stores to choose from. Food court is unimpressive. My concern is there were groups of teenagers without masks walking around. There was no regulation or even encouragement of it. Maybe the mall was leaving it up to each store to use their own discretion on the mask issue. Whatever the case, I’m going back to online shopping.
Although this is not the closest mall to me, I was in the area and decided to stop-in and shop-around. I have been to this mall a couple times, but none of those trips was frequent. Essentially, the visit was great!I walked around enjoying all of the stores and scenery the mall had to offer. There are quite a few stores, and each of them has regular sales and good deals (especially if you hunt discount racks like I do) which are excellent!Plus, like many well-established malls, there is a HUGE food court with a ton of options for meals. It is a great place, and I enjoyed getting to spend a weekend walking around and shopping!
This was one of the best indoor malls I have experienced in a very long time! It was clean, and very well thought out. The variety of stores, for women, men, young adults and children was awesome! There were well known stores as well as small up-and-coming boutiques. The layout of the mall was quite unique as well. Every corner had another area to investigate. According to where you parked, the food court was a distance away but once you arrive there, it was worth the wait. There was a large variety of food choices and the area was also kept very clean. I look forward to experiencing this mall in the future!
Still a nice place but like all American Malls its on life support because of the Pandemic and a Whitehouse Administration that refuses to do anything about it. Lots of vacancies but not much foot traffic. Hopefully there will be better days ahead but dont count on it.
This review is specific to kids play area. I am not a window shopping person and I don’t like to visit shopping malls without any reason. But once I took my daughter (2 years old) to North point mall and I was surprised to see kids play area there. There is a toy train ride which my daughter loves. There is also merry go round near the food court which has animals in the ride. We love to go there and enjoy when the weather is not convenient to play outside. Also a suggestion, the fresh hot potato chips counter is a must after a wonderful ride experience.
This medium sized mall has more stores than I realized. From unique boutiques to major anchor stores like Macys, its a treat to shop there. Its clean with a really large food court! Mall decor was festive and beautifully arrayed for the holidays when I went. Nice spacious restrooms for all family members and sizes. Ill be back.
Good mall, great stores in a really good location. I always feel safe here and I love that AMC is attached since its one of the best movie locations near me. You have variety of places inside to shop and many other shopping outlets outside the mall as well, along with places to eat.
Theres no doubt North Point Mall is suffering from competition from the more trendy Avalon and Halcyon. However, I still find it a very pleasant and relaxing place to go, especially on very hot, very cold or rainy days - when an indoor mall is far superior to the more trendy outdoor ones. The fact that the parking lots and the stores are not as busy as they used to be, is not good for the stores, but its certainly makes for more convenience for the customers.
It was quite lovely I have to say I really enjoyed in that mall there were not many people there because it was working time so we were just a handful but but plenty I really like it the merchandise was really displayed very nice and very attractive laid out and the the cashiers and the clergys they were really helpful and nice we really enjoyed our time there and was a beautiful day sunny afternoon
Best mall in the area they gave got everything you need, from your daily you use to appliances, your daily life style products, for entertainment they have got movie theaters AMC which is pretty big and good screens. And they have nice food court where you can enjoy all kind of cuisines nice ice cream and snack places. So this definitely a great a hangout place a great shopping mall.
Its a nice, clean mall. There is a really nice AMC movie theater there and a family- friendly mall carousel for the kids! Its situated in a good location north of Atlanta and has most of the typical mall retailers I like to shop at and Justice for children, which I find difficult to locate in the Atlanta area. The food court is pretty decent, too!
Looks like hours have changed here. 12 noon seems to be the open time. Even so many merchants still have burglar bars up. Mall is very quiet. Everything looks real clean. Just no customers! Mask wearing is about only 50% here. Many look like they are trying to social distance from one another. Not all the kiosk stations are open either.Makes one wonder if the public will support malls in general post- COVID-19? See quite a few senior “mall walkers”. Getting exercise inside air conditioning comfort.I’m gonna hike over to the food court to see what is happening there too.Lots of pre-teens and teens 🛍 shopping today. Not many bags 💼 being carried either. That is always a good indication.Shopkeepers standing in their respective doorways trying to engage customers to buy. Just like the old days all over.Lots of moms with the kids. Eating snacks and enjoying the summer vacation.
Been going to this mall for years. Very nice for clothes and some gifts. No toy store though if you want to bring kids. Theres a play area and a fantastic carousel that my kids love. Food court has many options and theyre all really good. Get a cheese steak or something from Farmers Basket.
Mall generally feels pretty empty for a mall and the interior sometimes appears run-down or empty. Some of the wall paint or signs look very plain or needing touch-ups. I noticed at least one store closing down for good, which sounds like not much business. Other stores I visited were well-kept though. The food court was decently clean and I did see someone cleaning while we were there. Ive visited multiple times and did visit on a weekend when there was a little more shoppers. Its pleasant on the weekend but weekdays feels pretty empty.
We only went to the American Girl store which is why I am giving it 4 stars. The experience we had in the store was awesome. My niece took her doll in to have her hair done and to pick out something new for her to wear. Morgan in the salon was phenomenal! While she was washing and curling the dolls hair, she talked to my niece the entire time. She explained what she was doing and why the hair couldnt be straightened. We ended up getting her ears pierced too. The rest of the family sat out in the seating area outside the store. There were plenty of seats and places to get something to drink and a Starbucks right there.
They are missing a few key stores most malls have. However, I do enjoy the family atmosphere they have created. Most stores have polite associates and the addition of the Amazon Pop-Up was a pleasant surprise. Finally, ample parking spots make it a very convenient trip for me.
Its a mall, with a Sears. But its actually well-maintained, great movie theater and plenty of people seem to shop there. Once upon a time it was a very nice mall, when folks used to go to malls. By nice I refer not only to the appearance and maintenance, but also the shops and overall experience. It does not appear to have lost much of that despite the noticeable drop in mall traffic. Cant hurt that there is a very nice AMC attached.
Today was my 1st time at North Point Mall. I was pleasantly surprised. I love that this mall includes JCPenney. I love the deals found at JCPenney . And if JCPenney is not your thing there is also Macys, Dillards, and other great stores. Of course, I had to pop into the Bath & Body Works located in the mall where I was able to find some great deals. They were running a sale for 75% percent off. I literally payed $3.12 a piece for each of these. What a great deal! I also popped in H&M which I never do and also found some sales as well. I purchased this blouse for $12. Its a pale peach. You can wear as an work blouse or dress down with a pair of jeans. Sorry, the picture just doesnt do it justice.PS: If u cant find what u need here there are also tons of other stores in the area (Ross, Burlington, Home Goods, etc.). But Im hoping & thinking you can find what you need at the mall. Happy Shopping:-)
Need more areas to rest - cushioned seatting with live plants would make a big difference. Most important would really love to see more security personnel around... at times there are people with inappropriate language and manners who significantly the tract from the appeal of the mall.
Good place to spend a weekend day. Family friendly. Great entertainment options for all ages. Many stores are a bit pricy compared to their outlet versions, but that is expected. Food court is decent, lots of options there. Easy to get in and out and has enough parking whenever I go.
Really enjoyable mall. These days so many malls have that feeling of being old or out-of-date. Northpoint doesnt. It feels bright and clean. Food court is nice. Restrooms are newer, and they have well-equipped family rooms which I find very convenient for the little ones. Store selection is good, although due to the many high-end suites there are not a lot of little local-interest stores.

2022-05-30Good memories from days gone by. The mall is in need of a transfusion of love, energy, and redecorating and full transplant of new shopping experiences. It isnt that the malls feels like time has stopped. Its that life has passed it by. There is lot of peripheral changes and improvements taking shape. Lets hope the mall gravity pulls that spirit of change to center mass soon.

2022-03-23The tree pulls me in every time. I love taking pictures under it. I like north point. It’s always clean. The food court isn’t much to get excited for, but they do in fact have Chick-fil-A which is my go to so it works for me! They have all my favorite stores like forever 21, H&M oh and they have a gaming place where you can play for an hour or more so if you have a child(ren) who like you game then this is the place for you. They also have build a bear and a wide selection of choices. It’s family friendly and the people there are always nice. I love the sitting areas I think they are so fancy.I do as well come here to exercise, so I do a lot of walking and sometimes speed walking.

2022-04-02This used to be a really great mall but after the pandemic its just death! I think it’s because all the stores close at 7-8pm and there is a lot of business to do after those hours, if you go at 9pm to any store outside the North Point Mall you can see is pack, but this mall its very death now its good if you go to buy something in particular but a lot of the stores are close or changed

2021-08-01Spacious shopping mall with lot of shops including Macys, JC Penney, Dillards, Von Maur, H&M. They also have a spacious food court that has asian eateries and Chick-fil-A. They also has Moes grill too. AMC Theater is also present in this mall. There are few shops which sells clothes at good discount. Today being Saturday, Mall was quite crowded and people were wearing masks. Visited Go Calendar shop and there are many varieties of calendars, Dairy, Planners etc at 50% off. Unfortunately this shop is also closing down. Few shops have already closed their business but Majority of shops in this mall are open. This mall has spacious parking area and also has charging station for electric cars. Charging station is near to AMC entrance. Public transportation to North springs Station (Bus 140 and 141) is available at 10 minutes from this mall.

2021-03-06This Mall has done well to do what it takes to bring people back. The atmosphere is welcoming open and you feel safe even today. Its beautiful on a sunny day.I like the store variety and selection. The crew in general is respectable at almost every location. Some nice privacy at the eating areas.I like the sitting areas very spacious and nice recliners in some spots. The ventilation systems creates a fresh and robust space.
