Fabulous experience! Our food was delicious, but you can find delicious food anywhere…What you can’t always find is the exceptional customer service that we received at this outback! Our server Kylie was the best waitress we’ve ever had. She attended to our every need with a smile on her face the entire time. She knew the menu and made recommendations that were all hits with the entire table! She was patient with my mother who is hard of hearing and asked her to repeat herself over and over again, usually we get jerks who get annoyed by this, but not Kylie! We will be back soon and request kylie every time, you could tell that she loves her job and it shows.
Had the 8oz sirloin steak/grilled shrimp. Steak cooked to perfection,grilled shrimp over cooked a bit. Vegetables were very good. Appertizers were great. The waiter was amzasing, kept our glasses filled. The service was wonderful. Had 6 people in our party. No complaints at all
Terrible experience. Chances of me coming back to this location are not likely. We had some gift cards and decided to visit for lunch. We wish we had gone to Carrabbas instead. Arrived at 11:30. Didnt get our appetizers for 45 minutes. My girlfriend got the endless soup and salad lunch. Did not like the potato soup and sent it back. She was never offered a different soup. She ate her salad and was never served a second. Endless???? When we ordered our second round of beers it took about 15 minutes for them to be delivered. We heard other guests complaining about the service. I would give them a one star, but they were getting a health inspection while we were there. I understand management was preoccupied with that. Ill be checking county records to see what that score is. If anyone who works for this brand cares please reach out to me. Just bad all around.
Wish it was better but it was just average. Service was just OK, the ribs were OK. Beer was good and cold and the blonde ale is reasonably priced. The cobb salad was small, with very little chicken and what chicken there was was a little dry. For $16 I expect a GREAT salad. The place was half empty on a Saturday night so that should’ve been a clue.Update - I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars because the Manager contacted me to apologize for my experience- very nice gesture
Very OK. We havent been there in a while, and it wasnt as good as I remembered. The Blooming Onion was a little overcooked, overbaked, overfried, what have you. The bread, salad, sides, etc. were solid. The ribeye was just OK. It was cooked properly, and it was kind of thin (but tender). It wasnt seasoned all that much so it was nothing special. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Wed go back, but there are a lot of steak places out there so theyd better pick up the pace.
I love this Outback! We were seated right away, and our server, Kylie, was just awesome! She pointed us toward the Mac & Cheese bites, which were EXCELLENT! My only disappointment was the lack of non-alcoholic beer, but Kylie made a festive mocktail for me instead. Were calling it The Kylie Koala! Well definitely be back often.
Well to start we got sat right away on a Saturday night which was impressive although it was only my son and I. Our server was great we got asked what we wanted to drink right away and put in our appetizer order at about 7. I ordered a steak and my son ordered a kids steak..easy right? Wrong. It was an hour later that we got our food. I kept seeing tables leave that got seated after us?! Our server apologized and told me the kitchen was backed up and that our food would be out soon. I wondered how the kitchen could be backed up when people that ordered after us were leaving 🤔 I didnt ask to see a manger because at this point what could he/she do it had already been over an hour for a kids meal and steak..our sever ended up offering us 10% off our bill and said they were talking to the kitchen. Im wondering why the manager never came out did our server forget to put in our order? Im not sure or was the kitchen backed up ? I really do like the food here and wish I could have have spoke to someone but we had to go and I didnt have time.. very very very disappointed.
Oh my gosh I went here on a date with my boyfriend and he practically left me for our server Kylie. I can’t blame him though I would have done the same thing. Can’t stress enough how amazing this girls aura is I just loved being around her and I will for sure keep coming back in the future only to see Kylie❤️
Was craving coconut shrimp and some Salmon, so for 38 wedding anniversary went to Outback. The sauce on the Salmon was spicy and made the coconut shrimp soggy, not crispy like usually, suggest maybe next time bring on a separate dish. Also my granddaughter left her phone charger on the table, sure whoever cleaned the table kept it,, because I called them to check to see if it was turned in, young lady said no.
We havent eaten at Outback for a while..For appetizer we had Scampi Dip ($10.99) thenwe order 6 oz Sirloin ($12.99) & Sweet Chuck ($12,99)I wanted to try the Chxtilla cup ($2.99)Food was well prepare an tasty. Wife liked her cut of meat & my cut of meat in a sandwich was good. The Chxtilla cup was tasty but I couldnt trace what type of bean it was?Server was Ok. He forgot their delicious bread with butter & we did not mentioned either :-(
Our waiter, David R, was very kind and accommodating! He was covering way too many tables but still did an amazing job!!! All staff looked overwhelmed and exhausted but still smiling. Filet was very over cooked but with staff being so stretched we didn’t even mention it. The rest of our food was mediocre, especially for the price.
We havent had Outback for a long while so we decided to go there for dinner. Prime rib was ordered medium and came out rare. Waitress had to bring back to kitchen to cook till medium. Blooming onion was too zesty and spicy seasoned. Ribeye was eh. Sticking with Longhorn from now on.
Really bad experience.1.Salad was wilted and like one drop of salad dressing2. Bread was cold3. Blooming onion was super salty.4. Steak had very little taste I had to douse it with sauce as did everyone else at the table.5. The lobster tail was tiny and very dry.6. The area wasn’t very clean I had to ask the hostess to please clean the seats of the table she directed us to and the tables around us stayed dirty for pretty much our entire meal.I took my family out for Sunday dinner and everyone was very disappointed ☹️Miguel our server was great he was very nice and attentive I’m sure it wasn’t his fault the the meal was horrible. Next time I’ll just endure the long wait at Longhorn next door.
Please disregard the one star review written by Gabriele P. down below. As a guest sitting across from her I can attest that the staff did everything they could to appease her and rectify the situation. Everyone around us was appalled and cringing at how awful she was treating the restaurant staff. When her steak came out not to her liking they immediately took it back without any fuss. She continued to berate and belittle them. They brought her new steak out after completely recooking another and she flat out refused to accept it. You are warned as you sit down about the wait time because of staffing issues (that are not just affecting this restaurant). This location was extremely busy and doing the best they could to keep up. Our food was great, and we didn’t mind waiting because the bartender made sure we were taken care of with bread and drinks until we got our food.
Dont place an online order for delivery. They used doordash and after my delivery time came and went I called the restaurant only to learn my order was picked up over 20 minutes ago and that I would have to contact doordash. I shouldnt have to contact anyone! I didnt order through doordash! Of course it is impossible to contact doordash without an order number. Restaurant was completely unhelpful. I contacted the dasher. He said he had a flat tire and had to put his donut tire on. When he arrived he did not have a donut tire on his car and my food was ice cold and ruined!
Staff was rude. The hostess also sat us at a dirty table, when I asked her to wipe it down she acted as if it the end of the world. Several of the staff members were just standing by the host stand talking when they could have been helping in other places. My waitress seemed to be struggling between tables so she probably could have used an extra hand.
Food didnt come as ordered. Why is it so difficult to look at the order before it is brought to the table. Issues should be found d in the kitchen or at least by the waiter. They kept propping the back door open for togo orders and that caused a cold breeze from the front of the restaurant to the back and it was extremely cold. Never once saw a Manager even after having to address 2 issues. Disappointing.
The waiter came with the bread and some small plates and the one on top had not been washed properly and had some food stuck on it. I told him this was disgusting and he promptly went to the corner and took that plate and pretended to exchange it but instead used the filthy cloth that he carried on his waist to poorly clean it, leaving it still all greased. We almost left at that moment but didnt want to make a scene so we stayed and ate what we had ordered but with that terrible feeling on the back of our minds.
Alright, so it’s hard not to love this place.The food is awesome, steaks and baked potato paired with a Fosters is basically a win any day. Not to mention you can get a “half sized” bloomin onion now along with delicious shrimp to go with your steak.We come here when we want a really fun treat and we are never disappointed.I have 4 stars for this location because service was a little under my expectation, server forgot one of my sides and it didn’t show up until 5 mins into the main course. Nothing big though, certainly didn’t make me unhappy!Overall we love coming here and will likely return!
This was a horrible experience for take out. We paid almost $100 for food that was nothing like described on the menu. Loaded baked potatoes were completely plain and uncut. Salad had no toppings on it, just lettuce.. None of the specific asks in the comments box were completed, probably not even read. This will be our last time we order from this location.
I love that you can now call ahead to reserve time. Although you still have to wait, your name is on the list. Our server Gabi was courteous and polite. She performed excellent service from start to finish. Our food was better than we were expecting, coming from a chain. Everything was prepared nicely, arrived promptly, and hot.
It was good. Really good. The steak was 4.5 stars. I round down because there were just a few misses and I left a little disappointed about the baked potato. Loaded meant something different to me. I would expect it to be as good as Wendys. So, rounding down at that price.
Was supposed to get food delivered at 915 pm didnt show up until 943pm. Food was barely warm, steak had at least 40% fat. For a dinner that was 30.00 it was only good enough for my dog. Whole meal cost over 70.00 and was worth maybe 15.00. Blumen onion was soggy, guess that happens when food takes over 30 minutes to get to door. Would not order delivery again, it is like the worst quality food is saved for delivery. Would of gotten a better quality from McDonalds.
Extremely poor service and the staff is extremely rude. If you’re wanting to go to an Outback go to the location in Suwanee. The staff there is amazing. The sadist part as that we sat at the bar where I could hear everyone and everything I heard the kitchen call for a runner for the bar which I knew was for our food and it this person 5 minutes to grab our food and mind you there no one at the other then my girlfriend and I.
If I could leave a no stars I would, dont trust To go orders. I ordered 2 Cobb grilled chicken salads, a steak and loaded baked potato. When I got home, 25 miles away, and unpacked the order both salads had NO CHICKEN, no cheese, no eggs, just a bowl of lettuce with a couple of croutons and the loaded baked potato was a plain baked potato. If I had it to do over I would have stopped for fast food.
Waited 10 minutes for a hostess or waitress to see us to seat us. I even waved and cleared my throat loudly and still nothing. After we left I called them and explained to a lady who really didn’t seem to care and just wanted to make excuses and blame other employees for not showing up for work and claiming that they were extremely busy. I’m sorry to say they were not that busy and down the street longhorn was packed but had better and faster service.
This place is going downhill. I pick up takeaway on my way home some weeks and a few months ago the service was quick and accurate. I got the text my order was almost ready, pulled in and texted them that I was there. Within a few minutes they were out with my food within a few minutes. The last few times though, I would call or come in to track down someone in curbside for my order. The last 2 times the orders were wrong. Hoping outback will start paying better so they can get more service going.
This place was absolutely awful. The blooming onion was completely burned, and still brought out to us.. Also, we ordered a medium & medium-rare steak.. and it turned out horrible. The medium-rare steak was almost rare+, and it was flavorless. The medium steak tasted well-done, and dry. Plus, staff got mad because someone sent back their drink and started using inappropriate language. If youre looking for a steak, you should either go long horn next door.. or just drive to a different outback steakhouse.
We ordered food to-go thru UberEats and had a horrible experience. Steak was raw when it was ordered medium rare, we requested silverware (none were delivered) and when we called to see if we could get corrected we were put on hold for 30 minutes before we finally hung up.Unfortunate series of mishaps followed by lack of management.
Currently sitting in the parking lot after eating and I have to say the food was great but the service was Phenomenal our waiter Jacob was the sweetest!!!! Very attentive and so patient when it came to small children! He went beyond just doing his job!!! We will definitely be back and we will be requesting Jacob!!!!!
Ordered Salmon with two sides. When i receive my food its just the salmon. I was told they were out of what i ordered. I requested to the manager. She tried to avoid this. I just have one simple question. Why did you wait til you brought out my food? Never got one refill but plenty of attitude. Avoid the bartender s service. I come back weeks later same thing. Obviously the kitchen manager is oblivious to his inventory. Avoid
We go out to eat quite a bit and this was the BEST Service we have had in a long time!!!Our waitress was Ivey & she kept fresh drinks on our table & brought our food out & checked on us frequently.Even wearing a mask, I could hear the smile on her face through her voice.The food was great, but she really made it a joy to be there.
4/2/21 will be the last time we eat here. My wife is 26 weeks pregnant with twins, the booth was too tight for her to get in and when we asked to move to a table, the hostess and waiter both looked at me like I was speaking a different language before another CUSTOMER said we could sit at the end of their table. Our waiter spilled water in the aisle, and nobody cleaned it until we were leaving and I had to move a chair over it to keep anyone from slipping. Another customer was already complaining to the manager about their experience, so we did not get to do the same, but I doubt it would make a difference.
Renee was our server today, she was fantastic it has been a while since we have been treated as well. She did just as good as the servers at Fogo de Chão. The food was good I have had better food from here but all together great thank you so much Renee you are awesome
Went to eat tonight since my brother was in town. My son ordered a steak medium rare. It came out rare. Manager stated that she was going to make it right . Took it back to the kitchen came our the same. She then said she was getting them to cook a new one. We waited 30 minutes and it finally came out in a to go box. We left. He opened it when we got home and the steak was rare.. We will never go there again
Food was Delicious!!! Due to the whole shut down and not eating out, I realized when sitting with my mom how nice it was to eat out. They had it were you were away from other customers. Wore masks and gloves. Our waitress was very nice and man did i forget how yummy their steak was. Cant wait to go again, lol.
We waited over 10.min and our server had not come to our table, my husband actually went to the bar to order our drinks, the blooming onion was clearly in the fryer to long and should have been thrown away not served, and closer to almost a burnt sent back, burger was charred on the edges, no cheese despite the outbacker burger saying choice of cheese. Waitress jotted our order on paper towel . This particular outback was overall very disappointing and we will not be back.
We ordered online and the woman who came out to us for our curbside pickup was absolutely sweet and professional. Got our order quickly, handled everything with a smile, and even put the order in the car of us. But that’s where the pleasant experience stopped.Our Mac and cheese balls were burnt and flavorless. My husband’s burger was overcooked with a burnt bun yet his fries were limp and cold. My steak was decent but the other half of my order was completely wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back at all.
I went to dinner here at the other than night and i had a better experience compared to any outback before. My waitress Katelyn did such an amazing job. She was very sweet and welcoming, everything she recommend was amazing and i enjoyed both my appetizer and the meal she recommended. Fantastic job overall, thank you Katelyn for making this experience the best Ive ever had.
Came in to eat at 6:40 and put our name down for a table. After waiting a while for a host to finally come, they told us it would be 25 minutes and took our number down to text us when our table was ready. Which I was fine with. But after 40 minutes and no text I go to the door to find it has been locked. When I tried to get someones attention, I saw the staff avoiding eye contact. So I called the restaurant and was told someone got sick in the restaurant and they were closing for the night. Which I can understand but the fact that there was no text or call to inform us of this and that we wasted 40 minutes just waiting is unacceptable. I will not ever be back here and, because of the rudeness I would advise everyone else to stay away as well.
Good = super delicious. Blooming onion is my favorite and I could probably eat every meal. We normally order pick up and eat at home. Issues we have had were with the pick ups. Has been multiple times where something was missing from the bag that was ordered. So if you order pick up just make sure to double check you have all that you ordered and need, sauces and salad dressings included.
Stopped by on a Saturday night for dinner with friends. The restaurant was clean and we were seated promptly. Waitress was very nice. Other than that the meal was horrible. I had the bone in ribeye that was tasteless and bland. The cut of meat was more fat and gristle than I’ve seen on a steak. I know it’s not a prime cut but I really doubt it was even choice. The sides were also cold and bland. All 4 people at the table said the same. All their food was just bad. $82.00 without tip for two meals with sweet teas and a blooming onion should be of better quality. Last time for me.
I was there this past Friday night and there was a problem with the Christmas gift card I was using because of a mistake made by another Outback. Getting that mistake worked out with THIS outback caused all of my food to sit and get cold. The steak tasted good but would have been better if I hadnt to have to zap it in the microwave. Tbe potato was old and the bloomin onion was burnt, greesy and soggy. We also didnt get any silverware or napkins and I wouldnt have gotten any steak sauce if I hadnt insisted on them giving me some in the bag after the take out guy assured me they had put some in the bag.
Food was the same as any Outback... Decent quality, usual menu, staff was friendly, but this was the SLOWEST restaurant I have been to in a long time. There was no wait to get a table, and the restaurant wasnt full or busy. Even with no wait and being familiar with the menu our visit was still well over 2 hours. We were a party of 5 and two guests ordered salad. There was no reason (that I could see) for the wait to be as long as it was. Luckily I dont live local so dont have to worry about coming back.
When you order take out, its the little things that matter. Is there dressing for the salad? Did you get bloom sauce with your onion? After multiple assurances that everything is in the bag, needless to say, it wasnt. Then I had to drive back to the restaurant to get things that should have been given (missing sides, etc), and when I get back home, my food is cold. Their solution? Have a free appetizer next time!This isnt the first time this has happened either. Do better.
Not impressed meal came out cold for both my wife and I. Waiter must have been overwhelmed.Didnt even come and ask how our meals was. Had to ask bar tender to take them back. I believe the manager came out with our new meals. Less potatos which came within a few min. Most restaurants would have comp. Something for the inconvenience. Paid bill and tipped waiter fare.Not sure if we will go back. Stopped going here just for that reason many years ago.
This restaurant was super cold bring a jacket. In this the only reason for the four starsNow the greatest service was done here. Josh our waiter took his time to go over menu , Offer desserts. He really enjoyed our sense of humor about the cold. Otherwise his smile and personally just gave our visit a boost. The food was cooked well an delicious 😋 👌 so go ask for Josh and see that winning smile and amazing customer service
I was disappointed in outback! The waiter would only give us one menu (plastic & can be cleaned) and told me if I wanted another one I’d have to use my phone! He said COVID is driving that... hello, Applebee’s gives out a menu for each person at the table. We ordered a bloomin onion which was good but the Cobb entree salad was sparse, small, dry, and for $14.99 it was so not worth it. We also ordered Wings and two of the drumsticks still had reddish blood around the bone.We have normally enjoyed Outback but not this time.

2022-01-13From start to finish great experience! All of the staff were super friendly. The food was also great. Bloomin onion to start followed by a nice juicy steak with loaded baked potato. The manager (Lena) stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, and also asked if my steak was cooked right, which it was. Perfect medium rare. Will definitely be back again soon!

2022-06-13Ordered from here via Uber Eats, the driver was awesome. I didn’t receive plastic ware, no steak sauce, wrong vegetable, and yes, that is a bug on my the crouton. It is not a dark piece of lettuce with antennas. Absolutely disgusting and I am sick to my stomach.

2022-01-22My wife and I were served by Austin last night and he was seriously one of the best servers we have had in the past 4/5 months. He was able to direct us to a gluten free menu quickly and answered any additional questions we had about the menu. He kept our drinks full without having to ask and all of our food came out quickly even though the restaurant was packed and on a 40 min+ wait.

2022-03-02The server Kylie is great. She is super fast and always has a smile on her face. Has a positive attitude and has not got one order wrong. She is super hyped up about her job and can see in her face she loves what she does. Kylie will always be my server when I go to eat there. Kylie always makes sure that her customers are satisfied with what they received. Kylie is a wonderful person and is easy-going. She has so much potential to go so far with.

2022-03-09We went out of our way to visit this location and it definitely did not disappoint! Good service has been hard to come by lately, so we were beyond thrilled to have Kylie as our server. Everything was brought to us exactly as we requested and she went above and beyond all throughout our meal. Did I mention Kylie is fluent in ASL? This was quite a hit for my son to find someone who he could communicate with. We’ll be back again and we’ll ask for Kylie!

2022-03-08Went to outback last night with my fiancé for our 5 year, and our server, I think her name was Jordan was absolutely fantastic. I’m a manager in the restaurant industry and I know first hand that customer service is key and that girl has got it! She makes sure her customers are welcomed, happy and taken care of and make sure that their questions and concerns are answered immediately. She keeps the positive energy high and will never let you down as a waitress at this outback. I highly recommend anyone coming to this location to possibly request Jordan because her go to attitude is sure to make that special date night or quick lunch an amazing one. Thank you outback for the great customer service, and the great selection of valued employees. We will definitely be coming back!

2022-03-02I loved loved loved being able to walk in and communicate without the struggles of having to read lips! It was great having a very sweet sever Kylie, who also was fluent in sign language! Definitely will be back again, just for that! Food was perfect as well. I am THAT person who will send back a steak again and again and I didn’t have to! Good Job!

2022-03-09I recently went here during my break for work and was worried it might cause me to be late back (only had 45 minutes). My server, Kylie, was quick to assure me I would be ok. She was friendly, attentive and true to her word. My salad was wonderful and and super fast. She came back and checked several times of I needed anything else. Great food and great service!
