OReilly Auto Parts in other cities:
I have used several parts from here over the years and never had any issues, but I actually had an alternator go out and they replaced it free of charge with no issue. I thought I was going to have to shell out $200 with a small return fee for the old part which I took up there they looked it up and gave me a new replacement which was a complete lifesaver
The young men working today (8Jul18) were all very helpful. Jamison in particular was exceptionally versed and didnt come across as a know it all or expert on all things automotive but rather, as someone proficient at listening, assessing and then offering up thoughts. Im not a mechanic and the issue with my car will have to be addressed with the dealership or shop depending on where I chose to go though however, this OReillys Auto Parts couldnt have been more helpful. Thumbs up for service. Thanks.
Never go here again only 2 employees working on a Friday night and one wasbvery rude he had to come in on his day off. He helped me put a set of windshield wipers on my car and hated every minute of it. And not to mention when he put it on he put it on the wrong way and they one flew off in the rain and the metal arm scratched the windshield on my new 350z thanks OReilly
I came on a weekday morning and asked if they could help get a screw off that I couldnt get off. He told me he couldnt help and left me to die that day. My car exploded a week later. When I say dont trust their staff, in saying we could be dead because they dont care about you. The person in charge of morning shifts should be fired, and I will take action to ensure that
Well I went in for brake and caliper grease but said they didnt have anything except for the small $1.50 packets. They however showed me hi-temp bearing and brake grease which I didnt want. Upon further browsing I managed to find what I was looking for. So employees werent to much help. I ended up leaving without anything. Just felt like they were not concerned with helping me find what I needed.
So this is a review about the people there. So one Saturday evening I was driving to Atlanta and my car broke down and resorted to towing the car to the back of this Orielys store. I had spoken to the staff and someone claiming to be the manager of the store and made sure it was ok if the car sat there while I tried to fix it. I bought a head gasket ($51) from them and called several times and tried to make sure everything was still ok because the car WAS sitting in their parking lot either way, but it was in the back. I gave the store manager my phone number and told them to let me know if anything happened or they needed to tow it. On January 7th, a friend I had been talking to went to go look at the car as a trade deal was in the making. The staff there told him they had towed the car January 5th. I received no calls or texts. They pulled a sign from the back of the store that said something along the lines of no cars sitting in the parking lot. Why was the sign not out front? I wouldve paid the extra money if I had known! So now Ingram Towing Services has my car, I cannot get the car out because the title was not in my name yet. No one can get the car out but the owner before the guy I bought it from. So now Ingram is going to auction the car as a salvage title and Ive lost my car. Just because this orielys towed my car and never gave me word. The people here are horrible.
Had an issue with wiper blades smearing, stopped in and bought mid level replacements. Smearing was just as bad, went back in and the assistant manager took care of us right away, switched out for the best ones in the place and installed them himself. Turn out, we forgot to take the plastic sheathing off the blades. We informed him of our error and offered to stick with our original purchase, he smiled and said dont worry about it. Giving us the top tier ones at the midgrade price. If ever have any issues traveling through north Atlanta again, this is where well go.
Had what I needed in stock, even though the sales associate wasnt familiar with what I asked for. In all fairness, the ASE P2 doesnt cover anymore. Fuisble links, thank you GM from 1980...anyway, clean store, everything fronted and faced, shelves appeared stock and staff is friendly.
Went for alternator testing and they didn’t have the right tools to do it. They sent me to another O’Reilly which also did not have the tool to test it. If they can’t test alternators then they shouldn’t have a sign on in the window saying that they can! Ended up going to autozone instead. Waste of time!!!
Worse auto store in this area. Tough and untrained personnel. Especially stupid Dezi Peshiu, completely destroys all corporate standards of this company. I do not advise anyone to buy anything at this store. I suggest this store general manager to pay more attention to staff training and customers loyalty.
OReillys may not be AutoZone or Advance Auto but theres something way more important the fact that Ive been with in my entire life of buying parts and they know me by name and if they dont have it they can get it for me within 24 hours usually really friendly people and make me feel at home and sometimes thats just way more important than massive store chains that choo choo more like cattle than everything else thank you OReillys for being my auto parts store

2022-07-20Pretty much got all my money taken from their faulty service. They put a battery in backwards which damaged my car without me fully realizing. I drive away a month and a half ago. Last week, my car shuts down while I am driving which almost could have killed me. Local auto shop finds the issue. When OReilly put the battery in backwards, it blew all of my fuses and destroyed the cell of my alternator. I had to get a new battery from them as well as an alternator. The bill came out to be $927. I spent $200 for a battery that ran out of power in a month and a half and had to get an alternator because of it. And guess what, OReillys would not compensate me for their damages. Not even money back for the battery that was completely useless. $1100 down the drain when all I needed was a quick battery change. I will no longer be visiting OReillys and I will only trust myself to put a battery in before someone ruins my car.

2019-12-28Very friendly staff know what theyre talking about and will not hesitate to help you! Highly recommended! We had a battery that was very hard to remove any location that was and place by at least eight bolts and Paul and his staff came out and replace the battery themselves free of charge. Definitely will not shop anywhere else for auto parts.

2021-09-11Greetings! 👋🏽O’Reilly has great customer service. I got to speak with Mr. Kip a few times; he was super helpful and patient. Not to mention he carried the item I purchased to the car! Because if their knowledge and explanation of things, I not only got exactly what we needed, but they saved me from having to get my car towed to them as well!!! Thank you all so much. 😊Thumbs Up,The Smitten Chef

2022-01-05Honestly terrible experience. I went in to get a new headlight bulb cause mine went out and they couldn’t even help me install it. Due to “short staff” like really ? Lazy employees.now I’m trying to figure out how to install it watching YouTube videos. Thanks for the overpriced bulb by the way !

2021-12-09I went to the Kennesaw store tonight because my car had been slow to start this morning. Luther checked the four year old battery in my Nissan and confirmed that it was bad. He briefed me on the available batteries for my car. I purchased one and he even installed it for me. He was very friendly and professional. He is obviously experienced. Thanks Luther!!

2021-03-14We came to the Wade Green store in Kennesaw GA for a battery for our bike. Kelly was nice and friendly, but what really put it over the top for us was that while we bought the battery, he noticed the car next to us had poured a bunch of oil and the front tire of our motorcycle was in it-obviously super dangerous and Kelly called it out, got some cleaner and a towel and, bless his heart, he got down on the ground and cleaned every ounce of oil off our tire and out of the grooves. He went above and beyond to be sure that we were safe and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart! I hope he’s recognized for his great customer service and consideration!

2018-11-16Mostly a positive experience. For some reason I was having issue with a transaction coming up in their system. Initially, there was some implied distrust of my explanation that the battery was in warranty. However, the staff remained polite and willing to check and recheck for the transaction and for the warranty sticker and finally the District Manager happened to be there and found it, which I appreciated.
