Fast friendly service. I needed a battery for my car. Had a bad experience at another auto parts store. They lost a customer and o’reilly’s gained one. Will be back.
Worst service Ive ever received from any auto parts store. I purchase front brakes parts, and requested that my front rotors be truned. Was told it would take about an hour. So I went by about two hours later and. No call, they hadnt even start yet. Rain coming in and time running out. Last visit to this business.

FYI🛑DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!On 3/23/2018 walked into the store thinking I could get 2 Transmission cooler lines. The 2 closing Oreilly Reps said they were not going to sell me anything and threatened to call DCSD on me.. I have never been treated that way, verbally threatened, and disrespected by anyone like I was this Friday night.. I can assure you I’ll be writing, Emailing, and calling there corporate office Monday Morning.. There is no way these 2 guys should be representing Oreillys, Talking to customers, and or Closing the store..I would like to hear from anyone else that’s had a similar experience..📌Please check back next week for Oreillys corporate response..

2021-09-24Had a wonderful experience at this particular OReilly location. The helpful information and knowledge from Nicholas was fabulous. He was very helpful with exchanging and installing of my new battery. This is not my regular store I shop at. But now I will drive the extra 20 minutes to come here.

2021-12-02We have no security cameras in store to see who took your wallet, i.e. you left your wallet on the counter 5 minutes ago and the sweet old lady who came in after you mustve taken it, he said with a used car man smile and trailer park glimmer in his eyes. Stay away from this location theyre desperate for you to leave something behind, if u know what I mean. Bad people.

2021-05-23I went to O Rileys for car parts for my vehicle. As a customer you expect customer service however these guys with beyond and was so helpful and very knowledgeable. 2021-05-30Fantastic customer service...Saved me $$$ by pointing out a Holiday Weekend Special on wipers when he didnt have to say a word. I was desperate & in a hurry... He slowed me down enough to take advantage of the sale and even offered to install the wipers... Great Experience!

2020-02-20Unfortunately I was disappointed in the level of customer service at this shop. It was raining pretty bad, but when I purchased a replacement battery I was told to return the battery and Iwould have the core charge refunded, when I asked if they could install it for me, the guy ringing me up, William, said they dont do this in the rain. Fortunately, I typically get service from the shop across the street Precision Auto Tune Care, so they installed it for me but I was highly disappointed and will go to AutoZone across the street next time. They just lost a returned customer.

2019-12-24As I was buying parts for another truck I had mine parked idling. Low and behold a radiator hose exploded and could have left me stranded. They had the part I needed and all is good now. Thank you William and Ollie
