This is the best auto parts store Ive ever been to. And it was because of the people working there. Not only did they give me the right part the first time. But when I ran into a problem they did everything they could to solve it.
From the good morning acknowledgment walking in the door to the willingness to provide me with personal conversation while he pulled my parts. I work on my truck quite often. I personally go here for just about everything. I havent had issues with their staff or 95+% of their parts. If I have an issue with one of their parts. They are more then willing to take of it for me. The staff at this location are very personable and greet you by name.
This place was excellent I went in was helped immediately they looked up what I needed which was a battery for my work car and they expedited switch the battery out with no problems and got me on my way if youre looking for people with due diligence this is the store fast friendly and did what they said they were going to do in the timely manner
I went in and bought brand new wipers both front and rear for my Toyota Sequoia. Rain-X wiper blades are the best and the clerk install them free for me. Very helpful
Idk why they have order online and pick up in store. Says itll be ready in one hour or less... Ive come in an hour...I have waited a whole day or 2... Theyve never had my order ready when I got there.

Ive been a mechanic for over 10 years so I know my stuff but when I go to OReillys the guys (and gals) are super helpful in looking stuff up for me, getting me what I need and are extremely courteous and (sometimes) very knowledgeable. Never had an issue with a return, product warranty or having to special order a part. Love OReillys.
Several people working there but I almost walked out because No one wanted to help. They were all standing around chatting (with each other, not customers) and eating. As i threw my hands up and started walking out, one of the girls seen my frustration and asked if she could help. I used to brag on Oreillys but the personnel changes and inexperience over the last couple years has been rediculous. Do think i will be returning.
Latoya at the Racetrack (McDonough) location was VERY helpful. She took time to listen and made me understand on what was going on with my car. She taught me what to look for when my fuse blows out and not to mention, she changed it for me!
The staff is pretty cool and laid back except for the store manager Georgeman. He treats people like crap and if you call the store trying to figure out things about your w2s or common questions he will hang up in your face and treat you like crap. Part of me wants to go to the store and give him a piece of my mind but it wont solve nothing. Im obviously more mature than he is.
Really great people! I was passing through McDonough and needed my transmission fluid checked and all the shops were closed. Terry helped me out a lot and was very kind. Great work!
Walked in for a part for my car thinking it was the right one. Turns out to be the wrong part entirely messed up my plans for the day very frustrating. Train employees to ask questions or walk in here and KNOW exactly what part you need. (My model of car there were 3 different parts for it. I had to wait overnight for them to deliver the correct part to this store after driving all over the place.)
This place seems like its got a revolving door for employees. Almost every week seems like theres someone new working there, and the others are gone. Hard to build solid relationships this way.Update 8.16.18Dealt with a lady by the name of Latoya. One of the rudest salespeople I met at that store. Very unprofessional. Talking to other employees and joking while I was dealing with her. Also, did not really want to honor the Orewards coupons I had. Just about had it with Oreillys. Will be looking for other parts stores to shop at
These 5 stars are for LaToyas customer service specifically. I went in for some oil for my sisters truck. I grab some premium oil cause the price was great but turns out the oil was in the wrong place and was exactly $2 more then listed. I go to check out and the guy checking me out is very unattentive towards me. I believe his name is Cody. I had to wait 5 mins while he finished chatting with I assume was his buddy cause he didnt purchase anything and they wasnt talking about auto stuff he was just standing around. Finally he rings me up and didnt bother to ask me if a had a rewards card which I do so I had to ask him can I type it in. The price sounded wrong so I look at the receipt and the oil price doesnt match. So I go back in and I explain to LaToya that I must have the wrong oil cause the price doesnt match. I show her where I got the oil from and she immediately says its on the wrong shelf but I will honor the price it says. Then she asked me what was I putting the oil in and she explained to me what kind I need because I was about to mix synthetic with conventional oil. So I get the right oil and saved $6 in the process. Not to mention the damage I could have done to my sisters truck. Thanks LaToya.
Always get what I need
They are well stocked, and the prices are fair, but it really seems like they are perpetually understaffed. Its difficult to get help, and it takes longer than you would expect to pay.
They were very helpful even if they did not have the part at that location they were able to tell me that the very next location of us closest to me had it

Calling this store is probably the worst thing you can do. Always get put on hold and forgotten. Going in the store is the best way to go here. Seems that is more important than the person calling.
Its Sunday at 8:45 the door and internet say you open at 8:30. The door is locked. The pinhead inside wont even acknowledge that Im here. Jerk if you dont have a key say so. If the manager is late say so. Your lack of communication cost you a customer. I wont be back ever. Auto zone is a half mile up the street. Hope you stand there all day with that stupid look on your face and no customers.

2021-09-29I went to purchase items to repair a power steering hose leak. At checkout the salesperson attempted to price gouge me after I explained what I was doing.I showed him a photo of my previous repair that held over a month and saved me $300.00 on having the hose replaced.He said, Out of curiosity I want to check how much the hose costs.His price was more than $100.00 above the cost from Amazon and eBay sellers.If you are looking for a respectable parts store ... Drive by this one.

2021-12-05A girl Stella and her helper went above and beyond to find me the rite part. Coustomer service was outstanding and they found what i needed after advanced or summit couldnt even come close to finding it. Couldnt ask for better service and will be returning!!

2020-05-22I am not one to leave negative reviews. But when there is a chronic service failure and the lack of integrity from a business, especially with the manager of an establishment, it deserves to be rated. In my case, I called and openly discussed having brake rotors turned by their facility. They told me they can do it to bring them in. When I arrived it was apparent that the management style of this location was mismanaged and very disorganized. Finally, the manager received my items and of course it’s routine to use a caliper to gauge the thickness to see if they are serviceable. The rotors were low mileage OEM rotors only needing a one pass resurface. From the tone that was in the store it quickly became obvious to me that they were not interested in getting involved in any machine work. The “ Manager“ fumbled through with an incorrect caliper, then finally found the correct one and quickly said they are not serviceable. At this point I was somewhat glad because I have decided that this is not a place to do business with. I left without incident and simply drove a few miles farther to the next O’Reilly location. Immediately I was serviced with professionalism and accuracy. The rotors were quickly turned with one pass and successfully done but not before wasting my time and a trip to the McDonough Racetrack Rd location. I’m only leaving one star because a zero star is not available.
