A very nasty store. Dirty and and just right crazy
The store was such a mess and very unorganized the cashiers were rude and not helpful.
Roses is packed with people and stuff if you can handle the crowds and have half an hour or better to wait in line you do fine
This particular Roses had a better quality of clothing and house wares.

Love to shop ROSES. I can spend hours there finding all kinds of stuff. They have everything, clothes,shoes,household, toys, gardening, cleaning supplies, pet products, health care, electronics and of course seasonal items. Prices are extremely good, and SENIORS(like me) on Wednesdays get an extra 10% off.Now to top it off..lots of staff to help you if needed, and friendly (live body people) to check you out. NO DO IT YOURSELF+++
Standing in line,the gentleman in front of me,left to get a item, stayed gone long enough to come back wjth a arm full.of stuff ,as she finally start to cash him out, he again leave to go shopping for more stuff all the while i am standing in line,after his third trip of shopping and my standing in line, i left my buggy with my stuff and left the store.no customer should have to wait in line at checkout for others to continue to shop!!!!
I have been a shopper of this store every since I was a kid and they always have great prices on clothes for the whole family. They have nice stuff here at an affordable price. Great store to shop at❣❣❣
Good ole Roses. Glad they are hanging in there. It has changed a lot over the years. I remember when they used to sell guns. As a matter of fact I bought a rifle there back in 93.
I absolutely love Roses they always have good prices and lots of everything you need. They did a so called remodel at one point but it really doesnt look like it and parking lot is the worse but Ill continue shopping there because of the great deals.
The store is nice and clean. The staff were super helpful. The outside parking lot needs to be redone. Has a neglected look.

EVERYTHING you need in one place. I love the household items; thats mainly why I shop here. Ive never had a bad experience. Only downfall: they need more dressing rooms & someone to work the dressing room area bc you have to wait so long for someone to walk back there to let you in

Store was ok the clothes had sizes all mixed in together including small in the plus size section on every rack. Some of the clothes head stains on them. But I did find what I was looking for.the parking lot was very nasty. The cashier was friendly

You wont believe some of the things you will find and like here. Found some patio chair cushions that compare very close in quality to some pillows I purchased at Pier 1. Really cant tell the difference.

Nice store normally have everything you need at bargain prices. My wife shops here sometimes wear uniforms and 4 school clothes witch is she dont have to shop for school clothes anymore being that she have no school age kids none. And thats good because we didnt like buying school clothes anyway. School clothes are expensive especially when you have to buy uniforms but I recommend roses anyone. I mean where else can you get name brand appliances close and food at bargain prices

The Roses department store is twice the size of the one in Moultrie. The selections are better but the aisles are very crowded and cluttered, it is hard to maneuver around and get to the items you need. Couldnt find anyone to let me in the dressing room
Terrible customer service. I was shood off by someone who worked there and wasnt explained why I was being treated unfairly. When all that poor customer service was all because they werent opening on time due to the floors being waxed.
Great experience after COVID19 being part of being masked up and shopping. The lines were long at check out. Still fun talking with staff and others. Found everything that I was looking for.

The employees here are horrible they do not practice customer service skills here it made for an aggrivating trip we spent 200.00 but every time we had a sale or clearance item she had to check the sign and was very rude when we tried simple conversation even the manager on duty was less than personable had her cell phone and when asked to do a price check rolled her eyes and said we are closing in 3 mins need to get out of here on time tonight, Roses used to be a good place to shop but now the staff is just unhappy people there for a check, Roses has been around for awhile and used to enjoy shopping here.
If you want something for your house or just a jazzy out fit this is the place to come
This is a great store for East Albany Ga. The selections are always great. Customer service is ok and they keep the shelves stocked.

Run down never clean. Poor customer service. Parking lot is horrible to drive in not to mention the amount of trash in it. Dont go here after dark it is a very sketchy area.

The Barber Shop is a great old school barbershop. Paul, John, and Bob are real barbers. Prices are very reasonable.

2022-05-09Its been so long since Ive been in this plaza. Theres only 2 stores left and a McDonalds. Its so different from what I remember. There are just a lot of old buildings with no stores. It makes me sad to see how this side of town is not grown but has shrank to the point of almost being a ghost town.

2021-09-16I love this Roses they carry an array of nicely priced items for your home, your body including books to feed the soul. The store still has a mildew smell and theres always a line with it appearing that there is morethan sufficient staff at the establishment to keep the lines down

2021-06-12The staff is always so nice and friendly but the atmosphere is HOT. The store is awful with hot, hot, hot heat. You have wonderful employees that work so happy so you are lucky. Get some air in that store for your employees and customers. We have come through a bad time in life with the panic. God is watching all of us.
