My dental needs are huge, but Dr. Mazer and his assistants hit a home run every time I am there. Their patience, concern, friendliness...all help to make a not-so-enjoyable genetic situation workable. The administrative staff is always happy to answer questions and very attentive to setting up timely appointments. My husband and I are both so glad we found Dr. Mazer and Old Milton.
The staff, quality of care and just the atmosphere at Dr. Mazers office are amazing! Love Old Milton Dental! 5 out of 5, would recommend.

Dr. Corey Mazer & his team have exceeded my expectations across the board! I chipped my front tooth and they had it looking brand new in under an hour at a low cost to me. Highly satisfied and will be back for future services.
Very professional!! My first time being from out of town, very thorough teamwork!! Courteous, clean and explained everything in full detail, I was completely comfortable at all times through my crown in the very back of my mouth in a difficult spot everything done in a timely manner!!

My first visit, staff was friendly and my cleaning was very good. Took lots of time with me and made sure they had everything they needed to give me a detailed status of my dental care. Very impressed, dentist pointed out a flaw in two of my crowns that had open margins. I already knew about them but the fact she pointed them out on the first visit was impressive.
My wife had come here prior to my first visit and highly recommended I also switch to OMD. INCREDIBLE experience. Every member of the staff went over and above to provide intentional care and service. Megan was extremely thorough and made the xrays, scans, and cleanings such a comfortable experience I couldve fallen asleep in the chair. Both she and Dr. Jarvis made me feel like family, and I could tell they had my best interest for dental health in mind (rather than what Ive experienced in other offices where they try to push every additional and unnecessary cosmetic procedure at you). This is a TOP NOTCH PRACTICE. Highly recommend!!
We have had a wonderful experience with this dental practice! We recently moved to the area and tried several different offices - hands down this was the best experience. Great staff, great facility - very pleased! Took great care of my kiddos and my husband and I are happy too!
My whole family has been going to Old Milton Dental for 10+ years. Our kids have been going there since their first dentist appointment and love going to see Dr. Mazer and his team! We appreciate how clean and thorough they are, and especially how nice everyone is! They genuinely care and get to know your family.
I was always petrified of going to the dentist knowing i needed some major work done. I went to a few other places that were either totally insensitive or just disconnected. Dr. Reid is AWESOME and guys Im not just saying this to say it, she is literally AWESOME! She genuinely cares, talks to you about your treatment plan in details and makes sure you are OK. I told my husband later in the day after i had a procedure done that I loved my dentist and that both him and my daughter were transitioning to Old Milton Dental! they knew that if I was saying that it was because she was the best! Absolutely amazing staff. We saw two techs in the elevator walking up to the office, and even from that moment, to check-in, and all the way to check out -- every single person was so kind to us. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she was probably the kindest person there. Extremely nice and knowledgeable.Great place. Great people. Dr. Reid is an excellent dentist, I’m so thankful that I’ve been a patient of hers for the past several years.The practice is kind, accommodating and courteous. Kaitlin the Hygienist ,was absolutely FABULOUS. Dr Jenna Jarvis was so FANTASTIC. This is the BEST Dental office I have ever been too.At 72 I know the difference between GREAT and POOR. These people are GREAT !!

One of the best dentist offices I’ve ever visited in Alpharetta, GA and as a local new patient I’m thrilled for my family to leave another local dentist we have been with for over 10 years to start new with Old Milton Dental. Misleading sales flyer. Flyers that are mailed claim “$0 cleanings with most insurance.” This is a lie. I called to schedule an appointment and they’re not in-network with any of the dental insurance providers, which leaves you owing 20% for a cleaning. This is very misleading and deceptive info. You need to revise your sales approach.
Beware. To start I rarely write reviewsI went to Old Milton twice. Paid cash my first visit. (Over 1000.00). I wanted to return so I picked up dental insurance. Before I chose my insurance I checked with staff to make sure I was covered. They said that was and there would be no problem with this insurance for dental work in the future. I waited six months for to return for more work. I arrived and that morning to ask the cost. They told me not to worry about it they will bill me. I told them i had insurance and i wanted to know a price before I got started, I came back a few hours later they told me 800 for the work with insurance! I told them no thanks. How much for a cleaning? They would not say. I insisted and they finally said $20 copay. I told them I would not pay more then the 20 if its more than that will go somewhere else , They assured me that the whatever the insurance paid after that would be fine. Well insurance paid about 80. I paid $20 (which they did not give me credit for!)then I get a bill for 115.00 Two calls to the office to fix the issue and I was told there is noting they can do, Beware do not pay cash and know that they will not honor their word at Old Milton Dental. Very deceptive.Oh and the next dentist told me I did not need any work done.UpdateAfter I posted the review I received a phone call. I received an apology and my account was changed to a zero balance.
Hannah has been my dental hygienist for years. She does such an outstanding job and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Mazer runs a brilliant practice and I couldnt be more satisfied of the service they provide.
I have been with Dr. Mazer and his team for almost 20 years. Over the years the level of service and professionalism has always exceeded my expectations. Treatments are high level quality and last a long time (see 20 years...). Old Milton Dental make every visit as easy and comfortable any way possible. Never had such a better time with having my teeth taken care of.Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Reid and the staff at Old Milton Dental. They have eased my extreme anxiety about dental work. Dr. Reid did my extraction and implant that went perfectly, but most importantly she spent the time to explain in detail the steps of the implant, answered all my questions and put me at ease during the entire process. I love Keri, my dental hygienists. She is amazingly zing at her craft ....friendly and funny too. My husband and young adult children go to the practice as well and actually enjoy going to the dentist. I am so grateful for Dr. Reid and Keri for helping to ease my anxiety.
They got me in last minute (which was nice). When I got there I realized I had locked my daughter out (she was on her way from college). Since I hadnt been to a dentist in a while, they needed to take x-rays and it could take 2 hours for exam and teeth cleaning. I asked my tech (Hanna) if she could do anything to help. She was so thoughtful, and got her co-workers to help. They really worked as a team! That was impressive, but she also did a great job cleaning my teeth. I had no discomfort; she was knowledgeable and friendly. She took several x-rays and did a very thorough exam. Also, the Dentist was very nice as well. Its so refreshing when everything goes well and people care. I had a very positive experience, and my teeth feel great! So happy...
Went in for an emergency crown and it was a fantastic experience. Friendly and caring staff who immediately made me feel comfortable. Danielle was my dental hygienist and she was fantastic. I cannot say enough about Dr. Reid -- she was caring and funny and put me at ease immediately. State of the art equipment. I highly recommend this practice! Excellent and knowledgeable care. Five stars.

I had a great experience at Old Milton Dental today. The wait time was only two minutes. The staff were cordial and professional. Kaitlin, my dental hygienist was fantastic. She was cheerful and professional, thorough and efficient, and thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable. Their equipment are state of art. I highly recommend Old Milton Dental.
Excellent Service, True Professionalism, and Real Compassion. I phoned in today with severe tooth/jaw pain, but my regular doctor Katie Reid (who is also awesome) was out. The staff was able to fit me in as an emergency appointment with Dr. Cory Mazer. Dr Mazer and his staff quickly found the issue and had me all fixed up and on my way. I am VERY thankful for the consistent excellence of the staff at this office. In addition to the excellence in service, they are also very safe and following all COVID guidelines, which made the experience even better. Thank you all!

I have spent many years searching for a dental office that was thorough and gentle (I had some previously painful experiences). I had found a place that I loved in West Cobb, but my search started again when I moved recently. I found Old Milton Dental through an extensive Google search. I am so glad that I came to Old Milton Dental. Everyone was very nice and professional, from the front office to Dr. Reid. I have to specifically mention Rena, my hygienist. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable, and explained every step she was taking. I felt she did a very thorough cleaning, and it was PAIN FREE!
I unfortunately had a crown come loose.I called the last dentist I had seen in the Johns Creek area to see if they could fix it before the weekend. I was told that there was no way to have it fixed until Monday. I begged and pleaded with them to try to squeeze me in and I was told there was no way.I then called my old dentist Dr. Mazar. Their office was very understanding of the importance of having it fixed. They told me to co me in right away and they would fix it . I could not ask for a better Dental office. The best of the best! Not only are they the kindest staff, they are prompt, precise, and genuinely love helping their patients. They are gentle but thorough and provide the best dental care possible. Dr. Mazer and his staff make you feel at home and ease my nerves every time. Not to mention the ADORABLE therapy dogs that come into the office to help calm patients anxiety. I wish their were more stars and 5 just doesn’t seem enough.

Old Milton Dental goes above and beyond every time I am there. They have an amazing staff, with hygienists who are personable and very nice. The receptionists are polite, and make scheduling the next appointment a breeze. The dentists are amazing and never ask the typical dentist questions like what sport are you playing etc... they always have real and genuine questions for you and strive to please and fulfill all your dental needs. Cant wait go back for my next checkup! ;)))

Ive been a patient at Old Milton Dental for four years. My first visit came after visiting a different dentist who recommended drastic procedures as well as replacing fillings. I went to Old Milton Dental for a second opinion. What a difference! They have a state of the art facility and world class hygienists and dentists. They assessed my dental needs for my best interests, not theirs. Since then, Ashley, the most knowledgeable, skilled, and fun-loving hygienist Ive ever had, has taken great care of me as well as my family. Thanks to Ashley and Katie Reid, I no longer dread dental appointments; I look forward to them. Our little girl has only known Old Milton Dental and also looks forward to her visits as well. My husband went first with my sons for their checkups and came home raving about how impressed he was with this office. He is not easily impressed! I just went today and I must say I was also very impressed! Everything is electronic. You fill it all out online. Michelle was amazing. So sweet! I have never had someone explain to me what I’m looking at at xrays, step by step. She was phenomenal. She was gentle, didn’t hurt any of my sensitive areas. They were great with my 3 year old who had her first check up today. Overall, I’m so glad we read to the reviews And tried this office out! This is our new dental office! Thank you Old Milton Dental!

No one likes going to the dentist.. as a matter of fact, I’ve had some of the worst experiences at the dentist office. I had one “professional” tell me I had 8 cavities so I wanted another opinion. I went to Old Milton, recommended by my father, almost 7 years ago. Since then- I’ve ONLY been to Old Milton. The staff is clean, friendly, welcoming and understanding. They explain to you in great detail what is going on and they show you photo evidence of why you’re experiencing these symptoms. You are comfortable and at-ease when handled at Old Milton. I lived in Athens for 5 years and still commuted to Old Milton because no other office handles my teeth better than here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, young or old. The staff is also very good looking and Dr. Mazer ain’t to shabby on the eyes either! In all seriousness, I’m no longer afraid to go to the dentist. My appointment today was simply relaxing. Go here!
Ashley, the dental hygienist, was wonderful! She knows exactly what shes doing. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth . The whole time I was driving home I kept running my tongue over my teeth enjoying that just-cleaned feeling. I always feel well cared for when I visit Old Milton Dental!

Dr Reid is a great dentist as Hannah is the best hygienist ever! I actually look forward to going to the dentist so that I get to see them! Front staff is super friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Old Milton Dental. Darlene is the best hygienist Ive ever had. She is thorough and so friendly. How often do people say they love going to the dentist? I can say that about Old Milton Dental. They have all the latest technology in a low key family environment. Everyone from the time you check in to check out is personable. My dental hygienist was Christine. She did a wonderful job and was very sweet and fun to talk with. Katie Reid was also extremely friendly and professional. I decided to try Old Milton Dental because of the positive reviews online! They did not fail to impress. The whole experience was amazing- from calling the front desk for directions into the building, to the state of the art gadgets they use, to the friendliness of alll staff. My hygenist, Leslie, is amazing! Dr. Mazer is very professional and takes great care of me. Ive been going here for years and would never trust my teeth to anyone else. The front office staff are friendly and always smile when I walk in. I really feel like everyone here is genuinely interested in the patients that walk in the door. Please dont hesitate to make an appointment if you are looking for a dentist that really cares and does excellent work.
I tried to get an estimate for a specific procedure and they required a consult first, which can include an x-ray for $150. I told them I would like to do a consult without the x-ray and we scheduled the free consult. When I went to the office for my consult, the woman at the front desk said they wouldnt even look in my mouth without paying a $150 exam fee. This is not the information I received when I first made the appointment and was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience for me. I left the office at that point. I called them back once I got home to figure out why I was rejected from a free consultation and they held firm that for a doctor to look into my mouth would be a $150 exam fee. The final response I got was I apologize that you misunderstood us. I have gone to other dentists before this and they were all very accommodating and helpful - one even giving me free x-rays. Do your research and find a better place to go.
We have been going to Dr. Mazer and his incredible staff for over 10 years. It is consistently the BEST dental experience we have ever had. Who knew you could actually look forward to going to the dentist and catching up with your hygienist?! They were even incredibly patient and worked magic with my 5 year old son with sensory issues who was afraid of the tools. Will never go anywhere else!
I switched myself, husband, and 3 children over to Old Milton Dental 5 years ago and couldnt be happier. Dr. Mazer is extremely caring and meticulous with his patients,and Dr. Reid can make anyone feel comfortable in her chair no matter what the procedure. I was very nervous to have crowns replaced as I had a bad experience years ago. Kerri my wonderful hygienist gave me the confidence to go ahead and do it!She was right, Dr Mazer is a great cosmetic dentist. He does beautiful work. Old Milton Dental is the best dental practice I have encountered!Dr. Powell and the staff are extremely caring, thoughtful, understanding, and receptive. The team always makes sure to do their very best to accommodate patient needs - they are super clutch in emergency situations.The technology is fantastic and the team puts forth immense effort to not only treat you; but, also to explain why you are having issues and what your solutions are. Dr. Powell and team do not over-treat and do not try in anyway to sell you on seeking treatment within their referral network. Its a truly rare experience these days and, for as long as I live in Atlanta, I will not go to any dentistry outside of Old Milton! They are absolutely awesome!

2022-05-11I definitely give them a 5 stars and would give them more if there was a choice. I got to know Old Milton Dental clinic back in the beginning of the pandemic when I had a very bad toothache and found them in google as the only open office during lockdown. However, I have been visiting this office and taking care of my teeth since then. Professional and caring staffs, reasonable and affordable prices, high tech equipment, the trust they made with me are all the good reasons bringing me back to this office for any dental concerns.I really appreciate it. Definitely recommended

2022-01-30I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist in general, but going to Old Milton Dental is always a pleasant experience. The receptionist is always very welcoming and the hygienist is professional and kind through the entire procedure. My last visit was very pleasant as they had a therapy dog in the office who hung out with me through most of my cleaning which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

2022-03-16It was my first time going there, but after just one visit I’m sold for life. They way they treated not only myself as the patient but my daughter who has Autism too. I’ll never go anywhere else.They brought in their service dog to help calm my daughter.

2022-02-17Love this practice! The hygienists make you feel very comfortable and I never feel the pain that I always have with other practices. I recently had an abscess and was taken right away and another doctor in the practice was free and took care of the issue. The moment you walk into the reception area, you know right away that you have found your forever dental home!

2021-11-10Yesterday was my first visit to Old Milton Dental. I was impressed with all aspects of the business. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and my wait was less than 5 minutes. The hygienist, Kaitlin gave me the best cleaning Ive ever had. The dentist, Corey Mazer made me feel like I was his most important patient even though we had never met. All in all a first class experience. I would never consider going anywhere else.

2022-01-08Dr. Mazer and his staff are amazing. I’ve been going there since 2010 when I broke one of my crowns. The front desk girls are professional and very nice. My hygienist, Renee, is the best. I had my teeth cleaned the other day and my teeth have never been whiter. She’s such a sweet, bubbly and caring person.

2021-12-17Was looking for a new Dentist and I am 100% happy that I found Old Milton Dentistry. The hygienist, Kailyn, was excellent. She was extremely thorough and very sweet. Dr Reid was fantastic and explained the treatment plan very well. I highly recommend this practice.
