Sierra is an outstanding massage therapist. She was recommended to me by friends after I was having lower back pain after a prolonged hospital stay. Sierra listened to my issues and worked with my body to get movement in the area. This is the first time in months that I have not had regular pain in the lower back area.
Just wow! From the moment I walked in to see Sierra, I knew that it was going to be a great experience. Very professional, great atmosphere, and a fantastic massage. More than just massage, Sierra is downright a physician and has treated me for several sports injuries where doctors could not, with immediate and tremendous results. She is attentive and provides dialogue to ensure you improve and leave in better shape than when you arrived. She is a model for the profession! Best deep tissue sports massage. Period. I have been an active person all of my life and then ended up with major back issues. Post surgery I still struggled and Sierra was a game changer. My only complaint is how booked up she is! 5 stars no doubt!

I’ve been seeing Sierra for 7 years now and she is INCREDIBLE! She listens to me and seeks to understand where I am hurting so that she can work on that area. She checks the level of firmness with me throughout the massage, though she is always PERFECT for me. I am always sad when our time is up because I don’t want it to end. If you can find an open appointment, book it!!! You will not regret it.

After using a chiropractor for neck and lower back issues, with less than satisfactory results, I elected to go the massage route on the recommendation of my wife. Sierra has been a godsend. Sierra is the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. I have gone to her periodically over the past 2 years. Plus, my teenage son has gotten help from her in dealing with some sports injuries/muscle tightness. Sierra is a miracle worker! After I threw out my back this summer, she was able to work the muscles out of the spasms and give me the relief that meds and chiropractic couldnt offer. Amazing! My whole family sees her for different sports and age related injuries. Every session has produced immediate positive results. Shes the only massage therapist I would recommend.

This is an excellent place to get a nice relaxing massage. The staff (Sierra) is very nice and does an amazing job. She works every muscle in the body thoroughly and I always feel very relieved and relaxed afterwards. I had one occasion where I was having an issue with severe shoulder/neck pain in one spot and after the first session with that issue, I felt significant relief and havent had a flare up since. I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone in need of a massage.

Sierra gives a true therapeutic massage - I went in feeling some aches and pains and left feeling great! She could tell right away what I needed. I carry all my stress in my neck and upper back and she was able to work on the points that needed it most. I absolutely recommend her!
I have frequent back and sports issues and have found that a good massage therapist usually makes the biggest difference for me. The problem is in finding a good massage therapist. You can find a relaxing massage anywhere but if you need someone to adjust to your needs and make a difference with your particular issues thats tougher. Sierra is one such therapist. She works well for me and when I schedule anyone else I regret it. She also worked well with my wife who had bad past experiences with massage. Ill follow her where ever she works.

This was hands down, the best massage I have ever had. Lets also note that this tops a 5 star, top 5 in the entire world resort in the Maldives on my honeymoon. My schedule is often unknown, so booking with someone at a set times can be challenging for me. I finally set up an appointment with Sierra, and I can tell you, I will never get a massage anywhere else unless its urgent, and she is not available.Normally I would go to a couple random places around town that would take walk ins, and they were fine, Id never say disappointed in the massage, but Ive never had such a complete and thorough massage.We have all had that massage that was good, but they didnt do the same thing on each side, or did more on one side than the other, making you feel unbalanced , but this was perfect all around! Deep pressure, proper stretching, and attention to detail, couldnt ask for anything more.The massage table was heated, which is a huge plus, often times rooms are cold and it is not as relaxing. Heater going, music, and perfect lighting. If you are hesitant, I promise, you going to her for a massage is one of the best decisions youll make!
Once you try Sierra, she will be your go to therapist! She is personable, respectful and filled with more knowledge about the human body, muscles, stretching etc. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! We have known her for 3+ years and she has helped my husband and myself greatly!! IT doesnt matter if you are active, inactive, injured or not, she will find a solution to help you feel better every day!!!
Sierra is the best! I have been seeing her for years now and she keeps me playing soccer, playing flag football, and working out to the level I expect from myself! I see her regularly for maintenance but also any time I have a sore back or injury from playing sports. She keeps me and my body going! I recommend her to EVERYONE!

Wow! Sierra did a fantastic job addressing all my problem areas. She really paid attention to what I needed and went above and beyond. I really like that she did stretching and found problem areas I didnt know I had. Ill definitely go back. Nice facility too.

2022-01-26I have been going to Sierra almost monthly for about a year and she is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Professional, polite, genuine and truly listens to your needs and pain points. I highly recommend her and cannot say enough great things about her!

2022-02-12Sierra is way more than a masseuse...She has an incredible knowledge of human musculature. She has rescued me when Ive overdone workouts and from just waking up (like an old man) without being able to move my neck.Yes, she also provides a top notch, 5-star, relaxing massage, but she is absolutely a healer in every sense of the word.

2022-03-30Sierra is hands down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. I was so impressed when she explained about different muscles in my back and how they interact or become problematic. (We had a total science nerd moment together when I first mentioned I was a science teacher and knew some of the terminology!) She was able to pinpoint my trouble spots right away. I love how she combines stretching along with deep tissue massage, I was amazed at the difference it makes. She is usually booked pretty far in advance (she is just THAT good), but I promise you she is worth the wait!

2021-08-02Sierra is the BEST at her craft. She was the first massage therapist I ever went to at the age of 39 and I felt comfortable enough to let her work on our 2 young boys as well. She asks key questions about how you’re feeling and what’s going on in your world to better understand the impact life is having on your body and then goes to work! An hour or so later, you feel like a new person, mentally, physically, and psychologically! Incredibly talented woman. No one better in GA to trust your body to for a massage or stretch!

2021-12-21Today was my first massage with Sierra, but it wont be my last. I prefer a deep tissue, myofacial release massage, and she did not disappoint. I left feeling energized and uplifted, rather than tired and sluggish. I highly recommend!

2021-06-19Oh my goodness! Sierra is incredible! so knowledgeable about correlation of muscular function , movement ,and injury . She listens when u describe your muscular issues and asks key questions before the massage. She also assesses your pressure level during massage. I always move and walk better after a massage! I highly recommend her!

She is extremely knowledgeable with an experts feel and understanding of how the body works. With just the right combination of pressure and stretching, you come out feeling brand new.
