No matter the issue or the time of day Mr. Willie our maintenance provider has been absolutely wonderful. He has always made my children and I feel like family. He always has a positive attitude and gets the job done. Even before I became a resident when coming to visit family he made me feel right at home. He is definitely a major part of why I decided to call this great community home. The front office staff is also very nice and helpful.
Scheduled a virtual tour due to the fact they are not doing in-person at the moment. No one called (FaceTime) per the email received. I emailed the office and called, no response. Completely wasted time waiting around for someone to call and email back. They do not respond in a timely manner. Highly disappointed with the customer service as I was looking to become a resident based on reviews.
I would like to brag on Jolisa Williams because I needed a resume printed out and she went over and beyond to make sure it was nice and neat. I got the job and she was so excited. It’s like a family here and the ladies in the office are so welcoming and nice. I definitely would recommend Olympus because of the staff and the family feel here!
It’s been an absolute pleasure living at Olympus Carrington. The events coordinated by the property really have allowed me to get to know my neighbors and feels like a true community. The ladies in the office are caring, considerate and really make it a wonderful living experience. The maintenance/grounds team is awesome and always makes sure that things run smooth and look like perfection. Willie G, is hands down awesome! Willie is committed to making it the best place to live from knowing his residents by name, greeting you with a smile and making sure to take care of any issue that you may have. I only recently moved in to these super cute apartments and from my first interaction with Christy, I knew this was the place for me. She continues to take seriously all my questions and concerns, and I love her calm and professional demeanor. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to. All is quiet, and residents are courteous. The fitness center is so nice I dropped my gym membership! The updated design and spacious floor plan were just what I was looking for while staying within my budget. Highly recommend.
Ive lived at Olympus Carrington for two years and just renewed our lease for another. The community is awesome- the amenities are clean and inviting, and the events and contests the office organizes are always so fun. Most of the staff is welcoming and friendly, but Willie definitely goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ive never gotten anything but fast, efficient, excellent service and smiles from him.
Awesome community! This is the place to raise a family! The community is well kept and quiet even tho it’s in busy Pooler. Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve any issues and the ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. There isn’t a 6 star rating so 5 will have to do.
I have been here a short time. In this short period, Heather has been exceptionally helpful. She is always friendly and gracious even when I interrupt her lunch.I really appreciate her making our transition pleasant.
My wife and I moved to Pooler over a year ago and out of all the apartment communities we visited Olympus Carrington was by far our favorite. What make this community stand out is that its a family oriented community where everyone often is nice and respectful at all time. The office staff and maintenance crew is always helpful and willing to solve any issues we have. One person that I cant say enough about is Willie who is part of the maintenance crew. Willie always makes us feel good about our day by greeting us with hellos or waves whenever he sees our family. Often at times I forget he works on the property because he is very neighborly. We value a welcoming a community that makes us want to come home everyday and we have been proud to call Olympus Carrington home.
I’ve been living at the Olyumpus Carrington apartments for a year and a half and I love it!! Moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and everything they have to offer is wonderful. Beautiful pool area, which the maintenance guys work so hard to make sure it’s always in tip top shape year round. I’ll put in a maintenance request and they’ll be at my apartment ready to help within 24 hours! Willie, one of the maintenance men, is always so friendly where ever you see him he always has smile on his face! Such a friendly place to live and the workers make it better!!
I have lived here for over 6 years and have loved it. Mara has been super accommodating and helpful to the point of over and beyond! Willie is great with maintenance. He’s so friendly and always has a smile. This is a great place to live and I have truly never had any issues. It has a nice pool area and gym. It’s quiet and feels safe. Love the valet trash too. Highly recommend!
I have lived here for a little over a year now, and am currently renewing my lease. From the location to the amazing staff, my experience living here has been nothing short of fantastic. The quality of the customer care service I have received from Heather at the front office has been exceptional! She has gone and continues to go above and beyond to help me find the perfect place for me. Im very excited to continue living in this exceptional community!

Olympus Carrington has been the best apartment experience! Everyone is super friendly and the staff is very helpful! Maintenance is quick to help and everything is well kept! I have lived here for 3 years. Christy Fulleris always eager and timely with any thing you need from the office. And Willie from the maintenance staff, handles service request with a smile. Hes efficient, pays attention to detail and leaves behind a clean work space. We appreciate their effort in making the community feel more like a family. At the beginning of covid I called the apartments and Heather nicely answered the phone. I told her what I needed and she didnt have anything available for me on my August dates. I would say at the beginning of July she called me and asked how my home searching was going and that she had something available for me. One she remembered months later and two she helped me through the whole process and really made us feel at home already. The whole experience has been wonderful so far. The community is quiet and very well kept up. The maintenance team is like no other they come in and happily fix items and Mr. Willie is the nicest man Ive ever met. So far we have been loving it and hoping to renew our lease next year.
I have lived here for since 2012 and have experienced several transitions through management, remodeling of the facilities, and through staff turnover. Over the years, I have had a few issues at my apartment that were corrected in the most efficient and professional manner. I could list all the times the staff has helped me, suffice it to say the list would be long and frankly, very positive.During this time I have had the honor of working with Christy Fuller. She has been an absolute joy to work with and always has a great attitude. I can never thank her for her time and patience with me in 2015 when I lost my partner of four years to breast cancer. Christy helped me during the toughest time of my life with compassion and understanding through the tears in her office while we were transferring paperwork into my name as I had moved in with my partner and the apartment was in her name.Christy is incredible and the rest of the staff has been the best group of people I have had the pleasure of working and living with. As far as apartment communities go, this one has been the best I have lived in over the last 50+ years of my life. The facilities are always clean and ready to use and as I said earlier, any issues are dealt with as soon as humanly possible. They have some rather super humans working here. I would recommend Olympus Carrington to anyone.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Olympus Carrington. Starting from the staff, always friendly and greeting you with a smile, to the very well equipped gym. The apartments are comfortable and well maintained. It’s extremely close to just about any restaurant or shopping center in Pooler/Savannah area you can think of. I highly recommend considering these apartments if you’re deciding to move to the area, I know Im very glad I did! :)
This is the first place Ive lived where I wanted to renew my lease. The staff is great, the assistant manager is always accommodating and personable as well. Service requests are handled ASAP, although its really only been light bulbs! Grounds are kept, pool is clean, fitness center is the best apartment one Ive been to, lots of pros. planning to renew again in august at the end of the current lease term. The staff (maintenance to office) are just really nice, helpful people. Keep up the good work, guys.
A sight to behold. I, in the period of two weeks, needed to uproot my life and find an apartment near Savannah. In one day I found a plethora of different qualities and experiences. Once I found Olympus, i knew in the back of my mind that I found a new home. Heather Ospina sitting at the front desk was nothing but a wonderful and gracious consultant who toured me around the area letting me see everything the location had to offer. From a wonderfully well kept pool area to the spacious and well constructed apartments themselves, everything shined with a glimmer of care and passion. My time at Olympus was a true gift. I had to move for a new job opportunity but the process could not have been easier. If you are seriously looking for a great place to stay, youve found it. Shout out again to Heather for being super awesome! If you can judge a spot by its people and charm, then Olympus Carrington will be a place you look forward to call home.

I am giving Heather 5 stars because she listens to your issues and she handles them in such a professional way that I am so impressed. She understands and try’s with reasoning to assess the situation seeing things from all sides. That’s what I like about her some places just would be blowing you off. But not her. Keep doing it. That’s the only way you keep retention in your business. 👍
I have lived here for almost three years. The apartment is conveniently located to everything that Savannah and Pooler has to offer. The staff is excellent, and Christy Fuller ensures that if/when issues occur they are taken care of and resolved promptly. It is also a great pet friendly community. I got home from work ready to relax in my apartment to find that the AC was not working. I called the office number and mike called me back in a few moments. He came as quick as he could and had it fixed in less then an hour. Thank you for your services and being so nice about coming to fix it.
I recently moved in to the property and the process was so smooth because of the excellent staff! Heather was amazing and absolutely top notch. She answered all our questions and was super helpful in throughout the process. After dealing with a few subpar apartment complexes, Heather’s professionalism and kindness was a welcome breath of fresh air!
We have absolutely enjoyed our time at Olympus Carrington! This month makes 4 years and we are so sad to be moving. This place is clean and modern. The amenities are great and the staff is even better. Mr. Willie in maintenance practically feels like family! I’ve been living here since 2019, my husband since 2017. The staff is amazing. Jalisa who works as a leasing agent is always helpful and informative. The whole staff makes you feel at home. They always have community events that allow the residents to participate and have a community feel. If you need maintenance they are quick to respond and fix whatever issue you have.
I have loved living here for the last year. The amenities are well-maintained and there is a nice courtyard and playground for children. There are always fun little games/activities that the residents can participate in.Dude, I love Willy, one of the maintenance workers here. While he’s only had to fix one thing in my apartment (I blew a fuse in my oven...whoops) he goes out of his way to say “hello” while he’s working around the property. He should be named ambassador of Olympus Carrington! #willie2020

Olympus Carrington, Pooler Ga#ImOlympusCarringtonOmgosh. I couldnt say nice enough things about this place. I moved from southside Savannah, Ga and have lived in my fair share of apartments, but this is seriously the best place Ive ever lived. Im am a disability Vet in a wheelchair and a lot of apartment homes in the area dont really dont accommodate for us. The apartments are great and roomy and there are a ton of amenities that I can even enjoy, but honestly, Mara & Christy, are truly what makes this place shine. Theyre the sweetest, most attentive staff, and they always do their best to take care of your needs asap. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else.Oh! And the maintenance staff. Are you kidding me?! Theyre the nicest bunch of guys Ive met. They always talk to you and ask you how youre doing. Such an amazing group of guy that works here, Willie and the guys rock.I lived here for 2 1/2 years now, and theres have been some many new additions, to the front office and I still think they hire the absolute best people! Seriously, this place is awesome. They will evict you over $100. I’m not evicted. I just think the people should know this. It rained really bad my roof was leaking. Stained my ceiling and they still haven’t been out to fix it

I lived here from 2018-2019 and wow what a great experience. The maintenance guys are so friendly, the new mail system is fool proof (your mail is always safe), the pool is beautiful and clean, the gym area is kept clean and at the perfect temperature, it’s quiet, safe, and so beautiful every morning. My only issue was that they have a contract with a specific provider and if you want WiFi, it has to be with that company. Everything else is easy peasy.If you’re looking for a place to live in Pooler, you’ve found it. You want to live here.

Miriam was so helpful and had the patience of a saint with me! The buildings are well maintained and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend this community!
Ive been residing at this complex for just about 2 years now. So far, my tenure here has been nothing short of great. Ive had a minute issue with my unit however, it was resolved within a timely manner. The maintenance people here are A-1! A resounding thank you to the best guy yet! Mr. Will. This man has ALWAYS ensured not only that my issues were resolved in a timely manner, but also came fixed it correctly on the first go! Keep up the great work!
I thought the place was great when I first moved in. Large gym facility, pool, and clean appearance. As the months went on, so did the problems. The people upstairs had two small children (I understand they need to run and play) and the noise was constant. I worked from home most of the time and said noise during the day was fine, but my roommate and I asked that if they could quite down around 9 we wouldnt have problems. We had to call the courtesy officer so many times because of them running and screaming around 11 or midnight most nights. They were running so hard that our ceiling fans and lights would shake loudly. The courtesy officer even agreed with our complaints saying the noise was excessive and not normal apartment living noise. One time they even left a nasty note on our door and we gave it to management. They didnt fix the situation at all after they said they would take care of it. Management waited for their lease to end and then moved them to a first floor apartment. Why didnt management consider this earlier?? We know that apartment was available for a while. And to top it off, they moved a woman with a two year old above us immediately after the previous renters moved. Great job at listening to the concerns of your tenants.Also, people are not exaggerating when they refer to dog feces everywhere. I have a dog and made sure to clean up after her but there are so many times (especially when raining) that Ive stepped in dog crap. The place floods when it rains and they dont enforce rules so dog feces just pile up. The bark park is full of wood chips and is disgusting so no one really uses it. I paid a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 and later talked to someone who moved in and said they only had to pay $75 or something close to that amount. The inconsistency is unreal.After all the trouble we had, I thought the office would be willing to work with us when my roommate and I both needed to relocate for jobs. My roommate needed to move to Louisiana by the end of April so we gave our notice at the end of March when we found out. We have both officially moved out and still have to pay for Mays rent. We have no problem paying the termination fee since we needed to end the lease, but its stupid to have an apartment sitting empty for a month.Im glad to be done with the place and I would recommend people check out Two Addison Place or Avala before Carrington Square.
As long as I lived at Olympus Carrington Willie has always gone above and Beyond his work..If you catch him after hrs to ask him something or tell him you need for him to come and check something out the next day, he has always came the same day.I’ve noticed Willie will go out of his way to talk to all the residents and their children even when he is Busy..Willie is also the sweetest person I have ever met..Brenda Walden
We been here for a couple of months, and we love it here.They greeted us with open arms and a beautiful smile. The girls in the office is always willing to help us with any of our needs or questions. Jalisa is the most friendliest accommodating person that me and my family have came across since moving to Pooler.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I love everything about it. They keep everything clean amd up to date. If there is a issue they fix it as fast as possible. The staff is amazing. Everytime im in the office i get treated like a friend. Christi the manager will go above and beyond to help in anyway she can.
Recently just moved out of here after 2 years. The apartment and the amenities are nice and every interaction I had when it came to the office staff and maintenance were great, especially when it came to my short notice move out. No complaints at all while living at Olympus Carrington.
I really enjoy living here. The grounds are kept, staff are so nice, and my apartment is quality. Electric bill can be kind of high but I attribute that to Georgia summers. I have never been able to hear neighbors when I am inside my apartment. The location is convenient, right off of i16. They are even building a publix at the entrance! Overall impressed with this complex.
The maintenance crew is always working hard to make sure the property is clean and presentable. Every time I need maintenance done in my apartment, they make sure it’s fixed in no time. I always see Quran Bighem working every morning to meet the needs of the residents. Whenever I have questions or concerns, he is always there to help out.
We’ve lived at Olympus Carrington for almost 3 years now and couldn’t love it more. Willy is hands down the sweetest, most kind person who will do anything for you at the drop of a hat. He’s been a major reason why we’ve stayed as long as we have. It’s been a very pleasant 3 years!
I have looked at a lot of apartment complexes and when I consider making one my home, a lot of that decision resides on how comfortable I am made to feel by the staff. The office staff at Carrington Square not only made me feel welcome but listened attentively and answered all my questions. They made my children feel comfortable as well.Very nice clubhouse and amenities looked well kept!
Warrington Square apartments was a enjoyable place to call home during my year working on Pooler Ga area. The staff was always inviting and willing to tend to all of my questions or concerns. Christy was especially caring and helpful with some items left at the apartment upon my moving out and I cannot thank her and the staff enough for their kind helpful service. The facility was always clean, well maintained and if issues arose the staff was quick to deal with them and take care of the issues. The area has very nice walking sidewalks, gym room, pool area and quiet calm atmosphere. I would highly recommend Carrington Square in pooler GA for your living accommodations if you ever move to the area.
Qurran Bigham with the maintenance team and the office staff at Olympus Carrington makes it a excellent places to live . Maintenance requests are completed efficiently and Quran Bigham is willing to over beyond to get the job done.
From the pictures on google, this looks like a nice location. I called to ask about the amenities and climate of the neighborhood and to set up an appointment for a tour and I spoke with Ms. Jalisa. She was very kind and answered all of my questions pertaining to the apartment. I look forward to touring this complex in the near future.
I’ve been at this property for a few years and the entire staff is extremely kind and friendly. The property is kept very well and they always go above and beyond. Carrington Square Luxury Apartments once was a wonderful and pleasant place to live however since Fogelman Mgmt purchased the property several months ago much has changed. The office staff seems nice but consistently fails to follow up on all of the issues brought to their attention. You will be lucky if they even write it down. If you go to follow up on something you will more than likely get a confused look on their face or a response of “we told the property manager then an awkward silence before you walk out of the front office pulling your hair out.The lack of grounds keeping within the community is obvious, most of the hallways within the buildings are filthy, lined with a combination of pollen/plant debris and spillage from tenants’ garbage bags. Enforcement of not keeping trash or bulky items outside of your door in the hallway is non-existent, you will be amazed what people tend to leave out from trash to bicycles to even a complete corn hole outdoor game set. Even the entryways are a hassle due to the flowering trees not properly being attended to. Areas around some of the buildings that have a pet station stink of urine and are in desperate need of new sod.The dog park which was at one time a pleasant amenity to use was once mulched and attended to daily by maintenance, instead it is now a wasteland of abundant dog feces, cigarette butts, and yes… more dog feces. As much as I have personally complained to the office, nothing has been done to rectify this. When it rains the dog park floods due to the lack of proper drainage due to the mulch has built up a fortified wall around the perimeter creating a one to two inch pool of floating dog feces. If you plan on taking your pet to the dog park be prepared to commit to a good bathing and a thorough sterilization of their paws and pads.The excessive noise and destruction that the group of adolescent children was causing has calmed down after several complaints to the front office but mainly due to the onsite courtesy officer actually sitting down and talking to the children. The pool area is usually very crowded on the weekends, several groups of adults tend to congregate in the early afternoon around the pool area and grill. They usually start drinking immediately and do not stop until 9:00pm-10:00pm. If you are fortunate enough they will engage in a Corn Hole/Bag Toss tournament either on the pool patio, behind your own patio, or in the courtyard when you are trying to relax in your unit trying to enjoy a sporting event or movie. It is starting to become a common sight to see Pooler Police show up on the weekends to tell the groups of people to calm down the noise around 10:00pm though this is nothing compared to seeing a vehicle stolen from the front office. (yes it actually happened)The floor plans were very nice, the laminate wood flooring in the common areas is a nice touch and separated itself from the other communities in the area when we signed the lease. The issue is with the flooring is it is not as padded as regular carpet. The builder more than likely used the cheapest underlayment padding which usually cushions and silences noise so you will hear your neighbors walk around… but in my case, stomp and consistently do field sprints within their own unit. You can complain to the front office but please refer to paragraph one of this review on how well that turns out.To finalize this review, I would not move here nor would I renew my lease under Fogelman Mgmt. Oh yes they did renovate the front office, but they also got rid of the business center so there is no point in actually visiting the office unless you are going into the disgusting laundry room to use the drop box to drop off your rent check or file a complaint, please refer to paragraph one.
Community is beautiful and has an awesome gym with free weights and even a punching bag. I toured with Miriam and she was very helpful and has great customer service with a cheerful attitude.
Its been a great experience living at Olympus Carrington. Special thanks to the Property Management and Mr. Willie (Maintenance) for making resident life as comfortable as possible.
This place is not toddler friendly!!!! My wife and 3 year old son moved in sep. of last year and were evicted for noise complaints due to our son running to the bathroom at night, we also had noise complaints on Christmas day. Everything was fine when Jolene worked there. she understood considering i asked for a ground floor and ended up getting an apt on the 2nd floor. now they want me to pay $851 for normal things they have to do normally when people move out and they kept my security deposit along with pet deposit and a half of a months worth of rent, Somehow almost $1,800 isnt enough to cover their $851 and is now also at a collection agency. This place is for Rich people with NO kids under the age of 10. If your military Stay away from this place. The office will in every way they can Stab you in the back
I am going to start with the positives. The apartment itself is very pretty. The doorways are large which made moving in and out very easy! The pool is also nice, and the gym is okay *better than some! Parking was good, and it was pretty quiet in the complex. Maintenance request responses were quick, which was very nice.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone.BUGS. We had so many roaches, and we had them spray often. The front office said it was probably because we were on the ground floor.. which I get, but that doesnt help anything when Im flicking a roach off of my daughter in the middle of the night. This is a TOP reason we tried hard to leave as fast as possible. Spiders, earwigs, roll polys. The roaches even went into the walls. SOOO GROSS. I have never had to live like that.The grounds are also covered in dog crap. There are bins but I guess nobody uses them. We basically could not be in any grass areas. I also couldnt open one of my windows that overlooked the grass because my apartment would smell like poop. Towards the end they were painting, and there were also puddles of dark green paint in the grass everywhere. So they blended in and got all over my stroller. Super lame.We had a pesky neighbor who banged on our wall anytime the tv was on, at volumes conducive to an infants nap in the middle of the day on weekends. So ridiculous. The dogs upstairs sounded like herds of elephants and always woke up my kids, but I didnt mind them so much.They have a deal with a pizza place to get half off once a month, that was pretty cool. But other events were not. For the easter egg hunt, they had all the small children come outside and stand next to a giant empty pool. Little kids in front???? Yeah right! So dangerous.Finally, we cancelled our lease early with 60 days notice, and paid back the discount we got for a long lease. But they kept our security deposit anyway and charged us 1k just to move out. Kind of sucky, I have heard of one other apartment place that does that, kinda seems like a scam.Anyway, I hate leaving bad reviews but I wished so much I hadnt ever lived there. I would literally lose sleep staying up, and getting up with my flashlight to check for roaches on our bed. They were out of control.
The package room system is ridiculous and if your name isn’t on the lease you will literally never see your mail. Office staff is always rude about it when I call for a mail room code. It should really be made easier because I’m entitled to what Iv ordered and paid for where I live. ever since I moved in it’s been this way.
A few of my friends live at this complex and they have just renewed for their second year. The amenities are beautiful, the gym has a nice octagon shape with lots of natural light. Complex is gated and has a great location!
I currently reside here. AC hasnt worked for a week straight for ALMOST SIX MONTHS. 2 babies sweat seemingly every other night in this 100 degree GA summer heat. I have submitted an AC maintenance request two TO THREE times per week. My family of 2 babies and my wife live in 24/7 fear that when we get home our AC will be out and we will be sweating all night long. My babies often cry and my daughters hair is DRENCHED because the AC is RARELY working. She wakes up begging for water....never in any other apartment has she done that before.Amenities are nice.
I have lived here for over two years. Willie Gardner the maintenance supervisor always speaks and makes sure work orders are complete in a timely manner.
I have been living here for two years and I love it. Christy and the entire community staff is great and easy to get along with and the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise.

Love it! Staff helpful, low rates, whole application online so my girlfriend and I could apply from out of state. Great resident events, made friends at their pool party in July! A fun place to call home. :)
Willie is one of the best people on the staff. Anytime I’ve had a problem no matter how big or small he always handled it in a timely manner and with a smile on his face.
Recently just moved in from out of town with limited time. Heather made the process easy and was happy to help make the process as simple as possible.
Bad customer service. Bad tenant services. Please do waste your money or time. Dog poop everywhere. Outage of lights occurs often in the area which means you wouldnt have lights. Walls are horribly thin. Water bill is unclear and it comes from an outside company overcharging tenants.
Total SCAM!!!! They charge a $150 fee just to apply and then deny you without a reason! I have a great credit score, never been evicted, etc. I even asked the person helping me what all would get me approved/denied and I didnt meet any of the criteria for denial. I dont have $150 to throw away! Shame Shame
The area is convenient and quiet. The management and maintenance staff is also very proactive in their upkeep of the property. There have also been many improvements and looks to be more on the way. Highly recommend!
I love everything about the complex. Except location and forced internet and TV service . I pay 180 plus a month for hargray ( not by choice) and it constantly goes out. Contract with comcast pleas . This is ridiculous.
Willie with maintenance keeps Olympus Carrington in top shape! The grounds look great and his response to service requests are timely!
After a very bad experience in other apartments facing the Mall of Savannah near the military base, although this has high prices for the pool, barbecue area and gym but the best I found to live there but still can improve, if they might be the best place, I recommend the third floor.
Its ok anything to get away from savannah and the crazy shenanigans. On the other hand I hate the fact I have to pay extra fee for my water bill. Not that I have a problem paying my bills but its sucks that when I call to found out where my money is going I dont get a very clear answer plus I called the city of pooler and they said that some appartment complex is over charging soooo, i just wonder.... Im done!!!!!!
I’ve been in this complex for 3 years! The team is more than amazing. Mike is a huge help! Doesn’t matter what it is he always extends a helping hand!

I have been living here since August and I am happy with the area the staff maintaince crew is amazing and friendly very clean neighbors are awesome as well my family is in heaven
Coleen and Mike showed up the same day we put in a request and did a great job.
Willy gardner is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and beyond helpful and has also helped out when my apartment was in need of a quick fix.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Christy who works in the office and Willie Maintenance always a great help.
Horrible apartment complex didnt keep terms of the lease disrespectful to residents. Not willing to help with problems just horrible living conditions. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy.

2022-06-191) fix the portal so it tells us the updated rent amount instead of the portal saying one amount and it’s actually 70 bucks more or let people pay what the portal says 2) the valet trash people are just that…trash. Other than that place is amazing and the staff is amazing as well.

2022-03-29I suggest checking out the actual apartment you are going to live in before signing the lease, don’t go off of the virtual tour. I arrived to move in only to find that it smelt like wet dog, the carpets were filthy and had dog hair all over it, the cabinets out lining was peeling off of ever bottom cabinet, there was a old leak in the main bathroom which caused the ceiling to grow black mold. Very disappointing. They are old and unkept apartments.

2021-11-29First off me and my roommate love living here, everything is well taken care of and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Our disposal recently clogged up so we put in a Maintenance request and Colleen was there to fix it the next morning. She was super nice, helpful and was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

2021-11-12I would like to give a big thanks to Olympus Carrington main office and maintenance personnel. Heather Ospina and Jalisa are always very respectful and very helpful when you stop in the main office, your concerns are their personal concerns that’s just the way they make you feel. Mike and Willie the maintenance guys are always there in a flash if you have an issue in your apartment and always resolve the issue in a flash. Living there is very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

2021-11-29Moved here in a few months ago and so far I love it. Beautiful and clean community. Maintenance handles issues quickly. And the assistant manager Jolisa is amazing!!! Sooo helpful and kind hearted. I know she must deal tons of move ins and random issues but she still made us feel like a priority. She played a big part in our decision of choosing Olympus Carrington over some of the communities around. Her spirit was really welcoming. Thanks again Jolisa for everything!

2021-11-16I recently moved in and noticed a few minor maintenance issues. All of the maintenance staff has been super helpful, but Colleen has gone above and beyond. She worked quickly and efficiently and everything has worked perfectly since she fixed it. It’s good to know if another maintenance issue arises that Colleen and the rest of the amazing maintenance staff will be there to fix it!

2020-11-06I have been a tenant at Olympus Carrington for three years. The quality of customer care in the front office has been exceptional. Any issues Ive brought to their attention were always addressed discreetly.I am also impressed with the maintenance department. Mr. Willie is not just professional; but punctual and sympathetic to our individual needs. He is always ready to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist us.
