Horrible service! My elderly mother was there on Thursday in a wheelchair and the technician treated her very poorly she didnt even assist her to get out the wheelchair. My mother doesnt speak English but that is no excuse to mistreat an old woman. She ended crying. The hippocratic oath says first do no harm!

Self-pay patients, beware. Admissions will check you in with a self-pay, pay-in-full amount the date of service. You will walk away thinking you have paid all, but then a few weeks later will get slapped with a bill from other hospital services (radiology in our case) that was in the fine print as a possible additional charge, this is only an estimate. It sure would be nice if the admissions staff would point this out to self-pay patients. This has happened to our family twice now more than doubling the original quote, with additional charges totaling $100s of dollars.

3-24-21: I was told to arrive at 11 AM and allow 1 hour for my registration and procedure. I arrived promptly at 11. They waited until noon to take me from the waiting area to a second waiting room closer to the procedure area. After 30 more minutes, I went to the desk and asked them what was going on and said I could not stay indefinitely. They called back and said it would be 30-45 more minutes before they could start my procedure because they had a difficult patient. I had to leave and go back to the office.Terrible customer service. Never going back again.

Ive always had good service with Northside Alpharetta Imaging. But I also cannot say enough about how efficient their medical records department is. They have the process of getting medical records to you or your doctor down to a science. No dealing with any third-party organizations to get what you need. I had my MRI in hand in less than 24 hours. And icing on the cake, they are friendly and professional. Such a breath of fresh air!

I have had multiple visits to this facility over several years for both x-rays and MRIs. I am always met with professional courtesy. Waiting room is sizable and orderly, having TVs and typical magazines. The billing staff has been very knowledgeable when I have had to reach out, and they seem to do all they can on the insurance billing side. On one occasion there was a problem in scheduling/late to be seen, but they were attentive to me to make the best of my wait (and that happened only once in many visits). Overall, 5 stars for me.

I was impressed when I went in yesterday. I was in a hurry on my lunch break, and had to go by and get blood work done. They were professional, and got me in and out in a timely manner. I am going to go back for a CT scan.I will write a review about my experience.

They do not care about the patient after you are out the door. You get shuffled through the billing process and no one can give you a straight answer.

Love this place, everyone so nice and smart, the tech guy is very smart. they work with my insurance and it is not very good insurance. Very happy
