These guys have always been above board in my opinion. Ive never felt like I was being asked to do something that truly wasnt necessary. In fact, theyve even told me to wait on things as the repairs were not an emergency or crucial. That type of honesty is rare in this business.
These guys do it all. Ive looked all over East Cobb and no one could or wouldtake on my 90 Chevy Astro. North Roswell Auto not only took it on, they replaced my engine, brakes, shocks AC controls, door handle and a multitude of other tasks with skill and efficiency.Raphael, my service advisor, took a special interest in me, and my vehicle.Dont waste time with mechanics that can only change air filters.These guys are knowledgeable, reasonably priced,and honest.
Went to several other shops looking for replacement pads and rotors. They were charging outrageous prices. Raphael and Paul walked me through every step of the process. The price was right and the service was awesome. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Roswell area.
Raphael and team were amazing! Came in at 8:15am needed new brake pads/rotor and they had everything completed by 10am. Wonderful customer service, pricing and coffee. Will recommend to all of my family/friends!
I very very pleased with the service I received. Walked in without an appointment for an oil change. They were very prompt and had a nice waiting area with snacks and drinks. A very short time later my vehicle was sitting outside the front door ready to go. I will be back.
A great balance of convenience, quality and cost. They were quick, precise and there was no pressure to have any additional maintenance issues they found done then or there. Raphael was very professional and extremely courteous. This my new go-to place.

I truly don’t have enough good things to say about these guys. Every time I need work done they go fully above and beyond. They are true experts, and are extremely trustworthy. Raphael was amazing to speak to and work with. This mechanic is 30 minutes away from me and i wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Excellent professionals and people.
Rafael, Justin and staff at North Roswell Auto Repair are not only very knowledgeable, but also provide excellent customer service and have fair prices. They do not try to upsell you and are always honest. Customer for life!
The whole staff is friendly and very easy to deal with!They always go out of their way to be accommodating to my schedule and vehicle needs. They have never tried to sell me something that wasn’t needed and their work is top notch!
Edit** I gave them a 5 star review a few months ago but really feel the need to elaborate how great everyone here is! 1. They always answer the phone super fast and as a repeat customer they pull up my profile. 2. They helped me out with so many annoying car issues that Nissan either blew me off for ( literally said something was impossible when all it required was a few extra steps) they went above and beyond and did what Nissan literally lied to me about. 3.They have great prices they take care of your car and are honest with you about what you really need and dont upsell anything. And everyone is overall pleasant and kind!! Ps thank you for the note and the candy! It was delicious 😋
On my way to my son’s graduation I realized my tire was going flat from a huge screw stuck in my tire. Stopped at North Roswell and the gentleman took my car immediately & plugged it in 5 min with no charge. They saved my day & didn’t have to do so quickly. That’s what I call customer service satisfaction. I will be back !
They are amazing !!! Literally have been my go too anytime something happens with my car , they are honest and try and give you advice moving forward especially if your spending a pretty penny . A little over a week ago, I brought my Wrangler in to have my suspension and control arms worked on. Everyone at North Roswell Automotive was attentive and assured me they would handle the issues in no time at all, and that is exactly what they did, with very reasonable rates. I look forward to bringing my Jeep back whenever I need any work done in the future.
Everyone there was extremely thorough in explaining the process and what was going on with my Sonata. Rafael took excellent care and the pros at North Roswell had me back up and running in a day.
Guys here are great! Even offered to get my car back to me when they were done. I work across the street so it was convenient for both of us.

As of now this things running great air conditioners doing real well why its very happy she staying cold she even told me to turn it down but yeah everything is going great man and do appreciate the loaner car do you use me in the future

Have used and liked this shop for about 10 years but unfortunately things took a bad turn when new management took over late December 2021. I suggest taking your car elsewhere, as this place is now focused on how to upsell you and squeeze every dollar from you. They changed me $135 yesterday just to tell me what the car needed. I miss the old days when Roger and team were on the customer side.
My go-to dealer service center was 3 weeks out on scheduling. I chose Roswell North Automotive out of a Google search. After talking to them about my issue, they said to bring it by now and they would have a look.I never felt pressured, I trusted their suggested remedies, they listened to my concerns and the problem was handled in 1 full day as opposed to the dealer’s 3 weeks+!

Great business went to have a tire repaired didn’t have cash on me they didn’t want to run my card for such a low amount and Raphael took care of it for me will definitely use this business again for my bmw oil change due soon🤞

Fastest emissions test I’ve ever had done. I’ve also had tires replaced here and a few other things done. Super professional and nice. Actually honest. They have enough business to stay healthy and not need to rip people off it seems. Definitely the best independent shop around town.
It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanic shops, but this place is the exception. I took my car here for some oil leaks and replacement of a fog light. They were very fair priced, delivered my car to me as promised, and did a great job. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs you may have. I’ll definitely be back as needed. Thanks again!

Im not even sure where to begin with the best way to describe why this is one of the best automotive car service Ive been to. I have a Lexus 400h that had two different issues. The first was the standard battery needed to be replaced. I had not been to their shop previously but found their information on the Interstate Battery website. I specifically wanted Interstate because its a US manufactured brand. I didnt hesitate to contact them and they took me in without an appointment and had me in and out quickly.A couple of days later a low tire notification came on. I took it by and they quickly confirmed that the tires were well within limits where the sensor shouldnt be tripping. They did a little more investigation to ensure there wasnt a system reset needed because of the battery replacement. After a bunch of digging they found a problem that I can confidentially say wouldnt have been found elsewhere. My car is AWD and apparently has 2 different tire sensor settings; one for spring/summer and one for fall/winter for snow driving. I never even knew that was a thing. Apparently, the company that replaced my tires reset at the wrong option level. They took the time to figure it out without trying to replace expensive equipment or telling me there was nothing they could do. Justin is amazing and hell tell you straight on anything. Theres no pressure here to make an investment if its not needed.I will be brining my car here indefinitely and I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid and trust worthy automotive center. I promise, you wont go wrong.
My wife and I just moved to Roswell and I had cooling issues with my pickup truck. I called after hours and left a message describing my issue and I received a return call before they even opened the following day. They told me they were very busy but would work me in.The repairs ran over more on cost than what Randy had quoted me , but he didn’t charge me for that because he wouldn’t break the quote he committed to me. Now that’s an honest and outstanding customer service attitude ! He said that the shop has been here a long time and they take care of their community. A very polite and professional auto repair shop and I will certainly bring my vehicles back to them in the future.Thank you so much !!

My heroes!I realized driving home from work that there was something in my tire. I had pulled over at the QT and was calling tire repair shops when I spotted this business. I wasnt sure if they did tire repair or not, but the owner was so very nice when I went in and asked about services. He got me in right away and removed a rather large bolt from my tire and patched it. 15 minutes later I was back on the road! Justin only charged me $15 bucks, and I know that any of the large tire repair shops would have told me that I needed a whole new tire. Justin has earned a customer for life. Im actually returning on Friday to have him repair an oil leak. Thank you so much Justin!

Had to go in for car oil change and brake check, which was described by another shop as must do soon. This shop said you have at least 30% more life on it, so more saving for me there and great ethics by them! They showed good knowledge with their questioning, to find out the root cause of issues. Super quick service, given I had made an appointment ahead of time. Definitely going back to them in the future!

I was visiting from D.C., and my car starting making a loud noise the day before my return. At 2pm I went to this shop and they told me that it was the water pump that needed to be replaced. Normally, you would need an appointment, because they are very busy, but they were very understanding and accommodating, without making any promises, to try to repair my car within the next day. To my surprise, they called my at 4:30 pm the same day telling me that the water pump had been replaced and the car was ready for the long trip back to DC.They didnt charge anything extra for the expedited job, and actually the cost was much lower than what I expected.....I wish I had these guys in my neighborhood. 100% recommended, on quality, price and customer service.
Highly recommend. I have been their twice - once for low air in my tire and second time for some damage to tire from hitting the curb. Customer service is great and quick. They dont try to upsell. They are genuine. They checked my tires and didnt charge anything.
After moving all day I got in my car to a low tire pressure light. After investigating I discovered that I had a nail in my tire. I pulled in five minutes before they closed and still received the nicest service. They could have very easily turned me away for not having an appointment or for my last minute arrival. My tire was patched and I was on my way in 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back. With an appointment this time :-)

Had a pretty big issue that I needed fixed on a Friday before I headed out of town. I dropped my car off that morning with no appointment. By lunch they had me a diagnosis and said they would have it done by 6pm.They called me back at 3 and said it was done...Three hours ahead of schedule. This kept me from having to get a rental and swapping out car seats and such.I repeat this wasnt a simple oil change they were doing. Im very surprised and happy that they were able to fix it in one day.
Emissions was quick and easy. Friendly mechanic. Definitely stop in again for annual inspection.

Had a completely blown flat tire and was able wheel my car into their lot. Lucky I did. A guy came out and immediately helped me remove everything out of my trunk to retrieve the spare, jacked my car up, changed the tire, then went around to each wheel to check its air and filled each with the needed amount. Whole process was about 20 minutes of this guy taking his time to do this and at the end of it casually told me I owed him $5. Soooo yesterday I knicked a tree pulling out of my driveway and my front bumper was halfway knocked off and cracked. Trusted these guys and brought it in, they proceeded to fix it in a few hours and really saved me some time and money. First review Ive ever left on anything, but this place deserves it.

I moved to the Roswell area and was looking for an Auto Repair Shop. After researching several local shops I settled with North Roswell Automotive. I have taken both of my vehicles for repairs and have never had any issues. The repairs are done right which gives you peace of mind. I am very pleased with their service.
Ive gone here 3 times and have had a great experience each time. They do emissions, oil changes and tire pressure very quickly.
Picked up nail in tire. Upon return from vacation. Called and took to shop. They took care of, while I waited and was on my way, safe and sound. This is truly a neighborhood garage. I love knowing they are a couple blocks away.
Super fats emissions featuring a dyno for older cars. They also do good work on all makes and models for a reasonable price. Stop by and let the master techs try to fix you up!
These guys are the ONLY people I trust with any of our family vehicles for the last 15 years. I cant tell you how many times I had a BIG expensive problem in my mind and it turned out to be only a small problem really. That doesnt happen at other places. I find it very funny that when I bring my car in to get the brakes fixed they tell me its going to be $625 for new rotors and to turn the rotors on the rear and new pads on both and I told him thats too much so I take it up the road to someone else and they say I need a new caliper I just find it very funny when its only been driving like this for about a week or so goodbye. By the way Im now getting new rotors turned rotors new pads and a new caliper for $639 goodbye again.
This was the first time using North Roswell Automotive. They worked me in quickly and did a great job. A simple oil change without and additional pressure for this or that. Well be back.

Highly professional customer service at the front end. Quality parts and workmanship. Reasonable price & wait time. Fairly comfortable lounge. The only issue after job completion was the used oil-stained floor at our vehicle’s driver side- which was only noticed when I reached home. Honestly, my wife, who’s the car owner was not happy with the condition. It could have been worse if there was no floor liner. We always expected auto shops to leave the car clean after service, that’s why I did not pay attention to the floor upon drive out.This shop has a couple of recommended services which we were planning to be performed next time, but the previous experience left us on a quandary.
They do decent work that you can feel good about. If youre looking for the lowest price, shop elsewhere and good luck!

2022-06-09This place is honest. I can not stress this enough. This will be my GO-TO place from now on. From the moment I called them, they have been amazing! They sent me an estimate of what my car needs with pictures. I knew what my car needed and they confirmed it. They didn’t try to over charge or talk me into getting something fix I wasn’t ready to fix.I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. They are so great to work with.If you have a hemi engine Rafael is your go-to guy. He’s awesome!

2022-03-04Took my Chevy here last week as it needed some new break pads and an alignment. Chase, as well as everyone else I came in contact with, had an excellent and helpful demeanor! 2022-06-24I have been using North Roswell Automotive for the last 10 to 12 years. Since the first day I walked in and talked to Roger they have earned my trust . I truly believe when I leave there I have been given a fair and thorough solution to whatever issue my vehicle had . I bring all the family cars up there and even the business van that I drive. Even though through the few management changes that they’ve had from Roger to Justin and now Raphael, I have always found the service to be pleasant and to my satisfaction. 100% recommend!!!!!

2022-06-21We moved to Roswell recently.This place is awesome, friendly and straight-forward. I walked-in to this place with a plastic burning smell coming from under the car when I come to a stop every time. They quickly raised the car, identified as a plastic garbage bag stuck underneath the exhaust and scrapped it off.Heres the best part, they did not charge anything for this. I could not believe a honest place like this still exists. Well, we have 2 cars and possibly more in the future and they have earned a long-term loyal customer today :)

2022-06-14I had an issue with my transmission and check engine light. I needed it checked quick and North Roswell Auto was able to do it fast. They reported that it was an issue covered by an extended warranty and recommended I take it to the dealer. Very honest and professional.

2022-06-14Rafael and his team evaluated the AC on my car and gave me an accurate diagnosis of the issue I was having. They took the time to do a thorough evaluation and then presented me with the options for repair. I did not feel pressured and they evaluated a couple of different options to keep the cost down for me. This is exactly what I would like from an auto shop.

2022-03-01Pre- purchase inspection, went great. I ended up buying the car. The service rep has owned several of the same model and strongly recommended the car. I also met the owner who was very personable and genuine. 250 miles so far, so good.
