I love this gym. I hate working out and this place actually makes me enjoy it! I love that you are greeted at the door and staff greets you by name. I love it is it no judgement and female only. Everyone there is nice and willing to help you, the instructors are also great about giving modifications during workouts.
The BEST! From the welcoming staff and members, to the stocked locker room with whatever you could possibly need, NOVO is perfect! The classes are so fun and the instructors keep you motivated and in the right form to excel in your workout! I’m so glad I joined, I’m a member for life! 💜

I have FINALLY tried out Novo to see what all of the hype is about- now I get it! They have such fun and unique classes that really make you work and sweat! It also helps that the instructors have been great and encouraging!
Ive been very resistent to joining any sort of gym for a while but the need to do something for myself was becoming NECESSARY and I have found NOVO to be perfect to allow for me to really take better control of my health and fitness. The instructors are amazing, all the staff members are so positive, encouraging, and helpful, theres a great variety of classes and even with my familys CRAZY schedule, Ive been able to work NOVO classes in. Im feeling better than Ive felt in YEARS, and am super thankful for my new NOVO family :)

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful, supportive and dedicated these girls are at Novo. I have gone through so much in the past year (2017) and this place has become a safe place for me. Everyone there is supportive and motivating (employees and other Novo clients) and has helped me through these hard time. I have never been to a gym/fitness center like this before and i have been to them all in the area. I absolutely love it there. It has changed my life and i know it’s changed many others as well!!

I did my first class on September the 18th, 2021 and have been going consistently since and absolutely love it! There are many different classes to choose from. I appreciate the warm welcome when I come through the door, everyone is smiling and extremely helpful. The classes I have taken challenge me. The instructors are knowledgeable and very encouraging. I would definitely recommend Novo for ladies who are looking for a friendly environment to experience challenging and fun classes.

I have absolutely loved every class I’ve taken so far. The workouts will make you sweat and sore, but the confidence you gain leaving is the best part! I love how friendly, uplifting and encouraging they are during and after the class. My little girl also has loved going to the youth room!
It’s been a year since last time I workout. My husband and I were in Tractor Supply Co and he insisted me to stop by Novo and get information about the membership, in the beginning I was a little hesitant because of the current pandemic. After checking the classes out and all the fabulous info provided by the sweet Avery I decided to pay the membership and start the next day. This was a life changer decision y’all!!! I feel more energetic every day and motivated to go and don’t miss any of the classes I book or waitlist in. I LOVE Novo and its classes!!! The staff are beyond friendly and always with the best vibes to guide you! The first week girls started introducing theirselves and I love that because it feels like a community or a family! If you’re thinking about trying Novo please make yourself a favor and get the membership because I promise you won’t regret it!

This place is quickly beginning to become my second home. I was surprised by how welcoming everyone was, and how they helped me through every step of the way even when I was laying on the ground, sweating my heart out (in the best way). The instructors checked on everyone after class, and were genuinely interested in how my overall well-being was. Everyone may be in a group setting , but Novo is so personal. I have NEVER worked out. I never wanted to work out and felt like I never had the time or energy until I came to Novo. I have been here for a year and I cannot say enough good things about this fitness studio! The workouts are FUN but are also so challenging. The teachers are amazing and so helpful and it is truly a community like no other! I have never felt more myself somewhere. There is no comparison or competition between clients- only love and support. Everyone wants everyone to be their best and do their best. Tons or different ages, body types, and types of people. I highly recommend Novo fitness studio for ALL people!! 🌟
I absolutely LOVE Novo! It’s been the best experience I’ve had working out. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat as much as I do in these classes. All the staff is extremely sweet and works with you on your level. 10/10 recommended coming here!
Novo offers a plethora of classes and different levels in each to match you where you are individually. Everyone is beyond encouraging and so sweet. The upbeat music and amazing playlists make the classes fun and enjoyable. Novo is such a fantastic place! I never really found myself comfortable with group workouts because I am very introverted and shy, but seriously, the second I walked into Novo for the first time, I felt so warm and welcomed by both the staff and others taking classes. The classes are fun and focused, sometimes making me forget that Im even working out. Im 5 classes in and loving every moment so far. I feel challenged but still welcomed every time I take a class and seeing such a variety of women taking classes is really inspiring. Truly, anyone can workout at Novo because the environment is nonjudgmental, welcoming, warm and personal. I cant recommend this place enough!
I dont know that theres much to say that hasnt already been said about Novo. The people, the instructors, and, the facility are always warm and welcoming. Novo is the highlight of my day and a time for me to focus on myself. I enjoy being able to attend a variety of classes that are tailored to my schedule and my needs. Novo has a warm and accepting environment for everyone. Even if you have trouble keeping up the pace in some classes you are never criticized. In fact, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and do what makes you comfortable.Every staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. What I especially love about their staff is that they care not only about the physical health of their clients, but their emotional experience as well.Phenomenal group!
I LOVE Novo! Not only for a great variety of workout classes and times but because of the community behind the name. I honestly don’t know how I ever lived without Novo! It’s so much more than just a workout. Of course we twerk, dance, and sweat it out, but we also tone and strengthen, and above all else, support each other. The owners and instructors are so compassionate and inspiring. They make you love what you’re doing and the body you’re in! I have gained so much confidence in myself and a love for fitness in the two years that I’ve been blessed to be a member of Novo! I have been going to Novo for about three years. It is an amazing community. I look forward to getting there at 5am every morning, meeting up with my friends I have made and working out. I enjoy the classes. There are so many different options, something for everyone. Strength training classes, trampoline classes, classes you dance your heart out....so many!!! I never thought I would enjoy working out this much! I love it!!

I’ve been coming to Novo for 3 years and I still get a challenging workout with each class that I take. When I walk in those doors, I am greeted with a heartfelt hello and a warm smile from whoever is sitting at the front desk and whoever just happens to be standing around waiting on their next class. Novo truly is a one of a kind fitness studio. The instructors pour their hearts into making sure we get a great workout for our bodies! I’m thankful for two sisters who followed their hearts and dreams to start such a great place for so many people to come to and enjoy. I look forward to beginning my days there or ending my busy days there and leaving all of my stress behind!

Columbus is so lucky to have this studio! Seriously the most fun I’ve had while working out.I leave with a smile on my face (+ lots of sweat) every time. The community here is so warm and inclusive and I love the cultural emphasis on health and wellness instead of on weight loss. The instructors are all incredible leaders who teach with encouraging enthusiasm, clear cues, & a variety of modification options. I could go in and on about this place, but I’ll just say I 100% recommend and think you should try it out for yourself!

They offer modifications for all levels. The playlists are the bomb and each instructor makes sure they get to know you! Novo is like no other workout studio around! The environment is encouraging and welcoming. The instructors are energetic, help you with modifications and are happy to push you to your full potential! You have to try it! There are classes that fit all experience levels and each class offers something different. You have to try them all! You will figure out the ones you love and the ones you love to hate (because they help achieve your fitness goals but push you hard!)
I have never ever gotten up at 5am to workout. At least I havent done it more than a couple times willingly....Until Novo. Novo is fun and gave me confidence I never had. Its a hell of a workout and it is a group of amazing people. There are many different workouts to fit many different styles but no matter which one you choose you will get an amazing workout while having fun. This is the only gym I have ever recommended and I just wish they had one closer to me.

I am a former runner/bootcamper, but after my third baby I couldn’t get back into a fitness routine. I felt overall unhealthy and unmotivated. A friend invited me to Novo for an event four years ago, and I was instantly hooked! I loved the novel classes, the infectious energy of the caring instructors, the community and the challenge. Not only does Novo offer classes that fit in my busy day, but child care options when I need it- which makes it easy to make time in my schedule for me! I love working out with fellow clients that have become true friends. I feel stronger physically but also that i have developed some mental toughness at Novo because sometimes that’s what it takes to get through most of my workouts! There is truly something for everyone at novo- cardio or strength training, High intensity or more chill Flow type classes. I love that in four years I’ve never done the same workout twice. I’m never bored. I appreciate the sweet owners and staff That bring us “ Novo” everyday. It has truly changed my body and mind! Thank you!💜💜
I’ve been going to Novo since March of 2019! I met a friend at church and she suggested we both go try a class; and from the first moment we walked into the studio, I was hooked! I love the variety of classes and instructors - there is no combination you can can’t find at Novo! I’m a military spouse, and most military towns don’t have much to offer, however, Columbus(Ft Benning) has Novo and that is such a blessing! I’ve met so many women and made so many new friends! It will be hard to leave this little slice of heaven!Novo isn’t a “gym” because the staff knows you by name. They know your kiddos! They know where you work. Just as much as you invest in your workouts, Novo invests in YOU - and that is priceless! If you’re thinking about trying it - DO IT. You’ll be met with smile and encouragement and probably a new friend by the end of your first class! There is no place like Novo!

I absolutely loveeee the classes at Novo! They are fun yet challenging which is why I’m totally sold on this place. I’m on my second pregnancy and I wanted to keep active, the instructors have helped me so much with modifications to where I can still be part of the class. The instructors and clients here are so warming and welcoming, in all my years of going to gyms and studios, I’ve never been to a place like this! The love and support this place holds is truly one of a kind.
While wanting to get back into group classes to motivate me to exercise I’m so glad I chose this business. After hearing about it from a few in glad I took the leap. The members and instructors are friendly, helpful, and fun to workout with. I really appreciate the class schedule that allows all day options for workouts of choice. Starting at novo, I was a little bit nervous because I did not know what to expect, have always been to a gym that included big muscle-builders. But as soon as I walked through the doors of the Studio, I felt a sense of relief and that I was supposed to be there. I started my first new member client special and signed up for any class I could and have been enjoying it for about 3 months now. Novo is a place like home with empowering women that encourage you to strive to be the best you can be in each class! At the end of class, the ability to give back to my body by just sitting there allows me to think of my busy day--which is something that I continue to need. I love Novo and I would not change anything about it!
I love Novo so much! The in instructors are so kind and helpful, all of the classes are different and fun, the community is so special and unique, and overall Novo makes me feel confident and empowered! The workouts are physical but also soooo mental.I have seen a change in my physical health but also my mental health as well. I would recommend it to anyone!!!

I just finished my 5th class at Novo and can’t wait for the next one. The instructors are energizing and supportive, every class is different and the sense of community is strong. its not like any “gym” I’ve ever been a member of - it’s very different in all of the best and right ways. My only complaint is that I didn’t join sooner!! I’m very happy to be part of the Novo family.
I joined Novo nearly 5 years ago and have never looked back. No other workout has been this consistent in keeping my attention and motivation for this long. If I am not able to go, I really miss it. Novo has been such a blessing in my life. That may sound a bit odd when reading about a fitness studio. However, Novo is MORE than a fitness studio. The instructors & the people make you feel so welcome from the first day. They offer multiple methods so you can take just about any kind of workout you are wanting, or you may get several methods mixed together. The instructors make every workout different, and they help with any questions you have. I highly recommend Novo!

I think the classes are great! They offer a good variety. Class times are not ideal as they don’t go very late, the other downside is classes are often booked out and you have to go on the waitlist. Overall the staff is great, and the instructors are awesome. Would definitely recommend, but it is pretty pricey.

I have loved becoming a part of the Novo community. I have always gone to a gym. I always walked in the doors, put on my earbuds and zoned out for an hour. Novo is different. Working out at Novo Fitness Studio is life changing for me. I was attending the gym working out and running everyday, however; I was maxed out at the gym. I’ve always struggled with checking off all my “workout needs”... an instructor to tell me what to do, atmosphere to keep me motivated, variety of workout types and styles, and something that won’t break the bank. Variety of class times really help too. They also offer workshops to help with form or to provide education. All around amazing place!

Home Sweet Novo!!!! There are so many great things about Novo that I love, from the wonderful owners Beth Anne and Ellen who know everyone by their first name, to all the amazing instructors who motivate and push you to do your best. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and with my hectic schedule I am not always able to attend as many classes as I would like, but whether I go three days a week or one day a month I always feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home! Give Novo a try I know you will not regret it ♥
So many good things to say about Novo that I hardly know where to begin. The instructors are friendly, professional, and well-trained. I love that they help correct my form so that I don’t injure myself and so that I can get the most out of my workout. If you’re worried about being called out in front of the whole class, rest easy. It’s done in a way that doesn’t draw attention to you, and it’s not excessive. They have a variety of classes to choose from, and the workouts are all very challenging. Don’t let that scare you if you have been out of exercising a while because they encourage you to work at a level that works for you. Resets (coming out of a pose for a quick break and to correct form) are recommended, and they will often mention ways to modify an exercise during class. I love how the instructors will encourage you by name during class or say “Yes you can!” The actual studio is kept in top notch condition. It is always clean and has the ambience of a spa or retreat. Go on out and treat yourself to Novo. You won’t regret it!
I love everything about Novo. From the studio set up itself, the variety of classes offered, to the instructors that are always so kind and motivating, to the extras that are offered: apparel, coffee, juices, snacks. And the little touches like a prayer wall and cold lavender towels. Novo offers a great variety of classes and instructors change them up, it seems, every time they teach! Excellent attention to good form and lots of stretching to avoid injury...important to a 50-something year old. Great products sold in studio and nice little touches like the wet washcloths and well stocked bathrooms and changing rooms. If you haven’t tried Novo, I highly recommend it! It has changed my health-physically and mentally!
I just started at Novo this month. So far my experience has been so amazing. The atmosphere, the people, and the instructors are incredible. The best part are the fun classes and the variety that they have to choose from. I definitely recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed!
Love Novo community! All the workouts leave you dripping sweat, all the instructors are so encouraging. I never regret going! such a friendly staff and friendly environment. Novo is truly Home Sweet Novo. I miss every part of Novo when I can’t make my classes. The community is so uplifting and it truly is judgement free. I am plus size and I have never felt more welcomed and appreciated than I do at Novo! The classes are versatile and the instructors are heaven sent! I cannot imagine ever going anywhere other than Home Sweet Novo!
Novo is AMAZING!! The studio is so inviting. The staff is friendly and all the instructors are so helpful. They have different classes that will fit anyones needs; from yoga to 305 (which is a dance class) they have everything! I am so glad I started going here!
Novo is by far the best place to work out EVER. They have an amazing combination of classes to get you everything you could need and more from a work out.. Strength, cardio, flexibility and the best part is that its FUN! Youll never leave a class without laughing and smiling and THAT by far is my favorite thing about Novo. They strive on being sure their clients all feel welcome and strong... Regardless if its your first class or your hundredth. Its safe place to workout without judgement or criticism and the community of clients are incredibly supportive of one another. The teachers are amazingly positive and so good at what they do. They know how to prevent you from hurting yourself through class, but can also push you to limits you could have never imagined!! They are extremely form focused and I couldnt recommend them more! If you havent already tried a class, do so immediately! The contract packages are so affordable and worth it. Youll wonder how you lived without Novo and youll feel incredibly accomplished and proud of yourself after each class! Youll make some great friends along the way too!!
Absolutely amazing experience everytime I interact with anything Novo. I began my fitness journey with the new client special and fell in love. I never knew I could sweat so much AND have so much fun. The staff and owners are truly genuine. They all spead their entusiam and positivity in and out of the studios. They are extremely supportive of everyones individual fitness journey. Cant thank them enough for my personal fitness success thus far and the encouragement they give me to keep going. I 💜 Novo!! I really wish I could give Novo 10 stars. I have been a member of many gyms and studios in the past few years and I can say without hesitation that Novo is the BEST of them all. There is a unique sense of community at Novo that allows members to feel like part of a family - a family that is loving, supportive, and compassionate - a family that holds you accountable and asks you to give 200% of yourself. From my very first visit in June, I felt as though the staff at Novo were appreciative of my membership and truly interested in my life. I am so happy to have found this home away from home where I am pushed to better myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. There is no substitute for the relationships I have formed at Novo. And the incredible physical changes I have seen in my body are testament to the effectiveness of the workouts there! Plus sweating your booty off with friends is so much better than doing it alone!!

In all of my years of working out, I’ve never been more excited to wake up at 4:15 AM to go workout. Everyone is so inviting and helpful. This place is life-changing. Seriously. If you are in a place where you need to rediscover yourself, then come to Novo. Not only do you get an amazing workout, you get a tribe of supportive women. There is constant motivation and uplifting words at every single workout. I love my sleep, but I get up every morning at 415 am to workout here. It’s that amazing.
I was more of a runner/ going to the gym for a workout kinda of person before I started at Novo. I wanted a change and decided to try out Novo. I was a little nervous because it was different than what I was use to, but I could not be more happy! I love Novo and love all the classes they offer!! In an hour work out, you literally exercise every muscle in your body and even get some cardio in. Within a few weeks of classes, I noticed a big change in how tone and fit I looked, and it is only gotten better! Novo was exactly the change I needed. Now I find myself planning my week around what Barre classes I will take. Novo is absolutely amazing and would recommend it to anyone I know!!
Novo has been one of the best things to happen to me. I am grateful a friend invited me to join her for a class. I havent been a person to work out regularly in many years, but I take at least one class everyday, multiple classes on my days off. There is so much variety, you will never get bored. Novo even has a clothing boutique! Who doesnt want to look cute while sweating and building muscles??!! Highly recommend!
Being military, I’ve only been in a Columbus for a short while. I’ve tried several gyms, but none of them felt like home... Then, I found #homesweetnovo ! I wish I could replicate Novo and take it everywhere the Army sends me. The classes are fun & tough & rewarding all in one! The instructors are amazing and the community is one for the books! I can not recommend Novo enough! If you haven’t been to a class, book your first one today! (My fave is Yoga Fusion with Steph or anyyyy 305 fitness!)
I just moved here from Arizona, I got introduced to novo by My daughter and friend Ashley this place Ill tell you what its Amazing Everyone is so helpful and the people that attend are so so nice! Novo is such an amazing work out studio. The owners and all the employees are incredible, and everyone pushes you to your limits. They and all their unique classes make working out actually enjoyable. I have seen changes in my body that I never knew were possible! I would recommend this studio to everyone!

Great workout studio. Very encouraging staff. You never feel out of place. The staff and the patrons are helpful and make you feel a part of the community immediately. There are all ages and body types here. And they help you find a workable modification to exercises if you have any type of injury or pain. I started working out for the first time in my life. I was very nervous and was afraid I would give up. But they have so many classes and times and wonderful people, I couldnt find an excuse to quit. Its definitely worth signing up for a month and trying out a few of the different classes to help you find the right ones for you. They are all challenging, but fun for all levels. Theres really no reason not to try it!
NOVO is the most amazing studio I have ever been to. Outstanding instructors, fun classes, and a truly uplifting and supportive atmosphere. When I first tried Novo it was at a free event they held where you could try it out. I then tried a few classes after the fact because I wasnt sure of joining not because i didnt like it but because I live a longer distance than most would like to be from their gym and also because of time issues. Well once i fell in love i knew i had to make it work. I cancelled my gym membership that was less than five minutes away and dove in. Now they offer more classes and childcare. I am closer if i come from work and it is not a problem getting there at all. I believe this place is worth making it work. It is a whole different experience than a gym. You go and you know you got a good workout in. I instantly feel satisfaction about what i have done and just feel better overall. The staff is amazing as well, so nice, never judgmental, and always pushing you. They are so encouraging and helpful. If you struggle with exercise, if you have to force yourself to do it, try this place and that could change for you like it did me.

I first heard about NOVO while living in NYC. I regularly workout and I was working at a gym, but I felt like my routine was becoming boring and I needed something to motivate and challenge me. A friend invited me to try out a morning class with her and I was hooked. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming and the class was challenging and motivating. I love being able to work out with a fun group of women that are excited as it keeps the momentum and energy flowing the whole pace of the class. I took 4 different classes and knew I had to sign up for a full membership. I am so glad I did! Getting to goto NOVO is the best part of my week!

Great gym! I love the instructors and the variety in classes offered. Only reason I am giving a 4 over a 5 is that certain classes I want to attend are offered the same time each week that don’t work with my schedule. So, I would just like more of a mix up of available classes (especially the 930/940am time).

I joined novo December 2018, and let me tell you it’s the BEST THING I EVER DID. I regret not doing it sooner. Growing up I played a lot of sports, so that included a lot of conditioning.It made me truly hate working out all together. In December I was invited to novo by my boyfriends sister. I took one class and was immediately hooked, I did the new client special, immediately bought my life form mat and as soon as that month ended, I went ahead and signed up for the year membership. I have never been more excited to go to the gym and workout. It’s helped me more ways then physical. It’s also helped me mentally.The atmosphere is electric. I seriously feel like I’m just having a big group jam sesh workout with all my friends every class. The instructors are awesome. They make it feel like It’s not just a gym, it’s a family. So glad I found novo.
Every classes I have taken has been nothing short of amazing from the instructors that are inspiring in everyway to the friends that are in the class with me they are just as nice and welcoming. I just started my second month and a signed up for three months and I am so excited! Doing this for myself and having a fun time on my lunch breaks has been a much needed.

I was invited to Novo by a wonderful friend of mine and loved the experience so much . The workout I took was Yogo Fusion! It was soooo intense, so stress free, and so HOT! It was great ! This is by far the best fitness place Ive ever belonged to. I have been coming here consistently since October 2014 and never get tired of it. There are so many different classes to choose from and they keep adding more. The owners and instructors are certified and are so nice and personable. They always make me feel welcome. The clientele are of all different ages and are also very friendly. I attribute this to the positive and energetic attitude that this place exudes. Lastly, the classes are very challenging but there are many modifications given. When I leave there, I definitely feel awesome about my accomplishments.

I was skeptical at first about any type of YOGA due to my size and injuries. But the minute I stepped into NOVO they welcomed me with open arms and have modifications for every workout . Every workout is different and the music just makes it any more fun and sometimes I forget im working out. The instructors are truly amazing and are always there for questions or concerns. I leave feeling AMAZING and sore LOL I am glad to have joined the NOVO community.

High energy, never boring. Love how I never check my watch and an hour goes by so fast. Lots of fun and a great workout! My favorite classes are Buti Flow and Buti yoga. Some choreography but nothing too tricky - hard to describe exactly what it is. You just have to come check it out!
Ive attended a few different classes with my friend and finally decided to sign up for my own contract. I love the atmosphere and you always feel accomplished and sore after a class. In a good way! No wasted money here just be ready to work!

I am addicted to BarreAmped and Piloxing, just to name a few. Everyone is so positive and you never feel judged. Best fitness studio in town! The certified instructors are awesome, the clientele is like family, and the classes are fun, energizing and transforming! The studio itself is beautiful and unbelievably clean!
Today my wife called me and said that our garage door broke and she couldn’t get the car out to go the gym. She messaged Nova detailing her issue, but was still charged $10 for a no show. You got to be kidding me. What kind of business takes your monthly membership money and charges you $10 for a “no show” when life happens. An unethical business practice to say the least. I will discourage her and any other of my friends in Columbus/Benning area to patronage this business.
I have been going to Novo for over a year now and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. If you are thinking about coming to Novo. Just do it. You will fall in love with the Novo Community!
Great cardio and variety of classes.. they just book up fast so book early! I always get a great detox sweat when I come through Novo..the music is great in Buti classes.
I signed up 2 weeks ago and I feel very welcome by all the staff. They really work to motivate you throughout the class. Im looking forward to continuing trying out new classes

What a great place to work out. Everyone that works here is friendly, helpful, motivating and supportive. They will push you farther then you think your body can go. When you think no I cant, they will tell you YES YOU CAN! You will hurt in places you didnt know you can hurt (without the use of weights) and they will have you loving every minute and wanting to come back for more. I was initially skeptical of Novo, as a former crossfit junky, who sustained an injury and could no longer lift :( I needed something that was going to strengthen my core (after having 3 babies) and keep me in shape without further injuring my back...I started 3 months after my youngest child was born and havent turned back! These ladies are encouraging, they challenge you to push yourself during each class, they support your fitness journey in whatever stage you may be in, and I LOVE them for it!

2022-05-25Attending Novo has been such a great experience for me. I love community and thats exactly what I feel in the Novo environment. I have enjoyed every class that I have taken so far. I would say for anyone that is considering joining, give it a try and you wont regret it. I love the fact that there are so many variety of classes and times to select from. I LOVE NOVO

2022-06-04I decided to sign up for the one month special and just became a member. I love the variety and the ambience at Novo! The instructors and staff are so kind and fun! I honestly started with the mindset it would be pretty easy, but I was wrong - in a GREAT way! I love the challenges that stretch me out of my comfort zone (literally and figuratively, ha!). And those lavender towels after class… yes, Lord. 🙌🏼 I have seen a drastic improvement in my energy, mindset, and muscle control just in the 20 classes I’ve taken this month. Thanks, Novo!!

2022-06-10I have enjoyed my experience so far. Definitely not what I expected when I signed up for a yoga studio. Most of the yoga classes are not traditional yoga but more high intensity yoga and feels more like a fast-paced fitness class with modern, high-energy music and instructors yelling out motivations. Not very Zen, but I have always gotten a great workout. They also offer a lot of different classes before and after my workday. They do charge you $15 if you miss a class though. Everybody is very welcoming and they respond to emails quickly. Dont rely on Waze navigation to get you there though, it will drop you off at the apartment complex right next to it for some reason. Overall for the value, I would highly recommend coming here.

2022-01-18Novo has honestly been one of the best things that have happened to me. After a big move, being uneducated on how to stay active during my first pregnancy, and a difficult recovery, I was in the lowest place I had ever been physically and mentally. After my first class, I was instantly hooked. Novo has not only changed me physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Having this as an outlet over the last 5 months has improved my overall well-being and I cannot recommend it enough!

2022-07-19The workouts are fun and killer! I always feel so productive when I leave. Classes are just the perfect length. Not too short and not too long. Loving the little daycare for my baby! The environment is amazing. Happy people, always smells good and I always feel rewarded for giving myself the time to exercise.. and everyone just gets it!

2022-02-27I recently joined Novo and felt it was where I was supposed to be. It is so welcoming and friendly that I can go in there by myself and feel confident. It’s a judgement free zone and even if you mess up a move, no one cares because no one is perfect. It shows we are all capable of something by also adding our own uniqueness. I have never felt more comfortable anywhere else.

2022-03-27I never thought I would enjoy a fitness studio before I came here. I am in awe of Novo!!The staff is so friendly. The facility is top tier from the cleanliness, to the class options, down to the music. Don’t sleep on this place y’all because it’s so dope you WILL NOT regret it. You’ll leave feeling empowered, sweaty and with a few new friends. They know you by name and it makes coming back each time so worth it.
