Ive only been to one other Ollies so my judgment is limited. The store seems very unorganized and chaotic. However they have so much stuff! I think I spent an hour in here wandering around and kept finding some cool stuff.
Great place for discount books, toothpaste, laundry detergent, soap, coffee K cups, cereal, candy, spices. You never know what they might have. Also have bath towels, house decor, rugs, clothes, housewares, etc.
My wife loves this place, always walking out with an arm load of stuff, but for me, Ive never found any items I could not find with better quality for the same or better price. If you can stomach a mish mash off brand, close out items in a warehouse setting, you might love it, too.
I love spending my Saturdays looking around to see what I can find. Their prices beat Walmart and Big Lots, and if you have an issue with a product, they will gladly accept the return.
Love this place! A lot of great bargains there; staff is very good, even the customers are a lot of fun!
Ive always loved barging stores. I feel right at home at this place. The store is well maintained and cleaned. They always have new shipments of items. The staff is friendly. The prices here are great my experience here was good. I will definitely be going back.

Check pricing on items before heading to checkout. I was charged 17.99 for a 3.00 item. It was refunded..but check before you get to checkout. Also check the expiration date on ALL food items before you buy. A lot of their food items are expired or soon to expire within a month.
Found the rugs I was looking and more household items. Great prices. This was my first visit. Will shop there again real soon.😀

My favorite store!!! I want lost my wallet in the store. They open the wallet and found me on the registry for the store. From there, I got a call from the store saying my wallet was there after about three days of searching for it. Consequently, my phone number was attached to my account and that is how the store obtained my phone number.
Wow what bargains all you have to do is look around with patience and I promise you you will not leave out empty handed.

I love Ollies, its always a great place to get random things for cheap. Ive found great deals on knife sets, welcome mats, cookbooks, kitchen towels, pillows, bird suet, cat trees, snacks, and much more.The rotating stock makes it a bit hit or miss sometimes, but it also makes it more of an adventure. Sometimes, I just love wandering the aisles without a list to see what treasures I find! And theres often some really higher quality stuff available at half the price youd find it elsewhere.

Like most Ollies its a bit disheveled, but the staff were friendly and the isles uncluttered.I found some off the wall stuff like a Republican vs Democrat chess set, and the biggest rubber ducky ever.Thats why I go into Ollies. You never know what youre gonna find.
You can find really good bargains in some things. Other are just normal price.

Ollies is the best, especially this location! The employees are helpful and the deals are insane. I got a 5 foot tall cat tree for under 50 dollars, as well as a VERY good vacuum for under 40! I think my favorite deal in this particular store is the deodorant! Old spice at my Walmart costs anywhere from 5-8 dollars, however here it is barely 2 dollars! I couldnt recommend this place more.

Nice store usually but today it was messy; dirty and disorganized. I will say that they are consistent with always making sure that the line to pay was at least 11 persons long and the one cashier was surrounded with other associates staring at them and talking up a storm. Maybe opening a few other check out lanes is a better Use of payroll then simply staring at the paying customers . Just a suggestion

Quick and painless purchase. They everything from tupperware to outdoor rugs/furniture. The customer service at this one needs a little work but 🤷 what can you do? Go in get your stuff and keep it moving.
I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the deals are here. They have a giant book and comic book section full of awesome stuff at fractions of the original cost. I got a (usually $20) graphic novel Ive been wanting to get for $4! I also got my favorite dishwasher pods for $5 less than what I pay at other stores. I was able to treat each of my kiddos to a cool new nerf gun for less than half of what I would pay elsewhere. Im super stoked about finding this place.
I went shopping after receiving newest flyer..I picked up a few items from flyer and a few more walking around. Total 8 items in one arm until I saw Tide pods at a good price .. I kept my distance in check out and was called forward by cashier at which time I set items on counter as cashier rang each item up..Problem was that she rang 2 of the items and placed them back in same pile instead of placing items in bagging area. There is no way to see what is being rung up..I paid for my purchase and stepped forward to look at receipt and went back to report two overcharges..Simple problem but the cashier hostile and blamed me . Would not be a problem with better training and a screen to keep up with charges..

I had went to 3 different stores looking for 1 matching towel and face cloth. Came to Ollies and there were so many choices I thought I was dreaming. Good choice to come here.
The store itself was clean and well stocked. There was only 1 cashier and she was stressed. She called for help several times, to no avail. At one point she mentioned cursing her co-workers out over the microphone . Then proceeded to tell a line of about 10 customers that she wasnt trying to keep them waiting but she was about to do just that and walk out. She was very rude and impatient with each customer she was checking out at the time. I never saw another employee or manager the entire time I was in the store, and I was there about an hour. The customers in line were waiting patiently, myself included, if she had a grievance she should have addressed it in the proper manner and not spout it to the patrons of Ollies. Management in this establishment needs to step up or step out. Sincerely
Awesome store. Great prices and huge closeouts. Its prices are so reasonable. Each year they have a huge toy and Christmas decoration sale for friends and family. Youll receive an invite when you sign up for their free membership. It happens about 2-3 weeks before Christmas. The lines were long at check out, but they kept moving really fast. Everyone was just happy about all the deals they got that no one was complaining. Id recommend them to anyone whos looking for a good deal on quality merchandise. There are several locations around Atlanta.

Always love shopping at Ollies. You never know what youre going to find until you got there. They always have great products at great. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I have never purchased anything at Ollies that I was unhappy with. I bought curtains at the store in mableton Georgia a couple of years back that would not work for me once I got them home due to the color. I returned them to the store and was given a full refund which I in turn purchased them in a color that did work. The sales associate was extremely helpful and so nice. The customer service at Ollies has always been great anytime I have delt with them. Its always a pleasure shopping and doing business with this store. And the prices on most of the items are great compared to the usual national chains where I shop. Love love love shopping at Ollies.
Staffed by helpful and nice employees, this store offers killer deals from Buy Outs in all sort of categories. Its well organized. If you are buying gifts, the price tags are nearly impossible to remove, so thats not wonderful. Still, this is an awesome discount store.
My second time going to this location. Made me feel special that the representative once me giving my member id number, called and treated me by my first name. Made me feel very valued as a customer
My mistake that I purchased a food item from here. Unfortunately, the plastic wrap had been opened and food had been consumed but the outer tin lid was intact. Had to throw the whole thing away.

Found much in rugs, but not all things advertised as in print, are there. Great place to roam through, with all sorts of finds: its the former Uptons on Windy Hill just east of Cobb Parkway. I wonder if its diverted merchandise like many regular stores buy? If so, prices could be lower. Just curious!
I love these guys! They have good products but cheaper price. Good thing about those products is that you will have plenty of time before the expiration date. I am very satisfied everytime I shop there.
This was my first time ever going to this place which I didn’t even know existed. This location in particular is a bit crowded so you do have to move things around to get to where your going. The prices were reasonable but everything isn’t a deal in the store. I would recommend for someone is recently moving and need household supplies. Not a bad experience
My wife and I love a QUALITY bargain. Key word QUALITY. Well weve found our go to location. Key word OLLIES. Not sure where to find it? No problem. Just walk and pick up other stuff until you find it. Baby socks, toilet cleaner, coffee, cheese balls, a yogurt maker sports shorts, its there! For cheap!
They have great household stuff here as well as body care products. However, all employees dont wear masks and that is worrisome in this pandemic. I wont be back for a while.
Love this place. I have bought so many amazing things such as cookware, electronics, home decor, toiletries, snacks, too much to name at a fraction of the cost in regular stores. Im literally in there every Saturday for a couple of hours. This is definitely a hidden jewel.

You can find great deals here, its hard to go wrong when they sell name brand items cheaper than anywhere else in retail. Keep in mind everything is bought from closeouts, bankruptcies, discontinued items, etc. But considering the great fall of brick and mortar stores, great deals are sure to follow at Ollies.
Its alright but about the prices its really too much for some of their products because what they got its cheap made and it shouldnt be high to get plus you can get it somewhere else cheaper and better made.I dont think its fair the still willnt take stuff back yet since the virus happened I totally understand clothes but other products that dont go on your body like a tire pump I bought it willnt even pump my cars tire up and it cost $20 i would really like have my money back but they still say I have to wait until the company says so but other than that its ok just wish they get more good made products to pick from.
This place is great, always surprising me with the discounted items they sale. You can deck out your entire house for under 200 bucks. It’s crazy how cheap this place is.
The manager on duty was very very helpful she went out of her way and above and beyond to help me find products in the store I went and searched in the back for me when she probably could have been doing other things with her time not just early she was extremely kind and obliged and it was really lovely to visit such a well-ran establishment. The Lady that was checking customers out quite lady mid-forties possibly early 50s was complaining about her job and unhappy in a way that I didnt want to hear about and was not appropriate for an employee to discuss an ear shot of customers.
First of all there are very few places that I consider worth my time and money! This Ollies location happens to be one of the few! Upon walking in the store the extensive book section beckoned me to peruse the isle. The store was impeccably clean, organized and staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly! The sale I found on coffee pods that I use for my Keurig coffee machine were awesome! I paid $19.99 for a 100 count of breakfast coffee. When I compared my savings to both Costco and BJ’s of which I have a membership I saved well over $50 by choosing Ollie’s promotional sale. I’m annoyed that I missed the following week’s sale which posted at $14.99 for the 100 count but even so, I came away feeling like I saved $1 million. This store is the type of place where you can find anything and everything at a major discount. You can bring your entire family and spend a minimum of three hours walking up and down the isles and I guarantee everyone will find something that they want to purchase. The quality of the majority of the items that are located in the store are the brand names that you’ll find in major department stores or even so-called discount stores. The difference between them and Ollie’s is the price! Put on some comfortable walking shoes and put money in your pocket through purchasing sale items. 😊
Not a very organized store it took me and my s.o. a little whole too find everything we needed. Things you would think most stores have as such wasnt available. Like bleach, this store had outdoor bleach but not clothing bleach. However, its next too the washing detergent. Unfortunately; you cant put outside bleach in your clothes. It will eat holes in your clothes fast. One thing I do know is you shouldnt have to walk back and forth through out the store to find most of your products amongst two people. It was like a game of hide and seek or I spy. I got more of a glimpse of shopping at a thrift store. Please do better half of your time is spent walking back and forth looking for items needed. This would definitely not be a store that you can just run in and pick up an item quick. Plan too spend a little time there if you have a list.

The store itself was very clean. I found the prices higher than my last Ollies shopping experience. I did find a few good guys, a copper paring knife and mens jeans for $7.99 on clearance.

An often unpredictable and wide selection of name brand products at significantly reduced prices. We went to pick up one item that wed seen in a flyer and left with nearly a cart full of items well use, all at drastically reduced prices. Some of the items were as much as 75% off.Although this store isnt close to me, Ill make it a point to stop by when Im in the area (Our I see something I need in their flyers).
Ollies is a outlet store of sorts. You can find brand name items for less. Each week there are specials , for instant, this week one featured special was flower pots. They had a nice selection with reasonable prices. I like their book section. Although , books are not from the latest New York Times ,there are many from which to choose from many catagories . Check out the childrens book section. Great selection.You wont find everything here but what you do find, you will like the price.

Zero complains and this one in Marietta is very clean and organized just like the Ollies Outlet in Austell. I also had a great time shopping at this store, the girls were fun and funny and made my shopping that much better. This time around I found some hidden treasures. Cheap and full of refurbished and discounted items... Are there better places to shop? Probably, but if you arent looking for top quality stuff and just need some things to tide certain needs, then its the perfect place! Check out the store for luggages and Halloween candy

Ollies is like a treasure hunt because you never know what you will find. But one thing for sure is what you do find will be a great deal. You can get quality, name brands at really low prices. Get Ollies card for even more discounts. Ollies is better than the dollar stores.
Lots of new old stock and cheep stuff. But OBO is not a dollar store, for sure. Only one checkout open for long line of late shoppers.

As I am a bargain hunter to the CORE, I simply love this place. You have to be ready to dig around and do some serious hunting around, but with patience, you will find some not-so-hidden VERY affordable treasure in the store.
Similar to Big Lots, but with a much better variety. Nice automotive section, with windshield wipers as low as $2.99 each, and the constant coupons that come by email and snail mail make it even better.
Lots of miscellaneous items. Very good prices on most items. Although their holiday items were not any less than anywhere else and they didnt have a whole lot to choose from. The store is very messy and disorganized but lots of great buys none the less.
Help in the Windy Hill location is scarce, store disorganized and doesnt look clean. There are good brand name bargains , most at reasonable prices..... it would be great of the powers that be that dream up and create these discount concepts that customer service, is just as if not more important than price......its what creates the value. One person maning one register, no visible manager or support personnel visible on the floor, makes you just walk out.

The lines!!!! Oh my the lines really stink! Otherwise great deals on great merchandise. Just make sure youre prepared to wait in line while a cashier struggles to ring customers out. Will test your patience- believe that!

Like all closeout stores, the selection here is always changing, but always available at a cheap price. Great deals, and you never know what you will find. This location is usually pretty well maintained.
I had to return a 6x9ft rug for a bigger one (9x12ft) and the process was effortless. The customer service was excellent!! 👍👍2 thumbs up to the staff.
Only a few items are worth money here. Also had false charges on my card twice right after using it here. I only use cash now. Sketchy.

We were looking for outdoor carpet with fake grass and couldnt find it. The manager revealed that this is one of the smaller Ollies and they have very limited supplies. The Ollies mascot is everywhere and it can definitely get a little annoying.

You have to be careful with the opening hours. They have a stock sign with one set of times, then a handwritten sign with later opening times. They appear to have staffing issues, which is apparent when they are open with the checkout delays. Otherwise, its a typical bargain store.

2021-11-21Plenty of options for shopping right from clothes, books, toys , food items, hard wares and many more. Plenty of great deals. The prices are quite cheap. Quite a big store, not as big as Walmart, Publix or the Target. They have clean washrooms. Ample parking space in the open. A good shopping experience. Would surely recommend.

2022-07-05My aunt talks about this place all the time. I was excited about the books and spices. I found a nice knitting book for $6 & it was further discounted to about $5. I hope to visit another time when the shelves are fully stocked.

2022-04-05A fun place to shop at. You can find all sorts of different items. You name it and they usually have it. My last visit I found excellent reading materials for my six year old granddaughter. Most items are real bargains.

2022-06-28Went there today for the first time. I thought it might be one of those stores where the food is out of date/ expired. Well it wasnt. The grocery items were fresh and in date. Some of the expiration dates were 2024.The store was clean and the lady who checked us out was so nice and helpful and we got a 15% discount to cap it all off!! We will be back!

2020-09-18I just recently found this place and this was my 2nd time visiting. I was so impressed with their selection of books that I returned for the great deals again. Books that are $10-$25 in the store is only $2.99 or $3.99. Of course you never know what they have so its similar to treasure hunting. I love browsing and just seeing all the great deals. I even sign up for the Ollie discount card this time. This place has a little of everything so plan for more than an hour of looking around!

2022-07-04I had to repeat to The Cashier he kept ringing up more then the items l had. Also l had to show him on the screen plus help him count my items on the counter to get it right. I wont be shopping here anymore.... l suppose to save not get overcharged for some one else negligence to accurately scan my purchases in correctly.

2022-06-05Its a typical bargain store offering a range of products for a cheap price. However, I would still suggest comparing the prices online for some items as other retailers such as Walmart tends to offer them at almost the same price.

2022-05-08I love Ollies. They have a lot of merchandise that is underpriced compared to other bigbox stores. Their stock is after price from stores but it is not dented or damaged. You will be pleased patronizing them because you do find good quality merchandise at a bargain!

2019-04-27Its not that big store but has so many things for everyday use. Prices are reasonable. But some items are priced same or more than the regular store, compare prices before purchasing. I purchased a bag of brushes for 2.99 from here that same bag was for $1 on dollar tree. Rugs, pillows, throw blankets are the things to buy from here.

2022-03-06First time I stepped into this store, what a great funding! In these times of economic problems, the way that Ollies prices their items are a great help to our economy. I specifically went to get books and toy for my daughter and here you can find really cheap solutions. Thanks Ollies
