I dined in this restaurant yesterday. It was a decent experience and my waitress was attentive and we got our food in a timely manner. I had leftover pasta and I went to warm it up this morning and I found a long piece of blonde hair. I’m throughly disgusted and wish I would have found it yesterday but it was buried in the sauce. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Worst service I have ever had. Had to take our own drinks to the bar to get refills. My son ordered a glass of wine and after waiting about 30 minutes was told they were out. Went to the bar for a refill and asked if they had the wine and the bartender pulled out a whole bottle. Overall service was pathetic.
I went here on 5/29/21 with a friend. Our waiter Michael was amazing. He was very attentive, professional, & had great customer service. We ordering appetizer of mozerella stick which were HOT & DELICIOUS. We also had breadsticks (Hard as heck) & salad. My friend ordered the Tortellini Alfredo with chicken. I had the Five cheese stuffed shells. Both dishes were DISGUSTING. The food was plated very well. The pasta was dry, lukewarm, & tasteless. The best part of my experience was the excellent service from our waiter, the salad, and my Dr. Pepper. I gave the remainder of my gift to the table next to us. Instead of throwing away the food we gave away to the homeless.
Wow! Words cannot express how pleased our entire 35 person party was with the food and service at this location! We were seated promptly and Amber, the head server was training about 20 new employees all while making sure we had everything we needed! When I tell you that was the best experience ever! We celebrated our daughter and her 3 best friends high school graduation and also my mother in laws bday! Thank you Amber and the entire Olive Garden staff!!!
Absolutely horrible. Took my daughter for her birthday. Our waitress is M.I.A. Took 15 minutes to take our drink order. Watched another waitress take 4 tables of orders and drinks and salad and bread before she came back with drinks. Still no salad and can’t find her for refills. Service is absolutely gone away
Food is as you would expect from a Olive Garden, were a little busy up at the bar this time that I went so took a while to get your normal starters. Bartender apologized for the long wait which was comforting. Couldnt make the drink I asked for but suggested a suitable replacement that was to my liking. 2nd time here and will be back again in the future.
The saving grace of our impromptu stop! Taco Bell was closed. Wendy’s drive thru line wasn’t moving. My husband went to the Arby’s and ordered and paid. Meanwhile I’m ordering To Go for this Olive Garden across the street. Well, after he paid, we pulled up and waited for close to 15 minutes for his fast food! Finally we went across the street to pick up my Olive Garden and the employees working the “To Go” area were on it! They even added in grapes last minute for my four year old. The gnocchi soup I had was fullllll of gnocchi and the breadsticks were on point! Seriously, we have no reason to come back to the area but I could see myself stopping just for that Olive Garden if I’m ever in Augusta again.
Went there for lunch and was asked if the bar was ok since it was just me. Which I didnt mind. Right after I sat down another lady also sat at the bar. The bartender took both of our orders. Then about 10 min later while we were still waiting. Some more people sat around the bar area. Which she took their order as well. Then she started bringing everyones food out but mine. And all I ordered was Soup and Salad. When I asked her about it. She caught a complete attitude with me. Then when I finally got my food. I asked her for bread sticks. And she caught an attitude with me again saying she doesnt have any right now. The lady next to me who is a regular guest there got so frustrated with the bartenders attitude so she went and got the manager. The manager was very nice and made sure we all got what we wanted/needed.
Found a very long strand of hair in the salad. The waitress did apologize several times. The food was somewhat cold when we got it after waiting and I felt as though I swallowed a strand of hair for the rest of the evening (I think it might have been in my mind after seeing that stand of hair in our salad).
The quality of this place in terms of food has dropped off considerably in the past few years. In this most recent visit, the food was really just overall bland. I personally had a lasagna and a side of soup. My soup was the Toscana and it was really just very watery. We heard from the waitress that the soup chef has recently retired after 25+ years and I suspect that was probably a reason for the dip in quality of the soup. But, thats not all. My lasagna was had burnt pasta and was very crispy to the bite. Also the presentation was less than desirable. It looked less like a lasagna and more like a pile of sauce and cheese on the plate. Our service was really great, and our waitress was very attentive to our needs and we made sure to tip her. Its just the food was not great and not really anything special.
I love OG for their food and wine... Great Bar and always a great Staff!!! I will say your bar stools are the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!! Need to add a foot bar around the bar or pick a better stool..... Very Uncomfortable!! I mean really terrible stools!!! Please fix this issue!!!
The food is bland. but good servers. When you walk in you can smell the bathrooms before you talk to the hostess. The bathroom is horrendous. You can tell they have not been in there to check the cleanliness since opening. I I got there at 315 pm. There was urine in the floor toilet paper on the floor the sink was disgusting.
Waitress was attentive & gave good service. There was an odd smell upon entering that turned me off right from the beginning. The cheese ravioli was mediocre at best and did not have enough sauce for my taste. The salad had an abundance of crunchy white pieces of lettuce, which I personally dont like. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals so maybe it was just my choice...
My first time going to Olive Garden I must say I loved it the food the service everything was great and just to have the waitress that me and my sister had, Hannah was Awesome great customer service and Michelle is great as well as is the manager we will be back soon thanks for a great experience everyone :)
It took us over two hours to be seated and the service was slow. The food was cold and not prepared well. This was unusual as weve never had this kind of experience before. I know we had a a party of eight, but the staff acted like they resented us. I know it was Christmas Eve, but the restaurant was open till 8 and we arrived at 5:30, it was 9 before we left. It was too expensive to be treated that way. 😪
My partner and I go here often due to how much we love the place.Typically, we have superb food and the atmosphere is great. I don’t know anything about authentic Italian, but it’s certainly delicious! The waiters are always attentive and friendly and it just makes the experience so pleasing. The few complaints I have would be that (1) the lines can get a bit long (2) parking can be a bit limited (3) we did have one experience in which our waiter was off chatting with the table right behind us and hardly checked up on us—even if we turned the “call server” button on! However, that was the one exception to the multitude of times we’ve had great servers, so I really didn’t deduct any points.
If it wasn’t for the manager I would’ve given this 2 stars. The waitress was terrible but I feel like she may hate her job. The steak was rare the first time, the second time it was super rare then they took the second one back to cook it more and it came out well done. The other food had sat on the plate the whole time that it was dry, especially the zucchini. The manager took the steak off the bill but it’s the principle.
We go to olive garden very often and this is the most terrible olive garden restaurant we ever been. We came here couple of times and both times we been here had a terrible experience. First, I found a blond long hair in my soup and we waited 30 mins for our server. Manager didnt even try to approach us or anything. After she take our order it took almost an hour for our food to come out. the second time my sister ordered a dinner seafood Alfredo and this picture looks like worst than a lunch portion. Btw, my sister havent eat it yet and thats already the portion.
My husband and I had lunch there today 8/30/21. I can honestly say we both were very disappointed in the food. Waitress was great. I ordered the shrimp scampi with NO asparagus and it came with them. The food had no flavor and was nothing like any shrimp scampi I have ever had.My husband ordered chicken Marsala, he also was very disappointed in his dish. I can say the soup was really good. We have eaten there plenty of times and had nothing but positive experiences. Maybe it was just a bad day for the cooks but maybe look into changing up your scampi dish. We brought both our meals home and my son just called to say he sees why we didn’t eat it.We will not let this one bad experience stop us from coming there again. We just won’t order them dishes.
The facility is older but well kept. The service was excellent. However, the food was mediocre and overpriced. I got the Chicken Margherita, and my wife got the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both my wifes and my chicken were overcooked and dry. Probably wont be going back anytime soon.
My family & I was there today and was served water we asked for & the water tasted fishy. I asked my daughter to taste hers and she said it taste like it came out of a fish tank. We brought this to the tall slim waitress attention and she matter-of-factly stated yes, it’s nasty. I had to ask for mints to get the taste out of my mouth! I did not want anything to do with water. I asked for a beverage from the bar with no ice. It was not satisfying. I asked for black pepper for my salad, I got it with my entree. I was dissatisfied with her mannerism & the overall service: And to top it off our tickets was scrambled ugh. I do not know what this young lady problems are but perhaps she should have stayed home. Why service water if you know it’s nasty? Why come to work with a terrible disposition.
Everything was awesome, my employees were very happy. It was a luncheon for them. I felt a little uncomfortable when they brought the food to my car because when the person handed me the bill to sign he mentioned tip and sign. I had planned on tipping, but for curb side pick up, they seemed like they wanted you to tip as if you dined in.
Did curbside pick up and server was so super sweet and did an amazing job even the it was so hot outside; poor thing. Only complaint was that I got food poisoning from here, husband didnt though thank goodness.Edit: Bunch of lies saying to get in touch with them and they would fix it. Straight ignored my 3 emails back to them. Will not support Olive Garden and their trash company.
My wife and I ordered our normal take out cuisine’s yesterday from Olive Garden. We were greeted and taken care of by the sweetest/kindest employee, Jessica. I just wanted to say that Jessica is on top of her game. She is the reason why myself, my wife and friends of ours will keep coming back. Keep up the good work Jessica. We will be back very soon. :)
A friend and I went to Olive Garden for the soup and salad special. Our soupes and salads were delicious. The soups were hot which is not always the case. Our server was Joy and her service was excellent! She had a sparkling personality which made that simple meal very enjoyable!
This was one of many visits to olive garden but this was the first.time in many years that that the service was over the top. I will be calling the manager to let them know. The server who I had the pleasure of being taken care of should be management, I had to wait over an hour but was worth the wait.
Food generally tastes OK here but last time I had lunch here (July 31), the food was well below average. The main issue here is the servers. They may be polite towards you but I dont know if they write down exactly what you order. Last 2 times, the orders came with problems. Our last server was a struggle...We asked for no dressing and extra croutons with our salad and got Italian dressing poured all over our salad and very few croutons. They seem to be out of things regularly as well; our last visit, they were out of lemonade and out of Dolcini.
Server was great and food was even better. Our servers name was Christy or Krissy (sorry Im bad with names) and she basically remembered everything on the menu, she definitely deserves more within the company for her great customer service! Overall great place, I would say the manager needs to loosen up a little more his vibe did seem stiff.
Olive Garden is like my favorite restaurant but since the pandemic they have fallen off tremendously. And I’m talking about the to go side. Food should be fresh however you order it. Then you know you spending good money but for what? Burnt pita bread, over cooked thrown together lasagna and microwaved chicken Parmesan. I’m just saying. Let the record be set that I ordered to go twice since the pandemic and both times I had bad results. So with that being said it will be a long while before I order from here.
Very disappointed!!Sure, no wait, (but now I understand why!)We asked for the Create your own Pasta, 2 orders of angel hair with marinara, and asked if they could put onions in mine.Asked for salad and breadsticks. We were served a half order of pasta each, but charged for 2.We were told $2.99 upcharge for an onion. Nope. When asked for extra breadsticks, she said only 1 basket is free, extra baskets of breadsticks are charged. Never received a 2nd basket of breadsticks...Ordered an Italian Rum Punch! What got delivered was NOT the drink I ordered. Our server didnt return. we paid on the kiosk, and went to front to request a manager. We were told, theres no manager there today.Im here for the Ironman 70.3 race. Not new to the OG scene. but this is the absolute worst service received.
This was far the worst Olive Garden I have been to. The drink I ordered was watered down. My kids pizza had so much sauce that it was soggy. The chicken parmesan was over cooked to where the cheese on top was burnt. I love Oliver Garden so I was very disappointed. But the waiter has good customer service.
9 out of 10 visits to this location are typically awesome. The best service youll receive from here, will [always] be when they arent packed as possible. The quality of your food and dining experience with regard to the wait staff, will always be fantastic when the parking lot is only halfway or less full.
Great Food & Staff (catering order)Recently purchased a pick up catering order, food and essentials wares were perfect, timing was dead-on despite a VERY busy weekend lunch pickup time, take out attendants were super freindly as always. Natl Hills location always impresses me with how friendly and quick they are in bot dine-in and takeout. The only thing I can say was that they were slightly skimpy with the alfredo sauce but it was still perfect.
The Olive Garden has good choices, however when I eat there, I only get one item, Chicken Scampi. I usually get it with the sauce in the side. Today, we had to wait fir service over 30 minutes. Out waitress was very forgetful. She had a hard time remembering what the order was. It was a strange experience. We had to remind her about what was order, the refills, and at the end getting a carry out box/bag.
The staff at Painted Moose Graphics was happy with their experience at this Olive Garden. The hostess that seated us was polite and professional. The young woman who waited on our table was experienced and knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions about certain entrées. Refills were never a problem, plus the salad and bread sticks were a good start to the meal. One thing we enjoyed was that we were not constantly bothered by someone coming by, asking how our meal was every five minutes, like some restaurants do. The portions and quality of the food was great for the price we paid. If you are coming for the Masters Golf Tournament in the future and are looking for a national chain you recognize and trust, I would recommend this Olive Garden.
Overall, the food and service was great.Unfortunately, we ordered off the lunch menu and werent told until they brought the food out we missed the lunch timing. We arrived 15 min before the end of lunch and was delayed several minutes before being seated due to staff changes, but we were seated 5 min prior to lunch ending and we ordered as soon as drinks were brought to the table.
The food is was awesome, so tasty. The service was not as good. We waited over 20 mins for them to ask our drinks,,and other table sat down after us drinks were taken and brought back before we had ours taken. The prices went up from a year ago. But thats ok good portions of food. They need to have better training so employees can treat us like we are wanted.
We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way back from South Carolina. Our server was amazing and the food came out in a decent amount of time and was hot and tasty. We went during lunch so we took advantage of the lunch specials. We had the chicken parmesan and fettuccini alfredo. We had no complaints with our visit to this establishment!
It was delicious. The man who took the order was very helpful. The lady who brought my food to the car was very nice.My only complaint was the containers that they put soup in isnt very good for transport. I had to apply my brakes firmly and the bag tilted forward and the top popped off. Fortunately only a little soup spilt out.The soup and salad along with bread sticks were AMAZING
From the moment we stepped in, it was all downhill. Server didnt ask us about preferred seating. Next server came to our table for our drink order. She then proceeded to tell us everything she didnt have available...all before she even knew what we wanted to order. No flavored teas, no frozen drinks, and no breadsticks available. Made it seem like we were an inconvenience just by being there. Salad arrived before drinks. Then drinks..non alcoholic. Finally, the breadsticks came. All this was long and drawn out and then the entree came with in 2-3 minutes later! WTH?! Food was barely warm. Not tasty at all. 30 minutes later she finally checked on us. Only I was asked about a drink refill. Then we asked for boxes, a bag, and the check. We were curtly informed we could pay at the ?ziosk? on the table. Others around us were getting great service and getting checked on regularly. Guess we didnt matter. Paid the bill, had to get another server to bring a bag for the carry home boxes who asked if we wanted a drink to go. Next thing we know, a loud manager is saying yall wanted to go cups? Were out. What is wrong with this place?!! Anyways, I will save my money and my anger and cook my Italian meals that I want at home. Theyre much better and I dont have to deal with stupid nor lazy. Worst experience Ive ever had there. I wont go back.
Ordered online for a work eat, arrived a few min earlier than I put on the order so had to wait a few min. But everything was hot and delicious! We ate it as soon as we got it to work. Happy they provided the silverware and serving spoons, made it easy for everyone to get what they wanted
I havent been to this OG in years due to travel. Came back to the area and tried it out. The quality seems to have been drastically reduced since I was last here. The food was good, but not great. The server was nice, but not overly attentive so my drink ran out before I was done with my meal. Overall... meh.
Havent been there in several years , but dropped in today for a takeout order.Order was ready in only a few minutes and, boy was it great. The food and service were superb!!!Looks like they still take pride in what they do.You cant say that for all places you go to.Cant wait to return there again.
My family and I have eaten at Olive Garden too many times to count, however, our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. We went there to celebrate my birthday on December 11th. We always order two entrees and share them with our two children because it’s a lot of food. Sometimes we’re told there will be an additional charge if our children eat salad without the purchase of an entree, but most times we are not charged an additional fee. If they’re bringing a big bowl of salad to the table, it makes sense that everyone at the table should be allowed to partake of the salad. Otherwise, they should only bring a small bowl/plate of salad to those who are allowed to eat it. The times when we have been charged extra for a salad, the waitress made us aware that there would be a charge and how much the charge would be which was $3-4.00. This time the waitress did not mention an extra charge and when we received our bill we found that we were charged an additional $14 for our two children to eat salad!!!! That is outrageous!! Especially since we weren’t made aware of the charge ahead of time so we could refuse. In addition, we’ve celebrated many birthdays at Olive Garden and have always been given a free dessert for the person celebrating. Of course, we got charged for that this time as well. We have been trying to support Olive Garden as well as other restaurants during this difficult time to help them stay open, but it seems Olive Garden prefers to show their gratitude by raising prices without making customers aware until they receive their bill. Lettuce and the few other ingredients added to their salads really isn’t that expensive and doesn’t justify charging $7/salad. Really disappointed and probably won’t be wasting my money at this restaurant again.
Love the food as always. The salad is the best and the bread sticks are soft and hot. I had the shrimp pasta it was very good. This place was really crowded. Had a 25 minute wait on a Sunday. Saturday are normally the busiest. But it was worth the wait. Highly recommend this place if you havent been before. The waiter was awesome he checked on us throughout the entire time we were there. He did an awesome job. He was very friendly and smiled every time he came to the table to check on us
This particular Olive Garden is always a good experience, but today was a great visit because our server was Derek. I have never experienced such a wonderful, kind, attentive, caring server. He made lunch for my mom and I a very nice time. He checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok, and our drinks were never empty. I know in his everyday life he is probably a wonderful human because of the level of consideration and compassion that he gave through his job. I just want to give him kudos and to let Olive Garden know that they have a gem and should treat him well! :)
My husband and I had our Anniversary Dinner @ Olive Garden. Our waitress was rather busy but she took good care of us when I told her it was out Anniversary. For our dessert we had the chocolate desert and she wrote on it and made it special for us.The food is always good and we enjoyed our evening out.
Typing this review as I wait for a server/manager to come by. Been sitting for 30 minutes to be served had to use the kiosk to order my appetizer. People who have come in after us have been served and are leaving now. Still no server asked a server who walked by to get a manager. They came back and said that both managers are in a meeting with my server they cannot come out and speak to me. I will have to wait for them to finish in order to get my food. Have been here many times in the past never had this type of experience.
The best thing about last night was the brutal honesty of my server when asked what she would recommend she simply said a different restaurant because I do not eat this food I dont like it she said ! Lol 😅 . She was right its like the Olive Garden is the fast food of Italian now all my food was bland and like cardboard really tough and my bill was over a hundred dollars witch Im used to every where I go , sorry OG I will not be back Carrabbas is way better hands down .
Sat down fairly quickly. We asked our server questions about the menu and she was not knowledgeable about the limited menu options. Ordered our food to include an order to go. We ordered mozzarella for an appetizer, when it came out to the table we did not have any plates and we had to wait 4 minutes for the plates to come out. By that time our cheese sticks were cold. After we ate our meal, the server asked if we were ready to pay, did not show us the bill. We did not get our order to go, we had to request it again. I will not be rushing back to this restaurant.
I went there a few days ago to celebrate our 46th anniversary. Ordered lasagna. It was cold and had little cheese. My first time at this Olive Garden; very disappointed. And I’ve eaten at numerous other Olive Gardens in Georgia, Florida, and Texas. First time that I’ve had a bad experience at Olive Garden.
Michelle was our waitress tonight and she was amazing! Such a happy person and has a great personality! You can tell that she loves her job and she loves the people that she takes care of. There was a couple that came in and sat beside us and she knew what they wanted without them even saying a word. Amazing customer service! The world needs more Michelle’s ❤️
The food was amazingly delicious, the drinks were made perfectly, and the staff were very kind and helpful...especially our waitress. She was very informative, sweet, and gave all of her personal recommendations. I hadnt been to the restaurant in a while and my new man had never been before so I took him for his birthday....needless to say, he loved it!!!! The staff even came out and helped me embarrass him by singing a few songs!!! It was a wonderful evening. ☺️😄
Everything....and I mean EVERYTHING was perfect!! The cleanliness, the greeting when we arrived was so warm and friendly. Our server...no wait...servers were awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted and checked with us but not too much. It was more like they were just nearby doing their work but available. The food???? OMG the food was so great!! This price of our food was more than reasonable. Seriously...I cant wait to go back!!
Great food at a very reasonable price! Lunch is always a terrific time to try out your favorites with a take home for only $5 to heat for a later meal. So an inexpensive meal for tomorrow! Great.! Just gotta ask for some cheese to top it off... & a couple bread sticks too!Easy call ahead for take out is a great idea too! Wish it wasnt so late, then I could go now! Ive got my taste buds ready to go! 🤗
Our server was very rude, and not very sanitary. She tried to refill our drinks with another customers cup and when we asked her about it said got very upset with us. We didn’t want germs from another table especially with Covid right now. After that happened she didn’t tend to our table at all, so we must have really made her mad. She wouldn’t take any of our dishes off of our table so everything was piled up everywhere where we couldn’t even enjoy our food.
Half order spagetti over an hour wait cold 8 dollar dessert a sliver hadnt been since my dad died in 2019 was one of our places i alwsys had alot of. Food left over got a hand full of noodles why so cheap with something so cheap to go orders shoukd be the same as dine in especially since covid the dessert was a sliver but good food good just cold and kinds sparce. Food cost issue may be? Took over an hour they were nice and salad on point
Iam very disappointed with olive garden doing away the stuff chicken marsala with mash potatoes and gravy. Also the proportion and quality of the food now just dont add up. Also the mix drinks is very poorly prepared and the liguor isnt measured for as the minimal amt of liguor. Just not worth the wait. They must offer bigger proportions. Very good staff ⚕️

2022-05-08Dined in tonight , our waitress was KK . there were multiple parties around us complaining about such Minor things and she did such an awesome job handling them and even informed management of the little things. She kept a smile on her face. She shrugged it off and got back to us happy bubbly and made the experience extra great because it did not mess her up one bit. The issues were the kitchens fault things she couldnt have predicted. She even made sure to keep our bread sticks warm . Such a pleasureable experience . Thank you.

2022-01-30I visited this location on January 29, 2022. The food was delicious and prepared very quickly. Melina was the server and she was very prompt, accurate, and friendly. Drinks never reached 3/4 empty and this means a lot to my wife and myself. Consider yourself as a lucky patron if you are seated in her area. Five stars to this establishment.

2022-05-19Our waitress is new in the restaurant industry and you could never tell. Her name is Caroline and she is a student working hard to accomplish her goals. She did a fantastic job serving us. Thankful to see young people working hard with integrity and heart these days. She made the experience very pleasant. She understood the assignment

2022-06-20Our waitress, Tanisha, was fantastic. It was slightly busy but she was attentive to our party of 7. The bar service was horrible! We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for a table. The bartender told us that she would have our server bring us our drinks. It took another 10 minutes after being seated to get them. I had to go back to the bar after another 10 for the one non-alcoholic drink we order and was almost charged twice for it. The eggplant was fine but the chicken marsala was awful! Way too heavy on the salt. I took one bite and spit it out and didnt touch the rest. Another member of our party ordering the stuffed shells with shrimp. The shells came out with no shrimp. Tanisha was kind enough to offer to have them cook the it and bring it out but by the time that would happen the rest of the food would be cold so we just had her adjust the bill. If it wasnt for Tanisha I would have rated our experience one star.

2022-03-20Classic service from start to finish! Very friendly servers, clean atmosphere, and deliciousfood. As best they could, they socially-distanced the guests (a plus, considering the spread of the virus). I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this location!

2022-05-19Our server, Amber, was absolutely, hands down, one of the NICEST and most HELPFUL people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond, and even cut my baby’s grapes for us. I wish I could give 10 stars for their work alone. I called management today and let the manager on duty know and I hope corporate sees this and gives Amber the recognition they deserve.

2022-03-10Loved it but had a very bad waitress. She never came to fill our glasses up had to ask for her just to get drinks and place our order. If Im paying 60+ dollars for a meal for 2 I at least expect to have my drink full and not empty trying to choke down my food and at least after 20 minutes of being there at my table to be waited on and place my drink and food order. But I love olive garden, never had this problem before. Just got a bad waitress this time.

2022-06-28We have been here 22 times in the past year and a half. We have had onpar service most of the time. We have had only had TWO times with above par service, and it was truly stellar service. The front of house always seems to have an attitude. Our waiter/waitress will normally have us sitting at the table without any acknowledgment for an average of 5-10 mins. We normally the same thing every time, and get the soup and salad. We can count on one hand how many times we were asked what we wanted on the salad or even if I want soup. They always seem to give attitude when my spouse says what they want on the salad. The main issue is the attitude of the staff. Food is always good.
