I am supposed to sign the lease at this apartment, however I have been shown blatant disregard and disrespect during the process. If the staff leaves a note on the door when they are away from the office, they do not come back punctually as stated on the note. Or, they may not even leave a note when they are not in the office, and their phone will just pile up messages. It seems as if they do this regularly during business hours excluding during lunch hour. When viewing my prospective apartment, I brought a broken screen to the property manager’s attention, to which she said, “We can get someone out here to fix that.” A potential resident should not be the one pointing out problems about the apartment. I went to check the apartment today, and the screen is still broken. This is also a SAFETY issue. From reading reviews from several websites and from experiencing their services myself, Nottingham North does not take customer complaints seriously and will even see them as an inconvenience to themselves. Based on the reviews, customers will literally beg them to address maintenance problems with no urgency or avail. I am supposed to sign the lease tomorrow, yet I cannot even get into contact with them today. I can already except how my stay there will be, which is discouraging me from going through with the process. This place should do a better job.

I applied here over 2 months ago!! Our lease is about to be up at our current residence and I have yet to hear from someone when I was clearly told an apartment would be ready the middle of this month. Ive been calling every day and no one answered. Ive even called Trinity Multifamily and spoke with Sharon she told me that she would be emailing the manager... still no call or anything... at this point my family and I have nowhere to move and we paid $90 for the application fees.... this is just unprofessional!!

I have lived here since 2018 and it was great! However, since they have changed leasing agencies, the quality has gone wayyy down. I currently have a very disruptive and combative neighbor and every time I put a complaint in about her, the front office lady says shell do something about it but nothing has been done. Dont move here. The front office is never open. Maintenance barely fixes any problems. Its an awful place to live. Im moving as soon as I get the chance.

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I recently relocated to Albany after accepting a new job position. I applied for Nottingham North back in May and it is now July and I never received an update on my application. I have called the office, corporate, emailed and left messages and still no response!! After contacting the corporate office “Trinity Multifamily” , I finally received a call from Nottingham North’s office telling me that they do not “refund application fees”. 2 months and my application was never processed. Please don’t waste your $45 on this application fee!!

Applied here and put a 850 deposit down now almost 2 months later i cabt get anyone on the phone to get my deposit back EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I live here now, and cant seem to get any calls through to the office or a call back after several messages. I literally am being charged for fees I didnt agree to in my lease but am expected to pay them... still calling no one is ever in the office I came into work late to try to go into the office and no one showed up to even open the office... I have no idea what is going on but I am not pleased at all

Lovely algae green brown pool just like nottingham, but were sent out emails to pick up pool passes , pool is locked both at nottingham and nottingham north both are grren/brown and disgusting.

I wouldnt recommend a dog to live here.. the apartments are old and they dont fix a thing.

Awesome place to live. Great maintenance service and office managers are easy to work with! :)
