They will lie to you about cost of services only to later send you a bill for a ridiculous amount. Had an MRI done and they think its ok to send a bill for over $5K.
An amazing experience everyone was nice and professional and treated me well. I came on time for my appointment and was completely finished before an hour!!! This was AMAZING!!
I had to get an MRI done due to a wreck I was in a few months ago and am still feeling pain. They got me signed in and back to do the MRI within a few minutes. Overall a quick and easy process.
First time in the facility excellent personnel friendly atmosphere and Dr. Diaz and his assistants were outstanding. I 100% recommended Ortho Spine if you have any back related problems.
I was having unexpected neck pain so I quickly googled orthopedic places around me and since this place had good reviews, I decided to immediately make an appointment with the first available provider they had which was a nurse practitioner by the name Christopher Bush. The whole appointment was literally 10 minutes, he didn’t evaluate me, he didn’t even ask where my pain was or test out any movements, he just prescribed me muscle relaxers and wrote in my chart that it may be early arthritis…I was so confused as I am very active and have never had pain in any of my joints to indicate this. He was going to make me pay for a very expensive MRI without doing any tests first. The next day I went to Barbour Orthopedics (right next to them) because my gut told me this wasn’t right. The doctors there were so thorough- they did xrays, tested my reflexes, and actually talked to me- turns out I just pulled a muscle during my workout! I can’t believe I was prescribed heavy medication and an MRI for a muscle pull! That is so sad and ridiculous- don’t trust the reviews!
The best attention I could have was with the team of Dr. Rubén Díaz… everyone is so kind and warm with people, especially like me, who is so nervous. my english is not the best and many are bilingual making everything easy for me. A thousand thanks to the entire team at ortho spa in snellville and atlanta.
They are caring. They exam you good, to make sure you are not suffering from Unknown issues. They target the pain, and refer you to the best outpatient services, Im glad they are my ORTHO.

Dr. Diaz performed a procedure on me due to being in a bad car accident which left my neck and lower back in a bad situation to say the least. Both procedures were scheduled a week apart from one another but both went well. I can honestly say that since both procedures, I walked out of the office a little sore, but by the next day?!?..... THE PAIN WAS NO MORE!!! I was totally shocked!!! But thats not all... I told Dr. Diaz during my first initial visit about the horrible headaches I was having after the accident and he referred me to a Neurologist. I attended my appointment with Dr Green over at Hope Neurology and she performed another procedure where they injected both of my temple lobes with some type of medicine. Though kinda scary the outcome was equally miraculous. But the best part about my experience with Dr. Diaz and his team over at Ortho Sport & Spine is the fact that they held my hand the whole way. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. They were always professional and seemed very genuine. Kudos to Dr Diaz and his staff over at Ortho Sport & Spine for being the best in the business. And if youre looking for relief, give those guys a call. Pain no more when you do.... I guarantee it!!!! From 🤕 to 😇 in a matter of a day or two... I know this through experience... 🙂

Ortho Sport and Spine were amazing. Had an MRI appointment and got a flat tire on the way. They were very pleasant when I called to inform them I would be late and they worked me right into the schedule upon arriving. The MRI was quick and the staff was very nice. Definitely recommend.
I had shots in my back today. The procedure was quicker and a lot less painful than expected. Dr. Diaz and staff did a wonderful job at making me feel at ease and comfortable. If you ever have back issues, this is the place to be.

The staff is friendly and professional. All questions my friends and I asked they took serious. The questions were answered immediately. Before and after the procedure instructions was provided to my friend and I. There was no confusion to what was expected of me after the surgery.The only issue wasn’t on the staff but the technician did provided me a second alternative in icing my knee.I have a second procedure and I have no concerns for that procedure.They are so happy and super helpful.

Went for lower back problems. The Drs and staff were fine but after several months of treatment and finally a nerve ablation I end up more or less where I started despite assurances that what was done would be of great help. The staff was pleasant enough though dealing with the paperwork was VERY frustrating and they were not nearly as helpful as they could have been. If you try them out I can only say good luck. Maybe your experience will turn out better than mine.UPDATE: several years later this place comes back and tries to claim I didnt play some deductibles that I actually was required to play before I received treatment! I change my wish you luck to do NOT go here !

The staff at OSSP were friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained the procedure. They took readings to ensure you were capable of undergoing it.I felt relaxed throughout the entire process.
The employees that work at this location are very very nice they care about their clients they make sure you’re comfortable also safe before you leave out of the office and they also make sure that you are not hurting or anything. Just overall they are wonderful employees I love them I would not try to go nowhere else. Great staff. They need a bonus….WONDERFUL TEAM
Went for a procedure, immediately upon arriving you notice the difference, staff is amazing , welcoming, and looks to build rapport with you. Definitely the staff is superb as well as the doctor. A1 staff..great experience overall. Great patient experience.
These people are amazing! Their main concern is the patients. I have been to 4 of their facilities and I can’t say not one NEGATIVE thing about neither one of them! I hate we had to meet under these terms, but I wouldn’t want to have been treated by any other medical care staff. They try to make you visit there as comfortable, as possible! ROSWELL staff needs their of tv show…. If you didn’t know any better, when you get in the back with Dr. Diaz and his crew you would think they were FAMILY! They are hilarious….

You know, the reason we go to these places is to get better meaning we have some kind of issue. Diagnostic testing isn’t fun and is usually painful in my experience but the folks here at Ortho are really good. Ryan specifically was a great technician and knew his stuff. Ryan was very friendly and professional while shocking me and stabbing me with needles. All in all we had a pretty good time, it would probably have been better if he hadn’t stabbed and shocked me but I think we can still be friends.Thanks, OSSP and thank you Ryan and Doctor Flood. My pain is in your hands, guys. Please fix me. I have faith in you guys.
Intake and discharge were quick and simple. The nurses, assistants, and physician were kind and considerate and made an otherwise stressful situation much easier to handle. Would recommend if it becomes necessary (
First procedure went WELL. Had my second procedure and was SUPPOSED to be sedated just like the first and I felt EVERYTHING it was the most horrible experience ever. They claim it was needles for numbing and NOTHING WAS NUMB . I will not recommend the people who did my second injections! I might as well did it without because it felt like I didn’t get ANY medicine . I was fully aware of what was going on , besides the first procedure I was kind of out of it with the sedation.

Dr. Flood is an incredibly skilled surgeon. He is very thorough and so pleasant, taking time to explain and answer questions during the pre-op, day of surgery and post-op appointments. The staff, anesthesiologist, xray tech, surgical assistant, nurse, every person I came into contact was friendly, professional, thorough and highly skilled. I left hours after back surgery for herniated dics feeling pain free for the first time in a long while and didnt need to take the pain medicine that had been prescribed for recovery. I had a great evening and slept like a baby. I had mild pain the next morning but it went away within a couple hours. It was nothing like the pain i had before surgery. In closing, having had a career in health care .management, this experience was incredible in every way because of the skill and pleasant attitudes of the staff and Doctors. I traveled from Nashville Tennessee to have my surgey done by the absolute best, Dr. Flood, and what I was told about him being the best I found to be true. Thanks to the entire staff for such an incredible outcome that I experienced.

Staff at every visit was very friendly, but doctor seemed incompetent of the proper treatment needed for my injury, or he was just a good liar. I wasted 4 months being seen for an injury I didnt even have and then when it came time to document the doctor lied and said God walked on water and healed me. I guess because Im black or not paying cash the treatment is different because everyone else seemed to have a great experience. Sucks for me.

After multiple visits to Arrowhead I realized that the chiropractors were not skilled in their expertise of the back and spine. According to them I was faking injury after a car accident. But after going to Ortho Sport and Spine they were able to see what was wrong with my back and do a in office procedure to correct it. I would perfer them over any chiropractor because they actually listen to the patient and meet their needs. If they cant meet your needs then I suggest you go to Arrowhead just so you can know the difference between good and bad service
They are very thorough on there explanations and Dr. Lee and his team know how to keep you calm throughout the procedure and do it quickly, efficiently to get you in and out! Thank you guys so much!
I was very pleased with my visit to Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians. The staff was nice and professional. They thoroughly followed Covid guidelines. I was able to get the help I needed quickly and efficiently.
The level of customer service and quality performance of work is is un-matched.
Extremely poor customer service. I was sent to the wrong ortho sport and spine where they had me marked for the wrong service. So they had to switch my service and get that doctor instead. But since they squeezed me in for that, my appointment was rushed, and I felt like I didnt get much advice on how to care for my injury. He also didnt explain why the injury occured/how to prevent future similar injuries. The only thing the doctor did was give me a primary and secondary diagnosis and some pills (which I didnt need).

He was one of the best surgeons that has treated me. I always felt comfortable and like I was part of the family. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know. I was very satisfied with the procedure that I had done at this practice. If I could give them more then 5 ⭐️ I would. The entire staff from the time I walked in the doors were very friendly and welcoming.
Waiting time for me was only 10 mins atmosphere welcoming. professionalism awesome. Equipments clean and modern. Parking was a bit tight. But the overall service definitely great.
I was very disappointed with the care my husband received here. He had a surgery done here, and I was apalled to see how the nurses were speaking to him after he woke up. I wish I could remember the names, because there was one man who was very kind, but another one who was speaking to my husband as if he was an object or animal. One nurse refused to give my husband Benadryl when he woke up with itching and hives and he was very uncomfortable. He told the other nurse, he is just a kid, just tell him to stop itching and he will listen. and then proceeds to go up to my husband and say, STOP!It made me wonder how many other patients he must address in such a shameful and horrendous way. Post surgery, there were many, many miscommunications with the facility, and there were 2 times where he arrived for an appointment (an hour drive for us) only to be told that his brace was not available for him to pick up or his appointment was moved, so he would have to come back another day. Both my husband and I would call without receiving calls back, and I was just utterly disappointed at their service. I give this 2 stars because there were a couple MAs and nurses that were kind, knowledgable, and caring, however, the majority of our experience here was awful. I hope we are the only ones, as nobody should ever receive medical care like my husband did, when they are entrusted with the duty of care.
My first visit I walked into a calm, peaceful, professional atmosphere. The receptionist was very nice, and helpful. The Drs, nurses were very informative, and explained everything about my injury & the steps that would be taken to fix me. From pre- op to post open. They felt very comfortable. I know I will be in very good hands during my surgery.I recommend anyone that needs PT, surgery etc. to Ortho Sport & Spine in Roswell, GA.
Dr Rosen was great but whoever is running the office needs some major help. No processes are in place, billing doesn’t talk to scheduling, you get different answers every time you call, and nobody calls you back. I had 4 epidurals here. The doctors were great. But every time I had problems with support staff. Moving on.
From the moment I was referred to this place I have had nothing but great service. These are some of the money caring people you can meet. I went morrow and saw Dr. merchant and Dr. Brooks. The front staff in morrow the ladies are so sweet. They walk you thru your check in. I already knew I was going to have a great experience with the Doctors. Dr Brooks is so knowledgeable and professional and he keep it straight to the point. I had a knee injury from a accident and he took good car of me and it was fast . I had no scars . Dr. Mr hang is also very knowledgeable and loving . They make sure you are painless and have all the equipment you need. These people get a A+ in my book . Keep up the good work . I had a new front desk person today in sandy spring he was awesome with his scarf and glasses.Thank you guys for making it a great journey to good health.
I enjoyed my time being a patient of Ortho Sport and Spine Columbia location. I was referred to them following a car accident i was involved in and they made the process very easy. The staff are kind and helpful. The treatment was also very successful. The only issue i encountered was with scheduling. This is a new location though so i understand it can take time getting used to that. But sometimes i was scheduled at the wrong location and other times i just had to wait on staff to show up since they were coming from out of state. Other than that i experienced no issues with them and i would definitely recommend them.
The Medical staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The front desk was very personable..However they save the best for last....Mrs. Denise Thomas makes the practice shine..Her congenial personality glows and her attention to details is remarkable..She takes her job serious and makes you feel so much better after all the prodding..I highly recommend the practice
In addition to having an extremely nice facility, the Doctors, Assistant’s, and overall staff are very nice, and do a really good job of making sure you feel comfortable and confident in their ability and diagnosis.They do a really good job of keeping you on schedule. They call a day or two prior to appointment to remind you and confirm that you’re able to make it, and If your unable to keep your apptmnt, they work hard at making adjustments to get you in At a reasonable time. They have ample, quality staff their on daily basis, which I’m sure is why they’re so efficient. I am very pleased with them, very thankful for them, and im sure ill see them in the Near future. The Roswell location is a very pleasant and cordial atmosphere. The EMG Technician was great with handling my concerns about the procedure I was getting and very professional in the way he went about conducting the procedure. The front desk assistant manager or manager(cant. recall which; forgive me) is a very warm and welcoming gentleman with a quick since of humor. I needed that since I was a little apprehensive about my procedure. But all went well. I can say that my experience at this location was a good one. Two thumbs up👍👍

They were able to see me same day and the doctor was absolutely amazing. He was able to reduce my pain immediately and actually cared about my pain and concerns I had. Now I will say, I was not happy about having to come here because their Decatur location (where my original appointment was) did not do the MRI Scans. However, Alexis was simply GREAT! Very sweet, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Really the entire staff showed friendly customer service, form the general man who navigated me downstairs to every person I passed in the office, they all were friendly and kind. The process was painless and as quick as it could be given I needed 3 MRI’s. Other than the chilly temp in the facility, I’d give this place and Alexis 5 Stars !!! Keep up the good work, you’ve earned a life long customer! :)
Excellent staff. Super friendly. I have been on a long journey through numerous pain management clinics and hands down, this is the best so far. The Dr. listened to my concerns and provided options. He also took time to explain everything. They were very efficient as I was able to get scans on site so I didnt have to do them and then schedule an appt to come back. All thumbs up!

Stay away and read the reviews!!!!! I should have known it was to good to be true when someone can fit you in on the same day. I had an amazing last minute appointment with the doctor early January and scheduled an epidural for 1/17/2020. It’s now 4:30pm on 1/16/2020 and I am being told that my insurance is not in network for the surgical center and it will cost me $5500 for an epidural which includes a discounted rate. . I purposely scheduled with them because they could fit me in before my other Doctor. I am shocked that I have had three calls confirming my appointment this last week and steps needed and not once was it mentioned that they are out of network until now. I did my due diligence and verified all of this before my first appointment to make sure they took Cigna...... who doesn’t take cigna?I now have to start over and I want a refund for my office visit. I was duped!
I was a patient about a month or two, due to back injuries and Dr. Helmi was the one who took care of me, he was so nice and helped me understand my injuries. The front desk girl I believe her name was Natalia such a sweet girl help me with the paper work and answered any questions I had. Overall this place has an amazing team. Keep up the great job!!
This place treated my broken hand after a car accident and they are the very best! Lovely office, attentive staff,responsive doctors and everything was right there on site for X-rays and procedures. Got state of the art custom fitted splint that made life easy and they put my mind at ease.

When I enter into Ortho Sport & Spine center, I feel a great vibe and it smells really good also. All of the greetings and the smiles from the office personnel took some of the pain away. But what made me feel really good was as I was approaching the front desk and Natalia called me by name. That made me feel like I was somebody. Thanks Natalia. Very professional, very fast and great customer service... No need to stop at the pharmacy they have their own with in the office and hands over the prescriptions you need. They also makes it very clear about whats going on with you and how theyre going to fix it with no surprises. Hopefully I wont be in a situation where I need medical help with my back but if I do Im definitely would choose them again. 👌🏿

Very unprofessional staff. The whole time they were laughing out loud in tha hallway while patients are miserable waiting for the Doctor. The garbage can in my waiting room was full of nasty bandages from the previous patient and lets not forget we are in Pandemic! Also one of the secretaries hung up on me while I was explaining that I fell and I think I broken my elbow . And never bothered to call back.

Excellent Practice at the Roswell Road location. Staff is friendly and everyone smiles, like all the time. Facility is state-of-the-art, and they are highly efficient with executing medical procedures. Although all the staff there has been great to deal with, Caroline, the nurse responsible for attending to me prior to my procedure was exceptional and was able to put me at ease at a time when anxiety was running quite high. I would absolutely recommend this organization.
The staff is always very polite, helpful, and reassuring. I cant say enough about Dr Lee and Dr Flood, both have been very attentive to my many issues concerning my back injury and treatment. I am so glad to have Ortho Sport and Spine taking care of me... Thank you all so much 🙂🙂
When I first came to this office I was pleased with the nurse practitioner that saw me Melissa, but when I came back in for my epidural the staff was unprofessional they didn’t know who I was what I was there for, I felt very out of touch with the staff and they didn’t seem to much care especially that I was in pain. Things really need to change at this office. I paid $2300 in cash for an epidural. So it really stinks that they’re follow up is poor and their customer service is terrible because they are expensive.After my review!I received a call today from a supervisor named Cody. As I’m still in pain and had made several complaint calls, I was pleased with his eagerness to help me have a better experience. I am going back tomorrow to give them a second chance. I will follow up with a new review after this visit. As a practice manager myself, I’m aware of how a bad review can affect a practice. Crossed fingers for them that they improve patient care and I can recommend them to others in pain and needing this type of treatment.To the owners response,I have to say you all went above and beyond to make sure my second visit with you all was exceptional you treated me like a rockstar you guys took care of me and were personable and really made me feel like you guys cared I have to say my first appointment must’ve just been an off day because you sure did make it up for me and I just want to say that a review can definitely affect somebody’s choice on where to go and I was glad to see that you all had it in you to make sure I was taking care of. OMG!!!!!!!!!! I have to admit that the ladies at the front desk were nice people. But in the back were the people are being injected is were the rudest doctors are. I witnessed a young man and his family go through the worst. He was asking the doctor about his medicine inside the injection. The doctor immediately got upset. I was brought into the room by mistake while the patient was on the table is how I heard this. I saw the patient getting up with needles in his back. It was a black guy. They rushed me out the room and apologized a hundred times to me but I canceled my injection and as we were leaving I saw the young man and his family leaving and speaking to his family and out of no where a black tall doctor came over and question what looks like a young lady about what they were speaking about and all hell broke loose. It was the worst I had ever seen in my life. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I feel sorry for that family the way they were treated.
The staff was knowledgeable and polite. They made the experience great by creating a very warm and comfortable environment.
It’s a very clean establishment and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve only had treatment with one doctor, Dr. Hodari Brooks, and I wouldn’t recommend him...at all. His demeanor is unfriendly; he talks through diagnosis and treatment (if any) rushed and with a nonchalant tone. Doctor Brooks has a way of making you feel like your pain is imaginary, because he can’t diagnosis it. I’ve had to basically treat myself, because I’m breastfeeding, and he felt it would be best if I talk regimen over with my OB (what am I going to you for). That experience alone, I would not come back or recommend him.
I have been to this location twice for steroid injections with local anesthetic. I was originally suppose to be injected by Dr. Lee but when I rescheduled, I was “mistakenly” put on Dr. Rosen’s schedule and let me tell you, it was the BEST mistake ever.Due to my mother’s and sister’s past PAINFUL and HORRIBLE experience at GA pain and wellness Center at the Duluth location, I was extremely nervous about getting the same procedure and tried my hardest to put it off. Unfortunately, I no longer could deal with the numbness and burning sensation I felt in my spin due to 2 pinched nerves I got from being in an auto accident.Unlike my original doctor, Dr. Rosen made me feel very comfortable about getting the procedure. He and his staff saw that I was extremely nervous about the procedure and started to crack jokes to calm me down prior to starting, which was greatly appreciated as I know how busy his schedule can get.When we finally started the operation, his staff (first time was Louis and second time was Alex) would warn me prior to sanitizing my back so I wouldn’t get started. Afterwards, the dr. Would keep me Informed with the procedure when he would administer the numbing medicine and the steroid. Outside of a small pinch I experienced from the numbing medicine, I did NOT feel a thing during the whole procedure. Most importantly, outside of having MINOR discomfort in my neck the next day (nothing Tylenol couldn’t fix), I was able to go to school and engage in my 3 HOUR night class. The pain was so minor, I didn’t even notice it.Needless to say, I have recommended EVERYONE I know to Dr. Rosen.Side note: I saw some bad reviews in regards to timing. I did NOT have that problem. My procedure was both scheduled for 1:30PM so I had to get there prior to @12:30. Even though I was called back and prepped AFTER 12:30, I left, both times, BEFORE 1:30PM (my scheduled apt time).
I recommend a 5 Stars service especially to Natalia she very nice has outstanding people and communication skills. She really made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Also Dr. Helmi Help me a lot I feel like a new man, Ortho Sport & Spine in Sandy Springs is Magnificent!

Visited here for my wife’s lower back pain. Dr Helmi examined her and perfectly diagnosed. He gave medications for 1 week. In 2 weeks she was feeling much better. She had a small annular tear in l5-s1 which was causing the back pain. He patiently answered all our questions.The staffs were friendly as well. I had a good experience at ortho sport and spine.

Could possibly be the worst physicians staff in the entire state of Georgia. Their communication with patients is deplorable. Calls are not returned; processes are not discussed. I didnt learn until I attempted to schedule surgery that they do not take Medicare. Seriously? You couldnt advise me of this up front??? They discuss matters between themselves but do not include the patient in the conversation. Then when the patient does find out BOOM! Please do yourself a favor - dont go here unless you have a lot of patience (the wait from sign in to be seen could be as much as an hour) and a lot of free time on your hands for the call back appointments... that, by the way, only adds $$ to their bottom line. While the procedure I received did succeed in reducing the pain I was in -- the added pain in dealing with their clerical staff was excruciating.
Very quiet Atmosphere the staff was very courteous and very helpful very polite and everything was done in a timely manner less than 30 minutes for my visit and was on time thank you all you all deserve more than five stars

This place currently does not accept insurance completely in most cases. My procedure was approved and the doctor but the facility was out my network. Usually places suggest a hospital where the procedure can be performed. The nurses over finance are rude and you have to chase them down . When I finally did get in touch the nurses did not offer that suggestion . I asked several questions on suggestions . They pawned me off like nope sorry we dont know and we never know when they will take your insurance . Her tone was nonchalant , ignorant and lacked and empathy and and also not helpful . I tried several attempts after I hung up and called my attorney. I will file a complaint as well . Orthro please stop hiring nurses that study from by here pay here schools its ruining your reputation. Iove the staff the ladies at the front desk are very sweet and amazing so Is Dr Krishna

Judging from all of the negative comments, they dont care that they suck. And they DEFINITELY suck. From the front desk attendants to the nurse to the anesthesiologist... Very poor cutomer service. I never even MET the doctor that actually did my procedure! It was as if it actually hurt them to introduce themselves or explain anything about the process. If customer service and bed side manner are important to you, definitely AVOID this location! 2 compliments. 1. Everything went very quickly. 2. The anesthesia nurse (Alex and and his trainee Nasah) were excellent!
Thank you Dr. Langer for your skilled work and for the wonderful people you have working for you. My meniscus surgery went very well and I especially appreciated the photos of the before and after surgery to smooth out my frayed/torn meniscus. Everyone from the front desk to the anesthesiologist were extremely personable and willing to answer questions. Jonathan was especially helpful to me during my post op visits!
If you care about yourself or about the person that may be getting care here, you should seek medical care elsewhere. Almost every visit I had to this establishment was a nightmare. Absolutely no visit here did I leave feeling good or sufficiently treated. Everything had to be redone, retaken, resubmitted, and requested more than once. They will try to schedule you for unnecessary appointments resulting in more visits and even more frustration. You schedule a time, get there on time to wait in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes to be escorted to a room to wait another half hour. You ask questions and nobody knows anything, not even how many people are in front of you while your in the waiting room. They are disrespectfully dismissive. I have been in and witnessed enough examples of this and would glad share them upon request. All in all, save yourself the stress, frustration, money, energy, and time in your time of pain I presume. Just save yourself, go somewhere else.
I dont have to wait for a long time and the doctor explained every option I had to take better care of my injuries! The staff were nice and prompt, they really make you feel like youre in good hands!
I went to Dr. Helmi for a procedure to alleviate cervicogenic headaches and was very nervous about being under anesthesia and the procedure itself until I met with the first 2 nurses and then Dr. Helmi. They were all very kind, professional and reassuring. I felt at peace and at ease knowing I was in excellent care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Helmi to anyone. I am very grateful that I found their office and would take the long drive to get there any day if I need further care.

I was seen at the Roswell location twice in 2 months and both times were better than I could ask for. Everyone was nice, and treated me wonderful. Doctor I saw knew exactly what was going on, and was knowledgeable about the prognosis.
I love this clinic. The staff are all awesome, super friendly and this clinic is clean!! They get you in and out, no long waits, they are cool and down to earth, I give them a 10. Oh and u can make a cup of coffee or hot cocoa while u wait.
Ortho Sport and Spine is a great place to get treated at. The staff is nice and caring. They make you feel like youre their #1 priority and thats great. Great fast service. I highly recommend this facility.
My first visit was fantastic. A Lyft vehicle was provided along with beverages upon arrival. Due to traffic the driver got me there late and the staff was waiting for me. Extremely friendly staff. I had a outpatient procedure that was nearly pain-free, only a small amount of discomfort in the injection locations. Today I just completed my second and hopefully last visit. I decided like my 1st procedure to not receive medicine to be put to sleep. Big Mistake. Due to the location of the steroid injections (lower back) I was uncomfortable with the way I was handled.The first Lyft never showed due to the receptionist ordering it incorrectly. Which got me to the office 40 minutes later than expected. Another employee caught the mistake and ordered another Lyft vehicle to fix the mistake. Upon arrival, I had to wait over an hour before my procedure, unlike the first visit where I only waited maybe 7 minutes. Hopefully the kinks can be worked out. I am only giving 3 stars due to my first visit being so great. Today was definitely a 1 star in ratings.
I had a great team helping me get threw the past 4 months. Dr.Haney and his team has made sure my care and needs have been meet and also let me know if my pain does not go away they will be there for me when I need them. Thank you so much for everything!!
I called in to reschedule an appointment & reached the call center who assured me they would reach out to the office & have my appointment rescheduled. Not only was my appointment not rescheduled, but it wasnt cancel either which the office charges for missed appointments. Once I was able to reschedule an appointment which was for 10:15 a.m. I arrived early & wasnt called to the back until 11:05 a.m. (at this point Im like whats the point in having an appointment) so Im called to the back to be asked questions by an assistant & left in a room for another 45 minutes are so (because Im still sitting here) also Ive reached out to my case manager several times (left messages) & she has yet to return my call. When I mention it to the assistant she says oh we have no way of calling her we can send a message & hopes she reaches out. My experience with this company has been horrible & they are very unorganized. (Oh yeah its almost 12 p.m. & Im still sitting here waiting for a nurse for an appointment I scheduled at 10:15 a.m.
Ortho sport and spine was the nicest doctors office I ever visited. The Doctors office and staff were so personal and caring. I also had to have an MRI and the staff treated me with such professionalism and comfort. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs their type of treatment. Wonderful
No parking for patients and they regularly run 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours late on appointments. They seem a bit disorganized and complacent towards their patients. My doctor merged with this practice. Liked it better when he was solo. His staff are great and as far as I can tell the staff are friendly but these wait times are completely ridiculous. Arrive waaaaay early so you can wait in the queue for the next parking spot.
This is a 2 part review.Part 1: I was involved in 2 rear end accidents months apart. As a result I have herniated disks, pinched nerves and numbness in my legs and hand. My attorney called them to set an appointment for me. My physician sent a referral as well so imagine my concern when I get there and no one knew who I was! I brought a printout with me of a previous mri I had done as told by the person who initially set up the appointment. The receptionist first refused it then when I told her I was asked to bring it she accepted it and rudely brushed me off. Didnt even welcome me. Not only did they keep me there for an hour or so before I saw an actual doctor but she looked at the mri and initially said I didnt need one because she didnt take the time to notice the date on there from last year! After correcting her I was scheduled for another visit for an updated mri. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me. Let me tell you, I am a certified MA. I work in a medical office. They break your mri appointment into 3 visits (without telling you first) . When I got the mri, the tech didnt notice the braces I had on my teeth until after he had already done the first set although its noted on my paperwork. In conclusion, They dont take the time to read the paperwork first. The 3 appts is an inconvenience for anyone who works fulltime. Its a shame because the facility is really nice.Part 2: A major difference! the owner called me to see what the issue was from my first 2 visits He apologized for my issues. Not only did he made sure he was there on my next visit to speak with me and personally go over my mri, but he was nice and answered all of my questions. The MA who saw me Chrissy was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave me some cream to put on my sore neck and leg. The best part was I out in less than an hour and got to work on time! Everyone has had an off day I appreciate the owner taking the time to make sure I was satisfied. Can you say excellent customer service!
This place was amazing, I had an accident literally a year ago on the exact same day and they helped fully recover so when I got hit again this year, I knew exactly who to go to for help, they are very kind and try there best to make you feel like family , and they get the job done every time, if you need anything done on your back I’d advice you go to doctor Rosen. He will never let you down !

First of all, id like to thank Dr Helmi cause he seems to be the only person that listened and understood exactly what and why my injury was, in over a year of dying and fighting physically within, from carrying the pain in my shoulder, neck and later in my back. But after my most recent procedure (Lord knows what the medicine is but) the pain has receded almost completely. Less stiffness and the pain is just a lot less immense. Rather than the constant, (often excruciating) pain I’d tried to endure since June 2018. Thank you times 1 million. My mother and my entire family thank you and I can’t wait to get back to work as soon as I’m well enough. Thanks Dr Helmi! I cannot say it enough! And your staff, every one of em. This place is absolutely amazing. The Doctors and the nurses took very great care of me. Didnt rush my treatment answer any questions i had and made sure i always had enough medicine and their communication skills was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone
Update (three days after initial post) I changed my one star review. The billing was resolved in a very generous manner. (Actually, well beyond generous). It seems they have been working on some internal billing issues for a while, and decided to outsource it. At this time there are still issues that remain. Nonetheless, they made no excuses, they were honest, and took care of the account in 30 minutes. I respect companies that address issues head-on instead of excuses. There were still other non-billing issues with staff that were not handled well. Hopefully, they will continue to work out the problems. Original review: I wanted to like Ortho as I found the website very informative. The doctors themselves were fine. The staff and back office are a DISASTER. I called in for back and hip pain. I was set up with a doctor who specialized in both (so I was told). After x-rays and an exam it was recommended I should be seen by their hip expert. I inquired about his dual specialties, and he stated he only works on backs. Ok, not what I was told.... I was a cash payor, and paid in full for the visit. Next visit, more X-rays but they wanted me to pay for them again. I paid already I stated. that was for your back, but this is for your hip. But I said from day one I had both hip and back pain? I gave up and let them do more x-rays saving the fight for later on the billing. Fast forward to final diagnosis.... pain treatment was only option (prior to surgery) and anything else would not cure condition. I felt the doctor was excellent in his explanation and options. Now the bad... No follow up EVER from the office on the next appointment. They were to schedule a follow up appointment to discuss pain treatment options and costs. FIVE MONTHS later, I received a $3,500 invoice with double billings (same service, same day x2), and a bunch of services never rendered. Foam roller? nope. Therapeutic exercises? nope. Self care mgmt training? nope. I called the billing department, but its an outsource organization. They could do nothing, and told me I needed to call the doctors office. I did so, and explained everything. Apologies and such, along with a promise of a quick resolution. Then a follow call two days later that she is working on it and should be resolved in 2-3 days. Its now a month. Its a shame the office support doesnt match the doctors. I left out numerous details on the scheduling issues, etc. Unless, they clean house, Id go elsewhere.
I was rear ended in April of last year my attorney suggested I try this company, mind you Im still here. The Decatur office was great and put in surgical consults with the main branch off Roswell Rd. They are very unorganized never called me about physical therapy or anything and when you call theres never anyone in charge around for you to speak with. This is a medical facility and just like a bank we are trusting you with our most valuable possession.... our life and well being so if you cant keep up step out of the way Im sure theres other companies thatll take good care of your patients.

I had a serious injury after being rear ended by a truck on my bicycle and Dr. Langer and his staff really stepped up to the plate. The MRI was scheduled the next day without any issues. My next appointment was within a week and my surgery was scheduled within a month. The pre-surgery appointment and subsequent communications were extremely competent and timely. Ortho Sport and Spine staff members knew each and every aspect of everything that was required. Surgery went absolutely perfect. The post surgery appointment the next day allowed review exactly what was done. Post Op physical therapy protocols were ready and sent immediately. This organization most definitely sets the highest standards for efficiency and competency. If your in a situation like I was where you need to be diagnosed and treated without delay and have everything done correctly the first time, Dr. Langer had his staff members are the obvious choice, thank you Dr. Langer and staff for the best treatment possible !
Everybody was awesome. I was scared to death about my procedure and they made me feel right at home. Alicia was the best she’s basically the reason I wasn’t scared when it came time for me to get my procedure done.
I received a phone call the day before my appointment that informed me that my appointment was cancelled. When I inquired as to why it was cancelled I wasnt given an answer. The employee that handled all the scheduling was extremely rude. I made sure I was off work, had a ride, and made sure my entire day revolved around this appointment only to have someone rudely pretty much that I was out of luck and it was too bad. Definitely a one star review and very dissatisfied with my service here.
Not a great experience for me. I went to visit Ortho Sport and Spine last year when I was looking for an ortho surgeon to repair my ankle. While operating on a scooter/crutches, and living alone, I made my initial appointment to Ortho Sport and Spine only to be told that the ankle specialist was not in and that a return visit was needed the following week. This is after making an appointment specifically to meet the ankle specialist. Upon returning I was put off by the Surgeons ego and how he spoke about other orthos I was consulting at the time. He reviewed my files, took some xrays and assured me he is comfortable working on my ankle. Needless to say, I ended up choosing a different surgeon. A year after my visit I receive my first bill in the mail from them and it includes several exaggerated service charges including treatment on my ankle and foot that simply didnt occur. After calling into the billing department on multiple occasions I am getting nowhere. Even the billing department seems to be frustrated by communication within the practice, I can only imagine how frustrating it could be as a patient.Update: 3/1/2019 The team from Ortho Sport reached out to me and let me know that there was a change in billing providers, which contributed to the frustrations I experienced. Additionally, the Dr. that I had a poor experience with is no longer a part of the practice. Since these were my main issues against this business, I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these people, THEY ARE THE WORST! They are very unorganized and disrespectful! Dr Langer is a terrible doctor and has the WORST beside manners. Ortho Sport told me nothing was wrong with my spine. Then after I switched physicians I was informed the MRIs and xrays done by Ortho Sport & Spine was of such incomplete and poor quality they could not even be used. When the new MRIs and xrays ordered my new new physician came back they showed I indeed had two herniated disc! Ortho Sport & Spine then charged me $11,000 for bad service and incomplete care! I needed spine injections which I never received from them! On top of that they then charged me an additional $80 for FMLA and short term disability paperwork. They completely screwed up my short term disability claim with their horrible service!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE!!!*** Update 5/30/19***So I received a response from the facility as you can see below and spoke to Romaine who stated he was a manager. Romaine acted as if he was surprised and concerned about my treatment and care (or lack there of) and would definitely look into it and remedy the problems. I even sent him additional emails and documents confirming my claims with this facility. Needless to say NOTHING HAS BEEN REMEDIED. Romaine has yet to even call me back. Remind you Ortho Sport and Spine also took a huge part of my settlement (VERY HUGE) for a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I was very impressed with Ortho Sport & Spine. They were able to schedule me an appointment immediately. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and informative. The facility was really nice and I was in and out in no time. Praying for a speedy recovery.
The entire team at Ortho Sport is amazing. My daughter uses them for any sports injuries she has and they explain to her what she has to do using basic language where she understands. My doctors now and forever for all of my familys orthopedic needs.

If not for the awesome tech who did my MRI, I would give this particular location a zero. The customer service pales in comparison to that of the Decatur location. I will just say that the perspective the tech gave and his bedside manner improved the experience drastically.
Dr. Jeffrey Lee is an excellent doctor. He took his time to listen to me an help me. I recommend him to any one who is suffering from back and neck problems. He also has an excellent staff, always looking to help and listen to your needs.
You only see the surgeon once after surgery, the assistant does most of the evaluation and they forget to order medical braces, you have to call them an keep reminding them about stuff and the staff isnt honest sometimes but the surgical center is nice on the inside

My injuries are sports related. Track and gymnastics caused my back to be in a great deal of pain most days. Therefore, the treatment is outstanding i.e. the minimal invasive surgery. Not only is Dr. Oskouei and his staff very professional but the customer service is great as well. I highly recommend this company!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Dr. Dreyer was so hateful and uncaring toward my father. We drove 3 hours and was kept waiting over an hour just to have her spend 12 minutes in the room. I have never felt more unnecessary in my life. I hope every Dr. at the spine center isnt as uncaring as she appeared to be. Thanks for the bill and well be using St. Josephs. Ill recommend anyone reading this do the same.

When I call they always read the notes and indicated someone will contact me, which never happens. Poor service in a service related industry. I will be referring new clients.

I was scheduled and seen by Dr. Langer the staff was friendly but, him not so much. His bedside manners need improvement. I wouldn’t recommend him. His demeanor was unfavorable and I felt rushed as he spoke in a nonchalant tone.
Dr. Rosen and his staff are such an awesome group. Its a relief to be able to go to a specialist where you feel like your pain and suffering isnt being belittled. Everyone is friendly there. If youre ever in need of an Ortho specialist, this should be your first choice!

I was referred to by my attorney for an auto-related injury. The entire staff is always very courteous and professional at each visit.
Im not sure whats going at this office. It appears there is only one person here doing MRIs. I had an appointment for 9am but was late due to traffic. Also, I called to let them know I was running late and the gentleman I spoke with told me it was ok. When I arrived they had me fill out paper work and told me to have a seat. 30 mins later the gentlemam asked me did I want to wait or rescheduled, I told him I wanted to wait. I waited patiently for 2 hrs and no one said a word to me so, I decided to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. The young lady at the desk told me the MRI person is taking lunch and will see me after. One hr goes by and I approached the desk again and she told they will not be able to see me. That is unexceptable because no one told me that while I was sitting there for three hrs. My Chiropractor referred me to this office and Im very disappointed. The front desk dont know how to properly communicate. The female reception is extremely unprofessional and rude, she hang up the phone on Dr. Littles office when they called regarding my appointment. Please hire people with better customer service skills.
I have been to this Roswell location 3 times. Once for injections in my back. Every time Ive been the wait has been ridiculous. I waited an hour to be seen by a nurse practioner who came in for all of 10 mins and left me sitting in the room for an additional 30 mins just for someone to walk me up to make a follow up Appt. Terrible customer service.

The facilities were clean and everything ran on time. The X ray technician was great, as were the nurses. The doctor had decent bed side manner, but diagnosed my problem in all of one minute by pressing on areas of my body, yep, pulled hamstring. He referred me to a physical therapist. The physical therapist took more time with me, stretching me in this way and that to find that a pulled hamstring was impossible because I experienced no pain during hamstring stretches. Glute stretches and piriformis activation was a different story. Ortho sport and spine got me to where I needed to be, but the doctor also took about as much time to diagnose my problem (incorrectly) as he might have take re-heating a piece of pizza in the microwave.In short, well run place, but make sure your doctor actually takes the time to investigate your injury beyond a cursory glance.
Dr. Helmi is the best Doc I have so far by far ! Everybody is very nice and helpful explaining all questions.
Dr Oskui is the BEST. I had a discectomy. Normal pain afterwards. Excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him for any spine or joint problems. He really is a MASTER at his craft. I knows how to treat you because he knows what is going on. Simply amazing.Thank you and your surgical staff for STELLAR SERVICE, and a special thankyou to Nurse Carol, she ALWAYS took very good care of me while in the office for numerous procedures.

When I began therapy after my car accident, I thought that nothing would help lessen my pain. I had neck, back, and shoulder injuries. After seeing Dr Samuels at Ortho S & S, I was confident that Id reach my maximum pre-accident state of health. Now, almost 2 mths later, I feel like myself again, with only minor pain. Thanks to the staff at Ortho. Everyone is very professional and welcoming.

My experience at Ortho Spine is always great whenever I come so far. Mr. Romain or Mr. RoRo greets me most of the time and he is always pleasant, always smiling, and very helpful and nice. If you are having a bad day he is the kind of person you need to be around to lift your spirits up! Thats a plus for me. I enjoy coming and the wait time is not long at all. Good Job Ortho Spine! Staff is extremely friendly and attentive at every interaction, much more so than other medical office environments. The only drawback was that the wait was too long...45 minutes.

I contacted the NFL headquarters in Manhattan to find out who the best FAI hip arthroscopy surgeon was in the South. They put me in touch with the Team Physician liaison - I was connected with Dr Langer . After 5 minutes I found out why he is so highly respected amongst his peers and the NFL . I feel blessed to have found him.

2022-04-08This experience for me was a new one. Ortho was and has been very professional throughout. Myself and my significant other were referred to the Snellville location and have been extremely happy. I would especially like to mention the lady at the front desk , Gwendolyn Simpson , she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a small business owner myself, I recognize quality individuals when I come across them. She was extremely professional, but at the same time made you feel like you were part of the family.Kudos to Ortho for recognizing talent and putting it in the right place.

2022-07-20I was referred to Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians following a slip and fall incident. I had hip surgery and treatment for my lower back. I highly recommend them. Their offices are clean and organized. Their staff is welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and do an amazing job.

2022-08-05Today we were very busy at ossp Morrow. I was not shocked or surprised it comes natural for Jonathan W. (AT) and Dr Merchant jumped right in so we could get a break on this busy Friday. You dont meet a lot of physicians that will jump in to help their staff, so I say this to say I love working with them. They help get the job done. NO QUESTIONS ASKED

2022-08-16Dr. was great, but billing experience a NIGHTMARE! Never once told us the facility was out of network for our insurance.... but the physician doing surgery there is!?? We had to travel from another state because the physician didnt do surgery in our state, but they have a location where we live! Totally sketchy!

2022-07-25Suffering with severe deep gluteal nerve and posterior hip nerve pain after a robotic hysterectomy 3 years ago. After seeing 2 doctors in this practice - no answers, no solutions. It seems if your problem doesn’t fall under their “speciality” or isn’t the most “obvious/easy” diagnosis they don’t seem to care. For example a herniated disc would be one of the most common problems associated with sciatic nerve pain (which I do not have according to my MRI) - they simply give up on you, don’t believe you are suffering, and pass you along to someone else. My worst experience was with Dr. Hodari Brooks. Arrogant, dismissive, doesn’t even let you finish a sentence trying to explain your problem before cutting you off and making you feel like your issue just “isn’t possible”. ??? Even after trying to inquire about it possibly being piriformis syndrome or even SI joint dysfunction possibly caused by my previous surgery *because not all deep gluteal nerve and hip pain is coming from your spine correct?!* I was shut down with him saying “you don’t have that” with no other explanation. I just sat there a little dumbfounded. Long story short, They don’t seem to want to dig a bit deeper and truly help you figure out what is going on. Very disappointed and still in pain. I’ll be going elsewhere.

2022-04-05Went in with pain in my upper back and numbness down my arm hand. They got me in, scheduled an MRI, and reviewed and scheduled treatment all in a week. All so friendly and caring and professional. Oh and 2 treatments and feeling amazing. They are awesome.

2022-04-11Dr. Lee has an amazing trigger point injection technique. Youre wasting your time with any practitioner (dry needling or injections) that does not take the time to work with you in finding the TrP and penetrating it with the needle. He also takes the time to listen to your questions. He provides well informed answers.

2022-01-19Today was my second visit to Ortho Sport & Spine and I didnt think that the staff could improve on the customer service I received on my first visit. Oh, how wrong was I. I am very excited to tell you that it appears that the service continues to get better with each visit. The entire staff and doctors were simple marvelous. ofessional and very caring Its good to see young people with type Drive and Enthusiasm to help there patients. As we say in the Navy BRAVO ZULU ON A JOB WELL DONE.
