The staffs have Very BAD attitude and unprofessional. I came in (nobody greet me at all) to return a Spray Wax product because it smells like defected. I asked if i could get a refund for it (didnt even use it, only opened), and she (manager) immediately said one word NO without even hearing me explain. So i told her why and after awhile she changed her mind. But that is NOT how a professional would do. I have been to many Oreilly stores and this is the worst. Blacklisted
You’re going to go out of business if you keep closing earlier and earlier while a competitor remains open across the street. Closed at 630 pm on a Tuesday?!!
I took a defective battery to ORileys for my wifes 2010 BMW. The battery is under warranty and it wont hold a charge. We took the car to dealership and I was told battery needed replacing. The manager Chad seem to be a know it all at ORileys and wouldnt replace the battery. I told him my wife has a 4 month old baby in the car and he said thats not his problem... so I went to another ORileys where they replace battery for me. Its a million places l can go spend my money, so I wont ever go back there again... autozone or advance from here on out!!!! Dont spend your money there and CHAD has terrible manager skills!
Change the hours on google so it reflects your actual store hours. Smh!

Super helpful staff who will actually help you find and get the parts you need, even if they arent listed on a computer screen. Excellent!!!
Went for alternator testing and they didn’t have the right tools to do it. Was even sent here from another O’Reilly which also did not have the tool to test it. If they can’t test alternators then they shouldn’t have a sign on in the window saying that they can! Ended up going to autozone across the street.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and what can we help you find. That was so relieving. Thank you OReilly

2022-08-05Brian was extremely patient and super kind when I went to buy a new battery. He installed the battery for while also handling phones that were ringing off the hook and did it all with an amazing attitude. Brian deserves a raise. The 2 other gentleman employees were handling phone calls and other customers in a professional and efficient manor as well. 5⭐️

2022-08-05The staff at OReillys seems to be more helpful than the staff at their competitors stores. Ive also noticed that the staff at OReillys tends to be a fair amount younger across the board then the staff at their competitors as well. I wonder if these two things are what makes the difference in their customer service? The people from OReillys arent afraid to come out to your car and look under your hood give you advice, you know the kind of thing youre looking for. The folks at the other places, not so much. Theyll still be helpful as far as handing you parts and looking up parts but not very Hands-On.

2020-11-09I came this morning because a battery that I bought about a year ago was giving me problems and the gentleman who attended me was very kind to me and I use the battery guarantee and they gave me the new battery and he was very kind even helped me to upload the battery to my car. I recommend number one this store especially the attention of employees. I can not remember the name of the guy that helped me but i remember that was the manager.

2020-02-29Just went to price an air filter. Kristian didnt ask can I help you. I spoke to him and he didnt even speak back. I stood at the customer waiting for him to say something. He just said Whats up? I didnt give him enough information about my car to look up my air filter correctly. So, he says to me once he finds the list of air filters, I guess I have to read minds today. He is so rude!!! Something is going on with him. He needs some serious customer service training. Where is the store manager and district manager at this location? I need to speak to them both.

2019-01-04Went in to get a battery tested there were only 2-3 customers in the store. One was being waited on by 1 of the 2 staff members. I approach the 2nd staff member who was on a call about battery testing. Hes says he will do it just give him a minute. He rings up a customer while i wait as hes still on hold. Then hes off the call and commences to talk to the other staff member about the call, then rings up the 3rd customer. Hes says hell be right out, as i tell him Ill go wait at the car. He continues to talk to the other staff member... no sense of concern about my issue. We leave and go across the street to Auto Zone. There were more staff there, but the 1st person I encountered there actually seemed concerned and driven to help... good customer service. OReillys is smaller but if the customer service would have been better we would have purchased the battery we DID need from there.
