Great parts for a reasonable price
Consistently the kindest and most knowledgeable staff of any auto parts store in the area, and 9 out of 10 times they either have the part I need or can get it next day.
I will continue to use this parts store. I bought brake pads, there was some issues with determining the correct pad, and the box I bought had mismatched product inside which further complicated my experience. I installed one set from the box, the second set didnt fit so I went back and explained myself. Dom helped me the first time, and when I came back the second visit. He listened to me, thought my situation strange, so he got a manager in to listen. They both helped me find the correct pads, gave me a discount for the inconvenience, and I got a refund on the original box I bought. As long as I keep getting this kind of service, thats the only place Ill buy parts.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles, even rare old ones. I was traveling through town and broke down, and they worked with me for 4 hours to find out what was wrong with my truck and get the right parts to get me back on the road. I couldnt have done it without them.

Its clean and the employees are very nice but make sure you put your part on at the store otherwise youll have to make a trip back to get the right one.
Not one person knew what a dust cover was or where parts were on the selfs. Shopped at alot of different OReillys all over different states everyone at those places knew what I was talking about, this place had no clue what so ever.
I talked on phone and described exactly what I was looking for. The employee reassured me they had it. So I drive 10 miles to their store, and was told they did not have what I was looking for. Instead they tried to sale me something I did not need for $149.00. Waste of my time and gas.

2022-01-07I stopped in on my way to the dealership and asked the nice young man if he could put a code reader on my car. He was happy to help and had me take a picture of the code. This is the 3rd time my check engine light has come on in a month.

2021-07-18Traveling home after vacation and stopped to have a check engine looked at. Michael, an assistant manager came out and quickly told us what the code meant and whether or not we could make it home to our mechanic. Appreciate their service!

2021-06-10I had a great experience shopping with them a few days ago, they really came through for me, I am working on a older model Jeep, and I needed a part, I called several other Auto stores, but they were out. And just so happens, I called OReilly and they had the part. I was very pleased.I kinda messed up the name of the part the Mechanic told me to ask for, but the OReilly associate knew exactly what I was trying to say, and had it ready for me, with a smile. So hats off to you guys.

2020-09-19Super fast. Called ahead and my part (battery) was ready for pickup. The Store Manager, Jim was kind enough to install it and take away the old battery. Great customer service and they were even kind enough to wear masks while on duty interacting with customers. Id definitely go back and would definitely recommend over other auto parts stores.
