They installed my new battery with fast friendly service.
Great staff. Roscoe is one cool kid.Everyone is knowledgable. Im usually a Autozone fam, but this at crew Oreilys are great also.
Very slow even though business is not busy. When you do get the help you need they are awesome and try to strategize with you to find out what you need or how to get what you need.
Nice and helpful workers.
They do price match but ONLY again the local competition, Auto Zone ect., and that is the only down side about this place. The rest is good service and employees willing to help find what you need.
This is one of the best places in town to go for parts because these guys know their stuff the all race cars theyre all good guys

Needed Sub-Zero antifreeze, only store in Town that carries it. Visits to Winter Wonderland can destroy windshield washer equipment in hours.

2021-10-05The folks here are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to car parts. Most of the time someone is eager to help you find what you need. Only thing is sometimes they try to sell you things you dont need that has nothing to do with what youre replacing on your vehicle. Good bedside manner is a must when dealing with the public.

2021-05-15Patient- polite-professional- respectful, and have, or can get most anything you need.I have gotten everything from car parts to rebuild a component, Not just whole components like some out there try to sell you, to wheel bearings from 50 year old boat trailer to tractor fuel filters. If they dont have it, in most cases it will be there by tomorrow.

2021-07-19They had what we needed in Bainbridge, but they didnt even know it. My sweetheart found it on the shelf even though the worker told me that they were out. Still, I was able to get the part, so Im happy.

2018-05-22I literally have a space in my heart for this OReillys. Their accurate, speedy, well stocked inventory, helpful, and they care about YOU and YOUR particular needs. I had $15 when I walked in there, I needed a part that I had no idea what it was, but I was told if I drove my truck any longer i wouldve lost the tire/wheel assembly.. I was greeted by a customer service rep named Dana.I explained my situation the best I could. She identified the part and told they had them in stock, but the cheapest price was $57.00. I told her my financial situation and she went to work and did some searching and being that they price match, by the way, she located a qualifying part for $16 and change. A friend in the store spotted the change. She may have actually saved my life that day. They go out of their way to make sure that youre taken care of 100%
