Went for a birthday lunch with grandma, her favorite restaurant. Daughters pizza was so burned that no amount of ranch would cover it up. My 6oz sirloin turned in to a fillet which was nice, until I cut into it; ordered medium rare, was as well done as possible before it starts to char. Grandma enjoyed her chicken tenders. Server was good. We just wont be back.
My experience at this Columbus Georgia location May 14 2022 was not good at all.Had to wait for our food. Seated in an area where the ac unit was leaking. All the trouble and wait....I would think me and the graduating party they would accommodate the entire party under 20 max with an discount.... nope. An some party still left a tip for the waiters. Overall bad experience if we had to get up and get our own drinks.This establishment wasnt even busy. Very slow business wise. But the wait for our food was hour long.Praying this establishment gets better.
OCharleys is one of those phenomenons one of those Mysteries. Ive never heard anyone say hey guys lets go to OCharleys but apparently in Columbus there are enough of those people Ive just never met them . I work for a app that picks up your food and bring it to your door and I was very surprised when I took the job picking up food Act OCharleys as I have not been in there and many many years. I walked in went to the to go Section and picked up my customers food , like that . it smelled great, I cant remember what they ordered but it sure did smell amazing. The place is packed on a Sunday ! so Im even more surprised that the to go its on top of the game. As my food is ready by the time I get there.Even though I havent sat down to eat in quite some time Id say I still recommend it. Keep up the good work guys!
We had THE BEST SERVICE!!! Tim was fantastic we had a large party and he was so attentive to every person truly phenomenal job by the whole staff! Food came out chuckle and correct we will fit sure be back thanks to the service!!
Ate here for Mother’s Day. There wasn’t a wait at 11am and we were all surprised how good the food was. I got chicken fingers with shrimp sauce and liked it. The warm rolls are always great.
The restaurant was very clean, nice and cool. As its very hot here. Our waitress was fantastic. She really did a great job!! The food was really good. I had the Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Its ohhh so delicious 😋!!! If you like your sauce a little sweet, then yall need to come on down to OCharleys and get you one of these. Youll love it! Oh and the rest of their food is really good too. And you know Im going to say it. YES their deserts are delicious too! Got to try some of those out too.
This was our first time coming to this restaurant and it will be our last. Our experience with this restaurant was not a pleasant one, we waited 15 minutes just to be sat which is normal because of course everyone is understaffed. Our drinks came very quickly and that was the only thing that came quickly we waited about 25 minutes for one appetizer, meanwhile in that 25 minutes out drinks were empty and every server that walked by no one offered to fill up our drinks. About 20 minutes later we placed our order, and waited 45 minutes for food. My daughter ordered rice with her chicken and there was burnt pieces of the bottom of the pan all of her rice you could tell they scraped that pan just to put rice on her plate. My son ordered a steak medium well, they said that thing out overcooks extremely well done, when asked to take it back take a new one they did, then they brought him out an extremely rare steak, I asked if someone else could make the steak and I was told unfortunately today was the only cook for the steaks, so the manager for the steak. Well she didn’t know how to cook one either. Just so much wrong with this visit. Can’t get back those 2 hours at all!!! I strongly don’t recommend.
We did a pickup order tonight. Apparently, there was a group of 30+ people that went in without warning as my husband was getting our pickup order and there was a 16 top seated, so I can kind of excuse the order problems. It just seemed like an off night for the restaurant considering how great the reviews are.They missed my entire meal initially, but my husband managed to catch it. The meal had cheese when I asked for no cheese, but nothing I couldnt remove myself. They did forget both of my kids meal sides though, which was a bummer.The food itself was delicious and well definitely be back, hopefully on a better night :)
I really enjoyed my meal! Tim the bartender was great. He made our drinks as quick as possible. The food was fresh too! Definitely visit again!
I was just visiting from New York and a friend took me to this place. It was really good, and I wish we had servers like Tim in New York City. People here are much friendlier and the service is so much better. Plus, I didnt have to show my vaccination card to eat dinner:-)
We had a great experience tonight as usual and we got Theo as a server! He treated us like family! Our son Everett enjoys eating here often! We all leave happy!
Ordered through Doordash. I paid for $35 worth of food, but I was given food scraps. They did not even place our food in takeout trays!!! Awful!! Just as bad as the last time.Just wanted to share an update! I spoke with Michelle, General Manager, and she apologized. She told me that I could come back any day to have my order remade. I decided to have it remade today. Everything was fantastic! Thank you very much for taking care of us!

Always great service and great food. The thing I love the most is the consistency in food quality and service. Shana, Michael, and Tim are always so welcoming and friendly. Besides the selection on the menu, the staff are why I frequent OCharleys.

We regularly have lunch or dinner at OCharley’s, Columbus, GA. The food is always great and prepared as requested and the service always on point with Peyton P. as our server. We have become regulars in her section because of her attentiveness and genuine friendliness.
Prime Rib was not on the menu, but a friend recommended it, so we had to ask. My hubby Ordered it Medium Rare and some parts were very tender, but others chewy. Still enjoyed the flavor. The best side was the Mac n Cheese. One of the best Ive had. Didnt really care for the Whiskey Chicken dish, but will say the service here was spot on.

Love this place The manager and server took care of us.. my sister is allergic to any kind of fish and had just had a allergic reaction at another restaurant because they fry everything together so manager came and said I dont trust it and I am not 100% sure if no fish has been fried in it so I recommend you eat nothing from here telling my sister they were so very helpful... I’ll order it through DoorDash my total bill was $101.71. The ribs we’re not freshly cooked the bake potato was old hard chicken tenders was old. The ribeye were over cooked not mid with a little pink. One order missing the broccoli I wanna order again. The peach cobbler crust was not done this was horrible data for the amount of money that I paid for it

Server took the order and never came back. Another server ran the food to the table dropped it and walked away. Ate, 25 mins after still no server. Had to hunt someone down to get the check. SAD

10:45 Sunday morning. Poor experience from the moment we hit the parking lot. As we exited our car and walking in there was a beer can on the patio at the front door. We were promptly seated and bread was brought to us. Our waitress took our drink orders and walked off, and then another waitress brought us our drinks and took our order. We ordered a grilled salad, fried chicken salad, an appetizer, and a kids fried chicken fingers. After waiting 45 min at a less than crowded restaurant our food showed up. We opened our silverware and it was nasty. The fried chicken on my salad was luke warm at best and my wife’s grilled chicken was ice cold and they never brought an our appetizer. The waitress was a rookie at Best, she struggled to keep drinks filled, she didn’t add ice to our drinks which is terrible when your drinking ICED TEA. Poor experience and we won’t be going back
Just the worst!! Had a hard day at work and wanted sit down and have a nice lunch with a friend. Our first choice was Cracker Barrel but the wait was an hour. So we went OCharleys which is one of my favorite restaurants so I didnt mind at all.It was chilly outside and it was super cold inside so we asked for hot teas and were informed that they were out of tea and coffee. Really?! Well, I never. So I had to go to my car and get my OWN HOT TEA to drink.Then the signature rolls arrived. They were not even the size of a playing card and just as flat and hard.When my potato soup arrived it looked so good, I was excited to dig in. I dipped my spoon in and pulled it back up and not one piece of potato came up. I stirred my spoon around frantically and only found one piece in the entire bowl. Mind you, my friend had the same experience.Once the entrees came out, the food did get a little better but by then I was so disappointed and I was so cold it was no way to make it better. I felt bad for the server because he was excellent but he kept apologizing for things that were out of his control. Almost at the end of the meal, the manager comes by and asks us about our meal. We ask her about the tea and bread and soup and she quickly excuses them away. And closes the conversation with free pie coupon.Well alrighty then!!I didnt need a coupon, one apology from her would have been worth twenty from the server. It needs to be understood that when customers voice concerns, they are not 1. Always complaining and 2. Always trying to get something free.If you take the time to listen you may actually get better CUSTOMER CARE, SERVICE, AND SATISFACTION.
I visited the O’Charley in Columbus, Georgia. My server’s name was Tim. He was a very competent server with a great attitude. Would very much like to have him as my server each visit. The food was also good.
You know I have only been to O Charlies three time. I swear every time I eat there the food sucks. Didnt want to go but my husband said but we never getting go. Well quess what,he didnt like his steak. Didnt even finish. Needless to say we want be back.I hate to even give it a star but you cant leave it blank.
Absolutely love eating here. The food is always great and the waiters are always friendly and personable. The restaurant is always clean and it’s always a great experience coming here. Definitely will be returning.

You guys are taking the Wheres the cheese meme a little too literal. This is the most disgusting mac and cheese ive had in my life, its not even mac and cheese its mac and butter.
Absolutely disappointing. The beer and the bread were the best parts of our meals. The waitress we had was very nice and helpful too.We had to send back our kids carrots because they were extremely old, the other waitress took them, rinsed them, and brought them back, like what the hell!! They soft and not crunchy at all.
Tim in Columbus is the quintessential server. He has assisted us several times & enriched our dining experiences. Please give this man a raise!
Went today 2/12/22 with a group of special friends and had the BEST service from Timothy and Danielle aka Big Baby. Food, drinks, atmosphere and service was EXCEPTIONAL. This will be a monthly event for our group
We were served stale rolls at first, but they brought out fresh ones when we asked.Our server was very new, but she was really trying hard. She got better every time she came to our table, and we appreciated her.
It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it the food was on point the drinks were delicious the service was impeccable Im dying for a second time there it is a must try 😍
The grilled chicken breast was good but a bit small. The peach chutney was good. The sweet potatoes were a bit dry but OK. Broccoli had brown spots but OK. The silverware wasnt washed very well but the waitress sweetly brought me a clean knife. Then I get to the bottom of the coffee cup and find an ugly stain because the cup wasnt washed very well. I left a 20% tip but would have left a bit more but I figure the waitress probably saw the stain before pouring the coffee🤢
The food was good. That was the only good thing about our visit. I waited for 25 minutes for a refill on my drink. The manager walked by our table 3 times without stopping to ask if we needed a refill. Then I had to get up and find someone to give us our bill. The manager does not need to be a manager or he needs more training. Very poor customer service.

Chicken Alfredo didn’t have any chicken and the kids pizza was burnt. To go order pick up was fast and easy otherwise would have given them one star.

I dined here with three of my friends. We were literally served unleavened rolls. They were flat and tasteless. The server said, we are told to serve them even if they havent risen. Isnt this dangerous?
Decent selection of food and nice service. It was not expensive but it was not a bargain either. Nice atmosphere but not romantic. Sometimes a little loud for cross table conversation. Update: I had the smothered grilled chicken and it was excellent. I really like the mashed sweet potatoes too, FYI the put cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
The food is a step up from fast-food but cant really rate it higher due to it needed better service and place was not as clean as it should have been.

So me and my fiancé decided to eat here and mind you we have never ate here before it was awful spent 70 dollars on food we can’t even eat the spinach dip was microwaved so long the cup it was in was melted into the dip and was spoiled we both ordered steaks and they were grey never seen a steak that color like it was boiled the Mac n cheese wasn’t anything but noodles and we never got the side salad we ordered I didn’t eat any of it and will never eat here again it’s a shame so much money wasted
My wife and daughter went for prime rib the Sunday before in the evening. They said it was like they like it rare n tender. We went the Sunday after about 4 and it was too done n though! We went to an OCharleys in Conyers, Ga on Sat evening Dec 1st. Prime rib was good rare n tender. We went Sat 12.15.18. In Columbus. Prime rib was just like we wanted. Back to 5 star again. Also we got a free dessert as they had run out of cheesecake. Chicken parmesan was real good also!
The server was very rude and unconcerned. Slick talking in her conversation with the customers. Customer in my party was to get her meal free and this is what she got. Waiter was very disrespectful and wanted to fight customers.

I called before 11:00am to order our Medical Offices Lunch and Big Baby answered the phone, she was so sweet and explained that she had a guest in front of her that she was taken care of and asked if I could call back in 5 Minutes. Before I could call back she called us so graciously and with such a wonderful attitude even though it was before the time set to call in to go orders. She took amazing care of all our complicated orders just as she always has. Our food was amazing right along with our service. Because of her we will continual to order our lunch to go from OCharleys Restaurant for all our staffs Birthdays, working lunches and any other time.

We dont have an OCharleys in my town anymore. So, imagine mines and my family excitement. The waitress gave excellent service, her attitude and attention was charismatic and detailed. Food was hot and delicious, especially the rolls. Id admit its the real reason we wanted to eat here. Really, we had no complaints. A great lunch experience to add to our beautiful Saturday shopping trip.
Food tasted like it was warmed up, chicken tender and fries were rubbery. Honey mustard had something in the bottom. 2/10 would not recommend.
Came in late at night a couple days ago. Have to say it s pretty hard to dine in by yourself here in Columbus but they gave me a really friendly and professional vibe, especially Drevianna one of the best servers i ever experienced. 200% will come back.
Bad service and short staffed. Took 30 minutes to get an appetizer and an hour and a half for our entrees. The order came out wrong, however, we let that go. The plate came out dirty with a pink sticky substance so we did let the server know and she asked if we wanted the manager so we said yes. She came back and told us the manager, David, was too busy to come speak with us and she asked us to leave a review & contact corporate cause this made her look bad. As we were leaving, we asked to speak to David again and he came to the front. He advised corporate has him in the back to help cook & he knew nothing of a dirty plate. He said it was the servers job to speak with us, not his. He was very rude, sarcastic and acted dumb about the whole situation. Bad service, bad management.

I love the buttermilk shrimp meal...always good. However, the customer service lacks tremendously. The few waitress working either stand around looking confused. Walk past other patrons without letting know some will be with them. The atmosphere has lost its luster by the lack of people in the restaurant. I along with a different patron had to ask for a waitress to service us. I have tried being loyal, but today will be my last day spending money ay OCharleys.
Tim at the bar took my Togo order with the most absolute top notch customer service I have seen locally in a long time. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and accommodating to the requests of the order. Definitely will be back! If you are looking for good eats and great service this is the place. The restaurant was not busy, at all, and we were seated quickly. Thats the end of the positives. The wait time for service was ridiculous, especially since they werent busy. Our drinks were only refilled when we flagged down the waitress, she didnt check on us at all. Then the food took an additional ridiculous amount of time to come out. And it was inedible. There were three of us, we all ordered the Mac and Cheese, none of us could eat it. We thought maybe it would be palatable with salt and pepper but couldnt find our waitress to get those! Some food was prepped wrong. Some food was so obviously prepackaged microwaved and inedible that Id be hard-pressed to actually call it food. We were there for 2 hours. Its not that kind of restaurant, it should not have taken 2 hours. Terribly disappointed.

My overall experience at this restaurant is a 6/5 stars. And it has everything to do with my waitress. Her name is Racheal. She was VERY nice and respectful. Was on top of refilling our drinks before they were even empty. She is one of the best waitresses I ever had! And I would LOVE to eat at this restaurant more often because of her!
This place has gone from the place we always ate at when in town to never again. 45 minutes after our order was placed we stilled did not have our food & only 6 other people were there when we arrived. A party of 4 & 2. We checked with our server a couple of times & after the 45 minutes he went into the kitchen to find out our order had not even been started. When we spoke to the manager, she was indifferent & blamed “lack of staff” for the wait. We ordered a salad & a salad - 45 minutes?! I could have gone across the street to Publix, bought the ingredients & a bowl & made my our salad & sandwich in less time!
The whole staff was wonderful especially Danielle and Tim! And the drinks and food excellent!
Incredible experience - truest hospitality. We were visiting from NJ and were tired, let alone hungry. We were welcomed by many of the waitresses and Dave. Just a warm environment created walking in the door. Our AMAZING waitress Lanetra could not have made us feel more at home. She is beyond kind and just a happy soul with pep in her step. She was the sunshine in the room. Lanetra could not make us happier. She didn’t miss a thing, made sure we were satisfied, kept checking to be sure everything was making our time the best it could be. The food and portions were terrific. It was tasty and fulfilling. Absolutely grateful for the experience and Lanetra. Thanks y’all - my pleasure to give you 5 stars. 😁

Natalie gave us great service today and the food was good. Food would have been excellent if broccoli had been seasoned and the asparagus hadnt been stringy and not seasoned. Proteins were well seasoned but vegetables had no seasoning. I was surprised.

I recently visited this 0’Charley’s restaurant the other day, and ordered the Cajun chicken pasta along with the boyfriend. The food was really good, hot and fresh and our waitress took really good care of us. We didn’t even need to ask for refill because she was on top of it, Thank you ! We will be coming again soon!!
This restaurant was 3 times better than the one in Dothan. (sorry Dothan). The waiter was a blast. Waitresses too. Food was perfect and fast. A great stop on my way back towards Dothan.
The food was HORRIBLE! I had the tender dinner, the best thing was the French fries, the tenders were coated with old lumpy flour, the lumps get cooked the good, and then you have old ugly beat up looking chicken tenders.I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!THE PLACE WAS JUST HORRIBLE.
Where should I begin Our server was very friendly, That was pretty much the best part of the whole experience. My fiance and I ordered salmon which was dry overcooked no flavor and mashed sweet potatoes which had no taste whatsoever. She also ordered a soup they called chicken tortilla which was basically chicken soup that taste like it was left over from the night before with tortillas And chili powder. I also ordered rice pilef which was horrific Basically it was rice and chicken broth overcooked Stuck together look like Vanilla Ice cream I will never ever return to OCharley On Bradley park in Columbus Georgia
Our server Tim made today an awesome experience. My family and I really enjoyed the budget friendly menu and the manager David was very accommodating The food was delicious and plentiful! Specifically, the Cod was perfectly battered and the kids enjoyed the grilled chicken and the pasta marinara.
First timers, we Went in for a quick lunch, service was great, food was tasty, we both had the appetizer sampler (yum) and the bread and butter was good. Adonis was an EXCELLENT server. Very attentive! Tuesday is all you can eat chicken tenders and Wednesday is free pie day! Kids eat free everyday!
Awesome location. Great service. David is an Awesome Gentleman and and fine Manager. Mike at the Bar was outstanding as well. They make my every Visit a worth while and makes me come again and again. I love California Chicken Salad. Out of this world.

This is my first time ordering from here and I must say it was delicious! Ive been missing out. I placed the order for curbside pick up and as soon I arrived, they brought my food out. I thought I have to call to let them know but the food was promptly brought out and the waitress was nice. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be a repeat customer.
My niece Julie Hamby were in the Columbus, GA OCharlets on the afternoon of September 3, 2021 and were served by a a lady named Monique whose service was excellent. Her manner was comfortable and pleasant. The food was good and we very much enjoyed ourselves

I seriously wish I can just put 0 stars so I decided to take my daughters to O Charleys this evening because it has been a few months since we have gone. So out of all the restaurants in Columbus we decided to go there. Walked in, the hostess was already seating a party of 6 or 7 so we waited.. Almost 10 minutes later a manager sees us thinking that he was going to greet us and sit us, but NOOOOO instead he walks up to the host stand, looks at a list and walks off!! Did not acknowledge us and there were 4 people also waiting behind me and my daughters to be sat. One of the ladies left and it almost took everything inside of me not to walk out myself! But thankfully we had a awesome server name Tesa, but I will say this, I will never ever come back!!

The only thing that was good was the drink and the manager made that. The waitress was horrible. She reached over our food and drinks. She was too close with her masked pulled her nose. Items on the receipt were incorrect. When I questioned her about something on the receipt she had a slight attitude. Our food came out in increments. Everyone was near finish when my kid food came out. The fries were mediocre. It took a good hour to get our food, when it was barely 10 people in there. Issa no for me. I leave tips when good customer service is given. I will NEVER step foot in there. Also, I specifically asked for no blue cheese crumbles on my salad. It looked as if they picked the crumbles off. I box the salad and left it there.
Rachel was an excellent waitress, loved her vibe and energy as well as how considerate she was. She has given me one of the best experiences I have had at OCharleys ever. Cant wait to go back with my family!
Would have liked to receive the salad before the dinner arrived but my steak was excellent it was medium rare just the way I ordered it the atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable.
Tim was a good server at Columbus, GA, however, he was a bit intrusive and insisted our table complete a Google review.Overall the food was decent and we were seated and served in a timely manner.
I just transferred here for a job, ocharleys is across the street from my hotel so it was convenient and easy. I was sat in the high too tables with Tim and he was great. He got triple sat while I was here and he handled it like a pro. I was in the service and bartending industry for 10 years and he handled the business better than people I’ve seen working in the restaurant business for 30+ years. Highly recommend

I got the chicken finger plate/platter. The chicken was sooo good.. my son tried the salmon. His first time. Was not impressed but loved the mac-n-cheese. I had salad and mashed sweet potatoes..yummy
Sat at the bar with today with some friends. Shana is a superb bartender! Wonderful service! She is professionalism in human form. If I had to choose between my firstborn or having another drink poured by her, Id definitely have to pause to contemplate.
The service was wonderful with no wait and our waitress Brittiney provided outstanding performance. She came to the table frequently and not one time did we have to ask for a refill. Thank you for the wonderful service and the social distance.
Restaurant was not nearly full, but service was extremely slow!! Waited 30 minutes for a chicken salad. Supposed to be warm, crispy. Was cold and dry. Soup was COLD! I would not go back to this location!***Update: Ocharleys management has reached out and is making a great effort to earn my business again. So, they get kudos for that. I will definitely try again, just probably not this location.

Today the O’ Charley’s app was not working for me so I called to place a curbside order. I was greeted promptly by Heather, who was taking to-go orders. I had so many questions because I could not see the online menu. Heather was very patient with me and she made suggestions that I really appreciated and did not mind the costs of the upgrades she recommended. She was very thorough. She made ordering a breeze! I will definitely continue ordering curbside!
Love this restaurant! Me & my husband come here almost every week. Food is always amazing perfectly cooked.. Amber is such a plesent server everytime we come in, she makes our experience much better. 2 thumbs up!

Went to O Charleys on Bradley Park, great service, timely and friendly! Our server Christen was super awesome, great with meal suggestions and quick with a smile. Left with a full tummy and smile on our faces. Kids enjoyed too!
Im currently here at the restaurant. Upon arriving the young lady at the door was nice and very cheerful but I quickly realized that is not the OCharleys I remember loved. Our waitress is quiet and standoffish. I ordered mac and cheese for the kids, it was dry and the kids were not eating at all. I ordered a cajun pasta that only had Tonys sprinkled on top. My God daughter ordered a burger that was extremely bland. I did ask for an exchange for the kids for Alfredo but honestly it wasnt any better. Were just getting our check and leaving. This by far was a horrible experience and my live for OCharleys has gone out of the window. This meal was something that could have been made at home. We will not be experiencing this anymore.
Despite lack of staff due to stimulus checks, everyone that showed up for work did their best to serve the customers. It did take longer on our entrees but we were feasting on the hot yeast rolls and honey butter. We also had a bowl of soup while waiting for our msin course.
Tesa took care of our family tonight. We were celebrating a birthday, and Tesa was awesome. Friendly, prompt, and made sure she was nearby for anything we requested. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and it was Tesa’s amazing service. We will definitely ask for her again.
This restaurant is where my friends and I usually meet every other week for dinner. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Our server, Rachel, is always great and always efficient, happy and polite.

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it! Me my grandma and her friend came in it was DISCUSTING. My grandma got the club sandwiches and EW the meat was cold, then I got the chicken paremsean and the church Ilan was raw. My grandmas friend got chicken tenders raw and all the sweet tea was watered down and the waiter was acting like she was drunk.
Took the family out for date night. When we got there we were seated quickly and fresh rolls were the bomb. Ordered from the bar and David ( I think that was his name) made the best drink. Our waiter, Orion was there with fresh drinks just in time. I had the Louisiana steak and it was so good I had to take my potato to go. Now to find a place to take a nap lol.

Service today was very slow. Almost an hour to eat, part of one of our meals never even came out and what did come out had been sitting before being brought out. Very short staffed and more focus was put on other employees who were dining than the other customers. There was no shortage of service or alcohol at their tables.. This is probably our last visit to OCharlies

Upon arrival, Dave work dilligently to .ake sure all parties were seated quickly ( within 5 minutes). The our server was also the bartender, Tim, who was slammed but still checked on us numerous times. Also Tim had enough time to show our son a magic trick and even posed for a pic with him. So I am in Columbus on assignment. I went into this restaurant for a sit down meal before work. First of all let me say that my server was wonderful. She was very attentive. The menu and food however were not so great. The menu is s little outdated and not really many choices. I ordered the chopped steak with mashed potatoes. The bread was a little tough. The chopped steak was burnt so that the meat was crunchy. I ate what I wanted an then ordered French silk pie. For a place that is proud of their pies, I expected a lot more. The pie tasted stale. I would have been better off buying Mrs smiths. Then I ordered a club sandwich for supper at work, honestly. How do uou screw up a club? Well they did. The bacon was weirdly flavored, the bun was hard and had a twang to it. Overall not tasty at all.on the upside, the mac and cheese was awesome.

My family frequents OCharleys regularly. We are always greeted with a happy face. Weve met most all the servers and have a couple we normally ask for. We are always served with fresh, hot rolls and our drinks. We have a 7 yr old and its important to us that she doesnt go unnoticed because she is a person also. Most of the servers speak to her and allow her to make her requests. Our food is delivered hot and presented as requested. Some days we wait a little longer for our food but its still worth the wait. Our favorite night is free pie night. The Bradley Park restaurant is a nice, friendly comfortable place to eat.

On Sunday afternoon, it is usually moderately busy. Ive been on two separate occasions and the food was satisfied both times. The service was appreciated especially from Mrs./Miss Natalie. She was patient. Offered her opinion when asked. Her service was an integral factor in my returning. Sure the food was good by itself but the service made it even better.
Was very impressed by our server Blake even with several tables he was waiting on he always asked if we needed drinks or anything else. Very friendly courteous and apologetic for it taking time while you were busy. I would definitely recommend OCharleys
Stopped at this restaurant and ordered salmon,the price was so high and the food came with rice and salmon ,and the rice was smelly like stale rice couldn’t eat it at all..
We got take out, and I ordered a filet (good), with salad (good) and I paid extra for asparagus (BAD!). Asparagus is in season, the grocery store is loaded with it, and I got 6-1/2 untrimmed - as in the Woody part of the stem was not removed - spears. Half of them were YELLOW, not green. I was robbed.

Surprised! Its been about 3 years since my wife and I have been to this restaurant. We were never impressed with the food or service in the prior visits. This time however we noticed the service and food has improved. I enjoyed the cedar plank salmon and my wife had a sirloin steak. Both items were cook as ordered and tasteful. The service was also fast and pleasant. If youre looking for a nice variety on a menu give this place a try.

Save you money and go somewhere else. Service was bad, food looked and tasted line it came from a boil and go bag. Brought an issue to management and was told the marinara sauce was a known problem and there is nothing he can do about it.
They start you out with your beverage & (unlimited) HOT ROLLS....different kind each time they bring some out! Been here twice now & not one complaint on their food. Chicken was so juicy & drizzled with the perfect amount of honey. Steaks were cooked to our desire. Sweet mashed potatoes with brown sugar & butter....making your “MOUTH WATER” huh? A MUST TRY restaurant for sure. Stop in....you will thank me, I promise! Oh, don’t forget the GOO GOO CLUSTER DESSERT. That’s what brought us back the 2nd time. You’re welcome
I went for the 1st time although I had a great energetic server who made a drastic mistake that could of ended badly with my 16yr restuarant experience I simply gave her info and it appeared she was shaken once realizing severity had it been wrong person. I wanted her to relax encouraging her letting her know not her fault she needs appropriate training to help build her confidence , drinks came out fine, appetizer, then my meal I was highly disappointed my medium steak was on wrong plate, of course his medium steak was well done an lord you could see the grain of steak it was so dry. My medium steak on his plate was beautifully cooked although more medium well it was still flavorful. My Salmon was biggest disappointment it was also over cooked dry no flavor , macaroni obviously had been microwaved it was not consistent texture nor entirely warm. Ms. Britni did everything in her power to resolve any issue I felt I had I was very pleased with my service and although disappointed with my food i think it bothered me more staff needs training, cooks need to relearn cook times on the meats nobody likes to pay 18 plus dollars on a meal they wouldnt brag on or suggest to anyone. Nice environment great potential made me want to put in an application and show them how its done, but I simply just left a tip for Ms Britni for her energetic effort and truly may Go back for that application or to try food again one day. There have been four different visits over time. Service was always quick and attentive, even during busy times. (Bread rolls were on the table in no time, quickly followed by the drinks, orders were taken promptly, refills kept coming, etc.)Rather large menu. All dishes sampled were of good quality, seasoned just right and very tasty. Great value for the money.
When youre done Timmy Columbus was an awesome server he met all of our needs and the food was amazing he was very attentive. His service makes us want to come back to this place a whole lot more now.

A rare opportunity to enjoy dinner with my wife. Thursday night. 5 pm. Not crowded. Service was not rushed and great. Food was good but I thought a little overcooked (asked for med-well got well done). Drink was mixed correctly for my taste.

This is my 2nd visit to this ocharleys in the past 2 weeks, Kealan is always such a wonderful waiter and always exudes such patience with my mother and I. Even though we always order the same thing. Good food and service on a slow Saturday night. Pretty inexpensive classic combinations platters, cant go wrong with Chipotle tenders and queso and chips appetizers.

2022-02-10Havent been to OCharleys in ages, but I was in town and a friend suggested it and I am glad she did.The food and service were great. Tim, our server, did a great job of taking care of a lot of tables. I think he might have been the only server working, but we never felt neglected. He did a great job.The Danielle, the hostess was very welcoming and was very helpful with accommodating our seating needs with my handicapped companion.Finally, the food was good. They have the best mashed potatoes, chicken fingers, and potato soup of anyone. Lots of things on the menu I want to try next time.In summary, it was a well above average experience! In a world full of covid excuses, mediocre service, and supply chain shortages, it was a nice and needed relief. Im sure this location is dealing with the same thing everyone else is but you wouldnt know from the customer side.

2022-02-10Really enjoyed the visit. The food was really good and Tim did a great job of taking care of us. The perfect balance of friendliness and attentiveness without being overbearing. I can honestly say its the most pleasant dining experience Ive had since COVID.I want to come back and try several things that I saw on the menu, but the ribs and potato soup were great on this trip.

2022-03-31Our server today was Michael and he was great. So funny and personable. The restaurant was short staffed today but those that did show up for work covered and helped each other. Didnt even know they were short staffed until we were told. Got the spicy chicken pasta and was very good. It was not spicy to me and I was happy about that. The side salad was very wet so I let most of my salad. Overall good experience and will go again.

2022-04-17My wife and I took her parents here for a surprise dinner while we were in town. Food was good. I had a long Island that had a sour aftertaste. My wife and mother in law enjoyed their margaritas though. Our waitress was good. We had to repeat a few things but we had a party of 8 so having to remind her of something we ordered once was understandable. WWe had a good time overall and enjoy dinner at this establishment.

2021-07-24I usually don’t review restaurants. Even if they’re bad. But this meal I was just served and this service I received has my feeling like I’m in the 6th circle of hell. The waiter acted like he was high and didn’t give us straws, set our salad on an empty table and literally just left it there, and spilled our soup all over the bowl, while simultaneously carrying a tray with a drink sideways dripping on the floor. Don’t even get me started on the food. Usually it’s decent here and I like it, but tonight prison food would seem more appetizing. I got a top sirloin which looked gray? As well as boiled, and tasted rotten. My mom got a Louisiana sirloin MEDIUM WELL, and it came out a nice purple. Some of the campfire potatoes my dad got were literally raw. Not coming back for a while after this.

He came through on his promise! Tim, our server, was more than expected! Our food was tasty, hot and delivered quickly but the reason we will return is David and Tim!

2022-04-28I was out in Columbus, Georgia for a conference and decided to pass on the hotel food and ordered from OCharleys. Great food, large portions and multiple sides come with the meal. The delivery was also fast for a Saturday evening. Sorry I dont have a picture, I was to busy eating up that Georgia grub. Next time am out there Ill make my way to the restaurant for the full experience.

2022-01-23The service was good. We were seated shortly after arriving. Waitress checked on us several times. I ordered ribs & chicken fingers. Loaded mashed potatoes were kind of cold but I didnt complain. I took them home to eat with my ribs for later. Maybe they got cold waiting on my mom steak.
