Everyone was nice and upbeat, my appointment was on time for my mammogram and Kim the technician was very kind and gentle and efficient.It was over and done in minutes.

The woman with long blondish hair working the front desk should not be working in the medical field at all. She is extremely rude!!!!I’m turning her in for a hippa violation as well!If you don’t like your job quit so the rest of us don’t have to endure your miserable attitude.

I recently had a ct scan and mri done at this office. The entire experience was so easy from beginning to end. Tracy and Emily the ladies who helped me through both test were absolutely amazing. They helped calm my nerves and were very friendly and professional. I cant recommend this place enough!

The front desk customer service is not about the patient. If you don’t have a physical order in your hands, you most likely will have to reschedule. They are not Considerate of customers time. Also, it smelled like cigarettes behind the customer service desk but didn’t smell like that in the lobby so I know it was a staff member. If you can, I recommend going somewhere else if you want a caring staff.

I was here two years ago for an MRI, due to an excessive amount of pain behind my left eye.It was later determined to simply be a Migraine. When was at Northside Imaging services, the staff was attentative, my appointment was on time and the paperwork, like at most medical facilities was minor.Northside Imaging took Atena (and Im sure takes nearly all other insurance companies), processes my case and got me in within an hour. The MRI took about 35 or so minutes, and the doctor got back to me about 4 days later, telling me the MRI results came back clean.I know people usually dont waist their time writing reviews for this type of services since either the staff knows what their doing or not.However, if your looking for an in-patient network service that your insurance does cover, and Northside Imaging is one, its conveniently located in Dawsonville without all the wait usually experienced at Northside off exit 14 of GA 400.

Front office was very rude!!!!!!!! They walked around with no mask and then decided to ask did we all have a mask in the waiting room. As one of the front office staff at the desk was eating like a pig. Very un professional services.......... would not recommend this place to anyone.
